Shopping
Island City Mall is a vast and bustling shopping center that boasts a spacious supermarket, an array of various shops, a food court, and even a movie theater. Despite some long waiting times at the cashier's counter, this mall offers many branded stores to peruse. Conveniently located near bus terminals for easy access to long distance locations, the mall has experienced an influx of shoppers. Visitors can enjoy the blue Christmas decoration theme and avail themselves of discounts by presenting their vaccination cards during checkout.
Considering it's your only real mall choice in Bohol, it's not bad! I loved that they have native crafts on the first floor and a large supermarket. I had a lot of fun buying local merchandise. They have the staple fast food places like Chow King, as well as sit-downs. They had several coffee shops and a National Bookstore. It's a chill place.
Jun Marieth Jabines — Google review
spacious! the biggest store in Bohol Island. If you want to go buy grocery, their supermarket is big and is not so crowded per alley. the downside though is the line for the cashier. takes longgggg. some branded shops are available inside. this mall is near the bus terminal and terminals for long distance locations. since this is a drop to mall, expect influx of people.

It's the most comfortable place to shop (about everything) in Tagbilaran City. The mall is huge, it has a lot of shops within, the grocery area has a complete selection of fresh produce at a very affordable price. The mall also offers some promotions which eventually attract customers. The staff are friendly & helpful.

I always look forward to Joe Ignacio's artistic Christmas display at Island City Mall! It was an angelic experience to behold - 2023 Christmas at ICM! I love your theme of white Christmas and Angel's! I love angels and your Christmas display is just perfect to my taste! Congratulations Joe Ignacio! You did it again! Thank you ICM ! 👼🎅👼🎄👼☃️👼🔔👼

basic commodities and necessities in a common mall. you can buy it all here. the crew are fast and well mannered but some times they're tired working. i think the mall needs more shifting or more man power. over all good service

ICM thats how the locals call it, has wide parking spaces. It has Bos Coffee, Bohols famous The Buzz, an organic restaurant aside from Philippine’s fast food chains such as Jollibee & Mang Inasal there are also a lot of boutiques to choose from. They also have the biggest grocery stores in the province. If your looking for brand new cars, ICM is place to be. Ford, Isuzu, Toyota, MG, Nissan & Mitsubishi are on display at the ground level. Clean restroom & has PWD & Senior Citizens parking & access are available

Closed during New Year! This is quite big, and they have a list of shops😍 National Book Store Kenny Rogers KFC Chowking Jollibee and so much more. As of the writing, a soon to open STARBUCKS nearby is being constructed. ☕️☕️☕️ Just across the road, there is a public market. And then on another side, there is Dao terminal. Also accross the street is IT HUB w/ some stalls at the ground floor. There’s Unlimited k-bbq, Seattle’s Best, 7-11 etc

Thats a really cool mall! With endless dining options, a huge supermarket, and even a cinema, it seems like a great place to visit. Parking with a scooter might be a bit challenging due to the crowd, but overall, it sounds impressive and worth a visit.

It is conveniently located near hotels, making it an accessible spot for tourists to find essential goods and souvenirs. The marketplace offers various types of food products and has a comfortable ambiance that includes elevators and escalators. Even though the mall can be crowded at times, checkout lines move quickly.

A fave mall to visit whenever I am here in Bohol. Breadbasket. Painitan. Supermarket. Buko juice. Food plaza. Many more! A big plus is the Adoration Chapel that BQ Mall made.

Nice shopping mall for choose you want to buy.

Sales ladies at the wet market area, please be accommodating to the customers. They prioritize gossip more than the needs of the customers and if when asked regarding the item/s availability, you'll receive vague answers with a smirk.
Jess Lim — Google review
I have to say, my experience at mall was absolutely incredible. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The variety of stores and boutiques available catered to all of my shopping needs, and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. What truly set mall apart from other shopping centers was the attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Whether it was finding the perfect outfit or grabbing a quick bite to eat, every aspect of my visit was top-notch. If you're looking for a memorable shopping experience, look no further than mall - it truly is the best in town!

This place was near our hotel. So every evening we walked to the supermarket and tried local food (chips etc). Especially the lemonade was very good. We were surprised by the prices of the pizza's in Pizza Hut it was very expensive. But clothes, shoes, bags etc are affordable. As a tourist you can find here every primary good but also souvenirs. Once when I was there everyone stopped walking and listened in silence to a prayer. It was really a special moment.

Located at the heart of the city. One of my fave malls because of their organized grocery area. Has pizza hut, McDonald's, gerry's grill, dunkin, LbC, & movie theaters & fastfood stalls on the last floor. Surrounded by other malls like city square, alta citta, luiton, galleria, & alturas. Conveniently located near jeepney terminals too. Their grocery & pharmacy accept Maya qr & card. Great service!
Nikka Cris — Google review
I'm taking this low purely because of how appallingly slow the checkout is. I'd estimate nearly half an hour before we started to be served and then 20+ minutes to process our purchases. The distrust I believe spoils it. I get that may have dishonest users but even so. Everything got checked and checked again, excessively so
Steve Antipolo — Google review
I wish BQ wouldn't charge for parking. I would definitely shop there more often if parking was free. The supermarket prices are often higher than ICM. I do shop at BQ supermarket occasionally because they do sell some items that ICM doesn't sell. The movie theater at BQ is less busy than it's competitors. Less people, less talking during the movie , a more comfortable movie experience.
Sky Mac — Google review
The parking fee is consumable. So if you buy something from the mall, just show the parking stub and you won't have to pay for your parking. My brother was able to buy a Sandugo shoe pair in this mall. The salesperson attended to us well.
Ann Kristine Peñaredondo — Google review
Like the Island mall here it is an incredible place. Not overpowering like the malls in Manila and bigger than our small island mall. Everything you could possibly need.
Mark Ford — Google review
The food court of the mall is what particularly made me rate it with five stars. While there are many places to see and to be, I instead very much prefer the aforementioned area inasmuch as they are student-friendly. There are stalls with very affordable everyday meals and snacks. Although Bread Basket also equally allow students to study, the food court has an honestly better ventilation and has enough space for everyone.
Yamazaki, Miyuki Louise O. — Google review
Not the most modern mall and really showing its age and need for renovation. The choice of shops is somewhat limited and the layout not the best. The saving grace is the good BQ supermarket which has a really large selection of goods at competitive prices. Not the place to shop if you are in a hurry though.
Greg T — Google review
Mall itself could help some renovation but they still have a very good department store and supermarket.
Stephen Deymos — Google review
Cozy, homey feel! Just enjoy shopping to your heart's content or snack in their numerous food hub to choose from together with your family or all by yourself to while away time waiting for your flight or scheduled appointment.

The Blood Compact Shrine is a renowned monument situated in picturesque surroundings that depicts the historic blood compact of 1565. The statue signifies the strong bond of friendship and foreign relations established between the Philippines and other nations. It is widely recognized for its significance in Philippine history and serves as a popular tourist attraction due to its vibrant ambiance.
The Sandugo Shrine is a well-known monument that is surrounded by a vibrant scenery. It depicts a famous blood compact in 1565 that marks the bond of friendship and foreign relations between the Philippines and other countries.
McRey Banderlipe II — Google review
It's a very nice statue about a rarely talked about part of history. Though I am aware that the colonization of the Philippines was in no way a smooth transition, it's stories like these that help us remember that the Filipino people were not dumb and had agency all through the 300 years of colonization. It's also cool how the statue was created by a Bohol native.
Daryl — Google review
Nice photo spot but can be quite busy. Do not miss the coffee shop next door, Overgrown Cafe. Best views in Bohol. There is a wheelchair ramp and a bit of street side parking. Below and closer to the sea is an arena area.

Clenn Panaginip — Google review
The monument showing the historical event is in a small area beside a resto and if you drive by fast you might miss just like what happened to us. The place was crowded when we got there: tourists, locals, peddlers that are helpful but sells pricey photos they took of you. But the souvenir stalls in the area sells their wares cheaper than the other spots we went to. It's more practical to buy here instead of at the chocolate hills or at the mall.
Diana Reina Roca-Mabag — Google review
This is not the actual place where the compact happened. But a monumental one. Here, you can buy the cheapest souvenir from other tourist spots. I bought lots of key chains with my 100 pesos, magnetic souvenirs, and affordable bags with just 100 pesos. Visit this spot on your last or 1st day, but I suggest you should visit it first.
Angelie Otom — Google review
Nice place to take photos. Good to learn about the history of this. There are souvenirs booths nearby. During my visit, there is someone who takes photo of you and print out and sell it to you at affordable price. Totally worth it!
Zack Travel Experience — Google review
It was okay. The commemorative site is quite small, so I could imagine how dense the area would be if there were more tourists. Good thing we were there on a not so busy day. The statues were created by National Artist Napeon Abueva, and that in itself makes this worth a look. Its story and significance in our history is also worth remembering. This is the first treaty of friendship and alliance between pre-colonial Filipinos and the Whites. On the leftmost is Datu Sikatuna and next to him seated is Conquistador Miguel Lopez de Legazpi. Makes you wonder what could’ve been if Datu Sikatuna were more like Datu Lapu-Lapu in Mactan.
Kit Singson — Google review
This clearly having something to do with its history is a nice little stop not far from tagbilaran, next to the ocean suites hotel. Also, it gives a pretty good view on a nice day and try the red velvet cake in the Cafe, very nice! But there are other cakes, of course too.. 450 peso for them. 🍰

The only down part is the people trying to sell you jewelery all the time. But it's a wonderful view of history of the Philippines and where lives were saved.
Nate Evanko — Google review
The shrine is located at Tagbilaran City along the provincial highway, you can park beside the road, however if you happen to have tourists who visited the shrine at the same time you'll need to be patient for your time to have photo opportunity. Just beside the shrine is a hotel and I love Tagbilaran marker, also souvenir vendors were visible and I suggest you to buy souvenirs here because it was much cheaper than buying on other tourist spots

The Blood Compact Shrine in Tagbilaran City, Bohol, stands as a powerful symbol of peace and friendship. It commemorates the historic blood compact ceremony between Spanish conquistador Miguel Lopez de Legazpi and Datu Sikatuna, chieftain of Bohol, that took place in 1565. This event marked the beginning of a long-lasting relationship between the Spanish and the Boholanos. The centerpiece of the shrine is a bronze sculpture depicting the blood compact ceremony. The sculpture, created by renowned artist Napoleon Abueva, stands 30 feet tall and features Legazpi and Sikatuna holding out their arms as blood flows into a common cup. The Blood Compact Shrine is a beautiful and meaningful place that every visitor to Bohol should experience. It offers a unique opportunity to learn about Philippine history, appreciate Boholano culture, and reflect on the importance of peace and unity.

Souvenir items here are at very low price. If you are looking for low prices souvenir items this place is good for you. There's also walking vendors here that will sell you jewelries made of pearl and that they'll demonstrate putting fire to the pearl so that you'll believe it's real. IT'S FAKE. Try to rub their pearl on a rough surface it will get scratches

It is the house of former Philippine president Carlos P. Garcia that is now refurbished as a museum of his and his family's accoutrements and other memorabilia. The place is clean and organized, and the guide really knows the history and life of Garcia. I just wish its management does a better, more comprehensive archiving and preservation of the items in the museum, and perhaps conduct activities that would bring in more people to the museum, not just to oggle at old things but also to remind people—even the locals, not just tourists—of our rich history.

This museum once served as the house of Carlos P. Garcia, the 8th president of the Philippines who also hails from Bohol. A quick tour around the house will give you a glimpse of the life of the president. One may quickly guess what sort of hobby he is fun of basing on the large chess board located in the front yard and the number of trophies he had on that sport. Entrance to the museum is free but there is a donation box available if you wish to help in the upkeep of the place. A cafeteria serving hot and cold beverages is located just beside the museum.

Restaurant
This family-owned restaurant is a favorite spot for Tagbilaran residents and tourists alike. It features classic Filipino décor and an eclectic mix of antique furniture, including tables made from old cannon barrels. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, including traditional favorites such as sinigang (a soup) and ibing (rice with chicken or pork). There's also a wide selection of international cuisine on the menu, such as Japanese sushi and Thai curries.
Super tasty Filipino food. Go for the chef's recommendations, they're amazing! Apologies for the pictures we couldn't help but eat it as soon as it arrived so the dishes are half eaten :)
_st0f — Google review
Food is tasty and the portions are generous. It is surprisingly affordable as well. The place could use a little bit of breathing space though because it feels crowded even when it is not crowded. The chairs and tables are not easy to kove around. It does not offer WiFi connectivity and does not have enough parking space too, which is unfortunate because this resto feels like it primarily caters mostly to diners who come in the evening with cars.
Fjord — Google review
Me and my partner went here for dinner for the first time. It was past 8 pm, so the place was almost empty. We found this place through Google Maps. Heaps of good reviews, however disappointing. The ambiance is superb, as well as the interior. The staff are lovely too. They have a good selection of food, but it was too ordinary. I could easily make the food at home if I weren’t just a visitor here in Bohol. The bulalo was bland. The calamares was too crispy. The grilled pork was nothing special. The only good thing is the garlic fried rice. It had the perfect balance. We spent 1,500 for the two of us. Unfortunately, the price is not worth it for the serving size and well. the plating.

Gerarda's Restaurant food is the best in Bohol. Food made with love! Love the dinakdakan and all seafood dishes and of course, the desserts!! 😁😁😁 I recommend families to come here and enjoy! Nice ambiance, nice service! ❤️

Dad got the fish with garlic rice on side and I ordered the seafood noodle with ATA (hence the cool black color!). Soooo good- we are going back again tonight, if our plans allow. Great service too! I loved how the waiter ordered our drinks and then came back to order food. He had great recommendations for beer and for seafood dishes as well. I also appreciated him confirming our order and making sure it was okay that it would take 20 minutes to cook. Setting expectations is awesome. Great communication and great food! Well priced. Looked like it would be a great place for larger family events too. 5/5 stars! Delicious

The ambiance is nice and classy. The service was great but the food is a bit average on somr items. Blue marlin wasn't fresh, Calamares is meh and bland, portion is small considering it's in the 300s. Kare2 is delish.

From the moment we stepped into Gerarda's Place in Bohol, the atmosphere was immediately welcoming, hinting at the exceptional dining experience that was to follow. A significant part of this experience can be attributed to the outstanding customer service we received, particularly from Jade. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm for ensuring guest satisfaction were truly beyond compare. Jade's expertise on the menu helped us navigate through the vast array of choices with ease, offering recommendations that perfectly suited our preferences. His attentive yet unobtrusive service ensured that our meal was seamless and every request was met promptly with a courteous smile. His engaging manner not only made us feel valued but also added a personal touch to our dining experience. It's rare to find someone as dedicated and passionate about service as Jade. His commitment to excellence is a testament to the high standards Gerarda's Place holds itself to. We left with not just a memorable meal, but with the intention of returning, largely due to Jade's exceptional service. Gerarda's Place is indeed fortunate to have him as part of their team, and we look forward to our next visit.

Cozy and homey ambience. Food is great. Service is also great, staff are accommodating and alert even when we were still making reservations. The only downside is there's not a lot of parking space so if theirs is full, you will have to park a bit farther and just walk to the restaurant, but commuting is not a problem.

Nice looking place, very nice coconut shake and served me quick, but the Blue Marlin took long to arrive as it was overcooked and dry....then I discovered why, the most part near the skin tasted rotten. The lady took the piece away and said that is how it should smell nearer the skin, but it wasnt just there it was any part that was not overcooked, a bacteria taste/spell like tripe which makes me dry wretch. I paid and left.

I can't explain how elated I am to have found this comfort food, family recipe, old house restaurant. Bohol is not Bohol without Gerarda's. Dinakdakan and pork sinigang were our orders. It seemed like the pork needed to be cooked for longer because it was difficult to chew. The dinakdakan is only typical. The mango shake is rather unsweet. I don't get the fuss about this place.

Prawn Farm Grill & Seafoods is a popular seafood restaurant located in the city mall, with extensive lunch and dinner buffets that include fresh seafood dishes grilled fresh. The restaurant offers modern styled interiors and a large selection of Philippine standards like bulalo (beef shank soup) and Kare-Kare (meat stewed in peanut sauce).
A nice restaurant at the city mall with surprising luxurious ambiance. Great food snd service!

We went for the all you can eat buffet. It is 500 peso per person. The food selection is good, they have prawns, kinilaw (raw marinated fish like ceviche), fried chicken, savory pork, roast veg. There is a soup, rice of course, fries, some salad ingredients and cake and fruit. The pork was very tasty. I found a few bones in the kinilaw but it was delicious. My biggest disappointment was that the prawns were not cleaned, still had poop shoot inside. I was looking forward to prawns as it's in the name. It takes very little time to devein a prawn. They do take cards for payment. You can see the whole experience on our YouTube video of Island central mall on Bryandiscoversworld.
Riki Armstrong — Google review
We ate buffet. It was not bad. 400 per person. Not much choice. Sinagang, shrimp, sweet and sour tilapia, tempura chicken, meat and broccoli, and that’s it. For dessert ube cake, watermelon, and pineapple. There’s also salad. Decor is good but place is really loud. I’d like to try a la carte next time because the buffet food was just okay. Nothing special.
SIMPLY P — Google review
Wasn't able to eat and try the food but we had a taste of the service. The place is great though the mezzanine has low ceiling. There was still a lot of table and seating in the mezzanine area and few on the main dining. The waiter greeted with a caveat that they'll be able to serve us lunch after 45 to 1 hour. That long. We were essentially being pushed away already. There must be something basically wrong with how this restaurant is managed.
Ellsworth Vitug — Google review
The best family restaurant you can find in island city mall. Ticks off all your criterias for a family restaurant. Spacious and big venue, can house big groups. Staff are efficient and attentive. Faster serving time. Has plenty of high chairs, has a diaper changing table. Very convenient! Elegant design and expensive looking but don’t be intimidated, you’ll find that it’s more affordable to dine here than in other family restaurants available inside the mall. We always order chix and chips and any kind of soup dish for a peaceful mealtime that me and the kids love. You could order any food item in their menu and it’ll taste great. Except for maybe the buttered chicken if you’re expecting a breaded fried buttered chicken. Hehe Overall, we love this restaurant and is our go to safe place especially when we are with kids and elderly people(coz theyd always look for fish soup)

Super worth the price. Coming from a person with health issue. No worries of food choice. They serve healthy foods. We had a buffet for lunch. Super love it! I forgot I'm on diet. I love how fast they accomodate costumers. They had a clean and good smelling toilet. hahaha My pictures we're taken so quick coz you know I gotta eat. I don't want to disturb people getting their food from the buffet also. Everything is delicious!

One of our fave place to dine-in at ICM (Island City Mall, Tagbilaran City, Bohol). We usually avail their "Make Your Own Combo" since it's budget-friendly and worth the price! For only P159.00, you already have a cup of rice, a drink of your choice (iced tea or cucumber), 1 main course, 1 side dish, and a bowl of soup. Complimentary peanuts' also given while waiting for your order. I highly suggest you try their halo-halo 👍 but not their scallops 👎 Wait time will take 30-45 minutes!

The prices are above average and the food is pretty good. There are better restaurants with better prices and bigger portions. Stay away from this place.

We went here on the 1st of November for lunch with my parents. It was a good choice since I was craving their Ebi Tempura. The staff asked us for our orders, and it was a good thing that he mentioned they had their Bisayang Tinolang Manok, which delighted my father. We also ordered their Chow Pat Chin(Chopseuy) and Ebi tempura. With the food arriving, the tinolang manok was served first, then the chop suey. The tinolang manok was good! It was just added to their menu, and it was tasty; the chicken was soft, and the broth was flavourful! The chop suey was also a mixture of flavours between the mushroom, broccoli and other veggies- a balance of flavours. The Ebi tempura took a while to be served. I was excited when it was put on our table, but the taste was different. The sauce was bland, and the tempura itself was a bit light as well. I wish they could improve it, so people still look forward to ordering the Ebi tempura. The staff was great and attentive. And knows what they’re doing. And we appreciate that he mentioned they added a new menu (tinolang manok). The place itself - the interior was elegant and a bit “shiny”. The ambience itself was great. However, the air conditioning needs a bit of work; it was not breezy enough, if I may describe it. Nevertheless, everything was good overall!

The foods were good, great ambiance BUT this restaurant takes a lot of time to make your food. So if you are very hungry this restaurant is not for you!

It is now relocated to the far end of the mall (just a few steps away from Bo's Coffee and Buzzz Café) and is now refurbished to look more like an upscale, fine-dining restaurant. Since it is newly opened, the place looks clean and spacious, the furniture and decors well-put. The menu hasn't changed (even the literal printed menu looks the same, which means it is old and tattered; management should at least create new printed menus) but the taste of the food has significantly improved. It doesn't reach its full gastronomic potential yet, but it is going there. It got minus points for its burnt, overcooked scallops and sad, dull-looking desserts. But at least the waiters this time are quick and act professionally (unlike before when we had a really horrible experience), the place offers WiFi connectivity and has toilet rooms on both of its levels, and the buffet remains affordable.

Foods are so good but serving time during peak time like lunch & dinner will take up to 1 hour. Serving is enough as well. Crews are approachable. They give you peanuts and water as well while waiting.

Filipino restaurant
Payag Restaurant is a popular Filipino eatery with five branches throughout Bohol. The restaurant's laid-back interiors and wooden furnishings are complemented by capiz shell windows, giving the restaurant a Spanish colonial feel. The extensive Philippine menu includes seafood dishes, main courses with a choice of pork, chicken or beef, noodles, beverages and desserts. Payag has quickly become a successful food business with its loyal local clientele.
Payag Restaurant, a Boholano landmark, has been satisfying hungry diners for decades. Its main branch, located in the heart of Tagbilaran City, offers a taste of authentic Boholano cuisine in a casual and inviting setting. Chicken Inasal: The star of the show! Tender, marinated chicken grilled to perfection, served with a side of vinegar and chili dipping sauce. Payag Restaurant is a great option for anyone looking to experience delicious Boholano cuisine. With its extensive menu, casual atmosphere, and friendly service, it's no wonder that it has been a local favorite for so many years. I highly recommend Payag Restaurant to anyone visiting Bohol. It's a great place to try authentic Boholano food at a reasonable price.

Interior was nice and clean. We ordered fresh mango juice and it was good as always but food was really bad. Lumpia rolls were soft and not so good. Chicken wasn’t tasty. I couldn’t recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner

Had a great time of fellowship and good food here with my friends! So glad they were able to preserve the place and even improve it. Visiting this Boholano classic restaurant brings back so much memories!

One of the few original restaurants in the province that are opened way back in the day and are still standing—which is good. The age is showing within its interiors though, and the whole place is not as regularly crowded as before with competition sprouting everywhere. The familiarity of the place makes it comfortable, but it could definitely use a few improvements—from the paint on the walls, lighting, rest room fixtures, to overall aesthetics. It still uses plastic straws for its cold beverages. Food is fine and affordable, if you are simply looking for something that fills your appetite. We particularly loved the Sizzling Gambas and Crispy Crablets. Their Chicken Chicharon and Chicharon Bulaklak needed to be crispier because our order were slightly on the chewier side. Orders could take a long while to be served. There is no free WiFi here as well.

One of my favorite places to go to growing up as a kid. Revisited when in the area again in 2018 and 2019 after a 17 year hiatus and it was so good to find the food was just as amazing as I remembered it being as a kid!

The first BBQ restaurant that I became loyal to. However, over the years, the size of their pork BBQ has shrank and the prices in the menu has increased significantly. In my last visit, there was no atchara and they could not give me chilli. It wasn’t the experience I was expecting like it was before. But on the brighter side, they still manage to maintain their BBQ basting recipe and the taste is still good.

Went here at around 5:30 PM. The place is still empty. Great ambiance and you can see the owner's obsession with chicken. Anyway, we got their grilled chicken super combo, sinigang, chicken easol and salad. Everything was just okay. The grilled chicken however, is really good.

Discovered this place accidentally on our first day in Panglao. Good food nice place. The interior was very cosy full of chicken 🍗🐓🐔 but so refreshing taking you back to old times. Very happy to get lost and find such gem.

Yummy chicken barbeque. Nice ambience. A lot of seating. I recommend to arrive before peak hours to have your choice of seating. Waiting time may be longer than expected. Wanted to try the buko salad in buko shell because it looked so yummy but was not available. :(

Had the tuna belly, didn't really like the overwhelming sweetness of the marinade they use. Companion had the chicken inato and that was delicious. Desserts not available. Check updated menu, prices have increased.

Just Sizzlin' Resto is a casual dining restaurant in Tagbilaran City that offers Bohol's best local cuisine on a hot cast iron plate. It is open daily from 10:30 a.m.
I was not expecting for the mixed veggies, I am not a fan of veggies lang jud. It was good. Sinigang was the best. Medjo gutom rjud mi. Sinigang ky good for 4 person. Gi take out nko ang sobra ky sayang. 🤣🤣

5 stars for good sit down (think TGI Friday or Applebees style) family friendly, affordable, quality Filipino food. Chicken wings were great, ribs tender and the sinigang was perfectly sour. They provided fast and kind service along with a baby chair for child. Would recommend and visit again. Salamat!

We liked the chicken popcorn a lot and also the lava cake! The prime sirloin steak was too chewy for us, but the taste was still good. The staff was lovely and they served the food very quickly.

The food was great. We ate in their restaurant once and had food delivered twice already. Flavor was consistent each time. I loved the pork bbq belly and their choco lava cake.

One of my favorite restaurant in Bohol. Food is outstanding, what's make this restaurant stand amongst other is their staff. Best service you could ask. Let me give "Ging" and most especially "Joy" for their best smile whenever I'm here. Thank you for your service. See you again.

1. Food is okay 2. Very accomodating and pleasing crew 3. And a suitable place to relax But.... When it comes to their steak pricing, I'm a little miffed. The menu indicates P400/100g. We placed an order for 550g rib eye steak (do the math), but when the bill arrived it said P2,800 (the steak alone). We were surprised to learn (as explained by the waiter) that the 550g has the same price as the 700g due to the fixed price set by the management. I would like to strongly advise the management to properly orient their staff so that the costumers can receive accurate and appropriate responses. While the sum may not seem substantial, the company's integrity and reputation were at stake.

I went for dinner on October 5th evening. It was excellent. A bit lonely maybe. Next time I bring my friends (' Maybe a bit too much rice and not enough side dishes and meat. 70%rice 30%side. But tasty. (must have the garlic rice). But you'll definitely get full because of the rice. Big compliments to the waitress Very friendly and good service. Salary increase for you directly. Sofa is in a bad condition (maybe chance the topper in the future) Thanks and see you soon

I was there for a business function. Been there many times. Aside from ordering from them thru food panda, their delectable flavors of their food is what keeps me from ordering over and over again. Their grilled pork is superb and so also with the pancit. The staff was also very friendly.

The food was not bad. The prawns were yummy. But the batter for the calamari and fish were not that great & was quite thick. The sisig with unlimited rice deal was great

We had calamari, sautéed veg, BBQ ribs, veg fried rice and peppered beef. All food was amazing - probably the best so far across the Phillippines. The waiting lady, Joy, was lovely too! Recommended thumbs up!

Been eating here thrice and I really love this place. Modern and very well-ventila ted in ambiance. They serve all kinds of poultry and seafood goodies laid on top of sizzling metal plates, perfect for solos, dates and even family gatherings. They're cuisine is a mix of Pinoy, Western, and a bit of Japanese styles base on the meal we had ordered, although it is not as authentic as I expected to be but the taste is a double thumbs up for me. Since this place is quite popular and foods are serve longer because they have to sizzle it up, they serve you a basket of prawn crackers with vinegar (popular Filipino snack) while waiting. Staffs are very friendly and serves you well. For more reviews, please click my profile and like. 😁

If you're looking for delicious Italian food, Al Fresco Bay Cafe' & Restobar is the place to go in Tagbilaran. The owners are legitimately Italian, and they make sure that their customers are happy. They have a wide variety of dishes available, all of which taste great. If you want to enjoy your meal like a true Italians do, this is the restaurant for you!
Highly recommended! This review is based upon multiple visits. Moderate prices for exceptional Italian + international, high quality, meals, snacks, homemade specialties... Excellent attentive service! Owners, Helen + Guido are ever present, genuinely open, honest, + friendly. They actually care more about your satisfaction than you might think. We can attest to the Exceptionally delicious Meat Lover"s Pizza, the Seafood Combo, the Homemade Spinach Ravioli, + the incredible cheese burger. Can't wait to try their traditional Spaghetti + meatballs, Fettuccine with various different sauces, Lasagna, + so many other dishes. Centrally located, with plenty of free parking. Also, with a beautiful open air (Covid safer), large dining room + bar. Btw... An obviously clean, decent sized, private, well stocked restroom (comfort room) is definitely important...to us This place, Al Fresco Bay, by far, has the cleanest CR that we've encountered in the Philippines! Beware: They're closed on Sunday!

Best pizza and salad in the Philippines so far. Authentic Italian taste, quality ingredients. The staff are excellent, offer another beer as yours is finishing 👍. Level of service you don't find often. The setting is great, lots of parking, open and breezy so nice and cool. Clean toilets. You can watch the pizza being made and can see into the kitchen. (Love that) Highly recommended. We spent just over 1000 peso / under $20 for a large pizza, huge salad and a bucket of 5 beers.

This was the best dinner I’ve had in weeks. It was delicious. I ate every crumb and also the pricing was cheaper than I expected. It’s a great value. I would highly recommend it for travelers if they need something a bit more like home. For long term travelers this is a gem of a place. Thanks for the great meal y’all.

Dined here with my husband during our short Bohol getaway. Generous servings of quality and delicious food. We highly recommend their Caprese with local Buffalo Cheese. It was so fresh and flavoursome. Staff are very polite and attentive. This will be our go-to restaurant whenever we come to Bohol.

Terrific place in Tagbilaran, a city that used to be so lacking in Italian food that you would've thought there was a ban on nice food. Typical pasta offerings on the menu with the addition of ravioli and tortelloni, stuffed pasta that always gets my attention. Like the title, the dining room is al fresco, but the food is exquisite. You need to come here and experience his coal-fired oven pizzas, and enjoy the Italian hospitality.

You know you are in for a treat when you enter a restaurant and are greeted by the owner and there is a good mix of tourists and locals. The cherry on top is that the owner of thos Italian restaurant is a true Italian! The Antipasta Misti was a great start to the meal, but the star was the pizza! Honestly the best I've had since I was in Italy 9 years ago! We topped it off with a banana split and a limoncello. I've never had limoncello before, but for me it was delicious! The price is more than fair for the area, and the service is very good! Thank you for a pleasurable dining experience, and we hope to see you again soon!

I stumbled into Al Fresco's after seeing a few pictures of their pizza and after one bite, I knew it was the real deal. The sauce, the dough, the cheese. It felt like I was back in Italy. I asked the server if the owner was Italian and turns out he was sitting behind me. We got to talking and realized we both had the same last name and our families were from the same region in Italy. Small world! Moral of the story is, if you're looking for an authentic Italian restaurant in Bohol, look no further!

Our go-to-place whenever we are in the city, esp.if we have our dog with us. There's a shaded parking space and the staff are very friendly. The owner even asked us to bring our paralyzed dog to sit beside us while we were eating when there were no other customers. The food is always good of course and we always enjoy our time here. Thank you Guido and Helen.
