Le Bistrot is a popular dining spot in Oslob that offers a diverse menu featuring both local and international dishes. Visitors have praised the generous portion sizes and excellent service, recommending dishes like chicken mushroom fettuccine, pork chops, lasagna, bolognese pasta, chicken sisig, and squid. The ambiance is pleasant, with friendly and accommodating staff creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Clean little place in Oslob proper. Food is good. Medium sizes. Good Service

Service staff was okay, pretty friendly. The atmosphere was good and had good vibes! Toilet was clean as well. Food wise: Mango Juice/Milkshake - absolutely delicious. The mango in Cebu are out of this world and too good to be true. Mango Graham - one of the best Grahams I have tasted. With the sweet mango, the Graham’s flavour came out strong and blended perfectly Beef Burger - a little meh, the bun looked unappealing and patty was decent at best! Fries were delish!

Clean and comfortable venue located on the main road. Wide variety of comfort food cooked homestyle. Hands-on owners give the place a family-oriented vibe.

for me the best food in this small town oslob ! good pasta sauces (bolognese) but the pasta not the best quality ! the chicken cordon bleu was small and a bit oily ! the chicken sisig was good, the squid was good but the portion was very small, the chicken/mushroom crepe was a bit dry (no sauce or gravy) the sour dough bread was dry and not fresh but nice desserts ! the mango split with mango & chocolate icecream and the halo halo was good !

We visited the place on March 21 because of the recommendation of our hostel. We were excited to eat there because of the number of stars in Google Maps, but were disappointed of the overall taste and price of the food. 1) We weren't served water until after several requests. 2) The beef burger's patty was small, dry, and tastes like cardboard. After reading several same reviews, how come this restaurant serves the same burger with the same recipe. It costs ₱400+, yet can't even put some salt and beef seasoning. Try to check out Youtube for some recipes. 3) The beef lasagna lacks flavor, too. It's the "best" among the food that we ordered. 4) 2nd hand smoking sucks (we ate outside). The Philippines is full of spices, but how come Le Bistrot can't get some in their food?

If you are a foreigner/local tourist looking for somewhere nice to eat in Oslob or not really feeling adventurous with the local food, this would be the best place in town. Their menu has a mix of local and international dishes. We've tried here twice and we're more than satisfied. They have huge servings too! And excellent service. We recommend the chicken mushroom fettuccine and porkchops. Plus Halo-halo for dessert, a lovely local ice dessert.

Had dinner here last night and breakfast the next day. Both were very good and well priced. We had the tuna steak and chicken sisig for dinner and spaghetti bolognese and ham and omelet crepe for breakfast. They have delicious sour dough bread as well!

Chicken Sisig did not disappoint! 👌 Deserve ang paging best seller ani na food 😁 Also ordered the Nutelle crepe but it was too dry and minimal nutella applied, but all good.

I really had a great experience dining with Le Bistrot. Ambiance of the place is nice, the staffs are kind, accommodating and are always smiling which brings good vibes. Their food is super good! The best chicken sisig and squid I’ve ever tried. Worth coming back again and again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 😊

Delicious food, good atmosphere and service. Huge choice of drinks (cocktails, different beers, milkshakes etc.), philippino dishes, seafood. It's also possible to book a tour there (shark or turtle snorkelling, reef diving etc.)

We ate there 3 nights on our 5 nights stay, i think it speaks for itself ! :) Food is simply delicious. I had the lasagna twice and I wasn’t expecting to have lasagna THAT good in the Philippines. Same for the bolognese pasta, the portion is so generous and the sauce just delicious. The 2 waiters are just so kind and adorable. The waitress was such a gem, always so nice and funny ! We loved her ! Really nice place, I think the prices are correct, a little bit more expensive than other places in Oslob, but you do pay for quality :) Will definitely come back next time we’re in Oslob :)

We had a beef burger, it had no taste, but if I had to describe it, it tasted like a cardboard. I‘ve waited over 45 minutes for my cesar salad, even after reminding them twice, they didn’t serve it. We left hungry and got 7/11 food instead. Super chaotic and really unsatisfying!

Whe it's not busy, the atmosphere is nice and the food is good. The food may be served a bit late but understandable since they're understaffed. P.s. the wifi was bad. Sometimes it doesn't connect. Turns out that the router was badly configured so I secretly accessed the admin settings and corrected the setup so it won't happen again.

I ordered a pork chop but it's a bit chewy - it's tasty though, the cooking was just a bit not to my liking. Milkshakes are OK, it's the standard milk, sugar and ice. Pork sisig is not on the menu but you can order it - again, nothing special. Service is OK! However, the cover of the pitcher for service water has these black things. I'm not sure what it is it could be molds, could be dirt or algae. It's reminiscent of a pitcher you haven't washed for a very long time. We asked for a replacement, they just gave us another pitcher with a black cap from which you cant see the black things. Long story short, we didn't drink the service water.

After a long absence, I returned to Oslob and discovered two remarkable places worth recommending. One of them is the Oslob Whale Shark Resort for accommodation. This hidden gem offers clean and beautifully designed rooms, with a friendly and accommodating staff that makes you feel at home. The best part is its location right by the ocean, adding an extra touch of convenience. When it comes to dining, Brice BBQ & Grill is highly recommended.
We had set A and added on calamari and a chicken breast, needless to say everything was very delicious. There food was top notch an some of the best bbq I've had, the mix drinks we ordered had the right amount of alcohol to catch a good buzz while we enjoyed all of our delicious food. Keep on doing whatever you guys are doing because you guys are giving excellent service along with amazing food 😊.

I was kinda disappointed in the food as they had so many good ratings. I was their first patron of the day at 618 pm and I was hungry because it was my first meal of the day for some reason. Portions were smaller than expected for price and chicken was way overcooked. It was tasty just way too cooked. I was hoping without luck that this place would have less sugar in the sauce/,meat but it was pretty much same as every where else. ☹️

My first time to be back in Oslob after 5 years! So happy to share that I found two places that I would highly recommend . For accommodation I found this gem of a place called Oslob whale shark resort. The resort is clean and tastefully decorated. Staff is helpful & accommodating. It’s like a home away from home with the added convenience of having the ocean at your doorstep. For dining I highly recommend Brice barbq & grill located directly across from the resort. If you have a desire for Filipino cuisine this is the place to go. Happy trails!

Love the food, the chorizo is my favorite! Once we go round south my husband and I would stop by to have our meals here. Just the best in the place, the ambiance is perfect. Dessert is also very fantastic 👌

Wonderful experience and the owner shows interest in his client's. Thank you Ted Madamba for your great hospitality.

if you come to Oslob you must visit this this restaurant. Staff there is helpful and can communicate in English. Food price is also reasonable. All in all, if you have no idea about what to eat at dinner, you definitely must choose here. p.s if you are vegetarian you can have stir vegetable there as well.

Disappointing; from the review I expected more. Food was okay. You order from a kiosk outside and then sit upstairs, where they bring you your food. It was conveniently located in front of our hotel, otherwise it's far from the main town.

Super friendly staff, perfectly prepared and extremely delicious typical food - sizzling sissig, pork skewers, chorizo skewers, grilled chicken and pancit. Definately if stay in Oslob you should try this place.

VLK Pizza offers a delectable selection of pizzas and pasta dishes that are sure to satisfy your cravings. The vegetarian pizza is particularly delightful, and the pasta options are equally tempting. The inviting ambiance and friendly staff make it a great place to enjoy a delicious meal.
Really yummy pizza! We had the vegetarian pizza and pasta with an ice tea. So good we went twice! Staff are lovely too.

Nice surprise when it comes to pizza. I have to say it's really good! Crispy and tasty. Unfortunately, can't say this about other food - fish and chips (worst chips I ever got in a restaurant) and absolutely terrible calamares. Friendly but slow service. Very good avocado shake.

Pizza looks disgusting but is suprisingly good. Italians would cry if they saw the pizza :D Taste is really ok, they privide free wifi and the cook will entertain you with his singing. If you so not need pizza, go to the public market around the corner and est with local. It would be great culinary experience for just one fifth of the price here.

It's like a local home food.. We stayed in Oslob for 2 days and we had only here. Very friendly and hospitable. We went after closing hour and they still served is food. We had food together after hours and would definitely visit again.

Delicious and well priced pizza, crepes and Filipino food. Had my first Sisig here and loved it! We also had a couple pizzas here and would recommend them all. The mushroom chicken crepe was especially good.

This place has pretty much the same menu as Le Bistro (same owners we were told). While the Le Bistro is newer, what I liked about this place was they made a veggie dish of whatever veggies they had for me off the menu (there are only 3 veggie main dishes I saw on the menu here and at Le Bistro and I had all of them at Le Bistro).. the dish was tasty and told them they should really put this dish on the menu to provide more veggie options.

Can you guess what pizza we ordered? Looks good on the photo but the taste doesn’t seemed right. Pineapples were a huge chunks! Staff were great. maybe the real chef/cook was not around that time?

La Terrasse Restaurant in Oslob offers limited options and the food is slightly salty, but you can request less salt if needed. The service is average and the wait time for food can be long. However, there isn't much to do in the area anyway, so waiting may not be a big issue. The taste of the dishes is mediocre and the service quality is just okay. The overall rating for food, service, and atmosphere is average at 3 out of 5.
great place to dine in if you want cozy qnd comfy.. prices were reasonable bit higher than usual eatery.. I ordered shrimp sinigang for two but it was good for four actaully 😁

I almost passed by this restaurant as the prices were a little high for salad and I wanted salad. In the end I stopped and saw a porkchop on the menu and went for it. Glad I stopped because out of the week I have been in the Philippines, this was the very best food so far! Portions were very large, so worth the extra in my opinion. Everyone was very friendly, the restaurant was clean and the tables spaced nicely. Had the porkchop with madh potoatoes and the green salad [cheapest]. The salad dressing was a mustard vinaigrette and very flavorful...I wish there was even more! Everything was fresh in the salad. The porkchop was huge with a nice, edible layer of fat around the outside. Delicious. All of the meat I have had [every meal] in the Philippines has been tough and flavorless/overcooked. This chop could have been served less cooked, but still, it was very good! Nice veggie and mashed potatoe on the side and a sauce. The lady next to me was having some sort of pasta [maybe with shrimp]. I don't know how it tasted but smelled delicious and again, the serving was large. I'm going back for dinner for sure! Edit: So I returned for dinner and I have been traveling for 3 months and wanted my favorite salad, a cobb. They had all of the ingredients so I asked if they would prepare it for me and they did! It was delicious!! Adding that photo as well. [Lettuce, tomato, bacon, grilled chicken, feta cheese amd vinaigrette].

It was so unfortunate that they are struggling for customers due to the current pandemic. But praying that the place and streets will soon become lively again. They are still operating though.

Checked in at MB Sunrise in Oslob and this is the nearest (and open at that time) so we stopped over for dinner. Downstairs look like pending for expansion or maybe that’s their parking space?! 🤔🤷‍♀️ Terrace setting, staff is friendly and had lots of seating capacity that time. You can find variety in their menu and some of us got Filipino and Italian dish. They offer variety of drinks too and I, with my sister treat ourselves with a hot peppermint & chamomile tea to have a good night’s rest. Price is reasonable for the serving size and ingredients. Delicious 🤌

Pork sisig is ok. However, chicken golden blue was not well- cooked and the shrimp are not fresh. Not worth trying…

Food was good, not the best but it's good! Location is really near the whale shark view point, so it's really convenient! Waiters are very kind and the price is a bit pricey. Shrimps are fresh, but a bit too bland for me. The local sinigang soup dish is very nice. Fresh sour and umami flavour, but the pork meat are hard. Coffees are good! The juices are too watery for me. I think it's better to use less water and smaller glass. Unfortunately i was too hungry to take a pic. :(

Worst food I've had in Asia. Spaghetti bolognese tasted horrible. Mi mi fish was kids size, no taste.i ordered a Caesar salad, no Caesar dressing, when I as where the caesar salad dressing was they said they ran out? Ok so you brought me a garden salad but your charging me for a Caesar salad? They said yes. You can guess if I left them a tip or not, unbelievable 😭

I have been finding it a bit difficult to locate healthy food during my stay in Cebu but this place offers the best of both worlds: simple and fresh, healthy local food as well as the western alternative for those who a craving something a bit more savory. I ordered the grilled whitefish with vegetables and white rice, again nothing extravagant but it was very good, clean and incredibly satisfying. Great price as well! Staff is also super friendly.
