What's interesting is that you can feel the flavor of seaweed beyond the salty taste.
It's true that there is a small amount of seaweed submerged in the soup, but it tastes like the salty taste of the seaweed is seeping out, and it's not just that it's salty.
And the highlight is the boiled pork.
To be honest, when I ordered it, I wasn't sure if it was worth the 1,000 yen price per cup, but at first glance I was shocked by the shape, which made me think, "How cheap!?" The rim of the bowl is filled with boiled pork cut into 3mm pieces.
This boiled pork is doing a good job. The sweetness of the fat matches the salty taste.
Although it is not elegant, there is a trick to eating boiled pork. It's served on the rice. This is incredible. Put the simmered pork in the soup hitahita on top of rice, then wrap it around the rice and eat. This has just the right amount of saltiness and sweetness, and you won't be able to stop eating the rice.

ひろせ食堂さんに初めてお伺いいたしました。
駐車場は店舗前に6台分ありますが、大概埋まってます。昼はいつも混んでいてサラリーマンや土建屋さんも結構いらっしゃいます。
席にメニュー票はなく、カウンター上のお品書きを見てください。メニューは極めてシンプル。

今回は大ラーメンと小ライスを頂きました。
ラーメンは久留米ラーメンらしい豚骨スープ。
白濁としたスープながら、嫌な臭みがなく何杯でも啜りたくなる上品さを感じさせる。
面白いのは塩味の向こうに海苔の風味を感じる点。
確かに海苔がスープに少量沈んでいますが、海苔の塩味が滲み出ているかの様な味わいで、ただ塩が強いわけでない。
そして、注目は煮豚。
注文した時は正直1杯1,000円の価値があるか不安だったが、一目見て「安っ⁉︎」となるフォルムに驚愕。3ミリほどに切り揃えられた煮豚が器の縁にびっしり。
この煮豚がいい仕事をしている。脂身の甘さが塩味にマッチしているのである。
食べ方的に上品でないが裏ワザ的な煮豚の食べ方がある。オンザライスである。これが半端ない。スープヒタヒタの煮豚をライスに乗せて、ご飯を巻いて食べる。これが程よい塩味と甘みでご飯が止まらなくなる。
結論、無性に食いたくなるラーメンとライスである事間違いなし。
余談ではあるが、昔は焼き飯があったそうです。人手不足もあって現在はメニューから消えてしまった様です。
