Nusa Dua beach is a long beach with white fine sand in the Nusa Dua resort area in Bali. There's plenty of five-star hotels and various restaurants here. The beach itself is a perfect spot for sunrises. On the Nothern part of the beach there are almost no waves and the waters are very shallow. This is because the beach is fenced by the coral riff from the ocean. The waves are getting bigger closer to the Southern part of the beach. The landscape changes drastically with the tide. During the low tide it's possible to walk on the sea bottom and watch little fish and crabs in the riffs. Locals come to fish during the low tides to this beach. And when the tide is high, there's just an ocean. The beach is quite clean. But there's a lot of seaweeds in the waters.

Nusa dua means the two islands because there are two islands in this area . First of all this area is an expensive one but still afortable. There are plenty of fancy restaurants and 5 star hotels . There are 3 beaches , choose the one that suits you . There is also a temple there and a garden and there is also a big market like mall . The sunbeds at the beads can be used only from the guests of the hotels, but the beach is free. You can purchase soft drinks or something to eat from the area before going at the beach otherwise you can take anything you like from home

It is very nice beach and good part of Bali Island. We were there in January, central part of beach doesn't have strong waves, not windy. North part was better for surfers. Beach is clean, nice, gentle sand, water is not deep. We also met some local fisherman fishing in the sea.

Beach little bit dirty, There is a lot of plastic and paper on the beach, but water was amazing, there was a little low tide in the afternoon. Parking 2k for bike and 5k for car, Umbrellas and sunbeds about 100k. At the beach you have a lot of activities like SPA, Surfing, Cafe and etc…

Good beach to relax, clean sand, there are people around, but it looks wide enough to find a quiet spot. Some seaweeds are floating when visited late afternoon.

Unfortunately we only went for dinner but the setting takes your breath away! Amazingly beautiful and manicured, serene and professionally managed.. I loved it! Dinner was outstanding and the service impeccable.

My husband and I spent a portion of our honeymoon here. The private villas and staff were phenomenal. However, we did have some issues related to a wedding that was hosted at the property during our stay. We were told at check-in that the wedding was taking place and that we wouldn’t have access to the main pool for the better part of a day. We didn’t feel it was appropriate to tell us this information at check-in. Would have appreciated that news in advance so we could have made the proper accommodations to spend that afternoon away from the property, as not having access to their main pool area is pretty restrictive given it’s one of their main attractions. Additionally, the MC or DJ at the wedding was given access to a sound system that was insanely loud. We could hear him word-for-word in our private villa across the property. It was like having him in the room with us until 11pm. Not relaxing in the slightest. Again, that was our only complaint. Otherwise, the stay was very enjoyable. But maybe check and see if a wedding is booked across the dates you’re looking to stay because it may impact your experience.

We recently stayed 7 nights at the Royal Santrian . Our villa was truly breathtaking with beach views and every facility you could wish for including a bath with a sea view, an outdoor shower, daily fresh fruit , twice daily room servicing if you need it … the list of comforts is amazing . The staff made our holiday so special . They are genuinely friendly and highly professional and went out of their way to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. An outstanding location, service , restaurant and villa and a superb team of staff .Thank you to all at Royal Santrian

We had an incredible time here! The resort is beautiful, our villa was absolutely incredible, the service was top notch, the food delicious, and we came at a slow time so we often had the entire main pool and deck to ourselves. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a luxe experience in Bali.

Was second time we stayed here, and we’ll choose this place every time we’ll come to Nusa Duax Such beautiful place on thr ocean! Right on thr beach, so amazing suntises with Agung Mountin full view! Everything is so beautifully arranged here with such good taste. U can feel the warmth of the balinese culture everywhere u look. Everything is cute, in harmony and just beautiful! Very spacious villas with private pool and kazebo by the pool! About the staff here, if I could give 10 stars wouldnt be enough, especially Pak Swardi who was such carring and prepare everything for us in detail! The price is very good comparing with the service, actually is underpriced. Location is perfect, very close to everything in Nusa Dua. You can book lots of fun activities, canoeing, fishing trips, water skijet and so many others. They have a very good taxi service (in minutes). The restaurant and food, was actually what we fell in love with the first time! Delicious japanese menu but actually they can prepare anything you request. If you are looking for a great place in Nusa Dua and not overpriced, to feel so pampered by such beautiful people, look no more! This is your place! Enjoy it a lot!

Royal Santrian always be our first choice whenever we want to have a great leisure moment, beach front, balinese mix modern villa, clean and neat. The villa just make us wont go anywhere, we just want enjoy the room, gazebo and not forget to mention their relaxing pool. Tea time also include on the package, just make our perfect stay :) Since we are not going anywhere, we order alot of food and nothing failed our palette. Thank you royal santrian team :)

Without a doubt the best hotel we've stayed at. The place is heavenly, private, and seeing the sunrise from our beachfront villa was a once if a lifetime experience. But the staff and the service they provide is the true real gem! They were exceptional, and the service they provided was perfect and heavily personalized. The Front Office Manager Suardi, who we consider a friend now, was so helpful, friendly and caring. We had an issue in our room but it was quickly fixed. They apologized and offered us some compensation for the trouble. The "local menu" at the restaurant was also excellent! Of course it is more expensive than local restaurants outside Nusa Dua but still very affordable and so good! The only little negative point is that unfortunately we came at a time when there were a lot of algae in the water so we could not swim in the sea water. Since all villas come with a pool it was not a huge pain point for us. I recommend that you order a shisha and enjoy it at the beachfront restaurant or at your villa while sipping on a royal tea or a cocktail ;) Long story short, we cannot wait to come back.

Beyond Perfect - A luxury boutique hotel with an amazing pool and right on the beach. We booked a villa with a pool facing the ocean, outdoor space with a covered section, and easy access to an outdoor shower. (I believe all rooms have a plunge pool). The staff took care of us and from the attentiveness to the happy personas, we felt right at home. The area the hotel is in is not in the party areas. But after spending part of an afternoon in Kuta, we were definitely okay with this.

It's an absolutely beautiful resort, restaurants serves very delicious food, service is top-notch and quick, staff are well trained and super kind and welcoming, rooms are above expectations, spa is good for massages, other than that it is not properly equipped (ex. manicure and pedicure). They also host a lot of weddings in the resort. If you are looking for a place to chill and quiet, this is it. They should consider hiring a new photographer because posted pictures does not show the beauty of this property or the rooms. Negatives - They should take care of the pool/beach area more and make it more entertaining. They have only 8 sunbeds on the beach, with no waiter to serve guests there and no music, too calm a bit boring. Also the tide really affects that area badly, water is too shallow and around 3 pm the beach will turn to sand. For the pool, a waiter is available but no music (you can hear a little from the restaurant music).

Our stay at The Nikko was amazing. A lovely hotel that has a beautiful pool with gorgeous gardens and direct beach access. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable.. There is a fabulous terrace area where guests have a vast selection of food for breakfast. The gym is good and there is a Spa where you can have messages It is quiet and relaxing - perfect. The Nikko did not disappoint.

Have stayed at this property several times and have never been disappointed. Friendly, kind and helpful staff,great amenities and fantastic pool right on the beach. Although restaurants not open daily on last trip, room service available and can recommend Georgia's Italian on site with lovely food and outdoor ambience.

We rented a car and had access to everything we wanted! The breakfast was great, the staff was great and the rooms were awesome. The pools were also extensive and it was on the beach so you could go swim as you pleased. I highly recommend hotel Nikko. Oh! One last thing it is connected to a Japanese and Italian restaurant and the food there is authentic and good.

The hotel is not new, but very nice and well kept. Our room was big, the bed comfortable and everything was spotless clean. The personnel were always nice and helpful. We over looked a nice garden and it was very quiet. Breakfast was a highlight, as it was all very good and there was a lot to choose from. The beach had plenty of sun-beds and umbrellas. The only negativ thing for us were the Jet-ski‘s and Banana-boots during high-tide. They not only made non-stop a noise, there fumes smelt so bad that we stayed by the swimming pool till the tide was so low that they could not run. They don‘t belong to hotel, but there are based next door.

Hotel Nikko Bali is a great hotel, especially for family and couple. The oceanfront suite was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and come with a bathtub. The staffs are friendly, welcoming and down to earth. Guests also get complimentary access to the gym which features a good range of fitness equipment. The main lagoon-shaped pool at Nikko faces the beach, Guests can enjoy a variety of water sports activities too.

Great hotel. Great facilities and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool area is beautiful. Great beach too. The location is outstanding. So many great restaurants a stones throw away. Room was a little dated but still great and comfortable. Great for a family getaway. We will be back.

The hotel is in an area of Bali with a very small beach area which I found disappointing during my stay. The staff was incredible however. Although I would not consider the hotel a 5-star property, the staff certainly was 5-star. From the front desk, to the food outlets to the house keepers, all were incredibly helpful , kind and courteous.

Went here for a staycation. It was old hotel but very nice ❤️ all the facilities are well maintained. Outdoor activities, u can walk at the beach beside a big pool with sea concept. Or just roaming around the neighborhood. We were enjoying our time here :) Value for price: 4/5

This was the last hotel we stayed at during our 3 week stay at Bali, and also the least. The room had it's best time. Old interior. When we arrived there was a bad sewage smell in the room, and a lot of sewage flies in the room. We had to buy insect repellent to make it a little bit better and we sprayed everyday, yet they always came back. Breakfast was boring and average at best, nothing special. The beach was also very dirty. Plastic and garbage everywhere. This hotel is not worth it's 5 stars. We've stayed at hotel's with less stars here in Bali than this one, but way better.

My family has been there last month and the ambience was amazing. First of all, the staffs were good and responsive because during that time the remote tv in my room didn’t work. Then talked to front desk by call. In a few minutes staff came, checked, and solved the issue. Also, room is quite spacious and clean. Just be careful to put the food on the table because can see ants. We got buffet breakfast - the taste of food was great, has a corner side to order variety of egg (i.e omelette, scrambled, poached), and superb view. If want to stay a whole day at the hotel is really possible and no need to worry because got 2 restaurants inside the hotel served great food (Italian and Japanese). Definitely will come back again!

This review is about the Italian place attached next door (Giorgio’s Italian) and not the hotel as I didn’t stay. If your staying close to this hotel or in the hotel you MUST try the pizza in the Italian place. It’s absolutely world class in ever way. Food 5 stars and the staff are so nice and welcoming and have world class service. Went there twice a day as I just couldn’t stop my self because how good the pizza was. Honestly if you don’t live in Bali book your plane tickets right now and come try it.😋

I went there to swim; got a day pass while other families went to SPA. They're available with very reasonable price for such a resort. Day pass came with food credits, good deal. Staff are very friendly. I love the swimming pool; not too big, particularly quiet and facing the sea. Good experience.

We stayed here at the end of November. The room was spacious with a lovely view of the swimming pool and ocean. Staff were wonderful and welcoming. Each one of them truly made us feel welcome at Nikko. The breakfast spread was good with lots of options including an egg station. Our little boy liked the kids club. It was small but more than adequate for him as it was quiet anyway. I felt the most relaxed during my massage. The masseuse listened to me when I said I didn't want a hard massage as I knew my body would ache from it and I might struggle. She gave me a painless, wonderful massage which was incredibly relaxing. Thank you so much! We loved how peaceful it was there and missed it as soon as we moved to Legian for the next leg of our trip. We ate at both restaurants and both were just alright. The negatives: 1. The pool has a lot of missing tiles. The exposed and broken tiles are a safety hazard. We were fortunate to avoid any injury whilst using the pool. 2. The shower attached to the bathtub did not work. No matter what we tried we were unable to get it to work. Because of that, we did not use thr bath sadly. 3. We had the family package during our stay. No one at either restaurant seem to know about the included meals in the package. Made us feel awkward and even got one of us to return to our room to locate a non existent voucher during the meal. We were not provided with any meal vouchers.The restaurant staff had to ring reception to confirm and even that was unclear. Please ensure your staff are on the same page. Thank you for hosting us. We will definitely recommend Nikko Benoa.

Nikko Hotel is an excellent choice!!! The buildings, pool & gardens are very attractive, and the staff are the happiest and politest I have ever encountered. The grounds are big enough so that it never feels crowded and there are always enough beds around the pool! The breakfast has everything one might wish for, and is constantly refreshed by attentive staff. The room was big; with a huge comfortable bed, and had a big balcony overlooking a pool and ocean! overall we had a fabulous relaxing 3 days at Benoa and would recommend Nikko Hotels as a good option for families & couples wanting a relaxing beach holiday! 🔥🔥

Clean not crowded good food service, many people try to get you to do water activities for a high price. There is also a hindu sacred area close by good for observing the surfers

It’s a beautiful and clean beach. It good for water sports and just to enjoy sunset. Nothing much to do beside water sports, gardens and statues are beautiful and designed in such a way they all look part of same ecosystem. You get full Bali vibes.

A natural and cultural park in fair size here, a beautiful beach where you can see many surfing beginners learning on the sea. A relaxing area and certain tourist vendors here

A relaxing, safe and tranquil resort area to come and spend the whole day at the beach, sitting on the beach chair or having a drink. This is the area to come in Bali if you want to spend a relaxing vacation at a nice resort hotel, or even spend the whole day relaxing. We came here by taxi from downtown.

Not my favourite beach or place in Bali. Very quiet and full of resorts, so felt very commercialised and not like other spots where you can see real Balinese culture. The beach was okay but you weren’t able to sit anywhere where hotel staff weren’t telling you to move.

It’s rainy season now and there are big waves that surfers love it, but big waves are far away from the the beach, the sea is really calm close to the beach because the waves are stopped by the coral reefs jutting out from the sea before they reach the beach

Visiting this museum has truly been one of my favorite activities in Bali! It’s so interesting learning about Bali’s history and other artists from all around the pacific and the staff was so helpful and so so knowledgeable! We had a batik class after the museum and it was so much fun! I’ll definitely go back soon! Such a must-do😍

Very interesting atmosphere of all arts together. U should visit Pasifika Museum if u passion in fine arts. It was a surprise for me when I saw Russian writer Alexander Pushkin here.

There are 11 rooms, and a lot of paintings. Some paintings are by really well-known artists like Raden Saleh and Basuki Abdullah (they're originals!). However I must say the museum itself could use some polish, they don't even have climate control which is a bit concerning.

Museum Pasifika I stopped by the Museum Pasifika, which I had been interested in for a long time. Each of the 11 exhibition rooms has its own theme, so my imagination will increase even before I enter. The first room is a room of traditional or contemporary art from Indonesia and Bali. There were more works than I expected. After that, I went through the rooms in order to the exhibition rooms of Italian, Dutch, French, and Ind-European artists. I enjoyed traveling back in time between the past and the present. Arie Smit, Rudolf Bonnet, Hofker, Covarrubias, Walter Spies, Theo Meier. The works of painters who have heard their names many times in the museums and art scenes of Bali (their works decorate pages such as guidebooks and art books) are lined up without interruption. In the Vanuatu room, I felt like I could hear the voice of the crowd from each piece of primitive art. The scent of old natural materials and the rising temperature and humidity created a fantastic atmosphere. In Theo Meier's room, I was amazed at his technique, how he handled the materials, and his expressiveness, and was impressed by his talent as an artist. And I realized that Theo Meier's way of expressing was very different from Le Mayeur's way of expressing his passionate emotions. Covarrubias left behind many illustrations of the spirits of Bali at the time he visited. Looking now, it feels like a fresh presentation to me. Spies' pencil drawing is new to me, but the work makes me feel nostalgic like a familiar landscape. The many masterpieces I was able to see this time were all wonderful and impressive. For me, art appreciation is a blissful time to gently participate in the relationship between the artist and the object, which has been preserved over time. Finally, when I asked the staff a few questions, they kindly answered all the questions. Their team also said they were preparing a special exhibition for the G20 this year. Next to Spies' pencil drawing, there was a blank space. One day his other work may fill the wall. I'm looking forward to it. Postscript: "Hanako's mask" made by Rodin was also exhibited.

Valuable and small gem museum, some good collections, I guess most of them or even all is original, suitable to visit by the way to the waterblow island

appreciation of art by visiting and studying art. the staff is friendly and informative, everything is arranged according to its type ( Indonesian, french, dutch, asian, pasific, etc). very much detailed information on the art. come in the afternoon at 3-4 because in the morning there are usually many visits from school students. ticket 70 for adults and 100 for foreign tourists. there is a coffee shop to rest and you can buy merchandise here.

Honestly, Museum Pasifika Bali is the museum that makes me amazed. In West Sumatra, there is no such a massive collection that this museum has. I would like to recommend to the headmaster where I work to put this museum become one of our end year field trip destination. My students can learn many things from the museum. I love design and all collection in this museum are written clearly so it's not a problem even if you are not accompanied by the guide.

Very enjoyable collection of Asia Pacific artists and art by foreigners living in/inspired by Bali. Room 1 features Indonesian masters. Room 10 features art and artifacts from Irian Jaya and Pacific Islands. 4 stars instead of 5 only because I would prefer to see more art by Indonesians vs art by foreigners in Indonesia, but still an impressive and thought-provoking collection showing the depiction of Bali/Asia through the eyes of 20th century artists.

Our experience at Cucina was really disappointing. The setting is beautiful but it was all downhill from there. They were 6 or more items not available from the menu, the service was so slow it was almost nonexistent and we constantly had to call people over to get a drink or have our table cleared. The starters were ok but the steaks were over cooked. I didn’t eat my steak which was ordered to be medium rare but as shown in the picture attached was not delivered that way. I was asked about my meal and offered something else. I had chosen not to get a new one as I didn’t want to sit eating on my own. I was surprised to see the full charge remain on the bill when it was clearly not as ordered. The food was over priced. What we received was poor quality food and service.

We dined here for my birthday dinner. What a brilliant experience. We started with drinks in the outdoor seating area which was lovely. The menu (Italian) was excellent with so many options to choose from. We had a lovely table outside next to the pool. The staff were excellent and so professional, both of our times dining here were fantastic. The second time there was a live pianist which was lovely. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience

We ordered the carbonara and it tasted extremely salty due to its cheese. They put too much cheese and too much cream. I tasted carbonara in many authentic restaurants before but I think this is the saltiest carbonara I ever tasted. Even my husband can't eat it.We also ordered pizza and gratefully it tasted good.

They post cheaper price menu outside the restaurant in order to attract clients to come in. Then, they give you the other same menu, but with higher price. We find out this dishonor behavior when we pay. Even we complain this to their manager, the bill still be corrected twice. We believe they intend to do so because they promise to change the poster outside. But they don’t change until we call their higher team manager. Now, the poster is corrected. Watch out!!!!

Had a group dinner here and it was not as impressive from all the reviews. Please note that the waiter will ask you at the end of your meal to leave a 5 star review to get bottle water to be free instead of charging. The food is OK but nothing compared to having true Italian food. The pork chop is over cooked, roasted potatoes were bland but the redeeming dish is the mushroom sauce which is quite good. Would recommend skipping this place and going elsewhere.

Had our dinner here, the ambience was romantic. Friendly staffs & nice service in general. What we ordered, Tagliatelle Carbonara & something else that we literally forgot the name😅. Both were honestly just OK for us. We are used to having Pastas with strong savoury flavor, those two were not it. In the pic: one of the kind Waiter asked us whether we wanted some blackpepper for our Pastas, and he came with huge grinder. 😆👌🏻✨

Cucina at Sofitel provides an exceptional Italian-fusion dishes. The gamberi (prawns) was delicious especially with the lemon, short ribs was delightful with a mix of its light-flavored mustard to fit the local tongues and pizza was well made. We were served by Andika, a friendly server who will accommodate your needs throughout the dining. Highly recommended restaurant for couples.

It is fantastic. There are some reviews I already read and but it depends on the case and situation. Eventhough the food serving is bit taking time, the nice service of the staffs are covering it. All the staffs here are very kind. Especially Mr.Wedana is nice and professional. His service quality is another level as classic. I had a good memory and experience thanks to him. The grilled sea foods and Alio olio pasta is also nice. Overall, you msut visit here.

Vibe and service is very different from the other restaurants and venues at the Sofitel Resort. Finding the entrance to the restaurant is really difficult. We were walking circles around the restaurant for ages, and had to use a back door to get in. We only found their main entrance afterwards. I had the grilled salmon fillet (Salmone Grigilato). My partner and friends ordered a mushroom soup (Funghi Porcini soup), a beef tenderloin steak (Fillet Di Manzo), and a Brasato (braised beef on mash), and we shared a Pizza Funghi E Tartufo (mozarella and truffle pizza). Food came out fast and hot. Truffle pizza was delicious. The creaminess, coolness and milk notes of the buffalo mozarella cheese really complements the dish. The Brasato (braised beef on mash) was divine. My partner finished it before I could taste it. Serving size of mash is also quite generous. For the two meat dishes (the beef tenderloin steak and the salmon): The steak: really nicely cooked and seasoned. The grilled salmon: the portion size of the salmon relative to the size of the serving board made it look very disproportionate and small. However, the fish was well seasoned, and the mustard sauce and roast garlic was divine. The extra pink salt was not needed in both dishes. Only let down for our meat dishes were the rosemary potato side. I understand the traditional roasted rosemary potato vibe, but the flavour could be greatly enhanced with some butter, salt, and other aromatics (e.g. garlic and/or thyme). Rosemary was used sparingly, and it with the oil did not impart strong flavours that would complement the potato. The potato species (bite and texture) was wonderful (yukon gold or similar?). My friend found the consistency of the mushroom soup too thick. The soup is effectively cooked and blended mushrooms, and was so rich of mushroom that it had the consistency of liver pate. Flavour however was really strongly porcini mushroom and was really good. Offering and/or providing additional cream or stock on the side to thin the soup, and a slice of bread on the side for dipping or spreading (or timing the bread or breadsticks at the start with the soup), would have dramatically improved the experience for this dish. The owner (who I did not realise was the owner at the time and I really wished that she did introduce herself as the owner) did come by our table to ask us how the food was. Please take the time to introduce yourself next time. It was a pleasure to meet you in person, and although we later realised you were probably busy with the kitchen, we would have loved to chat to get to know you better. One thing I loved seeing was their 1m long pepper grinder. It is a nice comic relief. Would have loved for the staff to offer additional pepper at our table. The biggest let down at Cucina was that one of the waiters was very pushy at the end of the night: he kept coming to our table to get us to leave a positive review on TripAdvisor and to name drop him. He kept running back to our table every minute to check and make sure that we left a 5* review on TripAdvisor, and kept asking us to show our phones to him so he could confirm. I found this tactic very desperate, unnecessary, and really poor form. Good quality food and good service is pull marketing, not push. Leave us the recommendation for where to leave a review, and if we had a good experience, we will leave it. This was the main reason for a loss of a star.

Easily the worst meal I had in Bali and at 20x the price of the rest. Had rib pasta, tomato sauce and meat. The tomato sauce was bland and the pasta wasn’t even cooked through. I’ve had better reheated leftovers. I would recommend giving it a miss.

Our brunch in Cucina was perfect! I was here with my husband and my daughter (3 y.o), we love their service and the quality of the food. It was amazing, definitely worth the price and we will come back soon!

We just checked in to this beautiful 5 star hotel for our honeymoon. It was our first night to eat in a "fancy" restuarant inside the hotel. The surprising thing is that I have read all the bad reviews before coming here, disregarding peoples opinion about their bad experiences in this restuarant. Unfortunately it turned out that they were true and try to AVOID COMING HERE if your looking for good quality dinning. Our experience: -The burrata salad I suspect if it was was even an actual burrata very poor quality it got crumbled instead of a soft cut. -Scallops were served cold and wasn't fresh, that got my stomach upset. -The gnocchi was over salted and unbearable to eat. The funny thing is the table next to us and the table behind us were unsatisfied with their service too. Im surprised of a restuarant like this even exists in a 5 star hotel.

Sunday brunch is great and at Soleil at Melia it is all about great food with friends and family. The selection is good with options available both buffet and via the menu. As with many of the places that provide a 5 star brunch in Bali this is a popular place for people celebrating their birthday and the staff here will do all they can to make it special. One thing that stood out more at Soleil than other brunches we attend was the staff and how they conduct themselves. They not only provide such a high quality service but now how to interact with differently with different types of customers, my daughter and I like to joke and have fun and the staff could see this and joined in with us which was perfect. Food is 9 out of 10 for flavors. 8 out of 10 for selection. 10 out of 10 for atmosphere. 9 out of 10 for value for money. One thing that I would suggest is including pool access to customers who attend brunch. It would be nice to have a relaxing swim and drink at the pool bar before leaving. All together I highly recommend Brunch at Soleil at Mulia Resort Nusa Dua.

And WOW!!! food was so delicious and you will not believe the variety (including a menu option) service was first class, proactive and super friendly 😁 if you go to Bali you absolutely have to do this , it's phenomenal 😍

Been wanting to go here for the food and it did not disappoint. I had the steak which we cooked to perfection and the wait staff was able to accommodate my requirements. Service is of a high standard. The seafood we ordered was cooked perfectly (indeed often tricky to get right). And the dessert was very nice. Looking forward to coming back and getting the brunch.

Sunday Brunch. What an amazing experience. From the buggy ride from the lobby to the restaurant to the amazing selection of food and beverage, the experience was exceptional. The buffet selection was incredible, and if you really needed more, there is a full a la carte menu you can order from. Our waiter Ahdi was so lovely, and his great customer service was the icing on this elaborate cake. Highly recommend. Hopefully, I will do it again next time I am in Bali.

One of the best buffets i have ever had. The great first. Place is stunning for décor, service and atmosphere. Price as high as it is is very worth it in my opinion. Anything from the menu was world class both in presentation and taste. Including the Foie gras and the creme brulee Foie gras. The Duck confee and lamb chop were insanely good. Simply Devine. The cheese station and carving meat station especially the lamb shawarma were heavenly. Special thanks to Adit from the front desk that has an incredible smile and the best communication skills. He showed me to the restaurant since I was lost. Such an amazing person with warm personality. Now for the items that need major improvement. All the deserts ware very bland and poorly made. They all look great in photos but taste not good at all. Biggest fail ware the crab legs. They were cold and all overcooked. I tried a few but non can be eaten and the meat in all of them crumbled and was inedible. The shrimp as well was very large and overcooked. The coffee drinks ware great. Sadly the juices were not fresh. All came from cans and store bought. Easily fixed Overall its still an amazing place to have brunch. The team made every effort to make peoples birthdays fun and memorable. Thank you.

Very impressive hotel, very well trained staff and great location. I great deal of care has gone into designing this hotel to look unique and eye catching. We had lunch by the pool and it didn't disappoint.

BRUNCH DELIGHT! The Sunday brunch was so so so good. Everything was delicious and there was a decent selection - I felt that the food was safe and you will not get food poisoning. The staff are super attentive and bring you out extra surprises - special mention to Alandika who made us feel valued customers. I read it was one of the best bunches in Bali and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Classy establishment.

Soleil Sunday brunch quality of food is just 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 My favorite will be their meat section, complete cheese varieties, oyster and also their pan seared foie gras. I was too full so not able to try everything from a la carte menu. Alcoholic drink quality can be improved. Can’t wait to be back again. PS: they have group offer as well, just ask 😉

We had dinner in Soleil’s outdoor dining area on the last night of our Mulia stay. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and faces the iconic statues and the pool. We started with Spring Rolls and Minestrone Soup. The Spring Rolls were fresh and crispy but the soup was sub par. We moved on to our mains- Margherita Pizza and Alfredo Fettuccine. Both dishes were incredibly bland with no depth. For dessert, we had pudding and ice cream, however, it also felt lacklustre. The service was excellent on par with the Mulia standards found across the resort. We had higher expectations and felt mildly disappointed with the food. Soleil is most known for their Sunday Brunch, perhaps they have better offerings during that time.

Highly recommend the escargot, it’s served in a puff pastry, reminds us of the taste of Paris. Enjoyed the escargot so much, we ordered it 3x. Also enjoyed the cheese fondue and Tom yum soup. Nice restaurant to cap off the day with wine and beer after being outside the sea and pool. Shout out to our server Chandra for taking good care of us and always being prompt with the full service.

Had their Sunday Brunch a few years back. Arguably the best in Bali. I visited here again last night for Christmas Eve's dinner with my bule family as well. The Xmas 🎄 decor and ambiance were perfect. I wanted to highlight the mas waiter that tends to our table and fulfill our requests always with a smile and great attitude. I had Indonesian Oxtail Soup & Margherita Pizza with a bottle of local wine. Absolutely great pair. I tried my wife's ribeye steak, which was delicious as well. Snapper and or fresh catch of the ocean was grilled to perfection. Definitely my fave restaurant in Mulia Bali. If you stay in The Mulia or Resort you can ask the buggy to pick you up or drop you off at the roundabout.

We went here for the Sunday brunch, it was fantastic, the food was good and fresh, they do serve both buffet and a la carte which was great and the service also excellent, we did enjoy our meal here. Ps, We didn’t stay in hotel therefore we booked table through on website and paid around 50 AUD deposit for 2 of us as we picked the non alcohol package.

Beautiful restaurant & a huge selection of dishes at their Sunday Brunch Buffet! There are so many food options: from the big buffet to a long list of à la carte dishes (all included!). But I’d advise not to order/take too much food because, in our case, the staff brought many random dishes to the table when we were at the buffet. When we asked about them, they said it was for us to try the dishes. We didn’t mind it and were happy to try them, but if that’s not your thing, I’m sure you can ask them not to do that. The food itself was mostly pretty good! What stood out for us were the oysters (they were huge!!) and the appetisers and desserts, which were all really tasty. Most of the mains were just alright though. The service is a little messy because it’s a very busy place, but everyone was friendly :) It’s quite expensive compared to other restaurants in Bali (we paid ~110AUD/pp), but you do get a huge selection of food!

We were at their Sunday Brunch last weekend. And was blown away with the outstanding service and the restaurant location. Kudos to the service staff, with special mention to Yoga. Besides the myriad of dishes from the buffet spread, there were also ala-carte dishes to choose from. We were plied non-stop with the menu dishes and drinks. The oysters were the biggest that I have seen so far! And the appetiser dishes and the mocktails were delicious. Was too full and was not able to sample their main dishes 😅. The brunch was certainly the highlight of my Nusa Dua trip. Keep up the good work. 👍

Great experiance and value overall. Incredible food quolity. Duck was heavenly. Sushimi very fresh. Shrimp was done really well. Most dishes were perfectly done. Service was superb. Things that can be improved. 1) the deserts looks all great but were all medeocur. 2) The crab was done so badly it was defrosted cooked and than put on ice which makes it really bad and soggy. 3) no water provided and the only choice is a 100,000 rupies plus tax plus tip insanly overpriced bottle. Their coffee is also very good but costs over double anywhere else. 4) parking attendent would not exept free parking vouture and kept insisting of payment. I will go back but please please fix those issues.

The hospitality of the staffs are very friendly and helpful. During the pandemic the don't serve buffet, but the serve ala carte all you can order. I love their seafood and beef. I just hope they will have more variety of dessert because when I was there most of the dessert consist of alot of mousse which were not really suit my taste bit overall it still a great dinner experience

came here for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast had a wonderful spread of western, Chinese, Indonesian, and Japanese food. They have the safe distancing measures in place - so the staff will fetch the food for you. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They are aware if you drop a fork or spoon or if you need more top up for your tea or others. Food is very good. For dinner, the ala carte menu is surprisingly not that expensive; considering the portion and the condiments that came along with it. I personally love the nasi bali and the gado-gado which are quite the signature dishes of the cafe. The open quite late so it is also good for those not-so-late-night craving. Definitely recommended!

After 4 years it was great to revosit one of my favourite places that has many memories ...there were still efficient and helpful staff who were cheerful and helpful.There were many food stations cooking food for you that ranged from Japanese Italian salad Chinese seafood Thai Indian and a dessert bar to transport to sweet heaven. As were celebrating a birthday we were entertained with Happy Birthdzy A place you must visit.

My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon with a buffet lunch at The Cafe at Mulia. The walk from our hotel was a bit hot in hind sight we should’ve called a taxi but Google maps extended our walk by 15mins by leading us to a private golf course that we had to go around. At the The Cafe (buffet) Winarta our waiter made sure that we were taken off for our sitting. Our plates and cutlery were changed regularly and he even exchanged our watermelon juice for pineapple when my said it wasn’t to her liking. Finally, Winarta made sure to make us feel special on our honeymoon by bringing us complimentary while chocolate opera cake. I recommend this restaurant to any person on a romantic celebration.

Great ambience atmosphere and staff. Very welcoming. However in this day and age there should be the ability to provide for patrons with dietary requests. Not enough variety for vegetarians. I was advised afterwards that it could have been catered for had they known (which is impressive in itself if possible). However I had made this booking 72 hours prior and had let the booking team know. Regardless desserts were plentiful. But would have loved a few more choices for vegetarians. There is so much variety of vegetarian food in Asia that could have been offered on a buffet as extensive as this. Also most children’s appetites don’t drastically become like an adult beyond the age of 8, so your pricing for kids needs to be reassessed.

Went to this place on the last day of our Bali vacation for buffet lunch. A lot of cuisine to choose from, Indonesian, Chinese, Indian, Japanese and Italian etc. The desert section is amazing with huge variety of choices. For seafood lovers, the oyster is gigantic. And plenty of different Sashimi too. Just keep in mind you will need to book online(up to 5 people), but you won't get confirmation straight away, instead a manual email confirmation will be sent to you later. So better book in advance.

The Cafe Mulia, despite its promising buffet, left room for improvement in delivering an extraordinary dining experience. Surprisingly, the absence of complimentary drinks, like wines, in a higher-priced menu was disappointing, especially when compared to other more budget-friendly establishments that offer superior inclusive menus. Regarding its location within a 5-star resort, The Cafe Mulia’s ambiance felt slightly outdated, lacking the expected modern touch. However, its proximity to the nearby beach provided a scenic backdrop, contrasting with the restaurant’s somewhat lackluster atmosphere. Service, on the other hand, was a highlight—swift plate clearing and initial seating were commendable. The staff exuded friendliness and were notably helpful throughout the dining experience. In summary, The Cafe Mulia’s buffet offered an array of choices but fell short in delivering the expected variety within each cuisine. The taste of the dishes was mediocre, considering the price, and the absence of complimentary drinks was unexpected. The restaurant’s ambiance didn’t quite match the 5-star resort setting, though the service provided a bright spot with its efficiency and friendly demeanor, making the overall experience acceptable but not exceptional.

Amazing food. Amazing service. I have never been to a buffet restaurant that is so accommodating starting from coffee, freshly cooked meats/seafood/you name it. I asked the restaurant to cook some soft bacon for my baby and they delivered!

Went for Christmas brunch. Bear in mind with the non alcoholic ‘package’, you can ONLY have water. This was not advertised and came as a shock. The word ‘package’ implies a selection. It took nearly an hour to receive my first cocktail after asking 3 different servers. We weren’t given a welcome drink and had to ask half way through our meal (surprise - those who got the non-alcoholic package got nothing!) Curries were limited, deserts were unvaried, turkey was pink and undercooked. There were very few fans so it felt humid and stuffy with so many people crammed in. There was an overall lack of decorum and class for Christmas dinner at a 5* resort. For 1/1.5 million rupiah, plus tax and service per person, depending on the package (it was nearly 3 million rupiah for 2 people), it’s ABSOLUTELY not worth it. Possibly the worst value for money for anything I have ever bought in my life.

The best pizza corner in Nusa Dua. I ordered extravaganza the completed one, with much topping varian. Pair with cola is always the best. They still used traditional oven, it makes the pizza more delicious. If you are pizza lovers, you should try their pizza.

Sadly, I was very disappointed at the food level. Ordered garlic bread which you can see, nothing like a garlic bread at all. Under the garlic bread had remains of charcoal dust. Atmosphere is okay, no parking. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the pizza was and their other food. We chose this place on a whim and when you get there the façade and area doesn’t give much hope. But it really is a great hole in the wall for wood fire thin pizza that my kids just loved. I enjoyed the lasagna and some wings. The staff is friendly and ensured we had enough. 2 thumbs up and my youngest said even better than Pizza Hut and Domino’s Pizza.

Been here a few times and excellent everytime. It is a thin and crispy base pizza. Very light and the size is huge. Can even share between two people. Salads and burger are also good. Friendly staff and very clean.

I put a 4 in the place, because there is little filling in the pizza and very little cheese, as can be seen in the photo. The price is lower than in other pizzerias. So far the best and most gigantic pizza I’ve ever had in Bali! Very affordable for the portion. I recommended the blue bacon and extravaganza pizza. Staffs were friendly except the older lady with glasses. But overall I’m satisfied with the pizza taste!

Rude and lying staff, missing ingredients & warm beer…not exactly what we were expecting when we came to this place and saw the great reviews… We ordered a 4 cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza with extra gorgonzola. Well, maybe there is something wrong with our tastebuds or eyes but we couldn’t detect even the slightest bit of gorgonzola. We were lied to in our faces and according to our waitress ‘the Gorgonzola melted’, and this should apparently also explain why there was no taste of Gorgonzola either. When we asked to see the Gorgonzola they put on our pizza (because we almost started doubting ourselves) she showed us a frozen piece of Gorgonzola in a freezer, which made us wonder how they break a chunk of Gorgonzola in very small undetectable pieces) each time they make a pizza which is at your table within 7 minutes. Ofcourse when they would have admitted they made a mistake or had forgotten to put the Gorgonzola on, there would have been no issue, mistakes are human. We ordered firewood meat supreme pizza, which was ready in under 30 minutes! I've never had a pizza served this fast before. To be fair, we were the only patrons there at the time. The pizza is thin and crispy, best consumed when still warm, and is enough for 2-3 adults. There was a teenage boy who finished 1 full-sized pizza all by himself, however. The taste of the pizza was okay, it had all the ingredients listed in the menu: ground beef, ham, green pepper, onion, olive, cheese. With every bite, I tasted a different flavor, the saltiness of the cheese, the umami taste of the beef and ham, and the freshness of the pepper and olive. The traditional spicy pizza oil adds the subtle spicy flavor, loved it. I wish they had smaller-sized pizza so we - 2 persons- could try different kinds. We sat indoors, with the air-conditioner on but they kept the doors open (I wonder why) so it felt rather warm in the afternoon.

Ordered pizza to the hotel through grab because the restaurant didn’t have a rider to do deliveries. Pizzas are quite big 1 can comfortably feed 2 average eaters. Crust was not bad, but wasn’t very crispy by the time it arrived (but that is to be expected I guess). Toppings were not bad we had the pepperoni and the margherita, but pepperoni doesn’t taste like the actual Italian type, tastes closer to a sausage. Cheese was also so so as well. But to be fair it’s a decent pizza for Bali, though nothing to shout about.

I think this place is very underrated!! Such a good food and very affordable!! The place is not too big, but can host more than 30 people. The pizza itself is ard 50 cm in diameter & thin. I will come back again here to try their burger.
