Straightforward property offering complimentary breakfast, Wi-Fi & parking, plus an indoor pool.
Travelling with a dog so in a ground floor room with vinyl plank flooring. Room was very clean and perfectly adequate. Included breakfast exactly as expected. Nothing fancy but does the trick. Right next to river, trails and large green space so great for dogs. Within easy walk to restaurants and bakeries. Overall great location. Staff were great. Was some sort of firefighting event going on and hotel full of firefighters so expected a noise night. Was very quiet. Oliver looks like a great little town. Would stay again.

Bedding not changed daily. Either get better quality fresh eggs & change disgusting hash browns, or get rid of hot breakfast. Cereal was cheap & stale, dispensers should be smaller or only loaded for daily use. Coffee pots MUST be cleaned better as old coffee taste from old dispensers kills good tasting coffee. Breakfast lady was helpful but needs to be either get better quality fresh eggs & change disgusting hash browns, or get rid of hot breakfast. Cereal was cheap & stale, dispensers should be smaller or only loaded for daily use. Coffee pots MUST be cleaned better as old coffee taste from old dispensers kills good coffee. Breakfast lady was kind but needs to be trained to keep hot breakfast quantities small & made fresh throughout the morning. Disappointing first stay. Worst Coast hotel I've stayed at.

I will start by saying i've always recommended this hotel to others as I use to live in Oliver. I come up here frequently (have stayed at this hotel 5 days alone in 2024), It has gone down hill each time i've come here. The only saving grace is the front desk people are super personable and understanding and helpful. I was placed in a pet friendly suite (I presume this is a thing, i was not aware that these existed) upon entering the room there was noted to be dog (or cat) droppings on the floor and under the bed. I would expect that a pet friendly suite would be cleaned more thoroughly then a regular room. The pool and hot tub are always great , the breakfast is reasonable. That being said this hotel is no longer worth the regular 150$+ a night accomadation. I will no longer be staying at this hotel and will be choosing quality over location moving forward and staying in Osoyoos or Penticton. This is a shame that this hotel has gotten to this point.
Robbie Burton — Google review
The staff at check-in were pretty rude with us.. Also, on the website, they say nothing about requiring a credit card. When we got to the front desk, there's a sign that says the credit card is required. We've never had an issue paying with the debit card. The front desk staff made it seem like we were doing something very crazy by trying to play with the debit card instead of a credit card. The bed is probably the most firm, most uncomfortable bed we've ever slept on in a hotel. We stayed in the room with a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi has some quirks in the way that it operates, nobody mentioned it when we checked in. We complained about it when we checked out, and the person at the front desk explained to us the issues. It was a well known issue among staff. You would have thought that they would mention something like that at check-in. They have a free buffet style breakfast, it did not look at all appetizing so we chose to go to local restaurant. Between the rude stuff, and the extremely uncomfortable bed, we will not be staying here again.

My son and his family stayed there last weekend. There for 3 nights They had to pay $1250 This was extremely crazy. The breakfast was ho hum. The idea of housekeeping was to bring fresh towels daily. Nothing more was done. I checked the posted price on your website and it was so much cheaper than they had been charged My husband works in a business that there are a lot of tourists. In past he has suggested The Coast. He will not be doing that anymore So sad. Not a good experience

A solid bet if you are staying in Oliver. Quiet, off the main drag so no noise from passing vehicles. Plenty of parking. Check in and check out was a breeze. Nice room with comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Had a fridge and microwave, plates and cutlery. The ground floor pool and hot tub was nice. The complimentary breakfast was bog-standard but perfectly adequate. Pleasant staff. Would stay again.

%100 don't recommend this hotel. The breakfast was sub par and the staff was very rude about service and replenishment of food and coffee. They tried to close early when there were several hockey teams staying there. The staff threatened guests and children with fines and shut down areas where people could congregate. We were provided with a bath mat for a towel and the bathroom smelled like urine and mould. The staff forced us to rent an additional room to hang out in. Overall this hotel needs some customer service training for it's employees, and perhaps hire people that actual want to go to work. There was one really nice maintenance guy. Room for improvement hopefully.
Brad Galloway — Google review
No maid service either day on our 3 night stay over the May long weekend. Not acceptable. Had to get clean towels and toilet paper sent to room from guy at front counter. Apologies offered but that was it. He checks a sheet and says it should have been cleaned. I guess incase I was mistaking dirty towels for clean ones and unmade beds for made. So I guess the maid gets paid to not do the job and also lies about doing it. Maybe it was better the maid wasn’t in my room! Also the free breakfast is quite lame. Don’t bother and just go to Timmy’s a block away. This hotel is now getting a hard pass from me.

My wife and I recently stayed in this hotel 1 nite. It is the biggest and newest hotel in Oliver. The room looked clean but upon further inspection the top edge of the tub had some marks in the shape of dark rings (like the ones left by a glass). My wife thought nothing of it. Must be a permanent mark, I mean what cleaner would leave Sonia’s obvious as that. My wife decided to take a wet tissue just to check…and yes, you guessed it… wiped right off. The hot water was not ‘hot’. Not cold, but not exactly hot. The elevator had major dust buildup on the ceiling fixture. The staff were super friendly but the cleanliness and lack of hot water are deal breakers for me and my wife. Leaving a 2 star review only because the reception and breakfast staff were really friendly.
El Duderino — Google review
Rooms are nice, but it was one of the noisiest hotels I've ever stayed at. No sound barriers or something like that. Breakfast is not edible, except cereal, toast etc. Staff are friendly and it's a good location.
Gayleen Whyte — Google review
Rooms were very modern and really clean. Continental breakfast needed more. There was nothing I would really eat . Plain cereal , I’m a multi grain bread., and fruit was a on the old side, not fresh. So I wouldn’t say that. But the staff was really friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

We stayed at Coast after trying to check into a hotel that we had booked online which turned out to not be as advertised. We were stressed and tired from travelling but when we got to Coast the staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and quiet and it was perfect for us after 8 hours of travelling with a toddler. We decided to stay at Coast on our way back from our trip and again the staff were super friendly, they remembered our son and chatted with him and gave him extra room keys to play with, the kitchen staff were sweet with him too. Overall, excellent, and even better they had no issues with us bringing our mountain bikes into the room which is a huge win for us.

Great location, within a few minutes of driving distance to Area 27 Motorsports Park. Awesome breakfast, great bang for the buck facility. Well maintained, however the walls could use some repainting in some of the rooms. The facility could definitely benefit from having a much larger gym and more equipment however.
Robin Singh — Google review
The location was perfect for us. The breakfast was so-so -- pre-cooked scrambled eggs and sausages. Ok bagels and yogurt. The staff were very nice. The room and the bathroom both seemed rather cramped, the fridge was not really cold. These are minor complaints in a cheaper hotel, but this hotel is expensive.

A really fascinating little museum! A great look into the First Nations of this area, the old Fairview mine and city, and Oliver as it’s developed through the years. (Like the worlds record for largest cherry pie! And you can get a magnet of the worlds smallest cherry pie-I love it!) World class curators and helpful volunteers of whine to ask all your questions. It has excellent visual displays and interactive ones as well-keeps every age entertained! Their events are also wonderful, meaningful, and fun for the family. Not to mention a very fun photo booth! Oh, and it’s free- but so worth a donation to their work! I definitely recommend taking the time to stop here!

Great museum! Located in a lovely old police station/house near the main road in town this place is great. It has maintained its small town museum charm but has great new displays and lots to read and learn. Also got to go into the old Fairview jail which was a highlight. The young lady who was working and goes to Uvic and is from Penticton was an amazing guide. She was a pleasure to talk to and really knew lots of history and was able to talk about it in a engaging and informative way. Give her a raise!!!

Although I did not personally partake in golfing at Nk'Mip Canyon Desert Golf Course, it is worth noting that the course is well-maintained and in excellent condition. While there may be a few unconventional holes, overall, it offers an enjoyable round of golf. As of 2023, the course remains in impeccable shape.
We golfed 18 holes in 32 degree heat during the hottest part of the day and we would do it again! The fairways and greens are immaculate the views breath taking, and the cart lady a welcome site! The staff was friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful course and we will be back.
Charly McLean — Google review
Updated...(Sept 18/23) 3.5 stars today cause... Course conditions were good today. Was super windy again like last yr but I shot as best I could considering the elements at hand. Greens were well kept. Service was good at the restaurant again. This course would easily get a 4 to 4.5 stars, maybe even 5, IF more litter and trash was picked up out on the course! I could not believe it! A shoe box thrown away too was right near the clubhouse, come on now! I have never seen so much litter in the waste areas of a supposed to be top notch golf course! Elect someone to go and remove so much litter and trash! This would be a good GOOD thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The review below is from 2022... (Mar 19/22)... Even though a whopping $68.75 price tag after tax for just walking and with greens punched which I felt is quite high at the very start of golf season...I managed with quite a bit of wind all over the place and light rain and 7 degrees and all, a respectable 94 score at Inkameep in Oliver today! If price was not so crazy high and with it being barely into the start of season...5 stars!

I did not play golf so I am not rating the golf course. I am however raving the licensed restaurant and food that was great. We had fabulous fun playing Music Bingo on Friday nights. I would recommend this place for a fun and entertaining evening with great food. There is no cost for Music Bingo just food and drinks.

Very well conditioned course. Some goofy holes, but other than that an enjoyable round of golf. 2023 update: course is in fantastic shape.
Kyle Klages — Google review
Be aware of not to try long driver in the first night holes, narrow fairway with visionary misleading kills the ambitions. The green, ok, many strokes means your money is worth. Should come back in next spring, it is 2020.

Awesome course, went 4 times during our 5 day stay In Osoyoos! Lots of lost balls, but if you look for them, you’ll come out with even more than you came in with!!
Stephanie Sabourin — Google review
No marshal on site. There was a 5 group pile up that slowed the pace of play down. One group was so slow we were 3 groups at a tee box waiting to play. I left the game as I didn’t want to wait in that mess and went to the office to ask for a marshal. Was told there is no Marshall on site even though they have 184 golfers playing that day. With that said the course is beautiful and I enjoy playing here. This was just poor planning and ruined a golfing outing.

Mexican restaurant
El Sabor De Marina is a highly recommended Mexican restaurant in Oliver, offering delicious and authentic tacos that rival those found in Mexico itself. Whether you're passing through the area or visiting nearby Osoyoos, it's worth stopping by this food truck for a flavorful meal. The made-to-order tacos are a standout, particularly the chicken variety. Despite its simplicity as a food truck, El Sabor De Marina provides covered picnic tables for customers to enjoy their meals on-site or take them to go.
Delicious food and quick service. Great location on Hwy 97 at Global Foods. Covered seating. Acceptably busy due to great food, but well worth it!

Food was interesting, the burritos had spinach in them which I found to be a nice touch but I honestly didn’t think it was anything that deserved a 5 star rating as it met expectations but did not succeed. The wait was long but to be expected as there were quite a few of us waiting for food. The burritos were $16/each but were a good size, I can’t say this was the best Mexican food I’ve had but was definitely okay.
Emma Bryce — Google review
Best burrito I’ve had. Loved the sautéed zucchini and veg with pulled chicken. (My husband had the beef and loved it). Wrap was fresh and portion was big. Made to order, so you wait 10 mins for order but absolutely worth it! I’ll be back to try the rest of the menu.
Jody Gorski — Google review
When they get busy instead of shutting down when they run out of meat, you'll get a burrito with two chunks of meat thats packed absolutely full of cooked frozen veggie mix, spinach, and rice is sometimes very over cooked. It can all be very mushy. If you want salsa, they will charge you one dollar, for the smallest container. It would be enough for two burrito bites. So you would need 5 if you enjoy salsa with your burrito. They cut corners with cheap ingredients, very little meat and frozen veggies mix used for filler. The food is ok, they are busy because its not horrible and there are so very few options in Oliver. Service can be very short and rude at times, if there's any requests or complaints they will be ignored.
Sammie A — Google review
If I could give 0 I would... Honestly I don't understand how they have gotten the positive reviews, perhaps they were paid off? The absolute unequivocal worst tacos I've ever had! I got the vegetarian... It was frozen peas, carrots and broad beans as well as rice. There was no cheese and no flavour, the only thing that resembled a taco was the tortilla which was stale! I'm shocked that they have the audacity to accept money for something I wouldn't feed to my pigs. And to boot, the service was cold and unfriendly.
Sarah Michaud — Google review
Seem to be victims of their own success a bit. Food options have become more limited, prices have gone up, waits are longer. We waited about 45 minutes for two chicken tacos after being told that it would be 10-15 minutes. We would’ve just gone elsewhere had we known. Ultimately, tacos were decent, but I don’t know that they are worth the price ($5/taco).
Kai G — Google review
First time eating here, the cook was very friendly and a joy to chat with. I had the chicken burrito and it was delicious! $16 is a very fair price for a burrito of this caliber, I will definitely be back for something different on the menu! Great job and nice chatting today!

This was our second year staying at this resort for my husbands triathlon and we absolutely love it! We tented last year, but stayed with our group in a cabin this year, and it was fantastic. The cabin was spotless and came with everything you need, minus salt and pepper and paper towels, which we can obviously easily bring up next year. The ladies in the office are super sweet and the cleaning ladies were so on point and just lovely to deal with. The public bathrooms are always clean and the location is top tier being right on the lake. They even have a filtered water full station for your bottled water, which came in very handy all weekend long. 10/10 recommend and we will 100% be back next year! Thank you Lakeside!

Our room was good, it could sleep 6 people but 4/5 would be more comfortable. The service and location is two things that you can’t beat! When there was questions or issues (only one or two items) they were dealt with right away and didn’t have the issue after the service. Our family loves staying here and will continue coming back.

My family and friends have been camping here every summer for 25+ years. Great family environment with a peaceful private beach for the campsite. Response to the owner: First of all, I didn’t order turkey sandwiches. I got ham sandwiches and I also didn’t upgrade the salads, I got the green salads that came with the sandwiches. So you got the wrong customer. Loll, $2 of cheese let me doubt on this one as I only had 1 very thin slice of dried cheese in my sandwiches. BTW we are in a free country and I am entitled to have my own opinion. Have a good day! This is a cute place and the employees are friendly BUT in my opinion charging $32 for 2 pre-made sandwiches with the cheese dried out, and two tiny salad is ridiculous.

The Cheese Zone- 👍 As a Native French Canadian, I'm thrilled at their fine of artisan cheeses like my favourite triple creme St. André; a definite highlight has been exploring the fabulous selection of delectable cheesy treasures. Sourdough olive bread, oh my, I love you, simply the best I have had! But do get there early😘 We appreciate their bounty of fresh local organic produce. Cappuccino is a must while shopping. I hear all the deli meats and sandwiches are amazing. Salmon croissant with capers looks smokin 😋 Order your clean fish by Thursday I have just learned... Shop is always spotless, great music and fun vibe filled with friendly smiling staff. Oliver and surrounding area are blessed to have such a fine food shop as am I to have made this yummy discovery 🙏

Miradoro Restaurant at Tinhorn Creek is a seasonal vineyard spot that offers breathtaking panoramic views and serves Mediterranean plates made with fresh local ingredients. Located on the Golden Mile, this winery boasts a spacious patio overlooking the valley and Black Sage Bench. The restaurant is renowned for its refined Italian cuisine, which highlights produce sourced from nearby farmers. Customers rave about the exceptional customer service provided by the staff, who are knowledgeable about both food and wine.
WOW! Hands down the best meal we have had in a long time. Unique flavors and great presentation. Plus an awesome old fashioned and great wine selection. Plus an Amazing view of the valley!

Stopped in for lunch during a wine tour of the area. Nice restaurant with great views of the vineyards. Service was fantastic, food was good.

We ordered take out from the restaurant, so did not really get a chance to enjoy the service. But the food was okay, I feel it would have been better if we had it at the restaurant instead of taking it out. We ordered a grilled cheese sandwich which had fried onions with minestrone soup and pizza. The soup was extremely bland and had no flavor at all. The grilled cheese sandwich was surprisingly better than expected with fried onions. Definitely worth trying once again.

Unique menu items. I tried foods I can't cook at home. Outstanding elk tartar and tasty but chewy quail and waffles.

The building and its view is amazing. The staff is super friendly and professional. The food is amazing and the wine choice by the staff was super good.

Went for lunch on a Saturday inside, the ambiance was nice and the view was beautiful but the flies were awful! Landing on the food and us and the staff did not seem to care. I was confused. They did not have very many options for accommodating a dairy allergy. Given the price and level of quality, I expected more than just the same items without the dairy. Serving a pasta dish that was designed to be made with butter and cheese without the key ingredients is not the samesies. One cannot grate raw brussel sprouts on the top of pasta and pretend it is cheese. No. Just get some oat milk and get with the program.

We had a group of 8 and seating was not an issue. We sat on the patio and the views were beautiful. Pasta and pizza are delicious. Drinks and wine are perfect. I will come back and I do recommend!

Fantastic views, great food and good service. We had 7 adults and 5 kids, because of distancing rules we had 2 tables of six. I'm not a wine person so can't comment on that but the Peach Sangria seemed to be a hit with the other adults. They have a kids menu which I was not expecting. The chicken strip were awesome. I didn't ask but I'm sure they were made in house. Everything we had was top notch. Pizza was good, great crust. The steak was phenomenal, wow. Pork Chop and the Clams and Chorizo were all great. Oh, and they have pasta straws!

Views and food are 5 star. I had the Diavolvo pizza. Was definitely one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Spicy. Tasty. Charred. Just excellent. Views are too die for. Wine is excellent. A must visit when travelling to Osoyoos or Oliver. Prices are great too.

We just had lunch at this great-reviewed restaurant that has a spectacular view of the Okanagan Valley. Our waitress was nice and got our lunch out fairly quickly to meet our tight time crunch for lunch. However the host who walked us to our table was cold and unfriendly. We requested the table that has a great view of the valley but he said it has been taken. Oh well, there was no one seated at that nice view table from the time we entered the restaurant to the time we finished and left. We still got the table next to it so we still had a nice view of the valley during lunch. Their patio view was breathtaking, but their customer service (besides our waitress) was mediocre. From the host, bartenders, to other waiters at the restaurant, no one had any welcoming facial expressions when we walked by. The worst was that after we paid at our table with our waitress, as we were grabbing our belongings to leave, another waitress came by telling us that our waitress will come soon with our bill. My husband immediately took out his wallet and showed her our already paid receipt. She gracefully apologized and changed the subject to get away from the awkwardness. The food was okay but not amazing. There are certainly many other better restaurants with nice view of the valley and with much friendlier hospitality than Miradoro. If it were for the nice waitress and for the nice patio view of the valley, I would have given this a zero star.

We had a remarkable experience at Hester Creek Winery, starting with a captivating wine tasting and estate tour. The winery's location is among the most stunning we have ever seen. Our visit began with a warm welcome from an exceptional wine host who guided us through the entire wine making process. We concluded our tour with a delightful sampling of their finest wines in a charming tasting room. The wines were superb, and our host ensured that the experience was memorable and engaging.
What a lovely night. We were looked after by Robin, and she and her team were bright and friendly. The food we chose was absolutely delicious. We had beet hummus, spot prawns, smoked squash soup, potato and truffle pizza and sable fish with risotto. The flavours of each dish were delightful and we would highly recommend any of them. Thankyou Robin and your team for making our evening so perfect.

We booked a wine tasting/estate tour today and were very impressed from the very start. We arrived at Hester Creek Winery in one of the most beautiful settings we have seen anywhere anywhere. We were greeted by our lovely wine host who stepped us through the entire wine making process. Ending with a fabulous tasting fleet of their best wines. Tasting room was absolutely lovely, as were the wines. She made our experience noteworthy and engaging. We topped off with a lovely meal on the terrace at the winery’s Terrafina restaurant. Kudos to the entire staff who made our experience worth reviewing. I highly recommended signing up for the entire experience at this fantastic winery. We left with some stellar wines and a great experience and we will definitely be back!

Wow, you got to stop here to eat. Everything is delicious and portions are great for the price of the quality of the meals. Nice view from the patio, nice inside. The service is friendly and fast. Grest choice of wines as well. It's the kind of place which you want to star for 2 hours eating slowly. A place to stop without looking back.

The hospitality of the French waiter was truly exceptional, setting a warm tone for our dining experience. Opting for the Elk Shack and Octopus Capriccio, we found the flavors to be slightly above average, offering a pleasing culinary experience. The cozy atmosphere, characterized by a tasteful wooden decor, contributed to the overall charm, creating a dining environment that was not only inviting but also aesthetically pleasing.

Beautiful lunch at Terrafina. Awesome service, and beautiful food and wine pairings. Definitely recommend checking it out if you’re in the Oliver area. Definitely coming back soon.

An ideal winery dining experience! It’s on the classier, pricier side. But the service and entrees were amazing, not to mention the charming dining space and covered patio! Our waitress was one of the best I think I’ve ever had at any restaurant, very professional! Great wines to try! The charcuterie was very good and plenty as a meal or an appie for 3-4. My friend had a full fancy plate with the pork chops. The cannelloni too was exceptional! The dessert, a Grand Marnier infused peach pie with raspberry compote in a shortbread crust with creme freshe, sounded amazing but sadly did not deliver on taste. The potato pizza was also nothing exceptional - lacks an acid to balance all the starch.

It was our first time at this restaurant/winery. It exceeded our expectations. To start off we went for a tasting. We explained that we only had time to try three wines as our reservation was coming up soon. They poured us our first glass while we were waiting in line and then when we got to the counter we asked to try her two favourite whites. The three wines that we tried did not disappoint. We actually ended up ordering one of her recommendations, which was the Trebbiano with our dinner. Our waitress was probably the best we’ve ever had. Super attentive and always made sure our water was topped off (it’s the little things). We started with the charcuterie board and added some cheese to the board as recommended by our waitress. She gave us three options for cheese so we asked her to surprise us and she brought a chive cheese. Excellent choice. For our mains, I ordered the lamb sirloin and my friend ordered the chicken. For dessert you can’t go wrong with the Tiramisu. I ordered the Affogato. I wish that there were more photos of the food on the menu as I’m a visual eater. Something like a digital scrapbook for the menu or a pinned story of the dishes the kitchen puts out on their Instagram …maybe that’s the millennial in me talking. Overall, we had the best experience and would love to come back. If you are thinking of only visiting a few wineries around Oliver, I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Friendly staff, great service, delicious food and wine. Their patio is also spectacular if you get the chance to sit out there.

We had a wonderful lunch here on a hot, sunny Sunday. The pergola and patio umbrella helped keep us cool while we enjoyed some amazing food! I had an open faced pork belly sandwich that was savoury from some melted Brie and crispy pork belly, sweet from the apple butter, peppery from the arugula and tangy from the pickled red onions. It was so delicious along with a freshly made side Caesar salad! I enjoyed the ti amo margarita with some tequila, sparkling wine and lime. My wife had the potato & truffle pizza which she raved about! Nice savouriness from the potatoes and mozzarella, spicy and peppery from the chili flakes and arugula and richness from the truffle aioli. She had a lovely Cabernet Merlot wine with it. Total was just under $55/person including tip and worth every penny!

AMAZING FOOD! I've personally been to naples and I can positively say when I went in june 2021 to terrafina's. The margherita pizza taste like the real thing! Humbled staff(paul), nice music. Excellent wooden old style doors. I definitely will be back when i get a chance. Thanks alot to all the nice people and master chefs who made this evening possible!

I liked the place, it was really beautiful. Staff were nice and friendly as well. The food was not as good as I expected. My steak was very elastic and hard to chew! But overall experience was good!

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch here and went for the lunch special which had the most tender fall off the bone bison and asparagus dish. The burratta was exceptional as were their other servings. The place is popular so an early arrival and pre booking is recommended
