Love this cafe! Had a cozy time during our visit here. The ambience is perfect to chill with families and friends. Would like to visit this cafe again if I'm visiting Bandung in the future. Btw, for the food and drinks I ordered Chicken Cordon Bleu and Es jeruk. Taste was good!

Locations is up to the hill, nice view, nice weather there, food just fair, service just fair (dont expect very good service) lack of staff. Here is you buy a view. One thing : you have to pay some like gate in fee to restaurant like idr 25.000 per person, not a big amount actually and you can change the ticket with something from bakery shop for you to take away. (This is just to make sure all guest is consume). Note : take a picture at castle around 6 Pm please. Most wanted time.

Good in place, there was fee entrance 25k/person in entrance gate that you can exchange it with their souverning during exit in souvenir gift shop for the same nominal in receipt paper. For the food I like Grilled Chicken Warmsoy, and the drinks taste quite good. The best part for this place was the view and atmosphere which located in Punclut area, so you can expect best mountaint view in North Bandung. The minus only for the band sound, it's very annoying to hear live music from own Bakery Dago and also from the cafe besides, so the music sound unpleasant to mix hear.

I came here on national long holiday's weekend, sooooo.... It was so crowded! The place was beautiful, so many good corners to take pictures.. They also had playground for little fellow.. Though they said the dishes we order would take some times to be served, it was quiet quickly served. Advice: don't order the fried rice.. You'll be disapointed. Other food was good, but not extraordinary. Overall it was a good place, but you'd better come here on weekdays or off season, just so you could take picture without any photo bomb 😂

Amazing view and has many good photo spots, I like Nasi Timbel here tastes so good, entrance fee Idr 20k and can be used to buy bread. There was Live music available, but sounds too loud made us uncomfortable.

The foods tasted really good, the scenery and aesthetic was great and there were many areas for photos. It felt more like a park than a restaurant which is a good thing. They offered a variety of foods from Indonesian to Western. The place was also very safe from covid using sterilizers for the utensils. However, there are areas littered with trash like cans and bottles like the waterfall.

Delicious Sundanese food. The sound of the water gushing from the stream adds up the feeling of serenity to the experience. It felt like being close to nature. Service was great, food was great, location was far but worth going, and there's an old lady selling some kind of menthol drink by the entrance. Its soothing to the tummy. It was like 4 drinks for 100,000.

Superb dining place nestled in the forest with a small waterfall on the premises. The cafe's dining area is divided into individual huts of various sizes (2 - 12 diners each). You can request to either lounge on the floor or sit on chairs. Lots of flies but these are taken care of by the servers who set down some 'anti-fly' candles on the table. The food was so good! Sundanese rice, grilled fish, grilled prawns, veggies, satay, watered down with freshly made fruit juice. It was a fabulous and unique dining experience! Highly recommended!

Nice experience, well served despite having large number of customers due to holiday season. The food was delicious, served with plastic wrap, and the portion was worth the price. The staff were friendly. Parking lot was huge. Toilet was clean. I was already informed about the waiting list even when i was still entering the parking lot, so i knew how long i would need to wait. They keep their standards high while other restaurants struggling to serve so many customers during peak season.

Delicious food, excellent and friendly service from staff, modern resto despite the location is surrounding by nature, huge parking lot! Cool down yourself with mountain wind, cold water to simply wash your hands or face! The price is slightly higher for Bandung standard, but its worth it. Manage your time arrival because this is a popular resto, so it will busy at peak hours especially at weekend.

Great food and great place! Can't say less about this place. It is suitable for family recreation. You can have a separated saung (hut) for each family or group here, so it is comfortable even though it is crowded. Came here when it was on the peak season, and got the furthest hut up there, fortunately the service is really good, no need to wait a long time for the food. Recommended.

A beautiful restaurant, with natural setting & gallery with soothing atmosphere and consistently tasty food. And now they have street food stalls as well, selling the likes of Tahu Gejrot, Kue Cubit, Rambut Nenek etc.

A hidden restaurant close to residential area. The interior layout and designated decoration attract tourists to visit. You can take a walk to enjoy the evergreen plants, flowers, trees and mini waterfall inside. The dining areas are cottages with tables. You can choose Eastern and Western cuisines here. What I recommend is the traditional Indonesian foods. They are really tasty and flavored with various spices. The staffs are really professional to introduce the origins of foods and eager to serve you all the time. It is always crowded on weekends or holidays and dining time is 1 hour only. If possible, try to visit here on weekdays. You can relax yourself in slow pace, fulfilling your stomach happily. Just come and have fun. Enjoy.

This is the best Culture Gallery and Cafe in Bandung, they make this well prepared and well maintained. I love the thousand kinds of plants in this cafe, perfect choice to visit with family or loved ones. Don't forget to bring your sweater before visiting, the weather is cold enough for Indonesian. The food and beverages was sooooo good! Their traditional Sundanese menu is underrated. Love this place. Good Luck!

Everything is perfect. The environment put u more to the nature. The choice of food. But the price is quite pricey. But terms of the quantity n the taste i give it 8.5 10.

Love every details here! I came here with my family and i still can feel the ambiences here. Not that crowded at weekdays night and i love it. Love everythings here the nature surrounding the place, concept, weather, foods, etc. All united into one. Even it’s a quite pricey but once you step inside the place, you’ll know the reasons! Worth every pennies! Definitely will comeback here.

My first time here. And not even a bit of disappointment! Perfect place to hang and dine with your family and colleagues. Beautiful place with delicious Sundanese and pizza/pasta menus to choose. The sooner you’re here the better it will be. The place was clean and neat, superb services from parking to cashier. Made this place a comfortable and one of the best in Bandung. I will definitely return while staying near!

The place is huge and very calming. Too bad I arrived at night so I couldn't roam the area to the fullest. The service is very fast and the food is really delicious. My favourite is nasi liwet and the fish. We dined in a cute gazebo with a cute sink next to it. Overall , I love everything about this restaurant. One of the best eateries during my Bandung vacay🤤😙

This is such a wonderful and comforting place for a restaurant to be! The chilly air and good food will make you feel warm inside. My favorite part of this restaurant is the waterfall and overall the atmosphere of this place. It's a really good restaurant to eat at while visiting Bandung!

A very nice, cozy and well maintained Sundanese kampoeng Village style resto with individual Lesehan (wooden sit hut). The place is always crowded with locals and tourists during weekend but the queue system is great, we waited for around 15-20 minutes for our seats during public holiday. The price is on the high side but you pay for the atmosphere and ambience with man-made waterfall.

This famous restaurant built into a hill side with a fast flowing stream that cascades down hewn out rocky paths is perfectly maintained. There is a hole entourage of employees to be found in any spot of this place. There are dozens of cabins of various sizes doted on both sides of the stream Food is delivered extremely fast. No alcohol . I found this place to be over organized and too perfect. Everything is served in a rush. There is a maximum time span given to " enjoy cabin, environment and food " of 60 minutes. There is a " tourist center" , souvenir shop, " Wayang Golek " ... etc. This is not a restaurant but a tourist circus. Food was clean but my " Ikan Kuwe Bakar " was charcoaled and left me with a nasty aftertaste. Would I go there again ... not unless I have first time visitors to Bandung. It was nice to have been given umbrellas but again very over organized. This does not give me the feeling of real Indonesia.

A restaurant that has a concept resembling a unique village with a beautiful natural feel, providing a traditional and romantic atmosphere. Equipped with private huts those all are neatly arranged to maintain the privacy and comfort of visitors when dining here, it brings memories and feels like home. We had lunch here and ordered Spaghetti panggang sosis mozzarella, Strawberry panna cotta, Paket gawir, Fettuccine chicken katsu, Sate maranggi, Es kelapa muda and Kopi tubruk. For the food itself like Spaghetti panggang sosis mozzarella, Strawberry panna cotta and Fettuccine chicken katsu the tastes were normal, nothing special, the carrots in the Fettuccine chicken katsu were hard to bite. I can understand those due western cuisine is not their specialty, I think it would be better for them to focus more on Indonesian cuisine which is their specialty and mainstay. Paket gawir and Sate maranggi were delicious, especially the Karedok and Sate maranggi. As for the service, when we ordered Sate maranggi they forgot to include it in our food ordered so we needed to remind them again, but on the bright side they quickly served Sate maranggi which they had forgotten to include in our food ordered. The service was friendly and when we finished eating they asked for input from us if there were any shortcomings for future improvement.

Kampung Daun, the restaurant with comfort environment. Main menu is Sundanese food. Taste is good, especially sambal dadak, the environment is kids’s friendly. The stafs are helpful. Good place to visit and try during staying in Bandung.

I ordered chicken & goat satay. For me the goat satay is more tasty than the chicken. The price is quite affordable, 17k for 10 pieces. They also provide Soto (soup with meat and vegetables) on the menu.

A rather small place that sells satay. They sells satay from three different types of meat, such as chicken, beef, and lamb. I really like their "Sate Ayam Pedas" because the chicken is very juicy and the seasonings is savory and spicy. They also sells lontong and white rice as a side dish.

My first time actually eating some sate asin kind (salty satay). Located in the middle of the city this might be a good place to eat after a day of strolling around the town. The price is quite cheap and the portion is great. You’ll get a pretty big chunks of meat on the skewers. I ordered some Sate Kambing (lamb) and some Sate Ayam (chicken), I ordered some of the kambing ‘asin pedes banget’ (spiciest) and ‘asin pedas sedang’ (mild). It’s salty, if you ever tried Sate Taichan this might be a level up from Taichan. Sate DJ is not your typical Satay Madura with peanut sauce. They ain’t got no sauce on this one and it’s actually dry and salty. The sprinkles of chilli powder and MSG with some salt definitely will start your mouth water. They give you a generous piece of meat and a fatty meat in the middle of the skewers (each skewer contains 3 piece of meat), Kambing is better than Ayam because I feel like Kambing can actually absorb the seasoning and the seasoning compliments the taste of a lamb. I VERY MUCH RECOMMEND you to order a bowl of Kuah Soto. The saltiness of the satay can be neutralized by the Kuah Soto. It’s combination to die for. I also suggest you to just buy mineral water rather than tea or other drinks because after all those salt, you will need a lot of water. GOOD SATAY and a salty one. You might not like this dish if you’re not into salty food. 4 out of fricking 5 stars WELL DESERVED.

I went to this place yesterday. This Saté is off worlds, its not possible to get a taste like this. Never had sate like at Saté DJ. Tonight I am going back again to get more! The price is like 15k - 17k rph a portion (10 saté). A friend told me like: you have to go to sate dj. I was like, okay, just saté. So I visited this place and now I cant stop thinking about the saté! Update jan.23: It is still booming. The Saté is quiet small, eitherway its worth it. 15k for 10 pcs is nothing for such a taste experience. So we took another 7 portions away to home.

The satay is cheap and so good. Recommended place to visit if you want to have meal. We eat 60 skewers for four person. The size per skewer is quite small, so we can eat a lot.

I ordered chicken satay and goat satay, and both of them were truly delicious. The meat not so hard and soft, easy to eat. I didn't like that much the variation of the taste. More importantly the price is cheap, very satisfied.

The satay has its own distinctive taste from other satays. relatively cheap but for peanut sauce you have to ask otherwise you won't get peanut sauce.

Cafe with a view? Certainly. A quite mesmerizing one, actually. Place is located in the upper area Bandung, but road is a little bit difficult for small cars because of many inclines and many congestions on weekends. It's also located in Punclut tourist area and there are many other cafes around just by walking. Parking building is quite large but very crowded too on weekends. Personally, Tafso Barn really sells for their view and the little barn where some rabbits, chickens, and goats can be seen and interacted with. Foods and beverages taste just alright, they should do more chef training or something, in my opinion. But overall, it's the right place to enjoy view of upper Bandung and hang out with friends.

Truly a great place to be if you're into taking some additional shots for your Instagram photo stock. To be able to enter the premises, you only need to buy one meal and one drink with prices that was actually seems normal and pretty fair for the view you'll be getting. Though the food is quite so-so. I'm a bit questioning the serving of the food. We were ordering a toast, with extravagant plating. With wooden plate, strawberry cuts here and there plus chocolate lines all over the bread, magnifico. But when I'm looking at mine, Tom Yum Noodle with paper bowl, why oh my Dear God WHY?? Did they ran out of ceramic bowl? Meh... I was not there to eat anyway. This is truly a place to enjoy the view rather than the food Another best thing about this place was that it was actually in some kind of complex of similar spot, namely Serenia Hills. So if you feel like having some Indonesian Food and Indonesian-themed photo spots, it's available next to this place, next to it was also a place with European-themed photo spots with buildings that reminds me of Harry Potter movie. One thing that I don't like about these place (except for Tafso) was not every joint put a clear terms and conditions to enter their premises and enjoy their photo spots. If everyone put the same TnC similar to Tafso, I think I'll be getting fat faster than the speed of light... For you point of reference, we spend IDR 120K for a toast, TomYum Noodle, Ice Coffee and Orange Julius.

Great food at good price. Tried the nasi goreng kecombrang , tomyum mie, mendoan, all delicious, the view and environment are nice, kids also can play with goat/rabbit/chicken feeding.

This place has amazing vibe, surrounded by nature. Price is affordable. Recommended to hangout with friends. But parking ticket is quite expensive especially for motorcycle.

I love the setting, the landscape, the view, just the place overall. However, the system is kinda complicated for customers I think. You order and pay at the entrance, choose your table, then someone will approach you and confirm where you'll be seating and what's your order. Now what if someone didn't approach? That could be a hassle. I also wanted to order extra after finishing my meal, but going up to the entrance again for a glass of water seems an extra effort.. Not sure if this was due to COVID-19 or it has been like this from the start.. Table service is another thing they should focus on, not even full house and the waiters are already overwhelmed.

Nice place to relax and chills. Been here on friday before 3 PM where it was still not crowded. Kopi susu gula Aren and Mendoan are great!

The food is decent, and the place is incredibly Instagrammable. It's perfect to visit during the late afternoon to catch the sunset. It's also a great place for a family or couple's dinner during the evening.

The food is good and worth to price. Order onion ring, ribs, escargot and pork belly with thai sauce. Their ribs is tasty even we only order local ribs. Escargot and pork belly also good. They only provide small parking space but you can park on the street. Service is also good.

Have heard about this place but haven't got a chance to visit. We had our wedding anniversary a few days ago and decided to try this restaurant. Heard about the ribs, so it's a must try, and didn't disappoint. It was very tender and juicy. We chose the original BBQ sauce and tought it was perfect. The Ceasar Salad with crispy pork belly was also my new favorite. The restaurant has a good ambience, nice music. And the staff were very knowledgable. We really enjoyed our dinner.

Black angus 5 star, no doubt. Tender, juicy, mushroom sauce not just cream but also tasty. Cod fish also 5 star, spicy sauce blend with creamy taste. Ribs just 3 star. The smokey taste very nice, but it almost no meat at ribs. Pizza also nice, but the base sauce i think too much, so it very sweet after 2 slice. Overall 4,5. i want try another food here.

ordered a ribeye, it was amazing. hands down one of the best steak ive had in bandung. place is also nice for family to dine together, but one employee just stand behind the kitchen counter and play with his phone and ignored me while i was talking to him

How can this restaurant wasnt filled with people is beyond thoughts. Ordered the ribs, so good, ordered the southwestern salad also on point. Their interior design is very cozy too, but theyre missing an outdoor space.

Excellent atmosphere and service, combined with entrees that were not only delicious, but meticulously prepared. The ribs were so tender, succulent and well-seasoned with an excellent BBQ sauce that it reminded me of Texas. The pizza had a cracker thin crust and ingredients that was top notch. Western food of this high caliber is rare to find locally, I look forward to visiting La Costilla again soon!

Its always good to have meals here. The pastas are great, we also tried aus baby back ribs and it's worth to try. Had a great time here.

The taste of Baby Back Ribs was superb. Very delicious. We called it "Tony Roma's from Bandung". They also provide pizza and fried rice menu.

Food: loves the ribs. Probably the best in Bandung. Anything else is alright. The jambalaya was too dry, the escargot was too chewy, and the potato gratin was tasteless. But general, the food was great for its fair price. Ambience: loves it. Very blue. Conclusion: you dont have to go far to Bali to taste good ribs no more. Just come to this resto.
