Loterie Farm

Mentioned on
Nature preserve
Nature & Parks
Loterie Farm is a nature preserve located on the highest point on St. Martin, Pic Paradis. It offers hiking trails and zip lines, as well as a bar/eatery and pool/lounge areas. The park is popular for its wildlife, which can be seen from the viewing platform at the top of the hill.
Sadly, it was cloudy and rainy most of the time we spent here, but we were able to take cover and order some food & drinks. Everything was delicious, and our server was so friendly. Also was so excited about the vegan options- they were so tasty!! The music was really cool and so was the pool. I loved the ambiance so much, and would love to come back on a sunnier day!

A nice place...different. There is a pool, a little place for kids, an area for a very nice hike ( not for flip flaps). There are small monkeys and lizards all around the area and jungle. Good food and drinks. Seems to be well visited by the french locals. I liked it!
J Moon — Google review
Good place to spend the day away from the beach. Enjoyed the pool, the music, the pool-party atmosphere, the cocktails. The visit of the reserve itself was not recommended by the personnel so I skipped it and spent the day chillin' at the pool. I recommend it for a day away from the beach.
Telly Antonios — Google review
A great place to get away from it all. I would advise to go during the week. At the main pool it can be a little loud and has a slightly more party atmosphere, but you can walk to the top where the jacuzzi is and it's a lot more quiet. If you fancy a day away from the beach in nature this is the ideal place. There is a wonderful selection of food at reasonable prices and drinks too!
Victa Sempre — Google review
Wow! what a cool place, we decided to go on the two hour hike (the more difficult one) but it was totally worth it as the views at the top were absolutely incredible!!! The greenery and trees surrounding us were reminiscent of a jungle, it was so wonderful to be surrounded by so much nature, we did get rained on a bit, but it passed quite quickly. Afterwards we stopped at the local restaurant and were surprised by the quality of the food! The overhanging loft was really cool too. I would highly recommend going to check out this location, as you will not be disappointed!
Aaron Angert — Google review
Did the pic Paradis hike and then headed to the bar for some drinks and something to eat. The best bar program on the island no doubt. The drinks were fantastic and the food surprisingly good. One of the most memorable visits for sure! Noah is awesome!
Debbie O — Google review
A little oasis in the jungle. Only spent a half day here, but we wished we had chosen to arrive earlier. Tranquility at its finest. The cabinta sun shaded loungers for 2 are super comfortable to take a break from the pool and get some rest. Drink menu is plentiful with options for all types of drinkers or non drinkers. The staff was super attentive when required and also let you be if they saw you were having a good time. This is a must visit place if you are on the island. There was a good mix of locals who come to enjoy a day off work, and tourists having a good time. I was slightly disappointed that we didn't see any monkeys as described on the website. The zip line course is a great day trip also. It's definitely a workout, though. Visited the zip line 10 years ago, and it's great to come back to see local businesses thriving and expanding on this beautiful island.
Stephen Klenert — Google review
Probably the highlight of our trip… I recommend you do the “fly zone”. Music was amazing, food was good. The hike is cool, but rhe fly zone / zip line adventure was THE BEST, I am so scare of heights and the instructor (Cam) made it so easy for me to quickly feel comfortable that I could not believe I overcame my fears and indeed enjoyed it! (The first zip line I was shaking) but after that I became more and more comfortable and ended up loving it! I will def go back and I recommend it to everyone 100%. Our server was Tomas, super nice dude!

After having seen many pool clubs in the world. This venue is something you don’t find somewhere else. Hence it deserves the 5 stars as it’s really something typical, beautiful and interesting to see and to party in. 5 stars as well to the service team! The food we tried was only finger food nothing exceptional but can’t judge the whole menu on this only one visit.
Cedric — Google review
A beautiful place!! 100% worth the $25/per person to have an afternoon in an oasis. Iguanas and apparently monkeys. We didn’t see monkeys, but you would probably see them on a hike if you paid $10 to go on a hike. The drinks were great too.
Rachael Croxall — Google review
Wasn’t horrible but wasn’t as great as the hype on social media, we missed the big pool party, we came on the Sunday after, pretty slow, the music wasn’t my vibe it was more house music/techno and wasn’t catered to POC, the entry fee included a chair at $28 pp, each activity is priced individually, so if you want to hike that’s a fee, if you want to zip line that’s a fee and so forth, the food was priced as I expected,a little higher, and wasn’t bad as far as the taste. I did like that it wasn’t crowded, but I would say come with a large group unless you are looking for R&R. We didn’t hate it because we like resorts and this def have that vibe, the scenery is nice, it just wasn’t as great as we had heard.
Simply Mz Kira — Google review
All we did there was the hike. It was great. The views were amazing and I enjoyed how they kept the signs neat and bold. I love the big trees and flowers.
Emily Ballard — Google review
Great place to grab a meal and enjoy a drink while taking in the beautiful scenery. The kids play area is on the small side but there are fun activities. The main pool in the day that we visited was for 21+ so check prior to your visit. We didn't have time to check out the hike or zip lines unfortunately but we would love to visit if we have the chance in the future.
Sam Huntley — Google review
We did the hike here on a Tuesday, which was a lot of fun. I recommend going to the too if able. We're in our 60s & had no issues. (We are but regulars at the gym, though). We saw lots of monkeys on the way up and down. We also had lunch afterward. I highly recommend it. It was one of our best meals on the island. (Includinf those on Grand Case).
Tammy Moore — Google review
We only went for the hiking trail. It was fantastic!! Do not miss it! I was a bit annoyed to pay $10 per adult just to hike... but they say it's for the conversation of the land they protect, so okay I'll pay for that! The hike was sooooo worth it! The views are breathtaking. The foliage is beautiful. We went on the "strenuous" path. It was pretty strenuous and a lot of fun. Even saw a few Vervet Monkeys! Would highly recommend it!
Brendan Saltaformaggio — Google review
We really enjoyed the pool and the calming atmosphere. The place is well kept, a little oasis in the middle of the forest. We did the hike and ended in the pool, lounging. It was the perfect combination and the beautiful pool and nice music was a good reward after the challenging hike. The food is really good and one of the waiters recommended me a drink that I still crave. It was delicious and refreshing. The hike itself was also very fun. The trail is well kept and the directions given at the reception were clear. Only negative thing I have to say is that when the place was closing up, the waiters were busy to ensure payment from all the clients that were leaving at the same time. As a result, we waited a long time before being able to pay and had to ask multiple waiters multiple time for the bill, which ended our enjoyable experience on a bitter note. To avoid this, I would suggest leaving a little bit earlier than closing time to avoid the rush.
Annie Vo — Google review
Super relaxing and lovely oasis in the middle of the forest. Lots of wildlife like the vervet monkeys, iguanas and lots of birds to observe while sipping delicious cocktails by the fresh water pool. The food is also excellent.

The venue offers guided tours in English or French, and a gift shop for souvenirs. Visitors can learn about the butterflies' different stages of life and interesting facts about them. Additionally, guests have the option to return to the farm during their stay in St Maarten if they purchase tickets.
Was here a few years back and would definitely return. Was just thinking about it and thought I would leave some photos. Lovely, had a wonderful time—many species!!!

Beautiful place, a lot of butterfly species, guided tour in English or French, when you buy tickets you can return anything during your stay in St Maarten. Great place to visit.
Jan Cermak — Google review
Loved it! We ended up going to St. Martin on our recent Disney Cruise after our port in Tortola was canceled due to flooding. There was some kind of French holiday going on where half the island was shut down, but Holly and family came in and opened the Butterfly Farm. It was very beautiful with a lot of interesting information. A good variety of butterflies in various stages. Really enjoyed it!
Chris Pilot — Google review
Wonderfull place to be, saw a butterfly being born - so cool !
Paul Hoogendijk — Google review
Outstanding tour with great explanations and stories. garden is wonderful by itself but you should aim for the early morning or late afternoon. At lunch it is very humid (for the butterflies). Entrance fee is 14 euro p.p. but you can revisit as much as you like during your stay here. So save your ticket! Gift shop is filled with fun pretty and cool stuff to take back.
Christian Peper — Google review
Very relaxing and interesting. We went twice (the second time is free during your island stay). Very knowledgeable staff and beautiful facility. Most are tropical butterflies that most people will never see in their lives. We actually saw a butterfly laying eggs and all the stages of a butterflies life can be seen here...egg, caterpillar, pupa (or chrysalis), adult emerging from chrysalis, and the butterfly itself. I will be posting pics soon.

By far one of my favorite experiences whilst in St. Maarten

Amazing spot, with dozens of species of butterflies. We went once midday and once in the morning: tickets include multiple visits during your stay! Super interesting tours in French and English included in ticket price, and all of the tour guides were great!

Parotte Ville Bird Park is an ideal place to discover and engage with a stunning variety of parrots from around the globe. The team is knowledgeable and amiable, while the birds are content to feed from your hands and exchange greetings for a suitable reward. A visit here also allows you to explore a small museum containing cherished heirlooms passed down through generations of the owner George's family.
What an absolute unique and amazing experience! The birds here were so sociable and it was exciting to interact with them. They give you some bird feed and the birds fly to you to eat. You could stay there for hours and just watch them. There are also a lot of cool trees around the area, a playground, and a small museum. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. This place is a much visit went coming to St. Marteen!

We went here on a day where we wanted to do something away from the beaches which is fun, easy and family friendly. Went with our 3yo daughter. Staff was very friendly and helpful, took time to explain how to behave with the birds, but also to explain the birds. Lovely experience for the whole family. We spent there a bit more than an hour and enjoyed it very much. They have a small playground in their garden which was also nice for the kid, even though this is certainly not the first reason why you would go there.
Thankmar Wagner — Google review
So happy we found this gem to visit! The perfect spot to learn and interact with a beautiful collection of parrots from all over the world. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The birds are happy to come eat from your hands and will even say hello, if you give them the right treat! Meeting the owner George was a blessing, after the birds you can check out the small museum that houses family treasures past down through the generations. His families story is one of survival and perseverance. During the hurricane he saved all the birds carting them to his home in cages and had to rebuild the park from scratch. A lovely man worth taking the time to chat ❤ 'Anytime you put love in what you do, nothing can stop you.' George

A unique experience!! The birds were very interactive. You get to feed the birds. It is a safe, and fun experience for everyone of all ages. There is also a small museum showcasing antique items found in St.Martin and other places such as the Grand Case Salt pickers and Princess Juliana airport. Add to your list of activities to do while on vacation.

Fun outing with the little one! My kid isn't scared of birds, but if yours is, watch out, second you come in, the birds rush to you. It was cool they even have a toucan you can feed Outside there is a little playground as well
Nurhan El-kharbotly — Google review
Love it. The birds will fly on your head or arms and start eating seeds from the cup they offer you. To see the birds that close made my day. I recommend all to go there and enjoy these wonderful parrots.
Cubby Gravel — Google review
It is a MUST for animal lovers and those Who appreciates parrots and tropical birds. The birds seem happy and healthy and they love new people. I could see it being overwhelming for some as there are 100+ birds but after the initial entrance it wasn't that bad and SURPRISINGLY I did not get pooped on. I think one bird peed on my leg but it was worth the experience. The staff is also amazing. As my first visit on the island I didn't know where else to go. The smoothie girl was amazing I didn't catch her name but she was very informative as was the rest of the staff that handled the birds. I love this place and hope to see it again soon.
Raine Friday — Google review
Parrot Ville is an unforgettable experience for all ages. I’ve brought multiple friends and my mom here to enjoy the beauty of the birds and the delight of interacting with them. This is an absolute must do on the island for any animal lover.
Stephanie Cabral — Google review
What a great and beautiful place to visit for a fair price. The owner gives a short introduction about the different bird species there are. Afterwards you get a cup with seeds and step into the cage, moments later you are surrounded by different birds which can land on you. Just amazing to have the opportunity to visit such a place !! Definitely worth the experience when on the island.
D. D.E. — Google review
Pretty cool place and glad we stopped. This was originally just going to be a pass by and see if we wanted to come back. Glad we stayed and for $10, entertainment for all. So cool trying to slow-motion the birds flight onto the feeder cup. I had a few close friends on my hat and phone at different times. Made for some comical playback. Kids might be a little scared so stay with them. Will be back.
Marty Hogan — Google review
We found this place just while zooming in on maps around Philipsburg along our route from Orient (Coco Beach club) Beach back to our hotel near the airport and decided to stop. What a delight! The staff were very helpful, kind, and engaging with our whole family. And the birds are amazing. I recommend you will enjoy this magnificent place no matter your age. If do suggest you where a shirt that covers your shoulders and your arms iif you have sensitive skin as the birds will land and walk up and down your arms and shoulders. Most people won't mind as they are very gentle. One bird loved my ear, and would tickle me! My 8-year old son keeps bugging us to go back. Buy a beautiful bird flute for more fun after you leave!
Tim Moczygemba — Google review
This unexpected gem ended up being one of my kids’ favorite activities on the island. The birds were amazing and approached visitors readily. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed interacting with the birds here! I love that this is a family-run business and totally born out of one man's passion for birds. My husband and I learned a lot just talking with the owner's daughter and it totally made my trip. I loved the beaches in Sint Maarten, but this place is so special. I'd definitely come back and do this again. There's so much variety of beautiful birds here.

American Tennis Academy, Saint-Martin

Outdoor Activities
The American Tennis Academy in St. Martin offers top-notch professional tennis instruction for players of all levels. The experienced instructors are highly skilled and knowledgeable about the game, providing valuable insights on proper techniques to improve gameplay. The facility boasts well-lit and immaculate courts that are perfect for beginners or seasoned veterans alike. In addition to providing exceptional tennis lessons, the academy also offers a wealth of information about the island and local community. This is an activity that should not be missed while visiting St. Martin.
Oliver is a fantastic coach! Wife and I took several lessons as complete beginners and enjoyed it big time.
Ilya Kochik — Google review
We contacted Oliver, the club owner, two weeks prior to our trip to the island to book court time and a ball machine or a hitting partner for our family member to have some hitting sessions during vacation. Our family member is a U16 competitive player. Oliver said we needed to come in person and he would help us. When we went in person, he insisted on booking a lesson with him because he said there were no intermediate to advanced players on the island, but he could hit with her. We tried to just book a court but he insisted on the lesson. We ended up paying 90 euros for 1 hour of bad feeding and no live ball drills because he couldn’t rally. After the lesson, we met a couple of stronger players at the club and asked if we could book a court to hit with one of them. Oliver refused, saying all his courts were fully booked for the week and that he could not accommodate us. It seemed he was not happy that we were networking with other club members. Too late in our trip, we discovered we could have booked his courts in advance through viator. I do not recommend this club. It is unfortunate Oliver chooses to run his club so unprofessionally.
Sorina C — Google review
Highly recommend!!! Oliver is such a talented trainer. We’ve taken several lessons back him in the US but Oliver is the most passionate tennis instructor we've had, and focuses on perfecting technique before anything else. He challenges us and is wonderful with our kids. My kids got more out a few lessons with Oliver then they do in a year of lessons back home. We come to saint martens often and from now on will be scheduling our lessons with Oliver everytime we are here. Thank you so much Oliver. Look forward to seeing you during our next trip here.🥰🎾

American Tennis Academy is a great facility if you are looking for coaching to advance your game. Coaching is available for adults and children. The facility itself is top notch with beautiful courts which can be rented. Oliver is an expert in “teaching” the mechanics of tennis. He started with the basics, reviewed my grip, discussed opening up early and weight transfer during swings, etc. I also got great advice on racquets. I highly recommend Oliver of the American Tennis Academy to anyone looking to improve their game.
Alex Merkulov — Google review
Oliver is the most passionate tennis instructor that I've ever met. He literally built this facility and is always on site. I could not recommend this place more! We were in St. Martin for a month and I had planned to rent the ball machine to get some practice. After meeting Oliver, I signed up for a package of 10 lessons instead. I'm really glad that I did. He completely reworked my forehand, backhand and serve. He's extremely technical, correcting all of the little things. By the 10th lesson, I felt like a completely new player!
Max Ade — Google review
True hidden gem here in St. Martin. Very high quality tennis facility, great courts, lights, fencing plus excellent tennis teaching. Oliver managed in 5 lessons to take my confused forehand into a simple back to basics forehand which I feel good about. Oliver had the patience and perseverance to help me change the fundamentals of my tennis to which I am very grateful. It was a pleasure to meet him and enjoy the devotion and technical expertise he brings. Thank you Oliver!
Steven Robson — Google review
Oliver at American Tennis Academy is hands down the best and most professional tennis instructor we have ever met! He is a true MASTER and TECHNICIAN of the game. During our lessons with him, our game has improved massively, and his joyful love for the game of tennis is absolutely contagious! He is perfect for beginners or experts alike. And he is also a WEALTH of knowledge about the island and local community. The facility is immaculate and well lit, and the courts are spectacular! If you are in St. Martin, this is a MUST DO activity!
Eric Graham — Google review
Oliver cares about teaching proper tennis and it shows. He isn’t just feeding you balls and letting you hit, he is all about breaking down your strokes and focusing on proper technique. Glad I got to play with him while on the island.
Jennifer Suh Whitfield — Google review
I play tennis at one of the best tennis clubs in North America called Midtown in Chicago. I am a 3.5 level player. I was looking for a coach on Saint Martin so that I can keep my game advancing while on vacation. I looked at two other tennis locations closer to me in Simpson Bay, but chose Oliver at the American Tennis Academy instead. I’m so glad I made that choice! We began by Oliver observing my forehand and backhand strokes. He immediately stopped me and had me change almost all aspects of my forehand. From the grip, to how I should react when the ball is coming towards me, to setting myself up to hit it, including weight transfer, and keeping my head down through the swing. We then did the same thing with my two handed backhand. Over the course of three lessons during my stay, both of my shots are now transformed. I have worked with tennis pros before, and although they are good players in their own right, they do not have the “eye” to point out problems, nor the reinforcing corrective techniques to implement for improvements. Oliver is the best that I have seen. His facility is beautiful, I thoroughly enjoyed my lessons there, and highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their game.

Tintamarre is a small deserted island with crystal clear waters and a sandy beach, as well as the remains of an air strip. It is home to hermit crabs and little lizards. The island features a hidden beach with calm waves that was previously used for sand quarrying, but has since been restored by its owners as a sanctuary for turtles. Visitors have had the opportunity to catch glimpses of these sea creatures while anchored in the bay, enjoying picturesque views of this peaceful paradise.
Such a lovely uninhabited island we visited on our Tradewinds sailing cruise. Well, inhabited by hermit crab and little lizards maybe. We had a fun time exploring this little piece of heaven—and then we anchored and had lunch in the bay. Amazing views.

Amazing place to visit for one day or more. Grab a free mooring if you’re on a boat and stay for a night or more. Make a fire, have lunch or take a walk on the beautiful and calm beach. Explore the small island and even more private beaches on the other side on a short hike. Highly recommend. If you’re staying overnight note that the sea can get rocky, not the most comfortable sleep.

Absolutely stunning waters and a notorious gathering place for sea turtles. Wonderful place to snorkle. Beautiful contrast of the rocky cliffs to the water here. Water clarity was great for snorkeling, I was able to spot a sea turtle on the ocean floor eating seagrass.

Fabulous French Seafood restaurant. We had six in our party with a birthday celebration complete with dessert sparkler. Four chose fresh lobster so nicely grilled. A friend recommended the restaurant’s own gingered rum —so good we bought a bottle to bring home. Thibault, Amaury, Nadia, Lienise, Abby and the kitchen team worked seamlessly together anticipating every need. It was a fun and magical evening. The restaurant even provided a photo montage to us the next day. Thank you all for making a memorable experience!! My last trip Bistrot Caraibes was closed —so glad you were open this time and hoping for many evenings to come 💕

My absolute favorite restaurant on the island. Everything we tried was delicious and served impeccably. The staff was very nice and took care of us throughout the whole dinning time . The dining experience is another level at this place ! Totally recommend it and can’t wait to be back !
Andreea Powell — Google review
We came here for the last dinner of our honeymoon and enjoyed it! We had the escargot special, the lamb shank, and veal entree. The escargot was delicious, especially the cream. The Moroccan lamb shank was also great, but certainly not Moroccan other than being smothered in coriander. The veal is their signature dish also but it isn’t in our palette preference. The dessert was delicious! Dark chocolate cake with ice cream. All of the above came out to a tote of $150 (no drinks). A few notes: our hotel manager from grand case beach club confirmed our reservation, but the reservation was nowhere to be found when we showed up. Fortunately we came late in the evening for dinner and on a slow day, but I can see this being an issue on busy nights. As for the space itself - the bathroom floor and walls were splattered in feces at 8PM on 03/06/2024. Quite an odd experience for a high end dinner. The restaurant’s tables are also cramped together so it’s difficult to have a conversation or romantic evening with the louder crowds taking less than 6 inches away.

This was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly and helpful despite a very busy service. The quality of food preparation was at a Michelin star level. Their signature lobster thermidor was truly sublime and I still have daily cravings for their shrimp fettuccine. I would highly recommend this spot to all. It was definitely our best dining experience on the island.

Phenomenal experience at Bistrot Caraïbes on our last night in SXM 🥰 The meal was exceptional and the service top notch. It really is a must when visiting the island. We had the foie gras, lobster Thermador, and the chocolate cake. Truly one of the best French meals of our lives.

Ok, this restaurant is one of my favorites in Grand Case. The food is superb and the service is very friendly. If I had to say anything at all that was unfavorable, it would be the noise from the motor bikes passing by repeatedly in front of the restaurant, but this I can hold against the restaurant. Great job guys, keep up the great job. Bravo.
Juliana Hancock — Google review
One of Islands’ nicest restaurants located in Grand Case, which is not for nothing the Culinary Capital of the Caribbean. The restaurant has a chic and inviting atmosphere and serve classic French cuisine with a touch of Caribbean with fresh fish, lobster and other local ingredients. We had the foie gras special which was simply amazing, one of the best foie dishes I have had so far. Elo had the shrimp salad which was also perfectly cooked and served with a nice fresh and crisp salad. As mains we tried the famous Lobster Thermidor and Sea Bass. I now know why this Lobster dish is famous, it was incredible; super tender lobster and such a tasty creamy sauce. The SeaBass was also superb in flavor and all bones nicely taken out making it very easy to eat. For dessert we had their signature crème brûlée and the molten chocolate cake. Both super well presented and great in flavor. Overall a wonderful dinner with a good ambiance, service and a very nice presentation of the plates. Bistrot Caraibes offers an exceptional fine dining experience and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend a visit to this place if you are a foodie.

My wife and I had a wonderful dinner here, even as a tropical storm came through Grand Case. Great good, friendly service, and good atmosphere. The Lobster Thermidor was excellent, as was everything else we tried. I hope we'll be able to dine here again in the future!

My group of 9 visited Bistro Caraibes for NYE dinner. The restaurant atmosphere is warm and intimate With a reservation, we were seated right away, which was the start of a perfect evening of fantastic food and exceptional service. The staff was attentive and kind. Everyone in my group thoroughly enjoyed their dishes. Highlights included the lobster bisque, the roasted onion soup, the tuna tataki, the salmon and the lamb tagine. The lamb is cooked for 5 hours, leaving a tender, flavorful cut of meat swimming in a wonderful veggies and broth. It was divine. The dish is quite large so I shared it with my sister. Dessert standouts included hot chocolate cake and the crème brûlée. The chocolate cake should be called death by chocolate because it’s indulgently rich. So good! All in all, we really enjoyed our evening at Biatro. I would easily return on a next visit to St Maarten.

This was the best dinner we had during our whole trip! We got the signature lobster dish and it was the best lobster we've ever had. You get to pick your lobster out before they cook it, so the size may vary but we shared one large lobster. The escargot was really great as well, but there are a lot of them. I wish there was a smaller serving of that dish. The creme brulee was also the best we had while we were there. Would highly recommend - make a reservation!!

Absolutely impeccable food and service. Wonderful quaint French restaurant in the heart of Grande Case. It reflects everything we have come to expect in Grand Case. We had a phenomenal 3-course dinner with delicious appetizers, yummy lobster thermador and tasty desserts. The only negative is either dying of heat inside or dealing with a constant flow of cigarette smokers sitting outside.

The Rainbow Café is an open-air beachfront seafood restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with a variety of international dishes. It features a rooftop deck with swings, sandals to wiggle your toes in the sand and delicious desserts made with unique spices like ginger and coriander.
My family and I stayed at a property next door to Rainbow Cafe and had meals here everyday. The food is absolutely delicious. They have the best sushi and salads. The staff is extemely friendly. George and others took a very good care of us every morning for breakfast and during the day on the beach. They have a DJ during the day and in the evening that plays great music and creates a fun atmosphere. The beach is very clean with calm waters. They really love getting to know their guests and make you feel like family.

Beware if you visit on Sundays, it is packed to the max, we couldn't get a seat, and the music was so loud you couldn't hear yourself think. The rest of the week was very nice though. We went for breakfast twice, and the meals were very generous with portions, and quite tasty, with a great rooftop view of the island.

Lovely experience - we spent 4h and had lot of fun. We ate and used their beach set up. Servers are so nice and accommodating, Paolo in particular was very helpful! Loved the food, the setting and the views. It could use a bit of music at the beach…

Amazing food here that you won't want to miss. Got the Mediterranean salad and the Rainbow bowl for our entrées Top 3 best salads I've ever had hands down. Sushi here is also very good and makes for a great appetizer. Tropical iced tea is also a must! So fresh and so good. Staff was really amazing. There is also a rooftop bar and fashion boutique here. Models come around table by table every once in a while while you eat showcasing the clothes. The beach club here looks really great too. Loungers aren't too expensive and look very comfortable (like lounger versions of blow up mattresses). You should make a reservation in advance though as we were unable to get them and went to the beach club next door (which was also really great). The beach is gorgeous. Clean, calm water, and very blue! Also a DJ here very frequently. Awsome experience and will be back here for sure.

Unique beanbag lounge chairs. Very comfortable, but a little difficult to stand up if you are older. The beach here is perfect if you have small children. Shout out to Tom, who took care of us. We will return when we come back. Loved it! AND my wife loved the boutique upstairs. The owner will come through the restaurant and model her clothes and accessories. We luckily picked this place for our first day on the island, and my wife got a big st. Martin bag here. People all over the island kept asking her where she got it.

We had Sunday brunch here and I must say, it's a charming place - very Boho Chic with an intense French influence. The menu is in French; however, they offer a translated version. The food was amazing - typical French influence is felt. The view is astounding. I wouldn't suggest being an in a hurry, in accordance to French culture, the meal is slow with time to enjoy your cafe au lait and conversation. Would definitely go again the next time we are on the island. Parking is of course a challenge, but that's to be expected.

One of my favorite restaurants on the island. I loved it so much I went twice on my vacation. The view, ambience, the food, service, vibes, were absolutely amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced anything like this anywhere else. I 10/10 recommend and already planning a trip back.

Went to this place for lunch during my stay at st Marteen. The place got a really cool vibe and ambience. They have good sitting view with sea. I ordered their seafood items. The food tastes was really great. I would really recommend moquca Bahia. The food was served in order but the temperature was not up the mark. But the tastes was good. However, I would like them to pay attention to time as we waited for long to get the food after ordered. Also will advice them to improved the service time for customer. The place can be busy depending upon times and need reservation to be served.

I was in St Martin for the first time and was in search of a great breakfast as I love a good breakfast. Then I came across a review on trip advisor that they served breakfast, I had to go and experience it for myself. It was one of the best breakfast I've had . The bubble waffle was amazing and the toast they serve was so delicious. I highly recommend this place if your a big breakfast eater like myself. You will not be disappointed. Great service too. Will go early am when they open at 8am to have a great breakfast before my flight back to the US. Looking for to making this my go too breakfast place when I return again.

Absolutely loved this place! Prime beautiful beach location, great servers, fabulous cocktails and delicious food! I wish we could have stayed longer but my kiddo was getting burnt and tired. But I could have lounged on this beach, in those puffy beach chairs, with all that deliciousness, allll day! Probably our favorite cocktail inventions that we tried on the whole island!

This is a must visit location! We went on a Sunday and fell in LOVE with the energy of this restaurant! The staff were super friendly and outgoing! Willing to help record or take pictures of you and your friends. There was a Dj and also a musician who was playing a flute and saxophone to the music. After a certain time, they actually remove all the tables and chairs and turn into a club.

we loved this cafe during our stay in st martin. we visited three times during our week long vacation, for lunch twice and dinner once. we also enjoyed drinks from here during our days at the beach. they bring the drinks to your chairs (which they rent for 20 dollars for the day). the staff is friendly and food was great. it can get a bit loud during the day as they do have a dj but it makes for a fun environment.

The best restaurant to visit in Saint Martin! Service is on extremely high level, all staff is super friendly and passionate to their job. I always feel so welcome when we are visiting this place! Food is great, delicious, so fresh! Amazing atmosphere of French Riviera! ❤️❤️❤️

Lovely small French restaurant specializing in sushi. The dining area is over its party / nightclub area, so it can get a bit noisy. Otherwise, the oceanfront atmosphere is perfect. St. Emilion wine was very nice, and rotisserie chicken Ceasar Salad with bacon excellent and huge. The tuna sushi with three different types was impressive and outstanding (according to my dining partner).

Nestled in the heart of Grand Case, St. Martin, Rainbow Cafe effortlessly captures the essence of a South of France beach club, presenting an idyllic blend of culinary finesse and laid-back luxury. With its toes dipped in the sands of the Caribbean and a view that stretches into the azure beyond, it offers a retreat that feels both exclusive and inviting. Upon entering, the vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere is palpable, underscored by the rhythmic beats of a live DJ, whose selections infuse the air with a subtle energy, mirroring the pulse of the French Riviera. The culinary journey here is an exploration of contrasts and harmony. The grilled octopus is a revelation, tender and richly flavored, kissed by fire and accompanied by a melody of Mediterranean influences that dance on the palate. It’s a testament to the chef's prowess and a homage to the sea's bounty. Not to be overshadowed, the sushi presents an artful fusion of East meets West, with each roll crafted with precision and creativity. Fresh, vibrant, and bursting with flavor, it's a reminder of the global influences that converge at this seaside gem. Rainbow Cafe isn't just a meal; it's an experience. It embodies the spirit of a leisurely French beach club while embracing the warmth and color of the Caribbean. For those seeking a slice of the Côte d'Azur with a tropical twist, Rainbow Cafe is a destination unto itself.

Izi Ristorante Italiano is a restaurant with delicious food and great service. The food is especially good, especially the risotto. The atmosphere is also great, and the service is top notch.
This review is long overdue. I took my Mother here for her birthday Aug ‘21. This was easily one of the best restaurants on the island with the BEST staff. The food was amazing, but Samantha, Bernice and Carol were even better. They made great food and drink suggestions, they were attentive, and extremely kind. The service was great and the food was seasoned well and tasty. Thank you for making my Mom feel special on her day.

First, we'd like to say that Johan runs the show at that amazing restaurant. What a kind gentleman who is highly talented and shows great knowledge of the menu and ingredients found in the restaurant's various dishes. Management should take note that they have one of the hardest working employees we encountered on the island. Despite being run ragged on busy nights, we saw Johan smile, make all guests feel welcomed, and devote as much time as he humanly could at the many tables he waited on. Between his service and the food being delicious, we thoroughly enjoyed eating there on two separate nights of our eleven day vacation. When we return, we will look forward to having the honor of being served by Johan and tasting more wonderful dishes (both entrees and desserts).

After visiting the island many times, I don’t know why I didn’t try this restaurant any sooner. The service is unmatched and the food was delicious and fresh. Our server Pasquale went above and beyond to ensure a great first experience. 10/10 and will highly recommend. One of the best Italian restaurants we’ve dined at. We will be returning when we come back to SXM!

Our friend chose this spot for her birthday dinner and we all benefited! The ambiance is lovely (we sat in the outdoor seating area), our server Tiffany was personable, and knowledgeable. We had the bruschetta to start which was so flavorful. My husband and friend both ordered the chicken parmigiana as both had strong childhood memories attached to that dish. I ordered a shrimp risotto dish from the day’s specials menu. All of us were fully happy with our meals! Tiffany picked up on the fact that there was a birthday at the table, so arranged for the disco lights to come on, birthday music to play, and a couple of servers came out with the desserts we had ordered, a celebratory sparkler and their complementary tiramisu. It was all decadently delicious - lava cake, a crepe from the specials menu and the crème brûlée. Highly recommend this spot - especially when you’re celebrating something special!

The night we visited here was our last dinner on the island and we wanted it to be special. We were torn between this place and another nearby Italian spot but ultimately chose this one. Initially I was disappointed when we walked in to see it so empty inside and though the decor was nice, it felt something was missing. Part of me wished we went with the beachfront where we cancelled our alternate reservations. Thankfully our server Bernice was awesome. Actually the whole staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly and at some point, it seemed like every server came over and said hello. I ordered the Caesar salad and Mediterranean sea bass filet. We devoured the bread and crackers that came to our table before the meal came. So fast that we asked for more, but by then the food was coming out. My food was ok, but what made this visit really special for me was the way they helped us celebrate our anniversary! When I called to make the reservation I was asked if we were celebrating anything special and I mentioned our anniversary, since it was the day prior. After our meals were done we ordered dessert. We went with the dulce de leche crepe. A few minutes later, the lights suddenly went off and the DJ begins playing Shivers by Ed Sheeran. Bernice and other servers came to our table with our dessert and a sparkler. They completely caught me off guard and I was so excited! It definitely made us feel special and was the perfect finish to an awesome week.

This was hands down the best place we went to while on our trip. Every single thing we ate or drank was amazing. I personally loved the lobster ravioli and the seafood spaghetti. Can’t say enough good things about the gelato, the almonds really make it special. And the star of the show, the way they celebrate birthdays!! You have to see this for yourself but the fancy Italian restaurant temporarily transforms! Thank you so much to the staff for making this amazing.

Overall, very happy with the experience. Food was very good, we had asked for vegetarian options and they had clearly marked items & were willing to make a pasta off the menu for us (vodka sauce pasta). We had the eggplant parmesan, bruschetta and pasta all of which were 🔥. It’s quite pricey, and I’d definitely sit inside instead of outside due to the mosquitoes but otherwise great experience!

We walked here from our hotel and it was worth every step! We did not have a reservation but felt welcomed immediately and I felt that I was back in Italy. The staff were very friendly and so accommodating, even offering different accompaniments for sides with the main dish feature. The food was fresh, delicious and the portions were generous. I felt the prices were fair as well, with all things considered such as the special birthday fanfare and after dinner limoncello. We will be back! ❤️

The restaurant offers complimentary signing privileges for guests, making it a perfect place to celebrate any special occasion.
It is amazing when you find that place that totally feels like home but the food is more than you can ever have hoped for. There is only one word to describe this place: Amazing. The food: Amazing. The location: Amazing. The view: Amazing. The atmosphere: Amazing. The staff: Amazing. Every bite of food we had was one of the best preparations of that dish we have ever had. We have dined in numerous Michelin star restaurants. This restaurant beat so many of them it's unbelievable. To find food this good in the Caribbean is unheard of.

This restaurant is in the owner's childhood home. They refit the kitchen and use the verandas for the seating areas. They seat up to 16 people at 7:30pm for a price fixed multiple course meal. The chef is creative and talented and lives there as well. It is WAY at the top of a hill and a steep drive, well worth it! The flavor of the dishes were complex and scrumptious! The house Hibiscus cocktail is delicious as well as pretty and not too sweet to have more than one. The family dog Wasabi is very relaxed and a great addition to the ambiance!

If you are looking for the best atmosphere, service and food, this is the place to be. First, the hospitality was amazing. Florian and Alex were amazing hosts and made sure we had everything we we needed. They went above and beyond and our baby daughter even smiled when they came by to check on us. The housekeeping team were also super friendly and made sure our room was fresh and clean. Second, the atmosphere has a tropical and luxurious feel with great views of the property, mountains and ocean. We definitely had the exotic vibes we were looking for. At the bar, Thomas made us some of the best drinks we ever had. I ordered some rare beverages (Ramos gin fizz for example) that he executed perfectly. He is a magician! And the food…WOW. Chef Bastian made us the best meal I can recall ever having. It was something he “whipped” together for us since my wife has allergies. I’m already counting down to eat his culinary creations again next year. I know the word “genius” is thrown around loosely nowadays, but he really is a genius when it comes to food and creativity. In addition to being an elite chef, he is also very friendly and has great taste in music, which adds to the exotic vibes of La Villa Hibiscus. This was probably the best vacation experience my wife and I have ever been on thanks to the crew at the Villa. We left with unforgettable experiences and new friends.

If by "rooms", they mean the dining areas they were very well done. The meal was fabulous, very creative and you could tell every ingredient in each course was fresh and very thoughtful. As experienced "fine diners" around the world, we felt the 5 course chef choice was done exceptionally. Additionally, other guests around us at other tables were very pleased with their meals as well. The drinks were very good and creative and the setting is beautiful. We will definitely be back.

GLORIOUS! The rooms, the staff, the food. We had an amazing meal, enjoyed beautifully crafted rooms, and truly appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms are romantic, incorporating lovely patio space for coffee or a drink. There’s a pool nestled among the rooms. But even if you don’t stay here, EAT HERE. Creative, interesting, beautiful cocktails and food all served with such warmth from the staff.

This place is the place to go in St. Martin for a true culinary dining experience. From the setting to the service and the food! The view was spectular! We were surrounded by lush vegetation, flowers, plam trees and greeted with butterfly/hummingbird. The service here was so welcoming and waitress were so kind and friendly to chat with and accomdating. Not one moment you feel rushed or unattended. We ordered the 5 course lunch (100 Euro per person) wine pairing (80 euro), and it was worth the price. I don't usually go to high end priced places, but I actually feel this place is worth it for the experience. Just make sure you make your reservation early. Else they may not be able to accomodate you.

We did not stay at the Villa. Rather, we dined at the restaurant on Valentine's Day. Three stars is because it was a very "mixed" experience. We had the five course tasting menu and paired three of the courses with the recommended glass of wine. The food was wonderful--elegantly presented and prepared. The wines were good and each complemented the course with which it was served. The service is what made the experience disappointing. We waiting an hour between one of the courses for out next course to be delivered. And, during this time, no one was coming by to check on us, refill our water or apologize for the delay. They seemed to have plenty of staff for the number of diners present, but I question how well trained they are or how well managed they are. We observed many other diners languishing at their tables, filling their own water glasses, etc. Unfortunately, my husband paid the bill while I was in the bathroom. I had made the reservations and the deposit and I'm fairly certain we were overcharged. The meals were to be 110Euro each and required a deposit of 33 E each. We were told that the three wine pairings were 60E each. We had a cocktail each and two bottles of sparkling water. By my reckoning, the bill should have been: 110 + 110 = 220 - 66 (deposit) = 154E (dinner) 60 + 60 = 120 (wine) 2 cocktails @ maybe 20E each = 40E And 2 bottles of water @ 10E each = 20E I would have expected a bill of $334 in this case. The credit card slip my husband handed me the next day was for 519E. Sadly, he did not retain the itemized receipt. I would love to know where the extra charges came from! In summary, great food, bad service, and was overcharged. Will not be returning on future trips.

We had an incredible dinner. The setting was fantastic. However, during our main course, someone at the next table lit up a cigarette. It was like eating a beautiful piece of Mahi Mahi dipped in an ashtray. Which restaurant today allows smoking. If you want to a first class restaurant this is not the path. It time to wake up and come into the 21st century!

We ate dinner here and it was the highlight of our trip! Just walking in takes your breath away- but it’s the food that is insanely beautiful and so good! Do the 5 or 7 course tasting menu and just get surprised by the works of art they bring to the table!

Restaurant only for dinner (don’t waste your $$) The atmosphere is lovely and the hotel looks cute, but did not stay there. Wanted something near this area, so though we would try. Most of the staff was very nice, but we did feel a bit of “forced consumption” on drinks. The meal is a gastronomic menu only. We had the small one of 5 course + a 3 wine pairing and it was 600 euro, about the price of a good 2 star Michelin restaurant in Europe. The quality is nowhere near a star and is over thought and trying too hard, clearly delusions of grandeur. They need to rethink things and decide where they are going. Some of the dishes were ok, the pre-dessert and the dessert were delicious and made us think the chef specialized in pastry. Otherwise, there were sauces that were a bit over-complicated and over-buttered vegetables. A small steak was tough and rubbery. Fish course was okay, but dry. Even the bread was stale and leftover from breakfast. The wine pairing was not particularly impressive either. I hate to give this feedback, but they really need to know and I wish I had saved my hundreds of dollars. Restaurants of this price and pomp (I.e. zero a la carte options) should be just below a star level and close to achieving it. Perhaps the good reviews on good are for the 39 euro lunch or the breakfast?

This is for the restaurant, not the hotel. Was the fourth or fifth time over the last years that we ate here, first time still being at the small original location on Pic Paradis. We are usually having the medium range (currently 5 courses) tasting menu - but unlikely we’ll be back again for the following reasons: 1.) cost-benefit ratio at now €150 isn’t there anymore, with three of the five courses having been uninspired and of rather cheap ingredients (2nd was a rather small piece of swordfish in a duette of sauces, 3rd was a pork filet on a roasted artichoke (yep, that was it), fourth was a cheese foam in a cup) 2.) Wait btw courses was way too long, all-in took >3hrs 3.) wait staff is nice, but partially not even aware what they are serving 4.) they added a compulsory 15% service charge, which is rather impertinent considering this is the French side. In summary, sad to see the place like this, but paying €400/$440 for just “ok” food simply doesn’t make sense (note this only included 4 glasses of wine at ~€15 each and not the whole pairing, which would have been another ~€100/person) - not only compared to other places on the island but also vs higher end restaurants in the US/Europe. PS: Maybe they overstretched themselves with the way bigger new location and the whole hotel on top, but lowering the bar on what you offer while at the same time raising prices and adding charges prob won’t cut it in the long run…

Updated review: After a mediocre first experience, the owner and chef was kind enough to reach out directly to make things right. We returned last night and had an exceptional experience. Incredible ambiance, delicious meal, and excellent service. We will definitely be going back on our next trip! We chalked our initial experience up to their recent move to a new location and new staff. Now that the team has settled in, La Villa Hibiscus is one not to miss! Original review: We were very disappointed with our meal tonight. We reserved a table months ago as a final celebration for our honeymoon. While the food was good, the service was horrible. Our server didn’t know what he was serving and regularly had to ask for help from other staff. Our wine pairings didn’t arrive with the courses, resulting in us waiting for the pairing to be served and the food not being experienced at the proper temperature. Once we completed the courses, no one came to see if we were interested in a cafe or post-dinner drink and we ultimately asked for the bill to take our cafe at home. We’ve experienced many incredible meals in Saint Martin and this experience was by far the worst given the exorbitant price tag for the extremely poor service received

Ocean 82 is a restaurant located right on the ocean in Grand Case, St. Martin. The restaurant offers great French elegance in every aspect of their meal and service, featuring oysters from the coasts of Normandy and fresh lobster. The restaurant is modern and stylish, with an amazing view of the Caribbean Sea. Superb service is expected at Ocean 82, which makes it a must-visit for anyone visiting this area.
another favorite island restaurant. Located at Grand Case where there are a lot of famous restaurants but I kept coming back here. I really like how they seasoned and cooked everything to perfection. I usually ordered lobster here as they have really good sauce that goes w it. And they have a view to kill. Gonna miss this place a lot. On top of that the service is really good too.

Wow wow wow! Océan 82 is absolutely incredible! We found them walking down Grand case, and visited for lunch and were astounded by the delicate, and wonderfully prepared meals, they were incredibly tasty! At lunch we were one of the only people in the restaurant, and the service was quick, speedy and we were taken great care of, the restaurant sits overhanging the ocean with some incredible views as well, and the staff is so friendly. Because of the impeccable service, we decided to book again for dinner again on our trip and were wowed even more. It was surprising that Océan 82 had a lower rating than other locations on grand case, as we visited four others and they were by far our favorite! The portions are smaller but they are eloquent and superbly prepared, this was the only restaurant that also really catered to us with gluten free options, and is by far our favorite restaurant on the island! We will be heading back to Océan 82 on every trip back to the island! Try the perfect poached egg (it is wrapped in gold!!!)

expensive, but the overall dining experience was a great one and the staff in general seemed to actually like their jobs and were very accommodating and friendly (didn’t seem common the entire trip at other restaurants and activities). Marc (blue shirt 2nd picture) is a gem and wasn’t even our server, but made the night even more entertaining and memorable with his witty conversation and hospitality. the view you can’t beat whether daytime or night, and the vibe felt like everyone there also had a great time.

We were so happy we gave this place a try. Ocean 82 well surpassed our expectations. The view of course was wonderful. The staff were beyond courteous and attentive, even as the restaurant filled up. But best of all, the food was amazing and was well paced throughout the night. Delicious frog legs, lamb falling off the bone, perfectly cooked scallops and risotto, and amazing desserts were just some highlights. We left happily full. Thank you for a great night!

This restaurant was highly recommended by our Resort and maybe because they sang such high praises we felt it fell a little short. We found it extremely difficult to understand our servers. The sea bass was very good but there were just too many bones to thoroughly enjoy. We put our dinner on the credit card but bring cash if you want to leave gratuity because it is not allowed on the credit card! My husband liked his lobster bisque soup and he also liked his Lobster alfredo. It was good it just wasn't AMAZING, GREAT, FANTASTIC like we were led to believe.

We went on French Mother's Day and didn't realize it was going to be so busy everywhere. Luckily they fit us in, even though they probably should have turned us away. They were soooo busy. But, the cocktails were delicious, food was phenomenal, it was worth it to be a little show on service. Even so this team killed it. All smiles, super helpful, even when they were literally running around like the floor was on fire. We loved it. Want to go back when it's not so busy though! Their foie gras was one of my favorites on the island.

Amazing food and amazing staff. They went above and beyond to make me feel special on my birthday. I had the lobster, and my husband had the beef wellington, both were wicked good.

It was a busy evening and the place was very but we really wanted to try this restaurant and while we had to wait a few minutes, they found us lovely table. Despite the fact the place was really busy the staff were super friendly and seemed not to be bothered by the non-stop pace they were going at. The service was timely and the food was great. We had a variety of food offerings including Escargot, French Onion Soup, and Shrimps. Everything was very tasty and we would highly recommend this lovely restaurant with wonderful views of the ocean.

So good to be back at Ocean 82. Outstanding food and service in a perfect setting on the water. Our meals were excellent and the staff are all friendly and upbeat. So many places here suffered after Irma and Ocean 82 is one of maybe three restaurants on the waterfront that has reopened. We are so happy to see this beautiful restaurant doing well again.

This is a meal you will not forget. Incredible environment and staff. The food is Michelin Star quality. Had an incredible Beef Wellington and potato al gratin. My wife had the Filet Mignon which was fantastic. Make sure you make a reservation as this place is no secret. Sunset is incredible here so you'll want to make it well in advance and request a table by the water. Location is really great. The road it is on is filled with beach clubs, small boutique hotels, and local shopping. Very nice area that will give you a taste of the culture. Will be coming here every trip to Saint Martin and recomend you do too.

I find that the French side of St. Martin, specifically Grande Case has offers some of the finish food, ambience and service anywhere. The experience at Ocean 82 was exceptional. You are properly greeted, seated, and pampered from start to finish. I advise you make a reservation as by the time I left the restaurant they were packed. You can make your reservation via email and I asked for a table with a great view and if you check my photos you will see a spectacular sunset. The staff are very friendly, truly care that you have a fabulous experience, do not rush you, and check that everything is going well without be obtrusive. I could tell that everyone loved working here. I met one of the owners Roman who was great, his partner is the chef. He checked in a few times and was very active on the floor interacting with both customers and his employees. The food was spectacular as expected, prices are in Euros and I found them to be very fair for a fine dining experience. Prices were less than most fine dining restaurants in New York City and the service was hands down much better. There were four of us and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The restaurant has a clean sophisticated look, the bathrooms are well appointed with cloth hand towels. We had a table with a view of the ocean and the wall was made of glass so we had a great view of the water and beach below. They have a great wine, liquor and even cigar selection. We started with a few appetizers which were all awesome. They were the lobster bisque soup, the escargot, the salad and crab cakes. For dinner we had the Dover Sole which was filleted at the table, the tuna entree and the sea scallop entree. For desert we had the soufflé which your waiter will ask you if you would like when you place your food order. It does not get much better than this and I highly recommend Ocean 82 for m AWESOME dining experience in the French side.

I’m a first time visitor/diner. I can say nothing more than other reviewers have said. The staff, food, and views are awesome. I’m from the Chicago, Illinois area where great food can be had at many places. Ocean 82 can stand with the best Chicago has to offer. Thanks to the excellent staff for a great dining experience for my lady’s birthday. I’ll certainly be dining here on my next visit to the island.

We've been coming to this restaurant for years and it never disappoints. The entire staff provides exceptional service, great cocktails and the food is perfectly prepared. The escargot in a pastry puff is the best I've had. The steaks and fish are always well executed and the views are beautiful. Oh, and the owner is awesome. See you soon.

This is for us the seafood heaven in St Marten. A wonderfully inventive and surprising menu. Superbly fresh produce. Fish and crustaceans and other specialties prepared to perfection. A beautiful location right at the ocean of Grand Case with a spectacular terrace just above the sea. More picturesque Caribbean is hardly possible. An excellent wine list and a very friendly service make you feel at home instantly. But, above all it is the simply sublime food which makes smiling faces all around . Reservations are recommended. Clearly one of the best restaurants in the island of St Marten! A must visit!

Tucked away in the French side of town Oceans 82 is a great dinner spot to enjoy the water view as well as eat some scrumptious French food. The staff is extremely attentive and the food is fresh and flavorful. Reservations are highly recommended. All the dishes we tried were spot on . The drinks menu is exhaustive and they even have special rum fo sale.

Our lunch experience at Ocean 82 was outstanding! The food's quality, coupled with the breathtaking beach view, truly impressed us. The service was amazing, and the beachside seating added to the remarkable experience. We highly recommend Ocean 82 to everyone—truly a memorable dining destination.

One of the best places to eat on the island. Make sure you book, espcially if you want to start ealry and watch the sunset. The service is high end but realxed and the food has no bad choices. Leave room for desert, the souffle was amazing, but the seafood mains are hard to choose between but a dover sole and brazino in salt are great winners. Their wine list matches the food and their in house rum at the end of your meal is worth trying.
