Ronda is a lovely town to visit. Great scenic viewpoints from above the mountain and around the bridge. There are a couple of parking lots i town, and a nice pedestrian area with shops. Also the drive up the mountain if you are driving from Costa del sol to Ronda is exhilarating.

Beautiful bridge. When we were it was very windy. There is a small place to visit on one side, for a small fee (2.5 euro) you can go a little bit under the bridge, but not all the way down, not worth it. On the other side a little bit further you can climb all the way down after paying 5 euro entry per person. This is a must see though.

Save yourself €2.5 and don’t go into the bridge. We thought we’d see something nice we wouldn’t be able to see from the outside, it’s extremely disappointing. Stick to views from the outside. The museum is an exposition in a single room inside the bridge, some of the screens did not even work and the resolution of the other screens were really bad (or that of the slide shows). The views of the bridge are not at all better than where you can just get them for free. I would avoid this ‘museum’, maybe €1 is more fair for what you get. This was the only thing on our whole trip in Andalucia we felt we overpaid for, and that says a lot considering it was only €2.5 per person! See pictures below of what to expect if you do decide to pay €2.5… Not worth it. Many of the reviews are of the bridge itself which is gorgeous and can be seen for free. Yet the museum is to go INSIDE, which is what my review is about.

What a beautiful place to visit. Small town, 1.5 hrs away from Málaga, definitely a day trip there. I went there because Warrior Nun was filmed there and I was on my way to Seville. The bridge will take your breath away. Parking is hard to find and some restaurants and stores won't open until 11 am. If you driving a minivan (furgoneta) parking is a challenge, parking is designed for small cars and maybe some minivans but good luck getting into a parking garage. I had the best 20 min of my life visiting the bridge, we stopped there to grab breakfast.

Amazing village with this impressive bridge, that crosses you from the old town to the new town, walk around the village, impossible to park in the center but plenty of places are a bit far from it. Enjoy the views and get lost around the beautiful street for shopping tapeo and more....

Amazing. It is so true that Ronda is one the most beautiful places in the world. Be aware weather is not the same as it is in Malaga all the times. Anyway by the afternoon the sun was shining 🤗

This bridge and the older one to the east are the only places where the southern part of the city is connected to the northern part. These bridges cross the gorge created by the Guadalevin giving the impression that the plateau has been hacked in two. The view from the bridge is really amazing and for a good photo opportunity, you can walk down to the bootom of the gorge and make pictures of the bridge as a whole.

Ronda is a beautiful place. Besides the bullring, it has a nice old bridge and great views. Unfortunately, we were hit by heavy rain, so we couldn't see everything we wanted to.

Absolutley beautiful. The bridge is stunning, and the views are breathtaking, but there's also so much more. There are so many places to sit and watch the world pass by. The museum is great. The Flamenco is authentic. You can find the best of Spanish cuisine. We stayed for a month and are already looking forward to returning.

This place is a definite must see if you're in the southern coast of Spain. The view from and around the bridge is just stunning. There are no admission fees, but if you want to visit the lower levels of the bridge, there is a small fee. Be aware to get here, the road can be steep, winding, and narrow. It can be a bit challenging, especially traveling at night. Located in the town of Ronda, there are plenty of restaurants in the town to try out. Numerous gift shops are also present for your wants.

Super cool and unique bridge with great views of the gorges. However, the information booth that says 'entrance to Puente Nuevo' is a scam (in my opinion) if you are attempting to walk down the path of the bridge. The tickets only access into a small museum that honestly does not provide too much info. It kind of felt like a scam to get €2.50. But in order to access the pathway down to see the bridge, you have to go to the old town side of the bridge, and it'll be the first right after the bridge. You'll see a restaurant right in front of the beginning pathway. Be mindful that it is steep bothways, up&down. And there are mini hikes off the main pathway that offer different views of the cascade. Saw some people canyoneering!

Friendly guy takes your money. Steep steps down to viewpoints of the gorge. Steps up to a room within the bridge where there are video presentations about the bridge and Ronda. Worth the effort? Well maybe. It could be a lot better. How about relating some of the history of the bridge as a prison for example?

We visited the arena, because we wanted to learn about the history of bullfight from a cultural-historical perspective. We were shocked to learn that bullfights – the ritual killing of animals for entertainment – are being conducted in the area to this day. We were also shocked at the complete omission of an animal rights perspective. The museum offers very much content on “preserving heritage” and very little on the actual elaborate and utterly draconic killing ritual designed to maximize pain, that bullfighting is.

What a cool experience! I’ve never been to a bullring before. I loved being able to walk into the ring, the stands and see the historical items they’ve displayed. I don’t have any interest in seeing an actual bullfight, but I can appreciate the historical significance and am very glad we chose to visit this location. The staff was lovely and the cost was €9/person (without audio tour). We waited about 5 minutes.

I don’t support bill fights or killing bulls and animals just for fun. It’s sad that they still use this space for the fights , so you can see their blood on the ground sometimes 😞. The inside is cool to look at though, it’s cool to read about the place and the history inside of the venue. It’s cool that Madonna shot her music video here. Nice and central location. Paid €8 to enter.

One of the oldest buildings in Spain dating from the late 1700’s. The 8.5 euros to enter allows you access to the ring and the small museums located inside the interior of the ring itself. Fascinating to be able to walk throughout the entire arena including the cent of the ring.

The bullring tells a very captivating story of the bullfighting history in Ronda and Spain alike. You can walk through all spaces around the bullring, including the stockyards, the tribunes and the sandy ring itself. The halls beneath the tribunes host interesting pictures from the bullfighting history, costumes of the toreadores and other fight attendants and posters where you can read everything you need to know about it. We also had the audioguide for the visit and we sometimes found the information it had given us too exhausting. Otherwise a cool visit for around 70+ minutes for anyone interested in the history of corrida.

This is such a historic and significant monument to the Spanish culture of bullfighting. There are a number of reasons the tradition and culture of bullfighting play a role in the Andalusian region of Spains identity. The people of this region feel it would be a huge loss to ban something that has shaped their lives, family history, and culture over the past centuries. I was honored to spend time learning more about the history and culture of this regions people!!

Obviously, a bullring is not a museum, - there is one within its confines- but visitors can walk about it as if it were. Here the most beautiful and glorious pages of the world of bullfighting have been written. Opened to the public in 1785, it is one of the oldest and most beautiful in Spain. Truly worthy of a visit, even for those who are not lovers of the ring.

The bullring admission allows you to tour different sections of the buildings including the riding school and bullring. There is also a small muesuem describing the history of the bullring and Ronda. The admission price is around 8 euros and it is probably the best attraction in Ronda other than hiking near the bridge. Would recommend visiting if you are in Ronda for multiple days

Visited a couple weeks ago when visiting Spain and Ronda. Was a lovely museum. A lot of interesting information about the history of Bull fighting in Ronda. Value for price perhaps was a bit expensive. I’d pay 5 euro for it to be “perfect” pricing. But yeah if in Ronda 100% worth a visit.

Nice place to visit. The museum could lead you more info's about the stuff. But they were well arranged. It was great to see such a traditional building. It costs 9 € /person.

Exploring the bullfight ring in Spain was a fantastic experience for a history enthusiast like myself. The audio guide provided a wealth of details, enhancing the visit as I freely explored. The presence of authentic artifacts added to the richness of the experience.

Great Museum. Its crazy to Imagine what people did Back in the day. Does a great Job at delivering information about old Times. You can Go around pretty freely, there arent many restrictions. A Bit pricey imo, 9€ is alright but as the Tour ist pretty short, the price could be adjusted. Would recommend having a Look though. Plaza de Toros de Ronda is a bullring in Ronda. It is the first bullring in Spain. It's not a very tall building on the outside and you don't feel like you're going to see anything special. That's why everything surprises you and you have something to see.

A very nice presentation of the arena and the history of bullfighting. We took the audio guide and we didn't regret it, at least they tell you a lot about each thing that is marked. If you are in Ronda, I definitely recommend a visit.

Totally breath taking scenic spot to visit. Don't miss out when visiting Ronda! It's quite unbelievable to see how the houses and buildings are literally built on the tip of those edges.. just gorgeous.

It is amazing but there is no viewpoint that you can see it fully. The walking path that goes underneath it, isn't clear where it starts. The accommodation in this town is over priced comparing to nearby places.

In general, all viewpoints close to the bridge are super packed with people. If you make an effort and go a little further, you will still have nice views, but with fewer people in the area. Also, you can see the south part of the city, still some nice views.

Lovely historical site! Took a nice morning walk from where we were staying, and visited. Affordable entry cost, informative video about the construction of the baths, self guided tour of the grounds, and a few feline friends! Gorgeous views, tranquil atmosphere. A must visit!

Nice but not spectacular. They are half ruins! If you have ever been to Bath (Roman baths) in UK you will see the difference.

Interested site which provides a peek into how people enjoyed their bath few hundreds years ago. Watch the video to learn how the water/steam flows from the river through rooms with different teampratures.

Exciting archeological site. Some videos further explain the engineering features of the place. It takes only 10 minutes to watch, and it is shown underground so it is a great opportunity to cool a little. The garden is pretty and there were plenty of plans blooming.

Worth a stop if you are willing to walk down then back up, the stairs from puente nuevo. Access presentlly costs 4.5 Euros, but they will let you in to walk around on the main level for a few minutes for free if you arrive just before they close for siesta (2 or 3 pm).

Be prepared for some walking to get here. Not so much in distance but up some steep hills. However, once there you'll find one of the best intact examples of these types of baths. Unfortunately some of the signs have sun damage and you cannot see or read them but this is worth a visit if you are into this sort of thing.

For me, this was the absolute highlight of Ronda. The town is certainly worth visiting without, but the Arab baths were just something else. At 700 years old, they look as if they could quite easily be started up again, with a minimum of effort. If you are visiting Ronda, definitely don't skip these.

Sizable baths look like built yesterday and if the ceramic tiles have not been stolen they can be used today. Water supply and distribution , heating and sewage systems of great performance, design and high skill people who built it on a very high above sea level town. The Arabs have to revisit their history and see what happened to them since then they walk backwards

OK for a quick visit. It’s way at the bottom of the hill and it’s a long walk back to the top. If you are tired after a long day exploring Ronda you can safely give this place a miss. But otherwise it’s OK for a quick tour of say 30 minutes.

Lovely historical site and the price isn't too expensive. And it has a short high quality animated documentary in it. But they locked a bathing/sauna room for some reason.

For a small place it was a good 1 hour spent. Watch the video in the last baths room (the hottest one) first then visit. Go early if you want empty room photos, literally wait at the gate and run down.

Very reasonable price, well preserved archeological remains and a solid video explanation of what the site was used for that makes you properly understand what each part means.

Spectacular step into deep history, a fine introductory video to show the workings and purpose of bathing the Muslim way, then we could walk around and really get a feel for the place. Beautiful gardens too! We were extra impressed at the outside information boards which were, get this, hand carved from cork!

Is nice but really small. Because of the 10 minutes video you can see it all in 15 min. The video is interesting but I'm not sure if is worthy the 4,50€ per person. Students have a discount, but for a couple with two kids you have to pay 15€. BTW watch the video first so you understand better where you are walking.

Very cool experience! You have to make it down to the bottom to experience the beauty of the water wheel! It's also great for bird watching. I spotted a golden finch and tons of pigeons whom were living their best lives.

The garden views of the gorge are great. But go down the water mine, the views from the bottom were great. Listen to the explanation on your phone with a Site you are given. They allowed our dog in. The House of the Moorish King of Ronda , Spain , is a monumental complex with a long history that begins in the 14th century and reaches up to the 20th century. It is made up of three parts: a water mine from the Muslim period, a neo-Mudejar style house and a garden designed by Jean Claude Nicolas Forestier declared a Site of Cultural Interest in 1943.

Not worth the €10,- charged, house is in state of decay and cannot be visited. Small garden, trip down the water mine is nothing special no descriptions or whatsoever. If you take the free walking path across you have better views and experience.

Price is 8 euro's and not worth it. You can be up and down in 1 hour. Garden in one of the worst maintained i have ever seen. Algae in foutain like it has not been cleaned for years. Dead plants in pots. Downstairs you can find empty bins, rusting there for years, branches lying there long time. Walking in Ronda itself is a way better alternative and free.

It is misterious place, it is interesting to down on mine until at end but i advise who have problems of walking amd breathing not to do but for the adventures it worth it. But is is sad about house the government should do some recupartion of house!!!

A little bit of history: Contrary to what the name may lead you to think, there was never any Moorish King who lived in this place nor a palace here at that time. The name is derived from a portrait in tiles on a façade that represents a Nasrid (or Nasrí); that is, a Moor from the al-Andalus period. The beginnings of the location date back to the creation of a water mine, which allowed water to be extracted from the Guadalevín River via a large water wheel and the extenuating effort of Christian slaves, who also carried the “zaques” (gourds made from goat skins) of water to the exterior. It was a secure way to provide water to the population in times of siege, since the town did not have its own cisterns or water supply. The rift or grotto that formed the basis for the water mine and which was almost impossible to detect from the outside, was fortified by the construction of a façade, with a room that was possibly a cistern, a men-at-arms room and another for the waterwheel, with the steps that allowed access up and down these 60 meters. In 1485, during the reconquest of Ronda by the Castilian army and with the information provided to them by a certain Yusuf, who betrayed his fellow citizens, the troops of the Marquis of Cádiz attacked the fortification via the riverbed, opening a hole at its base and entering it. They disabled the waterwheel, cutting off the water supply to the city and thus forcing its surrendered in a matter of days. The space was undeveloped for years, until a house was built above the mine in the 18th century. From 1767, it belonged to various members linked to the family that held the Marquisate of Salvatierra. And in 1911, it was sold to the Duchess of Parcent. This owner expanded and renovated the house in neo-Mudejar style and commissioned Jean-Claude Nicolas Forestier to design the garden. In 1943 it was declared a Historical Garden. Today it holds the highest level of heritage protection, with the category of Asset of Cultural Interest. As to the visit. The house itself is undergoing long-term stabilization and repairs (funded mainly by visitor’s fees). Currently you can visit the water mine and the gardens, which are worth it if you are spending a day or two in Ronda. The water mine is about 200 steps down to the bottom of the gorge and not suitable for anyone with health issues (more for climbing back up than going down), though you don’t have to go all the way to the bottom, you can stop off at a couple of the chambers before heading back up. If you’re heading gown the mine, leave the gardens till after so you can have a sit-down and recover. A must-see are the peacocks which add a great patch of colour to the gardens.

Ok for 10€ per person. The water well is 60m down a cave/stairwell equivalent to a 20 story building. Plenty of middle aged people and some older were able to complete it. Know your limits. It took us 6.5minutes to walk back up and wasn’t that hard for unfit couple

Among all the 2.5-5 euros attractions in Ronda, I’m expecting more out of this 10 euros spot. However, it turns out to be an utterly disappointment. First of all, I saw signs of audio guide everywhere but there wasn’t any audio guide presented or suggested when I was there. People were climbing up and down just to see a pool of shallow dirty river water. Not to mention it was slippery at some corners of the staircase. I was risking to break my knee just to see an empty stone chamber with a sign saying “secret room” and another saying “treasure room” without any secret, let alone treasure. Not even a few description lines were found in between the ceiling and the floor. I was totally clueless. On top of that, there was nothing in the garden except for three peacocks strolling around. And they were drinking water from a very dirty fountain pool on a scorching hot afternoon. I felt so bad for them. The view from the garden is not better than the view you can see for free from a lot of free view points.

€10 euros seems very steep to walk down a very steep wet damp staircase to the river. The audio guide doesnt work for iPhones or up to date android so we couldnt access it and there is very limited information around. The terraced garden is ok but not well maintained and the house dilapidated.

We really enjoyed this experience. Beautiful views and the trip down the well is worth it. Word of caution: steps are numerous, uneven and can be wet and it's a bit of a haul back up, but again worth it. The cold beer at their bar tasted pretty good after the well!

This is an unusual place that will make you appreciate the history and human ingenuity. It's an extraordinary place that will make you go down the stairs to reach the river. Only for people in a good shape! The gardens are nice and offer good views around the city. It's a shame that the house itself is in ruins and cannot be visited. I wish it had been renovated and reconstituted to its past glory.

While the Brujería and Inquisition exhibition were the initial draw the rest of Víctor Manuel Lara Durán's private collection is a must-see stop for anyone in the area. The obsessively themed rooms showcase his exceptional taste for the curious, historical, beautiful and weird — conjuring a Spanish version of a PT Barnum museum.

The best museum/ exposition in the town. Just the basement is worth 4€. However, the old technologies section would require more info, maybe even an insight how those gadgets work.

Enjoyable museum with a mix of everything. Guns, cameras, witches, torture devices and other things. Entry fee was 4 euro in February 2023.

One of the best museums l have ever been it ! Exhibits are very well presented, on 2 floors. Lots to look at. The museum is easy to find , in the main street , by walk. Staff are friendly, and just €4 to enter and can take photos. A must see !

You definitely cannot judge this book by its cover! From the entryway of this museum I had no idea what I would find inside. The varios collections of armaments, cameras, archeology, guitars, microscopes, watches, typewriters, and many more... were truly stunning for the entire family. To top off this amazing collection the entire downstairs was dedicated to ancient divides that were used during the Spanish inquisition. Well worth the 4 euro entry fee (kids are free)!

I went to the museum with a group of students. One of them, was our guide in English and she did a great job. We all found the museum really interesting. There.s a great variety of sections with amazing pieces on display. It.s really worth a visit!!

A superd museum of one person likes and interests. So many things that will make you wonder and others that will rekindle memories. If you're lucky the owner will ask you if you enjoyed the visit! Worth going in my opinion.

It’s a very nice park to have some peace and relax in a busy town. You can sit on the benches or walk around on the covered walkways. The combination of tall trees, beautiful details of the statues and other structures and the magnificent views on the other end is very facinating.

Really special place. If you go you must walk down the tree lined park dating back to 1800's. Romantic waterfountains, nice outdoor bar, and incredible views of el Tajo.

As you walk in the gardens to the other side you are amazed by the hill side panoramic breath taking scenic views. When I visited it was sunny and peaceful except for the occasionally distant noise of a braying donkey and barking dog. Orchestra Music was being played which was soothing and tranquil. I just closed my eyes while sitting down soaking in the atmosphere and chilling out.

Beautiful and peaceful park near the shops and important historical buildings. The views are incredibly, the park is clean and lots of shade and seating available. Although a modest size you can walk around and lose time.

This is a peaceful but also lively park at the edge of a cliff. It's a great central meeting place for a group. There are cafe tables and bars and a restroom in the park. In terms of parking, claim whatever you can get. The park itself doesn't have designated parking but there are lot of garages. The park is gravel and concrete (no grass) but has lots of places to sit and rest. There was also a musician there when we went.

I highly recommend this attraction to anyone who visits Ronda. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us coordinate a taxi from Centro when we were having trouble (between Easter week and our lacking Spanish skills we weren't sure we'd make it). Our tour guide whose name I cannot recall (lo siento) was personable, informative, and shared her passion for the work that they do at Reservatauro Ronda. She said it was her first time giving a tour by herself but you'd never know it! It was both educational and immersive and you can tell they truly respect the animals they work with. Such a wonderful experience!

Interesting and fun activity to do in Andalusia! Our tour guide knew many languages and explained everything very well. We were able to see the bull ring, the bulls, oxes and horses around the farm. There is a little train to sit in showing you around the farm.

A wonderful experience touring this amazing facility. It provides insight into the role of bullfighting in the Spanish Culture. Highly recommended. Also, if you are driving from Ronda, I recommend a stop at the LA Organic olive oil facility nearby. Stop for a tasting and a lovely outdoor lunch on the patio!

Absolutely amazing to pure breed andalusian horses, they who took us round was so friendly and knew all about them, you could tell she loves the animals, we got to see a breeding herd, and foals, it was an amazing experience, if you have the chance pop in and see the place.

It was a great visit for anyone that has never been on a farm or a place with horses. I grew up near a horses stable so it was not as thrilling to me as my companions

Great little museum tracing the development of Ronda and surrounding areas from prehistoric time onwards, set in a beautiful building with a gorgeous terrace overlooking the countryside.

The place is OK, but be warned, there's not much inside apart from exhibits about settlements in the region. There's no furniture nor attempt to reconstitute how it used to be like before. There's a small garden with nice views outside of it. I would give it a pass to be honest.

Tiny but really good museum in Ronda with extensive information from pre-historic to Moorisch period. The building is very pretty with patios and a garden inside. It is worth a visit when you are in Ronda. There is one single pass for interesting places to visit (Tourist ticket or Bono Turístico). If you plan to visit more than one monument, this pass might be for you. Available on sale at the participating museums or in the office of Ronda tourism board, next to the bull ring.

Nice palace. The history was nice but it would be better iff it showed the history of Ronda. Great garden and vieuw. 4€ entrance is a good price.

At first you wonder if you just got ripped off and charged several Euro just to walk through an (admittedly lovely) couple of small courtyards plus a garden with fountain. Then you go upstairs and get treated to a THOROUGH museum survey of the area from Paleolithic times all the way through antiquity and beyond. There are replica cave paintings, a dolmen, solidus coins from the time of Augustus... the works, all presented with bilingual (if occasionally rough) Spanish/English translation. Hidden gem if you're a museum type, don't miss it.

The museum is not about the history of this particular Palace, yet we enjoyed it greatly. The exhibition covers the pre history time-line, with detailed explanations over the ways of living, tool making, discoveries and progress of civilization throughout pre-historic "spain". It also shows how the battles and expansion of kingdoms took place in the Mediterranean area over the last millennia. The whole exhibition is translated to English, making it easy for foreigners. The Palace itself and garden are gorgeous. We find it totally worthy the 4 euro ticket (Nov/22) for the visit, even though we just spent one afternoon in Ronda, it really provided the dose of culture and history we like to get in City trips.

Small museum about the local settlements spanning back to the Stone Age in a small 14th century moorish palace with a nice garden featuring a beautiful view. Very reasonable price for entrance of just a few euros, but it was not clear where the exhibits started and we ended up viewing the backwards. To avoid this, take a right when you enter and take the stairs to the top floor s where you can find the first exhibit on cave settlements.

Very interesting museum. The building is fascinating and the view from the gardens is outstanding. There are a limited number of exhibits but they are clearly displayed with detailed descriptions in Spanish and English. There is a small but well stocked gift shop. There is no cafe unfortunately, that would make it even better.

The museum is in an old palace with a beautiful courtyard and garden. The museum itself is a timeline of the pre-history and Antiquity of Ronda and the region. Quite insightful. The reading is hard because it's really tiny, and the lights keep turning off if there is no movement (a bit too fast imo)

Beautiful palace with an interesting past. Inside is also an interesting anthropological exhibition on the early humans of this region.

The most important point is the patio and view from the high viewpoint. The 2nd and 3rd exhibition just a plus for the visit.

Great way to learn about the fascinating history of Ronda and its surrounding areas. Spend a bit extra (12€ total) to get the pass that allows entry to nearly a dozen historic sites and museums in the old town.

Museum which tells the history of Ronda via its collection of objects and a lot of storyboards. The Palace has some interesting architectural features, wooden ceilings, patio etc. The outstanding views from the gardens were worth the admission price. You can buy a 12 Euro ticket (9 for pensioners) that gives you entry to half a dozen of the sites of interest in Ronda.

Wonderful museum that definitely deserves attention, as well as a nice terrace garden and a wonderful sight of the surrounding landscape. The artifacts are accompanied by wonderful sketches, drawings and 3D models of ancient life, giving you a very, very good insight into the past of Ronda and its surrounding. Definitely worth a visit.

Stop by if you're in town. Beautiful church with the opportunity for a great view of the town. Very small entry fee with an audioguide available on your phone. The lady at the reception desk was very nice and got us started on our journey!

A beautiful Gothic church - do not miss going up to the balconies where one gets an amazing view of Ronda and the surrounding countryside

Nice church built on top of an older mosque which has a trump card in its outside viewing deck on three sides giving views over Ronda. Open another door and you have a small balcony overlooking the interior of the church. Entrance was 4.50 EUR.

As mentioned in many reviews already: the church is worth the visit and the minimal entrance fee (sth like 2-3€). Don‘t forget the earphones for the audioguide but, to be honest, there were a lot of details like the number of lights in the chandelier, which really went a bit too much into details for me. A must see is the old part of the mosque just in the entrance and the tower that gives you a beautiful view over the city and the mountains surrounding it. Comfy benches to sit and enjoy the view. There is a small door that leads right under the roof of the church. There is also a lot of recent thing to be seen wich indicates that the church is still used and alive.

Unusual to charge for church entrance, but something unusual awaits you! To the right of the altar is a small hallway that takes you to a circular staircase. This leads to an outside viewing platform nearly 180 degree view of the city. But wait! At the top of the staircase look to your right and there is another door which leads to a surprise. Through that small door is a small viewing platform overlooking the inside of the cathedral from up high! From the outside viewing platform you can really appreciate the countryside. Plan to relax and enjoy the view(s!).

A beautiful church, one half in gothic style and the new, taller part in renaissance style. I recommend you pay the small fee for visiting this church. They provide speech device with lots of information about all parts of the church and the additional "museum rooms". There is access to a platform with a wonderful view.

Ronda offers one of the most beautiful sceneries and this viewpoint gives you the best view of this gorgeous bridge. It’s a short walk down a hiking trail, with uneven terrain, so best come in comfortable and stable shoes. However, it’s definitely worth the journey.

Beautiful town in Andalusia but overrun by tourists without a clue. Unfortunately Ronda is impossible to visit most months of the year because of the masses of people crowding streets and restaurants. We visited during the Covid pandemic in January 2022 and found the town crowded. The commerce around tourism is terrible and most local people are rude, or at best bored. That said, the town is beautiful and well worth a visit. To get the most of the visit dress for hiking with layers so you can go all the way down in the canyon and see the bridge from below. But brace yourself for the touristy feel of the town. Even the accordion player by the park has an amp and a loudspeaker so you can hear him play the Godfather theme all the way down the valley…

This beautiful little winery is managed by a super friendly Spanish couple who welcomed us with a big smile! We did a short, informative tour after which we had the opportunity to taste the wonderful wines and delicious food. We were with a group of eight and had a really good time, we can definitely recommend

We had a wonderful afternoon at this winery. Isabella & Miguel were warm and gracious hosts. Wine pours were generous, as was the tapas servings and paella lunch. Well worth a visit!

This is a beautiful and quaint small winery run by a lovely couple. We emailed and got a reservation to get a short tour of their winery and hear some great information about how they do it. They spoke enough English to get great info on the tour and we had some of the best food that we had in Spain. We got fantastic and locally sourced tapas, paella, wine, and ice cream. Such a beautiful time. Highly recommend.

Excellent place - especially the lunch! Small organic winery, vey nice owners with a personalized tour (in English - make a reservation). Stay for the lunch and tasting after the tour, which is well worth the price. We had a great afternoon!!! Highly recommend.

Had great stay at this place. We had package with accomodation, wine tasting, tapas and paella. Room: The room is big with nice beds and air conditioning. Hand soap, towels, water bottles, kettle with coffee/tea and shower gel available. No decent breakfast is served (maybe spanish way, but you may be disappointed if you are up for a decent, filling breakfast). A smaller pool available, which did not look super clean. Place: Super cozy place. The sorrounding nature is calm and sunsets are amazing. Service: Maybe not amazing in english, but good enough for communication. Very cute older couple running this place. Very friendly. Possible to buy their wine for affordable place at spot. Wine tasting: 4 kinds of wine. It is not really like traditional wine tasting. It is more like wine tour (where you get to see the production and vineyard) and then you get to try what they produce. Not much description of each wine. Food: Good tasting food that tastes homemade. A lot is served at once. For us, the food was served at 3pm. The tapas and the paella was served at same time, different from my expectation where I thought that the paella would be served as dinner. Make sure you bring some evening snack to this place as there are no places nearby to buy such thing. As response to this review, the owner mentioned that the food is served at contracted time. It was not fully clear at the booking that tapas and paella would be served same time. It was not mentioned either if it was possible to eat at other times than 3pm.

What a wonderful wine tasting experience. A little out of the way but worth it. We tried 1 white, 1 rose and 2 reds pared with way too much food. The wine makers wife made us a feast as part of our wine tasting. It’s a little winery, organic and great reds. You do need a reservation.

What a wonderful experience at Bodega Garcia Hidalgo. Miguel and Isabelle were amazing hosts. It's a small winery, but we learned so much about their organic, all natural approach to wine making. Moscato was delicious, but I would recommend Zabel (blend of red wines). The food was homemade and fresh. We enjoyed 🥘 paella and plates of tapas. They were very accommodating about gluten free restriction. Get a reservation.

Absolutely amazing experience!! This is a family owned and operated organic winery which should not be missed. We enjoyed the lovely tour from Miguel, the wine tasting and the delicious tapas homemade by his wife Isabel. It was an experience I will never forget - be sure to try Isabel’s amazing red pepper jam with the local cheeses!

When I saw those large Bandolero posters outside, especially the one with the Valentino eyes, I was draw into the Museum. Diego was a Bandolero who like the English Robin Hood, stole from the rich to give to the poor. Some were a bit like Che Guevara. Many of them had fascinating personalities. This is the second Private Museum I have found in Andalusia. More interesting than some of the official Museos.

A beautiful point of interest in Ronda Spain and it gives you a lovely view of the river and valley.

Unfortunately the rain damaged a lot from the near Arab bath. There are great views onto the river in between these huge rocks. Hopefully the city might clean up what has been drawn into the river. Truly a place to conserve. Be careful walking down to the bridge. Slippery when wet.

Definitely a must see. My husband and I “hiked” it and it was a nice little hike.

Great bridge and you even got a better view and location for pictures of it compared to the other bridge. Also, the bridge was made out of very stable stones and doesn’t seem to crash soon, I felt very safe in top of it

This 600 years old Arab Bridge is a great place to see the 120meter deep chasm. It is also impressive how the local people to build houses along the hills. It must be a stunning experience to live here than the urban life.

It's an absolutely stunning place! The three bridges' beauty increase with their size. The views from them are breathtaking. One of the most scenic places I have visited yet! You must go!

Yummy food with a view of the beautiful bridge. The cafe is tucked away behind a hotel and restaurant. A bit hidden but worth finding this spot. Cold beers and a super yummy chicken with a garlic sauce and crispy fries (yummy).

We really enjoyed the experience, the host walked us through the process of wine production, we got to see the winery and in the end we enjoyed the tasty and abundant food the host prepared and several wines of the winery that were served according to the dishes they were bringing ( white, reds, moscatel…)

Very nice experience! An informative tour of the winery. Even though a majority of the visitors were Spanish our guide took the time to explain the highlights to us in English. The tour finished with wine tasting and some delicious tapas.

What a wonderful experience. We were really well received and got a thorough explanation about location, grapes and climate. Subsequently, we saw the production premises - and finally wine tasting with tapas. We had the opportunity to taste many of the different wines and definitely also the best. The tapas were in a class of its own - incredibly delicious and homemade. During the wine tasting we got an explanation of areas, grape types used and reason for the names of the wines. It was a really good and very positive experience - definitely worth a visit. They are very professionel in a most friendly way. The visit was set to last 1.5 hours - but we were there for at least two hours - and time just flew. If you are in the area - do your selv a favour and book a visit. The € 30 that a visit costs may seem overwhelming - but believe me it's worth every cent. We will be there again. Five stars from us - now that can not give six 😉

A perfect mid day break in Ronda. The owner is so knowledgeable and passionate, the vineyards are beautiful and the wine outstanding. The food at the pairing was delicious. Cash is preferred as internet is intermittent and you'll want extra cash to bring bottles of wine home with you.

We booked a tasting only. Every course (4 in total) allowed you to choose from 2 wines. The lady seemed way too busy, little explanation about the wines and before we finished 1 wine the next one was already poured. Not a good experience, would recommend to go to other houses where they take more time for you. Tapas accompanying the wines were good though.

It was a interesting tour and we got to taste delicious wines and tapas. It was also great that we were able to visit even if it was just two people. Only downside is that we didn't have cash and due to the location the card doesn't work. Otherwise would've bought more wines 😎

We had a wonderful time today with one of the owners showing us around the winery and describing their principles and processes - both in English and Spanish - she was a wonderful host! Then to follow a generous wine tasting of most of their current vintage with delicious tapas. A great 2 hours and just 30 mins from Ronda - last part is unmade road!

I booked winery tour for my honey moon trip in Spain. But they told me it should be canceled and I requested for the refund. After that, I booked another tour and they are telling me that their tour is available and refund is not made. Please don’t do that and return back

Genma was gracious in helping us book a tasting/tour last minute. We had difficulty booking online however she was quick to fit us in to celebrate our daughters 21st birthday. It was a highlight on our vacation to the area. Genma was helpful, gracious and gave us a fantastic tour of the winery. The wine was very good and the food pairing was delicious. We were happy to purchase wine to bring home to the states. Highly recommend this winery!

Had an amazing experience at this vineyard near Ronda. The food was beyond delicious and paired well with all the wine we were able to try. It was an in depth education on how wine is made and specifically the processes that are unique at their winery. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to visit a winery in Spain! Not to mention beyond beautiful location!
