We all had a very nice time and I would recommend this place. We arrived about 12:30pm. Parking is super easy. An attendant tells you the price (€25 for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella when we were there on June 30 2022, but I have read prices will increase in peak times in July and august) and hands you a ticket to give at the beach. It’s a very short walk (50m) and You give the ticket and tell how many sun beds you want and pay. We did not try to pay with card as we read only cash was accepted. Then, a different attendant asks you to choose your sun beds and will come with you to put the umbrella up (umbrella down means sunbeds free, umbrella up means taken). There are 2 toilets for women which was fine in June but not sure about the busiest time in August. You can go to the bar and order sandwiches, Prosecco, beer, melon etc but not full meals to have at your sun beds. We were fine with this but I wonder if other beach clubs in Castiglione de Pascaia would have a full service menu to your sunbeds. The beach is beautiful white sand and the water clear and warm. It’s very very shallow. I am 167cm / 5’8” and never was it above my chest. Very calm and safe for kids and cautious swimmers. Overall we absolutely loved our time here but wish there was more variety of food and drink available and that there was waiter service at the sunbeds.

A very nice location close to the beach, good for spring time and for sure summer. The area is beautiful close to nature. The accommodation is let me not the best but manageable. We took an apartment which is built like a temporary structure quite compact. For short duration it is quite fine. I did not like the toilets as they have a different kind of flush and not completely clean, the rest was fine.

One of my favorite spots many years ago, but now all bigger lots are occupied by Glamping tents and even the beach became smaller over the years, so it's pretty crowded now (only very little space of "free beach" anyway). Remaining spaces for motorhomes are now mostly quite narrow. Restaurant still good. Sanitary houses have been refurbished (was more than overdue) but completely rebuilding them may have been the better choice. Close location to Castiglione is a benefit.

The campsite is beautiful but what spoils it is the reception staff, they try to give the impression of being professional but instead they just look like robots not going to meet the customer by treating him like a number. We stayed 2 nights, we didn't have an industrial socket and we asked them if they could charge our phone a little but they said no, in the evening we were walking to the beach and the guard stopped us and asked for our bracelets, only then did we realise that they hadn't provided them and we almost got thrown out by the guard. One afternoon there was a complete lack of water and electricity and we had to wait hours for a shower, I asked for a discount but nothing. Go to campsites where they treat you like humans!!!

Bar staff was really nice, they always surprised us with creative cappuccinos. Not that much animation for the little ones. The restaurant was really good and they own other restaurants outside of the camping that they recommend. The problem about this camping are the crickets. They are so loud all day long that you end up having a headache. We couldn't wait for sunset to have a little peace.

Most of parcels are not leveled which makes your tent/camper assembly quite challenging. No access to water from your pitch!! This is extremely surprising. Or this is Italy standard? Pathways are not graveled and each time car pass by tones of dirt is in the air. Walking from shower to your parcel already makes you dirty. Onsite store is very very expensive. Toilets have water and that is it from good point of view. If you want to make a shower you should be patient. Typically there are people waiting in front of you. On average 15min waiting every day.

Overall - Great location, helpful and friendly staff who spoke good English but poor facilities. I had high hopes that I would love this campsite but it’s old facilities let it down. In particular no toilet seats, no toilet paper or any hand wash. In addition, the power supply was only 3 amp. This meant that the microwave repeatedly kept blowing the trip as well as our caravan’s hot water heating up!!! Despite its close proximity to the beach, cycle paths and lovely town I would not stay here again. In 2019 I expect better toilet and shower facilities!!

The camping is inside a little forest with direct access to the beach, the atmosphere is great! The food-store, as well as the general store offer almost everything you need to fair prices. Since the camping-spots are inside the forest, there is no room to park your car next to your tent as you would do normally. The weak spot of the camping are the sanitary facilitys: WC and shower are mixed in one cabin (therefore every toilet is constantly under water), and the facilities seem to be quite old/used. -->4/5 stars

The pine trees and the beach are great. BUT: We are very dissapointed and annoyed about the booking system and the reaction of the staff after messing up our reservation. At the end we have been left alone with a wrong booking. The beach is great but the campsite is chaotic and we cannot recommend the site.

The course may be fine for exceptional golfers. But for mere mortals with handicaps in the high teens to the 20s it is a nightmare: big trees in the middle of the fairways, inconsistent sand in the bunkers. Shortest Ts are 5500 yards! No drinking water on the course, no toilets. On the other hand the T boxes are perfect; the fairways are well maintained and the greens are in great shape and roll true. Would I play it again? Probably not. Too tough. Not much fun. Oh, my hc is 15.9.

First the course: It's not the most challenging but considering that it is not an area rich in courses, it is absolutely recommendable. The fact that the fairways and greens won't ever be in their best shape must probably be attributed to the climate and the fact there just aren't enough members or green fees sold to keep up. It is still absolutely playable (beginning of august). 4 stars for the course! Second the manager: I went to take a look at things with my girlfriend, who is from Italiy, two days before actually playing. The manager then told her in Italian, that the fee would be 70 Euro.
