There we millions of ants in the bathroom and we even found a HUGE spider (which we later found out was poisonous) in our room. Also the doors nor the windows would close properly and would bang because of the wind. That made it very difficult to get sleep. The rooms were really the only cons so now with the pros. The food was absolutely delicious. Everyone in my family (and we’re a big group) loved it. The service also was outstanding and we never ran out of things to do. From swimming, zip lining, going on trails, the gym, the spa, eating all the time, kayaking, paddle boating, going on water slides there was always something you wanted to do. The kids club was great for the kids and they were very welcoming and friendly. Overall this experience I would give a 3 or 4 star (only because of the rooms)!
