Had a great group lesson with Mark W in December 2021. Lesson was for level 3 but he also allowed up to venture into level 4 tasks. Felt good about what was taught and have booked my next lesson already. The slope and gear is great however reception staff were lacking some costumer service skills and the toilets would benefit from more regular cleaning.

Friendly place to learn snowboarding on real snow without having to go too far from Glasgow. Did a series of private lessons with my wife and found the instructors to be excellent. Each one had good tips and suggestions to improve based on how we were progressing. Thanks to C, Lucy, JJ, Simon, Holly and Bradley. After completing level five you get a bonus two hours free on the slopes to practice in your own.

Lucy was a lovely instructor, it was my first ski lesson and I was quite anxious but she made me feel very relaxed and was very supportive. I will definitely be going back soon🙂

My husband and myself had enjoyed so much our 2nd snowboarding lessons with Andy! We came with no background but it was always something we wanted to try. We are really looking forward to our third lesson to be able in the future to enjoy a ride by ourselves! Also the staff is very friendly and there is really good facilities and a nice bar where you can relax after the lesson. I would recommend to go in the morning cause it's less busy 😊

Honestly couldn’t ask for a better place to learn skiing. Even in the first lesson, you feel immense confidence because they teach you really well. Our instructor Kristina was extremely helpful, and very patient, even when our turns were monstrous. Would definitely recommend and will definitely go again.

Lovely visit to have a refresher ski lesson. Christina was really helpful and friendly she gave us lots of tips to ensure the ski lesson went well for all 3 of us of differing levels. The time just flew by and we will definitely be back. Thank you Christina!

Snowfactor was the best ski slope I’ve ever been to. They had amazing features and amazing workers. There freestyle community @dasswamp was great, wish they would open back up. Truly the best ski slope in Scotland

Great day at Snow Factor! Only my second time snowboarding so was still wary but the slope and facilities were perfect as a starter. Be aware though if you have no snowboarding ability at all and do go for a £55 lesson (Far too pricey) and opt for the full day £30 lift pass then you can potentially be asked to leave the slopes because of danger to yourself and others. The staff were great though and allowed a few runs until we found our feet and picked it up a little bit more. Lesson next time to advance some of my basic skills I think!

First time ice climbing with Richard as our instructor. Was a great laugh and interesting to learn the technique. It definitely felt like longer than an hour. Would highly recommend.

I've been going here for years, it's good to keep your snow skills going all year round. Myself and a friend were there last Sunday night for the last hours of the open day and we were the last two on the slope, the staff member Chris was at the top of the Poma but didn't have anyone to look out for falling so he came out and showed me how to do some tricks on the snowboard and also gave me the confidence to ride the box, I've never wanted to do it in case I went flying off the side in front of crowds but as it was empty and he gave me instruction on how to ride it I went for it. Thanks Chris, you went above and beyond.

Great lesson with Lucy last week. I did my Level 4 snowboarding group lesson and whilst all the instructors have been great, Lucy has been the best thus far. She was very approachable, attentive and a great coach. She genuinely cared and made sure I got the best out of my lesson. Hoping to hit the main slope soon so I’ll be back in touch for a private with her!

I've visited XSite in Braehead, Glasgow many times and I think this is one of the places where you can literally spend all day in, from mini golf to bowling to arcade to skiiing to rock climbing, this place has it all, I've seen how it has changed over the years and I think it's for the better. It's easy to get here by bus from Glasgow Central and once you're here, there's a lot of different restaraunts to go to, different places to try out, and even do some shopping too.

Lovely experience for the kids and adults as well.

Great for skiing crazy golf cinema and adventure. Poor food choice as a few places have shut down like harvester, Chiquita and now Frankie and Benny's Have stopped serving breakfast there is no restaurant in the centre that serves breakfast now!

Had a quick nosy around XSite at Braehead and I'm already buzzing to go back! 🤩 The variety of activities on offer is incredible - there's something for every thrill-seeker out there. From the climbing wall to the snow slopes, it's all looked top-notch and well maintained. And if the sights are anything to go by, the fun factor is off the charts! 🧗‍♂️⛷️ Although I didn't have time to try everything out this visit, I'm proper excited to return and have a go. The staff seemed friendly and professional, too, which always helps. In a nutshell, XSite at Braehead is shaping up to be an ace day out. Can't wait for my next visit. We had fun taking our kids bowling for the first time. There was a mix up with the booking, and the service for our pre-ordered pizza was very slow. However, the staff dealt with any issues swiftly and with a smile. The rating would frankly be lower if it weren't for the staff performance.

Amazing place to go with things for all kinds of people, great slide at the entrance but you do have to pay £1 each go, it's worth it though. Gravity is amazing and the shops are very well done. I would recommend it

Situated next to Braehead Shopping Centre, there is plenty of parking and inside Xsite there is amusements, trampoline Park, climbing wall, cinema, dry slopes, various shops and restaurants and so much more can't do everything in one day, but I'm sure there is something to suit everyone here!

Great place to visit. Something for all age groups. If i could add anything it would be a trendy bar that serves nice cocktails, etc even though it wouldn't persuade me away completely from drinking in wetherspoons. Great prices and I've never experienced any hassle.

Kids loved it! Lots for them to do and great range of restaurants. Twice we've tried to take them bowling here and they don't have availability till 9.30pm or at all advise to book beforehand to make sure you can get a lane, also a lot of the arcade machines in tenpin are out of order when we've been, it would be great to see them working.

Have just had such a scary/stupid experience in XScape - managed to fall down the escalator (don't ask, I'm a total Muppet). Just wanted to say how wonderful everyone was, both staff and "civilians". People were on the scene instantly and could NOT have been kinder. Thank you SO much to every one of you🌹❣️🌹❣️

Great place for many activities. Good restaurants with lots of selection from Nando's to China Buffet King. There is also bowling, trampolines and a massive slide.

Decent sized shopping centre, easy to navigate, plenty of shops. I like the fact that there's a food court in the middle and plenty of toilets in this section. Modern shopping centre and well presented. Also lots of cool things to see and do. There's currently a bright green Lamborghini right in the middle of it! Plenty of free parking here also, but traffic going in and out can be incredibly slow. Took me 10 minutes to drive from one end (Ikea) to the other (Primark).

Love braehead it's got lots of shops and next door is escape which has bowling, indoor skiing and other activities. Also great for gigs like coloursfest in August 2022. Great shakes too

Braehead Shopping Centre is a large retail and leisure complex located in Renfrewshire, Scotland. It features over 110 stores, restaurants, cafes, a cinema, indoor adventure golf, and an indoor ski slope. It is easily accessible by car and public transport, and is a popular venue for events and exhibitions.

Their commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of the shopping centre, from the carefully curated stores (especially the M&S store) to the outstanding customer service. I noticed some of their enticing posts highlighted incredible sales and discounts. And let's not forget about the expansive food court! With a wide variety of food styles available, there's always something I could choose from. I have both international cuisine and local favorites, their food court is amazing. Plus, with its spacious layout and easy-to-read signs, navigating through the food court is quite easy. Their visible signage system helped to not get lost while exploring all the fantastic options they have to offer.

The best shopping centre in and around the Glasgow area. Lots of parking available. Has a mass of retailers on site giving lots of choices. Shops include the perfume shop, poundland, M&S, Next, and Primark. Food court available containing Pizza Hut, Prezzo, and McDonald's to name but a few.

Popped in for a pint or three. Very very quiet. Lady behind reception was welcoming. Great views outside. My daughter had a snack. Enjoyed the haggis bon bons. Stormi the dog enjoyed the sun coming thru the window.

Braehead clan review. I've been to watch the Braehead Clan over 7 times at home now. You don't have to be a sports fan to enjoy it! It is a massive stadium, very modern, a had a more premium seat and paid £22 online in November. The seating area what Block K, row E. This gives a good view and close to the sin bin box For a pint it was £5 bottles of water £1.50. I had a vodka cola from there bar which is right next to the entrance They have plenty of food and drink and options to buy merchandise, buy raffle tickets, you can buy pucks to throw into the arena to win prizes there tiger mascot comes around the seating area for kids. They use a cannon to shoot out tshirts as freebies. When i was here in November i wore a thick jumper and jacket and i was roasting. My friends wore jeans and normal trainers and jackets and were fine. There's some amazing atmosphere! You should go!

Good shopping centre, great selection of shops. Good facilities for kids and adults. Toilets at the food court well maintained with staff constantly checking and cleaning, free to use.

Quite big and well thought out layout. You can find everything you would look for in a mall. Clean and good floors with nice temperatures and conditioning. This is the more fancy mall with modern style and plenty of high end shops too. Clean and tidy with easy access to all levels even with a buggy or wheelchair.

was laid up in hospital in queen elizabeth and this place was a life saver for fresh clothes and supplies ..big selection of food clothes and shops....same as last visit

Great shopping centre. Used the toilets here near the food court and the were terrible. Some of the cubicles didn’t even have a holder for the toilet roll and not toilet roll in them at all. Pee all over the place too. Need to take more care keeping up with the cleaning.

My experience here is nothing but excellently exceptional. The mall is a massive space with many one-stop shops for your groceries, clothing, meals etc. Try the place out, you will come to say thanks to me.

Have had the same bad experience unfortunately with a voucher that was gifted during the pandemic, now won't honour or refund the voucher which has since expired, claiming they remained 'open throughout', not sure how you could actually arrange a trip whilst we were in lockdown and a travel ban imposed, we were offered to pay a 'revalidation charge' at an additional £30 but not even being consistent what the cost is for, firstly being told this is to trace the expired voucher then in other correspondence told this is for increased costs for our trip - surely this should be honoured out of goodwill given the circumstances rather than trying to cash in from the Pandemic Feel so bad for the friends that gifted us this voucher, I'll definitely be letting them know not to purchase again or recommend this company Have also been in touch with Consumer Scotland to raise a formal complaint I also note one of these reviews with the 5 stars is the guy who runs the company and emailed me?! Not sure that's exactly honest either!

Our experience was cancelled due to bad weather. We asked for a refund because we wouldn't be in the area again. We were told that would be fine but now he won't reply to texts or e-mail. Total scam. Have now put a claim form into my bank to get the money back.

Really disappointed with this Company. I received a voucher for a special birthday in September 2021. As we were still on restrictions of Covid, l was hoping to use this in the Spring. Unfortunately my father's health wasn't great and wasn't able to book. Unfortunately, he passed away at the end of September 2022, followed by 2 other family members within 2 and 3 weeks respectively after my father's funeral. Wasn't a great time understandably. I sent an email requesting if it was possible for an extension, no reply. Sent another email requesting a reply, nothing. I then sent a letter to the office in Paisley, again nothing. Sent a further email, guess what - nothing. The customer service is a joke that's not funny. I appreciate due to Covid there would be quite a few extension requests, but to no receive any acknowledgement to 3 emails and a letter is pure rude.

Please think twice before buying vouchers with experience gift Scotland. They have been really bad with the way t that will confir. The voucher is genuine etchey treated customers who had voucher for 2020 and could use. No response to emails and while calls were answered the promised actions are not being taken. I have raised complaint multiple times and my request to contact details for the regulating body to raise complaint formally is not being answered Edited to add: the only resolution offered was me paying an additional £30 not for the extension of the validity of the voucher but for a bunch of admin task with no clear benefit or resolution I am put off from buying experience for birthday parties forever and definitely will never buy again from Experience in Scotland. I have raised formal complaint through consumer service. Hopefully with enough number of cases they will take action on companies like this who possibly claimed all the furlough/Covid grants but still cheating people of their hard earned money. People who have suffered same fate from them please raise complaint via Advice Direct Scotland.

Having to contact AMEX as it seems voucher is totally invalid and get some sort of excuses about a new company when you contact them. If I took over a new company first thing I would do is take down all your vouchers and relaunch when you know you can fulfil them. Edit: Notice how they will still reply acting as it they will send a refund. If you were as fast to reply to negative comments to actually just issue a refund via stripe then you might actually be a legitimate company. You know fine well the order under my name, but decide to reply to my review rather than issue a refund to a product which you never knew existed on the phone yet you sold it on the website. I will contact you via AMEX fraud team

Would not recommend buying from this company. I am still awaiting a refund for a helicopter trip that was booked pre Covid and now due to flight restrictions is impossible to use. Customer service and the owner both offered a refund, but now a number of months down the line I am still waiting with no refund. Avoid!

Went Quad biking, it was fantastic, different terrain snd including across the river. Once you get confidence in the bike, and there's opportunity to do so, you can relax and enjoy it. Go at the rate that suits you. Really friendly hosts too.

We had a fantastic time with my friends. The instructor, Edda was amazing and helped us with any struggles that we had. The place was clean and perfect for fun in a rainy day. Highly recommend 👍

What a brilliant experience. We did this as a family with a spread of ages in our group . Kids had a ball but I was a bit more hesitant when it came to the sky track 🙈 Ross ( redhead , apparently there’s more than one ?!) was incredible he calmed me and got me round and off with quiet reinsurance and chatting away to take my mind off it . Fantastic experience for the kids. Daughters 9th birthday with some friends and what a day they had, made even more special by the staff. Everyone we interacted with had such enthusiasm, they spoke directly to the kids to keep them engaged and on track. Great place and looking forward to going back.

It is very easy to book sessions. My daughter love it. Yesterday she took her friend with her. She really enjoyed it. I am happy that team professional care of them.

Overcoming Fear! --- Embarking on a school trip filled with activities like rock climbing and abseiling can be exhilarating for some, but for my daughter, it was nothing short of nerve-wracking. Her anxiety was palpable as she contemplated facing her fear of heights. In an attempt to ease her apprehension, I took her to Climb Zone, hoping exposure to the climbing environment might alleviate her fears. However, her initial reaction was far from reassuring; she was outright terrified. Enter Hanna, the instructor who became the catalyst for my daughter's transformation. Sensing Eve's unease, Hanna's compassionate demeanor and unwavering support were immediate. Throughout the session, Hanna remained a constant source of encouragement, fostering a "can-do" attitude that propelled my daughter forward. Witnessing my once apprehensive daughter conquer the course with newfound confidence was nothing short of extraordinary. Thanks to Hanna's guidance, she not only overcame her fear but embraced the challenge with enthusiasm. Hanna's impact on my daughter cannot be overstated. Her dedication and support not only transformed a nervous child into a brave adventurer but also instilled in her a newfound sense of courage. As my daughter eagerly looks forward to future adventures, fueled by her newfound passion, we owe a debt of gratitude to Hanna for her invaluable assistance. Been here loads of times and it never disappoints. My wee boy absolutely loves it. Staff are great. Needed some help on booking (I was worried about my nephew who is small for his age) and after a friendly chat I felt much better. Instructors are really great with the kids. All in, I can’t fault this place. Great fun.

Had my son's 11th birthday party. 8 boys very happy. Kieran their instructor kept them all going, gathered them for a photo on the hire wire and encouraged any nervous ones. Worry and stress free party - brilliant!

We got a half price offer so it was “only” £16 for four of us. A bit pricey. But the course was fun and enjoyable with a funny atmosphere. It was quite busy so I would like to have seen some new investment in the place like new holes or facilities. But it was a reasonable diversion for an hour. Wouldn’t pay full price to go back though.

Paid £29 for 2 of us to play 2 courses. After 4 holes we could tell that most of the holes were the same and quite boring. Generally just a bit of green with one rock, not a lot of thought put in to it. We played around 10 holes of the first and decided to skip on to to next course to see it was almost identical and decided to spend our time somewhere else. Asked the boy at the desk if it’s possible to get a refund for the 2nd course we never played as we thought it was 2 separate themed courses and his blunt, rude reply was “we don’t do refunds”. £29 for 10 minutes of boredom but I expect younger kids would enjoy it, not the place for a date night. The place is also quite tired, carpets ripped up, broken parts, tape covering things up etc. Quite dirty also but I guess that’s down to there only being one member of staff visible.

Great wee game of crazy golf to kill an hour or so at Braehead XSite. There are two 18 hole courses. Both in good condition. Plenty opportunities for a hole-in-one. Quite expensive I thought at £9 per adult and was a little disappointed that the background noise effects were not on the entire time but all in all it was okay.

2 big massive 18 hole crazy golf courses. 3 kids were a bit young for it though (5,7,8). Disabled access was good enough, lift through the back takes you upto the courses. If your in a chair probably best getting someone to push you around as there's slight curbs round each hole.

I've visited the Paradise Island Adventure Golf found inside XSite braehead, Glasgow and it's a tropical themed golf with plenty of decorations both visually and there were sound effects that came along with it. I thought it was a nice touch. The place does get busy so it is recommended to buying your tickets online than arriving on the day to gaurentee your spot. The staff here is minimal but you don't need them as everything is self explanatory. I cannot wait to visit here again!

Not impressed at all with the features they had. Multiple holes were exactly the same or very close copies. Only a few holes were unique. Holes were small and most could be done in under 3-4 puts. Could be good for kids. Not a bad price. Just a really lame course.

Lovely park where Renfrew council does cool events like the food and comic festival. Bear in mind I’m reviewing this relative to the local area not versus all other possible parks - as a local I find it very nice. It’s well maintained, though the water could be doing with being dredged. In summer there are lots of flowers and the kids play park seems very clean and well kept. They recently resurfaced the tennis courts too, and the skatepark is always busy. I like the big monkey puzzle trees at the entrance and olde worlde looking signs. As a haiku: Renfrew's local charm, Festivals, blooms, skates and swans, History in trees.

Lovely park walk in the sunshine with my family today. Totally recommend if you have youngsters as loads of fantastic climbing, swings etc to play on. Spent hours there today. Nice walk areas for you and the dogs if you have them too. Overall a great family day out on the cheap and there is of course the icecream shop if you fancied it when weather improves.

We had a great afternoon exploring around the park again. My Son enjoys playing the road layout section with his bike/scooter. The park has equipment for most ages too so worth a visit with the kids 🛴

Love this park. Great childhood memories. Only problem being there are still NO public loos. Not even a disabled one for radar keys. On occasions, I have been there with groups of kids, and had to walk all the way back to our church just to let kids use the loo. Not ideal 😳

Was lashing down with rain but still had a good time. My son loves the skatepark and the kids' play park has some decent obstacles to keep him entertained. Would obviously be much better when the sun's shining.

Never actually been in this park before. Pleasantly surprised. Lovely tree lined paths and a pond. On this visit they also had a farmer's market, which is on, I think, every fortnight (but please check). Also on this occasion it incorporated a low key music festival - hosted by the people at Lomond Radio.

My 6 year old loved this. Was good fun for her. Plenty for the kids who are taking part to do. I dropped a star as I went to the gents bathroom whilst there and out of the 4 cubicles only 1 had a combination of a working door lock and toilet roll. Also the hand dryers didn’t work.

Had a great time on the trampolines with my wife, 2 daughters, brother, sister-in-law and nephew until we had a member of staff with a huge chip on her shoulder act like we had personally insulted her. My youngest is 2 years old and wasn't able to stay balanced on the trampolines, so I was on with her. With no prior issue for the better part of an hour I was alerted that a member of staff was gesturing to get off the trampoline. My wife went over to the member of staff to try and explain but, with a very aggressive and disrespectful attitude, shouted at my wife that only 1 is allowed on the trampolines. My wife again tried to explain but, was met with a very confrontational "you signed the disclaimer". My wife tried to defuse the situation by asking the member of staff to not be so aggressive and that there's a way to speak to people but, was met with the person putting their face close to my wife's and shouted "I don't care". As we headed out the door after our session was called time, my wife asked for her name and got the reply I'm not giving you my name. My wife said she'd make a complaint and wanted to let management know, as a final comment the member of staff arrogantly stated oh they'd know. My wife hasn't made the complaint, I am. I don't think that is the attitude for anyone to take when dealing with the public. By all means if the rules state then enforce it with respect and understanding. I don't think it would be a reasonable response to act with sheer ignorance, confrontation and attitude. As management , I hope you don't want this type of behaviour to be your image going forward. I'd like to say I'd go again but, not if that's what we get from the staff.

Very busy with parents allowing children to do as they please . However staff are brilliant, very friendly great with the kids and really understanding. The best part of the visit was meeting Katie Peacock who could see my stress and done everything she could to help us enjoy our visit. Lovely girl!!!!

There with grandchildren for the toddler specific session. Great fun for them exhausting for me. Only downside is there was no staff at cafe, and reception girl had to come up and cover both( on 2 levels) so well done to her but poor showing from management

Cafe area absolutely disgusting. One member of staff barely caring that tables covered in waste. Spoke to staff member at front desk.. "really sorry but we're short staffed today." Not good enough. You pay a fortune to get in, you certainly don't expect to have to sit in a dump.

took the wee one in and she had a blast bouncing about, had a slush and really enjoyed it, cakes are good too, guy on the park evan was great with the kids and keeping an eye on everything making sure everyone is okay and he was very polite :)

It was quite fun for my daughters and they enjoyed themselves, although they said it was a bit too crowded. One thing spoiled the afternoon, though: one of my daughters was wearing socks from another trampoline place but she wasn't allowed in until we bought her a pair of Gravity-branded socks. I know it's only another three pounds, but why do you have to buy a certain brand of socks when the ones you already have are exactly the same, just with a different name sewn in to them? They do have a sign on the wall saying that you have to buy Gravity socks so you can't argue, can you? The only thing you can do is not go back again, and I don't think we will.

Trampolining bit is fun but the place is badly managed. When you get there you scan a QR code to sign in but they haven’t paid for the QR code or it has expired so it takes you to a website selling QR codes which of course is useless. We then tried using a kiosk to sign in instead. The kiosk asks you to enter your linked email address. As we hadn’t been before we had no email address linked so what do we do? Staff confirm it’s just badly worded and they just need an email address to sign up, not a linked one. At the check in the lane barriers are badly placed so it’s a riot trying to get in a queue and onto the counters. One of the girls was just on her phone the whole time but maybe her till was broken. Upstairs all the tables are taken which is fair enough as it’s busy but there is loads of room for extra tables and benches which could be added. Management aside, the trampoline bit is excellent and lots of different things to play on for kids. They had a great time despite now-grumpy parents.

We were there on Friday 15th March with our 3 year olds for the toddler session and had a great time! The girl on reception was so lovely and helpful which really added to the experience. Will definitely be back! Mini softplay in the cafe which was nice after so kids could play and mum's have a coffee!

The overpriced cafe and uncomfortable seating area for parents to wait, brings this place down. Even more than the unhelpful unhappy staff. The food if you can call it that is inedible, if I hadn't spit out the bite of a roll n sausage I ordered, I'd still be chewing it today. The furniture you are expected to spend an hour or so in was obviously developed for interrogating suspected terrorists.

Kids love it. Cost a small fortune with all the extras. Drinks slushies ice creams, especially when there are 3 of them. Worth it to see there little faces light up. U know they will sleep well tonight. Good few hours spent together.

The place is filthy! Through the full session the mess was brushed up and left there, we were told to sit on the tables that had the mess on the floor because they have just cleaned the other tables and are not allowed on them. I couldn’t even take my kids to the toilet as they were disgusting.You can see in the pictures this is unacceptable. Due to this reason I will not return!

Mixed emotions on this first time ever playing this game. So understanding the rules easy so off we go I'm pressing like hell but no hit's I even stood next to one and nothing, I did score points but far less than anyone I don't know if it's me or the equipment. I did enjoy playing against another team which was fun everyone enjoyed themselves.

I think Laser Quest is a great activity. But we had a negative experience of this site. They are not allowing enough time to introduce people to the game, in briefing and debriefing, obviously just trying to fit as many games into the day as possible. Taking a group of children who hadn't been before, they were rushed through a briefing video, and into a room where they were asked to put on their own kit. I thought they would be helped to feel the game as an adventure. Instead, children were still asking us to clarify how it all worked and how to operate the gun and change functions on it when the doors were opened and we were told the game had already started and we just needed to get on with it. While we were still trying to help children understand how it works, they lost time on the first game and had no idea where to go. Instead, they should have had an extra few minutes to get ready, then a couple of minutes to explore the room before the game was started. I thought they'd get a break between the two games, to take stock and help the whole experience take a bit longer. Instead, they just had to wait in the laser station a few minutes, and were going again for the next one. At the end of the 2nd game, we were then rushed out of the door. On the whole, customer care was poor. The children were left thinking that their experience was totally rushed.

I love laser tag. But very expensive for the period of time you get. Marshall was annoying aswell my mask slipped and it was like I just started the apocalypse.

My boys had a lot of fun here. It was our first time here and we bought them three games each. I would of liked to see something instead of standing on a balcony waiting for them though.

Had a birthday party here for my daughter, the kids had a great time doing the laser tag and bumper cars. The party host William was very helpful, accommodating for some late arrivals and getting all the food/cake sorted. Everyone had a fantastic time and it was well organised so was as relaxing as a kids birthday party can be for the parents.

Came here on a whim for something different to do, played 3 matches and it was brilliant! It's a full on work out, came out sweating buckets but never laughed so much. The Marshall that was there was brilliant , helpful, friendly and made the games so much more fun, unfortunately didn't catch his name! Would definitely come back 😁

Party for 15 wild 8 year olds today and it went perfectly. Our party host William was a delight - totally organised, calm and collected in the face of 15 noisy, wild boys. Had my sons 9th birthday party at laser station xsite. Kids had a great time, staff and were amazing and went above and beyond and I would highly recommend. Party was great value for money and no headache for parents at all! Thank you.

My sister and I where here today. A lovely quaint atmosphere. We had the chefs specials. 1 veg lasagne and 1 chicken Balmoral. The chef was very friendly. Sold out his own special whilst we were there. Waitress/bar lady was also very friendly. The pepper sauce was to die for. Chicken was moist. Very decent quality for pub scran. I would definitely recommend and return. We both cleared our plates. Thanks for the great service. See you soon. I would get that chicken Balmoral on the menu. I'd like to try some other specials though. Great work and tasty food

Bit pricey for the draught liffey nectar , but must admit was very well served, ovd rum n coke was great value , young ( ish ,). Lady bartender was very efficient , apart from her juke box selections, but she was clued up on the horseracing tv channel, so very good overall, so I.ll overlook her Non Tom Jones hits "

Recently joined. Course is mature and challenging without being punishing. Food is great and very good value!

Cracking course always kept in great condition - greens are in fantastic shape and the work being done on the bunkers and drainage is being done to a very high standard. Just a touch under 7000 yards off the whites its a decent length but its very flat so you're not gonna be climbing hills all day. With reachable par 4's and 5's and some long challenging par 3's; its got a bit of everything.

Beautiful course. Great autumnal colours. Fantastic views of the Clyde towards Erskine Bridge. It's November so winter greens. Apparently you need a mat to play off the fairways but no-one told me before I played. Will definitely go back in the summer.

The course is in great condition. I enjoyed my all day breakfast.

Had a great time bowling with the family, was quite busy with kid parties on at the weekend. The staff were all lovely and we got to keep on our own shoes. Food is like the usual soft play type food of chips etc . There is also a arcade area surrounding it, so able to make a few hours of fun in the one place.

Went tonight for my daughter birthday had been before and enjoyed it so thought why not. We'll never again will we be back, we where on lane one which wasn't right as when ball was going down it sounded and could see it was bumpy. Next was the food which we waited over an hour before someone came to tell us they had no pepperoni left for the pizza so had to wait even longer for the pizza to come over cooked & solid at the bottom but half cooked on top and lastly never ever use the toilet inside the bowling as in ladies every cubical had small flies all on the floor & crawling up the doors I had to sit and listen to one little girl freak out because they where everywhere poor wee sole so yes if you go and need the toilet go to the ones round side of five guys

Birthday party and kids had a fantastic time. Would recommend only booking one game as the under 7s enjoyed the first game and abandoned the second for the arcade. Kaitlynn the party host was great with the kids and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a cheap date night, or just a fun time at bowling this is ideal could maybe do with a makeover to catch up with other competitors. I've visited XSite in Braehead, Glasgow many times and I think this is one of the places where you can literally spend all day in, from mini golf to bowling to arcade to skiiing to rock climbing, this place has it all, I've seen how it has changed over the years and I think it's for the better. It's easy to get here by bus from Glasgow Central and once you're here, there's a lot of different restaraunts to go to, different places to try out, and even do some shopping too.

Lovely experience for the kids and adults as well.

Great for skiing crazy golf cinema and adventure. Poor food choice as a few places have shut down like harvester, Chiquita and now Frankie and Benny's Have stopped serving breakfast there is no restaurant in the centre that serves breakfast now!

Had a quick nosy around XSite at Braehead and I'm already buzzing to go back! 🤩 The variety of activities on offer is incredible - there's something for every thrill-seeker out there. From the climbing wall to the snow slopes, it's all looked top-notch and well maintained. And if the sights are anything to go by, the fun factor is off the charts! 🧗‍♂️⛷️ Although I didn't have time to try everything out this visit, I'm proper excited to return and have a go. The staff seemed friendly and professional, too, which always helps. In a nutshell, XSite at Braehead is shaping up to be an ace day out. Can't wait for my next visit. We had fun taking our kids bowling for the first time. There was a mix up with the booking, and the service for our pre-ordered pizza was very slow. However, the staff dealt with any issues swiftly and with a smile. The rating would frankly be lower if it weren't for the staff performance.

Amazing place to go with things for all kinds of people, great slide at the entrance but you do have to pay £1 each go, it's worth it though. Gravity is amazing and the shops are very well done. I would recommend it

Situated next to Braehead Shopping Centre, there is plenty of parking and inside Xsite there is amusements, trampoline Park, climbing wall, cinema, dry slopes, various shops and restaurants and so much more can't do everything in one day, but I'm sure there is something to suit everyone here!

Great escape for kids and the young at heart .Lots to do, including amusements,bowling, adventure golf cinema,climbing walls, etc and restaurants. Plus plenty of free parking. You won't be disappointed !

Great place to visit. Something for all age groups. If i could add anything it would be a trendy bar that serves nice cocktails, etc even though it wouldn't persuade me away completely from drinking in wetherspoons. Great prices and I've never experienced any hassle.

Great place to take the kids. Lots of arcade games and Virtual reality and other fun things to do all under one roof. Plus there are decent restaurants and food vans.

Kids loved it! Lots for them to do and great range of restaurants. Twice we've tried to take them bowling here and they don't have availability till 9.30pm or at all advise to book beforehand to make sure you can get a lane, also a lot of the arcade machines in tenpin are out of order when we've been, it would be great to see them working.

Have just had such a scary/stupid experience in XScape - managed to fall down the escalator (don't ask, I'm a total Muppet). Just wanted to say how wonderful everyone was, both staff and "civilians". People were on the scene instantly and could NOT have been kinder. Thank you SO much to every one of you🌹❣️🌹❣️

Great place for many activities. Good restaurants with lots of selection from Nando's to China Buffet King. There is also bowling, trampolines and a massive slide.

Took me 20 plus years living in the area to go into this place....food music and friendly atmosphere....feel like I've missed out....so go..🖒
