I really loved the walk there in late September. Not to many people and yet it felt good and safe. The walk around the reservoir is about one hour so it is a perfect longer walk. There is even a Dog Beach there which is increadible. The walk is along the narrow rail railway- very cute. The place is very clean and taken care of and yet looks very natural. I absolutely loved the beach with the palm trees, pirate ships and wooden crocodiles. It must be haven for children in the Summer.

It is a nice place for a day out on a warm day,easy access to toilets a cafe,pub I had issues with the parking on the day as it was full but there is also parking for residents only.Be careful where you park as I noticed a traffic enforcement officer walking and checking the vehices parked along the road to the lido.You can spend day on the sand while splashing in the lake have a walk around the woods or just simply chill out on the grass it can get crowdy on good weather and holidays .

I've been going to the Lido since I was a child. The Lido is lovely but the restaurant bar carvery is terrible now. Take your own food and drink, plenty of nice picnic places!

Ruislip Lido left me with a mixed impression. The water's foul odour was disappointing, but beyond the sandy shores, the inviting forest area was perfect for leisurely walks. The lively presence of ducks and seagulls added a charming touch. Although I regret not experiencing the train ride.

Nice place to walk and run, also staffed and safe for those running alone. A peaceful place to relax and experience a natural environment.

Parking Fiasco! A complete humiliation trying to figure out how to pay for parking as a visitor (and determined not to pay a fine)! There are two parking lots of which one is split into two parts. The pay machines have removed the capability to pay as a visitor even though the instructions give two methods (1-"members", 2-"visitors" which doesn't work). There are no signs indicating it is parking only for members. After moving the car twice and ending up in the "guests" parking (how are we supposed to know what "guests" refers to!?) eventually found this sign directing us to the pub (and of course warning of a fine!). Then received a cocky attitude from staff at the pub saying the parking is not their responsibility until finally we asked if we can buy a coffee and after asking again how to pay for parking, then being directed to a small touch screen at the side of the pub where you can register your vehicle to park. This is the only way to park as a guest and avoid a fine!! All this took about half an hour of boxing day time and was a complete humiliation! To the staff lady at the pub - your attitude sucks and you know exactly what you are doing making visitors essentially unwelcome!! Between the council parking machines giving errors for visitors and the pub experience it was a shocking experience!

Overall, Ruislip Lido offers a delightful combination of natural beauty, recreational activities, and family-friendly amenities. It's an excellent destination for a day trip, allowing visitors to unwind and enjoy a peaceful retreat amidst stunning surroundings.

A nice artificial beach and park with childrens play area and model railway. Calm trail for joggers and walkers, benches to sit and relax. Amzing beach for kids and families to enjoy a nice view of wateraide and clear skies. There is a watch lens for watching the sky. You can watch the sky at night for an amazing view. Toilet facilities available inside the area.

When it comes to picture spots and places to chill in nature. It's one of the best I've ever seen especially for London, but the big beach is very much only for kids and there's way, way too many people there so it's a nightmare for people who don't like large crowds. But it can be avoided if you're in other places. The cafe was extremely over priced just for the worst burger I've ever tasted and basic cafe chips. If it was based on the natural scenery it would be 5 stars no questions asked. But as a whole it's got it's bad parts to it.

This was my favourite childhood place to visit. There is a delightful railway that runs around the reservoir, which runs through the woodland. The lido itself offers a small beach, restaurants and a model pirate ship and small adventure playground which is always very fun to play in.

One of the best places to visit as a family … the artificial beach and kids play areas are fantastic addition to the natural beauty that Ruislip Lido offers. Ample paid parking spaces ( Hillingdon first card holders have 3 hours free parking). The pub and restaurants in the premise make the venue more attractive.. good place for a nature walk …

A veritable hidden gem and well worth the trip from Yorkshire. The amount of hard work done here recently is very evident, and the effort that went into creating Eggseter St Davids and associated Easter finery was a winner for kids of all ages. Thank you.

Really enjoyed the fantastic ride with Ruislip Lido Railway. The ticket rate is cheap (3 Pounds for one way and 4 Pounds for two way) but the train journey is worth. It's about 10-15 minutes journey (one side) however, the scenic view along the route is very attractive. Also they have friendly staff and the facilities are also great. Overall it was a nice experience for me. 🚂

You may see others in the water on your visit so it might be tempting but here's another reminder - it's NOT safe! - it does get pretty busy in the summer with car parks full and - the walk from the car park to the cafe/playground can be a long one so if you're not use to walking, train might be a better option - the train is run by volunteers and only run upto a certain time so do check the timings for the next / last train to plan your day

As a member of the railway, it’s a great place to visit on a hot sunny day, or on a cold day whenever trains are running, it’s honestly a must visit place run entirely of volunteers there’s always a job to do.

Best miniature railway in the area! We've visited a few times now and it's always great fun. All the volunteers are lovely, and take time to speak with you/answer my child's questions. The facilities at the Lido are also very good, making it possible to spend a long time there and have several runs on the trains.

It was a very good experience and the kids enjoyed the beach. A very good picnic spot. I recommend taking the ride of the return type. Please check the schedule on the official website before planning

What a great little railway this is. My son is train mad and was desperate to go on a "little train" whilst we're were visiting family in nearby Slough. The railway itself is clean and tidy, and runs 2/3 of the way around Ruislip Lido, through the woods back and forth between 2 stations and at one end, you will find a cafe along with a beach area and large play park area. You can buy tickets at either station and return tickets are available. Although I wouldn't say it was cheap it is not particularly expensive either, I think a 'day rider' type ticket would be a good idea giving unlimited rides for the day at an additional cost. Some days the trains are pulled by steam engines and these are marked as such on the timetable via their website. We unfortunately could only visit on a diesel hailed day but it was still enjoyable. At the car park end of the railway, you cam watch as the engine is turned around on a turntable, ready for its next journey. There are some covered carriages and some open carriages and there is even a buggy wagon for prams and the like to be placed on for the journey. Parking is available by the railway although it is very expensive at £8 for up to 3 hours and £15 for over 3 hours (this is not controlled by the railway but unfortunately no cheaper parking is available).

I'm originally from Harrow. When I was growing up we went to the lido quite alot. There was water skiing and a pontoon that we could swim to. I used to take my children, and my grandchildren. A fabulous day out.

It isn’t my first time visiting RLR! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Now is summer, so we were there for a train ride as well as have a little break. The price gone up this year, now it is £4 for return.

For Children it’s big enjoyment locally.

Lovely experience though the water is contaminated so would.not recommend a swim there. Overall beach is nice. Many activiites for kids and family picnic. Lovely walk option though

Very beautiful place to relax and enjoy the nature. Small pond feel like beach. Different types of Birds in the pond. In sunny day kids enjoy in Water area like round fountains, dropping water. Especially best extraction is Train. You can enjoy the forest by Train 🚆. if you want to enjoy train, then they have Round tickets as well One way ticket... I suggest that when you enter in park and buy tickets from Willow Lawn station so train take you to the beach via Forest. If you have many luggages, they 1 compartment to put baggages and buggy and Staff very helpful.after you can enjoy beach.... If you want to enjoy more in forest area so buy only one way ticket. Because car park is to near from beach. Its my opinion so you can plan your journey. Also some refreshments stall like soft ice cream. Burgers smoothie and drinks.... After all good location for Londoners for chilling up. No Alcohol please.

The massage itself was quite nice. But the place itself is run down and quite shabby...although they were having some work done at the time but didn't seem appropriate to have all the decorating material lying around. Unlikely I'd go back for the price I paid and condition of the place and considering they only use Johnson baby oil too rather than something for aromatherapy. You can pay a little more and get somewhere a lot nicer In the same area

Probably the worst massage I’ve ever had in my life and I have a lot of massages at various different venues. I booked a 90 min massage for a friend and myself as she had previously been to Sansara and had a good experience. We booked a double room so we could have the massage together. Unfortunately, I ended up with a therapist called Gigi that appeared to have no interest in the massage. I told her that I didn’t want very deep pressure and she then started to just rub oil over me haphazardly, I interrupted her several times to say she could apply pressure just not too much. She seemed so uninterested and rushed through the massage. She asked me to turn over about 20 min before my friend was asked to. Even the way she held up the towel for me to turn over exposing parts of my body to her colleague, was frustrating and disrespectful. Another annoying thing was that the two therapists were speaking in their language and laughing. I found that rude. As my friend was so relaxed and enjoying her massage, I didn’t just want to get up and walk out, I would also have to get dressed in the double room which would have interrupted her massage. As soon as the massage was over, I expressed my dissatisfaction to the lady on reception. She then called the therapist and told her to listen to my feedback. The therapist seemed confused but apologised. Another older Thai woman who works there was quite aggressive and questioned me about why I didn’t just walk out if I didn’t enjoy it. I explained I didn’t want to interrupt my friend’s massage. She then said nobody else has ever complained, something I find very hard to believe! She said if you don’t like it, don’t come here! I had to remind her that this is England we actually have standards especially if you want to charge £70 for a massage, I expect a decent service at the very least. They obviously can’t handle criticism very well! In any event, the lady on reception profusely apologised and escalated my feedback to her manager. I have been offered another massage, I would not book again with the same therapist or the old woman! Instead I will try the therapist my friend had to give this place another chance at restoring my confidence in their services. Will update this review once I’ve had the massage.

I went along on Sunday to put the service to a test. I went in to get a massage and I came out feeling alot more relaxed. I have Siactica and the therapist did a great job massaging all the tight areas. I was happy with my service from Yana. I will be going back. Don't expect tea or coffee but if you ask for water to drink afterwards they will give you. There's also no where to relax after your treatment. It's walk in and walk out again.

The one hour deep tissue massage was amazing, strong pressure and Lucky knew all the right spots to target. The overall experience was very therapeutic. I'd go every week if I could!!!!

I am writing this on behalf of my mother who attended Sansara recently and spoke to the manager as she had a problem after her massage the week prior. My mother is not a person to complain and was upset when I spoke to her about the way the manager had spoken to her at Sansara and felt that he was condescending and ageist. She would therefore not recommend this place to anyone

Had a massage today June 23 and it was brilliant,very relaxing and the lady found all my knots and ache points which made me feel great .They are reasonably priced too,I want my wife to go now.Brilliant very happy.

Very very disappointing... Paid all that money for the lady called Ja, to just keep rubbing oil all over my body. No pressure points applied, no idea of massage technique, no enthusiasm. The standards have gone down tremendously. If you increase the prices, the level of professional service also has to increase. Looks like she was new to the job. I was literally bored in the end and ended up being more stressed than before. A terrible experience and a costly mistake to go there.

Went for a deep tissue massage today, for the first time at this establishment. On entry the lady on reception was eager to take my money. No one asked me to fill in any forms, with regards to my state of health. The therapist did not apply enough pressure, it was more like a rub down. There was a lot of noise and chit chatting going on. I will not be returning to Sansara again!

I’ve been going here a few years now. What started as a treat every now and then has turned into a consistent part of my health and wellness routine. I go at least every couple of months. I’ve been seen by multiple massage therapists and each one is a good as the last. This is a really affordable way to invest in yourself. Highly recommend.

Delightful market and so very special at Christmas. Many independent craft stalls selling many different items. Lovely that well behaved dogs are welcomed.

I really enjoyed this Artisan market, after wanting to go for a long time I certainly wasn't disappointed by the standard, variety and quality of exhibitors. The location feels like you've entered a little haven somewhere in the countryside and really felt like I'd discovered a best kept secret! There's a great selection of food stalls plus a delightful coffee stand and I can't wait to return next month to try out some more. Altogether a delightful experience and one I hope will become a regular occurrence.

I live locally but never think to go. I did so recently for a bit of human contact. Retirement can be a little quiet sometimes. Food vans amazing, impossible to choose (went for Korean, yum). The stalls were lovely and I came away with honey and some silver jewellery. The slightly isolated coffee van (black Land Rover) at the front is well worth a visit. The iced Americano was delicious! Didn't meet anyone to chat to so if you see a 6 foot reasonably slim man in his sixties with cropped hair do say hello 😊

Great local market. Im a regular there for certain items which are just not the same anywhere else: The Olive man: has a long beard, been there for years! Awesome produce, Great guy! Fatman chilli: Sauce company,really great chilli sauce. Both hot and mild sauces. Beehouse Honey company: Havent seen him for a while. But very knowledge about good local honey and Bee pollen! Helped reduce my hayfever allergy. Sour Dough Bread company: Forgot the name and there are sometimes 2 companies. The best one in my opinion is the one that gives and dark purple paper bag when buying. They usually sell out by 12pm! There is an Italian guy who sells cheese. Quite expensive but worth it especially with the bread and olives!@

Such a lovely market! So many different stalls selling all sorts of handmade goodies! The street food selection is fabulous, it’s too hard to decide what to eat!

A really cute market with some nice stalls. The venue was lovely, and the selection of food was great. There was also a large lego table which was fantastic for the kids to sit at and let their imaginations go wild, really available toilets and everything was cashless (which for me is a bonus) - all in all we loved it

We had such a lovely afternoon out! Food options were amazing! All the vendors were absolutely lovely, and the flavour and quality exceptional! All the stall holders we spoke to were also very friendly, lots of samples and taste testers are given out to entice the senses. A wonderful day out!

Great for new hikers, lap around the lake about 45mins max. A man-made beach and 2 toilets usually mostly clean. A cafe and pub, grat place to spend a day. Parking about £3-£4 but is you explore and don't mind the walk, there are a few free parking spaces in a few locations around the lido

Enjoyed a walk through the woods to the lido, kids played on the beach and we got drinks and food from the cafe before walking back. It wasn't overly crowded today which meant it was pleasant all round.

A lake and beach set within a woodland. At the beach end a cafe, not dog friendly, and a miniature railway station with a train that can take you back to the car park if you're tired for about £3. Well worth it.

Lovely place for a walk. Have not been there for a while but planning to go when the weather gets nicer. Some highlights from my day there were: the small train passing through the middle of the forest, the lido(blew my mind when I stumbled by it, I was like, a sand beach in a forest?) and the friendly people walking around(I found myself being greeted by strangers walking by, which is very hard to come by while living in London for example). Overall a great experience.

Google maps just invited me to review Ruislip Woods. I have to say I feel uncomfortable about reviewing a wood. Is this the final insult to the natural world - not content with, poisoning it, destroying it and exploiting it for our own ends, we are now rating it on a scale of 1 to 5. The only negative about this wood is that humans in their infinite wisdom decided to build a massive A road right through it, so you can never quite escape the dulcet tones of roaring traffic. Other than this, it’s heavenly. Especially if you love a good bog.

What a lovely place. I mean it's not stunning by any means. It's just nice, the woods are lovely and quiet, the lack is pretty, the beach is a lovely find, there is a pub doing decent food (and a carvery). Lots of wildlife (ducks, birds, squirrels, and deer to name a few) Definitely well worth a visit

Lovely place, excellent for families at all times of the year. The woodland is incredible and there are plenty of tracks for runners and walkers alike. The beach on the lido is great for kids and the carvery in the pub close by is excellent!

What a great place to walk a dog or spend time with kids. Nice to walk around the Lido and watch birds, or take a steam train, or have a lunch on designated areas with tables and benches. Have some cash as parking was cash only here but easy to park

Many branches all over West London, plenty of parking near this branch but chargeable. When you walk in, friendly staff at reception. Take shoes off downstairs. Ruislip, Uxbridge have stairs so not good if you have knee issues. Rooms are clean and this time I booked a due room, this is the oldest branch to the rooms are smaller and that's why I put 4 stars not 5 as it felt a little tight for 2 people plus 2 masseuse. I was so happy with my massage and felt like some parts of my body felt youthful again. Lovely and relaxing place and we both felt great after our massages. Thank you.

Had honestly the best massage I’ve ever had (and I’ve been to Thailand). Radha worked out all the knots in my back. She was super strong and constantly checked the pressure was ok. Thoroughly recommend.

I have been going here for years I booked a massage on Saturday I called today to double check the duration of the massage and was told I have no booking. There is now way for me to prove I made a booking. It’s not the way to treat a loyal customer! Very bad form!

In memory of airmen from Poland who served in the Royal Air Force as part of the Polish contribution to World War II. Maybe it’s a pity that not enough people know it’s here. But it’s is very thoughtfully designed and effective. Many people know that Poles and others had a vital role in the Battle of Britain but not so many know the extent of the contribution and sacrifice or the harm and shame of the bad decisions of the British governments toward Poland and its people before, during and after WWII. This memorial and the garden contains a lot of information and detail about the individuals and units. It’s well worth a visit.

What a fantastic memorial dedicated to the brave Polish forces. Beautiful enclosed garden with free parking for a few cars, definitely worth a visit.

A Serene Tribute to Polish Air Force Heroes I recently visited the Polish Air Force Memorial in West London, and it left a lasting impression on me. Very impressive and important memorial. People clearly visit and it looked well maintained. The downside is the location, and it seems to be a place that some locals use for dog walks... a little bit more respect would be nice. It's good to see that some still remember the contribution of other nations.

Lovingly, well kept and relatively famous War memorial and gardens. Easy access from the M25 or central London as situated on the A40 at the junction for RAF Northolt. Commemorates the dead from all three of the Polish armed forces from WWII. It has it's own access lip road with some 'parking' slots.

It's situated on a very well known corner of the A40 motorway, heading to Ruislip Polish War Memoriał. It's a historic memorial places and monument for the all fallen polish pilots and army forces members during the second World War. Once a year there is commemorated celebration for all those who lost their lives for our freedom in this country and across the Europe. At the back of the memorial monument there are engraved names of the pilots who lost their lives and on the main memorial are written down all air force squadrons who took part in the battle of Britain. And further back is the memorial park with walkway and moore information about the memorial and battle. Worth a visit for all.

Very moving place. The garden is very peaceful.

I feel the memorial has been spoiled by the background of containers being allowed to be stored just behind the memorial garden ......such a shame.

Went there to on the celebration of the memory of the polish pilots who fight in battle of Britain. It was great to see last living pilot and pilots fom Poland England Chechia and other countries. The moment the hurricane flow over my head was unforgettable.

A well preserved, maintained and repurposed important Heritage site with remnant historic fabric comprising ditches/fortifications, a much reconstructed Manor House ( functioning as a museum), barn and farming outbuildings, a pond and War Memorial. Currently the site of a weekend market, community spaces, events venues and a library. An impressive local achievement, well maintained, a feather in the cap for the local council and a commendable public amenity.

First time at this venue. Was a "seated" night so I got a table. Modern decor. Nice & clean. People friendly. Have yet to experience a busy "standing " night but so far am pleased with my experience.

Always class acts, a very reasonable door price, friendly welcome and plenty of fellow music lovers. What is there not to like.

Always had a great time here, management and staff very friendly, brilliant line up of gigs to suit everyone. Drinks are cheaper and special beers are usually served. Can't get a better Friday night!

Usually very good. Attended tonight with a disabled person, and asked for a seat for them, I was told by the unfriendly fat bloke at the door to ‘go and find one’. Not the first time I’ve been stonewalled while facilitating a disabled person while in the community but definitely the rudest. Nice venue, no allowance made for disabled people it seems. Shame!! Left gig and won’t return to this venue.

Wonderful venue for all types of music other wise it wouldn't be celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, so if you want to hear music live and strut your stuff get down to this music venue held at Wealdstone fc Ruislip. Pictures showing tribute acts to Madness / The guitar queen's of rock/ U2 / Duran /Spandau Ballet just to name a few, so check out there website for more details always cheaper to pre book your tickets in advance doors normally open for gigs at approximately 20.30pm until Midnight.

Fantastic live venue passionately run by Phillip. All types of covers bands and original artists play here fri and sun nights ...something for everyone check out their website. Sound system and mixing is excellent and when Phillip gets extra bass bins in for Bravado ( the best Rush tribute out there) its heaven!!!

A gem of a place with tribute bands every Friday. Just been to see the Floyd Effect an amazing Pink Floyd tribute and it was amazing.

Beautiful old church and once the church of many generations of Bray family ancestors and the font many were baptised in.

Beautiful little church, tucked away in Ruislip. I'd never ventured in before but today I did, what a beauty. So quiet and calm. I'm not a practising anything, mainly spiritual, but I found myself drawn to kneeling and praying. I also lit a candle which was poignant and very satisfying. Thank you for being open and welcoming 🙏

One of the most beautiful, historic churches in England.

I recently attended a wedding at St Martin's. A beautiful church, great stained windows, built in Norman style, parts of which .date back to the 13th century. A friendly and welcoming vicar. Give it a visit if you are in the area, I am sure you will find it a welcoming place. Don't forget to put a donation in the bowl, it is needed to keep the church in good repair and to preserve it for generations to come.

Beautiful Anglican church. Some work on the ceiling recently uncovered old paintings, beautiful floors very calming atmosphere, sometimes, music like Gregorian chanting is played. Wear a coat if attending a service or simplifying sitting and praying, its freezing in there!

Nice place to go for a cheap / reasonable meal with the family. We normally have our friends Christmas meet up there. Kids love the little play area which is great as it saves them getting bored and restless. Parking is also free most of the time but check the metres first. We will be back again :-)

Driving range is fine, with some exceptions amongst the other golfers (especially a few kids running in front of the platform). The course itself is pretty decent, but lacks somewhere to buy food along the way. Good alternative for a more slim budget anyhow.

Good place for a round of golf and there is allot to do. The pub is pleasant and the rood on the menu fills dietary requirements. The WiFi is free and bandwidth is fast. It is located across the road from the station and good place to have a meeting.

Really enjoyed this course. Challenging holes without being too long. Well maintained. Sand traps are raked in the morning, but no rakes on course - not a big deal given how often bunkers go unraked at other courses. Staff were friendly.

Lovely course, only sad to know that it will be changed to 9 holes and I've only played there once. Hope to be able to go again before this happens as I really enjoyed playing there. Proper bar and restaurant there, really nice and friendly staff too.

I was recommended to book this place for a birthday party, the hall was very nice and the DJ was very good but after paying a bill of over £1000 I was very disappointed with the food, the hot food was served burnt on top but cold in the middle! Several guests complained the next day of upset tummies including myself.

Been using this pub for England games for last 6 years or so, first time I remember paying about £5 something for a pint which at the time was quite deer but not extortionate, it’s slowly creeped up over time but Saturday I found myself paying £8.20 for a pint. I couldn’t believe it, I’ve never paid that much for a beer in my life and I’m no stranger to drinking in London, even drinking in stadiums including Wembley is still cheaper. It’s a real shame as it is a nice pub and I do enjoy going there but to charge £8.20 for a beer is quite ridiculous and I don’t think I’ll be going back for that matter.

Had a nice evening at The Crock of Gold on Saturday! This pub is close to the Wembly Park tube station and has a large selection of drinks and beer. They have four TVs playing sports, Kareoke on the last Friday of the month, and serve a Sunday roast. The bar tender was friendly and attentive. I will definitely be coming back to this pub.

Very nice pub, very tidy and clean with an amazing "Irish" atmosphere inside. Jason ( the manager ) is very professional, friendly and polite. Highly recommended

Great Irish pub smack in the middle of Wembley. Decent pint of Guinness and also had the GAA matches on the telly. Good service in the place as well. Rest of the beer looked good there as well.

Went in for a quickie on Saint Patrick's Day, obviously packed but lovely atmosphere and Decs. Had one drink and went as we had to get home, nice 0lace

Visited The Crock of Gold bef6a match st Wembley. Very close to Wembley Park Station. Got there early when it was quiet. Very busy later. Staff were fantastic, very friendly, efficient and good humour. Will certainly visit again.

The crock of gold was a weird place. The bouncers seemed to take great delight in refusing people entrance. I don't know if it was because we where there for the football. The staff inside where really nice though. I'd never go there again... unless I had to.

A busy little pub, but with a great atmosphere, service and menu. The food was great, and the selection of beers even greater. I really enjoyed my visit, and cant wait to return. I hope its curry night again then too

Great little play area for 5 and under. Fab selection of pottery and crafts at varying prices to suit all budgets. Friendly and helpful staff

Nice coffee shop to spend time with kids. We have been here for a birthday party, you can book the all area and have your kids to play only with their friends. They have a nice softplay area with also a space with planty of balls which are really loved by young children. There is also an area to play with kitchen toys, blocks, a small house, some dolls. Big tables to serve party food for all the children involved, quite cheap also compared to the other soft play in the area

Had a kids craft party here, the staff were good at keeping the kids entertained but some of it felt rushed as we were trying to cram so much in. It's quite small but I'd say more intimate as it has everything you need to entertain young children and they really enjoyed the crafts, disco, fancy dress and soft play. Some of the crafts could have been better, and staff could have been friendlier and made us feel more welcome. I would go back to do some pottery as it looked really fun.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday at Paint and Play. We went for Pottery and paint. We were able to upgrade our package to paint bigger items. Staff is very friendly they handled it very efficiently. Played music that my daughter love. All kids had good time. Big thanks !!!

Went to paint and play for a princess party. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed it. The play area was a little on the small side, but the kids seemed to really enjoy themselves regardless. The princess party included hair, kiddie make up, nails, red carpet catwalk, food and a chocolate fountain. The staff were also very nice and child friendly. Would definitely go back to do the printing and painting.

Did my sons 3rd birthday here and what an experience. Hosts were great thank you maisie and Dylan for making it a great experience for the children. Less stress for us as most things were included. Enough space for up to 10/12 kids. Definitely book again

Nice lovely place to take kids. Can get busy and it’s small. But the owner is very nice and they do nice events from time to time also. I’ve taken my kids her a couple of times and recommended to my friends out the area also. I just did my daughters 7th birthday here yesterday. It was brilliant all the kids enjoyed. Dilan and lily were great party hosts the kids loved them would recommend doing a kids birthday party here definitely

Had a lovely afternoon celebrating our grandsons 1st birthday with his friends and family. The children loved the play area and Jasmine at the venue who supervised the event was very helpful and attentive. Great venue, will definitely be back.

This place is a little gem. Attended a birthday party here and it was well organised and great fun for the children.

We loved it, the kids had sooo much fun, age range from1 years to 8 year, play area was clean and lots to do and the pottery was abit pricey but worth it!

It seems a lovely setting to take your little ones to and the selection of arts and crafts, toys and soft play is great. However due to it being a small space it is very small and cramped. Sessions seem lots of fun giving children opportunity to get creative and have lots of fun. However It would be better if they had less children especially in the soft play area as if you go with a toddler and there are lots of older children in there it’s not particularly safe for the younger ones. The customer service is great by some staff, the lovely lady with short brownish hair is so helpful and explains everything really well, she’s so accommodating and tries to help as much as she possibly can. There is another lady there with long brown hair that literally is the parrot of her co-workers interrupting conversations and to be quite frank makes herself look ridiculous because your left wondering why she’s wasting everyone’s time repeating what her colleagues has already explained and undermining her colleagues who has done a terrific job in explaining how it all works.

Nice experience but you have to pay extra for the pottery activity painting and pay for the adult as well. A bit to price

My husband bought a foil helium balloon from the shop. Within an hour from leaving the shop it has started to deflate. The shop owner argued that it had been transported back in the boot of the car. It had not. It was transported back in the back seat. The ordinary helium balloon was fine. My main problem with this shop is the very poor quality of customer service I received. I would think, as a sign of good will, he would have refunded me for the bad balloon. No, he stood there arguing. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this shop.

These people been very helpfull and have plenty of choices and ideas for your party i always use them and very happy each time. Great customer service great attitude great staff and most of all very reasonably priced stock.. thank you very much 😊

The team at Charmwood stepped in at very short notice (after another company cancelled just 10 days before the wedding!) to decorate our wedding reception venue. I think that their design (Mr and Mrs balloon arch and heart topped balloon pillars) was better than that of the original company and looked fabulous. They even added balloons to the guest book table and to the cake table: something which was not requested or paid for, but which looked fantastic.Thank you so much for saving the day and for your terrific service and advice. Irfan is a compassionate and customer friendly person. He offered us a competitive , bespoke and flexible service for our son's first birthday party. We can't complain and will take his services again in future without hesitation.

Very impressed with the service Irfan @ Charmwood provided us. Charmwood provided us with 35 cluster balloons and 2 columns. His prices were extremely good and he provided fantastic, quality products. Communication was great and Irfan was very friendly and helpful throughout.
