A the experience is nice, but nothing wow. Ho to the 1st floor of the building to have a better view. The show starts at 9 and 10PM and lasts about 15 minutes.

We went during the evening at the set times, as that's when they synchronised the water to the music. This was really nice and made the Christmas atmosphere. Some lights appear to be not working. A little more effort in the technical arrangements with the fountain jets could make this an amazing event, it was good but can be better. However this is free, so come and enjoy it. Thank you 🤗 🙄 The Hard Rock cafe and hotel just across the road also has a large water feature, but despite its size is nothing, as nothing changes at any time and is very boring in comparison and has nothing to do with this display. 😭

Really Nice show with beautiful music and light effects effects, my 5 years old son was delighted. It is free so enjoy going there :)

Hello everyone, I have been in tenerif for the first time. it is a beautiful place. Clean,nice, and quiet. My hotel was in Costa Adeje, about 12 min drive by bus to Las Americas that cost me €1,5, by Taxi €12.5. (From my hotel) There are a lot of shops,restaurants,pubs and..... Highly recommended if you travelling to tenerif. Foods are so expensive in Costa Adeje. a burger about £12.5 I hope this review will be helpful for anyone.

Nice fountain, shops and restaurants located around the fountain. Easy walking with flat surfaces so people can move around efficiently. Would recommend 👍

Nice place to visit. In the very center of the most touristic place of the island. You will find hundreds of stores and restaurants nearby for enjoying both during the day or at night. The fountain itself isn't that much of the attraction but it's more the focal point of everything surrounding it. It's worth the visit and you will enjoy yourself either shopping or just having a look around; having something to eat. It is also very close to multiple hotels and beaches were you can enjoy yourself during the sunny hours and then get ready for the night entertainment.

Great area, perfect for pictures, very busy with lots of restaurants to choose from. The only thing I will say is some will be a bit of a wait but worth it

It was ok, the show lasted approx 25-30 mins and nice to see if you’re in the area. It is not the best display and the music isn’t loud enough for it as you can hear the music coming from across the street over it. Could be a lot better and wouldn’t suggest to make a special trip if you’re not in the area

It's just a water fountain I know, but having seen some of the photos that have been shared of it, I wanted to see it myself... it's fairs to say, it can bring about some amazing photos and decent videos too.

Went to see the flamenco show with the VIP experience. Perfect view on reclining leather chairs and a bottle of Cava. In the interval had photos with the dancers. I could not believe the size of the theatre which is underneath the Hard Rock Cafe. Another must see when in Tenerife!

Lovely place. We had a wonderful New Year's eve. Lots of fire works and people enjoying themselves. Nice to see during the day and special atmosphere during the night.

This is a brilliant show the closing first Nd and the finally is a must see. The theater holes 1610 people and the night I was there I think I counted 200 so you will find a seat without an issue. When I am back i will see the show again. I think what stood people is the price of tickets but it is worth every cent

A very nice auditorium, however, the air conditioning wasn’t turned on and it was very very hot. The percussionist Tony Succar and his amazing band and singers were sweating profusely. This is completely unnecessary as they would have probably enjoyed their own performance even more and we the audience would have joined them dancing more than we did! Please take note of this if you would like international stars to come back and, of course, if you would like to have a loyal audience regardless if it’s touristic or not. Thank you

Fantastic shows are to be enjoyed at this venue. A great mix of dance and music genres, with a storyline joining all themes. Always has a traditional flamenco section, with traditional flamenco music accompanied by traditional singing. Highly recommended for a lovely evening of entertainment.

Really nice decor and it feels fancy. the seating should be with steeper steps though, so if a shorter person has to sit in the back, (s)he doesn't have to peep behind other's people's heads like a parrot. 😅

We were a group of 4, kind of skeptical about the Antologia show. To our surprise, we were impressed by the dancers and singers. We do recommend the show, but choose seats from rows 2 to 15 and near the central alley. You'll see better.

Great beach, with multiple restaurants everywhere. We could see a lot of crabs here, black ones, it was a great experience. Also, even if there are some rocks in the water, that didn't bothered us because there were no waves at all most of the days when we went there. Lovely, purely gorgeous and fits for babies

nice, clean, soft sands

The prettiest beach in this location, a bit crowded, but not too much. The sand is soft, the stones help to slow down the waves, however they can still get pretty big. If you like to watch crabs the stones is a great spot to watch them, there are lots of them. They get spooked easily so you have to move slowly. The views are truly stunning, there are a lot of restaurants and shops around. There are also good showers :) The beach is also a good spot for watching sunsets.

Hannah is a credit to your hotel. She delt with the problem (that wasn't the hotels problem) so well. I'm extremely thankful to her.

Nice beach for children to have fun, and for toddlers too, no waves, however, there are pebbles, so you can consider it as a natural swimming pool. great for swimming with ease for a long time. Best time to watch the sunset, so enjoy this beach for a romantic picnic to watch the sunset, great for pictures of sunset.

Great beach, not too crowded. Water is protected from the waves and only sand. There is a good supply of fresh fruits, cold drinks, sun glasses, hats, fake Football Trikots and beach towels from traveling salesmen (Very annoying!!!).

This beach was lovely for a relaxing evening. It’s very picturesque and there’s less hawkers than others nearby. The sand is rough, as you’d expect. There were a few shells to be found and quite a bit of sea-glass. We really enjoyed it.

This is not sand, but mud with stones. I don't really know how to rate the beaches in Tenerife. Compared to the beaches in Fuerteventura or the Algarve, which we visited in the first half of the year, the beaches here are frankly not nice. Dirty water, dust and cigarette butts instead of sand, trash everywhere. And the ever-present stench of cigarettes. How could anyone like this?

Nice and popular beach around the area,the sand and rocks are black which is different from the other beach (las Cristiano). Good view and plenty amenities but hard to find public toilets. Overall had a good experience and recommend it.

Very baautiful beaches Playa Troja and Playa de el Bono .They almost stick together. I took pictures early in the morning and in the afrernoon.

Lasagna unfortunately wasn't the best. Pizza was ok, as was garlic bread. Relaxed environment. Server was nice. Liked the frosted glasses for the beer. Located across from Dubliner pub.

We ate here about 4 or 5 times mostly it was really good but when busy be prepare for slow service but this is true anywhere good. Roast chicken was a bit of a pain, so many bones in it, they even bought me an extra plate to put them on. Wasn't so keen on that one. But there's a really big menu to choose from and some nice cocktails. They are very friendly and gave us the same table every visit 😊. We will return next year.

Went here for dinner, food was excellent . Very busy place but we were lucky to get a seat. Great atmosphere, staff very friendly although very busy.

Perhaps leaning more to a strong 3.5 star review but let's be nice! We got the digestion started with some garlic bread, next the Mrs. went for the lasagna and me for the meat skewer, four kinds of meat served with a grilled sallad (really good) and (not saggy at all, supercrisp) chips. On the negative side, only maionese and ketchup as bagged condiments, some aioli would have been perfect instead. We would definitely go back if we're on that side of town!

we ate on the terrace and it was ordinary and on the other hand quite reduced. there was enough service that we were able to order and pay. the food I ate was tasty and therefore I could recommend the place. the price-quality ratio is more than appropriate.

We had 3 different Pizzas and an Omelet, everybody ate it all so that's good, I've had better pizza and much worse so middle of the road. It was one of the cheapest family meals we had so value for money is good. Plesent service from all staff members.

A popular street cafe/restaurant, staff a bit stretched so be patient. Competent cooking if nothing exotic. A good crisp salad included with the main. Full range of cocktails! Distinctly lower priced than the beach side eateries with no loss of quality.

Should just rename this place "Suki's" she is ab absolute delight and the reason we keep coming back. Best cocktails around. And she remembers us which a lot of other places don't. We always feel welcomed 😁

Poor service bad food had a pizza and a carbonara that's was inedible. Also a cocktail that was supposed to be alcoholic but couldn't taste any alcohol. When we spoke to the waitress about our meal and drink the answer we got was .NOT MY PROBLEM. I'd suggest not to go there.

A beach for lazy days in the tourist heart of the island. It can be crowded but overall not bad for a few hours of relaxation. Green, blue, clean and warm - you don't need much else.

When visiting the beach with family, the quality of the beach and water is crucial. This beach impressed us with its clean, light-colored sand (not black) and truly clear water. The sea is not wavy, making it perfect for children. Additionally, there is no sudden drop-off, as the shore slopes gently. We had a great time with the kids. Highly recommended.

It's a lovely little beach, sand is untypical yellow here. There is a good beach bar "People" where you can get drinks and cocktails. It's busy usually as it's surrounded by hotels and you have to be patient as there is problem to park near by. Along the beach continues the promenade so you can easily get to Los Cristianos beach Las Vistas or to Las Américas.

Beautiful beach with nice sand and calm waters. We had a very nice walk at sunset. Free parking was available nearby. The beach is small but very well maintained. But there are quite a lot of rocks in the waters as typical for the nearby beaches. There is a quay, toilet facilities and beach bar. There are also umbrellas and sunbeds available. Nearby there are restaurants and shops and a long alley which leads to Playa del las Americas.

Great beach with super soft sand and clear water. Can rent 2x sunbeds and an umbrella for €12. Lifeguards are stationed and public toilets available, plus a beach bar which is okay. Looks great in sunset. Watch out for the rocks in the water though, there's a few in there.

Lovely beach. Nice alcove, lovely sand, walking distance from main Avenue Las Americas where plenty of restaurants and shops are located.

The sand is better than the neighboring beach. It is smaller but nicer. There was shower, too.

simply one of the best beaches in this area of south Tenerife: two bars are available at both ends of the beach. There are paid umbrellas at the price of six euros per day per sunbed and two sunbeds include an umbrella. There are toilets for men and women available at only one end of the beach. It is easily accessible from both Las Americas and Los Cristianos in Costa Adeje area. In summary it is one of the truly best beaches although not the only one. Parking during the busiest beach hours can be problematic and you may have to park a little far away.

Absolutely shocking, very disappointed after driving almost 2 hours from North. This beach is not family friendly, you can't go swimming without cutting your feet and smashing your knees into those sharp rocks when waves slam into you. Rocks everywhere near the water and worst inside as clearly shows in my photos. If you are North like us go to Playa De Las Teresitas... Best sandy brach on this island no waves like here to smash your kids into the rocks and no rocks at all. Never again in this place...! 👎👎👎

One of the best beaches. Yellow sand, clean and calm, safe for children. Unfortunately only 2 places for drinks/food - very overpriced and prices for sunbeds/umbrellas much too high.

Very nice beach with permanent straw umbrellas and with the backwall of palm trees, looks fantastic.

The hotel is located very good next to the beach , all shopping areas and restaurants just there , bus for Siam Park very close as well. The rooms are clean and every single day it was cleaned, towels changed also beds done . The garden and pools are gorgeous. The only small inconvenience is that the hotel is quite big and no staff member to guide you to your room when you arrive otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you for a nice holiday !

Rooms are a bit dated but have everything you could possibly need when staying self catering. Few minor issues with our room which when reported to reception were fixed immediately. There is no air conditioning which is a big downside to this hotel given how hot it is here but I understand you can rent an AC unit. The biggest issue for us is that we are not 7am sunbed chasers and it is so frustrating when you go to the pool and there are hundreds of empty loungers which you cannot use because people have reserved them with their towels and gone off for the day meaning people who are at the pool can't use them! Have been to lots of hotels where this is not allowed and staff regularly remove towels from unused loungers and we have found this is definitely the best way! All that said, hotel is in a perfect location with the beach right behind the complex and everything else pretty much on your doorstep!

Stayed here for a week, apartments abit dated inside but apart from that I could not recommend it enough… had a brilliant stay. Prime location for a family holiday with shops bars and restaurants as soon as you walk outside the door. 2 massive pools with kids pool and play area kept tidy and clean throughout the day. Highly recommend

This is a lovely place. Ideal for a family with young kids and for just adults too. Kids had a ball in the kids heated pool which is equipped with 6 slides. Rooms were spotless and cleaned on a near daily basis. The location is ideal, less than 2 minutes from the beach and any amount of great restaurants on hand.

This resort did not disappoint. We had one of the refurbished studios overlooking the pool area. Immaculately clean and modern studio with ample facilities for cooking, room service available everyday if required. Facilities on resort were very good for adults and kids alike as well as nearby supermarkets if you felt like eating in. Hotel is surrounded by many fantastic restaurants so whatever takes your fancy is all close at hand. Overall cleanliness of the entire resort was was second to none.

had a beach view from our hotel, absolutely beautiful, very close to the beach and restaurants the pool is amazing apart from the fact there salt water which hurts your eyes and tastes disgusting if you get it in your mouth ,cleaners are lovely and the receptionist helped us a lot with booking our trips . We stayed at Santiago 111 hotel. Arrived to our hotel and greeted with a smile. Easy to check in and lift available to your floor. Rooms a little out dated but can't express enough how clean they are. We went self catering and had a reasonable sized fridge and top of the range cooker. House keeping come every day to clean your room with fresh towels every second day. Maids are lovely and pleasant. Receptionists are helpful and pleasant, nothing is a problem. Pool area is absolutely stunning with various pools, and a separate Zen zones for adults only with a jacuzzi and gym too. Plenty of palm-trees, tropical plants and bushes around the pool side with a lovely restaurant and bar near to the side of the pool. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for all to use. Location is excellent as on your door step you have loads of shops, eating out restaurants and entertainment (mostly singers) You have a well stocked supermarket across the road with everything you need - Fresh bread, cakes, pastries made on the premises, and fresh fruit and orange juice daily prepared. I would definitely come back here for another holiday it's a fantastic location. Free buses to and from Sian water park was a bonus. My daughter and I had a fantastic time here and we will return.

Great hotel in a brilliant location. Apartment dated but done the job no air conditioning but it was livable for the week we stayed. Great place for families its got a kids waterpark in the grounds which is fresh water. The 2 big main pools are salt water pools. The whole area is kept spotless clean and Apartments are cleaned every day with fresh towels every second day.. all in all a good experience check in was easy and room location for me was excellent.

The only thing that let this place down was the cleaners in the morning, shouting their heads off right outside our room. I think our number was 2021. We could also hear all the noise from the kitchen of one of the restaurants at breakfast. Not what you need with a hangover. Apart from that, the rooms were immaculate, very well equipped and spacious. The hotel is huge, and the pool area is awesome. The location is good, 200m to the beach, shops everywhere, including in the hotel, and a good choice of bars and restaurants. Check-in was super easy, with the lovely girl on reception.

Expected a studio apartment as shown on website, what we got was a room that I would not have gone to this hotel for it was tiny very old dark and dingy. Mould in the bathroom all grout from floor and bathroom tiles missing the balcony floor was stained and crumbling and small with no sun or light as it was covered over with an arch. I asked to be moved this wasn’t the room I had paid a lot of money for. 4/5 other people also waiting for room transfers plus a couple complaining at the same time as us. Told very few rooms as shown on the website. We are hopefully being moved tomorrow 2 days later to something with a better balcony. The studio apartments on the website look lovely with a nice big balcony the room we got was a hovel. Will never be back here again. Paid far less for other holidays in the past and always had good accommodation. I was very upset and feel totally ripped off by the hotel, Jet2 holidays and Hays travel agency I booked it through. Seeing the rep in the morning, and phoning hays to make official complaints to them all. This is appalling accommodation.

Wow! What can I say about this place, it’s just fab. It’s definitely my favourite place to stay in Playa de Las Americas. I’ve always wanted to stay here and we finally did so earlier this year and I can’t recommend it enough. From checking in and the friendly gentleman who so kindly allocated us the most amazing duplex apartment to the efforts of the housekeeping and maintenance/gardening departments who work tirelessly every day to provide such a clean and welcoming environment. The swimming pools areas are absolutely amazing and I don’t think I’ve ever been in a bigger swimming pool! The on-site snack bars and specifically Atlantico restaurant are brilliant, great food and fab service! Our apartment was just fantastic - spacious, airy, bright and clean with modern touches. We can’t wait to return and will definitely book direct with the resort next time. Outstanding in every way!

The villa was just a few steps from the ocean. Beautiful villa equipped with everything including a washer and dryer. Very beautiful lush property, gorgeous swimming pools and zen area. The staff at the reception desk wasn't very friendly. No smile. The lady didn't explain anything regarding breakfast or the use of the different entrances of the villa. At checkout nobody asked if we had a pleasant stay. The staff at the Atlantic restaurant on the property, wasn't very friendly either. Gorgeous place but needs work when it comes to the staff friendliness. Reason why I didn't give five stars.

It's important to understand that not every condo is part of the hotel. Some of them are privatly owned or could be rented on other platforms. Also all rooms/apps are different , even if you booked a certain category. The quality of the vacation greatly depends if you get a good room. There is no child program in this Hotel, so YOU are the child program. The big pool is even more salty than the sea, and the sunbeds are reserved constantly even if it's against the rules. We give it still 5 stars, as the garden area is quite fantastic. I would note , that once a week a person with gas mask puts"something" on the leaves so they don't catch bugs probably. Would be nice to know what that is because children's are around. Also we had breakfast included which is very good , and can be added individually daily at 12€ pp. what we can recommend. For dining there are a lot of options around the hotel. We would not recommend this hotel for <2year olds , as there is nothing they can do beside floating in the mega salty water. The Pool-Police is quite strict which prevents some fun, but understandable. The missing air conditioning was okay when it was around 30° , but when it was hotter then there are issues catching a good sleep. Still all in all a great vacation, as we got a great room. A lot of UK people were around so be prepared to bump into them as they walk on the wrong side ;) We paid ~ 160€, for the whole family without breakfast, per day, for the renovated 2-room appartment with garden and view on the pool on level 0 in 08.2023 with 2 weeks stay, ~ 1 month advance booking.

Nice room, view of amircas bars and street not so good. No air con but the ceiling fan was enough for sleeping. Overpriced for self catering. Pool area was superb, including a heated pool, but the bigger unheated was okay.

Group of 10 booked through Love Holidays who are no help with making enquiries. We asked for an accessible room and shower by email direct to the hotel in advance and all three of our rooms did not have accessible washing facilities. We complained which dad a very slow process as the male on reception would ask you to stand back when checking in and dealing with other customers. We were both using walking sticks and crutches. They offered us an accessible room for extra €370. We gave up after this as no point in complaining as no-one would listen anyway. The directions the receptionist gave us was the longest route possible. No offer to assist with the luggage either. Apart from this the complex is enormous and extremely clean. House keeping staff came in to the rooms daily to replace towels and rooms. The pool area was very clean too.

Great pools, plenty of sun loungers. Beach is literally out of the gate and it's over the road. Rooms very dated and old style eu plugs. Parque 4 had music playing outside until 11pm which wasn't ideal if anyone wants to sleep earlier - wouldn't affect all rooms but our room was opposite.

It's a really great location but some of the rooms are extremely loud. We had to move rooms as the noise from the street was too loud. One swimming pool is heated. One is not. There is also a small children's pool and play area. Lifeguard is on duty. People do put towels on the sunbeds but it's manageable.

Direct booking Cancelled! After visiting for many years always using jet2 I decided to book direct whilst on holiday in August, after lots of enquires at reception and making sure the accommodation I was booking for my family holiday Easter March 24 was suitable we booked direct… now 4 days before Christmas received an email advising that my accommodation is being cancelled due to renovations due to take place and no alternative offered! We had a 3 bed booked for 7 people the task to find another in peak time 3 months prior is proving difficult and more expensive! You think booking direct is safest way to guarantee no problems turns out it is not! I will still visit the resort but in future will probably stick to a package holiday after being so let down by the actual company m!

We've stopped here approx 10 times over 20yrs it's a great place, it suits us 👍our holidays are generally relax, sunbath, book read and food and drink. We've done the site seeing bit etc yrs ago. Here you have within 100m any type of food you like either eat at the restaurant or as we do have take aways and eat on our room balcony. We also cook several nights during our holiday in the apartment and there's plenty of kitchen utensils available to cook anything you want. I love cooking in different circumstances and see what developes. I've seen some reviews about not being able to smoke or vape on the balcony as staff tell folk off etc. Never had an issue Ever 👌👍2 pools of your choice , a good gym and a small outdoor exercise area so no excuse for the more active gym type of person. This place I believe covers everything for the family I can see why it's always busy 👍

Great place to take a walk, but slippery ground and a lot of afroamericans selling weird services or fake gods

This may be called the Golden Mile but in fact it's just part of the many miles of shops, bars, clubs and restaurants! Venture here for the Hard Rock, or the very colourful and sometimes choreographed jets of water that are across the road from the Hard Rock fountains (the HR one uses an immense amount of water but doesn't do much to entertain). There are various restaurants and some high quality shops adorn this area, but if you are looking more towards the budget end, then look elsewhere, but you may be lucky to get a bargain somewhere as there is always a sale somewhere!

Lovely place with plenty of variation and looks gorgeous at night with the light display. The only downfall coming here at night is the lucky lucky men trying to sell you fake products at laughable prices, definitely not ASDA's.

Can't see the attraction. Very clean, lots of taxis. Lots of shops but high value mostly. Didn't need a Rolex . Was three twice and the fountain display which is impressive was not working. Maybe different at night. Too far for us to go back.

Always worth a visit. Plenty of Night life to suit everyone and the weather is not too bad as well

This is a bit more expensive than the other streets but I guess that’s to be expected due to the location. Typically you would pay 10 euro for a breakfast that you can get for 3-4 euro 2 streets up. The shopping mall is nice and my wife had her hair done in Glow hairdressers and a very reasonable price.

Very nice 👌🏻 can be busy but it's right on the front 😉 only pics I took we had kids their was plenty to see it was spectacular, oh and a mcdonald's.

I can't say a lot about the plaza because I only went grocery shopping and walked around. Nice place lots of people on the out- and inside. Clean area and you get a welcomed feeling. Not all cash registers were occupied so I or everybody else had to wait a lot. I don't no if it's something that the resident's are doing but they talk with the cash register which again, takes a lot of time. Time that others don't have.

Really nice place, suprised about it not being smoker friendly on the open terrace upstairs - other than that, pretty good place for your usual high street stores you'd find in the Trafford Centre but with gorgeous sun!!

Great shopping centre.... we went to Mercadona, always a nice experience and the best supermarket in Spain or the islands IMO

Massive supermarket, anything you run out of, they're about the same prices as our big named supermarkets. Other stores are around it, somewhere to have a drink and eat childrensplayarea.

One of the best supermarkets in Los Cristianos. Very clean with good range of both local and international food stuffs. The fresh fish counter is amazing. Excellent above and underground car parking accessed from the rear. Lovely cheap bar outside servers tapas and good beer.

Not what I expected. After 30 mins walk to get there, very few shops. A big supermarket but the choice of shops was limited. I wouldn't say it was worth the walk.

Was expecting a good selection of sports clothing but was amazed to discover there is no stock room and only 3 pairs of men's shorts. Assistants were friendly and helpful though.

Nice place with a lots of groceries. You can get meat, fish, bread, drinks, hair products, soap... You name it! There are some restaurants and a nice playground for the kids.

Quite boring place... why this is listed as a must-see in Los Cristianos is beyond me. It's a simple, small shopping centre with a kids playground and two, if I remember correctly, restaurants. Mercadona was my only highlight👍

Good selection of food, drinks and snacks at reasonable cheap prices compared with other shops nearby, it is also open till 10pm Monday- Saturday and 3pm on a Sunday.

Great place with lots of good places to do your shopping. Also a beautiful cafe to sit and have coffee and cake. Well worth a visit.

I would 100% recommend the cask draw experience - delicious 18 year old cask strength whiskey in a lovely aromatic environment. Katie was a charming and informative host. The splosh and gurgle of the distillers dog was a delight. I don't think I'd recommend the tour however. Our guide was great but it all felt a bit rushed and there wasn't enough time to linger and it all felt a bit constructed. It didn't feel that deep or engaging despite our guides best efforts. The whiskey tasting section was nice but the selection felt geared towards shifting product rather than a really distinctive tasting experience. I'm a whiskey enthusiast not an expert but there wasn't enough contrast between the whiskeys being tasted. You could buy the whiskeys as you exit through the gift shop though... You do get a good couple of drams for your ticket fee so there's good value in that. On balance though I'd recommend you get the cask draw for €10, buy a drink in the bar and go to the Guinness storehouse for the afternoon and enjoy the sunset in the gravity bar.

Great experience. Lots of people but really well managed with small group guided tours provided. Hats off to you guys at Jameson’s. Our guide Leah S was really brilliant; informative and entertaining as well as friendly and polite, making it a really worth while visit, highly recommended. Not too hard sell, just really interesting and enjoyable experience. Lots of credit was given to all the workers over the years who have made this such a success as reflected in the company logo of a man (labourer) with a barrel on his back. This is a ‘must see’ experience.

Made reservations for a Monday evening Cocktail Class. Loved the distillery and bar area - great vibes and decor! Enjoyed our cocktail class and even had a few more at the bar area after. We did visit the gift shop and were hoping/expecting it to have many more items, but it was quite small. Would recommend signing up for one of their activities if you appreciate whsikey!

We did the Jameson Distillery Tour and had an amazing experience. It lasted about an hour, and our tour guide Sean was hilarious! He went through the entire distilling process in detail and made it interesting. And the best part - WHISKEY! I highly recommend the orange "water of life" 😉 I don't want to spoil the tour so check it out for yourself, it's worth it! And something you absolutely need to see when visiting Dublin

This was a quick walk from center city & also the Guinness Storehouse, and is in a quaint area. We did the 45 minute tour with Alex and she was INCREDIBLE! So fun, knowledgeable, and engaging. The bar is also a great, warm spot to relax at the end. We would definitely come back.

Visited in 2022. This is a must if you are a fan of Jameson. The atmosphere is great as soon as you walk in. Cool bar right when you enter where they have very good cocktails. Their gift shop is great, lots of cool items that will make great gifts. They even have a few bottles that are exclusive to the Guinness store that you can personalize with your name on the label. We did the tour and the guide was amazing! He was so good at keeping everyone engaged and the content of the tour was really entertaining. We paid extra to taste from a cask that they tap open in front of you. This is something they do not bottle for sale. Overall, highly recommend it! P.S. I heard from a local in Dublin that he had gone on a tour awhile back and it wasn’t good but they had updated the tour a few years back and he had gone back as well and was much better. So if you had gone awhile ago and was disappointed, try again! Book ahead of time!

I did the Standard Bow Street Experience your which includes a drink on arrival to take with you on the 40+ min tour, learning about the history of Jameson, how the famous whiskey is made and whiskey taste testing. Molly our guide was very nice and informative. Really enjoyed it. Definitely recommend it.

The Bow St Experience tour is well organized. Tour guide was nice, tried to engage as much as she could and entertained us. Comparative tasting was good and fun. At the end you get a voucher for a drink. I would 100% recommend ginger&lime cocktail even if you prefer neat whiskey. What made this a 5 star review was a cask draw experience in their live maturation warehouse in the building. We had an absolute craic there with tour guide Niall (kudos!) who just shinned with the love for whiskey. He was very insightful with tonnes of knowledge. Niall made cask draw experience worth every penny.

Vey nice tour! The staff was very helpful and nice. The tasting was good, with great comparison between different whiskies. The store is fun with nice offering. Recommend taking the cask draw as well for full experience.

Not a fan of whiskey until today! The explanation how to taste made so much sense that you can actually really learn to enjoy it. Our tour guide was funny and explained everything very passionately. In total 4 drinks , one in the ticket you can trade in the begging or end of the tour and 3 more samples in the end of the tour. Used my Go City pass to visit this museum.

I visited 3 whiskey distilleries in Ireland and Jameson had the best experience of any of them, and was one of my favorite things we did in Dublin. The tour was very well put together (and Nial was an excellent guide). The add on cask draw was also cool. The bar there was also really good. In addition to their normal cocktail menu they had a whole old fashioned menu, we tried 3 of them and all were delicious. I would also recommend the bottle your own black barrel option to any whiskey fans.

We did the standard tour and cask draw add-on here and had a great time. Our tour guide, Erin, made it though. She was super awesome and kept us all laughing throughout. I really enjoyed at the beginning she had us all say where we were from and kept engaging with all of us so it didn’t feel like a normal run of the mill tour. While you don’t see the inner working of a factory, I felt like I did learn a lot. The cask draw was totally worth it in my opinion. They bring you inside a room that is full of whisky barrels and pull it straight up from one of them for you to try. The taste was so different than the bottled versions with it being extra burning and warmed your chest, very cool.

Fantastic tour and experience for any Whisky fan or even those new to the drink - the whole experience was very enjoyable and our tour guide was welcoming, knowledgable and very friendly. You are out into timed groups and have a history lesson of Guinness, details on the manufacturing process and then finally a Jameson taste off vs Scottish Whisky and American Bourbon. Once finishing you are free to go to the bar and redeem your drink which are great! We definitely spent a while at the bar trying different drinks on the menu (would highly recommend the Irish coffee) All in all a very worthwhile experience - options are also available should you wish to do extended tours or private events (which looking back would’ve been great to do the cask tasting session)

We loved this tour. It was interactive, engaging and informative. We did the Guinness tour as well and found that one to be a bit of a money grab as it was primarily self guided. I’m not a whiskey drinker and enjoyed this tour anyway. A lot of pride from the folks who are employed by Jameson. You can tell it’s a well managed organization and they must treat their people well as everyone was passionate about their job and pleasant to ask questions to. The tour and tasting were well thought out. It exceeded my expectations. I would do it again next time I return.

Awesome informative tour. Our guide was amazing, answered all our questions and showed the history of some of the best Irish whiskeys in the world. Wonderful samples at the end. Got some bottles you can't get anywhere else!

Our tour guide was amazing. She gave us the history of Jameson in a fun and informative way. It was great to hear the Bourbon barrels of Kentucky contribute to the flavor of certain Jameson whiskeys. We fell in love with this place and enjoyed their new Orange Whiskey. My GF who was not a whiskey drinker now makes Ginger and Jameson a regular on her order menu. We purchased some personalized whiskey for my daughter and now son-in-law along with making our own bottle of whiskey was a great experience. 5 stars all day and a must when you visit Dublin

you must come here and do a tour if you're in dublin! we had an amazing tour guide (ronnie) who made the experience so good. the history and process of making the whiskey was absolutely fascinating and we loved every minute. you get to sample 3 whiskies before getting your grog (free drink) at the end of your visit. The gift shop is big with a lot of items such as hoodies, t-shirts, hats, posters etc. cant recommend enough!

Had the most amazing time at the Jameson cocktail making class! Loved the atmosphere, the mixologist Marco was fabulous - friendly, funny and knowledgeable! We learnt some really cool tips and tricks and of course enjoyed the whiskey! Highly recommended…

My boyfriend and I went to Jameson's yesterday and we had a great great time, we're home visiting family and to celebrate St Paddy's day.... the staff were really great, we got to chat properly with Margaret, in the gift shop, really knowledgeable and friendly and of course our guide Leah was just fantastic.... another lovely girl in the gift shop who helped us with tax back, as he's from America, sorry I didn't get her name, we started with delicious old fashioned cocktails, 12€ each, then we did the 45 minute tour, we booked online 30€ each, it included a complimentary drink, choice of Jameson neat, or with lemonade or with ginger ale. You were able to bring this on the tour instead of rushing...... the tour itself included tasting of Jameson distillery blend, Crested Jameson and Black Barrel Jameson, it was a great experience and I will definitely go back and try one of the other tours another day..... well done Jameson x

Great experience, the basic tasting is a great deal, includes the post experience drink and a nice variety of cocktail options at the end. We went in the slow season, during winter and it was really quiet which made it even better. Took our time and only had a handful of people in our tasting. Loved learning the history, it's not as extravagant as say Guinness, but it's much more educational and interesting.

We came here and did the Bow St Experience followed by the Cask Draw which were two incredible experiences. The tour was fantastic (Alex was our tour guide and she was incredibly fun and informative) and the Cask Draw was such a unique experience where we got to try a 21 year whiskey straight from the barrel. Niall talked us through that process and gave us so much information about the whiskey. The experience is immeasurably better than the Guinness Storehouse and is very interactive, a must visit in Dublin!

Cocktail making class! Great if not the best option to choose from the different activities. Worth booking in advance as there’s not always availability. Good fun with great atmosphere! Reduced groups of max 16 people, the activity allows you to make 2 cocktails from scratch with guidance from an expert cocktail maker. Starting with a whiskey tasting the class followed with the details, ingredients and instructions of two different cocktails (changing depending on the season) and ends the session with a third drink on a private area of the distillery prepared by the instructor. Great option for any occasion from a family event to a friend gathering. Price per person at the time of visit was 60€. Further details can be found on the official site website.

Villa was ok. Sofa in living room was dirty and there was a funny smell downstairs. There was also a horrible smell in the washing machine. Apart from that it was pretty well kept. Pool was great and the views fantastic. Situated at the top of a very steep hill so if you don't have a car I wouldn't recommend for the elderly or disabled or people with push chairs.
