Nice beach in Protaras, bit further away from the Ayia Napa. Can get easily overcrowded, so I recommend to grab your spot in the early morning. Beach offers showers, local shops and watersports.

As with all beaches in Cyprus, access to the public is free, whilst the hiring of sunbeds and umbrellas is chargeable. A municipal car park provides parking within a short walk. The beach stretches for 500 meters, and the waters are clean enough for the beach to have been awarded blue flag designation. The beach takes its name from the fig trees located close to the coast. There is an uninhabited islet easily reached by swimming through the shallow waters, the location of which provides a good shelter for the rest of the beach. The islet is covered with low-level local vegetation. In contrast to other local beaches, such as nearby Nissi, Fig Tree Bay has become a popular destination for families. Water sports such as water-skiing, windsurfing, and parasailing are available. From April to October, lifeguards and lifesaving equipment are available on the beach from 9am to 6 pm. In 2010, during structural improvements to the beach, an ancient Greek tomb was unearthed

You need to visit this beach when the water is calm as it can be completely different. I was there with much wind and waves, wasn’t great but I came back on a less windy day and it was beautiful!!! Probably one of the nicest beaches in the area, crystal clear water with a small reef where you can go snorkelling.

11th November, 26°C ...absolutely phenomenal spot, out of season,plenty of space o the beach. A heavenly spot.

Dropped points as it is far too busy, nice sand and waters but the amount of people was just silly, especially when people plonk themselves at the front putting up umbrellas, making it difficult to get in or out of the sea. If we came back to Protaras then would look for another beach.

Fantastic beach. It is shallow by the shore perfect for families, and you can swim out to the small island which is great for snorkelling, so much life to see. It can get windy or a little choppy so take care. There are shower and foot taps on the beach for use. It does get very busy so you need to arrive early in the morning. There’s a range of car parking options near by. Sun loungers are £2.50 each as are umbrellas. There are lots of food options near by and two water sport companies which offer a wide range of activities, we went canoeing for 10 euros each.

The beach is slowly deepening, sandy, water was calm. Weather was not windy at all. Many restaurants are nearby with great variety of food. Sunbeds and umbrella can be rented for a fair amount of price. A tiny island is in front of the bay, see attached picture.

A beautiful beach, sand like cotton wool, gives the azure color of the sea on the shore. Everything is nearby in location. The only thing is that it is very crowded and noisy. This is not a place for relaxation and solitude.

A very nice and charming beach in the north of the island. One of the few where you can swim without going 200 meters into the sea. Azure and warm water. A lot of people, but not like in Mielno.

Little church on top of hill, current church built in the 80s on top of a old ruin with nice frescos inside.free to visit, I counted 164 steps from the bottom up to the church, 360 panoramic views over protoras area.there is also a cafe at the bottom.

A very beautiful church. There are a lot of steps up to this church on the hill, make sure to count them as you go up. Once at the top you have stunning views across the city and the coastline. The inside of the church itself is very beautiful, with the typical Greek Orthodox iconography. There’s a small shop at the top as well which you can buy drinks for very cheap, or souvenirs. You can also buy a ribbon for a loved one and tie it around one of the trees. Recommend going to have a look up here it is an amazing sight

If your driving to this place there is very small parking lot for max 10 cars. However the place is worth the stop by specially at the sunset you enjoy a romantic sun set up the hill at this place. Situated on the top of a Hill from where you can the whole city. An Old Church having a great view.

Visit any time you like, but at sunrise or sunset the place is magic. I always find Cyprus Churches charming but when located on top of a hil or on shoreline they look even better. This one has them all, cats included :).

Always have a walk ( and a rest half way up) when we visit Cyprus. About 170 steps but we'll worth it,lovely Greek Church and stunning view. You can see Varosha to the left in the distance where the hotels are still standing after the Turkish invasion in 1974. Nice shop at top and a cafe at the bottom of the steps,if you've never been give it a visit well worth it.

A magical place at sunset. And very moving with all the memory ribbons, particularly at the moment with all the covid masks 😔 There's about 150 steps from the car park (my 11 year old daugter loves counting!) but with railings and places to stop it's easily doable for most people and we'll worth the effort. Such a beautiful little church as well, the best one we've seen on the East Coast area. We'll recommended. I imagine it's also stunning at sunrise as well but that's a bit early for me!

This place is worth the visit located at the top of a small hill, you can see most of protaras from the top and the view is really nice especially at sunset. It is advisable to visit in the afternoon during hot seasons. Also note that you need to climb 153 steps to reach it so take care while visiting🤗

Probably the worst public aquarium ever. Small fishes in tanks with our any decor for the fish to hide in or enjoy. The fish were literally smaller than what's sold in pet stores and their information signs were not showing the right species most of the time. The alligators had very little and dirty water. The racoons had no hiding space from public. And the poor sea turtle was just floating there, completely lifeless. Stayed for 10 minutes to make sure it even was alive. They said it was rescued from euthanasia but honestly that would have been kinder. Please don't give this place your money. Also no way there's a 1000 species, unless you count the insects in the park. Go pet the cats by the beach instead.

Save your money and put this place out of business for the sake of the animals here. Aquariums have no relation to the size of the fish, bare tanks far too small for the most part and the solitary penguin is heart breaking. As for the turtle that was "saved" for educational purposes.....consigned to limbo in a bare tank going in circles waiting for death. Feels like an incredibly outdated zoo mentality prevails here.

Small aquarium but very clean and well preserved. Its a great escape for you and your children if you have 2 hours to spare. The staff is nice and take good care of the animals.

It’s okay for escape from Ayia Napa. We came here as a couple but since it’s not a big aquarium we were not that amazed. I would recommend it to families with kids since they will get much more out of it.

Generally, the whole place is well maintained, and it does make an interesting visit, though the entrance fee is a bit steep. My concerns are with two main areas; some of the fish and particularly the eel are in tanks way too small for them. Secondly, the crocodiles, again, no room to swim around at all, very sad. The small museum, children's play area and restaurant are all good, it's not just an aquarium.

The place was very interesting for an afthernoon visit! My daughter enjoyed it. IT is a bit small but they have also a small Garden with playgrouds for childres and other animals. Congratulations to the administration and success with innovation and expansion!

ANIMAL ABUSE & NEGLECT. I am absolutely heartbroken after visiting the Ocean Aquarium today. I have never seen such poorly treated animals. Fish tanks are far to small with little decoration for fish inside. Croc tank was extremely upsetting due to how tiny the tank was - he could barely move. The only RACOON (albino) was in an awful condition and it was so lonely, it requires medical attention, bigger and better enclosure and food other than dry pellets. The penguin enclosure was also devastating, nothing like a replica of their normal environment. We only saw one when there were supposed to be 7 so can only imagine what happened to the others. My family and I left the aquarium crying, it’s inhumane. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN OR DO BETTER FOR THOSE DEFENCELESS ANIMALS!!!

I was very impressed with ocean aquarium. We went when it was 35 degrees outside so very sweaty but luckily when you first arrive and go inside you feel the aircon instantly. Lots of different fish and the big turtle inside. Outside they have crocodiles, birds, terrapins which you can feed. It wasn’t the biggest place but for what you pay you don’t mind. A nice restaurant in the middle from where you can see the animal enclosures. Toilets were clean. For the price I would highly recommend.

Interesting place for kids. Clean areas. Big playground. But working hours are not very convinient. It closes at 5.15pm. In summer its very hot to walk there. We came around 12pm, because of the sunlights reflections we barely could see some animals through the glass. I believ the entrance cost is quite expensive also.

Fantastic aquarium, loads of different species of fish and animals. The restaurant is lovely, there is a choice of cold snacks or hot food and loads of choices for drinks. There is also a little tropical garden where you can walk around and if your lucky enough you may see a gecko or two. Definitely worth a visit

It’s a lovely small aquarium. With a little extra maintenance and more information about the fish and other animals it would be great! It had a Lovely outside area for families. My favourite was seeing Lidia the turtle. They also had a lovely history section about Cyprus and the sea around. I’d recommend for a day trip with the family

Very nice and small sized aquarium with not big varieties of fishes. It was well cleaned and maintained. My kids enjoyed the open area with the turtles, crocodiles and monkeys. We liked also the greens areas and the playground. There were not much visitors probably because of the price of tickets. I found a little expensive for what you get.

We visited this many years ago and enjoyed the experience back then. A few changes have been made since then, but found it interesting, well worth a visit for every age.

Our flight got cancelled and our tour operator booked us a room at this hotel. The place looks cool at first, a bit dated but it has his appeal (probably really nice back in the 90s, but now in need of an upgrade). Decent size room, balcony with sea view (stunning), old air con (only on/off button available, with no chance of changing temperature or fan angle), breakfast and lunch included in our package: buffet for both, not good quality food, huge variety though. Pools available. Amazing location: right on the beach, in a quiet corner of the town, beautiful sea and sea path to the centre of town.

Stayed for a week, all inclusive. Free use of water park. Rooms were cleaned and changed sheets, fresh towels every other day. Great location on the beach. 15 mins coastal walk to portaras. Only let down with hotel is the repetitive food. Also food more geared to the German and Russian guests.

Don’t get misled by the stars that this hotel pretends to have. This isn’t a four star. It’s barely a one star hotel The hotel is so rundown, everything is rusty and broken, and if it’s ever been fixed, it’s probably very cheap material. The hotel looks like it hasn’t been refurbished since 1980, and the customer service is at the same low standard. The linen on the bed is so thin, there is no mattress cover. Unless you request 10 times for one. The toilet paper is see-through as well is the cheapest quality you’ve seen. Don’t expect much sleep weekends Nova is just across the road and the music is so loud that the whole room vibrates. The bathroom looks awful. There’s not enough pressure in the shower which looks like one of those you buy a cheap Chinese site. The hotel just looks sad , there isn’t music anywhere and even the staff admits that this hotel should have half a star. Everyone knows how broken down this place is but they’re there because they have to work . I am and I was extremely disappointed. I was expecting better quality it shouldn’t be such a big difference from five stars and four stars hotels. and the staff need to be trained in customer service. They have no idea what that is some of them they’re trying, but they’re clearly lacking the training.

There is extremely loud music playing until the early hours, so booking a sea view room is an absolute waste of money. The staff cannot be described as rude as they just don't speak. The rooms are very basic , 2* level. This hotel is suitable for young people who party all night and sleep during the day.

It's NOT a 4 star hotel. I found the staff to be friendly enough, but they are ran off their feet as there isn't enough of them. Our room was OK, but had a cockroach visit! Around the corridors, Mrs shake and vac could do with running the hoover round as they hadn't been done the full two weeks we stayed. Food wise it's not bad, although very much the same. Drinks are watered down.1% lager, even the diet coke was.

They canceled our booking a few days before arrival and left us with no other options. They then refused to communicate with us after they promised us an alternative. Do not book here.

Before arriving, I tried to contact the hotel twice through Boking to upgrade my half-pension to all-inclusive and book a late check-out. No one ever answered me. As a result, we had to leave at 12 o'clock and this was very inconvenient since the plane was at 21.00 in the evening. It is not clear who gave this hotel 4 stars, or why they advertise themselves as 4 stars. The hotel is quite worn out inside and the rooms are very poorly cleaned. There is an unpleasant rotten smell in the lobby. The restaurant is definitely not a restaurant in a 4 star hotel. This is a really big dining room. The cooks are simply masterful at ruining good products. The food was basically just not tasty and in no way fits the standards of a 4 star restaurant. The hotel is simply obliged to post information on its pages that most of the residents, almost half, are refugees from Ukraine. Because we, as vacationers who came for 2 weeks, wanted to take a normal break from everything and relax. This didn’t work out in the hotel, because everywhere on the sofa chairs near the bar there were these people with screaming children, they stayed there all day long, lay sleeping on the sofa and chairs. Some of these people are quite aggressive, they could, for example, pin you down in an elevator or run over with a baby stroller. This is very, very unprofessional on the part of the hotel. The waiters in the dining room are simply terrible!!!!! Half of them are simply sleeping on the move or standing apparently for decoration - the Africans, the other half are Bulgarians and Macedonians sorting out their affairs in front of the guests, do not offer any service, just talk with familiar guests or among themselves. It’s just Chaos and then the manager present there doesn’t make any comments to them. No rules of ethics or respect!!!!!

After reading the reviews I got a bit worried about this hotel, but I had a great experience as a solo traveler. Here is my review: ++ Location: Best hotel for families with children. If you pay for all-inclusive you get free access to the fun waterpark and free drinka in the bar there. Outside the hotell you have few mins to restaurants, beach, supermarkets, water sports, outdoor massage and much more + Room: I had a great room with free drinks the first day and refill of coffee and tea everyday upon cleaning. Also I had a great view of the waterpark from my balcony. The room had everything I needed (only the toilett papers needed to be a better quality). I also did not experience any noises during the nights from outside + Buffet: You had access to alot of different food. Their snacks were however left off food from their dinner + Staff: The staff working in the reception were really nice to me. The staff working in the kitchen seemes like they all hated their life somehow + Ability to eat dinner or lunch at other restaurants: Even though I never found the location to the asian restaurant I made reservation in and never tried the food, I think having this option is great. - Drinks in the bars: The drinks, specially the juices, felt way too artificial. The juices tasted like sugar and water only - Room cleaning: I had hair from other guests around the bed which got in my mouth sometimes during the sleep. Nasty -Gym: There were not much equipments in the gym but worse of all the equipments were all rusty, so I had to clean off the rust everytime I used the equipments - Food taste: Despite alot of different food, the food just were mostly tasteless - Servers handling the drinks: They had servers that were handling the drinks during lunch and dinners, and the servers somehow never came even tho they saw my table had no drinks on it. So I had to go myself to the bar and ask for drinks This hotel feels more like a russian and bulgarian hotel since everyone working and the guests were from those countries, which is not a problem really. Regardless, the hotel is overall great for the price and if I had children, I would 100% come here again

How on earth is this hotel 4star? We have just stayed here for 11 nights and could not wait to get home! The hotel is 2star AT BEST!! Asked to change our room as soon as we got there. The change of room was even worse! Dirty, mouldy bathroom, unmaintained rooms. Roaches roaming around. Photos on Google/tui are not the reality! Entertainment was non existent. Food was absolutely terrible. We were all inclusive yet after the second day, we ate out every single day for breakfast, lunch and dinner! For kid, there was only 2 options the whole 11 days Chips and fish nuggets or chips and meatballs. How anyone rates this place is beyond me. Staff were terrible. Reception staff sit in their office and them Having to move is a a problem. Cleaning staff terrible and just unlock and walk in your room without knocking. This happened 3 times!! Avoid this place at all cost!!

Horrible, stinky, overpriced, found cockroaches under bed. Air Condition had dust and mold inside. Literally a health hazard. Employees were very rude, hotel owner was eventually found to be a scammer. Stay away

We went for the water slides. The only problem was that we did not have cash and planned on paying by card but they said their machine was broken. We had to go withdraw cash to pay. Service at the bar was adequate and the kida loved the slides.

A value for money Hotel with many choices to choose from at the buffet not at the best quality but good enough. Also rooms are renovated but beds are really bad like you can't rest bad..! Housekeeping is worthless as they did not even change our sheets and towels for 5 days that we stayed there , also did not change our 2 used glass and the carpet of all the hotel was dirty as hell . At night there's a nightclup close by that you can here the music in the room all night long and theres a vibration sound in the rooms from the ac unit that is very innoing. But overall good experience because of the pool and waterpark area kids had lots of fun . I would recommend it for a few days with a low budget family's.

But I decided to judge for myself I went for one night with my husband and 4 children ages 8 10 14 15 On arrival we were met by Maria and Andreas I cannot praise them enough they were helpful went the extra mile and were really nice people..the hotel Rooms were clean the kids spent hours at the waterpark and the staff were amazing . I will say that if Maria and andreas were not so accommodating I would of been let down Amazing people and I'd woul definitely go again

Canceled my reservation without any reason one day before arrival to Cyprus 3 adults and 3 small children! First time in history of Booking.com and and didn’t pick up Telephone! Actually leave our family and children on the street!!! 10 days all inclusive booking ! NEVER BOOK ROOM IN THIS HOTEL !

Cool people and great place! We chose green bay watersports for wakeboarding lessons for our kids (6 and 13 yo) based on their friendly website. We felt good vibes and loved the place from very beginning. Snow and Andreas are very friendly and patient instructors, felt very relaxed and at the same time they are teaching everything that needed for inexperienced students, giving them confidence. Kids are happy about their experience and can’t wait to return next season. :) Thanks a lot guys

An absolutely fantastic place. The guys there will make sure you will have lots of fun, always with professionalism, following all the safety measures. They have very good equipment (and well maintained) for all the activities you want to do. One of the best water sports places in Protaras area. Highly recommended.

The Wake Boat Party was awesome !! The boat is just perfect for beginners and also for advanced people. The crew is like the boat : perfect. They give you good advices and they adapt according to your needs. My friends and I liked it so much that we came back for another ride !

We had a wonderful experience here, took a marvellous boat ride along the coast, from Turtle Bay to Blue Lagoon. Our girls took wakeboard lessons and had the time of their lives! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Be sure to go and check them out, it’s a real hidden gem!!

Snow and Andrea were amazing at teaching me how to wakesurf. I quickly went from beginner to shredding waves in a couple of sessions. If you’re looking for professional and highly competent staff, this is your place. I’d come again 👍

We have enjoyed a sunset cruise with one of their amazing speed boats (the bigger white one) with a big group incl 5 kids. It was phenomenal! We have arranged the trip spontaneously - Judith was very helpful in arranging everything with just a phone call. Andreas (the captain) is really passionate about this area and took us to really cool spots for snorkeling and coastline sightseeing (caves etc). The rides from A to B were pure joy with this fast boat. I can really recommend to book 2h - starting before sunset and coming back when it’s already dark! Best experience on Cyprus for us! We will repeat 😎

Awesome Watersports school with an one of a kind team! Our little one 6y making such a good progress on wake surfing with so much patience from snow. I tried wake surfing and wake boarding as a total beginner and I was so happy that Andreas and snow managed to get me out of the water on the first lesson! I was doubting that until the end! The MasterCraft and Malibu boats they use are professional wake surf and wake boarding boats which make the experience of boarding and surfing even better especially with the Captains Andreas and Jono at the helm! The rest of the equipment which was provided was very good and professional as well. We did the sofa and slider rides too and was hell of fun for the whole family! Thanks for everything and making this holiday unforgettable!

Had the best time learning how to wakeboard which was bought for me as a birthday present. The team were great at making a gift voucher for my friends to suprise me with and within 3 attempts me and my partner were up and wakeboarding! The instructor made his teaching very simple to understand and gave great feedback after every attempt. They even let my friends come along for the boat ride! Excellent experience and well worth it!

I went here twice on my holiday and loved it well trained horses I hadn’t ridden for 3 years and felt so safe. A lovely ride and the owner knows his stuff .

When we came for booking he talked a lot and he was excited in a wrong way. We were only 2 good horse riders and we ask to see cavo Greko and to galop, he said YES but nothing happend! Ridiculous rountrip mainly on the road. Dirty horses and dirty ranch. Bad energy.

Great time, with great person Angelos. He is good instructor, with a lot of experience. Just need to listen and enjoy. White horse, Prince😉 I recommend that place if you like horses 👍🐎

He is not professionnal. What you think at the beginning is kindness but in fact it is bad education. He hits on my girl questioning her on private matters and did not say a word to me. He lied on the track: no gallop and no Greko cave. Worst installations.

Unfortunately, due to hunting season, I had no other option to go horse-riding in the area as the other stable with all 5-star reviews was not doing any trail rides. So, despite the mix of positive-negative reviews I decided to go to this ranch. Riding-wise it was fine. The horse was well trained and the trainer did provide a couple of useful advice. The seaside route is beautiful, and we ended even witnessing a Greek wedding in a tiny beautiful chapel on a cliff by the seaside. Otherwise, the ride was very uncomfortable. I had to listen through a cascade of disinformation about the West, praise to Russia, blaming its invasion of Ukraine on Zelensky, etc. Overall, I was worried for personal safety and would not recommend to anyone going alone or in a small group.

If you are looking for freedom, look no further horse riding along the coast. There is no better experience. And the moonshine ranch is the only place to go. And feel safe. 😎

Excellent experience for our family of 4 from UK. Angelo gives fantastic teaching aswell as making it fun. My youngest son was very nervous by the end he was riding himself and laughing. If you come to Ayia Napa it's definitely worth doing this activity. It's approx 24 euros for return journey from Aiya Napa plus 40 euro per person for 1 hour and you get a full hour riding.

The moonshine ranch is a fantastic place with marvellous panoramic view and the riding location is beautiful the horse are well behaved. However this is not for everyone, the instructor Angelo is a fantastic rider and an experienced teacher but it is his way or no way at all. He will not put up with people not lessening to his instructions as he told me. As long as you listen to his instructions and follow them to the T you will have a great time and despite him being a little mad by his own admission he does know what he is doing and it works even if it's a little unconventional. In summary i would recommend this highly and had a great experience but not for everyone.

It was an amazing ride. The instructor was very expienced and he was taking safety measures very seriously. He is a tempered man and his attitude might scare some people but he is a fun and communicative guy. I recommend it to everyone in searching to have a fun and exciting ride. HAVE FUN!

Top riding experience!!!... Its the best combination of maximum learning and enjoyment. Don't let Aggelos's flamboyent character put you off. He is a genuine, great and clever guy. Oh and scenary is absolutely amazing. And safety is first!

Looked a really nice beach but unfortunately when we visited (April) there was a cool breeze so we didn't test the water 💦

It’s a nice small beach with really nice waters. There is space on the beach even if you don’t want to rent the sunbeds. WC is available and also changing room and the possibility to wash your feets from the sand. A beach restaurant and icecream is available on the top of the hill. Family oriented beach.

It is an amazing beach, although it's a small rocky bay, but the shore is covered with very small pebbles that will massage your feet as you pass to the water 😜. As for the water, it is soooo clean, tidy and calm that you can see the small fish swimming, and you can clearly see the bottom where you're standing it is a great snorkeling spot. Steep path down but magnificent place, It was an amazing experience. There is a restaurant nearby.

Best beach in the area. Small bay full of corals, if you like snorkelling. Swam with turtles a few times and the aquatic life there is surprisingly rich. Water is very clean and there are no stones on the ground, making it incredibly convenient for swimming. Can’t wait to go back.

This beach is beautiful! The water is crystal clear, fine sand and because it is small, there are not too many people. Of course, there are showers, clean toilets, a restaurant, and an ice cream parlor. Everything you need for a perfect day!

A peacefull beach with crystal clear waters and golden sand. Not too crowded as its a small place. Better avoid visiting on weekends or July/August. Has sunbeds and umbrellas, a shower, toilets and changing rooms. Last but not least, you should definetely pay a visit to that cute beach bar where you can have a drink or a bite and enjoy the view from above!

A real gem of a place, feels like Hawaii. Crystal clear water with beautiful sand. Toilets are clean enough, there are showers and changing rooms on the beach. The Kohili beach bar is fantastic with incredible views. This is a very nice beach, I would highly recommend - very busy on weekends!

Easily one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve seen in my life. Umbrella and 2 chairs cost 7.5 EUR. Make sure you come already around 09:30 to get a chair. The place gets crowded especially on weekends. Great beach with kids! The weather is clear here over 300 meters out from the coast.

Best experienced off high season, when it's not too busy. The sand and sea here are fantastic and the facilities good.

I would 100% recommend the cask draw experience - delicious 18 year old cask strength whiskey in a lovely aromatic environment. Katie was a charming and informative host. The splosh and gurgle of the distillers dog was a delight. I don't think I'd recommend the tour however. Our guide was great but it all felt a bit rushed and there wasn't enough time to linger and it all felt a bit constructed. It didn't feel that deep or engaging despite our guides best efforts. The whiskey tasting section was nice but the selection felt geared towards shifting product rather than a really distinctive tasting experience. I'm a whiskey enthusiast not an expert but there wasn't enough contrast between the whiskeys being tasted. You could buy the whiskeys as you exit through the gift shop though... You do get a good couple of drams for your ticket fee so there's good value in that. On balance though I'd recommend you get the cask draw for €10, buy a drink in the bar and go to the Guinness storehouse for the afternoon and enjoy the sunset in the gravity bar.

Great experience. Lots of people but really well managed with small group guided tours provided. Hats off to you guys at Jameson’s. Our guide Leah S was really brilliant; informative and entertaining as well as friendly and polite, making it a really worth while visit, highly recommended. Not too hard sell, just really interesting and enjoyable experience. Lots of credit was given to all the workers over the years who have made this such a success as reflected in the company logo of a man (labourer) with a barrel on his back. This is a ‘must see’ experience.

Made reservations for a Monday evening Cocktail Class. Loved the distillery and bar area - great vibes and decor! Enjoyed our cocktail class and even had a few more at the bar area after. We did visit the gift shop and were hoping/expecting it to have many more items, but it was quite small. Would recommend signing up for one of their activities if you appreciate whsikey!

We did the Jameson Distillery Tour and had an amazing experience. It lasted about an hour, and our tour guide Sean was hilarious! He went through the entire distilling process in detail and made it interesting. And the best part - WHISKEY! I highly recommend the orange "water of life" 😉 I don't want to spoil the tour so check it out for yourself, it's worth it! And something you absolutely need to see when visiting Dublin

This was a quick walk from center city & also the Guinness Storehouse, and is in a quaint area. We did the 45 minute tour with Alex and she was INCREDIBLE! So fun, knowledgeable, and engaging. The bar is also a great, warm spot to relax at the end. We would definitely come back.

Visited in 2022. This is a must if you are a fan of Jameson. The atmosphere is great as soon as you walk in. Cool bar right when you enter where they have very good cocktails. Their gift shop is great, lots of cool items that will make great gifts. They even have a few bottles that are exclusive to the Guinness store that you can personalize with your name on the label. We did the tour and the guide was amazing! He was so good at keeping everyone engaged and the content of the tour was really entertaining. We paid extra to taste from a cask that they tap open in front of you. This is something they do not bottle for sale. Overall, highly recommend it! P.S. I heard from a local in Dublin that he had gone on a tour awhile back and it wasn’t good but they had updated the tour a few years back and he had gone back as well and was much better. So if you had gone awhile ago and was disappointed, try again! Book ahead of time!

I did the Standard Bow Street Experience your which includes a drink on arrival to take with you on the 40+ min tour, learning about the history of Jameson, how the famous whiskey is made and whiskey taste testing. Molly our guide was very nice and informative. Really enjoyed it. Definitely recommend it.

A really great Irish whiskey tour in Dublin! We enjoyed the “basic” one hour program with an introduction to the drink distillation of Irish whiskey, the history of Jameson, and the taste testing of 3 different whiskeys. We were greeted with a welcome drink, and then our guide led us through the rest! Our experience was very good, and we learned a lot about the local whiskeys and how they are different. At the end, we walked through the gift shop and perused all of the different items available as well as the different whiskeys for sale. I would definitely recommend this experience for anyone that is a whiskey fan, or even not a whiskey fan, and we will recommend it to others!

The Bow St Experience tour is well organized. Tour guide was nice, tried to engage as much as she could and entertained us. Comparative tasting was good and fun. At the end you get a voucher for a drink. I would 100% recommend ginger&lime cocktail even if you prefer neat whiskey. What made this a 5 star review was a cask draw experience in their live maturation warehouse in the building. We had an absolute craic there with tour guide Niall (kudos!) who just shinned with the love for whiskey. He was very insightful with tonnes of knowledge. Niall made cask draw experience worth every penny.

Not a fan of whiskey until today! The explanation how to taste made so much sense that you can actually really learn to enjoy it. Our tour guide was funny and explained everything very passionately. In total 4 drinks , one in the ticket you can trade in the begging or end of the tour and 3 more samples in the end of the tour. Used my Go City pass to visit this museum.

I visited 3 whiskey distilleries in Ireland and Jameson had the best experience of any of them, and was one of my favorite things we did in Dublin. The tour was very well put together (and Nial was an excellent guide). The add on cask draw was also cool. The bar there was also really good. In addition to their normal cocktail menu they had a whole old fashioned menu, we tried 3 of them and all were delicious. I would also recommend the bottle your own black barrel option to any whiskey fans.

We did the standard tour and cask draw add-on here and had a great time. Our tour guide, Erin, made it though. She was super awesome and kept us all laughing throughout. I really enjoyed at the beginning she had us all say where we were from and kept engaging with all of us so it didn’t feel like a normal run of the mill tour. While you don’t see the inner working of a factory, I felt like I did learn a lot. The cask draw was totally worth it in my opinion. They bring you inside a room that is full of whisky barrels and pull it straight up from one of them for you to try. The taste was so different than the bottled versions with it being extra burning and warmed your chest, very cool.

This experience surprised me in a positive way and surpassed my expectations. I am not a Jameson drinker but I really enjoyed the way they do the tour. Plenty of tasting and they make you feel welcomed. Our guide was great. He was informative , knowledgeable, lighthearted, and entertaining. Would recommend 10/10

Fantastic tour and experience for any Whisky fan or even those new to the drink - the whole experience was very enjoyable and our tour guide was welcoming, knowledgable and very friendly. You are out into timed groups and have a history lesson of Guinness, details on the manufacturing process and then finally a Jameson taste off vs Scottish Whisky and American Bourbon. Once finishing you are free to go to the bar and redeem your drink which are great! We definitely spent a while at the bar trying different drinks on the menu (would highly recommend the Irish coffee) All in all a very worthwhile experience - options are also available should you wish to do extended tours or private events (which looking back would’ve been great to do the cask tasting session)

We loved this tour. It was interactive, engaging and informative. We did the Guinness tour as well and found that one to be a bit of a money grab as it was primarily self guided. I’m not a whiskey drinker and enjoyed this tour anyway. A lot of pride from the folks who are employed by Jameson. You can tell it’s a well managed organization and they must treat their people well as everyone was passionate about their job and pleasant to ask questions to. The tour and tasting were well thought out. It exceeded my expectations. I would do it again next time I return.

Our tour guide was amazing. She gave us the history of Jameson in a fun and informative way. It was great to hear the Bourbon barrels of Kentucky contribute to the flavor of certain Jameson whiskeys. We fell in love with this place and enjoyed their new Orange Whiskey. My GF who was not a whiskey drinker now makes Ginger and Jameson a regular on her order menu. We purchased some personalized whiskey for my daughter and now son-in-law along with making our own bottle of whiskey was a great experience. 5 stars all day and a must when you visit Dublin

you must come here and do a tour if you're in dublin! we had an amazing tour guide (ronnie) who made the experience so good. the history and process of making the whiskey was absolutely fascinating and we loved every minute. you get to sample 3 whiskies before getting your grog (free drink) at the end of your visit. The gift shop is big with a lot of items such as hoodies, t-shirts, hats, posters etc. cant recommend enough!

Had the most amazing time at the Jameson cocktail making class! Loved the atmosphere, the mixologist Marco was fabulous - friendly, funny and knowledgeable! We learnt some really cool tips and tricks and of course enjoyed the whiskey! Highly recommended…

We did the general tasting tour. The place is amazing with an interesting history. We got to learn about how Jameson is made and got to try three different kinds of whiskey. The crested was the best of the three. The black barrel was also excellent. Great historical tour. We need to come back and take the classes. Make sure to check out the cat in the rafters.

My boyfriend and I went to Jameson's yesterday and we had a great great time, we're home visiting family and to celebrate St Paddy's day.... the staff were really great, we got to chat properly with Margaret, in the gift shop, really knowledgeable and friendly and of course our guide Leah was just fantastic.... another lovely girl in the gift shop who helped us with tax back, as he's from America, sorry I didn't get her name, we started with delicious old fashioned cocktails, 12€ each, then we did the 45 minute tour, we booked online 30€ each, it included a complimentary drink, choice of Jameson neat, or with lemonade or with ginger ale. You were able to bring this on the tour instead of rushing...... the tour itself included tasting of Jameson distillery blend, Crested Jameson and Black Barrel Jameson, it was a great experience and I will definitely go back and try one of the other tours another day..... well done Jameson x

We did the cocktail class it was really good fun. Our guide Paul brought us through how to make 3 cocktails 2 of which we made ourselves. The flavours, ingredients and whiskey choices were explained really well. After we had made our cocktails (about an hour) we went to a private area of the bar to enjoy them and they served our 3rd cocktail. We also got a book with loads of whiskey based cocktail recipes. We thought it was really good value for what you got €60 for a taster shot of whiskey, 3 cocktails (4 as there was extra of the last one!) and the cocktail book. I would definitely recommend the experience. Note though that as you are consuming a decent amount of alcohol on this experience they won't let you do the cask draw after doing this one!

Great experience, the basic tasting is a great deal, includes the post experience drink and a nice variety of cocktail options at the end. We went in the slow season, during winter and it was really quiet which made it even better. Took our time and only had a handful of people in our tasting. Loved learning the history, it's not as extravagant as say Guinness, but it's much more educational and interesting.

I visited Jameson for the first time in 2014 and the experience improved even more. The interactive presentation and the knowledge given to us by the Guide make this experience a must-do in Dublin. The tests are fantastic and the atmosphere is fantastic. The staff was always very helpful and cheerful. We ended up buying two Jameson references that don't exist in our country. Fantastic! I highly recommend this experience!

We came here and did the Bow St Experience followed by the Cask Draw which were two incredible experiences. The tour was fantastic (Alex was our tour guide and she was incredibly fun and informative) and the Cask Draw was such a unique experience where we got to try a 21 year whiskey straight from the barrel. Niall talked us through that process and gave us so much information about the whiskey. The experience is immeasurably better than the Guinness Storehouse and is very interactive, a must visit in Dublin!

An absolute must for whiskey connoisseurs and amateurs alike. We took the Jameson Black Barrel Blending Class and we won’t soon forget this experience. I wanted to do something memorable and interactive, the inclusion of alcohol was a plus. This Class included a very informative tour of the Bow Street Jameson location and an overview about the Jameson whiskey making process. I felt like I was watching a documentary full of detailed information and a lot of Irish charm. Our group was made up of only 5 people making for a personal and intimate experience. Based on ticket availability online it looks like this class would only ever have a maximum of 14 people making it a nice departure from larger tours offered in Dublin. Our guide/Jameson Whiskey Expert was very engaging and kept things light. As part of this class you’re able to blend and of course try, various Jameson whiskeys and learn all about what goes into the Jameson process. I won’t spoil anything but this is something that you must do if you find yourself in Dublin for any length of time. Additionally, I would recommend the engrave-able Jameson flask from the Bow Street Market. The flask itself is 25 euro and for only 5 additional euro you can get it engraved with up to 20 characters including spaces. This is an amazing souvenir and my husband is already excited to fill his up with Jameson.

The Bow Street Experience tour is very interesting split into three parts covering the history of the brand and the factory, the production process and finally a guided tasting. After the tour you have a token for a free drink in the main Grog Bar. Which is itself a very nice bar... Look up at the chandeliers. Our guide Joe was very engaging. Nice gift shop too.

Cocktail making class! Great if not the best option to choose from the different activities. Worth booking in advance as there’s not always availability. Good fun with great atmosphere! Reduced groups of max 16 people, the activity allows you to make 2 cocktails from scratch with guidance from an expert cocktail maker. Starting with a whiskey tasting the class followed with the details, ingredients and instructions of two different cocktails (changing depending on the season) and ends the session with a third drink on a private area of the distillery prepared by the instructor. Great option for any occasion from a family event to a friend gathering. Price per person at the time of visit was 60€. Further details can be found on the official site website.

Worth a visit, especially if you are in Protaras because it is really close to the village. A small cave that has been turned into a church, my guess is a hermit must have stayed here at some point but there is no information on site about it's history. You take a dirt road to get there but almost all cars will be ok with it, if it's not too hot a short hike there would be nice and there are signs about the various plants along the route. View from the cave is very nice.

We were took there on a jeep excursion as it's a pretty rough road to get there, it's a quaint little cave church with water coming down a stalagmite which we were told in the past they used the water for worship. Door is not locked so you can go in.

A nice beautiful church within a cave. You can always visit at any time, but remember to close the door when you leave so stray animals do not wonder inside to destroy it. Unique church which I think you cannot find anywhere else in Cyprus

It is one of the world's most peculiar churches. Well preserved pilgrimage for believers with beautiful souroundings.

Lovely little place , just a short drive off main road.

I drove all the dirt roads up to the place where there is the cave entrance. If I knew better from before I would park at the entrance of the dirt road and just hike my way since the road is paved and ok to walk in a leisurely manner. The cave has been transformed into a beautiful Greek Orthodox church and on the top of the cave there is a big hole which has been transformed into a dome! It is magnificent as a photography spot, both of locals and tourists. The cave is really strong in a spiritual way of speaking for those who can feel energy, prana and reiki. Immediately as you enter it you will feel being cleansed by invisible light forces guarding the area. I highly suggest you can and hike the road up to the entrance since via hiking you can visit some other small churches in the area which are lesser known but well worth the recognition they deserve.

Off the beaten track, high up away from the noise of Protaras is this amazing Church. I'm not a church goer or believer but I'm fascinated by these places of worship. In this cave Icons of Worship and memories can be found. It's one thing to find a cave and call it a church but to fashion an arch into the rock and give it a domed top! What a view take time and enjoy the peace whatever your faith.

A very unique little church. Along a very remote road this small cave has a white church front as it’s entrance. Walking in, the inside of the church is all the natural cave formation, with pictures and chairs added in as well. There is also a steeple carved into the cave ceiling which you can look at from the outside as well if you wish. As you step outside the church there is an amazing view of the city, so definitely go and have a look, I’ve never seen anything like it

This little church is a little tricky to find, located just inland from Protaras. I would enter using Agion Saranta road as entering from the other side is not suitable for low cars. Cute little church. The name Ayioi Saranta is derived by the Greek meanings of (Agioi) Saints, and (Saranta) Forty, which basically translates to the meaning of the 40 Martyrs of Sebaste.

Well worth a visit to be in a peaceful, inspiring place. Can drive close by car and then go up around 25 steps or so. Wonderful view of the area from there.
