A bit disappointing with the view as I might be expecting too much (as it's the world heritage). The cave is wonderful, the bay is so so, nothing WOW 😅 The port is nice and very big but it's very crowded with tourists.

We took one day tour to Ha Long Bay. After getting on board of cruise we had lunch which was good and after that we stopped at one island where there was option of hiking or swimming. We did hiking which was tough and excruciating but view from above was worth it. After that second stop was there where there was option of Kayaking or Bamboo boat and we chose Kayaking which was awesome experience and last stop was the caves. Caves were fabulous and worth seeing.

Ha Long Bay is one of the most beautiful places in Vietnam. I was so impressed by the islands even when our cruise ship entered the bay. So many beautiful rocks and islands seem to pop up from the ocean. It is even better when we have a local cruise boat that can bring us up close to those islands, and our activities are delightful and fun.

This place was a fishing village before tsunami. The residents have been relocated and given opportunity by the government to continue earning a living at sea by becoming canoe paddlers. We can meet former residents of fishing villages when the boat leaning on a pier near the caves. It is not as we we expected. The distance, the view of the cave is not meet our expectations. If you look closely, you will turns out that the dirty water -even though the color is still green-. There was some kind of oil layer, floating at top of the water, some sort of waste that might have come from our boats. With this water conditions, I don't know if it's safe to swim here. It's a shame the world heritage is not well maintained even though it has entered UNESCO protection.

Beautiful and must visit spot! Choose you’re cruise carrier carefully. The water in the bay aren’t very clean and clear as expected. And the ones who jumped in to swim ended up smelling bad. I booked a tour through the hotel I stayed at in Hanoi. The drive there was calm, and not too long, just about 2 hours. We took a boat out to the islands. There was a pearl shop tour before the boat, which has a lot of nice jewelry. Lunch was served on the boat, and then they took us kayaking. I would recommend this for sure.

Stunning landscape. We had a wonderful cruise combined with kayaking, boat tour and other activities. One of the most beautiful places we've ever visited. The only negative is the amount of litter tourists leave behind, which is a shame.

Breathtaking experience. It was another level all together. We stayed over night in the cruise. We boarded the ship, went to caves, been to ti top island. We had cooking activity in the cruise night. Our cruise was surrounded by the other cruise and the view was breathtaking in the evening. Had all the facilities inside the cruise. It might be very difficult for vegetarians to survive. Need to rely only on Bread Jam.

Splendid. Breathtaking. Marvellous. A true wonder that is not to be missed. I totally recomment the 2 days/ 1 night cruise at least to fully enjoy the setting. Paid 128$ for the cruise everything included except drinks...and you get a lot of food. You get to visit a cave, go to a small island beach and viewpoint. Learn to cook spring rolls. Fish in the sea. And in the morning you will visit a pearl farm and enjoy kayaking in the bay. A mesmerizing experience.

Went as part of our tour. It was an overnight stay on a boat out quite some distance in the bay. It is a stunning area and the trip through the many islands is amazing. I would recommend an overnight stay on a boat as we found the staff excellent in every way. On our boat we had great food and a cooking demonstration which we found participate in. The highlight was actually just sitting on the top deck with our other tour members just watching the sun set and then seeing all the other tour boats ( and there were many) with their lights on in the dark.

This was one of the the attractions I was most anticipating. Was unlucky with the overcast weather and absence of the standard warmth of the season. Still the boat cruise was smooth, with non obstructed views due to the off season. Would return again, in the peak season as the views with the weather would be magnificent

So amazing place to visit to see nature! To see how the limestone cliffs just go straight up from the sea is magnificent! So much different to see while cruising between them, and you can go for an option of kayaking between them, that was so amazing even though we were a little bit unlucky with the weather!

We highly recommend the Private Legend Cruise. It is very nicely arranged with a good Private Lunch n Dinner off shore. Me n my family was so impressed with the lunch at floating platform n the Dinner at the Cave. We all hv a best memorable surprises that will last a long long time. Love it!

We took the Bhaya Premium cruise, which is a smaller boat and a more intimate experience than some of the other cruises. The itinerary was great - we kayaked around a small floating fishing village (option to go on a bigger boat and be taken around), visited a cave with sparkly limestone/silicone walls, made spring rolls, swam off the side of the boat, and fished for squid. Our room was lovely - we had a private balcony - but the rooftop was also a perfect place to recline and watch the mountains pass by. Our cruise manager Son was so much fun and all the staff were polite and friendly. If you go with this option, you are paying for the smaller boat - cruise staff to passenger ratio is pretty even - so that’s something to think about. The lowlight of the cruise was the air pollution - there are so many boats on the bay that there is a thick smog that hangs over the water. This might change on any given day, but I wished I had one of those face covers you see people wearing all over Vietnam. I was glad our cruise went further out than some of the other ones, because the smog lessened as we did. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Bhaya Cruises!

We did the 2 nights/3 day package on the small 3 cabin premium boat. It absolutely exceeded my expectations of how great the overall experience was. The crew and out manager (Kevin) were absolute fantastic and made sure that our every need was met as sharing sharing local Vietnamese history and cultural tips along the way. I honestly thought it would be an overpriced tourist experience (and in some ways it is) but it was honestly just so worth it - the boats are amazing, you feel transported into another world and the team at Bhaya are exceptional. Rey who organised the booking for our trip was very patient and ensured we had all of our booking requirements met.

A great cruise, with well run excursions. Our room was lovely, with a balcony to ourselves and a great spacious shower. There was also a hot tub. The transfer was smooth and comfortable, with air con and charging outlets. The cruise itself was wonderful, Halong Bay is an absolute treat.

My wife and I took a 2 night 3 cabin cruise through Ha Long Bay and it was pure bliss. The staff was extremely attentive to our every need (especially Kevin & Duc). We had a blast kayaking, visiting an oyster farm, cave exploring, and more. The locations they took us were planned very well to avoid the crowds of the day boats.

We took the premium package and it was magnificent in all ways possible. Great boat. Room is romantic and beautiful. The staff is super friendly. Food, especially, is too good and quite a bit. Thank you Bhaya for such an experience in Ha Long. We love this place.

Very nice experience. We did the 3day/2night cruise, but 1 night would have been enough. But definitely go for the premium cruise, its worth the extra money. Staff doesn’t speak very good english, but the guide really tries to learn and is kind and social. Food was nice, but i think with a small extra effort, it could be more luxurious to match the rest of the setup. Nature was amazing, suggest to go when its warm so you can swim

Spent two nights on one of their bigger ships. Had a balcony and the view was fantasic, had a great view of Halong Bay from all sides of the ship. The people there were so lovely and kind, and the rooms were beautiful. The food there was a bit much, but they made us special meals because me and my mom are vegetarians and most of the food was really delicious. They also prepared a whole lunch just for us when we stayed on the ship becuase we didnt want to go cycling. I really liked the trips we did, visiting caves and a floating village and doing kayaking. However, everything was planned from morning to evening and you often had to hurry to make it to the trips in time. We were also really looking forward to relax on the boat and just take time to admire Halong Bay, but there wasnt really much time for it since there was a lot going on. It was also a little bit too tourist-y for us. The music was a bit cheesy and the dinner was always very fancy, but I really enjoyed the Thai Chi on the sundeck of the ship. It was a wonderful excerience, and I really recommend staying 2 nights.

We enjoyed our 2d/1n tour on the Au Co 2 a lot. The staff is very friendly, the excursions are well organized and you can relax as everything is organized. The lunch was amazing, the dinner bbq was ok. It is a bit costly, but definitely worth the price.

This is surprising an awesome place to understand how beautiful are cave systems. This looks so natural that you will get confused that was it man made or just natural? Walking is not difficult at all. There is a little food 🍱 & gift shop at end of track. Tickets & boat journey can be expensive if you haven’t taken any combo pack or group pack, so take everything in advance. This place does not have ♿️ accessible parking & ♿️ accessible entrance here.

This was a nice cave to visit with a good path laid for everyone. Be warned it's a one way system so ensure you're capable of walking a lot of steps and height changes. Really amazing inside the cave. We visited on a Friday morning first thing as part of a boat tour, it was getting very busy after us, we were clearly one of the early boats.

This cave is naturally beautiful. No one has to bend over to get inside or walk in this cave. It has huge ceiling and arts. Interior luminaries have made this cave more vibrant. This cave is live and water falls inside this place in dedicated areas. Tour guides usually make funny stories our of different stone arts and show different things. Overall, very good experience.

Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave, Ha Long Bay, Vietnam Hạ Long Bay or Halong Bay is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and popular travel destination in Quảng Ninh Province, Vietnam. The name Hạ Long means "descending dragon". Administratively, the bay belongs to Hạ Long city, Cẩm Phả city, and is a part of Vân Đồn District. The bay features thousands of limestone karsts and isles in various shapes and sizes. Ha Long Bay is a center of a larger zone which includes Bai Tu Long Bay to the northeast, and Cát Bà Island to the southwest. These larger zones share a similar geological, geographical, geomorphological, climate, and cultural characters. Hạ Long Bay has an area of around 1,553 km2 (600 sq mi), including 1,960–2,000 islets, most of which are limestone. The core of the bay has an area of 334 km2 (129 sq mi) with a high density of 775 islets. The limestone in this bay has gone through 500 million years of formation in different conditions and environments. The evolution of the karst in this bay has taken 20 million years under the impact of the tropical wet climate. The geo-diversity of the environment in the area has created biodiversity, including a tropical evergreen biosystem, oceanic and sea shore biosystem. Hạ Long Bay is home to 14 endemic floral species and 60 endemic faunal species. Historical research surveys have shown the presence of prehistoric human beings in this area tens of thousands years ago. The successive ancient cultures are the Soi Nhu culture around 18,000–7000 BC, the Cai Beo culture 7000–5000 BC and the Hạ Long culture 5,000–3,500 years ago. Cave is a one way route. The inside is filled with stalactites and stalagmites. The ceilings of the cave are carved from a prior earthquake where the ocean mixed with the minerals of the cave and created an acid that ate through the rock. There's free toilets at the beginning and end of the cave. The cave inside is cool and similar to an air conditioned room. There's a good viewpoint at the beginning and end of the cave that looks out to the water and the islets.

Stunning cave. A must see experience. Worth the trip to see. There is one way in and one way out. 200 odd steps up 200 down. It does have hand rails most of the way and the stairs are wide enough to pass people. So if you are like me with a bad knee you can still comfortably make this walk. Plenty of spots to take a breather if you need one and little stalls selling trinkets and refreshments all the way around

Booked a tour and set off around 9:30 in the morning. The perfect time to tour as it was much more quiet and less tourists. The surprise cave was wonderful, it kept getting bigger and bigger the more we walked in. There were some small gaps to squeeze through which made it even more fun! A few steps to climb up and down but not too difficult at all. Would recommend

Nature wonders! We took a tour 2d 1n. Sung sot cave(Amazing cave) reserve its best shape and forms. You can really see the resemblance of some animals like moneys, elephants, and a lady with flowing hair by the pond right after the main entrance. Recommend going with a tour guide so they can explain the deeds. Definitely a must when you visit Ha Long Bay.

I visit cave today and it is so nice. We were only people in cave because people don't travel these days that much so I can definately say that is magnificent. You have a lot of different shapes of rocks and with good imagination you can look around cave and see so many different animals or even people.

Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave is the definitely the most beautiful caves system that I have visited during my time in Halong Bay day trip. This caves is divided into 3 chambers, small, medium, large chambers and the colder air during summer is definitely most welcoming. I would suggest to wear a decent sports shoes as some of the steps can be slippery... A must visit if you are at halong bay.

Beautiful caves. Very well organised path. It’s quick and easy to go through each cave. There are three in total. The last one is the biggest one. To get in you need to climb 120 steps first. So make sure you’re fit to do it. It’s a one way type of visit, so make sure you can get in and then out, by few more staircases.

Nice place to be when in the area. Be reminded stairs on the way in and out. Also bring water to drink. Upon exiting the cave at the top, there is a gift shop and half way down the stairs another drinks store to grab some drinks. There are also some nice view point for photos opportunities.

Amazing place to visit! Definitely give this cave a go if you are in Halong Bay. The cave consists of three caverns with the third one being the largest at almost 7,000 square metres. There are many stalagmite and stalactite features around the cave that look like tortoises, dragons and monkeys if you imagine hard enough.

This place was easily the cherry on top of our halong bay cruise itinerary. Was mesmerised by the intricate patterns and structures inside this cave. So beautiful! It was not too crowded when we visited but I think it does get crowded given it’s a must visit spot.

Cave on its own is super interesting and huge, very impressive. What I didn't like is that at certain times it gets very crowded because all the cruise tours do it on the same time. Would recommend to visit with a private or very small day trip operator.

It is a beautiful cave where every carve is naturally made. There are several stones with shapes like the holy animal of Vietnam, a turtle, and a dragon. There was a long queue due to the high season of holiday. I waited almost 30 minutes more or less to get into the cave. I recommend you bring a hat to prevent light rain. It happens pretty frequent.

This cave is an absolute gem in the Ha Long Bay cruise trip. The entire cave is very big and you have to walk a lot. So, if you start you cannot go back. The entire trip was very exciting as there are lots of formations and patterns that are being formed in the cave. There are some narrow passages along the cave, but its manageable. The trick is to stick with your tour guide as he explains various parts of the cave. Also, you will get a beautiful view of the Bay from the top, near the exit. Overall it is very beautiful and exciting.

we came here as part of our overnight cruise. there were hundreds of people when we arrived and took over 20 minutes to get inside. the only benefit of the long queue is that walking up the many stairs was easier because you were constantly stopping. the first caverns are a little underwhelming but once you get inside the main one it's amazing to look at.

There were loads of people making their way up the stairs and slowly we inched to the cave. Unique as the caves were in an island. The caverns were huge with beautiful rock, stalagmite and stalactite formations. And at the peak of the cave you have an amazing view of Halong Bay

This was part of my day tour of Ha Long bay. The Sung Sot cave was the highlight of the tour. The cave entrance is located at almost the top of the hill in the sea. There is a bit of climbing to the entrance. There is proper stairs and railings, so it is quite safe. The cave is large with many chambers. At the beginning of the cave trail, there is a small opening which requires some crawling effort in a tight space. However, it is not difficult crawl and within a few seconds, you will be at the end the crawl. It is worth to do this crawl. If you do not want to do this crawl there is another entrance to reach the same chamber. The cave is well light and do stay close with your tour guide who will explain some the interesting sights within the caves. It is popular spot to go and there will be many tourists. So, you will have to wait to queue to enter the cave or crawl through the small gap in the wall like I mentioned earlier.

Very intresting and beautiful.. Mind you are guide told us it was only 60 steps to the cave.. I being disabled thought I could manage that.. But tour guides tell fibs. As you are not allowed to turn back it's one way only and more like three hundred steps. So I was knackered but we got there in the end. Glad I did as the views. We're amazing..

Der Motor vom Boot lief nämlich die ganze Nacht und war sehr laut/hat starke Vibrationen verursacht. Der Service ist sehr unfreundlich und eher darauf aus, einem das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen. We did a 2 night cruise, and had 2 different guides who didn’t communicate and the second day was a repeat of the first, so we stayed on the boat. The food was average and the room wasn’t cleaned on the second day, which is awful when u can’t flush the toilet paper. Also my husband and 3 Kiwis got an upset stomach after night 2. The food looked good but didn’t taste good. The boat is old and tired and has fake grass covering the uneven deck. Please consider paying a bit more and choose something a bit better.

We had a lovely cruise on Halong Bay on Lavender Cruise. Alex, our tour guide was friendly and informative and provided an enjoyable cruise ensuring we ticked off the highlights of the bay including Ti Top Island and Secret Cave. Alex is extremely knowledgeable about the area and ensured we made it to Secret Cave before the crowds on the second morning. The crew on board the boat ensured we were well fed and looked after. Highly recommend.

our corner rooms were the largest and quite comfortable with decent beds and lots of windows to look out. the food was plentiful and decent. the transportation from hanoi wasn’t very comfortable but the way back was in a different bus and quite good.

One of the best experiences during my stay in Vietnam. The cruise was booked last minute because other cruise company tried to cheat us. And we are so happy we booked Lavender cruise at the end. The guide Bobby is very nice, helpful and tried to make everything so the passangers were satisfied. They upgraded our room so we had a big corner room surrounded by windows with stunning view. Main attractions of the cruise - Titop island, kayaking and Surprising cave are very crowded but thanks to Bobby we had kayaking only by our small group. There are also night attractions - karaoke and squid fishing. The food on the ferry is very delicious. Mostly they serve seafood so if you have other preferences you need to inform them in advance. The cocktails on board are quite expensive (6-7$ per one) but it is a common practice on ferry cruises in Hà long. We were very lucky to have a great weather and to meet great people on the boat so if I could, I would rate this cruise 6 out of 5 because everything was way better than we expected.

I like givinng constructive comments ( complaints) given 1/2 a chance and Auco cruise gives me No Chance to do that. It was such incredible cruise, staff, food. Highly recommended !

The best ever experience I got, having a most unforgetable moment journey with this luxury cruise. Everything was perfect. The crews were so friendly and they also respect for Moslem visitors by serving us Halal food. The service was tremendous, really great. Love the interior design of the cruise with some classics touch, it tries to bring us more comfy during the cruise.

I had the pleasure of being on the Au Co 2 for two nights and tree days in February. Besides the amazing natural beauty, the staff is dedicated to making your stay the highlight of your Vietnam travels. I was a solo traveler, but the crew always made me feel welcomed and important. Tom was an amazing cruise director, and Cindy and Joy were personable and highly professional. I can’t thank Elijah enough for helping me find transport back to Hanoi after discovering my planned transport was not at the port. Treat yourself to a trip of a lifetime by taking the Au Co cruise in Ha Long Bay – you will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful time on the Au Co. Standout service and incredible value for money. We could not believe the quality of the rooms, food and drinks for such an affordable price. The staff were so friendly, always helpful and would go out of their way to make the trip extra special and memorable. We loved that the company is also doing so much for the local communities and environment. This is the meeting place for Auco and Bhaya cruises. The staff are lovely and the service is excellent. I went on a 2 night 3 day cruise which had amazing service and was an incredible experience. Highly recommended Only one point for improvement, the bathroom in the cabin needs a deep clean. Ours smelt of urine. Good service lovely staff and a good experience

If you want to have the experience of a lifetime, Au Co is the only choice. I would really just echo all the other incredible things that were said about the experience and of quality of the company and their staff. This is a first class experience throughout, and if you are going to visit Ha Long Bay you should really invest the money in making the experience perfect. I can truly say that for our family it really was perfect. It was worth 5x what they charged. As a little example, our older son was having his 6th birthday on the ship. I thought they might do a little cake or something for him, but no, they gave him flowers in the room, and then a carved watermelon with Happy Birthday Ethan. It was spectacular, and it made him feel like the most special person in the world. That is just one example of many. Do yourself a favor and just book with them.

Awesome trip with an outstanding crew! The au co cruise is a very nice ship which fulfills all needs. The facilities are great and spacious which include a nice sun deck, spa area with jacuzzi and a big restaurant (among others). We were quite lucky with the weather and could enjoy the sun on board most of the times. During the 3D/2N we had plenty of activities to discover the bay and some islands. Highlight on those activities was going to a small private beach part in the bay where we could swim and go around with a kayak. The best part of the trip was the crew. The crew was really friendly and welcoming. Always with a smile they were attentive at all times to fulfill all needs and beyond. Difficult to point out someone as everyone was really great, but Tien made the trip special with further information about the country and culture. Also Joy ( the crew manager) was in top of things and informed the crew of people’s food preferences and special needs. Last but not least, the food was excellent, just delicious. Having great set menus or buffet, there was something for every taste. Super tasty food with an outstanding presentation. The cruise trip to Halong Bay was truly the highlight of our trip to Vietnam.

Given 3 stars as the cruise it self was good ...but after reading some reviews ..it is easy to get relieved of you're money pretty easy with out a full explanation what services you should have taken part in ..DO NoT buy from a ticket tout even in the main cruise building ..or hotel you will end up paying heaps more and trying to track the tout should anything go wrong is a knight mare...go to the main desk ..ask what options are ..such as what food and what excursions you wish to go on like the row boat as that costs more on to you're ticket ..beware don't rush Into purchasing a ticket from just anyone you won't get the full enjoyment otherwise

Best during summer time *April to September* ONLY It was quite cold and very few ppl on the cruise. In such a case ideally the cruise should cancel so that there are more people and as everyone knows- the more the merrier!! Unfortunately for us the day was gloomy and cold. Sun was out only the next morning. Our guide Victor was really good and a sweet chap. Kayaking, trampoline, Jacuzzi was fun. We couldn’t swim as it was so cold. The food on the cruise was just alright. For the first meal they ran out of a few dishes, which seems illogical considering the number of people!! The second meal was decent, the third and last meal was like a favor on us! So so poor. Id recommend you to carry a few things from the city- snacks, tea/coffee and most importantly water. The bar staff and servers were sweet. Rooms were really spacious. Included toiletries. I find it weird they ask us to leave the room by 8.30-9am. It simply pointless as we waited a long time at the restaurant level to get to the port and then into the boat. So be prepared to wake up early after a long party night. Besides the worst part was the house keeping simply walks into your room. Zero sense of security!

Very nice experience. Well organised tour and cruise. Friendly staff and tasty food. The boat is a bit old, but all the amenities are present and everything is clean. I would definitely recommend.

This was a let down considering the amount of money we paid. The hot tubs were cold (and it was barely 15 degrees outside). The “happy hour” was buy 2 get 1 free but had to be cocktails (the website said 2 for 1 any drinks). Drinks were expensive and the bar tending was slow especially considering there was only 25 other people on the cruise. We asked if more people would be joining us and they lied, saying there would be others joining us the next day. On the last day we were not fed lunch (despite it being on the itinerary) and so if you didn’t get up for breakfast (which was at 7am) you didn’t eat until 6pm that night back in Hanoi. Wish I had not purchased this expensive cruise.

We booked February 16-17 2023, The jacuzzis were all freezing (except for the smallest one which has a capacity of 6 on a boat carrying 70 passengers), on a day where the temperature was 17°c and the staff kept lying to us saying "it is heating for the big party tonight" which we later discovered was only to make us shut up. Also didn't do the drinking games they promised us, there was zero animation and the alcohol is fairly expensive for vietnam. We basically paid over 200$ for a kayaking trip. Ha long bay itself is nice though, you should book with another boat

Five star cruise, five star service, great hosts, great staff, good food and the party night was amazing.

We booked this tour from our hotel (Fancy Hotel in HaLong). We were picked up from the hotel and were delivered right at the tour boat. The guide spoke English well and was enthusiastic and energetic. Lunch was provided on the boat as well. This tour took us to caves, islands, beaches and kayaking spots and provided us with enough amazing views. We chose this day tour instead of the one night two days tour, and I didn't regret that decision for a second. Would definitely recommend this tour!

Ti Top Island is a beautiful and serene island in Vietnam that is not to be missed. The island offers stunning beaches with crystal-clear waters and white sand, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and relaxing. The island also has hiking trails that lead to breathtaking viewpoints, offering panoramic views of the surrounding islands and seas. The island can be crowded during peak season, but it is still worth the visit for its natural beauty and tranquility. Nice island but very touristy. Too busy. You have to climb over 150 steps to really enjoy the view. The queue can get pretty long.

We went on a weekend and there is so many people in the island. Climbed up the steps so you could enjoy a panoramic view of the island. But to crowded on a weekend.

Titov island is very beautyfull and clean area of halong bay.there is big mount more than 460 feet high. More tha 430 steps to climb to top of mount. There is a beautyfull and clean sea shore for swiming and bathing. We were there on 26th Aug. 2018.

Walk up. It's an amazing view. Takes like 15min to walk the stairs. The view is stunning. There's also a beach.. But I do not think it's worth to bath there

Must visit during your trip to the Halong bay. Ensure you're in good shape to go up the 300 odd flight of stairs to reach the top from where the view is breathtaking. You can see the entire Halong bay from there. Bathing at the beach may be a challenge on peak days due to the crowd.

Wonderful spot to visit. I enjoy myself there. Numerous activities, including hiking and swimming. The mountain's summit offers an incredible panoramic vista. But the hike there took around 20 minutes, so if you have trouble walking, avoid going there.

The hike especially at evenings was very relaxing and rewarding.. You have to climb the mountain about 300 steps.. The climb is steep at places and path becomes narrow at places. With lots of people coming down and climbing up, it can become crowded. But the panoramic view of Halong bay and surrounding hills arising from sea is relaxing and rewarding sight. If you can catch sunset from here then lots of photography opportunities will make you feel happy..

400-step climb is manageable to the peak of Ti Top Island, and be rewarded with jaw-dropping 360-degree view of. After taking beautiful picture from the top of TiTop we can relax on the beach with clean white sands, go kayaking or swimming is good to have it here after long tour in Ha Long Bay. Recommended to use shoes for hiking… Enjoy Long Bay's mystical karst formations and shimmering turquoise waters from Titop is awesome. It's a scene that will stay etched in your memory forever.

The climb to the hill top is not for the fainted heart. 400+ steps to the top, but it's worth the climb. The views are great, picturesque, and breathtaking. About 20-30 minutes walk up the stairs. This island also has a beach to match.

Good parts of Ti Top is that there's a quick nice hike up. It's covered on most parts so it doesn't get too hot, but you'll still sweat anyways. A lot of stairs up to the top. There's a good viewpoint at the peak. There's way too many tourists. There's also a man-made beach where a lot of people go to swim.

Named after Russian Cosmonaut Gherman Titov who visited the island with Ho Chi Minh. Steep walk to the top to get a magnificent view of Ha Long Bay. Well worth the hike for folks with good knees. A bit crowded but well worth it. Beautiful beach on the island to swim. Water was a bit cold.

Ti Top island is amazing, to get the top you have to go around 450 steep steps but the view is worth. Later you can do swimming or just relax on the beach.

Love this island because you can go to the beach and enjoy the day at the beach or go to top of mountain. Very crowded area due lots of locals and foreigners tourists! It is great spot to sit and relax during weekday. Weekend too many people!

It was a fun hike but I expected a little more hike and didn't want it to end so quickly. The beach was fun to sit on and also enjoyed a quick dip in the sea.

Visited Ti Top island as its part of the one day Ha Long Bay tour which I have signed up for. Nothing much for me on this island, but climbing up to the top for the viewing and coming down takes a bit of effort, but good workout 👍 You can also swim if you have your own swimming attire, or purchase it over there.

A beautiful island en route the Ha Long Bay cruise trip. All the cruise boats stop here. There is a 400-step hike to a view point, which is amazing. A very good place to get awesome pics. However, the crowd is always too much. There are a few shops for some snacks too.

Beautiful island with top view from mountain. One has to climb more than 400 steps to climb this mountain and see beautiful view of Ha Long Bay limestones. Climbing this mountain is fun and there are some steep spots where anyone should be careful with their steps. Sea beach is available for swimming. Shops are available and also fresh coconuts 🥥 Washroom is available and not clean enough.

The view from the top is worth the sweat! It is a quick hike, probably will take 30 minutes max going up and down. The beach is okay, it is small so it easily gets crowded. Worth the trip to Halong Bay!

I’ll first stay the staff on this boat were very nice and attentive. The food was also very very good. However the price for this trip was definitely not worth the cost. For 2 days 1 night at over 300 dollars you spend less than 24 hours on the boat. We went on the two experiences, a cave that was overly crowded with aggressive tourists from the 100s of cruises also on the bay. The second experience was kayaking/bamboo boat where you go underneath a short “cave” and we spent in total about 10 min on the “bamboo” boat. The facilities were clean. We spent the money for our anniversary thinking we were getting a luxury “5-star” boat but I would say it is far from that. The scenery was beautiful, but you can see the scenery (with less boats even) on the ferry over to cat ba. The furniture was not kept up, with holes in the deck furniture and worn wooden tables. Overall I would say the food was great, they even catered to my vegetarian diet and staff were fabulous and made our anniversary special. However the boat itself and the experience were not worth the cost what so ever, hence the 2 star review.

We were on the Hera Grand Cruise The bathrooms at the Tuan Chau Harbour pier were extremely dirty and reeking of urine shared by both sexes. Our executive deluxe rooms with balcony was changed at the last minute with a vague excuse and a minor discount was offered along with free transport. we realised that this was a regular occurance as other friends had the same change in prebooked package with another vague excuse. Our new rooms were junior suites.. On the lowest level of the cruise ship, nxt to the noisy engine room, my room was very very small with no cupboards, no room to even open our suitcases which had to be kept on the bed to open, bathroom was always wet as there was no separate stall for bath, in the night a large cockroach was in the room. The only saving grace of the room was large glass windows which gave us a good veiw. Food was well presented, but taste was hit and miss, not even an extra piece of bread was given when asked. Room had only 2 small bottles of water which was not bottled and was not replenished the nxt day. Cruise guide was very impatient and a bit hard to understand. Will not recommend to anybody, As they were not value for money at all. Felt cheated as our cruise ship, and spot we had selected to visit after lots of prior research was arbitrarily changed at the last minute the evng before we were to board the ship.

Very good cruises... The staff were really friendly, the food super delicious especially for me that cannot eat pork and seafood, they still provide the replacement. The activity really fun, they were on time. Absolutely I will recommend to my friends about this cruises...

We booked a La Casta cruise for 2 days and 1 night. I would highly recommend! Met some lovely people, food was really good and the staff are the best :) The room is also very beautiful with a huge bathtub.

My family and I recently went on the Hai Long Dragon Cruise through Ha Long Bay, and I have to say it was a truly unforgettable experience. The staterooms were absolutely beautiful and provided a comfortable and relaxing place to rest after a long day full of activities. The 7-course dinner was exceptional, with both local and international cuisines that were all delicious. The highlight of the cruise, of course, was the stunning views of all the islands. We had the opportunity to explore a gigantic 'surprising' cave, take a Thai chi class, and even participate in a Vietnamese cooking class onboard. The hike on Titop Island was breathtaking as we ascended through the jungle to the viewing platform to see all the islands surrounding us as the sun set, and the swimming was cool and refreshing. Kayaking through caves into beautiful lagoons flanked by towering sheer peaks was an experience like no other. One of the most exciting moments was seeing rare monkey species up close while we kayaked, and the nighttime squid fishing was thrilling. The staff was incredibly friendly and made the trip all the more enjoyable. I highly recommend the Hai Long Dragon Cruise to anyone who wants to experience the beauty of Ha Long Bay in a unique and unforgettable way.

So why only 3 stars? They're ruining the area! It seems that no one cares about the horrific mess they're making/leaving. It might be UNESCO rated, but that must be purely for the islands and ignoring the tons of plastic waste in and around the place. Such a pity!

We are two students travelling and this was by far the most expensive part of our tour. It was however totally worth it! The staff was super attentive and friendly at all times. Definitely recommend doing a three days/two nights cruise as the experience will be far better. With only two days and one night it will be rushed and you will only get to see the most crowded/touristy places. Our second day was AMAZING with kayak paddling at a fishing village, through a cave onto a hidden beach (see photo). And we were only 6 people there! The food was really, really good and the rooms too! Dinner served on our private balcony was a super way to end both of our dreamy days on the Aphrodite cruise.

Service was tip top and staff were very attentive to our needs. The food was delicious though the portions were small. They were surprisingly plated beautifully. The planing of the itinerary was immaculate. Facility was rather old and the rooms were rather small. The wooden ship is probably why the cost also more affordable than some.

Most operators just anchor boat at a spot for the duration of your cruise. Also drinks are not included as part of meals, even asking for drinking water as chargeable.

Took a one night, two day tour on Ha Long cruise company Crown Legend . We booked two rooms with my ban ģai and family. Collected at Hanoi opera House unless you stay in the Old Quarter and coach journey took around 3.5 hours with a few stops. Taken to the boat terminal, given our room keys and luggage taken on board by porters. The trip is rather full on with numerous itineraries arranged if you want to opt out is up to you . The service and guides on board are excellent. The food provided was good. The cabins are well appointed, good AC with balcony view. There are a lot of vessels, tourists etc so the place is crowded in Ha Long Bay. The scenery is beautiful. The staff on board were very helpful and pleasant and happy to assist. Well recommend going to Ha Long Bay but do your research, costs can vary a lot with different travel agents . I'd recommend a 2 night, 3 day tour . Its too full on for a one nighter.

Nice place , nice cruise, nice staff on Aqua of the sea , very nice room , nice view but the splendor of the place disappeared! The old fisherman village disappeared 😕 The place is so crowded on cruise 🛳 then you feel like in Sukhumvit Road!

We chose the 2 day/1 night option on Hera Classic Boutique and we had a lovely cruise. Everything was perfect: very comfortable and elegant room, excellent food, welcoming, kind and informative staff, impeccable service from the hotel pickup till return to Hanoi. The bay itself offers breathtaking views, with many caves and islets to explore.

Rooms was so spacious and clean. Food is great and the crews are very friendly and smiling/happy.

The cruise ship was good...the guide was helpful...the restaurant service was not up to mark... the cruise destinations were great. The timings tight n punishing especially in the morning with inappropriate breakfast n lunch timings.

One of the most breathtakingly beautiful views. We went with the sapphire cruise and their hospitality was commendable and the food was amazing. The time there felt too short. Would’ve loved to spend more time on the cruise.

Having bay cruise was well organised, we stayed overnight which I think is needed. The walk to surprise cave was quite easy with very well maintained steps, I recommend wearing runners. Overnight on the boat was fun, full of activities, tai Chi, karaoke. Food was abundant and all delicious

Had a pretty good cruise. All of the trips are pretty similar, the major difference being the quality of the boat, but I found the 3* to be perfectly comfortable and with everything I needed. The bay is very pretty, and the caves and bamboo boat experiences really give you a unique view point to experience it all.

Next to Tien Cung Cave, also very spectacular, I liked this more than Thien Cung Cave.

The Dau Go Cave is a fun place to visit. However, please be prepared for some physical walking inside the cave. Some with long stairs uphill walking. Make sure to wear a pair of comfortable shoes. Dau Go Cave is a big cave that has lots of rocks with different shapes, and some have spotlights. It is beautiful, and I have a good exercise in there! Lol

The cave is beautiful! The view surrounded here is amazing! Wonderful bay! The fruit is fresh and has reasonable prices! but the seafood is very, very expensive! Should not litter to the water!

Beautiful cave of Limestone with an easy path to navigate. It unfortunately also kills part of the natural experience of the cave. It was however not crowded with tourists.

Amazing natural cave at Ha Long Bay, there is no tour guide following and telling any information about the cave. We walked ahead on round route, sometimes like playing hide and seek but you will never get lost there. Worth discovering for local people and of course foreign tourists.

Adventure and Unforgettable Scenery. Definitely book the early cruise to the bay. The 360 degree views from the boat are unforgettable. You will pass by at least 2 famous formations, including the chicken and rooster, and the formation found on the 200,000 dong note. Be aware that when it comes time to tour the cave, those who suffer from clostrophobia may wish to prepare themselves mentally, or opt out. First the cruise boat docks by pushing its way between other boats, kind of like bumper boats.😃. Heading in, boatloads of people are funneled into 2 lines. My wife amd I decided to embrace our inner Vietnamese and merge ahead, making close contact with our honorary brothers amd sisters. We continued in this fashion through the entire cave, taking few photo breaks, but always with the aim to make it back to the boat within the 30 min alloted time. We were able to use the restroom, purchase a souvenir, and enjoy some fresh passion juice, and lime juice before rejoining our team. (FYI, your boat will not be at the same spot, so take note of your boat name/number. We returned to the touring terminal nearly an hour early, (Some tour companies try to get as many groups in as possible, shortening round-trip, so you may wish to spend a little more for an extended stay. I would come back for an extended stay in this part of Vietnam.

Dau Go Cave is one of Halong Bay’s most famous caves due to its sheer size and volume. When French tourists first explored the cave in the 19th century they called it “Grotte des Marveilles” which means “Cave of Wonders” in English. And a cave of wonders it truly is - words can’t do justice to the cave’s beauty so you’ll have to go and see for yourself! Dau Go Cave is 27 meters above sea level and visitors must climb 90 rocky steps to reach the mouth of the cave. It has three large chambers, each containing imposing displays of stalactites and stalagmites and historic graffiti dating back to the excursions of the French. Due to the large open entrance, the cave has a humid atmosphere. In the cave’s third chamber there is a large freshwater lake

One of the most beautiful natural scenic spots I have ever seen. The evolution of rocks and stones in the cave are simply amazing. Well of course we can only appreciate them better with a proper guide. So, make sure you choose the right one. The formation of rocks into various shapes and forms are a treat to watch. Though the weather was hot, inside the cave it was comparatively cooler and comfortable. Don't miss out on this if you ever visit Hanoi or Ha Long Bay.

Once in a lifetime experience... Must visit.. By cruise it takes around 60 min to reach this small mountain island ... While entering the cave one can't expect it to be this big from inside ... From inside its huge n lot of natural limestone formations.. n must say that while place is really nicely developed n organized.. be careful don't wear heels inside .. as it could be slippery.

My partner and I paid $450AUD for a different boat and then they switched it for this boat which is pretty old but serviceable. Actually the food and rooms were quite good, but drinks including basics like water and tea are all charged in $USD for extra so just be aware of that. Hot tip, you can BYOB you just have to pay the corkage fee - totally worth it. Our big problem was the lack of coordination and effort by the staff to inform or engage us. Squid fishing was apparently one of the activities offered, but no staff asked us if we wanted to do it so we all missed out (everyone). After dinner most staff vanished. I struggled to get the karaoke machine working for about an hour and never once did staff offer to assist aside from changing the display to English. Eventually I got it going and we salvaged the night with a party around that device, without it there would have been nothing offered to entertain anyone for the evening. But the worst part was the timing of things. They'd tell you dinner was 730pm but they'd serve it at 7 with no notice and you'd arrive at 730pm to a cold meal. Or they'd say you have to exit your room at 10am but at 9:15am they're pushing you out. I'm stating all of this here in the hopes that the staff will read and take action to ammed so this can be a great experience for the next group. Overall, the other travellers you meet are great and the international bonding experience made the trip worth it. The scenery in the bay including the cave tour is gorgeous.

Scumbags, thieves you name it. Never travel on this boat. Crack roaches in the room and within the staff. Vile, cheap, disgusting people. Avoid at all costs. Pretending to “help” find the watch that’s in the crews pockets.

Great experience overall! Staff was professional and polite. Food was good. There were a couple of activities you can join such as hiking, swimming, and kayaking.... Best thing about this cruise is you can enjoy the view of Ha Long Bay at anytime all day. We had a suite room with a private sun deck which gave us more option for relaxing. But I have to mention that the condition of the ship is not very modern or well-equipped. I understand it’s hard for a ship to be like a regular hotel, but water pressure can be too low for a shower especially when other guests are using water, and room air conditioner has to be turned off for the dining area during meal time so your room could be so hot when you return after meals. Not a luxury cruise but it was a great experience for me to sleep on a ship and enjoy the whole day having a world heritage view!

The trip was very pleasant. The guide was kind and informative, and every activity was well organized and on time. I only give four stars because there are some improvements to be made on the meals, twice (on both buffet lunches) there was not enough fruit for all the guests, and in the breakfast one of the cereals containers was almost empty from the beginning. Still, very pleased with the trip and would recommend for sure.

Wonderful service from most of the crew, nice places visited, pleasant booking experience with booking agent, excellent food. We were even upgraded to a better room. However, when we lost money on the boat, we were told there was no cctv on the 3rd deck. Manager was not very helpful, and passed the problem to our tour guide who is new. Manager was on the phone all the time and told us that there were no police stations at Halong Bay and to do it in Hanoi. When we reached Hanoi, was told that police stations do not open on weekends (untrue!). After much insistence, went to the police station in Hanoi only to find out that police report has to be done at Halong bay. We were really thankful for the tour guide who helped us to translate at the police station and went beyond his working hours to do this. But after two hours moving from police station to the next, we gave up. So we could not even claim for insurance for the money that we lost. Felt unsafe in the boat overnight. I do not want any other tourists to feel what we felt. A great start, but a horrible ending. Thought that this would not happen from such a reputable company (we actually researched quite extensively!) but it did. We were very disappointed. Pls choose your cruise wisely.

Fairly priced, room is okay, booked the vip room. Only bad part is the air con needs some improvement as the air con will be off when you are dining, they will only turn on the dining area’s air con , you won’t be able to retreat back to your room immediately. Also really warm in the noons.

Nice rooms and ship . Had a fantastic time. Sunny was our guide she was fantastic along with the ship manager. We wed have loved another day, I would have liked 2 nights 3 days. I would reccomend this cruise line.

The cave is amazingly beautiful. It's like a work of art, a craft in a dark. But the lights are great, providing a calm and mysterious feeling while entering the door. Yes, you need to hike using stairs a bit. And don't forget to wear comfy shoes due to some of the stairs might be slippery. There are photography services inside that will offers you a photo service at a reasonable price. Beautiful.

Had such a memorable time on this boat. So modern, clean, and a beautiful boat. Staff were lovely. Let them know if you are there for an occasion as they went above and beyond. It was my birthday and they decorated the table and gave me a cake which was really sweet. Food was fantastic with loads of options. We did 2 day 1 night, it’s more like 24 hours and the activities are quite rushed, but this is the same on all boats doing Ha Long Bay.

This is a very big cave.. the formation of the stalactites and stalagmites might take a very-very long time (maybe thousands years), so don't break anything here.. path and stairs had been built in this cave, so we can walk easily and comfortably inside this cave..

We have made the two days tour with one night on the boat in cabin 205. This cabin is with balcony but during shipping the diesel exhaust is in the air on the balcony. The personnel on board is very kind and helpful. The tour from the port is well organised. The foot for all two days was good and enough. Beverages has to be bought. On the two days we made kayaking, swimming, fishing and a tour to the fisherman's village with a step to a oyster farm. Overall all is well organized even if the boat is old and has some obstacles like toilet flush, Aircon...

So so beautiful cave even it's a little small compare with others one.

Most beautiful cave in Halong bay, available for one day trip. Walk a bit to get to the cave, it will amaze you with spacious chambers full of stalactites and stalacmites. Go through it and get to the other side will take you around one hour. Never miss this.

We spent 3 days and 2 nights on the Peony Cruise and had an amazing time. The food was great, the day tours were fantastic and the staff were so attentive and lovely. Mui (Windy) served our food and drinks the entire cruise and he is HILARIOUS. He has a great sense of humour and made us laugh so much. Hoang (Elvis) the cruise director is lovely also, very knowledgeable and also has a great sense of humour. Would definitely recommend.

Very few fishermen left as most moved to the mainland so their children could attend school. We were rowed around the village by the locals in flat bottom boats.

Beautiful landscape. The sampan boat ride was interesting. The museum of Cua Van floating village was full of information. Blue water and blue sky. Highly recommended!

Cute quaint kind people. Accessible only by boat. Some fish farming and processing fish out in the open but the village is very very poor and i am not there to judge another group this way.

Everywhere is rubbish on the water... We expect a nice bay. But that's so sad. The styrofoam ist from the fishingfarms used as floating devices

What a lovely one day cruise on Paradise Grand. Great staff, always there and helpful. Cabin was smaller then expected but still very nice. We felt welcomed all the time. Negative: during dinner a wine glass broke. Not a big issue in general. But Paradise Vietnam charged 650k (24 USD) for it. Unbelievable. Therefore a perfect cruise changed into a great cruise.

Paradise Cruise Elegance is Elegance in itself! The staff were friendly and the food was just superb. We were treated with special treat, as it was my husband birthday. The ship is modern, clean and gave us options to take trips on the day, or just relax on the deck. We were lucky with weather, the Halong Bay is beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

We went on a one night cruise around Halong Bay. Wow!! Everything from start to finish was absolutely fabulous and exceeded all our expectations. The ship is very luxurious and our cabin nicer than most hotel rooms we've stayed in. The bed was so comfortable, we both slept like logs. All the food was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed all the trips and the on board entertainment- the cooking class and tai chi on the top deck were both great fun. Above all it's the staff who made the trip super special. So warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Minh Thu was brilliant- so friendly and helpful and a great guide round the caves.

It's a lifetime experience. If you visit Vietnam and don't visit halongbay, your visit is incomplete. And if you visit halongbay, paradise cruise is a good option to avail. They have a good crew, the movement of the cruise won't be much , none of the cruise will go into deep waters and stay alone. There are a lot of ships around u during night. ROOMS- rooms were clean, good size and we'll designed. When booking the room , do prefer the upper decks with balcony. They are good. Price - paradise is a bit expensive as compared to other cruises. Five star cruise. Elegance Suite has a 270 degree view of Halong Bay and a must try if you're planning this cruise. Lunch and dinner had lot of non vegetarian options with great looking food, but vegetarian options are quite less.

We team Nepali booked Grand Paradise for one night two days. It was really a life time experience. Party boat is even best. There was delicious lunch and breakfast. Lobsters with cheese served in dinner was wonderful. You can even buy beer, soft drink, hard drink and other things like potato chips, biscuits etc in a small floating boat.

The Paradise cruise offers great itinerary (Titov island and two main caves) and amazing food on the board. The stuff is extremely friendly and the overall experience was definitely worth the price. Nevertheless, the 2D1N schedule was tight and everything felt a bit rushy.

Simply amazing. The food was delicious, the views were to die for, and the staff was kind, professional, and extremely accommodating. We loved the day excursions to the old village, and kayaking to light/dark cave was a blast. Every meal we enjoyed on the cruise was delectable. When the stewardess noticed my youngest wasn’t eating, she offered to bring him something special. It was totally unnecessary but so very kind and thoughtful. The entertainment on board (cooking class, piano bar) was lively and fun. I can’t recommend this cruise highly enough.

1st rate Halong Bay cruise company. Absolutely top notch service that really goes out of its way to excel and provide a memorable experience of your time in this beautiful location. The ships are new and spotlessly clean and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Our own personal butler, Dia from East Timor went to great lengths to ensure that everything went smoothly. The cabins are a good size and well laid out and the beds comfortable. There's a balcony with table and chairs to sit and watch the amazing views slip by or you can walk up to the sun deck and relax with a drink. I can't recommend Paradise highly enough.

I'll start by saying we already miss Quang and the crew! Taking a one night cruise with L'Azalee is one of the best experiences of my life. From a private car pickup to the waiting area at the marina to boarding the boat we were welcomed and appreciated. Everyone was friendly and they were ready for us. As always, I love a welcome drink (refreshing cold green tea) and a cool towel upon arrival. The food was outstanding, especially their salad. We had different seafood and meats, lots of fruit and spring rolls. I loved their oysters! They offer a large selection of ice cold beer and delicious mixed drinks. EXCURSIONS ARE AMAZING!!! During our 24 hours we went to a huge cave that was astounding, mountain climbing to the top of an island with breathtaking views, swimming at the beach, learned how to make spring rolls, toured a Pearl Farm, Kayaked and attempted squid fishing with bamboo polls. We even started the morning with a personal Ti Chi class after a picture perfect sunrise. Through out the adventures Quang shared stories with us, told us history and pointed out unique sights along the way. We enjoyed talking to him and he was great at answering our questions. It was sad to leave him as he was so much fun to be around. This trip is worth every penny. There is a lot of development in the area so be sure to go ASAP!!! Pro Tip: bring water with you, you can buy small bottles on the boat for about $1.50 US.

I had a wonderful day cruise with this company on 9/8/2017. The trip was awesome, with great food, spectacular views of the bay and caves too. The crew is awesome and very professional from the receptionist to the boat and cabin crew. Cong is very knowledgeable and awesome!

Great overnight trip. Boat, rooms and staff great. A great way to see the Limestone islands and caves. Lots to do so you don't get much down the me but well worth it.

Seeing Halong Bay was the best part of our Vietnam trip. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The food was very good and a very generous amount. The itinerary included seeing caves, kayaking and beach swimming. There was also much opportunity to enjoy the beautiful views as the boat sailed from one place to another. The cabins were comfortable and welcoming. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Great tour. This area is beautiful and the trip had plenty of inclusions so the only down time was at night and that suied us. (Lieutenant) Dan was a fantastic guide. Very knowledgeable, friendly and likeable character with good English skills. Better than many taxi drivers in Australia.

Super huge fantasy amusement park with cable cars, water park , many rides and fun things to Do. Super crowded almost like the whole town is here on the weekday. I wonder how the weekend would be here probably due to the holiday for kids. The tickets are quite pricey and a huge waiting line for the cable car ride to and fro. The ferries wheel is huge with a panoramic view of the whole city.

Visited the dragon park and took the cable car. Overall satisfactory; worthy of a visit for the price. Do not expect world class facilities given the price. Tip:- if you’re visiting during summer, do note that some attractions are closed between 12pm-3pm when the heat is too intense. The cable car ride provides a bird eye view over Halong Bay, with multiple attractions at the top (mostly air-conditioned), and good place to kill time and escape the heat in the noon.

Winter time very quiet so no queues etc. But also many rides closed. Affordable tickets.

You may need to buy ticket online for faster checkin, then you can play almost every games, friendly for family, even for small child.

It was a great theme park. We purchased the package with the cable cab across the ocean and Ferris wheel. The price was really affordable for what they offered. We went during the (western) new year time, which wasn’t crowded at all. Highly recommended!

Very cheap amusement park. I only paid 50k VND. Unfortunately they didn't accept any credit card even though it was advertised on the counter. Lines weren't too long and most staff could speak some English. The rides are ok, nothing special. You could spend around 2 hours there.

Long lines, bad customer service at ticket counter, they did not accept Credit Card, no reason why and we was told to go outside the park to get cash from an ATM. Sun World has a long way to go on customer service with rides closing early and lazy staff. Same staff on the same rides every day, which poses a safety issue in any fun park with a brain! Sun Wheel & Cable Car = 350k pp VND - you have to use the cable car to access the Sun Wheel - gives access to all main rides at the top of the hill free

Nice place for theme park. Going off-peak season means very little crowd.

I was told they had 2 different admission prices. $350,000 dong with the cable car and $200,000 without it. We paid the higher price for the cable car. We rode up to that park where the first ride we went to was closed. We were also told everything was included but we went to see a 12D movie and were told that was $80,000 dong. The games were extra money also. We rode 2 rides and thought it might rain so we'll take the cable car back to the other park so we could try and get that in. When we arrived we were sad to find out that not only does that park close from 12:00 to 1:30pm, which is never mentioned, but there was 2 different park down there each requiring a seperate $200,000 dong admission each. WOW! But even if you wanted to pay they were closed for the next 1 1/2 hours. I went to customer service and explained our situation. All I asked is to be able to ride the cable car back up to the park we had paid for and we were denied re-entry . The park was deserted this day. Very few customers. what would it have been for them to open a chain and let us on the car. But we were denied saying we had already spent our time there, all of which was 90 minutes. I kid you not. Just terrible customer service and a major fail on their part. So buyer beware as this is not an honest company in my opinion.
