Lovely staff...why..because the sweet young waitress on her very first day accidentally spilled the drinks while serving us..(. it's not the end of the world...yes I got wet..) but what impressed me was the supervisors kindness towards making a mistake at work... there was no shouting at her and I'm sure she felt dreadful but no one tried to make her feel any worse. We all had a little laugh and I'm sure she will be an excellent waitress by the end of her first week! Just a side note to the boss...😉 if your staff spill drinks on customers... a kind gesture to your customer would be the offer of a little discount! However it's a beautiful place and we will be back!! 😆 Maybe in my swimwear next time😆

Avoid at all costs. A likely place to catch COVID. I previously visited the QC Terme in Chamonix and my expectations were based on that experience. This Pré Saint Didier facility is obviously being managed as a cash cow. We got more for 20 euro at the public facilities in Val d'Isere than we got for 77 euro here. The premises were rammed full of tourists and the building is a rabbit warren. It makes adequate physical separation impossible. I understand it is peak holiday season but QC regulates the number of entries so it is up to them. Weirdly, there was a guy with a sweets stand in the spa building taking up even more space. It was so crowded. There was no information on how to use the facilities and no map or way-finding information apart from a few cryptic signs. Most of the people looked entirely confused about where they were going and what they were doing. Mobile phones seem to be permitted in the pools and people were taking photos - great if you want to be famous in your bathing suit on someone else's instagram. The facilities are mediocre bordering on dilapidated. There is no sign of investment to justify the price. No chance of any peace in the sauna with streams of people constantly traipsing in and out. As for wellness, one can never be sure how one acquired a COVID infection but I developed symptoms 48 hours are visiting this facility. If you're doing it for the 'gram maybe go here and snap a pic. If you're interested in wellness, don't bother. This wasn't just disappointing, it was really unacceptable for a 77 euro fee.

However there are some downsides: - expensive - overly crowded at times - the "included aperitivo" is tragicly bad, the food is really awful (dry industrial pizza and bread, a bag of potato chips, unripe fruit, some low level parmesan cubes and some third rate olives which I would not feed to anyone). Also was annoyed by the time gated nature of the aperitivo, as we were warned quite sternly that we had 45 minutes at our disposal before we needed to clear our table, not that fun to be on a timer, considering this would ideally be a place for rest and relaxation.

Having a vacation home in La Thuile makes me almost at home with the Terme, but I will not be back for a while unless I read some very positive reviews.

Its a great treat after some long TMB days we had a great time in the place. Its a have to do if you are in the area and especially during the TMB. Its not cheap but definitely worth the money. And the desk man was really nice.

We went for the under the stars experience, which was 2 hours, ranging from 19:30 to 21:30, including an appetitive. Besides the amazing scenic views, there's nothing great about this place. The staff is not only unhelpful but beyond rude, more focused on kicking you out than anything else. Completely overcrowded, which is weird as you had to make reservations in advance and it was a week day. There were no vegetarian options at all and the food overall was so dry it was hard to swallow, mostly bread in different forms, the staff also didn't replenish the very little tasty things that you could eat once they were gone, even if it wasn't enough for the attendees. There were queues for everything, to check-in, to get the food, to self serve your own drinks, to get into the pools, to take a shower, to use the hair dryer. The ticket we booked was supposed to give you access to all the facilities during the 2 hours but with no previous indications, half of them were closed so you couldn't even plan ahead to visit them all.

Amazing Place to visit during tour holiday

Amazing overlook of the valley. I saw a zip line but no one at the counter.

It was my first time doing rafting! And I enjoyed the experience a lot: adrenaline, fun, concentration and... water. I think it could be good to be in good shape because you need to do a few squats during the ride. With my friends, we did the longest ride and we had the chance to descend the river twice in the afternoon. The whole team was extremely kind, professional and we always felt safe during the whole time we spent in the water with David. I definitely recommend the experience!

Totem Adventure really made a special rafting adventure for us and did all they could to make a very nice trip, eventhough we were with just 2 persons (me and my son). We decided to do the option "Must" and this was really cool. We went out for 5 hours with 2 rubber boats on a trailer and enjoyed 3 different tracks. Marc was our guide and David joined with a canoe, just in case. The last track was the most wild, while using the smaller boat. We really enjoyed the white water spots, those were pretty wild! Thanks again Marc and David for everything. We hope to come back! Peter and Gideon.

Had a lovely morning along with my 9yr old son. Neither of us had done white water rafting before but the staff (David, Mark and everyone else) were amazing and made sure we were safe and enjoyed ourselves. Couldn't be happier with the experience and the service. Will hopefully return!!
