What an amazing place... The great place to spend time with family and friends. Ticket rates were 600 pp on weekdays and 1000 pp on weekends.. The entry tickets can be redeemed inside the vineyards with multiple options.. You can go for the wine testing tour or you can redeem your tickets inside cafe located on upper floor.. In wine testing tour you can try different varieties of wines served in small portions.. Overall had an amazing wine testing experience at vineyards and enjoyed a lot with the great ambiance....

Sula Vineyards is nice when visited during monsoons or winters. They have open as well as covered parking. The entry fee for weekends is Rs 1000 per adult. No entry fee for children at least upto age of 13. The fee is a cover charge and can be used to buy food and wine inside. They have a nice path to take a walk around to see the place and click a lots of pictures however if you are visiting with a toddler, I recommend you get your stroller along. They have a golf cart or buggy but that is only for the ones who are staying at their hotel. The tour was okay as all that was showed to us was the storage containers and a lot of theory. We enjoyed the wine tasting but if you are a bigger group then I would suggest that you skip it and enjoy the wine on their terrace restaurant using your coupons at your own pace. Food here is not great. I had their pizzas and cheese platter. Cheese platter being the worst. They have other restaurant too. Overall a scenic place, not much to offer than tasty wines.

The resort is beautifully done and upgraded over the years with spacious rooms tastefully done. The staff is very cordial and attentive to the needs of guests. The package includes wine tasting and visit to their brewery which made an interesting trip to understand wine culture which is gaining popularity in India too. The food in their restaurants is delicious and breakfast spread is decent. The pool and outdoor seating during evenings is very relaxing and entertaining particularly as they had musical artists performing melodiously and was spellbinding with a variety of choice of wines and barbeques. A great place to enjoy and relax with family or friends or even couples wanting to enjoy the peace and calm. Will certainly recommend a stay !! Winter months are more preferable to stay

If you love Wine, this is the place to visit. Sula Vineyards - The place where wine is made. If you love wine and you want to know more about how it's been made, then this is the place to visit. You can get a tasting of wines and a tour of the vineyard, it is a half an tour where you get to know how wine is made and how it is been aged, if you opt for tasting, you get to taste 5 different wines(including red and white wine). Overall a great place where you can click pictures and have fun. There is a restaurant where you can have food as well. The entry that you pay, can get redeemed for anything, including wine bottles or tasting tours and any souvenirs or gift items that is available. January to March is supposed to grapes season, so if you visit that time of the year, then you might get to do the Grape-treading or grape-stomping, if the covid situation has eased out. Overall a great experience.

Had a memorable stay here. Stayed in a treehouse cottage in Apr this year. Came back for more in May and stayed in Vintage room. The staff is very friendly. Their wine tasting sessions are quite good and exhaustive. The Wine tasting sessions are improving very fast - this time was even better than the one in Apr 23. The sourdough sandwiches are something to remember. Their amphitheatre had an awesome ambience for dinner. A memorable stay 👌

The place is very nice and great to explore. I visited on public holiday so it was but crowded i will suggest to avoid holiday dates. Rooms are also available. Tickets are 1500 for both. It's like money inside. You can use 1500 voucher for dining and drinks. Sunset is amazing. Shops are there, you can get the different types of wine and many more things like Keychain, magnet.... The photography through DSLR/ Mobile is allowed ✅️. Parking is available.

Lovely tour. The tour guide was very energetic and informative. I had booked a room at their affiliate properties- Beyond and this wine tasting tour was complimentary in it. Beyond also arranged for a cab for the drop and pickup from the vineyards. The vineyards were beautiful,hygienic and very interesting. The weather was great and all the wines tasted exclusive and different. I got to taste 6 different varieties of wine and all of them were unique and exquisite!

Located beyond the midc area at Nashik. Nice cool place with ample green lush. You can tour the process of wine making. The restaurant is good. Good place for photography. The entry charges during weekend is Rs.1000/-, which seems to be high. Other days it is Rs. 600 per head.However, they issue coupon for said amount which can be redeemed for purchase of wine, gift articles, food etc. Overall a nice place to visit.

A really nice place to come and visit if you are a wine lover. I would suggest visiting this place during the cooler months of November to January. Post Jan if you go to this place that opens only after 11:30 the sun is so hot that it is difficult to explore the outdoor settings and the vineyards that you can otherwise. The tour of the factory and the wine tasting are absolutely worth every penny that you spend and they are very educational as well. There is ample amount of parking available here but the shaded parking is only for guests who are staying at their property. For those only visiting the property you have to park in the hot sun, so be prepared to get into a car that is like an oven once you are back from the vineyards. Overall it is a good one time visit if you are in Nashik.

Very beautiful place for a day outing. Right from entering the place looks amazing. Completely neat and clean. The restaurant is good, but little expensive. All the wines are sold at MRP, I think if they are prepared there, there should be some discount so that people can buy. Most of the people buys just to cover the charges they have paid at the entrance. There are cover charges which you need to pay at the time of entry. Weekdays-600 per person Weekends-1000 per person Huge parking space is available which is not chargeable. Overall nice place to visit with family/gang to have fun and click beautiful pictures.

What an amazing time we had at Sula !!! To see and learn the process of wine making and sampling the varieties was truly a wonderful experience and educational. The vineyard in itself is a beautiful space nestled in a scenic landscape just outside the city of Nashik. With luxury rooms, restaurants, gift shops, and a tasting room to try different wines, Sula Valley is the perfect place for a weekend getaway.

Sula wine is often hailed as a must-visit destination, but in my opinion, it falls short of the hype. Their entry fees alone are exorbitant, demanding at least Rs 600 on weekdays and Rs 1000 on weekends, with no exceptions. Although they provide coupons equivalent to the entry fee, the overall cost is still staggering. Paying such a hefty sum for a mere 60 ml wine tasting feels unjustifiable, especially considering the underwhelming quality of their wines. On a positive note, the place boasts picturesque decorations that are sure to entice your camera lens. However, it's worth noting that they charge more than the MRP on their wine bottles. In our case, we ended up paying Rs 1110 instead of the listed Rs 1039 for a single bottle.

But the place is really good specially enjoying the long drive to visit here and an excellent weather will make your mood to love this place 😍

Do not visit on weekends they charge ₹1000 per person. The place is very aesthetically pleasing and insta-worthy. But Not worth it for non-alcoholic people. They give you two types of coupons which you can spend on wine, tour&tasting, gift shop and Food in the vineyard itself. However we can only buy wine with 1 type of coupon which makes it compulsory to buy wine to make our money worth it. The other coupon is insufficient because it's applicable on almost everything including food.

Peaceful place to visit. Roads to temple are nice. There are two option to visit, free or paid. I suggest to take paid one, as it is less crowded. Parking is available around 500m away from temple. Many restaurants and hotels available near by. Weekend is usually crowded.

We came from the paid queue and even their the waiting was more than 3 hours. The management is really very bad. They did not even provide water to drink for people in the queue. Overall the temple is just amazing and worth the wait actually. But we’re not allowed to see the lord for even 5 secs the security was pushing people no matter male or females.

Holly place, very clean. Temple trust should allow payment for Rs. 200 darashan tickets using UPI or any digital payment method, only accepting cash is something that should be avoided. Vendors shops outside temple are accepting digital payment, but why temple authority is not allowing digital payment is hard to understand. otherwise all facilities are quite good. but small change can bring in lot of convenience to pilgrims 🙏.

But plenty free space n just 200m from the temple. We paid 400/ per head and got the Darshan in 1 hour. Quite n nice place with amazing temple structure.

Very aesthetically created temple. Thanks to very few pilgrims in the early morning, esp during Covid, one way able to spend time admiring the high quality carvings on the facade, the walls, the stairs and doorway. It was funny to see the priests, out of sheer habit, rushing the devotees even if there was no one behind them. Wish there was an audio guide.

The Trimbakeshwar temple is located Little inside from the main road. Amidst a bustling market. Be careful with your shoes n belongings. Mobiles are not allowed in the temple. There is one more temple located on the hill, you can visit that as well. It provides the beautiful view of hills n the city.

A good place encased in the nature canopy and you can experience trekking and beautiful waterfalls... but. Don't you dare go on weekends, I can assure you will have to wait for more than 4 hours in the queue. VIP tickets worth 200rs per head is another way, but there's also a queue to get the ticket ... Trust me, and plan your day on the weekdays. Or else you can suffer like me 😅

Must visit place. If you’re in Nashik then you have to visit. Visited on weekdays so not that much crowded. To control crowds they but queue. Hope they will add more painting and mural for kid to to learn about Lord Shiva. Overall great experience. Temple parking is available, they charge 50/- per car and 50/- for car entry into premises. Temple is just few hundred meters far from temple parking so park your vehicle.

Be ready to spend about 2 3 hours minimum. They have an option to buy some passes (on donation grounds)to allow preferential entry. It works on some days and the general line is quicker sometimes. It is believed that the temple was built by the Pandavas during the Mahabharata era. According to Hindu mythology, the Godavari River originates from the Brahmagiri Mountains, and Lord Shiva himself resides in the form of Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga at the source of the river. This temple is one of the Jyotirlinga and Kumbh is also conducted here . Located in the town of Trimbakeshwar must visit place for Hindus and all having faith in the religion. Almost drive of 40 min from Nasik , beautiful highway with good eating places all the way. this temple is situated in the foothills of Brahmagiri hills and it is said that river Godavari originates from here. Very old structure made up of stones and carved intricate sculptures. To have darshan of Linga, mirrors are placed above it on the back of wall to enable devotees to see deity. Thjis temple is always heavily crowded by devotees and you need to stand in queue for long time or you buy VIP pass for Rs 200/- per person to bypass queue. then also you need to wait for almost an hour. You need to Bribe pandits if you wish to perform puja or have clear darshan. Inside also the behave of pandits and caretakers behave is very disappointing as they are rude and keep pushing you. Need to be managed in befitting way. Outside the temple is big market selling all type of items. But the area is not very well maintained. Parking is available but you need to park at some distance and walk almost a KM. local area is very dirty and not pleasing to eyes, as it is famous religious place and historical temple. But you feel divine after visiting this place.

As famous, it is one of 12 jyotirling ! Had started early reached just before 7 am. Had taken donation passes and took 45 min. But other line seem to be good 2- 3 hrs. Worth the wait and patience! Blessed with Darshan.

We visited on the weekend so obviously there was too much rush. So we decided to stay overnight and got up early in the morning. Though the queue was long, we got the darshan in half hour. The darshan experience was divine. The temple has historical importance. There are ample of stay options near and around the temple. We got affordable option of rs 650/-for a night. Do carry your id cards for stay in a nice place. There are many varieties of food eateries on the street too and nice restaurants too. The streets are filled with multiple and affordable shopping options. We need to bargain a bit to get the best price. Only issue we faced was of mosquitoes. So do carry Odmos Or any other mosquito repellent with you to avoid the mosquito bites. Hope the local authorities look in the matter of cleaning the streets too!!

One of the twelve jyotirlings of Lord Shiva. A very well maintained, ancient temple complex with multiple entry gates. One needs to wait in line for darshan, but it is worthwhile as there is a huge mirror above Shivlingam so that everyone can do a proper darshan. What is perfect way to visit a Shiva temple and approach the shivling (the technicalities, plase dont say bhakti, etc, that's obvious) as per the scriptures (what to wear, what mantras to chant, order of deities to be worshipped, etc)? I hear you. There are, certainly, rules or factors that are dear to God and compatible with the Shiva Puja, especially those that are ritualistic and done in temples or in one’s puja. my answer is going to be long and comprehensive, but please go through it, so, that I can provide all the necessary information and points. You can do anything in Bhakti, where no rituals are being followed. But no temple visit or ritual worship is exempt from ideal and expected conduct. Before entering the temple, keep yourself bodily and mentally pure. Head bath and clean clothing. You better not have eaten any profane food at least one or two days before, like meat, intoxicants like alcohol etc. But being on Satwika Bhojana always is best. (Brahmacharya is good too, but optional, be as Satwika/pious in body and mind as possible) White colour / Subhra Barna/ शुभ्र बर्ण​ is dear to Mahadeva. So, white clothing and offering of white flowers is good. Dress in ethnic wear if you can, like dhoti or saree. First, offer Namaskara to Nandi Deva with some Bilwa Patra and flowers. State your desire and respect for him and Shiva in his ears. Strike the bell or Mandira Ghanti. It is like calling bell or doorbell of his house :-) After bowing down, offer the first prayer to Lord Ganesha. Because Mahadeva has given him the Prathama Pujya (First to be worshipped before any Puja) power. He will take away any hurdles to your worship and make your prayers or intentions successful. Om Gam Ganapataye Namah बक्रतुडं महाकायं सुर्य कोटि सम​-प्रभम् निर्बिघ्नम कुरु मे देव सर्ब कार्येशु सर्बदा | Bakratundam Mahakayam Suryakoti Samaprabham Nirbighnam Kuru Mein Deva Sarba Karyeshu Sarbada. I assume you know the meaning of the mantra, if not, put in comments if you do want me to add the meaning. Knowing correct pronunciation as well as the meaning of the Mantra is necessary. Then proceed first to offer your prayer devotion to Shiva, then Parvati, then both of them together. Start with a Shiva Dhyana Mantra. It does the ice breaking and connecting part. Like ध्यायेन्नित्यं महेशं रजतगिरिनिभं चारुचन्द्रावतंसं रत्नाकल्पोज्ज्वलाङ्गं परशुमृगवराभीतिहस्तं प्रसन्नम्। पद्मासीनं समन्तात् स्तुतममरगणैव्व्याघ्र कृत्तिं वसानं विश्वाद्यं विश्वबीजं निखिलभयहरं पञ्चवक्त्रं त्रिनेत्रम्॥ Knowing the meaning of the Mantras and pronouncing them correctly is always compulsory and more effective and more apt, both for mantra siddhi and for spiritual communication ritually and for maintaining their sanctity.

Nice temple however the people Management in queue requires a lot of improvement. You can find good and average hotels there for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I liked the temple but honestly not the queue, maybe due to i visited on 26th January.

Temple is nice especially the architecture!! We visited on weekday darshan was done in only 25 Minutes. We parked our vehicle at Mauli parking the parking fee was 100rs only. It is very good place..there are 250-300 steps to climb but they are not very difficult..you can easily take rests in between.. Also the view from top is very serene..it is definitely worth the climb..we went in middle of monsoon so it is advised to climb very carefully.. We encountered a person who had a fall in one of the caves and broke his thigh.. The ticket is only 25 rs and definitely nice place the carvings takes u back to the ancient times and it makes u feel proud about ancient India..

The Pandavleni Caves existence dates back to some 2000 years.The cave complex comprised of numerous water tanks that were chiselled into rock and large caves. Several sculptures of Buddha are also situated in these caves.Some of the caves are large and contain numerous chambers,these rock-cut caves served as a viharas or monasteries. The pandavleni caves are a prime attraction of tourists even foreigners. These are the caves where Pandavs held shelter during their vanvas in the age of Mahabharata. There are around 20 caves here. They have inscriptions on caves. Also there are ancient made sculptures in them. It is a proof of our divine and great history.

The caves, known as Trirashmi Buddhist Caves (erroneously known as Pandav Caves) were carved out from the 1st century BCE until the 3rd century CE, with later additions of sculptures.[5] They were paid for by local Buddhist royalty, merchants and local people for the Buddhist monks. The name is derived from the word "Tiranhu" which is inscribed in the Caves.[6][7] It means "rays of sunlight" which is quite obvious referring to the rays of sunlight emerging from behind the Caves as seen from the village. These caves were carved and donated by various kings that ruled Nashik - The Satavahanas, The Nahapanas, The Abhirs. The caves lodge idols of Buddha and Bodhisattva. Some caves are intricately connected by stone-cut ladders that join them to the other caves. Steps lead to the caves from the bottom of the hill. The peak of the Trirashmi Caves is also accessible by trekking of about 20 mins but the path is well built with steps.[8]

Sardar Rangrao Odhekar during 17th century once had a dream that Ram Lalla's black idol is submerged somewhere in Godavari River. He started a search mission and fortunately found the idol and that's how this modern day temple was built around 1790's. The ambience around the temple is serene and vibes are very positive. Sita gufa is the cave where real sita is supposed to be dwelling when Ravana came am asking for alms. One can visit. This gave any time and the only thing to consider is it’s very claustrophobic as it is very small and one has to literally crawl or sit to enter. There is no entry charge for visiting this place inside there are idols for Lord Rama Lakshmana and Sita along with a sibling which is supposed to be used for prayers and abhishekam opposite to this. You can visit Sita Haran by paying one Rupee

During Shri Rama's exile of 14 years, legends say this is the place where Rama used to hide Sita when he had to leave her for some reasons. Located in Panchavati, about 3 km from Central bus stand - this sacred point comes under the 11 spots local autowallahs would take you to for 500 rs. Near the Gupha there are sacred Banyan trees. Looking at them it seems they must be 1000 yrs old Inside the main gumpha there are idols of Lord Rama, Sita and Lakshman. Small gumpha next to it has a Shivling, probably because Sita used to worship Lord Shiva. Photography not allowed inside temple so no pics are clicked inside the temple. You literally have to crawl through the small space to reach Gumpha. People who feel claustrophobic or having breathing issues should avoid this point.

This is great place to hangout with friends, family and loved ones. This place offers finest wine around Nashik and better than Sula. This place is not big as other nearby wineries but their menu is bigger and better than others. I really like their signature sparkling wine and the outside sitting was just perfectly romantic, untill rain forced us in. Anyways we had great time and the food was great as well. Although the service was pretty slow and we were not able to taste their other delicacies. They've parking space, but also charge cover of 300 per person. But you can use the whole cover amount on any purchase or dining inside this place. Staff is very polite. Highly recommended place.

We visited the York winery during our stay in Nashik. Being our first visit to a winery, we found the place to no other visitors other than ourselves. The parking lot was open and spacious. One needs to purchase a coupon for Rs.300 per person, that can be redeemed inside the winery. We went for the wine tasting tour. It costed us Rs.300 per person which was redeemed using the coupon. Our tour guide Mr. Sameer was knowledgeable and well spoken. After the tour ended, we visited the restaurant for a quick bite. We ordered french fries, the food was tasty and the portion size was huge. The place was clean and maintained well. Overall, it was an enjoyable visit to this place. Would surely recommend.

Since we have been to Sula wines, this time we visited York wines. This is highly underrated. We did wine tour and tasting. The plant is small and we liked the sweet wine the most. They also have food court.

Good Wine, Good Food but the lounge and the kitchen are way apart, takes lot of time and effort for the serving staff and also increases the wait time. It may lead to chaos during peak tourist season .Request the management to please align the departments for an enriching customer experience

York Winery was recently taken over by Sula Wines. The place got some makeover with some repairing and brightening of the tasting room. The tasting room is fair but the highlight of the place was the restaurant. Tried several starters and all were very good. Prawns, chicken ghee roast was amazing and main course of chicken in black masala (local preparation) was very good too. They has some decent wine to go with the food. Overall we were very happy with the food, service and the ambiance.

After a very exhausting traffic jam near Sula we finally reached York Winery. Wanted to eat at the restaurant but a half an wait so decided to do a wine tour and tasting. Since the vineyards are closed for the monsoon we did a wine tasting. Inder our tour guide was excellent and explained a lot in details. York Winery is now taken over by Sula and i am not a big fan of their Wine 🍷 so a tour at this time was the best. You get to taste 6 wines but i bet the best ones are saved for purchase 😉 Had a wonderful time.

Beautiful place but Rijul, the tour guide was a little intimidating and inapproachable. Making faces or laughing at something we said, right in front of us. Also, I booked the 5.30 slot on 1st August and we were asked to reach the lobby, he comes, says "arey yaar" to our faces when he was asked to give us the tour. Don't think you can do that in the hospitality industry now, can you? Everything is great, from your restaurant staff to the views, maybe work on fixing the attitude of your tour managers. No doubt he had A LOT of knowledge and answered all our queries.. but made faces while doing so. Very inapproachable. Seemed like he was favouring us and didn't really wanna be there. A little oversmart. I read reviews where it was said he was really good. I don't know, it seemed like he was cranky and was having a bad day. Rest, a beautiful experience. Thanks!

Beautiful vineyard right by the lake in Nasik. Went on the tour of their production unit and did a tasting. The staff was well versed and trained. Their lawns are a great place to relax in and have a nice sundowner in. Great tasting wines at a great price!

Best avoided. I already had experienced the extremely poor service and quality of food when I had visited this place around 6 years back but one thing I used to admire about this place was the view of Gangapur dam. Even that is not there now due to some construction taking place right in front of the lawn. Extremely poorly managed place with no sense of service and hospitality.

They wine serving skills is totally out. Wine is chill to maintain the temperature the wine should placed in ice bucket but here ntg. Food I am not satisfied, all over cooked or fried. As food dose not look presentable I did not take pictures.

Ambiance is good wine and food is also good but your singer doesn't sing Marathi songs and that is the reason I'll not visit there again and even I'll make sure my other friends will also not visit there...

I recently had a disappointing experience at York Winery in Nashik. I ordered the chicken biryani, and to my dismay, it was the worst I've ever had. The rice was overcooked, making it mushy, and the chicken was dry and lacked flavor. What made matters worse was the raita accompanying the biryani, which had a strong, unpleasant smell. This dining experience fell far short of my expectations, andAdding to the disappointment, not only was the food subpar at York Winery in Nashik, but the cost was also exorbitant and did not align with the quality of the meal. The chicken biryani's high price tag was unjustifiable given the lackluster taste and unappealing presentation. Also the normal a bowl of gravy is worth rs 245, The overall dining experience left me feeling that the cost was far from being worth it. I would advise others to carefully consider their options before choosing York Winery for a dining experience, especially if they are seeking value for their money. I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve the quality of their dishes. Worst experience

A perfect place to explore on your weekend. Located just after Sula vineyard. Less crowed than its neighbouring vineyard, Sula and more fun. This is not as big as Sula, however the experience is great. The cover charges are Rs. 300 per person. They have ample parking space, parking is not an issue even during weekends. They have the wine tasting session once in every hour which costs Rs. 500. One can purchase wines from their wine store here. There is also a restaurant section at the top where one can try different wines and along with some munchies. The view from the top is amazing. Also, there is a restaurant on the ground floor 'Cellar' which serves amazing food, again with great views. The service here is simply awesome. Prices are not that highly expensive. All in all, a great experience. Would surely recommend.

Your winery is great place to visit and we really enjoyed being there. Although we didn’t visit during season it was good experience. Your wine were good. Ambience and wine tasting places has great view and it is calm & quiet place as not much visitors there. We chose your place against the other famous winery destination for that reason. Small imp suggestion- black wine bottle cloth bag quality must be improved as stitching is very poor. We almost lost our purchased wine bottle as cloth and stitching didn’t hold weight of wine bottle. Please improve quality of those bags as it might happen to others and they will lose fine wine bottle due to this. Please get those replace with good quality bags.

The surroundings are clean and soothing. And you feel relaxed and cold when inside the temple. And there are many shops and fun things to do right outside the temple premises for kids.

Good food, great outdoor seating. One major problem was that there were lot of flies in and around us (where we were sitting outdoors) and these were also hovering around our food. When we asked the staff to do something about it, we were sent a glass of mint leaves to our table which apparently was supposed to care of the flies problem, but sadly didn't work much. All they need to do is get a good size fly killing machine and install it outdoors... this will be the end to the flies problem which overall made the entire food experience, I must say Disgusting...

Great food especially Thai food. Would also suggest trying drums from heaven which was good too. On the wines side of things, the dessert wine was amazingly good. The whole wines offering is very premium, may seem a bit costly compared to other wineries but the wines are definitely worth it. Not as fancy but definitely worth a detour to the place when on your way to Nashik or other wineries around.

The most horrible last 2 kms of road, literally swimming pools to cross, the most weird part to me is that being the home to the brand they don't offer wine by the glass. The food is too expensive for it to be a quick thing. The place small and bland to say the least. The wines itself are really good but then you'd be better off buying a bottle from a store and going to a better,more accessible and happening place

Way towards Vallone Vineyards is so beautiful and serene that it has got mountains and lakes on both sides of the road. Upon reservation they offer rooms to stay, a chance to sip their freshly fermented wines and equally taste their food which is appealing in presentation. You can buy wine bottles of your choice when you leave. A must visit place !!

The place has two paths to access it, one is the scenic route and another through the highway. Tucked in a cozy estate with a very pleasant view. Food is over priced for what is available. I say this because the items are lacking some ingredients that are hard to get where they are located but they improvise anyways. The wines are real tasty, the prices of the wine are above MRP but they let you buy them at MRP or with a discount if you are taking multiple home. A nice little bonus was that i saw a guava tree full of guavas in the estate and I helped myself to one. It was delicious 😋

Too far to reach, navigating bad roads. The room was too small to even say it was comfortable. The only food option was Malaka spice, too costly and one type of taste. The property itself is very small, with no amenities , activities to do.

An outstanding boutique place for stay plus fnb. Just 4 rooms but a picturesque location facing the mountains and the dam waterbody. During monsoons the place will be breathtaking I imagine. We had a special dinner meet to celebrate my family member’s birthday and Mahesh made it very very special. Well curated wines mostly dry is their signature collection. We had an engaging conversation with wine taster Prabhakar Kale who too us thru the process of their wine making. Malaka Spice is the restaurant where we spent the evening. The deck overlooking the water body, Valley plus the sundowning is a moment to treasure with a Chardonnay glass in hand. We had our golden moments and thrilled at this amazing discovery. We have went here for Vineyard your. It was great experience with amazing view! There are 3 vineyard tour daily where they offer 6 wine tastings at the cost of ₹600/- per person. Timing of the tours are 12 pm, 2 pm & 4 pm. The guide was having good knowledge about the vine making process and he was friendly. Around 1 km of patch near to vineyard are in very bad condition.

We stayed at Vallonne Vinyards for one night, in October’23. We had an excellent stay, the rooms were fantastic, very clean and beautiful views to the lake and hills beyond. We experienced a tour and wine tasting, which was hugely insightful and the wines we tasted were excellent. We ate at Malaka Spice (on the same premises) and the food and service was all of a very high standard. Thanks to all the team at Vallonne for making our stay memorable.

Cute boutique winery along a gorgeous setting by a reservoir offering some great views of the vineyard, reservoir and the hills. The last 1km leading up to the property is I paved and a little bumpy. The vintners are passionate and proud about the wines they produce there. They took ample time to explain, answer questions and provide recommendations. The food at the restaurant was delish too. We sipped some cab sauv with the food and then bought a half dozen bottles to take back. This was my first trip to a winery in India so can’t compare but will definitely be back to this one in the future.

If you are a wine lover and a frequent visiter to different famous vineyards around nashik like Sula or Soma then you must visit this place for an amzing experience. The USP of this place is its fantabulous location unlike other vineyards. It is located on the slopes of the banks of Kavnai lake. You get an awesome view of the dam water and the Kavnai fort range along with the grape plantations on the slopes. They have a nice gallery to enjoy some nice wines with extraordinary food menu along with the view. They have a limited choice of wines but all of them are exotic. And food is something that you should visit this place for.

The road leading to it is rusty. Its a small private place, with worn out name board too. But the food here is great with lots of options. Their wine is also great and the atmosphere and ambiance is very calm and peaceful. They do offer a wine tasting, but we didn’t take that up. People usually come here for the food wine and the peacefulness.

We had a wonderful lunch and tour of the winery in December 2023. The wine tasting by Sanket was exceptional and his passion and knowledge of wine was very evident. We love the South East Asian (plus Indian) food by Malaka Spice. But of course what stands out most is the exceptional wine itself. Visit if you want to try the best Indian wine, and understand the difference between a real boutique winery & the more mass produced wines.

It's one of the underrated Vineyards I'd say. 1. Wine - amazing wine, reasonable price, we tried to varieties of white wine, loved them. Would've loved more if they had sparkling wine too which they don't. 2. Food. Overpriced but great in taste, quantity is decent. We tried 4 dishes, two starters, one noodles and one rice. 3. Ambience - the view is lovely. You get to wine and dine with a lake view and mountains. Even though they have limited seatings 4. Service - amazing service, on time and we'll catered for. 5. Location- outskirts of Nashik, the roads are fine except for last 1 KM stretch.

Hindu temple of lord Mahadev, very good atmosphere n surroundings. Vast area properly maintained. It’s really good place to visit with family. Nature friendly, open air and a lake is also present. You can do boating here in just 50 to 60 rs per seat. Many small vendors are present outside.

It will directly drop you at someshwer stop front of temple itself 5. For returning from someshwar temple hardly at a distance of 500 m there is a bus stop to take city bus (eg. 201A) it will directly drop you at nasik bus stop with a charge of 45 per head. 6. Lots of shops for prashad and flowers as usual around the temple area. 7.Boating facility is there. 8. Godavari river area is too good you can go their with utmost caution. 9. No restriction for your itmes and all are unpaid at your own risk 10. You can too enjoy corn there. 11. Full of trees and greenery.

Shri someshwer Mahadev temple is swayambhu which mean it exist by itself. This is situated on Nashik-Gangapur highway near about 15-20 min from main Nashik city. This temple is situated beside bank of Godavari River . Most attractions of this place is boating. There are also temple of Rama along with brother lakshaman and mata Sita , swami NARAYAN temple and hanuman mandir separate along with Mahadev mandir its very ancient temple. 🛕🛕🙏🙏

Love the place. The place has boating facility besides the temples. Though each ride is for very small time, recommend to take manual rowing boat to spend max time away from hustling crowd and admist nature. Good local business from where you can buy food items and other things. Play area for kids also available. Car Parking is also available.

The temple is filled with a high level of positive energy. As it is outside the city, it is not too crowded more time. You can also do adventures as there is boating near the temple. Nice location with lot of trees around. The area is huge but nicely maintained. Boating is available in river Godavari. Few games for children are available here. Open air theatre is also part of the campus. Fruit sellers and small stall holders are here for quick bite and tea. Overall, recommended to visit!!

The best place to visit with family and children. The temple of shiv ji is ancient and very serene.. The atmosphere is tranquil. The play area for kids is good. The toy train is enjoyable. You can also enjoy boating and jet ski. You can enjoy corns and chana chaat. One can plan the weekend here. Bring tiffin from home and enjoy the meal in nature. It's close to nashik. All the modes of transportation are available. You can also visit someshwar falls which are about 1.5 km from here. You can feel the air... The experience is quite refreshing..

This facility is really nice and offers very nice vineyards tour. Rs 100 for tour only is also reasonable. Wine tasting is also available for 500 rs for 5 different wines (30ml each). They actually mean it when they say they are pet friendly. Had taken my pet here on his birthday for a stay. We had a great time. The food was served to us in our room so that we didn't have to leave our fur baby alone. The food was yummy. Lots of place to explore to keep our pet engaged. Beauty at its best! Amazing location. We went in the evening. The ambiance was very good. We had food in the open terrace restaurant. The food was very average. Will not recommend. The manager was least bothered about the feedback. The washroom was in a pathetic condition. Overall a very average experience barring the pool side live music and ambiance.

Clean and Neat place, with very good food! The wine at Soma is smooth and balanced, they have wine tasting, tour around their vineyard and let you try grape stomping. You can also purchase their products at the property itself! It's pet friendly and have extremely well done up rooms and a clean pool. You can also book their barrel stay. Overall it was an amazing experience.

Beautiful place to visit that also without any entry charges. Property is really nice and well maintained, kids and pets friendly. Best time to visit is at the time of sunset as you can take amazing pictures with your friends and family. The vineyard tour is well guided and within minimal cost. Restaurant view is superb but service is really poor.

Soma vineyards definitely has an advantage of great location and views. However some parts of the experience left me feeling cheated 1. We were travelling with our pet and to that effect- anyone who wants to travel with a pet- please don't opt for Barrel room. Barrel room was quiet a con. Very dim light, unmaintained and lack of cleanliness in the room, bathtub was broken and water was clogging. 2. There was continuous noise coming from outside and it spooked us and our dog. 3. After looking at the room we asked for an alternative option - but no one helped us 4. The swimming pool was very dirty- green water, could see nothing. 5. Wines definitely taste better than Sula, so il give good marks to that. 6. All the food was quite over priced , and even extra water was chargeable. 7. The reception staff wasn't very helpful, but the restaurant staff was kind and helpful In the end- I would say, great view, location and wine but everything else a 👎 thumbs down. Definitely expensive/overpriced for the experience.

Stayed at Regenta Soma vine village in month of July '23 with my wife and it was a wonderful experience. Very nice property with beautifully maintained gardens and well appointed rooms. The winery tour and tasting session was conducted very professionally and was very interesting. Our guide Mr Bhushan gave us a detailed view on the wine making process and different types of wines. Soma wines are great to taste and I have carried back home a few bottles to enjoy with friends and family. Overall experience was very refreshing and I shall definitely visit again during the grape stomping season. Thank you team Soma and keep up the good work.

We had booked two rooms, both of which were extremely dusty, dirty bathtub, a third of each room was just mud with plants (which was not in the photos or we would not have booked them). When we asked for a refund, this was not done. We were shifted to a room which was better and one which was smaller but still expected to pay more despite the fault being with the hotel. In the new room, the pillow had a dead squashed bug, a new pillow was given. The towels were dirty, bed linen not replaced. The floors were never mopped during our stay, we could see physical dirt and dust on the floor every day. Following the stay, one of our group members had a leg full of red swollen bug bites. Breakfast was disappointing. The wine tour and food were very good. This hotel is not a 5* hotel based on the above.

For a Royal Orchid, the upkeep of the property should have been a "lot" better. Service was slow, food was average, cleanliness was not up to the mark but the staff is humble and courteous. Wine tour is a total loot. It lasted 10 min at the most in one room. Better go some place else Good swimming pool. To encourage wine drinking, they don't serve juices also, even to children

If you're planning to visit a vineyard that is less crowded and fun to explore, then Soma Wine Village is the place to go. Fantastic service from a staff that knew how to delight the customer. The room was well-appointed, and the service was spectacular. We could see the backwater from the balcony and enjoy the cool breeze. Our room's location couldn't have been more ideal. It felt like a private beach, with very clean and clear water, and it was a great place to relax and unwind. The scenery was lovely, and it was a relief to walk in such a quiet and peaceful setting. The sunset seen from this observatory was truly spectacular.

Property is good. We stayed in Villa paid huge price for 2 days. ( Room only with free breakfast) with very limited menu. Bad service. Tea served in cutting paper cups. Maintenance is zero. Front desk incapable in resolving issues. Bathrooms are unhygienic. If you expect a good hygienic bathroom and washroom with high class sanitary ware considering the price then this is not right place for you.

One of the better vineries to visit when you are in Nashik. It has great views from the restaurant deck as the place is located in a beautiful surrounding and is far less crowded or commercial. The food is average for the price and could have been better. Also there are no veg main course options other than pasta. Overall a good experience, their wines are also more reasonable than peers. Also they also don't charge any cover charge at entry. The shop staff was helpful. Waiting to revisit soon.

YouTuber mislead us is the bottom line of this review. I’ll be as honest as I should be here. I traveled as a solo woman traveller. So here is my experience. Pros : 1) The view is beautiful 2) The room was decently clean, not unhygienic but not a wow. 3) The staff is very polite. I’d like to thank Narmada from the restaurant who was very kind and gave a good service. 4) The wine tour is good. Cons : 1) I was asked to pay at check-in which is odd in my opinion (not a big deal though) 2) The AC in the room was not working. At first I thought it would take time to cool but no I stayed for 2 nights 3 days. While checkout I felt the room was cooler after keeping it on non-stop for 2 days. The AC basically wasn’t working. The fan was more cooling 3) Their restaurant shuts down at 10:30pm max. At 10:45pm I called for food. They denied even a small sandwich. They asked me to order from Zomato. They did not give me ANY food as per their timing They’ve NO service for food after 10:30pm. 4) The room in the 7 BHK villa where I stayed was ok. Not luxury feeling at all. Only the view was good wherein I had to pay for an upgrade to get that view 5) I did not receive any invoice for my stay 6) The food is ok. Not amazing. Sometimes salty. Sometimes bland. Sometimes ok. Depends on your luck. 7) The room had a LOTTTT of disturbance. I was safe but constantly felt like someone was opening the door. As the renovation work or something was on it was a massive disturbance. I had headaches as I couldn’t sleep due to the sound and felt the door was being opened and that felt scary. (Nobody was opening the door, please note I was safe but the noise and hammering felt like the door was opening) 8) The light kept tripping every hour 9) I was reminded about my checkout twice. Which isn’t a good feeling, as a guest I felt like I was asked to leave despite paying so much I felt like I was asked right in my face to leave as it was time to checkout means you have to and have to go. I may be missing some more cons. But that’s enough for you to understand an experience. They have the capacity to serve well but they’re not doing so. I paid ₹12k for 2 night & 3 days. It was NOT worth the price at all. It only included breakfast. The other meals are overpriced as per the quality, taste & quantity. I feel I overpaid for the trip. The rooms in the villa are not the best. Try Regenta.

Your wine tour is absolutely disappointing, absolutely ridiculous. The restaurant service is absolutely slow and lacks any variety. The service staff and they are least bothered about the service. They staff and the manger It was a horrible experience coming to Soma... your entire experience has fallen from what it was few years back. What has happened to you Soma..I thought you were better than Sula and recommended it to everyone now I regret it..back to Sula again.. Please change your service other wise you will become redundant If it is only us then it's a problem...but the tables around us were also complaining, so it's not only us.

Good place to visit if you are in nasik. There is no entry fees. Parking is available. We have visited this place in the evening around 6.30pm so we had missed their wine tastings tour. Otherwise wonderful experience.

Hey Mrs.Wankhedkar here, I love the location. Very peaceful place, Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Food quality is best. Staff is so nice with the peoples. And evening view of pool sides room was so relaxing & peaceful. Overall i loved everything.

We were allotted 3 rooms in the 7 room villa. Other rooms were allotted to other guests. The privacy is little disturbed here but overall the villa is just amazing. With beautiful view of vineyard and the lake the weather is just amazing. One can get wine from the restaurant and sit here but the food prices are expensive and not worth the price as the quantity is too little. Also the order takes time to arrive and is a little lukewarm.

Our stay at the Vine Village Resort's barrel house was an unforgettable experience. The accommodations were well-maintained and spacious, with all utilities and amenities in perfect working order. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the breathtaking view of the vineyard from our barrel house, making it worth every moment. The staffs are courtesy and well mannered. The delicious food, with a variety of options for breakfast, added to the overall charm of the stay. Spending a day at the Soma Vineyard was a delight, with time slipping away unnoticed amidst the scenic beauty and tranquil ambiance. Overall, the Vine Village Resort offers a perfect blend of comfort, culinary delights, and natural beauty, making it a highly recommended destination for a relaxing getaway.

The winery is small compared to the Sula but way better that the rest! Definitely go for the wine tasting and winery show around here instead of any other place. The batches are small and all your questions and doubts will be answered. The process with be explained in detailed further during wine tasting the every wine will be described with the notes, taste and after taste. The vineyard also has some exceptional wines made from alphonso mangoes and other with pomegranate. Could not taste the later one but the Mango wine was really amazing a must try and buy.

Highlights: 1) There is a beautiful lake nearby (walkable distance). You can also ride a rowing boat.Visit in morning or evening. 2) Wine tour (paid): You get a small tour of their facility. In the end you get to sample 5 wines. I liked chenin blanc Kashmir, rose and pomegranate wine.

I had stayed at this property before and had enjoyed my stay there. But this time when I went there, I was totally disappointed. We drove so far to eat at their restaurant but was an underwhelming experience. The menu had limited options. We asked them to get just fries and Chicken Cesar salad. After waiting for almost 15 minutes we got fries without any dip or even a ketchup. Luckily we had asked for a wine bottle, otherwise we would be just looking at each others faces because the salad came after almost an hour that too unseasoned and with barely any chicken in it. The quantity too would be just for 1 serving. After that we gave up the idea of having lunch there. If you guys give such bad service, how do you expect people to drive so far and visit your vineyard when there are so many better options. Hoping that you bring about a positive change in your service and food.

There are no entry fees like Sula Wines. You can take a wine tour which costs around 300-400 rs per person. They let you taste 4-5 types of wine in the tour. After the tour take a bottle of wine and enjoy it in the garden area. There are barrel seating which has a great view of the grapes farm but usually it is occupied.

location is far from the city and is not easily accessible. Access is only possible through private cabs or bikes that would fetch another 1,000 bucks. Book a cab or auto to reach as nothing is available outside the winery. The tour takes hardly 15–30 minutes, which is totally unworthy, as you can see in details on YouTube or other sources. The tasting is limited, and you can only have it if you are a wine person. Not that interesting or special, nor worth it. The wines can be easily found in the market and many other hill stations.

Very beautiful Ganesh Temple in Nashik, You should must visit this place once it close from nashik about 10 minutes drive. There is no entry fee or parking fee if you want to enroll in Arti there you can speak to priest about that. It was indeed a peaceful experience at the triveni confluence of Godavari River (known as Ganga of Southern India). The ambiance is soothing. One can spend sometime here for serenity. Bathing is also permitted at certain restricted places. There are Temples/Mandirs surrounding the area of various Indian Gods and Goddesses, where one may pay tribute. Small shops selling bronze items were fascinating. Food shops having tea/coffee and snack were available too. It is less crowded in the morning.

Very Spiritual place, full of positivity, a must visit place, it is situated in the main Nashik market, there are lot of temples around, it is very old place and it has history of Ramayan. The Godavari river flows through the whole area, it is really developed very well, it's like mini Kashi in Maharashtra.

Peaceful temple located near the main market/Godavari gomukh in panchvati Nashik. Along with lord Shiva temple, there are several others surrounding it, overall I would recommend you to visit the temple during morning hours like 7-8 am to get a complete positive aura and the essence of the place. Kapaleshwar Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, is located in Nashik district and is near the Godavari River and Ramkund. The temple is different from other Shiva temples, because as in usual Shiva temples, there is no Nandi at Kapaleshwar Temple. This temple was initially built in 1763 and was renovated by Peshwe. This temple is different from other God Shiva’s temples as the idol of Nandi is not kept at the entrance of this temple. As per a legend, God Shiva accidently killed a cow Gohatya and then went to Nandi for a solution to cleanse his sin. Nandi advised God Shiva to take a bath in Ramkund for redemption. God Shiva did as he was told and then conducted a ‘Jaap’ at this temple for penance. He also adopted Nandi as his Guru and due to this no deity of Nandi is placed to guard this ancient temple.

The temple was the place where Lord Shiva performed penance after taking a holy dip in Ramkund to wash off his sin. The reason why there's no Nandi statue in the temple is because Lord Shiva regarded Nandi as a Guru or teacher and hence, there is no Nandi to guard the Kapaleshwar Temple.
