Fantastic experience all around! From the maintenance team up to the managers, everyone was hospitable, kind, and helpful. The hotel was decked out for Christmas and so fun! The room was so pretty and the view was an added bonus. Delicious food in the restaurants, too. Make sure to get some specialty coffees at the Bean and try a muffin or coffee cake. And do some shopping at The Jewelry Box! All the employees were so knowledgeable. I can’t wait to stay here again!

This was my first time gambling and I was there with a friend celebrating her birthday. That's the most fun I've ever had losing money. I totally lost it when I found out there were little electronic slot machines in the bar. Okay, so I'm easily amused! But seriously... I hope I can stay in the hotel one day because this looked like a magical Wonderland. Especially walking through that little garden entrance thingy with all the lights. Absolutely stunning. beautiful property. I'll definitely be back to give you more of my money soon! (I never win anything based on chance so... It's just a donation. 🤣)

Absolutely beautiful facility. The room was so clean, comfortable, and our Gulf view was perfect! The resort has excellent choices to choose from for dining. The food and service were wonderful! MGM properties is the only way to go. The Beau has the same feel as if staying at a Vegas Resort. It is a family friendly Resort, with close access to local beaches and other fun dining options. We will definitely be back !!

The Beau Rivage, frequently called The Beau, is one of our favorite resorts, casinos, and get-away places. We love how the decorations change almost monthly depending on the holiday: Halloween, Christmas, Valentines, etc etc. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The views of the water and easy access to the 'beach' area are the best around. The casino has numerous slots and table games, with friendly and helpful dealers. The dining options are good at Beau, but there are also several restaurants (and casinos) within easy walking distance. We love the Black Clover lounge, as well as the sports bar, especially for watching games. They have a mini indoor Top Golf type range. The pool is awesome, and though I've not tried it yet, the spa looks divine! We've been going for years, and they are always tastefully improving and updating. If you're planning a trip to Biloxi, this is your place!

So much more to do than gamble. The Christmas displays were beautiful. Snack bar has excellent pizza. Sushi restaurant was very good. Italian was authentic and delicious. I can't wait to go back when it warm enough to enjoy the pool area.

Went to have a good evening of dinner and fun. I guess we got there too late to the buffet and they asked us if we wanted anything else as they were closing down the food access after being there 15 minutes. Wow! Spent $65.00 for 15 minutes worth of eating! Food was not that impressive. I would suggest that they warn you at a thirty minute mark that they will be closing and not take your money 15 minutes before they shut down. Last time I will eat at their buffet! We found other places inside to eat but we were hungry. Thought it would be a good idea to get something to eat before games and the buffet was the first one we saw. As we left we walked around to play a few games. Well to make a long story short, we looked around and hardly anyone was winning and when they did it was small payouts. Years ago I was impressed. Now all there is to play is a bunch of imported looking machines. Everyone there looked down and out. Roulette wheels were not very forgiving either. It's like they changed the balls every turn. Sorry but electronic import machines with strange Chinese dragons on them and just playing the lights is not for me anymore.. the old times are gone, no more old style slot machines. Just not what it used to be. Sorry but I don't think I will be back. Drove three hours for an awful evening. I had taken my girlfriend there for her birthday. Well it wasn't what we expected.

We had the opportunity to take a deal from MGM to come to Biloxi from Florida on a bundled trip that included chartered flight and 3 nights at the “Beau”. First impression is this property is beautiful and gives you a close to Vegas type of experience. The room we had was bittersweet being on the absolute end and the furthest from the elevators. When we arrived it stated in the email that we were checked in and encouraged us to bypass the front desk and go straight to our room. Guess what? The digital key did not work and we had to call down and wait for a security person let us in. Slight setback but the room was a corner and offered a second window for some different views. Unfortunately not gulf view but still not bad considering. The room furnishings and overall quality are getting dated. Clean and kept the best it could be but definitely ready for a remodel. Those being the only complaints to consider this place is the high standard in comparison to the competition nearby. Casino doesn’t have the lower $5 minimums you might see around town but to be expected when they offer the nicest resort. Beautiful Chinese New Year decorations fill the lobby. Staff and dealers when fun and friendly. Slots were actually pretty good to us and had a nice mix of old and new machines. Overall a great experience and we hope to return again.

The buffet had a large variety of food and even with a large line moved quickly. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back!

Beau Rivage is an amazing Gulf Coast destination. While there, we were able to take a day trip from Biloxi to Mobile and to Pensacola (less than a two hour drive)! On our second trip to Beau Rivage, yes we were there twice this summer, we enjoyed a day trip to New Orleans (90 miles west). Oh, did I not mention the incredible restaurants, shops and on site salon at Beau Rivage? There’s something for everyone! The food is phenomenal, the shopping very upscale and enjoyable. The salon services were invigorating. And the casino, wrapped it all up with a bow! This place is definitely our family favorite casino resort getaway!

Beautiful casino \ hotel! The spa was absolutely incredible! The rooms are spacious and very nice! The little bar on the right just as you walk into the casino was so so much fun! The band that plays every weekend is what made it so fun! They were soo good and played songs from back in the 90's and 2000's.

Beau Rivage provides the best lodging experience in Biloxi! The hotel is beautifully decorated for Christmas. It is like a winter wonderland. It also has great stores to shop in. The casino is for smokers, but the smell is at a minimum compared to other casino hotels I have stayed at. I'm not a smoker, so clean air is important to me. I love staying at the Beau!

I haven't stayed here yet. We went for the brunch at The Buffet, and WOW! Just about everything you could want to eat and everything was so delicious! Lots of other restaurants are available that we hope to visit at some point also. We had never been, as we don't go to casinos, but there is great shopping and dining, and the decor is breathtaking!

Always beautiful, but the smoke in the casino is so very bad. They really need to work on a better air purification system. They have taken all but a handful of quarter slots out. Those are my favorite. Had a good time as always.

Fantastic hotel, our first time here. The property is well kept, updated and plenty of staff in all areas. They have numerous food outlets, all of the ones we tried were fantastic. Too cold on our trip for the pool but it is beautiful. The spa was nice and would recommend. Our room was well appointed but we paid a lot for a corner suite for the views. Disappointingly all we could see was the rook and parking garage, real bummer. If you book this type of room don’t get 3rd floor. Overall great property.

Great place to stay. The parking garage is free and the check-in process was very quick. Has a lot of shops in the lobby as well as some good eating places that aren't in the Casino area. Has an Arcade for the kids and an indoor Golf simulator for the Big Kids. Had the Buffet for lunch and it was very good and only $19.99. It is part of the MGM rewards program so be sure to sign up for free and get your card printed off and have them scan it for your stay and food. There were also plenty of elevators that were quick so there wasn't any waiting around for them.

My room was clean and nice. The line to the buffet was very long and didn't move fast so I didn't get to eat there...I was disappointed that the table games are $15 minimum. I finally found one Ultimate Texas Hold Em table that was $10 and played that for a little while. Both open craps tables were $25 minimum. I was able to find some cheaper tables at other casinos in the area.

Buffet was worse than a Golden Corral! Room was not as clean, and had a smell. The pool was so crowded that I wasn't able to swim. There were 70 something people!! I always loved going to the pool. Was there for 4 days and was not able to use even once! I wondered if they had opened it to the public? The Casino itself remains the same. Will not be going back. Have been patron for around 15 years, no more! So sad.

Super cute MGM property. Very "Vegas" feel without having to travel all the way there. It is simpler, and I wish there were more food options but the rooms are very nice, the pool and gym are great, and the casino is well kept.

Our room was excellent! Clean and smelled good, which helps after leaving the casino floor. Lots of friendly faces around every corner! I've never had so many conversations on an elevator! Lol. They have a great view of the gulf from their pool deck, lots of open space to hang out and relax outside, with a bar. The pillows were so comfy, we bought 2 to take home.

My wife and I had a short trip last month. We loved the room,very clean and roomy. The casino was awesome , especially the Bet MGM BOOK. The buffet was moved there temporarily and the food was delicious. So many offerings from meatloaf to shrimp to fried chicken. Overall a great resort, casino experience.

The MGM Folks treat you so special. We come in on a Charter Flight for usually 3-4 days and with some very nice people who become friends. The restaurants are nice and clean with very tasty food. They decorate for every Holiday it seems which is so pretty. I am in real estate, so I notice these things. If you have a need, the front desk is quick to assist you. This has become one of my favorite places to visit. I LOVE The Beau Rivage!

This is probably the nicest hotel in the coast. We didn't stay here but ate at the buffet. The hotel recently changed the buffet and my opinion is that it isn't worth it. Food selection is very limited and if your in two desserts they only had a handful of options. If you want a better buffet go to the Place. Lots more options and the food is better there. The crowd for this buffet was mainly seniors, and maybe that's why I thought the food was just bland, catering to them I suppose.

Nothing special about this casino. The restaurants are sub part. They did have the buffet open and we ate there. No real live music on the weekend. Just a local casino which still have smoking. The non smoking was located off the the smoking areas. What was good the whole trip was free promotion.

This is one of the Nicest Casinos that we have stayed at! From the time you walk in the front door to the time you leave, there are nonstop breathtaking sights. Also being walking distance from other casinos, food, and gas stations is always convenient. We were able to check in and enter our room digitally. Plus, the app allowed us to print physical keys at the kiosk by the front desk. We can not wait to stay here again in the future!

Incredible resort and casino. Great selection of next generation slots. Room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and beds comfy. Good restaurant options, something for everyone. Reservations, flight, airport transportation, and baggage handling were all done first class. Hassle free travel for the casino going senior. Good comps and great pkg deals are a plus, and this resort offers it all. No wonder they have regular repeat guests at this MGM location.

The rooms are very nice. The one I stayed in was very spacious, but my sister room was average size. Free parking and elevator for convenience. Lots of shopping 🛍, gambling, and food options, but definitely not for the frugal wallet. As with all or most casinos 🎰 drinks 🍸 of all kinds, are free. Their inside elevator to the room are uniquely structured. You need your room key card at all time to get on the elevator, and rooms 1-15 have their own elevator section, and 16-Up has its own section. Though the main areas are really beautiful and maintained. Going to the rooms are a lot of construction 🚧 zones and questionable sites. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. P.S. please do not order anything using your room service. My sister had to pay and additional $50.00 because her daughter called and placed an order off the menu (she went and picked it up and paid for the meal at the restaurant, but still got charged an hotel service fee).

Wonderful resort and casino. Check in was a great! Bell service was spectacular! Buffet was average but restaurants were excellent. Room was fabulous with stupendous house keeping services. I felt very generous and gave large tips because they deserved it. I also won four digits at the casino which was exciting!!!

Beau Rivage Casino is the Class of the Gulf Coast Casinos hands down. Their Buffet and Food establishments are excellent, well priced and awesome quality. The other shops inside are top tier, and surprisingly affordable. The slots are humming and actually pay very well; the table games and roulette are entertaining, with excellent potential for payouts. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for hours till the wee hours of the morning. Can't wait to go back.

Didn't stay just went for the buffet for dinner 1 night and breakfast the morning after. The food is always hood southern cooking red beans and rice is must. The mac and cheese is delicious just the right amount of creamy gooey delight. The fried chicken is a staple I. Southern cooking and this places version of it is very light and crispy and seasoned to perfection. The cat fish and fried shrimp were good as well.

The buffet and the staff are fantastic. Gigi at the buffet made sure we were taken care of, and we appreciated her. Went to the casino, and the only blackjack tables open were two $50 tables and one $500 table. No thanks - played a couple slots and took off. I suppose the other casinos had cheaper tables, but there weren't a lot of affordable table options.

The lobby and casino are amazing! I love looking at all of the memorabilia. The room was nice and clean but it was a bit worn. The bathroom was impeccable; however, there was a little less privacy than what I prefer, too many glass doors there. The casino play was good. We played for several hours and basically broke even. Overall, we had a very enjoyable evening here.

It was fine I guess but less of a tourist casino and more of a locals slot machine hangout. The casino is really small and there were very few tables open - couldn’t get seats for 3 to play blackjack. A bunch of other goofy card game tables were open and empty. Hardly anyone likes the games outside of very popular ones so I think maybe flexible tables would be better. The HR Cafe was fine but nothing special like the originals with regards to scale and collection, and the menu any what it used to be. The food was good and the bartender waited on us and she was great. Very friendly staff.

Pro's: Casino being continually cleaned. Restrooms were all clean. So many machines to choose from to play. Wide variety of food available. Food in the hard rock cafe was very good. The cafe style area was also good. Cons: hard to find a server to get beverages from,both in main casino & high limits room& non smoking rooms. The smoking part of the casino was not too bad as I am a non smoker ,& didn't gag on any clouds from smokers. Must have a very good ceiling exhaust system. Plenty of memorabilia on display which was interesting to look at. I just wish valet cost was not $30 + tips to the runners. Maybe give seniors & handicap people a lower cost break please. All in all enjoyed my 5 hrs there. Didn't loose too much which was a bonus.

I can't comment about the rooms. I will say that the burger I had there was fantastic. The bartender that served me my food was friendly and very conscientious. I would easily go back to this place. I didn't get a chance to visit the casino but I would definitely like to. This left a lasting positive feeling for this place. Shoot I would easily stay here if I was offered a chance. I'd love to go back and maybe stay next time.

We really like it here. Neither my wife, nor I, are advanced gamblers and they are so patient and helpful when we play. We're not huge spenders but they still treat us so well anyway. Every employee we interacted with during our stay was pleasant to interact with. Bartenders, front desk, pool staff, and the casino staff, all just wonderful to us. Will definitely be back.

This is my very first time visiting the location and honestly it was a really great experience. The room was nice, really comfy and welcoming. Had great assistance. The food, was REALLY GOOD. My parents had a really good time at the casino, they loved it. I will surely come back again soon. 😊❤️

Rooms need to be updated. The door handle on the room door was very hard to open. Checked in at 9pm. Went to dinner and returned back to the room. Upon my return, the temperature in the room was 62. We changed the temperature to 73 and left from the casino. Upon my return at 3 a.m., the temperature in the room was 66. It would not go higher. Called the front desk, and they sent maintenance up to check the problem. He flipped a switch inside the wall behind a panel, and it warmed up to 72. The temperature would not go higher than 72. I had the thermostat set at 76. Management and maintenance needs to complete routine maintenance checks on the functions of all guest rooms. The only good thing I can say is that my morning coffee view was amazing. Drinking coffee and seeing the water view help start my day.

I have enjoyed staying and visiting at this Hard Rock location. The rooms are very nice and clean. Enjoyed coming into my room with my music selection playing. The staff are efficient and friendly. If I have needed additional towels or other necessities, they are delivered within an appropriate time.There are many great eating selections at this location. The casino area is clean and well kept. There are various game selections available. I would highly recommend this casino and hotel.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights for our anniversary. Everything was amazing, the restaurants, casino, bars, hotel room, pool - everything! Check in was simple with the friendliest lady who was very helpful and patient with our questions. Check out was even more convenient. Loved our view, we were on the 6th floor and had views of both the MS Sound and the pool. The only negative we experienced..The buffet left a lot to be desired. Very expensive for limited choices of bland food. All staff from restaurants and hotel were so kind and welcoming. We felt well taken care of the whole time. All in all, we loved staying here and look forward to coming back!!

The property is beautiful. I had a reservation with Sugar Factory 15-minute wait for two people after being seated for a waiter to come over to take drink orders, only after being requested when I noticed a party of 11 walk in and there order was taken right away after I had already waited 15 min. I spoke with the Manager Drew and services improved right away he was very nice and pleasant to have around during the dining experience. I didn't get the guy name from the back that brought out our food but he was very polite also our waiter was great as well after the rough start to our dining experience.

Wife and I have been here several times and we've been satisfied each time. We brought the kids on this particular visit. They absolutely love it! All they wanted was pizza and the pool 😎.Like most hotels, room rates are highest on weekends. ANNNND as a reminder, don't forget to figure in those extra fees (7%Sales Tax, Resort Fee, 3% Hospitality Tax and 2%Convention Tax 😉)

Didn't know when we booked but smoking is permitted all over the resort including the elevators. Rooms are dated. Casino relatively small. Restaurants were fantastic as well as the view. Probably won't be back. Better values out there for the price but had fun.

First time to this location. We did not stay here but visited the casino. The area was large and plenty of room to get around. The floor service was great! Drinks were not hard to get and the machines were up to date with a few old school ones too. Will say it was a little dark but over all a good experience. Would definitely come here again.

This is my second time here with the same experience both times. Booked a King room in the Platinum tower. The whole tower is supposed to be non - smoking. It’s evident that they don’t enforce it or care. On both occasions, Immediately after getting off the elevator the hallway reeks of weed. We get into our room and it’s the same if not worse. The front desk was little help and only offered another room with different beds or an air scrubber. Housekeeping was very responsive but all they could offer was some spray. This will be the last time I stay at this facility.

I was less than impressed with my stay. The room had an amazing view but was in serious need of updating and the sheets were stained. The cleanliness wasn’t up to par either. I found hairs all over. They also misgendered me even though I provided correct information. I would not recommend your staff gender customers based on NAMES.

The room was clean and spacious. The casino had all the basics for tables, slots, and some good food options at relatively reasonable prices. We ate a big breakfast with chicken and waffles and an omelette and they were hot, fresh, and well prepared. The waitress was polite, attentive, and informative. The hotel is right on the water in MS. If you are passing through or live nearby this is a good place to try your luck and hang out a while. Good luck!

Very cool hotel. Loved the room, amazing view of the Gulf. Glass shower was great you can shower while seeing the beauty outside. Only negative thing if you like daily room service you have to make sure you ask for it. If not you will not get it. The Casino is a good size with lots of slots..and tables. Several different food choices inside also. Very clean also and friendly staff. And it's right on the water. Beautiful pool but was to cold to go in the time I was there. Definitely a do again.

Great place to hang out. Our favorite pizza place actually. Pie Five Pizza. We stop here just for the pizza some times. Pro: platinum tower rooms are super cool and modern. They have great views and are nice. Con: royal tower needs to be freshened up as the rooms are showing their age and some strong smells can be an issue.

My boyfriend and I had booked a room for 2 nights here but it was so nice and we were having so much fun we ended up staying another night. It was very clean and the staff was super friendly. Our room was a little lived in, shower heads need to be replaced, and the mini bar had apparently been broken into. It worked but it was empty. The service was on point. Great location. I got a hair cut and shaped my beard. They colored my wife's hair and it was perfect. Exactly what she wanted. The ladies were amazing. Made us feel very comfortable, they were the best. My wife gets super anxious around new people and her hairstylist got her to open up, share stories and laugh. I was very impressed and grateful. Mine as well.

We had a really nice room with a great view, but we won't be back. First of all, the room was not clean. There was garbage on the floor, the bathroom had not been wiped down, and the carpet needed to be vacuumed. Even worse, is there are no housekeeping services. One of the reasons we stay at a hotel, is that someone cleans the room and makes the bed, but not here. We asked for more towels, they were laid on top of our luggage near the door. Reservations was a joke. I had to make several phone calls because what I was told on the phone, did not match the confirmations I received. It took hours to straighten out the reservation. I've stayed at many different Hard Rocks and always enjoyed them. I was told to lower my expectations before I arrived, but I didn't think it would be this bad.

Had a great time, only comment is that the property and rooms especially could use a face-lift. Basic amenities in other casino/resort rooms, laundry bags, fridge, microwave, were "upon request if available". Mold in the room coffee machine. Drywall patching and painting in room was very evident. Furniture had plenty of use distress. Pool area was very nice as well as casino floor and restaurants.

We had a blast during our stay! Our first room had a connecting door to another room and the patrons were screaming all night. We requested another room and were quickly granted another room on a higher floor *without* an adjoining door. We were blown away by the stellar customer service. Casino was wonderful and the drinks plentiful. We'll definitely be back!!

The pool had a swim up bar. The entire area was well stocked with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. There were pool waitresses to take drink and food orders. They were all lovely young ladies who were great at their jobs. I want to give special thanks to Olivia, who made our experience at the pool even more enjoyable. She was friendly with a genuine smile that made me feel like she was actually as happy to be there as I was. All of the bartenders deserve to be praised as well. The entire staff that I encountered met or exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed my stay.

So above our expectations! We took this Biloxi trip on a whim, and booked the Hard Rock, and to say we were satisfied is a complete understatement! The location was very easy to access and come and go from, the view was amazing as well. From the first time we stepped in until the time we left the staff were amazing, very friendly and welcoming, everyone we interacted with was smiling faces, saying hello, asking how we were from security to housekeeping, front desk staff and all in between! The pool area was great, a nice swim up bar in the pool, great sitting area, two hot tubs, one of which was very spacious. The towels supplied were very big and plush. Even had a great view from the pool to the ocean. Our room was very clean, spacious, had a great view out the window, a nice large bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows didn't go flat! The only complaint about the room was just needed more plugs closer to the beds, otherwise it was excellent. There's plenty of restaurants & entertainment that you don't even have to leave if you so choose. It was our first time staying at a Hard Rock but definitely won't be the last. They certainly left a great impression and made you feel like you were very welcome and they were glad you were there. I highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay, we are smokers and appreciated our room. Unfortunately, I had to put towels to block our door due to the INTENSE marijuana smell. When we were checking out we brought it to the receptionist attention and her comment was “well you were on the smoking floor” also we weren’t the only ones to complain, but there is noting they can do. I read the guidelines for the state and it’s for Medical Marijuana only. So yes there was something that could have been done. Lesson learned, always choose non-smoking… just really disappointed.

The rooms are beautiful and the view is nice. There needs to be more attention to details like dust on the headboards, too many chips on the beautiful furniture, and the coffee pot looked like immediate death. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

I've stayed here awesome rooms. I've won 3 jackpots here, and people are awesome. The place is just great oyster. On the ha Half Shell is just wonderful. You gotta have to love oysters, tho & Fish in general.

The staff is outstanding! Had a blast for wife's birthday, many awesome memories and made some friends too. Sarah and William at the front desk are the best! They helped us figure out a difficult situation without the frustration. We will definitely be coming back as we won five hundred bucks our last night there!

Rooms were clean and big. We had a king-sized bed and had plenty of room. They did not have ANY charging ports at all, which was a little surprising. No microwave, but when we asked about one, they brought one immediately to our room.

Rooms were nice but not 281 dollars a night nice. We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Richland, Ms the night before that were much nicer and half the price. When you get there you are charged another 100 dollars per room and I had 2 rooms. They said it could be up to 10 days before it would debited back into my account. Only one of our rooms were ready when we checked in and we didn't check in until after 4pm. Just expected more maybe I was unrealistic in my expectations.

First time to stay at Biloxi Hard Rock. Got upgraded to Platinum tower for some reason. Room was really clean and larger than expected. Beds great. Shower was wonderful with plenty of hot water. Check in was simple and quick with very friendly clerk. Every where we ate was good. Expensive but good. Casino had a wide variety of slots and tables. Only negative was only two Ultimate X video poker machines ( my chose of games). While playing drinks were plentiful and waitress were easy on the eyes. (tipping helps). Down side it rained all three days there so couldn't do much outside. Truly enjoyed stay.

The hotel itself is nice aethstetically speaking. Staff was friendly. So why three stars? Ugh the smokers! They are everywhere. I don't think they smoke where they are supposed to either. You cannot visit the casino or restaurant without walking through clouds of lung killing death murder. You also can't take kids to the restaurants until they text you that your table is ready which is another story. I did like the three head shower, but the shower door did not close the whole way, and the toilet seat kept falling down on my junk. So yeah, don't bring your kids here. Try a different venue.

The Biloxi Visitors Center is not only a lovely building, it is full of interesting things to see. The staff is very friendly and eager to answer any questions. Nice displays of Mississippi memorabilia are on display and make for interesting viewing. There is also a large gift shop full of souvenirs. Well worth the stop.

Biloxi Lighthouse and the Biloxi Visitors Center are a combined stop. I would recommend starting my visit here. The visitor center gave us a lot of suggestions how we could best spend our 4 sightseeing days. The light house in front of the visitor center. You can climb to the top for a view of the beach, but only between 9 and 10 am. A BOGO coupon for the lighthouse is available in the visitor center.

People there are super sweet and helpful. Also, they give you free coffee. There is a beautiful museum in there too and it's free!!

This is my time in Biloxi, Mississippi, it's a pretty good looking place if you ask me, it's basically an art museum except you don't really have to pay for any tickets which is a good thing and also they have a gift shop too but usually I'm different and I call them souvenir shops instead, maybe that's just me. They also have bikes in front of the visitors center that you can rent (didn't take picture because I forgot) but you can go for a ride couple hours maybe like 2 or 4, heck maybe even the whole day if you want.

Great place to learn a little bit of history about Biloxi and the Gulf Coast. Great gift shop with local items. Cemetery marker for oldest burial ground in the South.

Beautiful building, neat walk-through museum, lots of local brochures and information about events going on in the area. There is a video about Hurricane Katrina that shows each day in the theater as well which is worth the watch. Bonus: The Biloxi Tour Train which leaves from the Visitor's Center parking lot is a must if you're interested in learning about the really neat history of this beautiful city!

Nice place for a wedding or reception. We have done setups here in the past. The vender elevator makes for easy access to the next level. It’s a bit blockish bc the layout is a giant square building but overall very nice and elegant.

1/17/23 My wife and I visited this beautiful building and were amazed at how wonderful it was. The free museum is very nice. Free coffee. The map showing the businesses is excellent. And of course there is the literature common to most visitor centers. The video on Katrina, played twice a day, was super good and worth it for anyone that has not experienced first hand the terror of a tidal wave. Biloxi caught the worst of that storm, though New Orleans got the publicity because of the flooding. Five stars from me is rare and this is, in my experience, the gold standard for a visitor center. Worth a visit. Worth going out of the way for and making time for. It is its own destination.

This is such a beautiful visitor's center. It's so well kept and tells alot about the areas history. There are some displays and informational movies playing where you can learn more.

The center is housed in a stunning, reconstructed Antebellum mansion located right across from the beautiful Biloxi Lighthouse. Top class info center featuring galleries, exhibits and a theater. A must-see.

Good information and great history. A bit shocked at the deferred maintenance at such a historic place. Roof obviously needs attention and displays need cleaning and maintenance as well. Fascinating stop. Enjoyed the witches convention on the grounds as well.

The family enjoyed the tour and the grounds! You can get lost in books for days. The art work is beautiful as well.

I really liked the people that worked there they had a lot of knowledge of the history at the place. The people that lived and stayed in the house. If you love old houses like me. I recommend taking the time to visit this place. They are doing upgrades on some areas but it's still easy to get around. They have guided tours and nice library, museum and gift shop as well. The cemetery is really informative as well. Signs are posted in details of the cemetery.

Not very well maintained. Look under funded. Tour guide was hard to understand and pretty much reiterated what the video said. Dressed like someone would be on the tour.

Its a beautiful white sand beach the water was warm...only downside it does not allow dogs..

Awesome stay. We used to stay here all the time before Covid hit. So I was nervous reading the reviews. However the hotel was very clean. The room was in great condition. Staff was friendly. The food was delicious. Had no issues with my teenager walking through to get from place to place. Although I don’t let her walk alone anywhere especially in place with this many people around. So I would definitely recommend a stay here. We had a great time!!!! Great place to stay! Very enjoyable trip!

I’m not sure why all of the bad reviews but our stay was wonderful. Only complaint is the hot water. Which we were told about upon arrival. But paying almost $200+ per night with no hot water is a little disappointing. Other than that, rooms were clean, spacious and had a perfect view from the 11th floor. If you have small children, the 3rd floor pool is best. H2O pool is more for an adult vibe. Overall enjoyed our stay!! Oh yeah. There were a group of teenagers who were playing by knocking on people’s doors around midnight but my husband set them straight 🙂 control your kids please

We played here for a few hours, and it was fun. There were no big winnings, but it was good entertainment for a while. We ate dinner at Morton's and were thoroughly satisfied. The beef and fish were excellent. The service was very good, and our server had full knowledge of the menue items. We will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant for couples or a special occasion for the family.

There’s so much going on here that I’ll break it up into sections. Hotel: 5/5 the best hotel experience I’ve had hands down. The rooms were clean and we never had to ask for things we needed because they were abundantly available. Spend the extra money to get the room with the jacuzzi, WORTH IT. Comfortable beds as well and nice sized bathroom. Price was very reasonable too. Spa 4.5/5 great experience and very relaxing though, I wanted just a bit more from my massage, but overall, good price and makes for a relaxing day. Food: 4/5 many good food choices on the property, some of them leave a little to be desired but there are no shortage of choices and variety to choose from here. Casino 4/5 honestly, it was smaller than expected, but surprisingly clean and low volume of people which is nice when you’re trying to get a table to play. H20 Pool 5/5 Hands down one of the best parts of the vacation. Very nice and clean. Plenty of area to sit down and relax without being shoulder to shoulder. The swim up bar was top notch and the two bar tenders work extremely well and efficiently. Literally could spend a whole day here and never get bored. Nice to just sit back and relax without too many people interrupting your peace. Overall, this was a slam dunk. Great location, close to the beach and there is a ton of food choices and activities to do within walking distance. Absolutely would stay here again. Golden nugget has my business for life anytime we come to Biloxi for any reason.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A varied choice of slots and table games to choose from. I think the availability of covered and monitored parking is the best!We had such a fabulous time there. We will definitely keep going back!!

Aside from a few cosmetic issues (chips and cracks) this place overall was great. There was nothing I can really complain about. There is a lot to do here, from great dining experiences, trying your luck at the casinos, watching the games, and the amazing spa, I must say it was money well spent. It is centrally located with an array of things to do in the surrounding area (just a 5 min drive or less away from the hotel). Pros: ~ Lots to do ~ Everything is within a 5 minute drive from the hotel ~ The rooms were very clean Cons: ~ There is a casino and if you are not a smoker then the smell can be a little suffocating. ~ there was no fridge or microwave in my room ~ The parking garage is poorly maintained, small and with little to no direction you’re left guessing on exactly where to park.

Really it was a just average stay, first time staying at a casino and I might have expected too much. Having both elevators from the parking garage to the casino would have been nice only one operational. You couldn't use luggage carts without having to tip the employee. Shower didn't just leak it ran a steady stream, we had to run our fan on high not to hear it. I was impressed with the Draft King's section man it was Awesome especially during the NCAA tournament. It was a quick drive to Ocean Springs MS. Love that little special secret on the Gulf Coast

I totally did not catch our dealers name at the Roulette table on the main floor. For management, she was at the table at 4pm on 4/6/2020. Absolutely wonderful experience and she was phenomenal! Me and my wife had a blast chatting and betting money at the table. Our dealer was first class and I hope you retain amazing employees like that! Overall a great experience!

What a blast. I can't wait to plan my next trip. The hotel portion reminded me of a luxurious stay (cozy colors and big furniture). There are multiple pools onsite that look like so much fun. Multiple places to eat and plenty of slots to play. It's a lively experience with so much to do. It's in a central area that's not far from other casinos that you can visit.

Loved this casino. The swim up bar-pool is the best part. I only gave them a 4 star review because the drinks at the pool bar were very expensive. They sell buckets of beer but it's the same piece as if you were to buy them single. So there were absolutely no deals on liquor at all. I was beautiful and I will definitely return.

The lady who checked us in, she was amazing. She was so kind and very sweet. I just loved her. All waiters and waitresses in Michael Patricks, they were great. Our stay was fine until my 17 year old daughter and cousin were yelled at by security as they stepped off the elevator to go to the candy shop. Told them they weren't allowed to be on the casino floor alone. They said they were just getting ice cream and security told her she needed to go back upstairs. Of course, when I went down with them, that particular security person was not there any longer. Why put the candy shop right by the elevators if the "under 21" crowd can't attend alone?

A little over-rated for me. Best part was the pool but drinks were horrible. Taste like juice with no alcohol. Rooms were nothing special but spacious. Wasn't worth $300 a night. Food was good but over-priced for the amount you got....at Bubba's. Not kid friendly at all. The places the kids go was within the gambling area so they watch you like a hawk and have to walk a certain path through the casino. Any wrong moves or turns, they are on you!

Review based on gaming floor alone, during a Friday afternoon. Plenty to do with a good variety of games. Several bars on the floor plus a Starbucks and gumbo restaurant. During our visit, several games were down, but ultimately did not impact our visit. One of the better casinos in Biloxi.

We had a reservation for 3 nights but decided to check out after 1 night. The pillows in the room are small and nasty. They were yellowish. The bathroom door look like a storage door. The ironing board is old with holes which led me to not to use it. My husband also left his reader glasses there at the spa room on 11/26/23 and he went back to the front desk of the spa 30 minutes before closing. However, the front desk lady was not helpful stating that they were people there, and she didn’t go looking for it. Josh who was the massage therapist stated it wasn’t there. My husband was trying to tell them the exact place he left it but they ignored him. We decided to give 1 star of the service due to the rudeness from most of the staff. I called the security for Lost and Found, and he was very rude not willing to help as well. Truly a disappointing experience.

Husband & I stayed Thursday-Monday for short getaway. Room was very nice with great view (junior suite). Linens & floors were clean, but mirror, faucet, sink & shower glass were not cleaned. Instead of calling service I cleaned it myself. Seemed quicker since we needed to freshen up upon arrival. Casino is pleasant & not smokey considering smoking is allowed on the floor. Every restaurant service & food was great. Casino staff were friendly and attentive. Spa massage was wonderful & quite affordable pricing for a resort. Josh did an amazing job. Will definitely stay again!

The room was a good size. It could have been more clean. The casino is a casino. There's a lot of smoking there. But it wasn't so terrible that we couldn't stand to walk through it. The only real downfall is me and my husband were in the hot tub and when it turned off trash started coming out of the filter part. And in that was a period pad and a toilet paper roll. I have no idea how that was overlooked but it was. Needless to say we got out and take showers. The pools and hot tub do smells straight up like chlorine. We did get two drinks from the bar and they were 15 a piece which probably isn't bad but it's a little steep.

The room was nice. The beds were somewhat comfortable (it all depends on preference). There aren't enough people working at the casino so it was horrible trying to eat at any of the restaurants and don't even think about asking for clean towels. It took them 2 days, with repeated requests, to get my towels. The safe in our room was "the only one that hadn't been fixed and/or updated" as per the guy who had to force it to open. They do not clean the rooms if you are a long stay guest. I do understand the restrictions due to covid. Overall, this is a nice place to stay but it does have a few issues.

Came here for my birthday, spent 5 days here. enjoyed every bit of it. I can go on for days about this place. It’s a get away for sure. Felt like home being there because Mississippi is where my family is from. But this experience was different for us. We were able to chill in the pool, eat at at some of the restaurants around it. we will be back.. best birthday vacation ever!

I checked in Saturday night and paid upwards of $330. The air conditioner thermostat was not working in room 601. I thought it would adjust to a fair setting to get a good nights’ rest. It was really hot! The carpet in the hallway smelled damp. I was also awakened around 7 am because the house keeping facility was right across the hall (they were very loud). It was the worst night of sleep that I've had in a while. When bringing this to the attention to the front desk staff, it was swept under the rug. At that price point, I thought I should’ve been well taken care of, and at least better customer service from the front desk staff.

It needs an update. Double queen room was nice, spacious, very large tub. It was also dusty. I found it odd that the bar at Bubba gumps closes when they get busy. Never seen that before. There were 6 seats open but they refused an order... of course the smoke smell but you expect that at a casino. All in all, I'd stay again.

I stayed at the GN during our Conference in July, rooms were nice, although they don't clean the rooms daily it plainly states, in the room, what their cleaning policy is. Check in was a breeze as was checkout. Ms Brenda at the front desk is amazing, she was so helpful. Enjoyed my stay.

Lovely casino/hotel. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Sadly, they are very short-handed hence no room service or maintenance. Our room was perfectly clean with a lovely view if the bay. The shower door was missing the bottom seal so it leaked into the bathroom floor. We would happily return despite that issue.

Had a great time. We stayed in a balcony room and enjoyed a great view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean, with the exception of the hotel hallways. They could be vacuumed a little more often. But I would definitely stay there again.

Resort fee although I’m not sure how this place is a resort…also their website says their rooms are “luxury” when they don’t even have a microwave. I had leftovers that ended up going to waste, which was pretty unfortunate since we were spending quite a bit of money to stay there as it was. Just tacky for a hotel to do that, in my opinion. The rooms were okay. Spacious but you can tell they need work. There was no “fan” option on the AC (I like to keep a fan on overnight for white noise). Not a huge deal though. The nice thing about the hotels was you couldn’t hear your neighbors, which was nice. The pool was nice, but the drinks were severely overpriced and were pretty much just juice. The Hard Rock casino was a way better vibe overall so we ended up hanging out there most of the time. The pool was also much better. I will say Golden Nugget has better hot tubs, but it’s just too hot this time of the year to enjoy. Next year I’ll stay at a regular hotel nearby that has full amenities at a more affordable price, and just go to the casinos/pools on the days that I want to. I would’ve saved more money and had an even better time had I done that in the first place.

Room security/ lock didn't work and some random person walked in. Customer service was worse than usual as there was no relief for the fault lock... we were told there were no clean rooms available. Gambling was awful, without even being to play before the slots took thousands. The entire casino and hotel seems to be in complete disrepair and aging quickly without investment in any real maintenance or updating. It really used to be a good casino and hotel, but we are done and won't be back.

We had an enjoyable stay. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff were all very nice and we observed many people working to keep the experience pleasant for all. The casino was nice and I like that they have a smoke free floor for players that have preference to be in a more fresh environment. I also like the location tucked away near the edge of the strip along the Gulf of Mexico near the bridge over into Ocean Springs. Convenient for taking a short drive to more shopping and beautiful experiences.

Went with family for a birthday trip for my mom. Great rooms. Like all casinos, you will have to deal with smoke. Restaurants inside are pricey. Kid friendly. Can walk with kids next door to Margaritaville.

Location is great, next to beach, near dining and etc. But the rooms- you can hear everything! Like the guy coughing and vomiting next door. Or the person using the bathroom on the other side of us. The rooms itself was nice. Smells like smoke, even though it's non smoking rooms.

Older casino, pretty smokey atmosphere. Rooms are dated and a little dusty, bathroom was clean and shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. But for the price it was fine. No valet service or any bell service that we saw. Servers and dealers were all nice and pleasant.

Wonderful associates and staff, great restaurants and choices inside the casino, and an unbeatable location close enough to everything to make it convenient. Stopped to enjoy some fun while passing through on vacation. I had a blast, people were friendly, you can smoke inside but it didn't have a horrible smell, won a couple hundred on the little I started with. I would definitely visit again if ever in the area!

Only gambled here. Super clean and relaxing. Lots of great slot machines and nice patrons. Dealers are nice, didn't see any drink servers working the floor here during the day. I like playing here because I am usually lucky. Bubba Gumps is a great spot to lunch also.

This place is the worst experience on the Biloxi strip. The staff seems like carnival workers and acts like them. The room air conditioner never worked even though we asked for it to be fixed. We had no AC the whole three days we were there. The pool area is pretty nice, but it turns into a daycare very quickly. I would stay anywhere else besides this place in Biloxi, the rooms are nasty and old and outdated.

Nice room. Handicap room should be close to elevator, not 20 rooms down the hall. No hot water in the morning. REALLY miss the valet service. Staff is always helpful and polite. Thank you.

I popped in on a Saturday morning. It was dead. I hope this place does a lot better later in the day. It seemed clean. The staff was nice.

Mixed in this place. Love the feeling you get coming in from outside look but definitely a smaller place. Half on land and half on barge. Hard for us to be on water unfortunately like that because we get nauseous but that’s just us. Table games were $10 minimums but I feel like a place like this could benefit from even a $5 table here and there. Some old classic slot machines in the back. They were giving away what looked like bed sheets for their loyalty program members. Felt like more a local crowd is who they are targeting. Worth a trip but we didn’t stay long.

Toured Boomtown - it is an older casino and a locals favourite. They have some older video poker machines that pay 10 - 5 for bonus poker. They have an interesting heritage display. Lots of food selections

Theresa Williams at the players club was phenomenal! She was so helpful, friendly,and full of energy. A great asset! Her customer service was outstanding! The most cordial person we met out of all the casinos we visited. My husband is a police officer and she helped set up our hero account and just so sincere!! Would go back just to see her smiling face! The casino was good too! Will be back soon!!

I have always found boomtown to be a very comfortable and enjoyable place to be even when losing everyone there is very friendly very accommodating things are clean and they seem to be always trying to do better the only complaints I have is the one complaint that I think you have in almost every casino never enough beverage servers on the floor

A great casino in my opinion! One of the oldest on the coast as well if I'm not mistaken. I just wish Katrina didn't come through and wipe out the old Boomtown casino with the arcade and everything I remember when I was younger! Still a great casino to visit if you're in the area though. Great staff as well!

Came here with my dad a couple weekends ago and still really haven’t gotten over our experience. We had “unlimited” crab legs at Pho Boy and the place was completely empty when we got there. I say “unlimited” because it’s not unlimited and they only serve like 3 plates of crab per person. False advertising. The women at the front was really nice and helpful, but the other women that would bring out the food was rude for no reason. She acted like we were a burden on her having to do her job and she would make snarky comments towards us like “are y’all finished yet?” Trying to rush us out of there even though there were no other people to take care of. When she wasn’t being rude she was actively ignoring us, so when we needed a refill on our kids sized cups (not what we ordered) we had to go talk to the lady at the front. Just a weird experience overall. The crab was excellent but the service was insane. Covid really made people in the food industry give up.

I would give them 3.5/5 stars. I personally have a lot of love for the older styled casinos. They are becoming a thing of the past unfortunately and you can feel that inside of Boomtown Biloxi. I had a wonderful time playing the older slot machines here, but the energy was a bit on the down side. They do not have self serve beverage stations and there just isn't really an excuse for that when you have direct competitors that do have these. I think if they were to install self serve beverage stations and just brighten up the place a bit... remodel the inside... make it more inviting and vibrant they could have a longer future in store. I will always visit this casino when I come to Biloxi in the future.

Her expertise and friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Ms. Kim's attention to detail and genuine care for every player at the table truly stood out. She took the time to ensure that everyone understood the rules and strategies, creating an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the fact that the tables have a $5 minimum bet was incredibly beneficial for beginners like myself. It allowed me to ease into the games without feeling overwhelmed by high stakes. The overall ambiance of Boomtown was impressive, with a wide selection of games and amenities available. The staff were all courteous and professional, contributing to a memorable evening of entertainment. The casino is nice and I enjoyed my time gambling. But if you are staying at the RV campground I would suggest going elsewhere. The campground is nice, but the service even though they seem to always say when they answer the phone I'm your happy service agent or whatever is horrible. Numerous times I call to get one thing done, including the gate code that would not work despite a couple other nice campers coming over and helping

This is the first time I've been back since Katrina hit. they've done a wonderful job on rebuilding, making the old Casino look like a new one. The food's pretty good too. oh and I won a few dollars there too

Walked in excited to come my first time. The lady at customer service was immediately so rude to us saying " what do you want?" When I told her I was a new player there. We told the manager, which seemed to do nothing nor care and we walked out and won't be back. It's a shame because we came to play.

This casino is small and kinda old, but it's got a decent amount of slot machines and the staff is very nice! My favorite machine was the Deal or No Deal. We bought the bonus spin on it and had pretty good luck with it.

The lighthouse is only open from 9-10 am to climb. For a few dollars, an employee will walk you up the spiral staircase and give a brief history of the lighthouse. There is a ladder you must climb at the end to get to the top landing. The view from the top is mostly of the parking lot, but it was cool to see the light. A walk across the lot will give you beach access, though it was littered with trash.

Finally made it to check out the lighthouse. It’s only open for an hour in the mornings. They stop admitting people 15 minutes before 10. Admission is $5 for adults. You have to cross the street to the Visitors Center to buy your tickets in the gift shop. If I recall correctly, there are 58 steps to the top. It’s quite small and has a spiral staircase, so I wouldn’t recommend if you’re claustrophobic or get vertigo. It happened to be a really beautiful clear day when I went up, so I got some nice photos.

They have fox timing when they do tour. And take people inside I guess. I missed that timings. So couldn’t join your. But it’s on beach side. If you visiting Biloxi beach. Give a look to this place.

Public beach. It's fairly noisy being so close to the road, but it was still a nice place to just sit and listen to the wind, water, and birds. Jet ski and water bike rentals are here as well.

We visited the Biloxi Lighthouse on a Sunday Morning in June, 2023. We were not there in time for a tour. But we pulled into the parking lot right across from it. The road divided with the lighthouse in the middle. The parking lot across from it made it easy to take pictures. We just pulled up and parked in front of the light house. Then walked around for different views. We didn't cross the road for other views because traffic was getting heavy, and there were multiple lanes. There is also am monument to NASA Astronaut Fred Haise from Apollo 13 fame, among other credits. Just a nice place to visit. Turn around and Fred's monument and the ocean is right behind you. And unless you take a tour, it costs you nothing to enjoy. How can you beat that?

Tours are offered for this historic lighthouse. Make arrangements at the very nice Biloxi Welcome Center across the road. We did not tour the lighthouse, but the welcome center is a nice place to stop for local information

We had a little time to kill so we went to check this place out. It is definitely right by the beach. You can pull into a parking lot, which is nice and free ! The lighthouse was across the street, as well as a little park. Traffic was too busy so we weren't about to go across. No pier due the horrible storm that came through a while back. They are repairing it , i think lol. It was beautiful. Sand was white ! Beach was a lil dirty but ... it's to be expected with it being in the gulf area. Lots of restaurants down the road.

Got to look at the lighthouse, and did the walking four in downtown Biloxi. Would have liked to go in lighthouse, but only open 9am to 9:30 am. Walking tour was easy walk and enjoyed it.

I did not go in the lighthouse, though it seems to have withstood the test of time. Well maintained.

Bright newly remodeled rooms. In room K-cup type coffee machine with a variety of flavors and teas. TV channels are few and local but you are not staying there to watch TV 😉. Pool is closed for the season. Bedding and towels are white and soft. A small box of great tasting lemon cookies is left on the bed to greet you when you arrive. All in all a pleasant stay.

I knocked off two stars based on the fact that the check-in and cashier area when first approached was extremely rude and more than less than helpful. They caught an attitude with me because I didn't have my ID on my person. I had an app on my phone with my ID verified into it. And I was made to wait in line three times in order for them to find out that the app wasn't acceptable form of identification. They continue to argue with me all the way to the point where the management told them to accept my ID on the app. And then they still used undesirable tones while addressing my transaction as they finally rang me up at the register and gave me my band for the crab claws. Some courtesy towards guests, who spend their hard earned money so that they can enjoy the fruits of their labor should not be too much to ask. Or at least being talked to in a more respectful manner and without attitude and snide comments. Whether they happened to be correct about something or not should be in order. But outside that issue The entire visit was fabulous. The food was good. It was fresh and hot. And the rest of the buffet staff were all kind courteous helpful patient and genuinely dedicated to creating a fabulous experience for guests like me. The latter are greatly appreciated. But the former keep me from wanting to return and spending my money to be treated or talked down to in such a way ever again. I do however fully intend on returning anyhow and trying to forget that awful experience because it's the only one I've had so far and I frequently visit this casino in this specific venue in the casino. Again, thank you to those who made the experience unforgettable in all the right ways, It is y'all's dedication to guest service that keeps me returning time and again.

We went to the buffet. It was good, though, there was about an hour wait. The food was fresh looking and a very nice selection. It's all you can eat crab amd lobster, so we indulged. It was a little overcooked, but not very much. Overall, it was a nice experience.

I have stayed at this hotel and have always had wonderful rooms and experiences. Tracy, Ms. Ruth and Jacob at the front desk are always so helpful. Teresa the Casino host is always responsive and truly works to make our stay memorable. The buffet and staff is amazing. The restaurant on the top floor always impresses me as well with new food choices and great service. We always ask for David.

We went on Tuesday Feb 20, 2024. We went for the special promotion for ages 50+ where with 20 players points you qualify for the half price buffet. Regular lunch for 2 costs $29. We gambled to get our 20 points so total cost to us was $22.65. So we had some "fun" and saved 6.35. The regular buffet has fresh salad veggies, baked salmon, fried shrimp, liver and onions, gumbo soup, fresh dinner rolls too many vegetables to try them all, pasta salads, lots of other cooked meats and too many deserts like pies cakes brownies ice cream. There is a no sugar added dessert section

This place gives crazy comps, Wednesday night is packed, great buffet they have lobster buffet on Thursday!, Rumored to be the casino of the locals. Definitely a must go! Check out their website for the days they have bonus points and specials for slots. Can't wait for my next trip.

Loving this hotel definitely glad we picked this one! We here now and the food amazing guest service is amazing only thing I hate is the rooms don't have a microwave but that's small thing. I ask this housekeeper named Diane for some towels and she took great care of us. The view is amazing! I love this place and I'm glad we choose this hotel and definitely coming back!

Not bad, we paid extra for the crab buffet option. The food is mostly Southern staples like Jambalaya, Red Beans & Rice, Shrimp, Sweet Potatoes, Lima Beans, Baked Beans, Crab. The desert bar looked pretty good. The salad bar was a little small, but I liked the Broccoli Salad. There was Corn Bread, Rolls. There was Lobster, my husband got that plus Brisket. There was beer, both draft & bottle, I went with a Yuengling in the bottle. Coca Cola soft drinks. We went on a Thursday, it was busy, but from the time we paid until we were seated, it was less then ten minutes. The food was good, I am just not a fan of the layout of the buffet & dining room. I saw all sorts of people enjoying the crab, it was dinner time. I did not see any children, mostly adults, senior citizens, locals, tourists. Saw a person with a walker, another with a wheelchair, so it is handicapped accessible. Restrooms not far from the buffet entrance, super clean. Buffet is right off the casino floor, second story of the building, we entered through the casino entrance. The only thing I was unhappy with was there was no butter for the rolls & potatoes, but they had melted butter for the crab & lobster. Military discount available, but my husband is a veteran with PTSD, he felt the buffet was a little too crowded & loud for him.

Arrived in a show semi without a trailer, a 300,000 rig, probably the most expensive vehicle on the lot. Cash in hand, ready to eat and spend money and security told us we could not park there because 18 wheelers were not allowed to park there! We had ten beautiful wheels. Semi’s without trailers should be allowed- we make great money and love food. Your loss.

I enjoyed my stay at Treasure Bay. I enjoyed the food and the room. I was very impressed with the looks of the room. And my view of the pool. I would highly recommend them for a nice stay. And if you are from out of town. You will be real close to a lot of other places and things to do. I haven't been in a room for a long time. This one you can trust.

Why are all these people griping about no kids being allowed? It CLEARLY SAYS 21 AND OLDER. NOT EVERYONE WANTS TO DEAL WITH KIDS ON VACATION. GO TO DISNEY IF YOU WANT KID FRIENDLY. WE CHOSE THIS PLACE DUE TO NO KIDS AND NO PETS... PLENTY OF OTHER PLACES TO GO IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT. HAVE A GREAT DAY 😊

From the time we arrived everyone we encountered that work there were so nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the pool was also. There was great food and many choices of restaurants. We will definitely be back.

My friends and I went to the Treasure Bay Casino last night. We had already paid for our meal but they would not seat us since we were waiting on one more person. We didn’t understand why we couldn’t be seated because they’ve seated us before while we waited on one person to arrive. Plus we already paid for all of us. A few of the workers in the front of the restaurant were rude and nasty. I’m the type of person who will treat you like you treat me. The one lady was rude and gave attitude while she spoke to us. Instead of asking us to move to the side while we wait on our friends she was rude about it. One of the servers did try to seat us and she told her no we could not be seated. My friend did call customer service to speak to a supervisor. We were told that the policy had changed and that was the new rule. Ok, well then someone needs to teach your workers how to explain that to customers versus being rude to them. When our friend finally arrived and we were waiting on a table, a girl asked if they could show her where her mom was seated. If you can’t be seated until your whole party has arrived and that’s the policy, why did they seat that party if they were not all there. They escorted the girl to find her mom and she was staying to eat. Why was it ok for her to do that but not us? I mean policy is policy it should apply to everyone right? I mean I don’t like to play the race card but the worker that was rude to us and that party was same race. So am I being treating that way because I was not same race???

Based on the pictures during our search, we expected a nice establishment. However, when they did not show more pictures, I was a little concerned. The renovations is a patch up job. The hallways still have the old color and awful smell. Plus, they claim the rooms are non-smoking. That is not true. The entire building smells like smoke and in the rooms. It was so bad I had a respiratory flare up and the staff did nothing. I reached out to guest services and they never called back or followed up on my concern. I was uncomfortable. The building should have a different ventilation system separate from the casino. I did not expect to have to inhale smoke in my private room. Also, every time you ask the staff a question they all are dumb and don’t even know the answer to the simplest question. On day one, we noticed there were no towels in the room to shower, we called the front desk. We waited for hours and ultimately fell asleep in our clothes until the morning and had to call again and speak with the morning staff. The only thing that was good was the gumbo, crab legs and lobster at the buffet. However, due to heavy traffic, the staff don’t clean the tables or rugs good in-between guests.

We didn't stay at the hotel but we did try out the breakfast buffet. The staff was great, but the food was ok. Lots of items seem to have been out there for a while, the biscuits gravy and eggs were good, pancakes and french toast were hard and old tasting. It was a slow Monday, but you can't serve old hard food. Again staff and service was great, but food was a letdown.

I put a $20 in a machine, it was counted. I put another $20 in right after that but the machine didn't register it. Called for service. The technician couldn't find it. I had witnesses on both sides of me telling the manager that the machine did not register my 2nd $20. Now, I have to wait until TOMORROW for them to count out the machine to see if they have an overage. I'm pissed! They have cameras everywhere- they should be able to see exactly what happened. So, instead of enjoying my last few minutes at their casino I am leaving with a very sour taste for this casino. I live too far away to be able to just come back for $20. There are way too many other casinos to go to that have honest management when their machines mess up.

This casino never seems to look clean to me. We also used to love their buffet but it hasn't been up to par lately. The lobster tasted like hit dog water and was a tough as leather. When you drive 3 hours to eat this buffet, and pay over $40 per person, you expect the food to be worth the price and the drive..... sadly it's not. We were a party of 7. We are there 2 times and the food sucked both times. We will not waste our trip on their buffet again any time soon.

I haven't had a crab buffet in a casino in several years. If you get the players card, they give you a 15% discount, I paid $37.99 but because of the Dungeness crab legs, was well worth it. The rest of the food and desserts were not good to my taste. Service was excellent, Kim took care of us real good.

2 1/2 hr wait for dinner was interrupted by a false fire alarm. Didn't get to finish. Lobster was rubbery and had a red seasoning and coating that was excessively salty and made me feel strange. Watery eyes, pulse racing. I'm not allergic to shellfish. Had crab the next day. I called to complain, just got excuses. No apology or invite to come back. Not a great way to get people to spend money.

I will say THE DEN and THE LOUNGE, they are amazing, the people working in those two areas are amazing and so nice. They do a great job. Also, their strawberry cheesecake is HEAVEN SENT!!!! Also, I have been in the rooms inside the main part of the casino and they are absolutely gorgeous! The ones on the outside aren't bad; they just aren't as nice as the inside. All in all, this casino is one of my top favs to go and enjoy myself at.

Well my husband was very disappointed. The prim rib was like rubber However, I on the other hand ate so much crab and lobsters( which they offer Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Some crab was over cooked but still really good.

The doors outside of the rooms looked dingy old, but inside it was a surprise it was nice. The room had a little patio with chairs and a table with a pool view They have a buffet every day with crabs all you can eat, it cost about $43, but you can opt out of the crabs, and the price will be lower. Personally, I go for the crab legs.

Came for the buffet. The only real good thing was the crabs and ice cream. Veggies tasted like they came straight out of a can, salad was wilted, frog legs were good but the fried shrimp was soggie and lukeroom. I paid way too much to eat crab legs and ice cream

Didn't spend the night in rooms, so can't rate that. Did some slots and lost mostly. Went to All You Can Eat crab legs buffet. The Buffet was very good 👍. I would definitely go there again to eat. Staff in buffet area were very friendly and made sure our drinks were full. Would not go back to play slots, there weren't many to play and they were old styles. Also the rooms were very thick with cigarette smoke, almost nauseating. I used to smoke but, quit 30 years ago.

Had a great time here. The seafood buffet was great. Casino play was a little tight but we enjoyed playing there. The service was outstanding. Frequent drink servers. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Will definately go back when we are in the area again.

My friend brought me to this casino for the first time. I registered for a casino card to get rewards. I did not receive anything for my first visit. And I did not win and I was there for a few hours and only got asked for a drink. One time and the waitress never came back. This casino is very small. I don't know how they stay in business. Good luck, I guess.

We went specifically to eat the crab legs! And as always they didn't disappoint! The Dungeness Crab legs are now my favorite. Easy peasy to get big hunks of meat out. We will definitely be going back. Price wasn't to bad. The perks of being over 50 is the senior discount.

Get fun, great people and the employees were for the most part nice. It was my first time there and I only went to the casino, but I had a really really good time. The slots and tables are oddly located, but it was nice to get find your own nook to hide in and play.

This was first time my friend and I visiting treasure Island casino. We were playing black Jack for few hours when I decided to stand up behind the table and keep playing. Suddenly pit boss approached me and told me I have to sit down and play. I have played at many casinos and never been told to sit down and play. I let her know I am just stretching little. Changing cards and dealers constantly was annoying too. As far as dealer the gentleman called Jan seemed very happy to see the players losing. They even scanning their own tokens when I was cashing them. Totally lack of trust to their customers made us very uncomfortable. Fortunately I was up a little when we left the place. We will never go back to treasure Bay casino again and do not recommend them to anybody else.

So I’m not a huge gambler but do enjoy casinos. This place was amazing. I left with a bit more than I started, but that’s not the only reason I liked it. It was not a huge casino but so clean and it didn’t stink!!!! There were sanitizing wipes at every seat and the service and free drinks were great. Ate at Stacks and we all really enjoyed our dinner. The hotel rooms were immaculate, well appointed and comfy. Service at the front desk was great. We got two adjacent rooms. Good luck with that in Lake Charles! Great prices too. I just highly recommend the whole place. Super fun.

We are regular Saturday lunch buffet patrons. Always enjoy the food. And, always sit in Norbert's section because he is an amazing waiter. We never have to ask for refills and he always knows we like extra lemon. By the time we're seated, Norbert has our unsweetened teas poured, extra lemon on the table and a bottle of Tabasco. He knows and accommodates his customers. If only more places had employees like Norbert but he is one in a million and we appreciate him tremendously. We always ask to be seated in his section and when he is off we give an audible sigh. Norbert rules!

Love this casino. It's smoke-free & very clean. They have a great Cafe with delicious, strong coffee and they bake all the goodies fresh. The restaurants are also very nice. Only thing that would be better would be more comfortable beds & soft sheets & pillow cases.

The restaurants are great. Stacked is by far the best casino cafe that I've eaten. My surf and turf burger was amazing and the seafood loaded fries and nachos that my friends had were really good. The buffet had a good selection and if you get 20 points on your players card it's half off which is a great deal. Fantastic service at the restaurants, reception, gift shop, etc. It's super clean and the fact that it's smoke free makes it that much more enjoyable. I found the bed and pillows to be exceptionally firm and I did not sleep well. That's the only downfall to me. The rooms are spacious and clean.

We went for the buffet and it was delicious. Large variety of things to choose from but the prime rib was definitely best. Cooked to perfection. Top off your meal with a wide selection of desserts. The soft ice cream is great on your cobbler or by itself!

NO SMOKING!!!! OMG!!!! I didn't know there was a non-smoking casino anywhere on the planet. But then we walked into the palace and I was amazed that I could breathe without choking on smoke! The entire place is non-smoking including the casino. Inconceivable! For that reason alone will be back, but we also ate at the buffet and the service was impeccable. The food was pretty good, and a reasonable value. Thank you to whoever made the decision to protect all of the employees and visitors by allowing everybody to breathe clean air in this facility. Much appreciated!

If you’re looking for comfort, go somewhere else. We booked directly with the casino, not through a discount site. The bellhop was very nice and helpful. The front desk staff was unremarkable. The size of the double queen room is nice. The view from our window had to be one of the worst in the building. We couldn’t see anything but ugly roof and AC units. The beds were AWFUL!! The mattresses were so thin and hard that you could feel the springs with your rib cage. The linens must have been sent over from the local prison, because they felt like a punishment. Luckily we had our own pillows, because you could not count what they gave us, as pillows. The towels were child size and could be used as a loofah. The room even came with a “thermostat” that did absolutely nothing and coffee pot that took forever to make one cup. Come play, just don’t stay! We won’t be making that mistake again.

We loved our stay at this hotel. We had a corner room overlooking the bay. Our room and the whole hotel was very clean. I liked the decor in our room. The people that worked there were friendly and the other hotel customers were too. The buffet was great and the pool was also. Their security is strict. We felt safe.

Great casino/resort. Stayed overnight on a Saturday. Spent the day poolside. Nice salt water pool area…exceptional pool service staff with great food and drinks. Pool wasnt over crowded or rowdy. Relaxing. Rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Had a beautiful view over looking the bay and bridge. The bed was firm and was comfortable for me, but that’s what I prefer, not so much the wife. The buffet was one of the best we’ve tried. Lots of options, staff was great. Casino is non smoking inside which is huge for us and a very welcome plus/rarity in a casino…clean and crisp air with little wipes at every slot machine…we’re not clean freaks but it’s nice to know you can use them if you’re feeling grimy. Plus we were lucky and walked away lucky winners of a full night of gaming! Paid for our entire weekend trip! Had a great time thank you Palace casino. Well done.

Always love going here because of the no smoking. The buffet is usually awesome, but this last time I went for dinner was not a good experience. I felt like the food had been sitting for far too long. Nothing was good, it seemed. I expressed this to the staff on the way out, and it didn't seem like anyone cared.

I just returned from a 5 day stay at the Palace. It was a great vacation. My room was great, clean and spacious. The best part was the smoke free environment. Someone in our group had an issue at one of the Craps tables and I never got my $25 bonus money for the slot machines but nothing is perfect. I would give the gambling a 3.5 out of 5. The casino staff was some of the friendliest and engaging I have ever seen. There is plenty of security and they are just as good to converse with.

We stayed three nights and had an amazing experience. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. They would literally go out their way to greet us as we walked around the resort and ask if there was anything they could do for us. We were treated so well it almost made me uncomfortable because I'm not used to being treated like royalty. The restaurant, Mignon, was exceptional, as was the bartender in the lounge. My wife loved her spa day at Pure, and we had a great time fishing on one of their charter boats. We will definitely be back for more.

The staff was amazing. From the time we checked in to check out, everyone was extremely professional and nice. Even the security guards acknowledges everyone that came through the door. Always smiling and friendly. Only reason for the "4" stars was the beds (mattresses) were extremely uncomfortable. The bed was hard!!! Besides the bed, everything else in the room was 5 stars! For the price ($260.00 a night in April) I assumed the beds would be plush, but that was not the case. It was so nice to be at a hotel/casino that did not reak of cigarette smoke but the beds are actually a deal breaker for me. If soft beds don't matter to you, you will LOVE this hotel.

The rooms are huge . Nice and clean . The buffet is good but honestly not all that I thought . So I'll post pictures of what I did take . Don't get me wrong the food is good just not everyday. I came looking for crab legs and didn't find them here at all. The casino is lovely but so dm confusing with first timers trying to get around .. seems it's shaped like an L. The only problem I had was the shower curtain in the bathroom was too short ! .. your floor will be soaked .. ask for more towels . Look forward to coming back when I get more money to enjoy more .

No trip to Biloxi is complete without stopping in here. It is nice to play table games and not end up smelling like cigarette smoke. The casino is clean and the table games were fun. Helpful staff was really appreciated

I had a great experience, from the time I checked in. The clerk that checked us in deserves a bump in pay because he went over and beyond his duties. He was very helpful and pleasant! Lots of restaurants. The buffet staff also deserves a huge amount of recognition, from the cashiers to the wait staff; they all were super nice and friendly. I can't forget the chefs, the food was top-tier. Like I said, everyone at the hotel/casino was outstanding, including housekeeping. The maid on the 9th floor was very accommodating and went out of her way, too! Very nice pool! Casino is very well cared for! I loved the fishing pier that is steps away from the casino. I don't know if calling it a fishing pier is correct because it's approximately a mile or so long walking or running bridge. Whatever it is, I loved it!

I can't talk about the rooms because I've not stayed there. We visit the casino and buffet. The casino is smoke free which is wonderful. The machines are usually good to me. My favorite is the buffet. It's excellent. I would definitely recommend both, the casino and the buffet. Enjoy

We didn't stay here but ate at the buffet. At 27.99 was not a bad price and you get a discount being a club member. The buffet was massive and you can choose from several areas. I favored the smoke and grilled meats section. The Comfort section was tasty as well. There is also a hibachi grill. The staff were very professional and friendly. Kudos to the entire buffet staff.

We love staying at the Palace in Biloxi. It is a non-smoking facility which is important to us. Also, it is walking distance to the walking bridge that takes you to Ocean Springs. We walk across the bridge every day. The Stacked Restaurant has some of the best food you will find anywhere. I have to give a shout-out to Samantha at the front desk because she helped me with a difficult reservation situation. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean and modern.

What a great surprise. Everything has been fantastic at this place. The check in and accommodations for adding extra nights was friendly and stress free. I can't thank this hotel enough. Things to note: 1. Price was fantastic 2. I ended up winning on the slots. Not thousands but a few hundred. I only spent $50. 3. Front desk was so helpful. Thank you Sam & Nick and Sherrie& Mindy. You all went above and beyond. 4. All the security guards were so nice and friendly. 5. Housekeeping was incredible. Sadly, I didn't get her name but my stay was from 1-16-2024 until 1-20-2024. Please thank her. I was on the 9th floor. 6. The bartender at the bar near the elevators was fantastic. He made a mean Manhattan. 7. Karla the hostess near the restaurant by the elevators was friendly and helpful. 8. Parking was easy and felt safe in the garage. I made myself aware of my surroundings but never felt unsafe. 9. Other guests were friendly. 10. Room was clean and was given extra coffee and water when I asked. The only problem I had and not much anyone could do about it , was the other guests slammed doors all night. I understand it's a casino but jeez people, close your door quietly. If I ever make it back here, this is the only place I would stay.

We just went to gamble and eat. Both went well. Their buffet really is one of the best for multiple reasons. We observed the man cooking steaks change out his cutting board and discard "old" meat. The buffet food is fresh, delicious and kept at a high standard.

My husband and I stayed for our 20 year anniversary. The first night of sleep was terrible because of the very hard mattress. We politely asked if we could try another room in search of a softer mattress and the manager was helpful, let us move rooms. We were grateful for that! Right away I opened the fridge to put our food in it and there was food left in there. I didn't say anything and just threw the food away but a few hours later I went to take a shower and was met with black hair covering the drain and all along the shower walls. I called the front desk and all they did was ask if I wanted to have a housekeeper sent up. At that point I was undressed and relaxed and didn't want anyone in my room so I just cleaned it myself. I decided to let a manager know and all she did was apologize. I feel as though we should have been compensated somehow for these things. I work very hard and look forward to the relaxation of my vacations at the Palace, cleaning up someone else's hair is not my idea of a relaxing time. The next morning we went to cash out our winnings at a kiosk on the casino floor to use at our outing that day but we weren't allowed to use them but we couldn't go to the tellers either. Had we been leaving early we wouldn't have been able to take our money at all. There really needs to be a kiosk available before the casino opens so you can get your funds at any time(maybe in the lobby.) We stay at least a few times a year and this was the only time we've been disappointed.

Our massage at the spa was PHENOMENAL! I'm not a person to leave reviews unless it's mind blowing! This was the BEST deep tissue massage EVER! I'd give Beth 10 stars! She's very sweet and very knowledgeable of what she does! I'd recommend her for the BEST massage! My facial massage was the BEST also! Tara did a PHENOMENAL job! 10 stars as well!! Thank you ladies for the BEST services!

This was a great family experience. The crew was friendly and informative and let everyone know when and where they saw any dolphins on the dolphin cruise. The boat would loop back and figure eight to give everyone a chance to see the dolphins. We were also told about other points of interest in the area and made it almost to Ship Island. When we return to the area, we plan on taking a trip with Ship Island Excursions to the island itself. I highly recommend this company. They offer a number of unique cruises and all of them sound like fun.

Bring so much bug spray! The experience was so cool & the staff was amazing! The island was so much fun! My only recommendation is that they add infants-2 year olds when booking tickets. There is no place to add them when checking out except a note section that doesn’t specify since they are free. We add a couple of extra kids & they have to know when they are onboard.

Great excursion out to Ship Island. Nice calm boat ride out there, and then you are free to roam the island to hang out at the beach or check out the fort. They have restrooms on both sides of the island, and they have a gift shop/food located near the beach area. Cool marsh area to look for birds and snakes. Lots of fun seashells in the sand, too!

The crew were great with a very easy and streamlined check in process. The boat ride was very smooth all the way to ship island and back. We also did see many dolphins on both trips to and from. Would recommend renting the umbrella and chairs on site, that’s just less things to carry as it’s a pretty far walk from the dock to the Gulf side of the island. Very enjoyable trip and would recommend!

This experience exceeded our thoughts of a beach to walk on and enjoy, the seashells were AMAZING, the chairs and umbrellas a great addition for enjoying the day and the concession and bathrooms didn’t disappoint (clean and good food and drinks). Provided a history lesson about the Fort Massachusetts. What a memorable day! We’ll be back!!

Such a fun trip! It was a last minute decision to go and we didn't bring what we normally would, but they had drinks, food, sun screen, sun glasses, everything we needed available to buy on the island as well as food and drinks on the boat. The boat trip is about an hour long each way. We saw dolphins on the way up and the way back and while we were on the beach. Be prepared to do some walking, only one set of bathrooms were open and it was a good little walk from the beach side. Chairs and umbrellas were nice to have for rent. Definitely buy the cup for $3 and get $1 refills.

This trip is an absolute blast! Saw dolphins coming and going from the island, and the staff was awesome as well. Pro Tips: Pack light, the more you carry, the worse you’ll feel. Prepare for a 15-20 minute walk in the heat once you arrive/depart the island. Ultimately, this is worth every penny you spend, plus some.

We went on a dolphin watching cruise and happened to see few dolphins. The crew was very helpful and supportive. It was a 1.5 hours ride and drinks/snacks available on board. The crew used to announce on mic if they spot any dolphins. It’s around 25$ for adults and 14$ for kids 3-12. It was safe and fun filled trip and finally watched some Dolphins. Our trip started at 4. To 5.30 and we booked online around that day morning, tickets were available even it was the Halloween weekend. Worth a try

The water is a bit cleaner than the mainland. The snack shack had horrible food. Don't expect much. They did have necessary things if you forgot them at home. Suntan lotion, bathing suits, souvenirs, shirts, drinks and snacks, cold beers. Nice people. You could rent a boogie board for $10 or buy a raft for 7 or a tube for 5. You can also rent chairs on the beach for $5 and an umbrella for $15. Which you will need if you didn't bring any cover. The fort is a cool piece of history to visit and take pictures. The ferry ride was smooth and we saw a few dolphins along the way and some jellyfish. There is a snack bar onboard inside with cool air, with minimal seating, so if you're looking for a cool place better make it there first. Settle in cause it's an hour ride there and back.

My family loved this! Full of history for the history nerds & one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. Full of wildlife. We seen blue crabs, dolphins, sting rays & lots of fish. Highly recommend!

I loved Ship Island! I will definitely take this excursion when I vacation in the Gulf Coast again in the future. I swam on the south end of the island and on the north end. The south end has chairs and umbrellas that you can rent. The pier and Fort are on the north end. There were a lot of fish and stingrays on the north end. It's such a beautiful place!

On the cruise to the island we got to see a dolphin. The island was beautiful. I really enjoyed the tour guide at the fort. He was very informative. And really enjoyed touring the fort. The beach was really nice also. We had a great experience and enjoyed it. If you get a chance to take this excursion you will really enjoy it.

This was an excellent day and Ship Island Excursions is a 5-star operation. First about the company, then the island. Reasonable prices for return fare to Ship Island - about $44 with taxes. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have loaner coolers at no charge and all of their beverage and food prices, including on the island are *fair*. A cheeseburger on the island is $6 and a beer is $4. Wonderful to see a company not gouging tourists because of a monopoly. Ship Island is wonderful! Clear water, lots of wildlife, great, quiet beaches. We saw crabs, stingrays, dolphins, many species of birds, and tons of fish. One of the best days on the Gulf Coast that I’ve had. Willl be back soon.

Ship Island Excursion was absolutely fantastic!!!! I was alone on a trip for the first time in my life! Talk about scary! Being on a boat with complete strangers and being completely alone! But when I went aboard everyone was so nice! I sat by a woman who was very friendly and we made fast friends! From there the whole day just got better and better! The staff was could not have been nicer! They are knowledgeable and friendly! They know everything about the island. The snack bar is amazing and fast! You can also purchase souvenirs if you wish! You can also rent beach umbrellas and chairs for a very reasonable price! The day I was there it was overcast but I still got some sun and just a little bit of a burn where I missed with my sunscreen my lower leg! So don’t forget your sunscreen and sunglasses!!!! And have fun and collect seashells!

We booked a last minute ride to Ship island for their last return of the day. For this you pay half price of the normal rate since it’s the last trip of the day. You can’t get off the boat it’s just a round trip but, the best part of that is you have the boat all to yourself on the way there. It’s perfect to get on the water for a couple hours. The captain was very friendly and so were the staff we encountered. I accidentally paid for my 2 yr old grandson and they refunded me immediately! So friendly and a great time. Will definitely book again when in the area.

Nice place to visit. The architecture is marvelous. The history and origin of the "Mad Potter " was fascinating. My casino visits to the area will now include a visit to this Museum complex

So glad I visited here during my trip to Biloxi! Not only is does this Museum house amazing buildings to learn about history, but the exhibits within those buildings are truly wonderful! They have classes for students and adults, and even a café to enjoy coffee or food while you're on the premises. Definitely worth a visit!!!

While I enjoyed all 42 works of art at the museum, I found it underwhelming. I did enjoy learning about George Ohr and the local community, but I finished the entire museum in less than 40 minutes and that was reading all the marques and visiting the open 6 museums that were available. So eh.

Museum masterpieces of art here, both inside and outside! Having been an architectural fan, I was already familiar with the sculptural work of Frank Gehry, designer of the Guggenheim Bilbao in Spain and the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles. I was also friends with descendants of the featured artists, who were proud of the reputation for their unique style of art. As if knowing and hearing about it isn’t good enough, here seeing is believing! To think years ago I had lived and danced amongst the trees here. Now the buildings are dancing with them!

Ohr-O’Keefe Museum of Art is beautiful and amazing! The art is on the inside exhibits and the architectural design of each building. The entire museum is expression of the creative mind. The Ohr-O’Keefe Museum of Art is a place of peace and relaxation. If you want to express your artistic abilities, the is a room where you can sign up to make pottery and another location of K12 painting workshops. Stop by for a time you will never forget. It's ok. I wish there was more art. The grounds are beautiful and buildings are amazing but it lacks volume of art. I'm glad we went but don't see any reason to go back.

I enjoyed the different gallery installations, especially the African American Gallery and the ceramic gallery. I did not like the unfriendly front reception greeting, no southern charm, no greeting and they left 10 minutes before closing so I couldn't purchase anything from the gift shop. Based on that four stars only.

Stunning architecture by none other than Frank Gehry and a collection of local and regional artworks in several galleries. Located right on the Mississippi coast, the Ohr-O'Keefe Museum is a wonderful way to spend an afternoon.

The Kids Pottery class was amazing. I’m glad my daughter had the opportunity to try something different. The instructor was very patient and informative with the class. The class size was small which allowed room for personal encouragement for the kids. Tickets were purchased online via website. Aprons and tools provided. Such a great experience.

Very nice museum. Has lots of local art. The pottery exhibit is amazing. I sat and watched the video in one of the galleries about the world famous potter Mr. Ohr. Its a great bit of history, and a wonderful story. A must see if you have the opportunity.

Absolutely beautiful museum. Unfortunately we came in the wake of a CAT3 hurricane so most of the art was being moved to an off site location. We happened to run into the Executive director David Houston who was nice enough to let us into some of the Gehry exhibition rooms. This was a truly fantastic experience being able to see the rooms both empty and full of art. A very memorable experience and one we will not soon forget!

What a great visit we had as a group of 48 people touring the deep south. I highly recommend a visit here! We had a guided tour an learned many things about the seafood industry, history and the rebuild of the museum itself after hurricane Catrina. It's beautiful inside, filled with lots of interesting items and we watched a movie as well. Gift shop is small but filled with lots of great items at decent prices. Thank you for accommodating our large group, it was a great visit!

This place is really special. There is SO much information, a ton of local photos, real boats inside, & it's in a beautiful setting next to a park and right on the water. It was a lovely first place to stop in Biloxi.

We had so much fun here. We learned so much about the seafood industry and how they used to do oysters and shrimp. They have a wonderful video on the impact of Hurricane Katrina. Wonderful learning experience

If You're interested in history for the Gulf Coast and the seafood industry, this is the place to go. It's very clean and nicely done. Plenty of public parking maybe 100 yards from the entrance. Oh, if you're hungry after, there is the BEST BUFFET BY FAR right up the road inside the Palace Casino, see photo:). The attached brochure gives an overview of the Museum along with pricing. I went on a Monday and it was open even though the brochure shows closed. The entry door had it closed on Sunday but the brochure has it open, so maybe call 1st if going Sunday or Monday!!

A very nice museum for us who know very little about our beloved shrimp & oysters. The info and movie on hurricanes was awesome.

So much to see concerning the seafood industry and how it's done. Even have some cool boats on the inside. Also how Hurricanes effect the seafood industry. Very informative.

This was a great new adventure for us. The exhibits were informative in a gorgeous facility! My Dad's family, all the children worked in the Violet LA shrimp packing factory. What child labor laws? There was no government food hand outs. You worked to help feed the family. At a very young age i worked as a deck hand on family boats. We were not abused. We were taught to work hard with ethical practices and we were paid. Then the hurricane room was emotional!! I watched the video and let the tears roll. It brought back our memories of loosing all of our possessions including our home in Slidell LA. We literally had the cloths on our back. Since the beginning of time the Gulf Coast has experienced devastating hurricanes but we choose to stay. Then all the boats and the history of the Biloxi sail boats! Such great history of the area and its people. Plan a couple of hours to really enjoy the entire experience ❣

Interesting, some displays seem as though they could be done in a more demonstrative and less wordy medium. Might appeal more to children, and draw them into coastal history.

Sort of a hidden gem on the water, this museum is well worth a visit. It has so many cool boats, pieces of industry equipment, maps, and models all packed into a beautiful waterfront building. Highly recommended if you're visiting the MS Gulf Coast.

Thorough and well presented information on history of local commercial seafood and fishing industry as well as pleasure boating. One room of displays and videos on devastation from hurricanes Camille and Katrina.

This was a great museum and the entry price was reasonable. This is an information heavy type museum so if you don't like reading its going to be a bore. The exhibits all seem to have been donated from locals and everything seems to be in good condition. The Katrina video was way too long. Its basically clips of the broadcast from that day. It was still informative to see how people in Mississippi dealt with the storm,but there's no way a video in a museum should be that long. I really felt like the museum gave you the history of shipping and seafood from the area so anyone interested should check it out. I would call ahead as the hours may change and I would not advise that anyone purchase a ticket in advance.Also we were the only people in the entire musem that day so I guess its never crowded. There is no parking so you'll have to park on the opposite side of the museum and walk.

We recently visited family in Ocean Springs and decided to visit this museum. What a powerhouse of information and exhibits. The museum is beautiful and organized. If the content interest you, you could easily spend several hours reading and looking at the exhibits. We enjoyed our visit and highly recommend this museum.

This is not a fancy museum. But, if you or any of your family or friends were ever involved in any aspect of boating, sailing or catching seafood, you will want to visit. There are two interesting videos as well and a gift shop with some interesting items. Classic boats are also on display including the fastest racing sailboat at that time.

Incredible experience. The museum is well thought out with a variety of displays and topics. Something is here for everyone. I could have spent the whole day here reading and listening to the displays. There is a small park right across the street for your kids and parking. I hope to be able to come here again when I have more time to spend. Kids ticket was 6 dollars and adult was 10.
