Beautiful park with an area for small and large dogs. Plenty of parking and boat launch. Don’t forget to pay for parking! It’s $2 for the day. There were deer all over the place! Great place to take a walk in the morning. The board walk was shaded which kept us cool in the Florida heat. There is a 3 story watch tower overlooking the lake.

Definitely one of my favorite parks. It's beautiful and there is so much wildlife to see. I've seen well over a dozen species of birds, white tailed deer, alligators, raccoons, turtles, tortoises, and other people have even seen river otters here. If you don't see wildlife on your walk, it's probably because you're not looking. There are 13 picnic shelters, two playgrounds, a fenced in dog park, and at least 3 miles of trails here. Some of the trails are wheelchair and stroller friendly.

We attended the 15TH ANNUAL "CRUISIN' THE PARK" CHARITY CAR SHOW AND COMMUNITY FESTIVAL at John Chestnut Park, put on by the Kiwanis. First it’s a beautiful wooded park with a nice lake front boardwalk. There are lots of shelters and a great dog park. But today was special. One of the best car shows I’ve been to in awhile. Lots of great cars and the best part is it was all in the shade. Definitely we will make this an annual event.

It was incredible to see alligators without having to pay for a tour! Tarpon Lake is beautiful. If you have friends from out of town visiting, this is where you want to take them. The only thing I did not like was that dogs were not allowed on *most* of the boardwalks. Children are more disruptive to wildlife than dogs. This park is free to visit, free parking, a few playgrounds, restrooms, and many shelters to have picnics or parties. There's also a fairly large dog park, but I don't trust other people's dogs off leash. I truly did enjoy my visit here and will visit again.

Overall this is a beautiful park but it has so much opportunity for improvement. It would be nice if the trails all linked together and had trail distance markers. I went on a Saturday and it was quite busy. Adding nature information signs along the trail would also be nice. The volleyball court needs maintenance and the bathroom there was closed down.

Beautiful views from the observation tower, the picnic shelters along the board walk provide a view to the aquatic plants and wildlife - saw limpkins, apple snails, moorhens -black ducks with red beaks and alligators

Wonderful little park, with tons of wildlife to enjoy and photograph. Nice boardwalks, trails, lookouts. Park is very well maintained and has a boat ramp access. Nice place to spend the day hiking, grilling, and enjoying nature.

Great park for families and friends. Many shelters throughout the park. Playground was a great experience for my child. Swings, slides, balancing and climbing. If you want to have a cookout or party at shelters, plan in advance and make a reservation. The fee is a flat $25. The lookout is a great place to catch the sunset but any of the hidden end paths along the lake is lovely. Parking and restrooms are located in convenient areas.

2 playgrounds for kids, one is for 2-5 and the other one is 5-12. They're next to each other if you have kids in both age brackets. There's also a dog park right next to the playground area so you can wear out the whole family just in this one area, lol.

Love this park. Wild life, deer, alagators,birds, etc. Nice trails, boardwalks, and a tower to climb to look over lake Tarpon. My favorite. Please do not feed any of the animals or birds.

This park is so peaceful and is thrumming with wildlife. We saw several gators, different lizard species, woodpeckers, cardinals, a bunch of deer, and lots of squirrels. It's nice a shaded with a light breeze with plenty of places to park and wander in your own company or in the company of a loved one.

This park is amazing. So many different aspects of it. Its quiet, peaceful, walkways that go on forever. Nature, that is amazing! If you need a walk with nature, and want an inexpensive day out, pack a lunch, the park is free and Enjoy!!

This is a great park. Nice trails, picnic areas ,and a dog park. We've been twice in the last three weeks. We saw deer, a couple of alligators, and lots of beautiful birds.

This park is amazing! Nicely shaded, which is a must for Florida's climate, full of wildlife, shelters and playgrounds. We went here to celebrate Easter and had a fantastic time.

Love this park! We enjoy the playgrounds and then walk around, enjoying the magical nature of Florida. There are many viewing areas throughout the park, including a lookout tower where you can enjoy the water, trees, and animal sounds. Look carefully and you will probably catch a glimpse of a gator or 2. In addition to being a great park to visit any day of the week, it also makes an epic venue for birthday parties and hangouts.

This is my favorite place I visit here at least 2 to 3 times a week. I love it. Nice trail walks and bridges. I get to see Deers, squirrels, birds, owls, raccoons, and alligators. And the best part is that it is all free. It's such an amazing park. I highly recommend it.

Great place to spend a couple of hours. The work they are doing, rescuing animals in need is fantastic! The volunteers allowed us to feed some of the animals and shared the animals stories. Take the time to go slow through the sanctuary. It's not a place to rush through.

Honestly was saddened by state of these enclosures and how small they were. Quite literally looked like prisons, decorated with abandoned daycare equipment. Hard concrete, no plants in sight. Everything inside covered in mold and filth, even the "feeding tubes" are COVERED in mold. Not to mention they're giving out cheese puffs as primate food? Only some have these "tubes" while the others are forced to watch and recieve nothing. Nothing about this place resembled anything close to a sanctuary, much much more like a prison.

Went there today with my 2 girls and we had a blast!!! They love feeding the monkeys even tho they weren’t excited but the goat ate them all 😂.., the gator trainer was so nice and the guide answered all my questions and even let my daughters to give the gators some food… they had shades everywhere because of these heat they really helped!! They have souvenirs good prices, everything affordable, and everyone was really really nice , we definitely go back again.. 👍🏻

Great place! Staff are super friendly and helpful. They enjoy what they do and share their knowledge. I'd definitely visit again this is, a great place with fun to be had by all.

Had such a great time visiting this sanctuary with my family over spring break vacation vacation. Twin B loves animals and really wanted to go and I’m so glad we did. We found discount tickets on Groupon. I love that the sanctuary sells peanuts to feed some of the animals. The day we went, the weather was perfect. We saw alligators, turtles, goats, cows, giant tortoise, so many different species of monkeys. Watched an alligator show. Really enjoyed walking around the entire sanctuary. The highlights were Pongo the orangutan, and Harry the chimpanzee! Harry was quite the character. Got a lot of video footage of him entertaining and being silly and even mooning us! 😆 Shout out to the volunteers who give their time and effort to keep this place running. It truly is a gem I hope future visitors will support.

Worth a visit, you're doing nothing wrong by doing so and probably doing some good. Kids will love it. It can get a bit existential, seeing such intelligent being look at you with sadness. However! They were rescues from a circus and their life is much better now and your money goes towards good things. Staff is super helpful too. It's a bit of a small sanctuary but great variety. I would recommend taking some time alone or with the kids to truly sit in the presence of such awe inspiring beings. Take your time with it and you'll have a great day here.

Great place to visit with children. I was there for about an hr and enjoyed it very much. Wish I was able to interact a little bit more closely with the primates (safely).

Absolutely love to take and Isaac (name of the 11 year old, Autistic boy) loves to be taken to go to the Primate sanctuary and visit Pongo; as well as, the other animal/reptiles. I watch him every Sat and at least once a month, we spend the whole day there. It's an excellent place for children and adults to just chill out and enjoy the weekend. I recommend Suncoast sanctuary to everyone. Great price, excellent volunteers, and the management does excellent work. Keep doing what you're doing because it's definitely working. Lovely place to visit. The monkeys are all so cute! You can buy bags of peanuts to feed them. The primates all look well taken care of. The volunteers are very friendly. There are gators and turtles as well. Very worth going!

What a wonderful place then going there. Since I was a kid a month because I treated so good. It's fun to go out and see that.

I just love this place. I love that it's a non profit. I would like to say how disgusted I was by the mother who encouraged her daughter to continue to harass a monkey so she could get video. It's bad enough they're in cages, the don't need morons like you making them upset. You're a full grown adult. You shouldn't have to be reported for harassing monkeys. I was glad they seem to have made you leave as soon as I reported you. I also hope you're reading this. The exhibits are awesome. You can feed most of the monkeys through PVC pipe. Bobby the chimp was my favorite even though he kept grabbing poop to throw. He never did. We just kept making funny noises and he kept interacting with me. We even got to see the one monkey steal a workers hat. She tried to trade him but he liked his hat!! Overall just an awesome place.

Always sad to see animals in captivity but these animals were mostly elderly or I'll and mistreated. Great that they were receiving the help they need. Wide variety of primates as well as turtles, alligators etc. Bit pricey at 15 USD per person but the money goes to a good cause.

Didn't know this place existed until we were taken for a holiday gift. It's a true sanctuary for mostly primates but a couple of cows and a mini goat as well. A group of primates was from medical lab experimentation. The place is run by volunteers who really care. Check it out!

Love this place. Our 5 year old really enjoys feeding them peanuts, and Magillan is hilarious. He's in the back on the left side of the Sanctuary. We probably spent the most time with him because he interacts more than the others. Pongo is LARGE and very interesting to watch as well. Their areas are clean and well-maintained.

First time visiting the sanctuary. It was really hot outside and the middle of the afternoon so the primates were not really active. Still was able to see the different types of primates the sanctuary is helping to take care of and protect. It's a nice little place.

Park is nice, well maintained. Beautiful trails. Park has playground different for toddlers and big kids. Their is an butterfly garden, number of shelters first cum first basis. Paved trails, good for baking, skating, walk /jog. Sitting benches are made with architecture effect. Bird view point is amazing. View of sea from fishing pier is beautiful.

The Dragon's Tail is what my skate group likes to call this ride! Winding paths and blind corners combined with wide open ocean views and the greenest of grasses that grow between the mangroves. This park is a treat for view seekers, bird watchers, and PEV (personal electric vehicle) riders alike! Bring a bike, roller blades, or a board--and enjoy the great outdoors. 👍

Beautiful park and an awesome place for a large family picnic. Great trails for observing wildlife. We actually encountered 2 black racer snakes on our walk, and my grandson was just as happy as he could be (he loves reptiles), but memaw, not so much.

This was our first time to Wall Springs Park and we absolutely loved it. Many beautiful trails and boardwalks to go on with gorgeous views. Lots of wildlife, crabs, fish, birds. The observation tower was great, they even have wheelchair access all the way to the top! Highly recommend

One word...FABULOUS! Very beautiful with a variety of aspects of nature. From a natural spring to walking, biking AND great rollerblading trails. Awesome lookout tower to see expansive view of the bay. Not to mention glimpses of a wide array of wildlife. Great for all ages, handicap accessible to playground for ages 0-12. Do not pass this by.

Well-maintained park. Beautiful, 3-story, handicapped accessible viewing platform. View birds and look out over bayous, mangrove, swamps, and upland treetops. Paved trails with artsy benches along the way. Playground and bathrooms near North parking lot. Woodland trails in northern section of the park.

I love walking the trails at Wall Springs Park. From my 1st visit in 2007 I knew I would be back and needed to live nearby. This park is pretty big with everything from bike trails (Pinellas Trail) to a playground, with pavilions and bathrooms. You can take your pets on leash but there is no swimming or fishing. I enjoy the boardwalk and watching all the wildlife. The squirrels are very friendly. It's pretty awesome how they smile and just let you photograph them. When visiting I recommend a couple of hours to see every area. Sunsets are beautiful too!

OUTSTANDING:) Beautiful spring, boardwalk, the tower is a beautiful view! Three eagles today. Moma and two young:) great for anything outside. Fun benches....The eagles will be there! And so much more! 1st pix eagles in dead tree! Very nice walk

Great park to stop at and unwind for a little, big playground for the kids. Have a cute butterfly garden at the entrance. Great views in the water! Park is currently getting remodeled but certain parts are still open

I believe out of all the parks that I walk Wall springs is my favorite. It's a beautiful park. They have a beautiful tower. As you can see from my photos it's got the option of taking stairs or ramps. It has a small little butterfly garden near the children's park that is located in the front. You can bring your dogs here. Family have birthday parties. They always keep it clean. They just redid some of the boardwalk so it looks really nice. I would definitely recommend this park to anyone. Also, the Pinellas trail is right there, so if you want to take a bike ride, a longer walk or whatever it is that you do, it's great for that too.

Top of our list for Florida parks this year! Tons of wildlife to view. Natural spring with a variety of aquatic wildlife as well. The observation tower was handicap accessible and there's a paved boardwalk with multiple piers. The paved trails aren't too long and we walked them a couple times. We didn't see any butterflies in the butterfly garden, but the flowers were beautiful.

Was a nice place to take a walk. It has a covered playground and plenty of bathrooms. I saw a turtle, fish , birds and mini lizards. Not overly crowded even on the weekend. It has a towet you can climb for a view.

Gorgeous park with nice paved walking trails. You can get a view of the ocean in some parts of the park. It’s a smaller park, but still a good place to walk and check out!

Beautiful park. Dog friendly. Not super long trails but well maintained. Not a lot of trail info, had to look up the park on the AllTrails app. Some wildlife and plenty of greenery. Nice area with flowers for butterflies.

The golf courses here were great. The staff was super friendly. Everything was right on campus so you didn't have to worry about leaving the resort. They shuttled you two and from the course every day. Put your bags on the cart. We had a group of 12 guys down here and the accommodations were absolutely wonderful. Can't wait to go back next winter!

It's a beautiful nature reserve golf course. The facilities are so out of date. No elevator in the building, with an injured shoulder, it was very challenging to carry my luggage up to the 3rd floor. The building smelled mold, room smell even worse. The bed runner was so dusty plus the mold smell, allergy started after a night. We were hoping to spend a long weekend there, had to leave early. Room cleaning lady was very kind and thoughtful, very happy with her.

Innisbrook is a good golf destination. Needs a little upgrading. The service is great and people are wonderful to deal with. Each is trying to provide the best service. One treasure is Ursula. we had the pleasure of being her guest at two of the bar locations. She has a warm and pleasant attitude and a great sense of humor. She can make you feel very welcome and relaxed after some challenging golf.

We have been coming here for years and have always found it to be a wonderful experience. The thing that makes the entire trip better is the experience with the staff at the Lochness Pool. Heather and Christine in particular, always go out of thier way to be accommodating. They do a fantastic job of representing the face of the resort. Even when they are extremely busy they always take the time to smile and welcome you by name…they remember you! Fantastic customer service!

Having family in the area, I have stayed at the resort a few times in past years. After staying there the last few days, I cannot believe how run down it is. The room was completely run down, the towels are old and worn, one having a huge tear through it, the hot water faucet came off in my hand, the light didn’t work, the coffee machine was filthy and worn and the coffee supplies were not replenished each day. House keeping service was only available upon request, which we did, and still did not receive the service until we called and complained. We had to drive to the main building to get coffee which was not complimentary to guests. I really am blown away and the lack of attention given to this property and it’s guests outside of the golf course.

Disappointed with the arrangements they have. We 6 people booked reservation 2 months in advance. They put us in different buildings far away from each other. When we come to golf outing we like to get together in afternoon. It was very difficult to hang out together.we requested ground floor didn’t get it. Course we played north wouldn’t recommend. South was good, copperhead was good. Food was excellent. May not come back

Hosted a graduation party at the Loch Ness Pool. John and Dougie went above and beyond to make the party extra special. The set up was very nice and the tug of war in the pool is a must! The kids enjoyed all parts of the pool area. Can't wait to go back with the family!

The buildings are two story and there isn't an elevator so pulling luggage up the steps can be a challenge. The room we stayed in din't have a refrigerator or a microwave. The food portions were so generous I could have used both We used the pool and driving range

Rooms were a little run down and dated. Restaurants had limited menus and the food was just ok. The breakfast buffet had a very limited selection, baked good were not fresh. Golf course- copperhead was an A+. The south course was terrible worse than a cheap municipal. Fairways and tee boxes in disrepair. Golf and Food staff were great Also the lodge format required a lot of shuttle buses and or walking.

The staff at the steak shop could not have been more accommodating. Alena and Ralph always make us feel at home. The food was impeccable and the additions were right on time. Just a great experience as always.

I have been coming to Innisbrook every year for a few weeks at a time for the past 7 years. I love it here!!! We enjoy our afternoons at the Loch Ness pool, where Heather, Christine and Natalie take very good care of us. They make the best rum runners and always remember our entire family. Heather and Christine have been here long before I came, but Natalie is new and she fits right in. They take good care of us!!!

Waaaaayyyy over priced and a very outdated resort. Ordered room suite with king bed, and when we arrived our room only had two twin beds in a room. Air conditioning appears controlled by resort because could not get it to stay on and cool below 70, and the bedroom had to be about 74. Difficult to sleep. Would not stay here again. This place is stuck in the 1990s.

We love this place. The room was great and the course was beautiful. We played north course and competed in the copperhead classic (our 7 year old won her division). The staff was great everyone was so polite and went above the call of duty to make sure we had a great time. We loved the restaurants and the fact we hardly had to leave the campus. We will be back.

WOW! There is just such much to say about Innisbrook. I was fortunate enough to golf on the South course in April. The course was in great shape. The staff was very accommodating getting our group ready to golf. The food was very delicious and service was on point. The pool area and their employees were more than friendly and amazing at helping with anything we needed. All and All the golfing and resort experience was perfect. Highly recommend.

Me and my family had been coming here for years and just absolutely love it the food at the pool side is steaming hot. Only complaints are the years ago we use to play the miniature golf course and last year it was a wreak the carpet was all ripped up and machines broken needs some loge and care. Also last year me and my wife rented a two person bike and the ties wet flat just around the corner so i had to push it back and then they came be another one and extended the rental but these tires were also low some maintenance on the multi person bikes would be much appreciated!

I would like to preface this, that the main reason we went to Innisbrook was because of the golf. When we got there, they were having the Canadian junior nationals so the entire facility was filled with young kids that were tremendous golfers. The first day we played the island course. There is no driving range on each individual course. If you want to warm up before you play, you’ve got to take a ride from one of the guys with a few of your clubs to the driving range. They do have potting facilities. The island course is very tight and target not really good for my game personally but maybe for yours We played copperhead twice, and I absolutely loved it. The course is in stunning condition, and the greens are true and absolutely beautiful. Copperhead has a driving range and chipping and putting facilities on that course though. The pro shop and steak restaurant is under a major renovation, so I am assuming they’re going to be closed for quite some time. When we checked into our room, I was a bit miffed that we had a parking lot view when after golfing I realize there are hundreds of units that line the golf course. We paid top money for a golf package. Upon further research what I found out is that each individual unit is individually owned at Innisbrook. Innisbrook does not own the hotel room. They are all individually owned so if somebody wants to put their unit into the rental pool , it’s Luck Of The Draw, the quality and condition of the one that you get. So my tip to you is to inquire on which room you’re getting and look it up on the Internet or ask if it’s upgraded because ours was not. I had the opportunity to look at three or four other rooms as I met neighbors in those rooms and many of them are owners that were there for the holiday season. Our room had a nice kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, and a stove, which was terrific. But when I saw the neighbors units, they were all highly upgraded in. Ours was really the worst. I will say though the cleaning service was phenomenal. Because they’re all individually owned units. The hot water heaters were small. We kept running out of hot water if we both were taking showers. Another note word is that there is not a Jacuzzi at every pool facility. We were at Prestwick and there was not a Jacuzzi at that pool. There is a major pool facility called Loch Ness and that is where the biggest Jacuzzi is and the most activity, pool, and all those kind of things together. We had dinner at the salamander Grill, and the food was fantastic. My suggestion when you get your room double check when you’re booking it that you’re getting a highly upgraded room. And there are two bedroom rooms, one bedroom rooms and then there’s also the studio room, which is the one we got that basically is a normal size hotel room so you can mix a match what rooms. Each room also has a locked door , that is an owners unit. There are washer and dryers at the end of every hallway, which is great and charged for soap. Another thing I found interesting regarding the rooms is that some of those condo units are actually rented out long-term tenants. So the person next to you could be somebody who lives there year-round and renting the unit. I just wasn’t sure if I was actually staying at a hotel or at a condo owned resort. I think they should’ve mentioned that when we bought our golf package over the phone. Enjoy, play golf use the pools it’s great facility. It’s just is straight out of the 70s and needs a little bit of upgrading.

We live locally and have had a couples massage on a monthly basis for the past year. The facility itself is up to date, calming, very clean and maintained to the level you'd expect at a 5 star resort. Our experiences have always been exceptional and highly therapeutic. The entire staff is always very professional, friendly and genuinely invested in their guest's comfort and satisfaction. In particular, Ashley and Isabella at the front desk have been particularly accommodating to ensure we get our favorite masseuses Julia and Sheila. We've enjoyed many luxury spas both domestic and international and recommend The Salamander Spa at Innisbrook very highly!

We had a great time! There was a bit of a mix-up with our room, but it was handled with class and respect. Gigi at the restaurant was a highlight, what a great person! All in all, a memorable, positive experience.

We always have the best time at Innisbrook. Christine & Heather at the Lochness Pool always give top notch service with a smile, even caring to check in with our family throughout our days in the sun to ensure everything is taken care of! Great vibes and even better service all around!

We had a wonderful stay at The Innisbrook Resort. The golf courses were absolutely stunning and the grounds were beautiful. We stayed in the Prestwick building and our suite was really nice with a full kitchen, dining area and private balcony. We really enjoyed riding the bike trails and visiting the pro-shops throughout the resort.

Great place to stay w your family. The staff extremely friendly and made our stay very comfortable. The golf facilities and staff at the Osprey clubhouse were incredible. We ate at the restaurant and the food was great. Loch Ness pool was so much fun for our boys. However, the food was “suspect” and my wife fell ill after eating at the grill. Put a damper on our stay. We stayed in the Muirfield building - the room has plenty of space for our family of 4. The rooms could use updating and the walls are very thin. We can hear our neighbors at night. Housekeeping and service for trams - excellent. Fitness centre can get busy in the mornings, however it was a busy time of year. It has everything you need for equipment. The service from the staff made our stay - we would recommend a stay here, however our family won’t plan to come back anytime soon.

We were not expecting such a wonderful place when we booked here for a night. Very helpful and friendly staff. They offer the whole package as far as hotel stays. Amazing rooms, great amenities for everyone, very affordable and centrally located from many places. Will definitely be back.

Providing this review for all of the researchers out there that are looking for a new golf trip destination. Overall successful and fun father/son golf trip. Giving it 4 stars as it worked for golf and was a fair price, however it did fall short in a few areas. As mentioned in almost every review, the staff across all areas were amazing and very helpful! Golf- Did the platinum golf package, which kept it simple to book and provided a lot of golf. 2/3 courses The Copperhead and The Island Course are a lot of fun and worth the trip. The Copperhead in late Feb was in prime condition for the Valspar and was worth the trip alone, the Island Course is an overall fun and challenging layout with above average conditions. However the South Course is less than desired. Luckily doing research beforehand we knew to make this course the 2nd 18 of the day when we played 36 as it is treated as more of a muni and a party course. The South course if taken care of better could actually be very fun as its score-able with an open layout. The bunkers and overall fairway conditions, were not up to standard for a golf resort, but we made the best of it with the help of the cart girls. What surprises me is the South course is connected to the main check in area + Market Salamander Grille & Bar where dining tables and fire pits overlook the course that provides a fun atmosphere. It seems like a missed opportunity for them not to put a little more love into that course and capitalize on their highest trafficked area. Room- Worked perfect for golf, 2 comfortable queen beds, and clean. Outside of sleeping we were rarely in our room so we were not as picky. If you are expecting an upscale hotel room experience, this is not the place for you. As mentioned in other reviews, it is an older complex with updated rooms. Was a little musty in the entrance and rooms lack a fridge, however there is a 2nd sink/countertop outside of the bathroom that we filled with ice for our beverages and kept some snacks to make due. Food- Great service and good tasting food. Plenty of options for a burgers/sandwiches for lunch to steaks and fish, etc at night. Had a good time siting by the fire pits for a few drinks to end the day Loch Ness Pool- Laid in the sun after our first day of 18 holes only. Again great service, fun pool area, and a few gaming activities if you were to bring the family. However the pool is not heated at all. Coming from a cold weather state and if I were to bring my family here on a trip to be able to golf and have the kids play in the pool during that time, I would expect the temp to be slightly heated and more enjoyable. Let's just say I used the pool as an ice bath after the round of golf. Location is close enough to Clearwater that you could get a beach day in too. Fun trip and we will see if we land back here next year or test out another place.

It's a beautiful nature reserve golf course. The facilities are so out of date. No elevator in the building, with an injured shoulder, it was very challenging to carry my luggage up to the 3rd floor. The building smelled mold, room smell even worse. The bed runner was so dusty plus the mold smell, allergy started after a night. We were hoping to spend a long weekend there, had to leave early. Room cleaning lady was very kind and thoughtful, very happy with her.

Innisbrook is a good golf destination. Needs a little upgrading. The service is great and people are wonderful to deal with. Each is trying to provide the best service. One treasure is Ursula. we had the pleasure of being her guest at two of the bar locations. She has a warm and pleasant attitude and a great sense of humor. She can make you feel very welcome and relaxed after some challenging golf.

We have been coming here for years and have always found it to be a wonderful experience. The thing that makes the entire trip better is the experience with the staff at the Lochness Pool. Heather and Christine in particular, always go out of thier way to be accommodating. They do a fantastic job of representing the face of the resort. Even when they are extremely busy they always take the time to smile and welcome you by name…they remember you! Fantastic customer service!

Having family in the area, I have stayed at the resort a few times in past years. After staying there the last few days, I cannot believe how run down it is. The room was completely run down, the towels are old and worn, one having a huge tear through it, the hot water faucet came off in my hand, the light didn’t work, the coffee machine was filthy and worn and the coffee supplies were not replenished each day. House keeping service was only available upon request, which we did, and still did not receive the service until we called and complained. We had to drive to the main building to get coffee which was not complimentary to guests. I really am blown away and the lack of attention given to this property and it’s guests outside of the golf course.

Disappointed with the arrangements they have. We 6 people booked reservation 2 months in advance. They put us in different buildings far away from each other. When we come to golf outing we like to get together in afternoon. It was very difficult to hang out together.we requested ground floor didn’t get it. Course we played north wouldn’t recommend. South was good, copperhead was good. Food was excellent. May not come back

Hosted a graduation party at the Loch Ness Pool. John and Dougie went above and beyond to make the party extra special. The set up was very nice and the tug of war in the pool is a must! The kids enjoyed all parts of the pool area. Can't wait to go back with the family!

The buildings are two story and there isn't an elevator so pulling luggage up the steps can be a challenge. The room we stayed in din't have a refrigerator or a microwave. The food portions were so generous I could have used both We used the pool and driving range

Rooms were a little run down and dated. Restaurants had limited menus and the food was just ok. The breakfast buffet had a very limited selection, baked good were not fresh. Golf course- copperhead was an A+. The south course was terrible worse than a cheap municipal. Fairways and tee boxes in disrepair. Golf and Food staff were great Also the lodge format required a lot of shuttle buses and or walking.

The staff at the steak shop could not have been more accommodating. Alena and Ralph always make us feel at home. The food was impeccable and the additions were right on time. Just a great experience as always.

I have been coming to Innisbrook every year for a few weeks at a time for the past 7 years. I love it here!!! We enjoy our afternoons at the Loch Ness pool, where Heather, Christine and Natalie take very good care of us. They make the best rum runners and always remember our entire family. Heather and Christine have been here long before I came, but Natalie is new and she fits right in. They take good care of us!!!

Waaaaayyyy over priced and a very outdated resort. Ordered room suite with king bed, and when we arrived our room only had two twin beds in a room. Air conditioning appears controlled by resort because could not get it to stay on and cool below 70, and the bedroom had to be about 74. Difficult to sleep. Would not stay here again. This place is stuck in the 1990s.

We love this place. The room was great and the course was beautiful. We played north course and competed in the copperhead classic (our 7 year old won her division). The staff was great everyone was so polite and went above the call of duty to make sure we had a great time. We loved the restaurants and the fact we hardly had to leave the campus. We will be back.

WOW! There is just such much to say about Innisbrook. I was fortunate enough to golf on the South course in April. The course was in great shape. The staff was very accommodating getting our group ready to golf. The food was very delicious and service was on point. The pool area and their employees were more than friendly and amazing at helping with anything we needed. All and All the golfing and resort experience was perfect. Highly recommend.

Me and my family had been coming here for years and just absolutely love it the food at the pool side is steaming hot. Only complaints are the years ago we use to play the miniature golf course and last year it was a wreak the carpet was all ripped up and machines broken needs some loge and care. Also last year me and my wife rented a two person bike and the ties wet flat just around the corner so i had to push it back and then they came be another one and extended the rental but these tires were also low some maintenance on the multi person bikes would be much appreciated!

I would like to preface this, that the main reason we went to Innisbrook was because of the golf. When we got there, they were having the Canadian junior nationals so the entire facility was filled with young kids that were tremendous golfers. The first day we played the island course. There is no driving range on each individual course. If you want to warm up before you play, you’ve got to take a ride from one of the guys with a few of your clubs to the driving range. They do have potting facilities. The island course is very tight and target not really good for my game personally but maybe for yours We played copperhead twice, and I absolutely loved it. The course is in stunning condition, and the greens are true and absolutely beautiful. Copperhead has a driving range and chipping and putting facilities on that course though. The pro shop and steak restaurant is under a major renovation, so I am assuming they’re going to be closed for quite some time. When we checked into our room, I was a bit miffed that we had a parking lot view when after golfing I realize there are hundreds of units that line the golf course. We paid top money for a golf package. Upon further research what I found out is that each individual unit is individually owned at Innisbrook. Innisbrook does not own the hotel room. They are all individually owned so if somebody wants to put their unit into the rental pool , it’s Luck Of The Draw, the quality and condition of the one that you get. So my tip to you is to inquire on which room you’re getting and look it up on the Internet or ask if it’s upgraded because ours was not. I had the opportunity to look at three or four other rooms as I met neighbors in those rooms and many of them are owners that were there for the holiday season. Our room had a nice kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, and a stove, which was terrific. But when I saw the neighbors units, they were all highly upgraded in. Ours was really the worst. I will say though the cleaning service was phenomenal. Because they’re all individually owned units. The hot water heaters were small. We kept running out of hot water if we both were taking showers. Another note word is that there is not a Jacuzzi at every pool facility. We were at Prestwick and there was not a Jacuzzi at that pool. There is a major pool facility called Loch Ness and that is where the biggest Jacuzzi is and the most activity, pool, and all those kind of things together. We had dinner at the salamander Grill, and the food was fantastic. My suggestion when you get your room double check when you’re booking it that you’re getting a highly upgraded room. And there are two bedroom rooms, one bedroom rooms and then there’s also the studio room, which is the one we got that basically is a normal size hotel room so you can mix a match what rooms. Each room also has a locked door , that is an owners unit. There are washer and dryers at the end of every hallway, which is great and charged for soap. Another thing I found interesting regarding the rooms is that some of those condo units are actually rented out long-term tenants. So the person next to you could be somebody who lives there year-round and renting the unit. I just wasn’t sure if I was actually staying at a hotel or at a condo owned resort. I think they should’ve mentioned that when we bought our golf package over the phone. Enjoy, play golf use the pools it’s great facility. It’s just is straight out of the 70s and needs a little bit of upgrading.

We live locally and have had a couples massage on a monthly basis for the past year. The facility itself is up to date, calming, very clean and maintained to the level you'd expect at a 5 star resort. Our experiences have always been exceptional and highly therapeutic. The entire staff is always very professional, friendly and genuinely invested in their guest's comfort and satisfaction. In particular, Ashley and Isabella at the front desk have been particularly accommodating to ensure we get our favorite masseuses Julia and Sheila. We've enjoyed many luxury spas both domestic and international and recommend The Salamander Spa at Innisbrook very highly!

We had a great time! There was a bit of a mix-up with our room, but it was handled with class and respect. Gigi at the restaurant was a highlight, what a great person! All in all, a memorable, positive experience.

We always have the best time at Innisbrook. Christine & Heather at the Lochness Pool always give top notch service with a smile, even caring to check in with our family throughout our days in the sun to ensure everything is taken care of! Great vibes and even better service all around!

We had a wonderful stay at The Innisbrook Resort. The golf courses were absolutely stunning and the grounds were beautiful. We stayed in the Prestwick building and our suite was really nice with a full kitchen, dining area and private balcony. We really enjoyed riding the bike trails and visiting the pro-shops throughout the resort.

Great place to stay w your family. The staff extremely friendly and made our stay very comfortable. The golf facilities and staff at the Osprey clubhouse were incredible. We ate at the restaurant and the food was great. Loch Ness pool was so much fun for our boys. However, the food was “suspect” and my wife fell ill after eating at the grill. Put a damper on our stay. We stayed in the Muirfield building - the room has plenty of space for our family of 4. The rooms could use updating and the walls are very thin. We can hear our neighbors at night. Housekeeping and service for trams - excellent. Fitness centre can get busy in the mornings, however it was a busy time of year. It has everything you need for equipment. The service from the staff made our stay - we would recommend a stay here, however our family won’t plan to come back anytime soon.

We were not expecting such a wonderful place when we booked here for a night. Very helpful and friendly staff. They offer the whole package as far as hotel stays. Amazing rooms, great amenities for everyone, very affordable and centrally located from many places. Will definitely be back.

Providing this review for all of the researchers out there that are looking for a new golf trip destination. Overall successful and fun father/son golf trip. Giving it 4 stars as it worked for golf and was a fair price, however it did fall short in a few areas. As mentioned in almost every review, the staff across all areas were amazing and very helpful! Golf- Did the platinum golf package, which kept it simple to book and provided a lot of golf. 2/3 courses The Copperhead and The Island Course are a lot of fun and worth the trip. The Copperhead in late Feb was in prime condition for the Valspar and was worth the trip alone, the Island Course is an overall fun and challenging layout with above average conditions. However the South Course is less than desired. Luckily doing research beforehand we knew to make this course the 2nd 18 of the day when we played 36 as it is treated as more of a muni and a party course. The South course if taken care of better could actually be very fun as its score-able with an open layout. The bunkers and overall fairway conditions, were not up to standard for a golf resort, but we made the best of it with the help of the cart girls. What surprises me is the South course is connected to the main check in area + Market Salamander Grille & Bar where dining tables and fire pits overlook the course that provides a fun atmosphere. It seems like a missed opportunity for them not to put a little more love into that course and capitalize on their highest trafficked area. Room- Worked perfect for golf, 2 comfortable queen beds, and clean. Outside of sleeping we were rarely in our room so we were not as picky. If you are expecting an upscale hotel room experience, this is not the place for you. As mentioned in other reviews, it is an older complex with updated rooms. Was a little musty in the entrance and rooms lack a fridge, however there is a 2nd sink/countertop outside of the bathroom that we filled with ice for our beverages and kept some snacks to make due. Food- Great service and good tasting food. Plenty of options for a burgers/sandwiches for lunch to steaks and fish, etc at night. Had a good time siting by the fire pits for a few drinks to end the day Loch Ness Pool- Laid in the sun after our first day of 18 holes only. Again great service, fun pool area, and a few gaming activities if you were to bring the family. However the pool is not heated at all. Coming from a cold weather state and if I were to bring my family here on a trip to be able to golf and have the kids play in the pool during that time, I would expect the temp to be slightly heated and more enjoyable. Let's just say I used the pool as an ice bath after the round of golf. Location is close enough to Clearwater that you could get a beach day in too. Fun trip and we will see if we land back here next year or test out another place.

I love this store and come here all the time but unfortunately I have to rate my experience today with three stars. My boyfriend and I went to get some sandwiches in the deli and the lady who came up to help us was very rude and had quite a bit of an attitude. I understand she was working alone and a few more customers come in. She was helpful but definitely was very rude :(

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love shopping at my local Sprouts in Palm Harbor for two main reasons. 1) The staff there always seem to emphasize customer service. They're never so busy they can't take a few moments to help me or any other customer for that matter. 2) You can routinely find excellent deals across the entire store. Especially in the produce department!

Very clean and organized! Prices are very fair for what they offer too! Had 3 people working the cash registers and the employees were very friendly! Seem to have a ton of choices for just about anything you may be looking for with different price points!

Nice place to food shop, and nice calm from the hustle and bustle of the larger grocery stores. Prices are comparable to Publix and the produce and meats look fresher. Many packaged items are unfamiliar brands to me, and some of the organic items are too pricey for me, but definitely worth shopping produce and meats, and great olive bar!

I along with two of my friends enjoyed the whole shopping experience at sprouts in Palm Harbor, Florida. What a clean and well organized store. The large variety of healthy foods was a big plus. The vegetables and fruit were super fresh. The employees were friendly and went out of there to help us find what we were looking for, as this was our first visit, but will certainly not be our last.

I am loving the pre-prepared meals. All I have to do is cook it. No prep time, no buying expensive spices or seasonings. Their Heat and Eat meals are also good. If you don't have the time or energy to prepare tasty, nutritious meals, this is the place to shop. Their fruits and vegetables are top quality and the organic selections from fresh to frozen is extensive.

Terrible sandwiches since they changed the menu. No colorful items, no carrots, no more delicious green sprouts, lucky if they let you get American cheese for your sandwich, they try to say only cheddar, Swiss or pepperjack can be used. The lettuce had pink on it too, didn’t look fresh.

I really didn’t want to like Sprouts. My pre-visit perception was that it was like a health food Aldi’s. Boy was I wrong. I love it. I wish I had more time to explore one of them. Their cut flowers are better than any ones. Prices are good on most things. Broad selection. Hard to complain. I’ve made about 5 trips to 2 different ones now.

I had such an amazing experience in the store yesterday. Everyone was so helpful and so friendly if I could give 10 stars for the customer service that I received yesterday I would. I'm not a fan of the Clearwater location I love Palm Harbor ❤️

Great grocery store for specialty, high-end organic and fancy grocery stuff. I deducted one star because it is freaking ex-pen-sive! I’d go broke if this was the only place I had to buy groceries. After I buy a few speciality items here, I head down the road to Aldi to get all of my staples.

The Palm Harbor location is poorly stocked...seems unable to prepare for popular item so consistently runs out of them quickly particularly with vegan choices. Instacart shopper noticed this as well. This store could be the go-to place in the area for vegan shoppers...instead losing much business.

I love this place. Plant based easter here so I can go crazy here! Clean store and isles. Most employees are absolute sweethearts. Prices are crazy e pensive though, even for their clearence items in back.

This sprouts market in Palm Harbor is a definite go to!! One of the best I’ve been in - amazing selection, clean, really organized and everyone was incredibly helpful! Wish this was our neighborhood Sprouts:)

Love this store. I've given up my 40 year loyalty to Publix. I just wish it was in Tarpon Springs, but I go thru Palm Harbor for banking as well so no worries.

I have never had a bad experience at the Palm Harbor Sprouts. I have found the employee's to go above and beyond in helping to locate certain items and always super personable. Clean, bright store as well.

Sprouts has such a great healthy collection of things from breads to dairy products. Sushi Wednesdays is awesome and it's very delicious

This Museum is an absolute must for anyone visiting Palm Harbor. The museum and the volunteers are a treasure of information presenting an accurate account of the history of Palm Harbor. We were very impressed with the restoration of the building and the detail that was put into getting the story accurate. It was one of the main highlights of our stay. Big thanks to Mike for giving us a history lesson and walking us through the beginnings of this spectacular area.

This library has the best accommodation in restroom service. The family restroom is accommodating and my father can wait outside for me and hold the door shut. It is in the children's area and I am an adult, so there is a bit of weirdo feelings, but, I do love their smiles so I suppose it's fine. I also really like that this library prioritizes...family!!

This is a wonderful library for all ages -from the toddlers at Mother Goose story hour, free banks of computers, a book store, teen game room area, a business room for meetings, free concerts, tai chi, many classes, master gardener advice , movies, vinyl records, an after hours book/movie vending machine (again - free!) - it's impossible to think of this library as just a place to get books. It's extremely easy to reserve books or other materials online, and they will email you when they arrive - and have them waiting for you at the front desk. Everyone that works or volunteers there is cheerful, helpful and very welcoming. I've been a library lover for decades and this is the best library I've ever known. I just wish funding was available so it could be open longer hours - it would certainly be utilized. They also offer the free streaming services hoopla and kanopy, all you need is a library card!

This is our favorite library!! The librarians and volunteers are very friendly. They offer so many programs and so much for the public. My daughter really loves and appreciates the take it make it crafts they offer and I enjoy the adult coloring pages. The book store here is the best! It is my favorite used book store. It is such a quaint little spot. They even decorated it for Christmas. The ambiance is wonderful with Christmas music playing and delicious drinks like hot chocolate you can buy to sip while you enjoy your book finds. I hope people will continue to donate their books so the book store can continue for a long time!

A small library, but a good one, with a variety of stations, entertainment, computer and desk access, and even a book store. Not a wide selection of books I'm afraid, I had trouble finding certain nonfiction resources, but they can order them from a vast network. Aesthetic and cute, I only wish they had more designated quiet or study areas.

I take a neighbor, friend of mine once a week. He has a small retirement and can't afford cable or streaming services so he gets movies from the library. Very nice place and lots of books and videos.

Very friendly staff. Great kids area. Welcoming and inviting rather that'll stuffy and sterile like some other libraries in the area. They offer a ton of things, including video games, board games, and musical instruments. The best library we've been to!

This library is very good for setting up different events for the kids. However, most of the librarians are very unfriendly. The librarians in the children’s section do not smile and greet you and give mean looks. I have tried to renew a book that was due recently (at the front desk), and the lady rudely told me that it was due a month later instead. She didn’t even explain how that was possible, when I clearly had a receipt that said it was past due. I think that the library should staff people with various ethnic backgrounds and also train librarians on how to be personable to customers.

So seven months ago I messaged the owner about a product they posted on Instagram. I said that I would buy it, and they said that it would be in store January. It is august and still no product. I have messaged them repeatedly and they do not respond, they give me no updates on the item. I was going to use this item to start a small business. I spent hundreds of dollars setting up an LLC and opening a small business account. At this point they have still not reached out to me, and I am out all this money. This is not the kind of customer service I expected.dont depend on these people.

Tons of unique over-sized pieces for large-scale rooms. Didn't have anything sized for my small apartment but I'll definitely be checking back.
