The landscape is amazing but unfortunately there are roaring long boats all the time that keep going back and forth emitting very nasty smocks 💨 The water usually is nice and clean, very shallow and calm. Very good for sunset 🌅 I don't advise to go swimming that much since long boat risk to run over you 🥲 ... also not good for snorkelling 🤿

One can witness long tail boats over here. It may be difficult to swim in this beach which is not surrounded by long tail boats Normally this is the place as the base for phi phi Island tours. Apart from that , one can see beautiful sunsets and fire shows held almost every day

Beautiful beach of Krabi nearer to the market and lots of hotels and resorts. The beach is long, very picturesque and one can spend a lot of time here with family. The waves are also good you can view lots of long tail boats around the place. Lots of people here on weekends and also during evening there is a fire show done by locals which was good to watch. Aorang beach is a never sleep street in the morning and night. Full of boutique hotel, stalls, restaurant and massage centre. It is very convenient for tourist and a safe place to visit. The beach so clean and the sea water is very clear. Suggest not to come in February. Too hot.

Great beach ⛱️ with awesome night market ❤️ at walking distance. At beach there is a free fire 🔥 show, you can tip as per your wish at the end of the show to the artists. Long boats 🚢 are available if you want a tour from here. Also there are several tours like 7 island tour etc. which you can book from beach side shops. Sea 🌊 shore is good for kids also as slope is very slow. Several restaurants with multiple cuisines like thai, mexican indian etc. are at walking distance. So many hotels are available nearby beacah itself. Cannabis shops are also at the beach side walkway if you want to go High 🤸. Overall wonderful experience ✨️ 🥰😍🤩😘.

A perfect place to catch beautiful sunsets. The beach has a lot more around. You can also find a promenade near the beach where you can stroll around. There are several shops and eateries on the street near the promenade. There is a fire show in the evening at the beach which is very interesting and entertaining. I suggest to not miss seeing this show. The area is always bustling with people around and is lively.

A very nice beach, with beautiful surroundings. But there are not so nice things too: the sewage water which in two places directly flows in the sea. For this reason I think it’s better to swim on Railay beach.

Ao Nang is simply stunning and it was even more so when we visited just around Christmas 2021. Hardly had any visitors/tourists and we pretty much had the entire beach to ourselves. You can go to nearby beaches from here (Railay, Phra Nang etc) the sunsets at Ao Nang beach are one of the best we have witnessed. Usually the beaches near to major towns are dirty but not this one. This one is very long beach with multiple entry points along the road. The extreme left part is the most beautiful. I enjoyed visiting specially late in the night and sit near the beach on the bench with a drink.

Its quite long beach and the main point for watching the sunset, walk, sit and relax, etc. It’s also where all taxi boats run from, so I don’t find the beach and the water clean enough. But the rock formations and the view to the other islands is beautiful.

Nice beach at Ao Nang. It's the main beach in town and the easiest accessible beach. It's also the beach from which you depart to Railay Beach. The vibe here is nice, especially during sunset! The sand was a bit rough though at where we sat and there are many boats parked in the middle of the beach.

This place is amazing! Great views, shops, massages, restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shops, hotels all over along the road! The beach is very long, so it is never crowded, the sand is fine and the water is clear. To be in better condition, maibe go away from the pier(very noisy).

One of the worst beaches I have been to yet. The only good thing is the amazing view. The water is really dirty and it seems like the sewer ends in it directly (where the monkey trail starts). The sidewalk is full of trash that doesn’t seem to be picked up frequently. Nice to walk on the shore at night tho.

Simply amazing! Just a short walk from Railay beach which is crowded and full with boats, this beach feels like paradise! The water was very clear, the rocks are so beautiful. There is also a funny fertility cave. You can easily relax there all day, less shade though, bring sun screen and food/ drinks. Totally recommended!

Hands down, One of the best beaches I have ever experienced. Photos doesnt do justice. Have to experience it for real. About 15-20 mins walk from Sand Sea Resort, but mostly are shaded areas If you are sun or photo-sensitive (especially for kids), can swim to the area nearby the cliff/cave to avoid being fried up. Otherwise if you enjoy the sun, can always swim at the open area: Pristine, crystal clear waters and finely granulated sands which are friendly to your feet. Got schools of fish too, small and large. Ideal for snorkelling. Please do not miss this beach if you are ever in Railay. Wonderful experience.

What a beautiful cave and beach it is. You will definitely love it, one of the beautiful parts of your 4 Island tour of karabi. Very sceneric place for videos and photos. Here you will get 40-45 minutes to visit the place but here we can spend the complete day with the beauty of nature. Must place to visit!!!!!!!!

We rented two kayaks at Railay beach and kayaked over here. It was an incredible experience, crystal clear waters and the massive rock formations towering over the surface of the sea. We also kayaked through a couple of caves and ended up at the beach. This is one of the most spectacular spots in Thailand and I highly recommend visiting if you have time.

Spectacular and beautiful beach, cave and rocky Island. It is a very busy place, so I recommend to go during the morning. Be careful if you go into the water because many sharp rocks. From there, take the walking trail that bring you on the others side.. you won’t regret it

This beach was the best one in the area. I recommend going there and spend the whole day. The reason for that is that the water goes down during the day until late afternoon. You will see how the beach changes through the day and it’s beautiful. The way to the beach is quite easy and there is a lot of infrastructure for tourists, including bathrooms, kayaking, restaurants and a kiosk. You will be able to walk to the beach in front after 15:00 ~ 16:00 pm.

I've been staying on Railay for many years and this is always my favourite beach. The cliffs at each end are stunning as well as the clear blue waters. It's great here because there are no longer boats allowed in the area so it's a quiet tranquil beach. Unfortunately there are no food and beverage establishments on this beach so best bring your own drink and snacks. Of the rite aid beaches this one is the best during low tide because the water is still deep enough to swim near the beach.

If you bring your own drinks and food, I highly recommend this beach over the other two options. It offers a more serene and stunning environment, with fewer crowds. Depending on the time of day, you can enjoy walking or swimming to the nearby little island. Additionally, there are charming caves to explore, adding to the overall adventure. However, it is important to exercise caution with the monkeys. When food is left unattended, they can become quite bold and aggressive. It's best to keep a distance and not engage with them as they prioritize their quest for food.

The most beautiful beach I have ever been on. Water was warm. Fish were nibbling me. A swimming crab came and sat on my arm for a rest. I could sit there for hours just looking at the sea stacks and cliffs

Highly recommended when you are at Railey. Do not miss out on this beach when you are at Railey. Beautiful and clean beach even though there are quite a lot of people. If you want a quieter beach spot to rest, you have to brave the wave to walk to another side of the beach. Not too hard to walk over, but when the waves are strong it will be a little difficult. Best spot to watch sunset as well.

Probably the most beautiful beach I have had the pleasure of walking on. The water is warm and clear and calm. Unlike other beaches in the area it is swimmable even at low tide It's almost deserted before 10:00 and after 18:00. No boats!

It was one of the most beautiful beaches I have been to. We were on our Four Island trip and our ultimate destination was Phra Nang beach. The Cave beach is surrounded by hills in a remote island on Gulf of Thailand. The place was secluded, quaint and peaceful. We also watched the sunset from there. The experience was marvelous.

Less than 10 minutes away from Railay Beach via a cute path, where, if lucky, you might spot monkeys climbing trees and walls. The landscape is breathtaking, featuring a long sandy beach. I recommend walking and settling towards the middle or end for a more serene atmosphere with fewer people around. There are plenty of spots to capture, and while you're there, you can also explore the Princess Cave at the entrance, although in my opinion it might not be particularly special.

Came here twice. Very clear water & good for snorkeling. You can see fish & corals if you choose the right spots. Can walk to the cliff in the sea on low tide and see a lot of corals.

Phra Nang Beach is no more than 800 meters long. The beach is beautifully situated. At high tide it becomes quite narrow, especially in the middle part. The sand on the beach is very fine. Conditions for swimming are very good (snorkeling is good). "Long boats" are parked mainly in the middle part of the beach. In high season the beach is very crowded. Paid showers and toilets are available at the entrance to the beach, close to the Princess Cave. In my opinion, Phra Nang Beach is a nice beach, worth visiting. Tourists who have not seen other beaches in Thailand will be delighted with it.

Phra Nang Cave Beach is absolutely beautiful! The clear blue waters, soft sandy beaches, and impressive cliffs make for a picturesque scene.

Very beautiful. Bit overcrowded & over-expensive / But everyone is very nice. The eastern side with cheaper accommodation doesn’t have a great beach, is kind of dirty with trash & has giant jellyfish. Phra Nang beach, a 20 min walk is very pretty. Everything is walkable - there’s no roads, it’s just a path from one end to the other. Many restaurants - selling from healthy food, coffee, weed & mushrooms (be aware there’s a lot on the island!), bars & resorts. 100 (x2) baht trail boat from Ao Nang (ask for return ticket also) - if not you can just pay the guy when you leave. Beware of monkeys! They will steal your food and aren’t afraid to do it.

Railay beach used to have a reputation as a hippie enclave and you can still feel some of that history in the beach community. Beautiful sunset view, adventurous ride in and out, monkeys, caves, and climbing. A great beach for your more adventurous travelers.

Beautiful place but you have to block out the hoards of people and garbage piled up all over the beach and resort areas. The trash was really appalling. Really I’d give this place 3.5 stars. Pros: we loved the lagoon hike and it’s definitely challenging! We enjoyed the epic sci-fi looking “floating” islands and swimming at the beach. I would have enjoyed rock climbing if I had time. The caves are quite nice too. The giant pile of phallic statues is hilarious. We took a boat to Ao Nang and rented a Moped and drove an hour and a half to emerald pool which was a very fun day.

Stunning beach with 2 parts to explore. You can see monkeys so hold on to your belongings! Great place to sunbathe, find shells and also get food. Lovely little street with small food places and shops. The other side of the island has a beach with caves and amazing rock formations where you can do rock climbing. Fun boat ride to the beach too!

Beautiful beach and wish we’d spent longer here! Definitely worth going for the sunsets and the music playing at the bars really fits the vibe! The only thing to be careful of are the men who take you on the boats as a group of us got ripped off. We were told after 7pm there is a extra fee so we asked to leave at 6:50pm and they refused unless we paid the fee even though most of us didn’t have cash! It got very spiteful so just bare this in mind.

First time here and we walked till the other end and found tew lay bar You could tour most of the places in a days but still recommend to stay overnight here to get the night and peaceful beach views. Last boat to leave Railay beach is 6pm. Don’t miss you boat. The diamond cave would need some fee to enter. You will need to climb the cliff for Another viewpoint and lagoon. Towards the other end, you will find Princess cave and swimming areas. The command toilet will need to pay for a fee for usage.

Overall it’s worth checking out if you have time. 200baht for the boat across, stunning scenery along the way. Lots of restaurants, bars and dispensaries here. Lots of monkeys be aware don’t miss the cut off time if it’s just a day trip. Absolutely stunning place, they have a pier on the opposite side we come during low tide it was ok. Definitely worth a trip over

If you come to Krabi must visit Railay Beach. We take the long tail boat from Ao Nang to Railay. 100🐷 per person one way. Many shop and restaurant There. Also the view point and the lagoon on the top. A little hard to climb up but worth to try. Don't forget to bring sports shoes with you.

It is the most beautiful beach I've ever been to, and there are quite a lot of tourists. Although, it is a private beach, and you need to visit over there by speed boat or ship only.

You can buy ticket ferry to visit here , very beautiful, many restaurants, bars but too crowded tourists you can do snorkeling here and see some baby sharks if you are lucky

This is probably the most iconic beach in this part of Thailand. Easy and cheap to get to by boat and definitely well worth the visit. The area is extensive and there are plenty of restaurants catering to all tastes and budgets. I would highly recommend hiring kayaks and taking them out in the ocean to explore the nearby caves and stunning rock formations. There are also rock climbing opportunities on the island.

One of my favorite places to visit when I’m in Krabi, Thailand. Such a beautiful secluded spot with two amazing beaches lined with limestone cliffs. Lots of rock climbing also available here as well but I just love the avatar like feel this place has.

Beautiful place but be careful with mafia type agencies, selling all included private transport then when off the beach and in Krabi they put you on shared minibuses! Having being caught out our family of 5 paid a lot of money to find shared transport which took over double the time. Get your receipt written in English not Thai!

Second time going to this beach, first time being in 2015. Didn't change much, except more people going there, but still not too crowded. The beach there is really nice, water is clear and warm. You can reach Railay Beach by taking a tail boat from Ao Nang Beach. Recommended

Busy, noisy but visually it was beautiful. It’s a must do visit for Krabi visitors and we went to see it (like everyone else). It looked very stunning as a photo opportunity because it is in a cove and has the high cliffs. Railay beach felt more of a tourist resort (granted we were tourists) and less Thai authentic than some other areas we have visited. I wouldn’t go back if I stayed in this area again.

Glad we made the decision to stay at a resort on this beach. The view is stunning, surrounded by amazing scenery. Mornings are especially beautiful with a tranquil atmosphere—no people or boats around. Even during the day and sunset, it wasn’t as crowded as we anticipated. The walking street is very, lined with numerous shops and restaurants. Hopefully, we’ll be back soon!

Beautiful as ever but be aware there is a jellyfish plague ongoing all over Krabi beaches. People do currently not swim. Even though we didn’t find any yet there are deadly boxed jellyfish around. Be extremely careful.

It is home to a beautiful coral reef, a limestone cliff, and calm waters, making it an ideal spot for swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking. It is accessible by boat from nearby beaches of Ao Nang and Rai Leh, with prices varying based on facilities and comfort. The best time to visit is in the morning, preferably by 9:00 or 10:00 am, as the boat facility closes around 4pm, providing less crowd and more open space for relaxation. It is part of an extensive group of largely uninhabited and semi-habited islands along the western coast of Thailand. Koh Poda Island is a secluded island with beautiful scenery and a lack of fancy bars, restaurants, or beach resorts. You can enjoy activities like snorkeling but must arrange equipment from tour companies or bring their own. There is only a small bar and no restaurants, so you must make arrangements for lunch. Due to the abundance of monkeys, it is important to protect your belongings. For visiting : you can make planning in the morning, carrying valuables in a waterproof backpack, paying the 400 Baht entrance fee to park rangers, and packing lunch as there are no restaurants.

Highly recommend exploring the entire island, as it hosts multiple gorgeous sandy beaches all hosting incredible views of the many tropical islands that surround it. This place is truly a paradise and extremely photogenic, even walking through the interior through the palm tree forests rather than around the edge of the beach is a beautiful walk. Definitely spend as much time here as you can. Usually tours will visit this island, as well as the nearby sandbar islands if coming from Krabi, and coming from Phuket they might also include a visit to Krabi and Railay Beach (or it’s sister beach Phra Nang Beach).

The lack of information from the tour guide made us only focus on distributing lunch on this island without knowing if the object that must be visited on Koh Poda is its iconic rock. Again, we noticed it when we left the island.

You can reach easily Poda island from Aonang beach by boat, return ticket is 300 bhat and national park fee is additional 200. You will just have to wait while at least 6 people come for the same ride but in a season it is very quick, it is 15 minutes ride from Aonang. Better go there earlier in the morning beacause the last return is at 4pm. The same boat will wait for you for the way back. You will be taken at the front beach just for individual trips and probbably won't be busy. The beach at the other side is for islands excursions and is crowded with tours if you come after 12 pm. But you can walk there to buy drinks or ice cream, there is a park as well. You can ask your boat driver to take you at the secret beach for some fee you give him extra. It is beautiful little spot at the edge of Poda island good for snorkling, you will see a lot of fish there.

It is an island accessible only by boat from Ao Nang and Noppaharat Thara pier. I took a four-island day-trip package. This was the last spot. The tour agency arranged lunch here and gave a notable duration for having lunch and relaxation, and exploring the island. The island is not so big, but the spectacular view of the beach and limestone cliff. The island is a National park; there is an entry fee. Our ticket was included in the tour package.

This island is very beautiful. From ao nang it takes around 20 mins to get by long tail boat. I suggest you should go early before 10 am if youre taking a long tail boat because after that it starts getting crowded as the crowds who goes for a 4 island tours stops by for a lunch.

A very nice island to spend a few hours on, not as big as Hong Island, but there’s a nice beach and you can buy drinks and food there.

Awesome island with amazing beaches. If staying in Ao Nang recommend getting long boat taxi over and spending the day. For best/most secluded beach. Walk left from where boats drop you off and around the bend and walk as far as you can. Best beach we saw om our trip.

Be ready for one hell of a stair climb. These aren't normal steps either, most of them are giant steps at a steep angle. Is it worth it? Depends on the individual really but I'd wager anyone willing to go there and climb the stairs in the first place would find it worthwhile. The views from the top are amazing, the statue is quite magnificent. It started raining as soon as we got up there which really helped cool us down. Can't imagine doing this in the middle of summer. The state of the area up there could use a little attention. Granted the stairs seem the only way up so that likely hampers any attempt at maintenance. Given the scale of construction of the temple at the foot of the mountain however, tells me a plan could be made. That's the only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars. Other than that it is quite a sight.

1260 steps and over 300m elevation. Not for the casuals. This will test your endurance but it's totally worth it once you get to the top. BRING WATER WITH YOU. I can't stress this enough. Also be mindful that you're visiting a temple so dress appropriately. The views are stunning.

Such a beautiful place once you finally get to the top. The climb is pretty steep but worth it to see the beautiful golden Buddha at the top and the spectacular views of the surroundings. 1260 steps. Depending on your level of fitness it could take anywhere between 15 to 60 minutes.

A very beautiful scenic site on the top of the mountains but as it's said a difficult path often leads to a beautiful location so was the case with this. There are around 1260 extremely steep stairs to climb this location and not recommended for the faint hearted but the view from the top is magical and if you are ok with moderate trek then you must definitely try to go to the top of the mountain. It's really a feeling of accomplishment after completing this trek. A lovely experience and must recommended

One of the best temples we have visited in Thailand but be prepared for a long and steep climb. The views from the top - once you get there - are superb. Also, make sure to check out the cave adjacent to the temple on the right past the main climb. Would definitely try to come back here.

They are not lying when they say 1260 stairs but it is totally worth it. The Buddha at the top of the mountain is magnificent. Do take plenty of water and make stops, everyone needs them you go straight up. No regrets I would go again. Go early and be ready for monkeys they slide on the fence and can get to you very quickly.

This is one of the to go places in Krabi. But if you are unfit don't try it. It has over a thousand steps and some of it are steep. At the top you have a 360 degree view of the surrounding. Nice scenery. Do not carry too much things on the climb, keep your hands free to hold onto the railing.

Strongly recommended to come to Tiger Cave for your Krabi trip. Earliest entry is 6am so don’t be late for the breathtaking views. You gotta get proper attire, sports wear ok but no swimming for ladies. You have been warned that the stairs have 1260 steps, steps are narrow, about 2km. Spare about 2 hours for this. There are no toilet at the peak but there are 2 “pit-stop” for toilet break. Stay hydrated. Please help to keep the environment clean. Thank you to the temple to build and ensure safety for visitors too.

Gorgeous place, the climb too the top is steep and perilous but definitely worth a go. The views from the top are stunning and the temple is very nice. Few monkeys around which have a tendency to steal but they are very cute. Got an ice-cream after the decent. Loved it all.

One thing I loved was that it's free to enter - they just ask for donations if you want to contribute. The view from the top is gorgeous after climbing those 1,260 steps (there are markers along the way to track your progress). I was wiped by the end but feeling that sense of accomplishment made it worthwhile! Now, they do require you to cover shoulders and knees out of respect. They lend scarves at the entrance which is super nice. I did notice some people sneaking them off once inside which seemed kinda lame to me. But anyway, not a big deal to wrap up for the visit. There are monkeys playing around on the trail which can be fun to see. And some dogs keeping them in check in case they get too excited. Make sure to pack water and an extra tee because you'll work up a sweat on the way up! All in all, I'd definitely recommend stopping by Tiger Cave Temple if you want some exercise with a dose of culture and killer views. Don't psych yourself out about the stairs - take breaks and you'll get there! The scenery at the top is worth it.

Worth a trip if you're in the area. Free entry and you can easily spend a few hours here if you're wanting to walk up the 1,200 steps to the top. Make sure you take plenty of water as you will need it. Great views at the top and you're rewarded with free water or you can buy cold water and snacks from the small shop.

This is a great place to visit during the morning or evening in cooler temperatures. It took us around 30 minutes to get to the top, though we did pass some people along the way. Something worth mentioning is that visiting this temple is no longer free and from March 2024 the entry cost is 50baht per person. The views from the top are great and it’s a lot windier up there which is refreshing.

When they said 1237 steps they meant it. The caveat is that some of those steps are on metal ladders attached to the cliff face and it is STEEP! In high temperature and humidity it was a massive challenge. The view is spectacular. At the bottom there is a lot to explore. Definitely worth the trip.

One of the place must see and not to be missed! Tiger Cave Temple, a place you can come for worship or exertion. Small fees for non Thai tourists. Stairs climbing are not for the faint of heart. Get proper non-slip shoes or sandals. Small bottle of water recommended for hydration or unexpected turn of event. The view is breathtaking and worthwhile. Follow the rules on proper clothing would be beneficial.

Gorgeous place. It's not an easy climb, but the view is breathtaking. The steps are steep, there's no drinking water available up there, there are 2 washrooms on the way up, there are railings on both sides to hold. The descend isn't easy either, feet tremble and it gets very hectic. But it's all worth the view! There are no tickets to this, you're welcome to donate for the temple fund as per your wish.

30-45 min hike to walk up the well maintained 1200 stairs. Take a stick with you to hold back cheeky monkeys. The view on top is amazing and the temple beautiful. It’s free to hike up but you can leave a donation for the monks that maintain the temple.

I went there on the sunrise. Peaceful place. The viewpoint with the Golden Buddha is really worth it but you have to be sure about your health and definitely take some water with you. It is 1260 steps, pretty hard way up but once you make it you would be impressed by the view.

Moderate-hard climb. Doable in 20-30 minutes with good condition. The view was wonderful. We advise you to come later in the day when most of the tours are already passed.

The tiger cave temple walk is difficult! You have to climb over 1200 steps with 200 m of elevation. My husband and I are both fit and healthy and struggled to do this walk. We were drenched in sweat from the humidity. We went here as part of a day trip so we were there in the afternoon. Definitely better to go in the morning or evening. The views were absolutely worth it. The Buddha on top is large and impressive.

Very nice temple and for free :) only donation if you'd like but otherwise you won't pay anything. The walk up to the top is absolutely worth it You'll go 1260 steps up the hill to reach the top. Take enough water with you because you'll need it! But on the top is a water refill station for free :) The view is amazing and the Buddha is very beautiful! Just be careful and watch out for the monkeys, they like taking things away hahah

Beautiful magnificent temple. It took me about 45min to go all the way up (as I needed to stop time to time). The views are gorgeous so it is well worth the effort. There is a water fountain at the end, which was very much appreciated.

Very nice place, great view at the top, remember water! Free water refill at the top was empty. Not free as of march 2024, people at the start entrance changing 50 baht. Beware of the monkeys, looks friendly, but they are not!

This is a great way to spend an evening. You need to be fit enough to clip steep stairs. If you don't mind taking your time, most active people should make it to the top. We went at 4pm when the sun wasn't so hot. I would recommend bringing water. Lots more to explore if you continue up the second set of stairs further inside the temple grounds.

The hike is amazing and the views worth it, if you are fit you can go up in 20 minutes or less and down maybe in 15! You should keep you shirt in the temples but during the hike you can dressed as you want, there is also plenty of toilets and drinking water on the top!

The views around the hike look very beautiful. But the destination itself never surprised me. if you are planning to hike during afternoon time, it will be very difficult for you because of the hot weather. You must bring bottle of water with you as there is no source of water or any kind of food above. Sunset time is recommended for this hike. 1200 steps are hard to climb but it gets easier with time.

Worth the effort. Temp of 35 going up which made it harder so consider going earlier when cooler if you can. Take a bottle of water and wear trainers! Views from the top are great as are the monuments. The cave and big tree are set back as you go past the entry to Budda and are also worth a look. That's a much easier walk if elderly or have health issues. Enjoy

We did it early in the morning 7am to ensure the heat didn’t prevent us from making it to the top. The view was stunning and worth the 1260 steps. It’s a tough climb but we did it in 25 mins.

Wonderful and beautiful island. But same as we were, you have to set your expectations right when you are a tourist. You will most likely be there with lots of other tourists and their guides and speedboats. Nevertheless is this place an absolute dream of a tropical island. Restrooms are available, pretty disgusting though.

Pretty tiny island known for its sandy beach and swimming. Included in a lot of Phi phi Island tours, it's a nice stop. It does get very crowded and there aren't that many fish to see when snorkelling. Worth a 30-60 min stop max.

Booked my tour with Simba Sea Trips and the experience was simply magical. From Maya Bay to Bamboo Island, little people in sight with the sea view all to ourselves. If you ever visit here, bear in mind to love & respect the island by not polluting the sea or take anything that belongs to nature to preserve this amazing view to all other visitors :)

We had a group tour and this was one of the last attractions. The water is so warm, but the sand was not as I imagined. It was coral sand, which is not so tiny and pleasant as white sand, but still, I recommend you to visit this place. Beautiful island, we visited this Island as part of a full day tour. The water is clear with beautiful colours. Not many areas with shade.Great for swimming and photos.

Stopped here as part of a three island tour and it was well worth the visit. We had the island to ourselves for the better part of an hour. The water was amazing, clear and warm, and beyond enjoyable. Definitely use the snorkel gear that’s offered as part of the tour or bring your own. It’s an amazing experience that won’t disappoint!

This island is very clean and has crystal clear water. The islands is big but uninhabited. There are no shops here. So you can relax and swim peacefully here. It is one of the cleanest island in this area and you can see the fishes in the sea very clearly. Do visit this island of you want to talk for a few hours or just watch the clear water!

Lovely beaches, quite a bit of shaded area which is unlike other beaches. 400 baht national park fee per person but don’t mind paying it when it looks like this.

This island is a part of one day trip to Phi Phi island, National Park island. You have to pay National Park fee when you go there. It is very natural 😉 on this small and clean 🏝️ island 💕. Pls 🙏 kindly protect our wonderful island.

Beautiful island to visit, recommend you include this as a stop on whatever island tour you are doing. Sandy beaches with jaw-dropping views of the sea & surrounding islands. Coral reefs are so close to the shore, avid snorkellers will run wild here, though watch out for the jellyfish! Swimming near the shore went well, though deeper in the reefs the stings can come out of nowhere!

Useful recommendation: if you come here as part of a tour, ask the boat driver to leave you here for more than 1 hour. It's worth it more than Maya Bay (where you can't even swim)! The water is great for snorkeling and the beach is amazing!

I took the four-island tour of Krabi by speedboat. It was an excellent tour indeed. All four islands have unparalleled beauty. This is a small island all around the sea and a small sandbank. The magical beauty I must say.

Tub Islands provided a true taste of paradise! The pristine white sand beaches and crystal-clear turquoise waters create a postcard-perfect setting. This is a part of the four Island tour. This is very hard and make sure you use sunscreen. The place is worth visiting. You can spend almost an hour here. But there is nothing else than just enjoying the beach and relaxing. There are some food stalls.

Simply amazing! Just a short walk from Railay beach which is crowded and full with boats, this beach feels like paradise! The water was very clear, the rocks are so beautiful. There is also a funny fertility cave. You can easily relax there all day, less shade though, bring sun screen and food/ drinks. Totally recommended!

Hands down, One of the best beaches I have ever experienced. Photos doesnt do justice. Have to experience it for real. About 15-20 mins walk from Sand Sea Resort, but mostly are shaded areas If you are sun or photo-sensitive (especially for kids), can swim to the area nearby the cliff/cave to avoid being fried up. Otherwise if you enjoy the sun, can always swim at the open area: Pristine, crystal clear waters and finely granulated sands which are friendly to your feet. Got schools of fish too, small and large. Ideal for snorkelling. Please do not miss this beach if you are ever in Railay. Wonderful experience.

What a beautiful cave and beach it is. You will definitely love it, one of the beautiful parts of your 4 Island tour of karabi. Very sceneric place for videos and photos. Here you will get 40-45 minutes to visit the place but here we can spend the complete day with the beauty of nature. Must place to visit!!!!!!!!

We rented two kayaks at Railay beach and kayaked over here. It was an incredible experience, crystal clear waters and the massive rock formations towering over the surface of the sea. We also kayaked through a couple of caves and ended up at the beach. This is one of the most spectacular spots in Thailand and I highly recommend visiting if you have time.

Spectacular and beautiful beach, cave and rocky Island. It is a very busy place, so I recommend to go during the morning. Be careful if you go into the water because many sharp rocks. From there, take the walking trail that bring you on the others side.. you won’t regret it

This beach was the best one in the area. I recommend going there and spend the whole day. The reason for that is that the water goes down during the day until late afternoon. You will see how the beach changes through the day and it’s beautiful. The way to the beach is quite easy and there is a lot of infrastructure for tourists, including bathrooms, kayaking, restaurants and a kiosk. You will be able to walk to the beach in front after 15:00 ~ 16:00 pm.

One of the most beautiful beaches in the world. I love how this beach is secluded and more difficult to get to, which prevents crowds. The limestone cliffs surrounding this beach make it a truly surreal and amazing experience. Highly recommend!

Awesome beach. Beautiful fine sand and lovely water. Sheltered in a bay so no big waves really to be concerned about and a great place to either sunbathe or swim. Sunsets are beautiful. Well worth the visit.

Beautiful. A must see if in the region. We took a kayak for 200THB per hour, and drifted round the mountains through to the beach from Railay. We'll worth visiting.

I've been staying on Railay for many years and this is always my favourite beach. The cliffs at each end are stunning as well as the clear blue waters. It's great here because there are no longer boats allowed in the area so it's a quiet tranquil beach. Unfortunately there are no food and beverage establishments on this beach so best bring your own drink and snacks. Of the rite aid beaches this one is the best during low tide because the water is still deep enough to swim near the beach.

If you bring your own drinks and food, I highly recommend this beach over the other two options. It offers a more serene and stunning environment, with fewer crowds. Depending on the time of day, you can enjoy walking or swimming to the nearby little island. Additionally, there are charming caves to explore, adding to the overall adventure. However, it is important to exercise caution with the monkeys. When food is left unattended, they can become quite bold and aggressive. It's best to keep a distance and not engage with them as they prioritize their quest for food.

The most beautiful beach I have ever been on. Water was warm. Fish were nibbling me. A swimming crab came and sat on my arm for a rest. I could sit there for hours just looking at the sea stacks and cliffs

Highly recommended when you are at Railey. Do not miss out on this beach when you are at Railey. Beautiful and clean beach even though there are quite a lot of people. If you want a quieter beach spot to rest, you have to brave the wave to walk to another side of the beach. Not too hard to walk over, but when the waves are strong it will be a little difficult. Best spot to watch sunset as well.

Probably the most beautiful beach I have had the pleasure of walking on. The water is warm and clear and calm. Unlike other beaches in the area it is swimmable even at low tide It's almost deserted before 10:00 and after 18:00. No boats!

It was one of the most beautiful beaches I have been to. We were on our Four Island trip and our ultimate destination was Phra Nang beach. The Cave beach is surrounded by hills in a remote island on Gulf of Thailand. The place was secluded, quaint and peaceful. We also watched the sunset from there. The experience was marvelous.

Less than 10 minutes away from Railay Beach via a cute path, where, if lucky, you might spot monkeys climbing trees and walls. The landscape is breathtaking, featuring a long sandy beach. I recommend walking and settling towards the middle or end for a more serene atmosphere with fewer people around. There are plenty of spots to capture, and while you're there, you can also explore the Princess Cave at the entrance, although in my opinion it might not be particularly special.

Came here twice. Very clear water & good for snorkeling. You can see fish & corals if you choose the right spots. Can walk to the cliff in the sea on low tide and see a lot of corals.

Phra Nang Beach is no more than 800 meters long. The beach is beautifully situated. At high tide it becomes quite narrow, especially in the middle part. The sand on the beach is very fine. Conditions for swimming are very good (snorkeling is good). "Long boats" are parked mainly in the middle part of the beach. In high season the beach is very crowded. Paid showers and toilets are available at the entrance to the beach, close to the Princess Cave. In my opinion, Phra Nang Beach is a nice beach, worth visiting. Tourists who have not seen other beaches in Thailand will be delighted with it.

Phra Nang Cave Beach is absolutely beautiful! The clear blue waters, soft sandy beaches, and impressive cliffs make for a picturesque scene.

Good beach for jogging/exercise. You just need to monitor the tide times as the is no beach at high tide , could do with a regular clean as lots of rubbish/ plastic bottles wash up every day ( not a good look)

Tremendous beach. Long, wide, clean, with paved shaded way to walk by. It is way better than Ao Nang beach.

A gorgeous beach for sunset strolls and one you can find the locals playing in the water with their families. The sand is primed for sunbathing and the water is great. It’s a semi commercial area where there are many known restaurants, shopping stalls and a night market where locals and tourist hang out seaside until the wee hours of the night. The levels are pretty straight so it’s safe for families with adult supervision. I can’t wait to visit this beach again in the near future.

If you go, choose the northern part of the beach, which is the only part that is not really developed. Here you have some nice trees where people relax in hammocks in the shade. The sea is relatively calm and can be VERY warm. There are no beach restaurants here. All the restaurants are set back next to the road. If you go all the way to the northern end it gets noisy due to the ships and ferries which leave from the pier. The southern 3/4 are very narrow and limited by a stone wall next to the street.

Beautiful, clean and quiet beach. But check tide times if you want to swim, as it drains out at low tide.

The absolute scenic landmark, the limestone cliffs, and the lagoons have stunning beauty—the best beach in Krabi. Noppharat Thara Pier is near the beaches. Ten minus walks from Noppharat Thara beach to reach the iconic sign Hatnoppharat Thara. The beach has eye-soothing views with a place for taking Instagram photos. This is the place that I want to go to Krabi, again.

It’s such a long stretch of lovely beach to walk along. I much prefer it to the other side as there’s always a lot less people on here.

A long beach in the Krabi area, that is very popular. If swimming or bathing, it is very safe because of the shallowness. This means it can take a lot of walking to get to enough water to swim in. If you just want to do some walking by a beach, 'Hat Noppharat Thara' has some good shaded pathways running its length. It's worth going to the pier at the end where the boats come and go. Very photogenic.

Nice view here and a walk or bike ride from Ao Nang hotels. Can also get motorboats to phi phi/4 island toor or also charter a private boat which is the best option. Proces are also clearly stated on the board and its easy to choose from there

We went to 4 islands on a Long Tail Boat : 1. The first island we went had a cave 2. Ko Poda Island 3. Chicken/Turkey island - don't remember the last island. All of these islands had a mesmerizing views.

We came because the reviews and ratings were pretty good. We took a good room, not the cheapest! And photos looked great. In short- really bad experience, worst place we've been to on our 3 weeks in Thailand. - The staff not nice at all, when we asked for towels to take shower (after checkout) they didn't want to give us. In the end the gave us only one! - The room wasn't like on the photos. They show the nice parts of the room, the rest is quite dirty and unmaintaned. - Bugs and cockroaches in the room. - Our room was close to a bar that have parties until 2am so some times it was annoying.

We had a great stay here except for one employee, Bam (I believe was her name was). She was rude throughout our whole stay, accused us of lying that her staff didn't bring us water, pretty much just made for an awkward and unfortunate experience. It is sad for the business because aside from the poor experience with her, it was a nice place otherwise. Would recommend staying at another place to dodge this woman and her poor management.

The bungalow was very clean which was good, but the food at the restaurant was not that great, and we had stomach ache every day after breakfast (we think it probably was the ice in our coffee’s). The worst is that they (or someone near the resort) burns trash right above the bungalows so a very toxic smell overrun the place. The place next door is also under construction so it was very very noisy all day (from 8 am to 8 pm). Worst place we have stayed at during our vacation in Thailand.

Over priced. Rooms are larger than rapala rock Wood resort next two but up to 4x the price. I found I didn’t need AC. The separate showers were better and smelt less. Pool was nice. Extremely quiet. Lovely views for breakfast.

Location was good. Room we had was very average and definitely over priced. Some staff I found to be very rude. Room stunk and we felt like we couldn’t stay in there for long periods of time other then going to sleep.

Nice Bungalow, clean, pool is great, good breakfast. Everything a bit more grounded/Backpacker style but I can recommend!

Positive: Nice hotel staff, OK location (easy 10 minutes walk to the beach where you can swim and relax), pool area + pool OK as well. Negative: Cockroaches everywhere in the room (bathroom and on the floor and walls in the bedroom). Old, smelly and a rather dirty room (we stayed in a bungalow so I don't know if it differs from room to room). We were supposed to stay one night more but had to checkout a day before and look for a new hotel.

Nice hotel, we took the standard rooms which were, as the name suggests - standard. No view, but clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast can have some more non "sugar/fat" options. Overall - good experience.

Railay is a premium destination and options in the island are limited. I do not recommend staying at Railay viewpoint resort. Super overpriced for what it is - my room was incredibly dirty to the point I checked out early. Nothing felt clean. Several other resorts nearby at similar price point far nicer.

Lovely position looking out over the bay at Railay East. They offer a good menu and a variety of drinks. Very comfortable with lots of fans to keep you cool.

We ate at the restaurant after walking the strip looking for something new. We settled with this place but we should have known something was up. I ordered the garlic chicken and my husband ordered the Hamburger and now he has food poisoning. He said it tasted weird and couldn't even finish the rest of it. I would avoid eating here if I were you.

I like it here. Rooms are clean and tidy. Cleaned daily. Very friendly staff and a reasonable breakfast. I like that it's on the quieter side of Railay but you can easily walk to the beautiful beaches.

It’s not a big market but it has many of the food you want to eat in a night market with few repetition. There are some non-food stalls but not many. Still a nice market to grab street food. There is an eating area with tables and chairs plus bonus live performance from singing to traditional dances while we were there on a Sunday night.

In terms of clothing and souvenirs, this market is small compared to the markets in Phuket, Chiang Mai and Bangkok. As for the part with the food market offers a big selection of Thai food. This is a good place to walk, eat and drink.

We paid to be taken here and back and spent around 1.5-2 hours, it was enough time and probably could have left earlier. Wide variety of food but a few places ran out quickly as it was so busy. Not really a lot to buy and nothing different from where we were staying also no difference in price, but they have a great shop at the back dedicated to film memorabilia if you like things like that. There was a large seating area and stage in the middle with entertainment, you have to be really quick to sit when someone starts to move. Worth visiting for the variety of food alone but go early to avoid missing out.

Nice atmosphere but mostly food. Some nice stalls with crafts. Vegetarian options more limited but can be found. Am hour is enough time to get round the whole thing and eat. Bonus is the acts on the stage. Good fun to watch.

Krabi night market is a bike ride from Ao Nang. This place offers many options for souvenirs to food and there are some nice songs played by middle aged kids (talented indeed). Good options for drinks/dessert etc. A must come spot indeed

One of the better markets we have seen. Lots of vendors and much more unique stuff than many of the markets. The food vendors are fantastic. There is a huge range and very good prices. We tried many things and they were all good. Make sure you find the 99 baht cocktails they were delicious.

Absolutely loved the experience. There are so many food stalls and other stalls that sell different items. You absolutely must visit this market if you are in town on the weekend, you will not regret it. We spent the whole evening roaming around and enjoying the scenery, shopping and just relaxing. You will find so many interesting things to buy, to eat and to see there. Hope this helps 🙏

Nice nightmarket with the usual snacks, vendors and entertainment one would associate with Thailand. Almost certain to find lots of food options you'll like. Some good bargains to be had too if you haggle. Lots of seating and easy to find if in Krabi Town

‼️ Visited here 2 days in a row since I stayed nearby at Lada Krabi. It was just a 5 minutes walk to this night market. Glad I came here because I got to try their foods. There are lots of choice if you come early. Make sure to come here if you are happen to be nearby during the weekends. There are also muslim friendly food that you could try. I would personally recommend the grilled potato. It tasted awesome!

Nothing comparable to those night markets in Bangkok. But it is the best market Krabi can offer. Mainly focusing in street food and some souvenirs. Not much on clothing. Have a stage with singing entertainment. Can spend 1-2 hours there.

Its a lovley market with a huge variety of food. Live Thai music performances are for free made by a local Thais.

It’s a small market filled with variety of food & souvenirs. You can find locals as well as tourists enjoying. There was even nice live music when i visited.

There are a few accommodations along this nice beach Including Dusit Thani. Beach in front of Dusit Thani seems clean but the area next to it is so dirty which is a shame. Hope to see people look after the cleanliness of their beaches and sea creatures better.

Gorgeous, quiet beach with lovely sand. Beautiful view, look at the photos! Sea was lovely, quite clean, at high tide so was great to swim in. There were a few trees along the shoreline but these were taken up by others, so had to go without shade. It was very, very hot! Accessible ramp down onto the main beach (mainly used for cars and motor vehicles) but it was great access for us as a wheelchair user. We have an additional third front wheel to avoid the castors and managed to get about 30m from the ramp.

As you can see from the video and photos, this is the centre of a long beach called Klong Muang. Which is also the name of the district. The name translates as purple canal. You get waves when the weather is rough but it normally pretty calm. In the afternoon, folks come to watch the sunset.

Bar 79 is Newly opened at Klong Muang Beach. Nice place on daytime, afternoon and evening. The food was ok, but since they are newly openend it will take sometime before everything is in full operative. But Nice place and friendly staff.

A hidden gem, white powder sand beaches, tranquil turquoise flat water, not too busy or too quite, great resorts and restaurants with music on the beach, Longtail boats that can take you ti the islands.

Yes, first i thought: mwaaaa.. second time i got a good feeling, just a calm beach with some boats . Not really the greatest beach i have ever seen, but ok. Oh, yes need maybe shoes to get in the water, lot of rocks in beginning. But there are some nice bars with food and drinks for good price.

I rent a motorcycle from aonang beach to klong muang beach. it takes less than 30minutes. The beach is super clean. U can walk without footwear as the sand is soft and white. There are local vendors selling thai food and drinks. Also, u can get a massage by the beach here. It isn't crowded as i arrived at around 9.30am. But u can expect to see some tourists swimming on the beach or strolling around with their families. The hotel here are mainly the 5star beach resorts.

This is a beach further away from Ao Nang Beach, and you will need to drive. I was at the Reua Thong Restaurant and bar, taking the attached photos. It is a lot less busy than Ao Nang Beach and Nopparat Beach. There are 3 or 4 massage shops up on the street like the Number One Massage Shop (sorry can't remember the others). There is easy parking along the street (bonus), and several restaurants that are real good. The Boat Coffee, the Reua Thong is a great place to enjoy a beverage/meal and the beauty of the beach and further down the road opposite the Krabi Sands Resort is The Beach House Restaurant. Watch the sun go down there (and they have some decent wines), it is a really nice view of the sunset there. So if you can arrange wheels to get there, it is my favourite beach.

Beautiful beach, a little remote and away from crowds. Good for a walk in the evening to enjoy the sunset. The cleaning needs to be improved as there is a lot of driftwood as well as other items washed up on the sand. There are plenty of resorts along the beach, place where one can seat and enjoy the views, volleyball court and some restaurants for refreshments and snacks. When the tide is low, the rocks are exposed and might be not as comfortable for bathing, but I assume that during high tide the problem is not there. Absolutely recommend you to visit this beach if you are looking to get a way from crowds and enjoy a pleasant walk and a gorgeous sunset. Hope this helps 🙏

Khlong Muang is a beautiful, tranquil beach. Sunsets are breathtaking, and the ocean breeze Is delicious. Very good for swimming and having a peaceful outing with loved ones. The palm trees are very serene 🌴 I live the nature

I think it is one of the most beautiful beaches you can find just a few minutes from Ao Nang, very quiet and not crowded. the water is crystal clear and you can admire stunning sunsets over the sea. There is also a pleasant restaurant on site with excellent food at affordable prices. I recommend it!

Very nice walk from one end to another,you can stop here and there for drinks or food-few hotels and restaurants on the beach open to the passers by-amazing sand and if you like a solitary quiet walk that’s the place to be. Amazing for watching sunrise and sunset .

Nice beach, less touristic, a few local restaurants and smoothie bars to the left, a few upscale touristic resorts to the right. Easier to find parking and avoid the crowds. The beach itself isn't special in any way, but that's not to say it isn't great.

Klong Muang Beach is approximately 4 km long. The beach is very nice. It is quite wide, you can find some shade near the trees. There are some restaurants and bars around. I didn't see any showers. Area is very calm. Choose this beach when you want to escape the noise of Ao Nang or Railay Beach.

This is my favorite beach. There are a few tourists, and it's beautifully serene. Nearby, there are cafes with delicious coffee, giving it a vibe of a secret hideaway. The water is crystal clear, the sand white, and it's easily accessible.

Nice beach, very big and no big waves, perfect beach to enjoy swimming and sun bathing.

Doesn’t look like the pictures tons of mosquitoes in the room and the room is very old bed is uncomfortable. Great location lots of things to do around so can easily walk about. The staff are very nice and friendly and the hotel is beachfront. The pool area is alright restaurant food is good but portion size is small. Affordable hotel but nothing fancy. You babe to return the key every time you leave the room because they only provide one key and it’s a big wooden one. Will update with more details later.

Nice hotel in Ao Nang just in front of the beach. Perfect location, you’re going to be near everything you need during your trip, restaurants, stores, bars, pharmacy, transport, etc. The room was very nice, good size, comfortable bed and pillows. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was very good also, served in an area with view to the beach. I would just add some more bread options. Staff was professional but could be friendlier, specially the ones at the reception. The pool is very good also. I really enjoyed my stay there and I would definitely book again.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel. Their staff is very nice and helpful, and their restaurant is worth and surprisingly good. Breakfast is quite good and varied compared to most hotels of this category in Thailand. Just keep in mind that bars nearby keep loud music until 2 am every day, so bring your earplugs or stay awake until late. They had just renovated the bathroom in our room, but the rest of facilities need some update, it lived better days. Bed comfortable.

Wonderful place to stay. We stayed here while in Krabi area. Hotel is located just by the beach and next to the main shopping street with big choice of restaurants, bars and massage places. the room was very comfortable with a bit tired interior and cleanest upon arrival. pool was super refreshing with all the deck chairs around it and hammock. Very nice breakfast, everything fresh and delicious. Breakfast by the beach with morning view on the sea and boats. The staff is very helpful and accomodating, also nice and polite

Very nice hotel, clean and such a nice staff too. Very well located with the beach and city right outside the door. Pool is in the shadow all day, and since there’s a lot of trees surrounding it, there’s a lot of leafs and bugs in the water. They do clean it in the morning, but it gets quite dirt rather fast. Other than that, a very nice hotel.

We stayed at the sea view room and that room was amazing. There is just a small road between the beach and the resort and it seemed like our room was right on the beach. Due to the closeness to the beach the room has the best view of the sea and the Ao Nang beach.

Staff is super helpful. Rooms are a bit out dated. My AC was not as cool as our other room when set on the same temperature. So we had to sleep in a warmer room. It is close to the beach. Breakfast is catered to tourist taste and not local taste. Location is great. Next to the beach and around all tourist stuff.

Good location at the beach and near all restaurants, nice pool. Unfortunately the rooms are outdated and smelled after mildew with MANY mosquitoes (killed 8, but got bitten many times nevertheless). Also our room, located on the road side, was very noisy. Did not have a good sleep.

I loved staying at Vacation Village, the location is great and it is very close to the beach and places of interest. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The room was very spacious and had access to the pool area, they are also equipped with a small fridge and even have a hairdryer. The pool is very complete; It is surrounded by green, hammocks and sofas and they also have a restaurant service. Also note that they have a motorcycle rental service at only 250baths. I would repeat without a doubt!

This hotel is in a great location, right next to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. It has a very nice pool. Some rooms are very noisy when the night club is going however the girl at the desk changed our room when we complained about the loud music. The rooms are a little old and dated but are a good size.

Great place, wonderful main pool with beautiful lights at night and a slightly hidden second pool as well as super friendly staff. The pool is sourrounded by porches and balconies where each room has a pair of comfy chairs and a table to enjoy the view at the pool. The beach is right across the walking street and Ao Nang with it's bars and night life is right around you. Next 7-11 is about 5 minutes by foot. Breakfast is plentiful, tasty and served with a view at the beach/sea. You should be rather punctual though since the buffet decreases after about 10am although it is officially served until 10:30am. In the evening you can watch a wonderful sunset from this hotel or better from the beach right in front of it. All in all a beautiful location where I would absolutely book again.

Value for money! Clean and peaceful place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. I especially love the location of this hotel; just right in front of the beach, near to all food stalls and shops. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

This is a really good hotel, in a great location, right opposite the beach in Ao Nang. Good sized rooms, comfortable bed. I had a pool access room that had a great little deck area, with a couch & table and a couple of sun beds. You can walk out of your room & walk about 6 metres straight into the pool. Nice little restaurant out the front with ocean views. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The staff was friendly, attentive, and accommodating. I’m so grateful for their help checking in, booking tours, and getting a feel for the neighborhood. Nui at the front desk was very attentive and helpful. The maintenance crew worked tirelessly to maintain my room and the pool. The staff in the cafe and restaurant put on a fantastic, filling and abundant breakfast. Everyone at the front desk was wonderful. The location is great! Very close to the beach, convenience stores, traditional shops and restaurants galore. The rooms were very, very comfortable and the facilities lovely. I will certainly be back. Thank you all so much for everything.

Rooms are bit dated and needs renovation.Apart from that our stay in Vacation Village was excellent. The location is cherry on top. Right at the heart of Ao nang and opposite of Ao nang beach. The vibe throughout was very positive. Will surely stay here again.

You’ll get to see a few monkeys on the way. Part of the trail that is more steep have wooden stairs. At the of the trail is a beach and before entering, the guard will ask for your vaccination certificate and have you write your info on a log book. We spent a couple of minutes in the sea and it gets quite wavy at times.

If you're looking for a fun and unique way to explore the Aonang area, I highly recommend checking out the Monkey Trail. The trail winds its way through some beautiful woods before opening up onto a stunning beach that's lined with restaurants and resorts. I actually preferred this beach to Aonang beach itself, as it was a bit quieter and more peaceful. Plus, there's always the possibility of running into some monkeys along the way, which is a really cool experience! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to spot any monkeys during my visit, but I still had a great time exploring the trail and taking in all the beautiful scenery. One thing to note is that some of the stairs along the trail were really steep, so it might not be the best choice for anyone with mobility issues. However, if you're up for a bit of a challenge, the views from the beach are definitely worth it! Another thing I would recommend is renting a moped to get to the trail - it makes it much easier to get around and explore the area. All in all, I would definitely recommend checking out the Monkey Trail if you're in the area - it's a great way to experience the natural beauty of the region and maybe even make some new furry friends along the way!
