There is a cultural activities has been held in the hall. There is a Premvati snacks shops outside the temple where one can have different Snacks with top quality. However, Car parking is little concern. You have to park your car inside the Hospital parking which is located opposite of temple.

I went in the morning and even during mahotasav period so it was crowded, but overall experience is good , there is so much se see and parise the greatness of Shri Swaminarayana amd even your children will not get bored because they theme park and playground for children and if have time do visit during night then you will not miss night light show which i regret for not attending.

A peaceful place to pray and seek blessings from Swaminarayan Mandir. The mandir premises are quite clean and properly managed by staff.

A must visit Mandir in Ahmedabad, It's Architecture is very beautiful due to its white colour and the god's Statue are also made very beautiful.

Much peaceful place. I would recommend you to visit this place in the evening. I also attended the Aarti here and it was serene. Swaminarayan Temple is situated on Shahibaug road, in the heart of Ahmedabad. They do not have any entry tickets. I like the architecture of the temple as well. There is a wide seating space for devotees. It's usually crowded in the evening. If you feel hungry, then you can even visit Khaman shops which are in close proximity to the temple which serves the best Gujarati delicacies. Overall a must visit place if you're around Kalupur or Shahibaug.

Shahi bag situated Swami Narayan temple is very beautiful, This temple is being renovated this days. Nice carving and nice idols of God's. There is a snacks shop outside this temple.

The atmosphere here is very sacred .It is very well maintained . Its situated on the main road . It is of pure white color which makes it looks very beautiful . Facilities like free drinking water and toilets are also provided . Trees and flowers add to it's beauty . Also the temperature of the Temple is comparatively cooler than the city .

During my visit to this temple, I experienced a sense of comfort akin to being at home, owing to the meticulous attention to detail at the facility. Noteworthy features included the strategically chosen white color on the stairs to mitigate heat during summer, as well as the exemplary standards of hygiene and cleanliness maintained throughout the premises.

As expected, serene and peaceful place. I liked the concept of bringing together multiple deities together at a place. You can sit and pray, however it is not like a typical temple where you can do puja. Due to COVID, lunch and dinner are only available as takeaways for Rs. 70. You can also try Samrasi meal for Rs. 200/240

A place perfect for Jain devotees. You will find peace, fresh air and spiritual vibes. One can also have live snacks from Amba refreshments. You may also shop for packed snacks and bakery products. Very nice Hindu temple to visit near Gandhinagar. Facilities available for big Parking, to stay there and very big food centre at lower price for meal, Lunch time is 11 AM to 2 PM and dinner time is 7 PM to 9 PM.

The temple is open to all people, regardless of their religion or beliefs. The temple complex includes a museum, a library, and a meditation hall. This temple has more open area and gardens where you can sit and can enjoy with family and friends. Temple also has canteen which provides tasty and good quality food. Also there is AC resturant available. Only one problem at this place is people entered and touched god without pooja clothes.

This is very nice temple on road to adalaj. Hardly 5km from Sargasan Gandhinagar. Here there is very nice food facility, excellent parking facility available with free of cost. Temple atmosphere is cool and positive. Very nice place with small garden facility. Must visit this place.

It is located near adalaj village and around 20km from Ahmedabad. It has an informative museum and mini-theatre on Dada Bhagwan. Nowadays, it can also be considered as a one day picnic spot. You can bring your kids here who can have fun swinging and sliding. Canteen and restaurant is also there.

The Adalaj Vav. In Gujrati and Marwar regions a vav means a stepwell. In the northern Hindi-speaking regions, a stepwell is called a bowadi. In the arid regions of Gujrat, Rajasthan and Marwar where the water table is low, wells have to be dug to a considerable depth. Hauling water by buckets tied to a rope was back-breaking labour for the ladies and gents alike. Therefore many communities collectively constructed vavs or step wells where one could descend right up to the water level for bathing, washing and filling up drinking water to be carried to their homes. In many cases, wealthy families with a philanthropic bend of mind constructed vavs for the public good. They were built in stone with pillars and walls etc carved with amazingly beautiful designs, motifs and statues of Gods and Goddesses. More often than not such vavs were made up of various stories with large floor spaces, rooms etc at every storey. Such vavs became a focal point for community gatherings, celebrations and religious functions. These vavs were architectural wonders and in due course became well known for their beauty. Adalaj vav is one such vav and so generally referred to because it is located in the village of Adalaj. The real name of the vav, as per the inscription found engraved on a stone in the vav is ‘Rani Dudabai’ Vav. As per history/legend, Raja Veer Singh of the Vaghela dynasty started its construction in 1555. His kingdom was attacked by Mohammed Begda a Muslim ruler of the neighbouring state. In the battle, Raja Veer Singh was killed. The vav could not be completed. It is said that Queen Ruda bai, wife of Raja Veer Singh was very beautiful. Mohammed Begda fell in love with the queen and wanted to marry her. As per the legend, the queen agreed on the condition that Mohammed Begda completes the construction of Vav. He readily agreed and completed the construction in a quick time. It is said that Once the unfinished project of her husband was completed, rather than marry the Muslim ruler the queen reneged on her promise and committed suicide by jumping into the well. Queen Ruda Bai Vav is a five-storey octagonal construction with the well itself is circular in shape. The beginning of the stairs is flanked by two “Chabutaras” or raised platforms. The faces of these chabutaras are made up of intricately and beautiful geometrical engravings of trees and plants etc. Octagonal sides of each floor had engraved latticed stone screens as safety railings. Hundreds of pillars, niches on the floors etc all are beautifully engraved and look very beautiful. One can spend hours admiring the beauty of the engravings/carvings and still come away wondering whether he has seen all that was to be seen. We took lots of pictures, spent maybe an hour and a half and bid good buy to Adalaj/Queen Ruda Bai Vav.

Snacks are available outside the premises. Try to avoid it on weekends due to the crowd. A drinking water facility is also available.

One of good places to visit around Ahmedabad. Recommend to visit in early evening. There is ticket Rs 25 for Indians and Rs. 300 for foreign nationals. Earlier there was no entry charges and so not well maintained... however now well maintained. Tickets also can be booking using digital platform we could not as the website was not responsive. So had to pay cash at the counter.

Wonderful place! The place used to be marvelous, but it has been spoiled by the public to the extent that you can detect the strong odor of ammonia from afar. It is essential for the authorities to implement stringent regulations in order to safeguard the ancient architecture.

This is such a unique historical place to visit. This stepwell is in great condition, renovated and well maintained. If you come by car, then parking is available. The entrance fee is just nominal price. From the road this stepwell is not visible but when you actually approach it you understand the grand level of this 500+ years old five storied deep historical place. Behind the construction of this stepwell is a really sad story that you should read before visiting.

One of the few heritage sites near Ahmedabad. Go early in the morning to avoid rush and better environment if you are interested in photography. A few hours should be enough if you want to really spend time to take pictures otherwise and hour with the family is a good time to enjoy the old relics.

The atmosphere of this place is really quiet and cool. The structure and architecture is really amazing. It is octagonal in a plan at the top, built on an intricately carved large number of pillars. This is a historical place with quite environment and with a park too. The Stepwell is designed like if you go more down the well once can feel the temperature is lower than the outside temperature. The structure and architecture is really amazing, incredible and breathtaking landmark.

This place is a heritage site which is at all not visible from the roadside 🙈 The place is well maintained. But avoid going on public holidays and weekends as it is packed with people. On a short work trip to Ahmedabad and a few colleagues of mine recommended me to visit the stepwell. The structure of the site was astonishing and I believe it’s a place to visit (at least once in your life) when you’re in here. Please remember to bring cash!!! There’s an entry fee of ₹300 and the ticket counter ONLY accepts cash.

A bit of a ghost town after the pandemic and also due to the heatwave conditions. Game Zone seems interesting with games and the movie theatre is a good draw. Decent foodcourt. Shopping options are a bit limited.

Looks goods from outside. From inside not that much good. Inside Agora mall have food courts,aagrah thali special,Chinese fast foods,branded clothes shops for girls specially and boys ,footwear,yahoo game zone,ice cream shops,mobile shops,jewellery shops,gift shops,horror house ,child train and London bus,party bars and at last cinema House.

I would consider this to be more of a shopping centre as it doesn't meet the mall standards. But still not bad, you can get your basic requirements from here. Though I guess the restaurants are good. But over the years it feels like this place got left behind in some sense.

One of the best shopping malls in this area multiple restaurant shopping outlets available inside. Theatre is also available here . Some of the restaurants here servee 24*7 all days.

One of the best place for gathering. It was great experience there with not only mall surrounding but also with the game zone. Had so much fun with friends. One can find all type of shops in the mall. And the best part was there washrooms. So, neat and clean. I would loved to visit Agora mall again.

Balaji agora has improved a lot over time but still it operates for very limited time at night. Everything inside closes by 9.30 which is a disappointment. The facility is well maintained and clean. 24 hrs cafe named kaffee is a must go, comfortable and convincing, food is fine not great!

Good enough but not that much great. Had a selfie point at its entrance, mall had various activities like arcade games, air hockey, bowling alley but overall I felt the mall is contested. Had much more restaurants there like every 5 metre you can find a restaurant.

This Mall is great place to have some quality time with family. There are many restaurants, cafe, Big Bazaar, many shops and a beautiful theatre inside the mall.

Balaji Agora Mall is a decent place for an outing especially of you are a resident of Gandhinagar. It is not at all flashy and high end like the newly opened Palladium mall in Ahmedabad or the Ahmedabad One (Alpha one mall). You will get very few big brands here. Many gift shops are there but i found the items to be a bit overpriced. The mall also does not have a fully functional game zone so that was a big disappointment for my kids. We were told it is getting renovated. The Bowling alley was functioning but had a wait time of 35-40 mins. Plus side of this mall is that despite being a Sunday it was not very crowded and a welcome change. The Air Conditioning of the mall is not effective and perhaps help explain the less crowd. My kids had fun going round in a London style Double Decker bus on the ground floor and some fish spa. All in all if you don't have too high expectations from this place you will manage a decent outing and time spent.

Scary zone is also there But this mall is not as good as it was expected.. Does not have good brand shops , even many of the outlets are vacant

The mall is having a good variety of shops and in-house a play zone and a movie theatre along with a food court. It also has a reliance smart bazaar, and cafe mast hai in it's boundary. There is a book stall and rides for children.

You can spend an entire day here with family and friends. 3. It is on the EXPENSIVE SIDE. 4. You can find:- 4.1 different shops catering to the needs of men, women and kids, 4.2 Gaming zone including Go-kart, 4.3 different restaurants 4.4 movie cinema 5. See attached photos to get an idea.

It is just beside my home and we are frequent visitors there for movies at s.b. multiplex to dinner date at masala county, for a picnic, for shopping, for kids rides, bumper car,horror house, 7d cinema, VR ride, and what not.

Great Mall All Shopes Are Open Right Now but As Comperative to orher mall crowd is not found. In Game Zone little around 3 years child game have to make available.

Very poor maintainance... The mall seems to almost shut down now... The shops are almost closed or no customers seen.. There is throughout a foul smell, due to lack of proper air conditioning... They are not even maintaining proper air conditioning, may be doing cost-cutting... The washrooms are so hot, and with full bad smell... Can't stay in mall even for an hour.. The food court too is idle.. No one eating inside.. Only the multiplex is a bit working and looks active... But not good class of public can be seen here.. I recommend never to go at this mall..!!

Good Place to spend 4-5 hours. Photography inside is not allowed but you can take pictures outside Kutir. Souvenir shop and food court is there to enjoy. You can also check upon library for related literature. Good experience for history lovers.

It's one of a kind museum ✨️ so interactive and top notch. Was really amazed to see it for the first time. Good use of technology to make it interesting to the people. Recommended for all age groups. School students should must visit it for better understanding about the glimpse of our country's freedom fight . The ticket price is so nominal ,it's just 10₹ for adults. Bags are not allowed, you have to submit it in the Baggage counter. only mobile, wallet and water bottles are allowed. NoTe: you can't click photos inside the premises ( inside the stupa, salt mount inspired one) . The staff is so good. The exhibition show starts from 3rd floor to second and first ...seniors citizens can use lifts while coming down instead of stairs. The museum is physically challenged friendly. Even the washrooms are very clean. The entire show takes around an hour , so be patient and go with the flow... Definitely worth a visit .

Great experience ! Whole life of Mahatma Gandhi is captured and shown in a beautiful way with videos. One suggestion, if you want to really know all the information and want to read it,try to go on between Tuesday to Friday because in Saturday-sunday there is a lot of people out there. Also, garden and other facilities like food, library , rest rooms are also available. We can stay there for a moment and enjoy the peaceful environment.

One of the best places I have visited. Amazing place and shares a lot of history about Mahatma Gandhi and his journey in life. It is a 3 floor museum showcasing Mahatma Gandhi’s journey from his birth. His work in South Africa and India. The Entry fees is nominal. They provide us headphones before entering the museum. The place is kept clean and tidy. Also they have a small cafe to have snacks. You can see the place around. It is very spacious and next to Gandhi Nagar Railway Station. Also, there is a huge lawn with benches around to sit and relax.

Nice experience in such a low price, complete high tech audio visual experience of Mahatma Gandhi life. Must Go once.

This place is amazing and the technology used inside museum is mesmerizing. This museum tells the whole life story of the Mahatma Gandhi Ji with the modern technology. And there is huge garden around this museum. Photography is not allowed inside the museum but people can do photography in the garden. Staff is very humble and cooperative. If you are going to the Gandhinagar then I will surely recommend you to visit this place. This museum is just few meters away from the Gandhinagar Capital Railway Station.

If you think museums are boring, then this place is for you (to change your mind) I didn't expect much going on because museums in India aren't that amazing, that's the sad truth. But this was genuinely a unique experience. If anyone is visiting Gujarat then this is a must visit place. The audio-visual experience is just so interactive and fun and educational all in one. 10/10 would recommend. The narration and details combined with so much modern technology did such a beautiful retelling of our history, many things we tend to forget as we grow up, it can bring up some emotions! Tickets were also extremely cheap for the superb experience.

It is an Awesome Place to know about Mahatma Gandhi and the freedom journey of India. Surprisingly, the entry fees is just ₹10 which is great thing. Hats of to the staff for maintaining cleanliness. Entery ticket is Rs.10/- per person. Photography is not allowed inside the museum. You have to deposit all your luggage and bags. Restaurant and cafeteria is available. Large interactive and well managed museum shaped as mound of salt, where a glimpse of Gandhi's early life is beautifully portrayed with the help of audiovisuals. The place is very good and dedicated to our leader Mahatma gandhi ji. Inside dandikutir we Shaw the films and articles about Mahatma Gandhi's life .it is very well maintained by goverment.

Very innovative and creative way to learn about Gandhi’s life and impact. I especially loved the unique incorporation of visual displays with smart audio. The only drawback was that the timed tickets made it feel a bit rushed, as the whole group had to move together. And sometimes the audio did not sync up, or some displays were skipped since people finished them at different times.

It's good you can get a brief about Mahatma Gandhi ji life, but then you will want to know more about freedom struggle and 1.5 hrs is not enough. But anyways technology used is advance and good. A world class museum done in a world class manner or even better. The architecture is stunning and the presentation on the life and times of Mahatma Gandhi are excellent. One really gets an insight into the history and birth of our nation.

I recently visited Dandi Kutir and had a fascinating experience at the museum. Upon entering, we were provided with receivers and headphones, which added an interactive element to the tour. The lift ride to the museum was smooth, and upon arrival, the abundance of exhibits was impressive. The visuals within Dandi Kutir were captivating, with well-crafted interiors enhancing the overall ambiance. The collection of paintings, statues, and models was not only extensive but also of high quality. The integration of modern technology was efficient, making the museum experience both educational and enjoyable. One standout feature was the effective use of the Bluetooth/wifi system. As we approached different exhibits, the receiver and headphones automatically provided historical information and stories, enhancing the depth of understanding about each display. The seamless synchronization between the sender and receiver added a dynamic layer to the tour. The utilization of screen projection was particularly noteworthy. The visual aids complemented the exhibits, providing a comprehensive and engaging narrative. This thoughtful integration of technology contributed to an immersive and informative visit. Overall, Dandi Kutir, with its visually appealing displays, well-designed interiors, and clever use of modern technology, offers a rich and enjoyable museum experience. Cool place to hang out amidst the trees and plants here. There is a dedicated kids play area with slides, seesaws etc.. Also, small grass playgrounds are available so one can play games like badminton here as often seen here. Washroom facility is available here and if you feel hungry there is a place for light refreshments also.

The place is well maintained but more suitable to kids and there are many play areas. But the bad thing is right outside the park there are many Pan Shops which is not a good thing around the kids. The shops inside were closed so nothing to buy there and the water stream over which the passages are completely dry and many couples could be seen snugging. So I don’t think there is much to do here. I went to Punit Van before this. That is a much better place to be at.

Awesome garden for all age .. Best place for children. Best place for runners. Best place for walking. If you want something change you must try. If you want picnic best option in gandhinagar. You need to come with your family and friends. Enjoy the life. I suggest you need to come on two wheeler because most of people come with car issue face parking. Garden is too big. Parking is also big but weekend very crowded. Food also available so enjoy it. You can not take packed snacks. You can take home made snacks for children.

Loved it. It was evening and I think that's the best time to be here. So calm, that you can hear your own heartbeat, LOL!! The lush green garden with adequate benches, swings, metallic lion statues add to the anesthetics. Oftentimes you would be greeted by peacocks proudly flaunting their assets. Oh, I love this place. You can find many spots that are super beautiful for a candid photograph.

Nice calm and very much greenish, now it's also ideal for the family even, previous it's notorious that it's only for couples but now scenario is changed for family and friends too it's big and having kids play areas with all working activities, very clean and green, there is also one small store inside garden where you can have tea, coffee some snacks and cold drinks also. Behind the garden there is also a view of sant sarovar dam. It looks spectacular. Friends families can enjoy well here you can spend 3 hours easily.

The park being in the center of the city and with enough transport facilities provided makes the park spot is frequently visited by kids with their families by kids, parents and lot of tourists. Very picturesque… very green… very raw yet all the properties developing there has an elegant taste. Good thing is that the natural instincts of the land has to be kept intact while developing any property there hence preserving the natural look and feel. The club house food is good. As it turns dark you feel you are in a forest land. In day time especially in good monsoon there is a river bed that the property has in its backyard which could be a very soothing and peaceful experience. But you should stay a day or two for that.

Great place for family, club house has various activities - rope course and other climbing structures for kids, TT, Billiards just to name a few. Gold course is vast and you can capture beautiful sunset over there.

Located on the side of River it is good place to visit anytime but after some rain it will be Cherry on the top as there will be water in river. I recently had the opportunity to visit Aloha Hills Resort, and I must say it was an overall good experience. The meals served at the resort's restaurant were of good quality and satisfying. The menu offered a decent variety of dishes, and the flavors were enjoyable. However, I wouldn't say the food was excellent, as there were a few dishes that fell short of my expectations. Nevertheless, the attentive and friendly staff made up for any shortcomings. The resort itself is well-maintained, with beautiful gardens and well-appointed accommodations. During my stay, I had the opportunity to explore the resort's facilities. The swimming pool was clean and inviting, and there were plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas for relaxation. One aspect that stood out to me was the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. They were always polite, professional, and ready to assist with any queries or requests. Their hospitality truly enhanced my stay and made me feel valued as a guest. Although my experience at resort was generally positive, there were a few minor areas that could be improved.There should be rest facilities for the Day Guest.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Aalloa Hill resort. The rooms are spacious, and the entire property is surrounded by lush greenery. It is a treat for those who love nature. We spotted peacocks, bulbuls, a kingfisher, among other birds. There is a small camel cart ride, which is fun. You can click photos with the camel as well. There is also a small valley where you can go trekking. Preferably should be done at 4 pm or in morning. A little further, you have the Sabarmati river, and the property near it has been developed beautifully. You dont get to go all the way to the river, but you can see it. This spot is a must visit in the morning, to see the sun rising from the hills. The in-house restaurant is good and serves punjabi and traditional gujarati cuisine. I would advise the latter. Food is excellent. Network can get a little sketchy, so you might not get internet connection. However, you can get wifi near reception. Overall, this is an excellent place for a one day picnic or a staycation over a weekend.

Superb ambience and awesome place for a destination kind of wedding However road to the place is not having any street lights and also goes from a village. So need to take care especially when driving at night.

We went her for a day picnic (they have so many options). They have awesome activities, and excellent service. The food was great, not oily, not very spicy, perfect for kids. And included Jain options. They had lovely snack items for hi tea too. Their swimming pool is very well maintained. There are indoor games too. It's a one day visit from Ahmedabad. The best time to visit is after the monsoon. The flow of the water is more and you can enjoy the fall with plenty of water. The surrounding nature is also magnificent. You can find different types of birds there. Visit in the morning for the best view.

Zanzari is a good place if you're looking for a time off. It is near to Dehgam and you can go by bike or car. You may have to park your vehicles 2 KMs because the rest of the route is all stone and you have to go by foot. Don't expect a BIG waterfall. It's small but good to visit for once.

I had an unforgettable experience visiting this beautiful panoramic landscape. This place gifted us a lot of good memories to cherish for a lifetime. I enjoyed the waterfall, though some places were a bit slippery. If you are interested in a camel ride, just pay 150rs to avail the service A serene place with so much to take back. If God allows, I will visit this place once more, before I go back to settle at my native place. I think a 2 wheeler would be the right choice for such a bumpy road.

It a good place to go. there is camel ride also.. it better to take eatable items with you together. On weekends it will be crowed weekdays is best to go. And if you are a person who loves nature it's a good place. But it bit scary as the water seems deep and risky and you can not spend more tha 1hr as there is nothing much to do

A natural place to visit. It's a 1 day trip. People keep telling you should go there early morning like 6-7AM if you wanna enjoy , that's true if you go there in summer/ winter.However, if you plan it in Monsoon, don't worry about timing. You can reach there 9-10AM also as the weather will be the same there in monsoon all the day. There will be food like maggie, Corn and wafers. There are 3-4 restaurants also in highways (Ahmedabad to Zanzari) so you can eat after visiting waterfall. You can swim there as water was clean enough. Go through my photos for your satisfaction. :)

Small waterfall but worth visiting. It'll be hard to find the road since it's not built properly and there's no sign that directs the turn and is narrow. Bring your own food if you want to eat because there's no shop that provides anything, and also bring your plastic garbage back. DO NOT LITTER. A bunch of douches have thrown plastics and plates after eating there.

👍👍👍 It's a good picnic spot, there is no restrictions here. You may make your food and enjoy . There is a local shop where you may enjoy bhajiya, tea maggie etc. 👎👎 Road condition is really poor . No security guards or any such arrangement by gov/authority.

Date: 10th Dec 2023 Average place to spent time in weekends. Two to three stalls to buy limited items like Normal Maggie, tea and coffee available. Camel ride is available from parking to near waterfall. Too dark at after 6pm as there are no lights on roads till highway. In rainy season path may get difficult to travel. Best time to visit is after couple months of rainy season. There were only few people. There was a parking space where a stall uncle told us to keep vehicle but we did not park as no cars were parked at that place. But we went back and found an alternate route where others were present too.

Beautiful waterfall to see, specially around monsoon season. It's on vatrak river. Be safe with kids here, place where it falls is deep and dangerous. Also keep it clean, that would be so great.

Great place for everyday walking/jogging in the peace of nature and greenery. It has play area for children. It has lush green trees, plants and flowering plants. There is a beautiful lake, an open air theatre, fountain area, sitting areas sheds and a great vibe of peace with lovely birds chirping. You can find lots of different flowering plants and lots of peacocks, cranes, sparrows, parrots, and so many other birds. I felt that the maintenance can be improved a little bit more.

This is a wonderful alternative to have your morning walks. The park is currently being renovated and will be great once completed. It has walkways around the entire length and breadth of the park for those who are looking for some peace and quiet while inside the city. The park is full of birds, especially peafowl - both peacocks and peahens, many different species of small birds, and also the Hanuman langur.

I have visited this place at evening time. It is so peaceful, people come here for jogging and spend some time with friends or family. You can hear birds voice all around the van. In evening time when birds are coming to their home, they are fighting to get their place first. It’s too nice to hear them ☺️

A beautifully planned park in Gandhinagar, where in you can easily spend 1-2 hours. We visited this in the evening after 5 pm. Ample parking space for both type of vehicles available. So the garden has various sections and various plants-trees with Botanical name boards present for each one. You get to see lots of monkeys, Peacocks, Peahen, other types of birds. A small Open air theatre is also present in the garden. Lots of comfortable benches are there. Walking tracks are there marked with distance. Children play area and open spaces present wherein you can play ball games, disc or badminton.👌👍

The place is really well maintained and my experience was just amazing. A bit odd thing was that we were dressed up and all the people kept staring at us but talking about the place, you would find a lot of birds and squirrels roaming around and having fun. The best thing about the place is the peacocks. You would find them dancing around in the whole premises which is really beautiful. Just don’t go very close to them as they would run off.

An extremely well-made and well-managed garden by the Government of Gujarat. It has lots of flora and medicinal plants for the botanical lovers. The open gym and play area concept is indeed thoughtful. It's the perfect place for morning walks and to spend time in the lap of nature.

We are going to visit dam constuction but that time it's water lever is very low so we can't see proper water around dam, but we enjoy a lot.

It is the best place for picnic in early morning and I recomend to visit this place in morning or at the time of sun set. You can enter this place via hole in barbed wire because the gate of dam cantrol automatically is closed. If you wish to see water in the sabarmati then wisit there in monsoon

An awesome place to hangout with friends and family. Lovely scenery during the evening. The Dam gives you a real adventurous feeling, on the other hand the flowing water in the river takes your mind away in the most peaceful place. Plan this on weekend. Go with your bathing suits, because you don't want to miss going into the water.

When i went, the dam was close water supply is closed due to some construction, but overall view and dam is beautiful

Such a good place. But now restricted. You can’t visit without permission. Still people trespassing here. Gov. Restricted it because people were spoiling it by throwing garbage.

Place is awesome. Mostly 2 gates are open and you can enjoy Sabarmati river flowing. You have to park car bit far away because there is only dirt road that will take you to river bay. Main road leading to it is closed and there is security person present all the time!! Be prepared to walk for 10 minutes to reach there. This is a popular location, so expect quite a few family and groups enjoying already. You can spend 1 hour or more enjoying the view of taking a bathing adventure in flowing Sabarmati river. 😀. Take a swimming costume or extra pair or cloths. Kids will surely enjoy playing in water but it's strongly advised to keep an eye on them because nature can be cruel sometimes. Overall great experience. Do visit and enjoy.

Nice but there's no route to dam ! Lot of diversions & kaccha road

It was empty when we went, it was a hike kind of we friends went down the rocks near the stream..there was little water but pleasant and soothing it's like empty open area..good for photoshoot purposes

Great place to visit in monsoon season. Near by to Ahmedabad located in Gandhi nagar. If the gates of dam is open ..than you will surely find a good view of sabarmati river. You can also go to the stream as well and relax there. A good picnic spot for youngsters only but for families I don't think it is good to go.

Nice Place situated / surrounded by small hills. Old temple is also there which is under renovation. Sukdi as Prasad is also available at below temple and you can carry it to home, not like Mahudi Temple.

It’s a nice place with good roads throughout. Private vehicle preferred, good food options at main highway junctions. Can take bath in river stream, clean water. Good view from top. May be good washroom facility is an issue nearby. Good option for half day trip.

Its a nice picnic spot on Sabarmati river near Ahmedabad. Visit when the weather is good, like post monsoon or early mornings and you will enjoy a lot. You can spend like an hour or two here.

Mini pavagadh located at ambod village near gandhinagar mahudi highway... there beautiful place , but there were no food points and restaurant... it's located near Bank of sabamati river...

Gave it 4 star as per current status, but it can be a beautiful destination if authorities give attention to this temple. Great view from the top. It is on the bank of river. I think best time to visit post monsoon. Small rides are there for children. Camel ride is also available.

There is required development of this place considering it as a tourist place. Surrounding more greenery & cleanliness can make this place more attractive.

Very beautiful place. Devi kali mata mandir is on top and nav(9)grah mandir and Mahadev tempal also on ground.
