We had an issue yesterday with the car keys and we’ve left the car the whole night in the port parking. We obviously know we have to pay the parking even if the crane was taking the car. We were talking with the guy of the crane while the parking guy came super angry and screaming at us saying we can not take the car without paying the parking, which we responded with that of course we would pay and asked him to tell us the price because the ticket was left inside of the car which we have no access to. After paying the parking he came back to the crane guy talking to him super disrespectful and screaming that he has to pay the parking, which is also normal and we know, what is not normal is the disrespectful way in which the parking guy was treating us and screaming at us. When we wanted to leave a complain in the parking office we found the office closed. It is very embarrassing and disrespectful for us who are all year around clients of the port and we have our boat and jetskis there for him to talk to us in that way.

I often walk through this park. It’s beautiful in any season. Presently, the city is working to improve the experience even further. They have pruned the plants extensively, adding new ones that add color, are putting in a new watering system, working on the lighting, doing major work on the restrooms which have been closed for months, and finally are repairing the lovely ceramic benches. I can’t wait to see the full results!

What an absolutely amazing and beautiful park in the middle of Marbella. It is definitely worht a visit when staying in Marbella. It is such a refreshing place to spend a few minutes. It seems like you enter an oasis of peace even though it’s within the cities. An absolute must visit when in Marbella. I can imagine that it is absolutely perfect in summer during the heat to spend some time under the trees.

My time was too short to do the park full justice. It is obviously an amenity of great value to the city and the community. I hope to get an opportunity to visit again.

Situated in the historic centre, this place is a hidden gem to visit as is the historic centre. It feels a million miles away from Modern Marbella with its traditional El Pueblo traditional feel. Narrow streets and white buildings. There's a number of quaint bars and restaurants which are very reasonably priced too.

Beautiful building, historically an old hospital facility, now being nicely repurposed as a small city contemporary art museum. Think Picasso, Warhol, etc. Staff was super friendly, and enthusiastic about it too, which is fun. Did I mention that it is currently FREE. I love cool and free things.

You might want to call ahead if visiting outside peak season. We tried to visit on September 15 and there was a sign on the door saying they were closed this afternoon due to works. Could not see anything to this effect on the website beforehand.

Fabulous museum in the centre of Marbella so many expositions great hard work it’s a must to visit. Museo del Grabado is located in the Oldtown everybody should give you directions to where it actually is situated. So beautifully laid out with some fabulous artwork from Picasso from Joan Miró are among some of the fabulous artists featured here in the museum. The staff are very friendly and very informative they give you all information and a mini tour before you start taking access to the main galleries. Well worth a visit if you’re in Marbella please don’t miss it you’ll be very surprised.

A very nice beach to take a walk, calm and clean with lots of cafes and restaurants. The water is blue and sand is brown, good for a swim and sailing. A must visit place of you are in Marbella.

There is no indication that this is a nudist beach, it actually is. Unluckily, a family visit is out of the question. Since I went in the evening, had no trouble parking car, yet i suggest reading other reviews about parking "fee" situations which is unfortunate exist not only in this parking.

Nice little sandy beach. There is a bar and restaurant, selling delicious fish cooked on open fire. The staff are very lively and friendly. Since it is a small stretch it does get crowded. The sea seems levelled to a decent depth for a long stretch so it's safe. Parking is free along the little road leading to the beach but one will struggle to find free space. There is however a parking lot with voluntary donation for 24 hours but kind of expect at least €2 to €3. Over all it is a good place to enjoy in the sun ☀️

My favourite place on the Costa del Sol. This place has a very quaint harbour, awesome sheltered beach where you can rent hammocks and umbrellas for €10/day. There are loads of restaurants and chiringuitos around to buy food and drinks.

Beautiful beach located nearby to Marbella. At first we thought the parking was going to be a complete nightmare but head straight to the marina parking which is actually quite reasonably priced - €15 ish got the day. From here you can walk straight onto the beach and enjoy sun Loungers for €5 each. Highlights were the singing cake seller and loads of Costa del Crime types which are brilliant people watching fodder. You’ll also be in for loads of fake sunglasses and trackie bottoms from the endless stream of beach vendors. Minus 2 stars for sand being too hot and non stop chav vendors.

The Park is so lovely,very peaceful place to sit and watch the birds. There's a stunning Auditorium and a wonderful green villa that was a bar/restaurant in the past. The trees there are centuries old🙏🥰

This is a nice shady park offering a break from the touristy glitz of Marbella. It is located on the site of a plant nursery and some of the older trees date from that time. The park has a playground, a cafe, public toilet and space for concerts and festivals.

Beautiful nature in the middle of the city, 2 min walking from the beach and the lighthouse. The nature is simply amazing, several rare trees can be admired and also birds and cats. A good place to rest and meditate.

If you have kids Parque de la Constitiución is a must when visiting Marbella! The kids love this park as it has a fairly large playground suitable from the ages 3-12 years old. It also has good shade from all of the trees surrounding the playground and there are many benches. The park is quite large, but I don't think the rest of the mark is that remarkable, we tend to mostly hang around in the playground which is in the south-east corner of the park.

A very nice place and a must to see. The combination between the Roman and the Kazbah on the top of the mountain is breath taking.

Hi there! I joined the yoga / beauty retreat in Casa La Concha from October 31 - November 6, 2016. The whole experience was in one word: G R E A T! The Casa is beautiful and quiet, the garden in stunning. Food is more then excellent, service is overwhelming. The lovely staff makes you feel at home the moment you enter the Casa. The rooms are attractively decorated with al kinds of ammendities which gives you a feeling of great luxury. Beauty treatments were very good, the yoga classes and massages outstanding. I highly recommand this retreat if you want to unwind, relax and charge your battery :).

A nightmare ! I had organized a golf game with friends. We tried to book online on the golf website. Each time at the end of the procedure, the reservation amount is withdrawn from my account and then in the seconds that follow added back with the message that the operation could not be finalized. I tried with a Spanish card and another card two days in a row. The second day we called the club and got a certain David. We reported the problem to him and asked to book two departures. As we were unable to book online, we asked him to give us the price for online booking. What he agreed to do. When we showed up on the day of the reservation, David was not working...so I explained the situation to his colleague and the problems with the reservation system. He told me that the system was working and that it was me who had the problem. When I told him that his colleague David had given me the online rate over the phone. He told me that his colleague could not grant this rate and that I had to pay the full price. At that moment, faced with so much arrogance, I lost my cool. At no time did this employee take into consideration my problem which was real. No, this employee was assuming that Santa Maria's online reservation system is foolproof and that his colleague is doing things that he cannot do and that it is the customer who must bear the consequences. We are at degree zero of “customer care”. Besides, when we enter the pro shop, there is not a smile. I didn't give up and refused so much that the employee called his manager. An extremely unhappy customer, a bad review on Google. Such a waste. The course is interesting but with greens in a terrible state and completely dry fairways. The full price is €65 in low season. If you add the price of the buggy at €40 that makes €85 per person. This price is frankly not reasonable. There are alternatives a few kilometers away and better maintained and less expensive land.

Don't get excited about playing here: at least 3 holes on the first 9 are like playing on a building site, there is no buggy bar, the girl in the bar with glasses must think she is the owner and treats customers with contempt. Try Marbella Golf, Santa Maria, Calanova or anywherr where they think clients are important.

This is overall an enjoyable golf experience, but oh, what have they done to the 9th hole? Just ridiculous, even a four shotter to the green for our big hitter. Free drink at the end a nice touch.

Looking forward to playing at Santa Maria Golf ⛳ soon. We played in Frank's group of around thirty and the course management worked well. Santa Maria is a well laid out and interesting course and I hope you get to enjoy it.

Course is really nice. BUT you will need to be damned patient on the course as they have tee time every 8 minutes with flights of 4 people occuring very long waiting time. We had many people stopping after nine whole or not being able to finish. You also have people cutting not willing to wait which creates a less. Starter please set tee time every 10 minutes or you will loose your credibility.

Nice coarse with some good holes. Our 4 ball came off after 15 holes and 5.5 hours of play. Why to slow, with people searching for lost balls all the time. No management on coarse.

Dropped off my husband and friend for golf. The buildings look a little tired. It would be a magnificent venue for a wedding or other function but needs money spending. Has lots of potential.

Our main issue was the pace of play ahead. The course was far too busy. It took >3 hours to play 10 holes. When we reached the 11th there were 4 groups playing it. We gave up and headed in at this point and it appeared to be a similar story throughout the remainder of the back 9 with multiple groups on every hole. Expressed disappointment about this to pro shop who couldn’t care less and were very dismissive. Cheapish green fee and some fun golf holes but general condition of course was poor - divoted fairways, pitch marked greens and little sand in all bunkers we visited. Golf buggy seemed like it was on its last legs too. Overall, I would not recommend.

Lovely course, in great condition challenging but forgiving at the same time I would certainly play here again.

Its size and decorative features show that Marbella has been a prosperous town long before EasyJet and Ryanair started flying in the tourists. Lovely place and welcoming. I came when it was raining, so it was the perfect thing to do when the weather wasn't so great. Welcoming staff. Three floors. Downstairs was fantastic, and the first floor. Interesting exhibits and worth visiting. They even told me that photography is allowed without flash, which is good because I like to take pictures for a review. Free WiFi as well, which is helpful. I would recommend they add some contactless points for any donations or a box. As I would defo donate. Well maintained and not too many people inside, which makes the experience a very pleasant one.

Wonderful gallery of art. Very modern building itself. A nice welcome and explanation of the exhibitions. A wee bit off the beaten track and, indeed, we were the only visitors during the hour we spent there. One of the large pieces in the lower floor was particularly intriguing to me. The Informal Family by Herman Braun-Vega - because when I stood outside the lift door and took a single step down and looked at the lower part of the painting - it appeared to be in 3D. Fascinating - but only at that angle. It is one of five worldwide Ralli Museums and was free to visit too - very worthwhile if you like art at all.

I believe this museum is a bit underrated. Sure there are not so many famous paintings of very famous painters, but the place is really nice, quiet and relaxing. If you're lucky you'll find yourself all alone wondering around the rooms and having the possibility to admire the art work in a peaceful moment. The collection is about contemporary art and some of the pieces are really stunning. And also, it's free. Totally worth a visit if in Marbella.

A must see ! Amazing collection of figurative art & paintings. Has many works by Salvador Dali, and Latin America. So we'll kept too. Entry is free, and can easily be reached by bus from Marbella city centre . (Bus L79 stop at Tony Roma's Restaurant , cross the street ) Its a gem !

Pleasantly surprised at how good this art gallery was. High quality art in spacious comfortable building and free to enter which is really generous of the foundation.

I love museums; my family doesn't. The Museo Ralli Marbella is a perfect compromise for the family members that like museums or wish to expand their (art) horizons and those that just want to get back to the beach. Since there is no entry fee, you can go quickly through (for those family members that hate museums), or spend more time. The art was great, was very informational...expand your horizons and check it out.
