After 2 days in the Hotel (and I have to spend 2 days more), I can say that the hotel is amazing, but the service is the worst.
1.My first 2 days are on Deluxe room. Here, they don't clean the room if you don't press the button. This one seems normal but no one explains at your arrival. Also, I arrived from Hanoi and I traveled to other parts on the world, and NEVER happened that you have to press the button to clean. Usually, if you don't press (because you don't know or the reception didn't tell you), the service clean your room. The normal is that you have to tell to DON'T CLEAN the room, but not the opposite.
2. If you have to ask something after 10pm, maybe you have to find the reception outside taking air, because the reception is empty. Also, you have to talk with them on the door (and the english is not the best one)
3. If you go to the restaurant, please take your jacket. The temperature is so cold. I cannot understand why there is this difference between reception, restaurant and outside. Also, there is no one who speaks english fine and you cannot ask questions about the food. Then, you can discover that the dishes are so small (as ypu can see on the pictures). The price? Expensive for the quantity you receive it. 625000dong.
4. The next two days I have are on the same hotel but on the Suite premier. I asked (of course, on the door) about the possibility to make at the morning the check out and the check in for the new room and they say that is not possible. Usually the hotels I've been, tell me this wjen the room is ocupied, if not, they allowed me to made it. Here, the reason is that the check in is from 14:00. If I want to make an earlier check in they told me that I have to pay 1181250dong, that it's the 15% of the total amount. But the qt they said is the 25%, not the 15%. Then, the earlier check cost the half price of one night on suite premier.
I put 2 starts because the hotel is amazing, the girl on the spa zone is so funny, the food is so good and also they recomended to take the desert to the room because I had to wait (or because they wanted to close, but I choose the first option), and the room is so confortable.
But I think that is the first time on my live that I put this puntuation to one place. Maybe they need to check better the services that they make to the customers and with more atention when the people is booking your biggest room.
