Onze kamer was schitterend. Was allemaal ontzettend ruim.

Had one overnight stay. Upon arrival (parking in the underground parking garage 't Zand, from there it is a three-minute walk) we were immediately offered a free upgrade for the Rembrandt suite. The building is very old with beautiful spaces. Our room was beautiful. Very classically decorated (in keeping with the building) with a four-poster bed (good mattresses) and beautiful old furniture. We also had a beautiful bathroom with a large walk-in shower and bath. There was another room in the room with chairs, table, TV. Separate toilet too. It was all very spacious. In the hallway there is also a beautiful chill area with minibar: beautifully decorated. The history just overwhelms you. There is also access to a lovely terrace. Wow, that was all beautiful. We imagined ourselves in the distant past. Everything neat and tidy and clean.
We had two hosts: Michael on the first day and his brother on the second day. Both VERY good hosts. They will do anything to help you and tell you everything about Bruges if you wish.
The hotel has a perfect, quiet location in the middle of the historic center. Perfect base.
Finally, breakfast: what an experience. Delicious, delicious, delicious. No buffet, but everything is served with delicious fresh products. We couldn't say anything anymore.
We recommend 't Schaep 100%. You won't get more style, class, history, customer friendliness,... anywhere for this price. It was worth 10 stars for us.
