(Translated by Google) We dined at Coso on more than one occasion during our stay in Palau and every evening we had a great time: the environment is nice and welcoming (the background playlist was really very relaxing), the tables were spotless, the dishes tasty with generous and substantial portions, excellent, kind, thoughtful and casual service and truly competitive prices compared to central Palau.
The owner is very nice and - in addition to advising us properly during dinner - he let us taste an amazing Pigskin Pink gin and tonic, a particular myrtle gin of local Sardinian production with eccentric pink shades.
Personally I didn't try the first courses (but the people who were with me found the Gallura chiusoni delicious), but I recommend the Sardinian pizza with dried sausage and black olives, crunchy and very tasty, and for dessert the parcel of ricotta, saffron and flakes of chocolate, truly special!
The second courses are excellent, such as the sliced beef with baked potatoes, but the fried dishes are also truly remarkable.
Being a place with few seats in high season it is advisable to book to avoid surprises.
For those who wish, it is also possible to order take-away pizzas.
If I were to return to Palau I would certainly return to dine at Coso more than willingly!
