(Translated by Google) The reception is irreproachable although a little dithyrambic. We are very well received there, we offer you a seat, water and for some, snacks while waiting for your order. The dishes are quickly prepared, we do not wait long for a take-out order. On the other hand, you will be entitled, the kitchen being open on the room, to "Wesh my hen!", employees who dance and burst out laughing loudly without worrying about the customers.
However, I was disappointed by the quality of some of the sushi, especially the salmon ones whose freshness was questionable (theoretically fresh fish doesn't smell...) Nothing to say about the tuna ones, they were great. Too bad the sushi sauce remains stuck to the tray, and some fish or beef are missing (not regular, see photos).
In addition, beware of some dubious sales strategies too: one of the dishes, called Royal Kobe, made from beef, lets you think that you are buying California with Kobe beef... Well NO!!! At best, it's French beef (I say "at best" because when I asked where the beef came from, I had the impression of having asked the waiters an equation with 4 unknowns! didn't know how to answer me, it was the little youngster who ended up saying: "well... he comes from France I think...".)
Conclusion: frankly disappointed. For the same price, the sushi shop is much better!
I hope this restaurant will improve over time, considering it has only just opened.

Conclusion: franchement déçue.
