This is a huge beach. Many wine shops, bars, restaurants, quick service restaurants etc are near by. We reached here on Good Friday it was extremely crowded. I don’t recommend coming to this beach…it was overly crowded. This is one of the overrated beach of Goa.

I have visited this beach multiple times over the last few years. It’s one of the most crowdiest beach in Goa. Tourists throng this place and there are various eateries around. Beach is scenic and chaotic. Lane leading to the beach has good marketplace from where one can buy Goa souvenirs.

One of the liveliest beach. You can enjoy water sports, dance by beach shack at night on live music ( om sea food beach shack have great collection of music amongst all shacks we explored at the beach ). The flea market is also reasonable here if you are good at bargaining.

I enjoyed this beach's nightlife. It is well-known for its street shopping. Excellent Goa theme goods. It's worthwhile to spend the nightlife here. I had dinner at one of the beach shacks; dining on the beach is spectacular. They do arrange birthdays party for 2000rs. They are open till 2 or 3 a.m. at night.

Great beach with a lot of people! I stayed near Calangute beach so this was where I visited for a mesmerizing sunset and great bath. This large beach was a bit crowded and life guards were patrolling too. Spent a lot of time here and it was worth it.

After reaching Goa late evening we visited this beach as it was close to the hotel. It was jam packed even at 10 pm near the shore. Fancy restaurants with all party songs. Best place to enjoy the night life !!

This is the second main beach after Baga. Actually both are in same lane. All the water sport activities are done here. Morning vibes are too good. Dolphin rides are also available.but you have to early morning for that. Otherwise you see nothing. Parking is available at main entrance for Rs. 50. Evening water rides are awesome. Max allowed time will 5 PM. Get into water ride before that and watching sunset there will be a pure bliss.

Beach is crowded and connected to baga beach..... If you want less crowded go to left side after taking entry from the main gate..... Clean water and chilled place.. Beach shack food is way to costly like 3 to 4 times actual price.

An extremely popular and crowded beach, with lots of fun and water activities to choose from, Calangute must be in your list if you are visiting Goa. You get probably the biggest availability of everything here. Restaurants, shacks, variety of beers, you name it. The market outside the beach is quite big and you can have lots of food options to choose from. Parking for 2 wheelers is paid🥱 costs Rs. 30-50 (April 2024).

Here I am once again rating a place of peace and serenity, I mean c'mon Google, located on a super busy junction is this gorgeous cemetery of st alex, totally white which of course is common with all the other churches in goa, I keep passing through this place every now and then as its at a junction that leads to many main places in goa, on festivals you'll find a whole lotta card and bikes parked with people attending mass, its decorated beautifully during those days and worth visiting to get a feel of the goan Catholic culture, its kind of difficult to say much coz you will need to have that feeling to stop and go visit, until then you'll not know, so all you people out there don't rely on all that I write, take time out and go experience it for yourself.

Like most churches of goa. This one is beautiful specially at night when the white paint glows up. easiest to reach.

Just visit last week with my friends, entry fees start @ 500/1000/2000/3000 different type for drink I purchase 2000/- including unlimited beer and 5 pag of black and white also snacks (starter) and buffet dinner also 1500/- rs chips also provide, Roulette table was good for play, I suggest if u play really then seat with minimum 10k to 15k.. best visit time 8:00pm to 02:00am Required vaccine certificate and I'd proof, credit card payment was accepted..

Good place to spend some quality time playing casino. Atmosphere was great. They provide drinks, snacks and meal wich was good. On the flipside, they won't accept card payments for entrance fee and there was an ATM beside which was inoperable sometimes. Certain Display screens aren't real-time updated.

Good for people who are interested in gambling while staying near Baga and do not want to drive 15KM to Panjim for cruise casinos. Entry ticket is 1000/- with no complimentary chips but includes dinner and drink/snacks coupons. Roulette is very slow with one electronic machine serving two tables. Food quality is good with very few options. They give three Snacks and drinks coupons each which are almost of no use as they get you low quality house brands and titbits. Edit in 2022: It was closed during COVID lockdown and has not opened since.

Casiono is awesome. Pretty crowded, but the dealers are patient with newbies. Parking is also available. Pay a cover charge for three coupons. Each coupon entitles you to a snack or a drink of 60ml or beer. Or you could use one coupon for dinner which is a buffet with vegeterian and non vegetarian items including fish and chicken.

Great market to buy antique items, jewellery items, dress materials, gift items etc. There are close to 40 shops and one can spend hours together exploring this. There are a number of unique antique items which will definitely attract people. Many shops make customised jewel based on our need. We can fit the jewel to our size with our preferences and they make it on hand. There are a number of bag shops and the models are unique and attractive. Keep a check on the cost as the cost is generally quoted high and one can get the best price only by bargaining.

Market remains open till 11.30pm at late night...

This is the place where things are sold at the highest price in goa..We visited on aug,2022 and bought a xylophone(toy). They told some 250rs and after some 10minutes of bargaining, they sold us at 150rs. We were shocked to see the same item at a starting price of 100rs at Calangute beach area which the seller decreased to 60rs even without bargaining.. Another one is a handmade bracelet which they told 500rs and told it is fixed. The same bracelet is there in Calangute beach at 100rs.. Don't get cheated by these highly priced sellers..check Calangute area where all these items are available at a very cheap price.

Variety of goods available, especially Tibetian. Price asking always very high, if you have enough bargain power, best place to buy special things.

Its a very small market place with approx. 20-25 stores. The sellers seems to be from Tibet, but are not enthusiastic at all. You need to ask couple of times for any rate of items. The prices are tooo costly. They are also not much interested in any negotiation. They have some attitude issues too. But its a place you can visit if you have some extra time to spend and are shopaholic.

This market is good to buy items like Artificial jewellery, bags, plastic items, toys, Handcrafted items and Wooden items. There are many items that i never seen in the past. But the thing I found here is that it is too expensive. Yes their prices are too high for every item. You have to bargain for everything you buy here. I think this should take me as feedback and try to fix this problem.

I visited to this WAX museum on my visit to Goa. I searched nearby places to visit so I found this museum. So I am sharing my experience of visit so that it will be helpful for others also. Good things first 1. Inside the museum all the time AC’s are running and the museum is having cool temperature compared to outside. 2. Some major celebrities wax statues are there, attaching the pictures also. 3. Some statues are looking exactly same as actual. 4. Other fun activities are also there like car riding, rifile shooting and 9D room with extra cost. Bad things 1. Per person cost is 250/- rs, which is very high, museum doesn’t worth the money. 2. Some statues are waste, doesn’t look like actual celebs. 3. For other activities charge is extra. For car riding, rifle shooting and 9D room have extra costs which is very high and not worth the money.

It was my first visit to wax museum and I didn't know what to expect. So there are around 20 wax statues in three different rooms. Some are accurate some are not really. But that's fine. Then there is 9D cinema which was cool, riding a rollercoaster with wind and splashes was nice, but that place need a bit of maintenance... And then there was a bumping cars which is a nice attraction even if you're an adult. It cost us 500 Rupees each for all three things which I would say is a bit pricey, but it was our choice to get a full package while we could take only one of it. And all of it took us around 30min. Overall it was nice activity to escape the sun and heat but I think there's space for improvement.

There are 3 activities to do :- 1. Wax museum 2. Fish Aquarium 3: 8D experience Out of which I recommend to skip museum if possible and attend other 2 activities it will take 30 minutes total to cover. Tickets are on the counter.

A good site for young children who don't know what a wax figure looks like. The statutes are out of date and poorly kept. Pricey beyond reason and not somewhere I'd suggest people to go on a whim.

Very informative experience. The wax statues are so beautifully done. Some of them look too real such as Modi and Jackie Chan it's almost scary. The 9D experience is fun to experience. It's sort of similar to the Meta quest but nicer. There are also many fishes to see and learn from. Both exotic and Indian species. Initally just assumed it would be a a few aquarium tanks but there are many. This experience was a bit confusing. On one hand the staff is nice, helpful even offering to take photos for you. On the other hand it is painful to watch large fishes in comparatively small sized aquariums.

It's a decent place to see variety of colorful fishes in captivity. There are roughly 60 aquarium tanks containing approximately 70/80 different species of small to medium sized fishes. Its a good place to spend roughly 30 minutes with kids. Toilets available near entry/ exit gates and not inside the aquarium hall. The entry fee to aquarium was 250 per person.

Many wax statues are shown here. We took combo offer of Rs 500/- which included wax museum, 9D cinema and car ride. My son enjoyed it a lot. Worth visiting this place.

Good experience but ticket price of ₹250 is too much!! They have 3 activities: Wax museum, fish aquarium and 9D ride which can take about 45 minutes at max to cover. For each, you have to pay ₹250 that means ₹750 per person! But we obtained a package for ₹500 per person for all the 3 things, which is still pretty expensive. Fish aquarium was better than I expected though.

Our recent visit to the wax museum in Goa left us with mixed feelings, but I would rate it 4 stars primarily for their impressive aquarium and variety. Let's start with the positive aspects. The aquarium they maintain is definitely a highlight. It's well-maintained and boasts a wide variety of aquatic life. We were impressed by the diverse species of fish and the overall cleanliness of the tanks. It's a pleasant surprise in an otherwise underwhelming experience. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for their 6Dx theatre. It's an absolute must-avoid. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Our experience with this facility was nothing short of horrible. The equipment appeared outdated, and the overall quality of the presentation left much to be desired. It's a stark contrast to the aquarium and detracts from the overall experience. As for the wax museum itself, it was somewhat disappointing. While they have quite a few statues, they didn't strike us as particularly original or well-crafted. The lack of attention to detail was evident, and it didn't compare favorably to some of the more renowned wax museums around the world. In conclusion, the wax museum in Goa left us with a mixed impression. While the aquarium is a definite highlight with its variety and maintenance, the 6Dx theatre is a facility they would be better off without, and the wax museum itself falls short in terms of originality and craftsmanship. Overall, it's worth a visit if you're in the area, primarily for the aquarium, but don't expect a top-tier wax museum experience. Hence, the 3-star rating.

I wouldn't hype the Wax Museum too much but I will definitely hype up the aquarium. they've got around 50 different types of fishes and the set up is beautiful.

The place is good, you can visit here for once only. The character are so fined and so realistic that you will like it to watch. There were total of 26 characters, including - Sachin, Einstein, Tom Cruise, Iron man ( because he is mostly known by this name only), Putin as well. Anyway some character won't look exactly the same you thought but yes some will look like exact copy of the real life characters. The charges will be 500 for one visit and you can also click photos with them. It's not too far from Calangute, approx 2.3km from BAGA + CALANGUTE CIRCLE. It's also a quite place and you can see the board of Wax Museum from a distance. There is not so crowd so you don't have to book tickets before hand, just visit and buy tickets directly from there and enjoy. Even if you see crowd so visit after 8 pm you will enjoy in peace, and good part is it will be on your way to home or any place, so in return also you can visit.

My first experience with a Wax museum and I’m thoroughly disappointed. Most of the figures weren’t accurate at all and were poor imitations of the actual celebrities. The museum claims the figures were made in London which makes me really wonder if that’s the truth. There’s a trinkets shop right at the entrance and a poorly maintained bumper cars activity at the exit side. Overall, I highly do not recommend this tour for Rs. 250 per person.

This is a wax museum. The celebrities inside the museum dont feel realistic entirely. But some statues of MK Gandhi, Will Smith, Steve Jobs, Iron Man are eye catching. Good place to visit once. We visited in off season hence no crowd found

Three stars just for fish aquarium. The wax museum is pathetic. Pure waste of money. There are just a few statues in two rooms. In one there are statues of Indian celebrities and in the other Hollywood celebrities. The statues are in a bad state. The aquarium is nice with a few exhibits that ate of rare species. The 6D expedition is horrible. They haven't upgraded the machine.

Best place for kids… all three things here, the wax statues, 9d ride and the aquarium are superb and well maintained. The only aquarium where you can see rally different and new verity of fishes.
