Hussain Sagar Lake, located in Hyderabad and Secunderabad, is a popular tourist destination. This man-made lake was constructed in 1562 to meet the water and irrigation needs of the city. It is surrounded by Lumbini Park, Indira Park, and Sanjeeviah Park. The centerpiece of the lake is a large Buddha statue situated on a rock.
I would recommend visiting this place when sun is low, because the lighting at the statue of budhha is mesmerizing... And when sun totally sets down then the street lightining view is wonderful . You can do boating or can take boat to go near the statue which is in the centre of the lake..

If you ever want to relax and have a good time, this is the right place, but the bad smell from the water ruins the peace..... no space for car parking during weekends....
Kupeer Kiran kumar — Google review
Visitors can enjoy leisurely boat rides on the lake, providing a unique perspective of the Buddha statue and the city skyline. The serene environment of the lake offers a pleasant escape from the bustling city, making it an ideal place for relaxation and enjoying the cool breeze.
Hussain Sagar also serves as a venue for various water sports and recreational activities, attracting adventure enthusiasts and families alike. Several parks and gardens around the lake offer additional opportunities for picnics and outdoor gatherings.

Good to see at night with lights. The surroundings like Lumbini garden and secretariat with lights looks nice from the middle of the lake.
Lake water smells though.

Waterbodies have since time inmemorial been a center of mass gathering, of a plethora of social activities. This place is no exception. The entire lake is surrounded by fun activities and refreshments. It a boiling pot of Indian culture, with people of diverse origins sharing a place. The tourist destinations include a bunch of very well maintained parks and gardens, religious sites and amusement parks. Keeping in mind the necessity of maintaining a well-rounded decorum for the young people, there is the sanjeevaiah children's park only allowing children inside. The flowers all around the lake are impressively maintained by the authority. The ghats are mostly dirty though, but anyways you can have a good time taking walks and enjoying the sunset.

The Hussain sagar lake is inbetween the cities of Hyderabad with Secunderabad. It contains the popular Gautam Buddha statue in the middle and is one of Hyderabad's most popular tourist attractions. This statue is said to be one of the world's largest statues. Hussain Sagar offers a spectacular view of Lake, a view of the city, which draws many visitors to the area. It's most impressive at night when the statue's lights are turned on.
Tankbund road on hussain sagar lake is good for morning walkers, senior citizens to spend time in the morning hours. In the evening families visit the tank bund with their kids and spend time in the lawns of the tank bund , have snacks and enjoy the view of Hussain Sagar lake.
Tank Bund has been a major tourist destination as well as a popular local attraction after recent beautification by the Government. This is a popular spot for people who want to unwind.
MVG REDDY (MVG Reddy) — Google review
TankBund is a place where you can enjoy the view if only you visit early in the morning. With years there has been a decent improvement in cleanliness to seating arrangement. The water is serene but not completely clean. Hyderabad needs a lot of improvement in regard to cleanliness and throwing of waste. People throw here and there even after seeing the trash buckets. There should be a law passed for this specifically - maybe there can be a change in regard to cleanliness. Otherwise you can enjoy the fresh air and have a calm family time.

I went in morning, and boating was not started. I enjoyed the moment of pride which I felt after seeing our Indian flag. Wonderful.

Hussain Sagar was built across a tributary of the Musi river in 1563 by Ibrahim Quli Qutb Shah. The lake was named after Hussain Shah Wali, who was the Master of Architecture in the Kingdom. It is an artificial lake that holds water perennially fed by canals from Musi river. Hussain Sagar was the main source of water supply to Hyderabad before Himayat Sagar and Osman Sagar were built on river Musi.
The Buddha statue was chiseled out of a white granite rock, weighing 450 tons. It was carved by 200 sculptors for two years. The statue was transported to Hyderabad in November 1988. After initial problems, the statue was erected on 12 April 1992 on a red lotus pedestal.

A beautiful place to visit at night and boating is a must do stuff. The view is so nice. But don't expect that you can sit nearby the lake and enjoy it while putting your legs in it. Boundaries are all over the lake and also the water is kinda black, not clean enough but it doesn't stink at all. A must visit place
Antriksh Gautam — Google review
Peaceful Place ☮️🌸 Have you ever watched the sunset behind the Buddha Statue? Nope? Oh god, you're missing out. Find yourself during the sunset hour at Tank Bund and take long walks as you watch the sun wash the sky in orange. Not a walking person? No problem, just stand and stare!

Birla Mandir is a stunning Hindu temple located in Hyderabad, India. Situated on a 13-acre land atop a 280-foot hill called Naubat Pahad, it is a popular religious site for Hindus and travelers alike. Inaugurated by Swami Ranganathananda of the Ramakrishna Mission, this modern marble temple boasts intricate carvings and shrines. The serene atmosphere and scenic views make it a must-visit destination.
My most favourite place in the whole city. Extremely peaceful and breathtaking. They don’t allow the phones at all and actually that’s nice because you get to mindfully enjoy the whole scenery out there, you can see the Beautiful Buddha statue and the water flowing in Tank Band, heavy and busy city traffic, beautiful white marble architecture all around you, very serene deities and calm atmosphere.

The most beautiful and well maintained and most cleanest temple. It is on the top of the hill. Need to use approx 200 stairs. But steps are not so big. Convenient for old age people also. There is lift also. Cameras not allowed inside. View from temple are amazing especially in rainy season.

Birla Mandir in Hyderabad is a magnificent temple that stands as a testament to architectural grandeur and spiritual serenity. The temple, also known as Birla Temple, is dedicated to Lord Venkateswara and is perched atop a hillock, providing a breathtaking panoramic view of the city.
The temple's white marble architecture is striking, with intricate carvings and ornate designs that showcase the craftsmanship of the artisans. The serene ambiance within the temple complex offers a peaceful retreat from the bustling city below.
One can feel a sense of tranquility while exploring the temple premises and admiring the detailed sculptures depicting various mythological stories. The blend of traditional South Indian temple architecture with modern aesthetics adds to the temple's uniqueness.
Visitors often praise the well-maintained surroundings and the cleanliness of the temple. The lush gardens and fountains enhance the overall beauty of the site, providing a serene environment for both worshipers and tourists.
Whether you are seeking spiritual solace or simply appreciating architectural marvels, Birla Mandir in Hyderabad is a must-visit. It not only offers a religious experience but also stands as a symbol of cultural richness and architectural brilliance.

I loved overall vibe of this mandir. They take away your phones so that you visit this mandir in peace and hustle free. There is a penny free phone and shoe store where you can keep your phones and shoes. You can buy coconut as god’s offering. The best part is views from the top. Please avoid visiting the temple in afternoon. Tiles are pretty hot

The best place to visit in Hyderabad if you want to visit Lord Sri Venkateswara and his majestic abode atop a hill. It's made of pristine white marble and intricate beauty lies everywhere the eyes go. From gorgeous meadow like hills covered in bougainvilleas and the Idol the outide and inside in black which is supreme, majestic and beautiful to gaze at. The patio behind and outside the temple has wide space where you can sit and meditate. No phones allowed inside the premise. And a panoramic view of Hyderabad is an extra highlight. Beautiful Baaji Temple on a small hill adjacent to Hussain Sagar & behind New Hyderabad Secretariat. Idols in the temple are very Devine. There is a lift available for Senior Citizens to reach temple top instead of walking through stairs. At night we can view the chain of lights of the Necklace Roads around Hussain Sagar Lake. As camera not allowed we couldn't take photos of it from temple top.

Visited the beautiful Mandir in Hyderabad and was thoroughly impressed with the serene atmosphere and meticulous maintenance. Situated in the middle of the city, the Mandir is a peaceful haven that radiates cleanliness and hygiene, creating an aura of Shanti, peace, and Sukoon.
The highlight of the visit was the requirement to submit mobile phones and electronic valuables before entering the temple premises. This unique practice allowed me to fully immerse myself in the spiritual experience without any distractions. The management's efficiency in handling this process was commendable, contributing to a truly tranquil environment.
Additionally, the Mandir offers breathtaking scenic views that add to the overall charm of the place. If you're seeking a serene escape in the heart of the city, this Mandir is a must-visit. The combination of cleanliness, tranquility, and well-managed facilities make it a standout destination for spiritual seekers.

The Salar Jung Museum in Hyderabad is a treasure trove of art and artifacts collected by Nawab Mir Yusuf Ali Khan, also known as Salar Jung III. Over the course of 35 years, he dedicated his life to amassing a priceless collection from around the world. In 1951, this former private museum was opened to the public, showcasing an impressive array of European, Asian, and Far Eastern masterpieces.
I can say that this is must visit place if you are in Hyderabad.

You can easily spend almost half of your day here. There are many things to see here. You will find versatility here. From one to another room just visit and experience different things from history.
Things you must see.
1. Musical Watch (see video posted)
2. Double face statue
3. Armour used by kings
4. Handicrafts made with elephant teeth (although it was a cruel process separating teeth but it just happened in history so you can enjoy art on them)
5. Western and eastern blocks to see the culture of European and Asian countries

It is one of the best museums I have ever visited. It is a huge one and can get your whole day to see it all. I will recommend buying tickets in advance from BMS especially on weekends. There are plenty of collections of almost everything which you can think of for museums. The paintings are eye-catching. There are also some monuments which are pleasing to the eyes and also many of them are from foreign country cultures. I will definitely recommend a visit there.

Variety of collections of old-age India kept here.
You need to buy tickets before entering.
One of the best things is that Soldier Clock at the time of 12 o'clock. Western block & Eastern Block,
two parts are there.
It needs 3-4 hours to visit the whole museum.

The place is great for history and art enthusiasts. It was full packed down on Saturday when I visited. People come with full families.
There are so many attractions in the museum. We waited for the musical clock but it was not that worth it.
But, the elephant tusk section is really good, though. Metal section is also really good. It's way way better than the museum at Chowmahalla Palace.
The cafeteria is okay, you will get everything but would have to pay good money. Not enough space, it was total chaos at the cafeteria. Although, there is a restaurant, it was outside the main museum building.
Visit on a weekday if you want to explore peacefully but I have heard, its mostly crowded everyday.

It's a great place for those who are interested in historical things, 2-3 hours required to complete the visit, canteen available inside, outside food not allowed.
Parking available but you may face shortage of space. Mobile/backpack not allowed, clock room available to deposit these things on payment basis. Mobile camera allowed on payment of Rs. 50/- per mobile.
It's better to take tickets online in advance.

Do not forget to sit on the chairs in front of the famous manual musical clock to capture the hourly chimes. Ivory room, clock room, and the double faced sculpture Mephistopheles & Margaretta are must watch.

Providing a captivating journey through the dynastic past. The museum offers a rich tapestry of artifacts, each telling a unique story of the eras. Exploring its exhibits becomes a fascinating exploration of the history of Hyderabad and its rulers. The meticulously curated collection allows visitors to connect with the cultural legacy, unraveling the nuances of the city's history. It's not just a museum; it's an immersive experience that becomes even more enriching when shared with children. Spending time here with kids offers a valuable opportunity to impart a tangible understanding of Hyderabad's history, creating lasting memories and fostering a sense of appreciation for the cultural heritage. Only drawback, needed more maintenance else everything is good here.

A very well maintained museum. The ticket prices are very less just Rs 50 for adults and Rs 20 for children. They are charging 50 rs per mobile which I feel is fine.
The museum is well organized with different rooms on a separate level.
The main attraction is the veiled Rebecca and Cuckoo clock. They have provided a floor map on each ticket which is kind of helpful. They have a food court which has a lot of food items and it is required since one can spend the whole day in this museum.
For kids there is a lot of learning going through each room and I can see the excitement in the kids faces. The museum houses unique collections of art and collectibles from around the world.

Ive been visiting this place on and off since I was a kid. Always mesmerized by the collection held here. Although, this particular time it was a bit disappointing to see the state of the building. Perhaps some care can be shown to modernize the display cases specially on the ground floor to really show how impressive this collection is. The pieces are beyond impressive but presentation let's them down a little bit.

Such a huge and vast museum. So many things to see many historical things are kept here. Parking charges for bikes are 20 rupees and entry tickets for Indian adults - 50, child - 20 and for mobile and camera they charge 50 also. I think that's ok. The mobile ticket will get access to use the audio guide for the museum and I think that's a good integration and it makes the ticket worth it and justify the pricing. In this huge museum you have to pay for everything even for the washroom. Online tickets are a little complicated. Otherwise everything goes smoothly.

The museum has such a beautiful collection, which unfortunately contrasts with the state of the building it is hosted in. The place is not kept clean and is rundown. On a normal day, the museum is very overcrowded, to the point it is difficult to enjoy the beautiful displays. There is a cafeteria that feels unhygienic and lacks things like a Coke Zero. As for tickets, there is no online booking, quite some queues to get tickets on arrival, and you need to buy separate “phone tickets” if you wish to take pictures. The main attraction is an old English clock. Beautiful museum, but didn’t really enjoy the day there.

Beautiful well maintained historic artifacts. I loved the brass room, glass room. Dresses worn in those times. A beautiful very old clock chime was the pinnacle of my visit...about 100 sat in utter silence for the hourly chime and then a thunderous applause of the audience.

Charminar, a 16th-century mosque in Hyderabad, India, is an iconic architectural and cultural symbol of the city. Built by Mohammed Quli Qutb Shah to commemorate the end of epidemics caused by water shortage, this UNESCO World Heritage site stands tall amidst the vibrant Laad Bazaar. The massive structure features four grand arches facing cardinal points and 48-meter-tall minarets atop each column.
The name u remember when u think of Hyderabad. It stands tall in the centre of the city with local market and business bustling all around.
We can go on top with a nominal entrance fee of rs 25 and enjoy the view. Really worth it.
One can do some local shopping, bargain items for good price. Have fun time.

Amazing historical monument . Ver well preserved . Do ensure you climb to the top tip if you are scared of narrow pathways a and stairs stay away it’s a very steep and high rise stair set . Elderly with knee or leg pain stay away as you cannot return as it a one way stair once started will have to go to the top . Once on top will have to return as well . The view from the top is magnificent. And is worth all the efforts . The surrounding is packed with shops and sellers . There is a tea shop do get tea from there and the famous Hyderabad biscuits . There is a mix biscuits box which has all the flavors . They do t allow bags so either don’t take bags or sacs else keep it as the deposit station for 20 rs an hour . It’s a no vehicle done do have to park a bit far and then walk .

Charminar is a true icon of Hyderabad and a must-visit for anyone exploring the city's rich history. This historic monument, with its distinctive architecture and cultural significance, is a sight to behold. However, my recent visit to Charminar left me with mixed feelings.
The monument itself is undeniably beautiful, and the surrounding area has a unique charm. The intricate details and the grandeur of Charminar are worth admiring. It's a great place for history enthusiasts and photography lovers. The view from the top is also quite impressive, offering a panoramic glimpse of the city.
However, my experience was marred by the overwhelming crowd of street vendors that has taken over the area. While these vendors add a vibrant touch to the ambiance, they also make the place extremely hectic. Navigating through the bustling streets to get a clear view of Charminar can be a bit of a challenge. If you're looking for a serene and peaceful atmosphere, this might not be the best place to visit.
To truly enjoy Charminar, I would recommend taking a taxi or ride-sharing service to get as close to the monument as possible. This will save you from the chaos of parking and the hassle of weaving through the street market. Be prepared for some persistent vendors trying to sell you various trinkets and street food, which can be distracting.
In summary, Charminar is a significant historical site that is definitely worth a visit, but the experience can be somewhat marred by the chaotic atmosphere created by street vendors. To make the most of your visit, consider taking a taxi to get closer to the monument and enjoy its architectural beauty without the added hustle and bustle.

The monument stands tall among the hustle and bustle of the place.
However the place is very hard to access, the entire area is overcrowded with people and hawkers. It is a sad sight to see that government has done nothing to keep the area clear around a historical monument.
Probably the best time to visit is early morning or midnight when there is no crowd. Heard that Sunday nights are also less crowded.
Go to the area if you enjoy the crowds (Note: no parking here)

This is one of the significant historical identities of Hyderabad. What a place! This is a must-visit for anyone in the city, and the colors and atmosphere in the evening are superb. I’m reliably informed that weekends are particularly busy, and given the number of people on the mid-week day I visited, I’d encourage you to avoid them too, but it’s well worth battling the crowds to get into the center of the action. There are so many market sellers, although none are too pushy, live performances, and a generally friendly vibe. The history is great; there are so many good photo opportunities and a real insight into the local culture. Highly recommended.

I wish there was a bit more cleanliness here considering he fact that it is the icon of Hyderabad.
Be prepared to face heavy traffic as you approach the minar due to narrow roads. I would recommend coming in an auto or two-wheeler to get the best experience. Also, be aware of pickpockets and thieves.
The market is amazingly vibrant, so make sure to explore the various bangles and artificers that are on display.

The historical monument is undoubtedly a popular spot, with numerous shops, stalls, and a variety of food options surrounding it. However, the monument itself seems to be under construction or renovation, which was a bit disappointing.
The entrance fee of 25 per person is reasonable, but considering the thousands of daily visitors, I expected the place to be better maintained. The crowds were overwhelming, making it challenging to fully appreciate the historical significance of the site.
It appears that improvements are underway, but as of my visit, the overall ambiance fell short of expectations. Hoping that ongoing renovations will enhance the experience for future visitors.

Golconda Fort, located just 11 km from Hyderabad, was the capital of a kingdom that thrived from the 14th to 16th century. The fort boasts 87 semi-circular bastions and sits atop a 120-meter high granite hill surrounded by massive ramparts. It passed through the hands of various dynasties before being claimed by the Qutb Shahis in the 16th century.

Fort is big and has good history. Make sure you either read book or better take a tourist guide along. There are places where even if you whisper the sound travels more than a kilometre. Very thoughtful how in history people actually used knowledge of science which we just read and never use. Simple concepts but executed in perfection.

While guides await at the gate to unfold Golconda's rich history (for a fee), the real magic lies in witnessing the breathtaking architecture and stone walls, far more mesmerizing than the pages of history books.
The fort's meticulous upkeep, coupled with convenient refreshment shops inside, ensures an enjoyable visit. The panoramic bird's-eye view from the top is nothing short of spectacular, offering a deep dive into history and culture. A small temple adds a touch of serenity to the experience. Make it a must-watch if you find yourself in Hyderabad, and don't miss the mesmerizing light show after dark.
Immerse yourself in the charm of old-world architecture at Golconda, a sprawling site that warrants ample time for exploration. Capture picturesque moments at various vantage points, especially during the enchanting sunset from the fort's summit. The cityscape unfolds beneath, providing a stunning backdrop for photography enthusiasts.
While the ascent may require some walking, the effort pays off with breathtaking views and numerous photo-worthy spots. Discover a small temple and strategically placed shops offering water, juices, and snacks, sparing you the need to carry provisions. This photogenic haven, however, comes with a plea: cherish the beauty, dispose of waste responsibly in the provided bins throughout the campus.
Historical enthusiasts will find Golconda Fort a monumental gem, a colossal palace offering a panoramic view of Hyderabad. For those seeking more insights, guides are readily available, and the modest entry fee of Rs. 25 for adults makes it an accessible and enriching historical excursion. Overall, a captivating blend of history, culture, and scenic splendor awaits at this iconic fortress. ✨🏰👌

Golconda Fort is definitely a must-visit place when you are in Hyderabad which is 8 to 10km away from the main city. The entry ticket is 25₹ and you require at least 2 to 3 hours to explore the Fort completely. To understand the Fort and its history in detail you may hire a guide.
The Fort and area are very well maintained but ruined by the so-called tourists by throw plastics everywhere.
The Fort area is very big and requires hiking to reach the top, be enough hydrated and carry a water bottle along with you. The best time to visit is either morning or post 4 to avoid the sunburns.
I love visiting the Forts as I feel the history in each and every corner of it. Inside the Fort, you will find many photogenic corners.
Overall, it was an amazing adventurous experience visiting the Golconda Fort.

Ramoji Film City is a must-visit destination, known as the world's largest film studio. It offers tours, live shows, and an on-site theme park and adventure zone. The iconic tourist attraction provides a behind-the-scenes look at Tollywood and Bollywood movies. With permanent sets like temples and courts, an amusement park, restaurants, and souvenir shops spread over 2000 acres, it guarantees a full day of entertainment for visitors of all ages.
Awesome experience! A half day fun trip. The place is easy to locate on the ORR. The studio tour is main attraction having Baahubali set and all. The other shows were also fun and entertaining. Has many eateries and lots of seating. The buses also take you around from place to place, so medium amount of walking. The crowd management is excellent and it's overall a fun trip.

Worth a visit if you are on a trip to Hyderabad - it is around 1 1/2 hours drive from City Centre. Gives an idea as to how films are made and sets are constructed. Need to either reach by around 9 am or stay there in one of the hotels inside the previous evening as you need a full day to see everything. Even a full day is a bit rushed. Best to pick up tickets ('Studio Tour' is good enough) online, go to the centre point (Eureka), attend the opening ceremony at 9.45 am, proceed to Studio Tour/Eco Tour (must do), have lunch, then go for the shows. Don't miss the Wild West Stunt Show! Lights, Camera, Action is interesting too. Rest of the shows are average, especially for someone who has been to other studios/sets elsewhere. Food within RFC is average or even below average. RFC can make the experience better by putting up their detailed e-brochure, program and map on their website. Their email IDs and contact numbers on the website are unresponsive and this is an issue they should address. They should also plant more trees! Overall, it is a nice experience while on a Hyderabad trip but considering the resources, the management can do so much more to make it a 'must see before I die' experience.

Very nice and well maintained. The support staff is very helpful. Over all good experience. Food is little big costly. The free activities when we reached most on it has not started. Was not worth going there. Garden and bonsai collection is very good. Opening and closing ceremony is very good.

Beautiful, gigantic but extremely overpriced and overhyped.
Pros:
A real city, you can get lost
Very beautiful and great for movie and nature lovers
Lots of greens and nice movie sets which can make you wonder
Cons:
Extremely overpriced
Kids can hardly enjoy
Toddlers will have to pay for the ticket although there is nothing for them
Some of the rides that kids and toddlers can enjoy will cost you extra, not included in the ticket
Bus tour route is circular, meaning A - > B - > C - > D - > A, so you can't visit, say point A from from point C.
You will get bored after a point as seeing only movie sets for the whole day is actually not that interesting as it sounds
P.S.:
Those who have seen Universal Studios and think this one also as the same, please note, that both are very different.

Despite being THE biggest and the largest film city in the world, it is maintained very well. The tour buses inside the film city are not only well maintained, neat and clean but also have very well trained, jovial and friendly guides.

Full day of excitement and fun. Best place to enjoy with family and kids. Baahubali set was the main attraction. Best time to visit this place is during winter as you need to walk a lot and hence in summer it will be very tiring. Lot of restaurants and snacking bar available at almost all locations.
Movie magic is another attraction where you enjoy movie making experience. Overall a great time well spent

Awesome place to hangout with friends or family. I visited in carnival season. Amazing sets. So beautiful. Full day trip with all sets and adventure park . Zip line, Arrow shooting, rain dancing, and many more games. You can book online and definitely skip the hectic queue.they are having their own shiny red buses inside to travel from one set to other. Food and water available inside. Very clean washrooms .kids have their own playing area with some rides and a great entertainment show with jinn , wonderful staff will show beautiful play to your child and will make them laugh. Last, you can enjoy many rides in their amusement area and enjoy snacks over there.

Fantastic experience. Car parking is near to ticket counter. Smooth entry and no waiting for bus. It takes about 15 minutes to actual Film City from ticket counter. Thereafter everything is arranged and organised so well that it becomes a day to remember. The volunteers are polite and helpful guiding the tourists all day long. Besides many film sets, there are plenty of parks and they are maintained impeccably. The cleanliness all around is outstanding and kudos to all who maintain it. The shows are all good and try not to miss them. Small food kiosks are available at every site and reasonably priced. Washrooms are very very clean. Moreover, drinking water is available at every place and one need not carry water bottles. The free rides offered in park are awesome. Moving around in customized red buses is special. Overall, an enjoyable day. Thanks to management.

I'd need to write a lengthy essay to fully describe everything. All I can say is that it's fantastic, incredible, and totally worth the 1593 rupees. You'll visit each spot one by one, starting with the opening ceremony, studio tour, European cities, Japanese garden, eco-tour, butterfly garden, and much more. Check out my photos for a better idea.

Top class! I was surprised that we have places like this in India.
Very well organized right from the time you enter the parking. All the shows were superb.
If you don't want to miss anything, reach there early - it takes one full day.
Towards the end there is butterfly park and collection of beautiful birds - they even have Ostriches.
Cafeterias are clean and food is okay.
When you reach, don't forget to take the bus tour first, that way you will know how much you are actually going to see and you can plan your time spent at each attraction properly.
A must visit place. The ticket rates are extremely reasonable. In fact, towards the end, I heard so many people say the tickets are priced so low considering what they have on offer.
Totally worth it!!!

A full on entertainment. Must place to visit for all age groups. The longer you stay the better it is. Tough to cover in one day. There are movie sets, parks, gardens, actions, dance sequences, horror house, food joints and full of adventure. Area wise it’s very big but there are buses from the pick up point which takes you inside.

It’s a beautiful experience. One should walk a lot. There will be many buses to hop on and hop off from one destination to another. It’s really a must watch city where almost every film sets have been set up and different parks have also been set up. It’s a very different experience people can experience. There are few hotels also where booking can be done for stay and see Ramoji film city. There are huge options to explore food items as well
Preethi Ashok — Google review
It is a very good place for people who have seen the movies and love to explore the sets. Overall it is not worth the ticket price. All the items here are overpriced. The items in the adventure park are also way too costly. And the complementary ones are of no use. The food is good. The bus system is also a bit wierd. The buses only leave when there is a significant amount of crowd in the bus. But otherwise it was a good experience.

Must visit while in Hyderabad.
Located around 60 kms from main Hyderabad city.
Spread over 1600 acres.
They have buses from the parking area to the film city and back.
Multiple buses are in service.
Full day tickets, morning or evening session tickets are available.
Very well organized and staff are always helpful and advice where to go after every show.
The usual waiting time is 15 to 20 minutes for the shows.
Multiple food stalls are available everywhere in the film city.
Food is costlier compared to hotels but still cheaper than malls.
Buses are available from point to point and are always available.
Need at least a full day to cover all the places.
The important thing is people will start getting tired by 4 pm since we need to walk a bit within the studios even though buses are there.

If you are going to Hyderabad and not visiting "Ramoji Film City" then you should think 2Wice.
So being an Indian we all have lots of influence of Indian Cinema Directly or indirectly on our life's through music, comedy, films, stories or any other way. So Ramjoji gives us the insight what goings on the other sides of the screen and how they shows us larger then life characters, scenes, actions.
Its worth the price for sure. You need a whole day to explore and you should start early with the opening ceremony and you should stay till closing ceremony. Staff puts lots of efforts for sure to make sure we are having fun in a cinematic style.
Few things which they lack or its not worth is the food they sell inside. Had very bad experience with this. Being so pricy they don't deliver the kind so service you expect and even the food quality is not that great. Specially buffets are not watched for the hygiene or the cleanliness. So my 4 star are for the food outlets they have inside.
Other than food it was an wonderful experience for sure.
Thank You. 🙏🏽

It's a must visit for everyone to see the world's largest film studio. Management is doing a good job, they keep providing the helpful information to see and help all the way from beginning to end. Drinking water and toilet facilities available at every place whereever you are going to need. It's once in a lifetime experience. There are lots of things to see and experience in one day , difficult to see cover everything in one day, still you can manage to see all if you will hurry. Food is expensive inside though , they should keep it reasonable, lots of people are coming here everyday .

Jwala Narasimha Swamy temple is located 4 kms from upper Ahobilam on the top of hill called Achala Chaya Meru. The presiding deity rules Angaraka/ Mars. Narasimha Swamy is seen with 8 Arms holding the head and legs of Hiranyakasipu on his lap. There is small pond called Rakta Kunda tritha , where Swamy washed his blood stained hands after killing Hiranyakasipu. It is great wonderful, marvelous experience, trekking through, river, water, rocks, man made steps and rough path. The waterfall near the temple is wonderful and different experience when you pass through the waterfall and the view from inner side of the fall. Please take water bottles with you.It is better to go with local guide. Please don't throw away plastics . Let's help to the clean.

Sri Jwala Narasimhaswamy Temple is one of the 9 narsimha Swamy temples in Ahobilam. The trekking is very adventurous to this temple.
The trekking initially begins with small water ponds and later through 200 to 250 steps. After reaching the peak you can have small water falls flowing from the top of the hill (during summer it's low and high during the rainy season).

“Highest Peak temple of Ahobilam Trip”
Ahobilam is scared place located in the Kurnool District of Andhra Pradesh which is @ 24 km away from Allagadda. Allagadda is the nearest town from where frequent Bus facility is available. Ahobilam is located in the hills of the eastern ghats. Ahobilam is the only place where 9 Swayambu temples are located at one place. Ahobilam is the place where the Lord Narasimha swamy killed Hiranyakasipu and saved Prahalada. The area where Ahobilam is now situated was once the location of Demon king Hiranyakashipu's Palace. This was the palace where Shri Narasimha emerged from a pillar and Killed hiranyakashipu. This happened many years ago and now Nature took its cource and several mountains and hills came to be formed. Still Ugra Stambam is there and one can witness the same, for which there is trecking route available right to the Jwala Narasimha Swamy temple while going to the temple. Stalapuranam of Ahobilam gives an account of nine forms of Narasimha worshipped here and Jwala Narasimha Swamy temple is first temple in this list. The list of 9 temples are as Below, 1. Jwala Narasimha Swamy Temple 2. Ahobila Narasimha Swamy Temple 3. Malola Narasimha Swamy Temple 4. Kroda (Varaha) Narasimha Swamy Temple 5. Karanja Narasimha Swamy Temple 6. Bhargava Narasimha Swamy Temple 7. Yogananda Narasimha Swamy Temple 8. Chatravata Narasimha Swamy Temple 9. Pavana Narasimha Swamy Temple Actually the above mentioned sequence is the right sequence to visit the temples, but its is difficult to visit in the sequence as we have to climb the hill station twice if we follow the sequence, so most of the Devotees follows the route which is convenient based on the shortest distance. Jwala Narasimha Swamy Temple is the Heighest peak in this trip and most memorable visit it will be. There is only option to go is by trekking and second option is Dolly for which they are charging 3000 per person. We visited all 9 temples in one day and most of the distance we covered by walk. we hired Guide for 1500 INR and started Journey at 08:30 am after completion of breakfast at Eguva Ahobilam. We started initailly towards Pavana Narasimha Swamy and from there we reached to Malola Narasimha Swamy temple, then visited Jwala Narasimha Swamy temple and then started return journey, in return we visited Varaha Narasimha Swamy temple and then finally reached to Eguva Ahobilam temple by 12:40 pm and had darshan, with this Darshan we had 5 temples Darshan in First Half and then Had Lunch. After Lunch we started Journey towards Diguva Ahobilam and on the way we visited Karanja Narasimha Temple and then reached to Diguva Ahobilam and visited Chatravata and Yogananda Narasimha temples, but due to lunch time both the temples were closed so we had Darshan from outside. after that we Visited Bharga Narasimha temple which is the 9th and Last temple in our trip of the Nava Narasimha Swamy temples. First Half we visited all 5 temples by Walk only. Near Jwala Narasimha Swamy there is Rakta Gundam in which till today water is in Red color and as per history it is said that this is the Gundam (Water Pond) in which Lord Narasimha Swamy cleaned his hands after killing Hiranyakashipu. and also there is route to Ugra stambam trecking near . Wonderful experience. First things first- Wear good shoes or waterproof sandals with a good grip on rocks. Carry water. There are monkeys they will try to grab any plastic packets, so be careful. If in rainy season then carry an umbrella.
Bhasker vamzee — Google review
This is the place where Lord Narasimha killed the demon Hiranyakashipu. But to reach this temple, one has to take the austerity of the challenging trek from upper Ahobilam till this point. Towards the end of trek there are lots of stairs, some of them very steep. With timely breaks during the trek it would be easy to reach Jwala Narasimha Swamy temple. We were fortunate enough to have darsan of Lord and the poojari was very kind. He explained the history of this place, narrated why Lord is a particular form over there. If you're lucky, you may get the opportunity to see the waterfalls near the temple and if you're too lucky you may even get to see a Rainbow and take a selfie with it 😉

Explore the divine Jwala Narasimha Swamy Temple in Upper Ahobilam, near Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. Enveloped by awe-inspiring mountains, adorned with cascading waterfalls, and graced by a serene river. An extraordinary experience awaits, as all pilgrims must pass beneath a rejuvenating waterfall, a symbolic cleansing ritual, before entering the sanctum of the Lord's temple.

This is one of the holiest shrines to visit in Ahobilam it is also one of the hardest because of a moderate trek amidst beautiful forest. The temple is on a hill called 'Achalachaya Meru', about four kilometers from Upper Ahobilam temple. This place is said to be the actual spot where the fierce anger of the Lord reached its culmination when he tore the daemon Hiranyakasipu. The forest is very dense. On the way to the temple is the Ugra Sthambham.

A beautiful temple situated perching in sllated rocks. About 4 kms of trekking is needed to go there. In rainy season it's difficult to go. Nearly 1000 steps are there. So heart patients should take some care. There is a waterfall just before the temple. Take some dryfruits and nuts for trekking.

The Talakona Waterfall is a picturesque attraction that features an observation area at the bottom and a steep climb to the top. It is a great place to visit with family and friends on weekends, with its cold water providing a refreshing respite from the heat. The best time to enjoy the climate is between 11 am and 2 pm, but visitors are advised to bring their own food or eat elsewhere as local canteen workers may not be wearing masks while cooking and serving food.
Nice Place to visit for family and friends in weekends. The water is so cold no freezer gives you that chilled water. Best time to enjoy climate between 11 am to 2 pm .

It is an amazing place to visit with family & friends. Do visit temple & then go for a small Trek for 1-2 kms & you reach the waterfall.
Be careful when you get in the water as there are stones and rocks & it is very slippery so you may get hurt.
For better experience visit in weekdays as in weekends it's very crowded.
There is no changing rooms in that place. That is major problem for women.

Waterfalls are spectacular and the surrounding location is a absolute visual treat. We need to walk 500m to reach the waterfalls area from the car/bike point. There is no fence through the path at some places, we should be vigilant especially when going with kids. Water was very clean and cold, we visited in January.

The water hits your body like a million little needles falling from that height - Magical little place on this Earth
What a god amazing place this is, Forget going anywhere outside India
Such a beautiful creation of mother nature over thousands of years of time frozen in this hidden little gem. I swam here for hours together.
No crowd what so ever when we went there, the sun was warm and nice. The water was cold and refreshing for a nice swim. Do not miss this of you are on Andra Pradesh. Worth spending the whole day here with your family or friends - Stay Clean and Safe
But please don't dirty the place and throw garbage everywhere.....Mother earth won't forgive you for this.

A cascading symphony of liquid grace, the waterfall dances down the rugged terrain, glistening in the sunlight. Nature's artwork, it weaves serenity into the surrounding landscape, a testament to the enchanting beauty of untouched wilderness.
We ordered food with country chicken beforehand at the entrance. After bath you will be tired and that hot meal will be a treat to the trip.

The waterfall was a hidden gem, nestled amidst the lush greenery of the forest. The journey to the falls was an adventure in itself, with a 20-minute walk through the woods. The anticipation of what lay ahead made the walk all the more exciting.
The falls were divided into two parts, each with its own unique charm. The first part was a sight to behold, with water cascading down the rocks in a mesmerizing display. But the real magic lay in the second part, where the falls were bigger and more majestic. To get there, we had to trek for another 15 minutes. But the effort was worth it, as the view was simply breathtaking.
However, the parking situation was a bit of a hassle. The area was teeming with mischievous monkeys who were more than happy to check out our bikes and make them dirty. So, beware of these little rascals!
Also, keep in mind that the falls are open only until 4 pm. So, plan your visit accordingly.
Overall, the waterfall was a delightful experience that left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. It’s a must-visit for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and immerse themselves in nature’s beauty

I visited here on 2024 Pongal holiday solo on bike from Chennai. The travel itself was challenging almost 4+ hours of travel along with the early morning mist making it an impossible ride. I planned to be there before 8:30am their opening time but then I reached around 9-9:30am. You'd be charged 10₹ for parking 🅿️ and another 30₹ per head for entry. They have a large open space beneath the falls where vehicles are parked. For bikes, monkeys are the most annoying thing you'll regret on for travelling on a bike there as they'd check your bike for food and and making it clumsy. My tank cover was torn when I came 🔙.
As I was early I came across only a fewer crowd till 10 or 11am but after that they place was filled with people. If you're looking for peace and alone spot come very very early for privacy. Most exciting spot to chill and have fun beneath the falls if you visit with larger crowds. Look out for kids safety by yourself as there is no incharge of sort overseeing the crowd. It is better stay at the bottom foot pond like structure beneath the waterfall that one would see after parking their vehicle if you have more elderly persons and kids with you.
3rd spot on top is too slippery and the fencing there is irregular and not well maintained, so go there at your own risk. People even go above that to reach the top of the falls but it is not recommendable as there is no proper visible path and being dense forest area one might even lose time finding the way without any locals.
Early in the morning 🌅 the water was so chill and breath taking to bathe in.
Must visit spot in AP if you're around thirupati, plan accordingly so that you can have a visit when you plan for thirupati.

Talakona Waterfalls is one of the beautiful waterfalls in India and also it is a famous tourist spot in Andhra Pradesh which is located at Chittor district and it is also near to the famous devotional pilgrim Tirumala.
The beauty of waterfalls is awesome and the glow of water is continuous around all the seasons and more in rainy and winter seasons.
The hill station and the waterfall environment makes you feel surprised and amazing.
The roadway where we pass through the dense forests is very pleasant and makes you feel that you are in Amazon forests.
The greenery and the tall trees and their medicinal values make you feel pleasant and peaceful.
There is a distance of nearly 2 to 3 kilometres we will walk in the deep forest where we can hear pleasant birds sounds and some rare birds also we can see.
One of the best tourist spots and waterfalls in Andhra Pradesh.

Horsley Hills, also known as Horsleykonda or Yenugulla Mallamma Konda, is a cluster of hills located in Andhra Pradesh, specifically in the Madanapalle Taluka of Annamayya district. The area is characterized by its picturesque setting, surrounded by five hills and renowned for activities such as trekking and hiking.
The Vellore Fort, established during the 16th century, was once the stronghold of the Aravidu Dynasty. Encircled by water bodies and fortified walls, this over four-century-old fortress houses various government offices along with a mosque and a famous Jalagandeeswara temple within its premises. Additionally, an archaeological museum is present in the fort which closes by 5 pm.
The fort is looking good and is very spacious , surrounded by water bodies , over 4 centuries old .
There are many government offices inside the fort , there is an archaeological museum which closes by 5 pm and hence we could not visit , We visited the famous Jalagandeeswara temple inside the fort which is good . There is also a mosque inside the fort .
This could have been very easily developed into a huge tourist attraction , but the government seem to have not thought in those lines .
Maintenance is not very good...

The charch and the temple inside the fort are well maintained and nice to see. Sultan's houses are not open for visitors. these historical establishments should be well reserved, maintained and open for visitors. some other places around the mosque are not well reserved and maintained. Boundary of the fort is exceptional and have great experience to look at. it's a nice and highly protected fort.

It's a good place to visit when the weather is good. The place is a stress buster. Outside the fort there is a small park which closes at 6 and the whole fort including the temple closes at 8. Google timing is wrong. You can also climb one of the fort walls but it closes at 5 pm. Everything is free not tickets required.

If you're looking for a historical site to visit, you might want to skip the fort. It's pretty old and run-down, and there's not much to see there. The temple, on the other hand, is a nice attraction. It has some beautiful architecture and a peaceful atmosphere. You can spend some time there and enjoy the view. Museum will be closed on Government holidays & Sunday.

Best sightseeing is wall & moats (water surrounded next to the wall) and another one is temple. Temple is good, well maintained. Currently police occupied this fort, kind of police parade ground and quarters. Museum is closed when I visited here, so no words on that. We need minimum two hours to spend here.
To management:
If moats is maintained with fresh water that will be good to see. And also, if big colour fishes are in moats people can excite. Please see foreign countries, how they are maintaining there. Our country is best ever if we maintained properly, thank you

The place is closed for public right now. I visited the place on February 16 2022 and the place was closed due to covid they said. But all public are visiting the place by climbing in and jumping into a secret entrance.
The place was very good. You have to walk a lot to explore the place. It has a rich ancient arcitecture. The fort is surrounded by water all sides.
No use in keeping the place closed when this much of people can climb and get in to the fort.

Fort is worth seeing due to many sights inside & outside its walls.
Easily reachable due to its closeness to CMC Main Hospital & Old Bus Stand.
Outside the walls, there is a moat. Vellore fort park is there too.
Inside the walls, there is a beautiful and busy temple. When one walks more, one can see an old silent church, a mosque that remains closed, a nice museum to explore and a few banyan trees with very huge trunks and aerial roots.
Lots of people can be seen in and around the fort, spending time leisurely. Sitting in the shades of the trees of Vellore Fort Park outside the walls, can be a really nice experience.
As such no unclean things there, but even today (Feb 2022) people threw plastic bottles in the moat water. That was a painful sight to bear.
Must visit place for anyone.

Fort design is just okay not much attractive like I have experienced others.
The wall compound of this fort is covered 3 kilometres in the square shape and from outside the big creek made for self defence(Not easy to win the fort) and also rain water storage system.
To explore the fort is free of cost but inside there is a Government museum and a beautiful temple inside which will sizzle you by its architecture.

Very nice place with a great historical essence. There is also a very beautiful temple. We have visited this place in the month of July.
Short history:
The Fort was built by the ruler Bommu Nayakar and his brother during 1526-1595 AD. The First Mutiny against the British in India broke out in Vellore Fort (1806 – Sippoy Kalagam). The fort was taken by the British in 1760 and used as a military garrison. The fort contains both secular and religious structures.

Vellore Fort may lack historical charm, but its Jalakandeswarar temple steals the spotlight with its stunning architecture and tranquil ambiance. Open throughout the day, it offers a serene retreat from city life. Although the museum inside may have limited exhibits, the temple's beauty makes up for it. Surrounded by lush greenery and a scenic backdrop, the fort's atmosphere is inviting for a peaceful stroll. Overall, while the fort itself may not impress, the temple within makes it a worthwhile visit for spiritual and architectural delights.

The Sri Lakshmi Narayani Golden Temple is a magnificent shrine located within the Thirupuram spiritual park in Tamil Nadu, India. The temple boasts an ornate gold-covered structure surrounded by beautiful gardens and a star-shaped path. Positioned at the foot of green hills in Thirumalaikodi, it's easily accessible from major cities like Tirupati, Chennai, Pondicherry and Bengaluru.
Golden Temple Vellore complex inside the Thirupuram spiritual park is situated at the foot of a small range of green hills at Thirumalaikodi (or simply Malaikodi) Vellore in Tamil Nadu, India. It is 120 km from Tirupati, 145 km from Chennai, 160 km from Pondicherry and 200 km from Bengaluru. The Maha Kumbhabhishekam or consecration of the temple and its chief deity, Sri Lakshmi Narayani or Maha Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth, was held on 24 August 2007, and devotees from all religions and backgrounds are welcome to visit.
The salient feature of 'Thirupuram' is the Lakshmi Narayani temple whose Vimanam and Ardha Mandapam is covered with pure gold, housing the deity Sri Lakshmi Narayani (female consort/wife of Vishnu Narayana). The temple is located on 100 acres of land and has been constructed by the Vellore-based charitable trust, Sri Narayani Peedam, headed by its spiritual leader Sri Sakthi Amma also known as 'Narayani Amma'.
The temple with its gold covering, has intricate work done by artisans specialising in temple art using gold. Every single detail was manually created, including converting the gold bars into gold foils and then mounting the foils on copper. Gold foil from 9 layers to 10 layers has been mounted on the etched copper plates. Every single detail in the temple art has significance from the Vedas.[1]
Sripuram's design features a star-shaped path (Sri chakra), positioned in the middle of the lush green landscape, with a length of over 1.8 km. As one walks along this 'starpath' to reach the temple in the middle, one can also read various spiritual messages -- such as the gift of the human birth itself, and the value of spirituality -- along the way.

According to the priest this temple is about 1300 years old. It was built by different rulers.
Beautiful structure and very intricate stone carvings.
A good day trip from Bangalore. Bring your lunch with you. After temple visit, you can enjoy lunch with your family under tree shade.
Worth a visit I must say.

Temple is very huge, peaceful, pleasant and full of grand ancient architecture. 3 entrances are there, half day trip from Bangalore. Small food stalls are available outside but go with family or friends take your lunch and eat it outside under huge trees like picnic. The water pond outside and well inside need strict maintenance. Just positive vibes. Park vehicle outside the main gate only. Worthy visit in Karnataka. Many monkeys are roaming inside temple premises, be careful. I wish there is some guidance to understand about the sculptures on walls and pillars.

One of the must visit ancient and famous Shiva temples near Bangalore. This is 1000+ year old temple. Sculptures are so unique, the entire temple is carved or built on stones. It’s a marvel to watch, divine by the presence of Lord Shiva.
It’s so crowded and many activities are planned whole night by the government.
One request, this temple should be taken proper care. Seems deserted with no proper path even. There are many stalls around the temple for shopping, eating and playing.
Good experience overall along with worship. Families would love the time here.

It's good to be there to spend some time there to Worship with family and friends.

It was truly a remarkable experience. The temple's architecture is simply stunning, with intricate carvings and vibrant colors that immediately capture your attention. As soon as I stepped inside, I felt a sense of peace and serenity wash over me. The temple grounds were well-maintained, and there was a sense of tranquility that enveloped the entire area.

This is an underrated place, which is good and peaceful in its own way. The area is big enough with multiple temple and historical figures. Must visit place on the way to Adi Yogi temple. It’s a very peaceful place to hangout as well and take beautiful pictures. The architecture is beautiful, especially with the engravings and detailings. Please carry some cash for giving puja in the various temples. The toilet is not great, they have the new ones installed but not in use. Also, you get to see and feed monkeys

As the name of the temple suggests, It is a temple of Lord Shiva. The temple is a captivating example of ancient Dravidian architecture, boasting intricate carvings and a serene ambiance. It's one of the oldest surviving temples in the Nolambavadi style, showcasing the rich artistic heritage of Karnataka. It's located in the town of Nandi and is very close to the Nandi Hills. Definitely a must visit place.

The temple is a cultural treasure for India 🇮🇳 home to mind blowing architecture and heritage that still stands the test of time. Despite the lack of responsible attention from the government the temple is in great shape and home to amazing aspects of Hindu heritage. It is a must visit experience and the intricacies of stone carvings can be mesmerising. If you plan a visit ensure to spend atleast 2-3 hours so that you can absorb the details. The place has ample parking and is family friendly. I have fond memories of visiting the place 10 years ago. Some of the places need immediate attention and renovation. If you visit, kindly keep the place clean and avoid littering the place.

Bhoganandeshwara Temple
Nandigrama, nestled at the foothills of Nandi on the outskirts of Bengaluru houses a majestic 9th-century temple dedicated to Lord Shiva called as the Boganandeshwara Devasthana. The sprawling complex boasts intricately carved pillared mantapas inviting visitors to immerse themselves in the grandeur of Dravidian architecture. This temple is a testament to the artistic finesse believed to be built during Rastrakuta dynasty rule. Among its treasures a serene stepwell known as Pushkarni/Kakyani offers a tranquil retreat, while a dedicated area for weddings adds a touch of privacy and sacredness to matrimonial celebrations. Exploring the temple grounds is akin to embarking on a journey through time, where each stone whispers tales of devotion and craftsmanship from centuries past.
Full day Itinerary from Bengaluru - Starting the day with a scenic drive to breathtaking Nandi Hills, visit Yoganandeshwara temple on the Hill top and Bhoganandeshwara temple at the foothills. Head to a nearby Vineyard and visit a flower orchard. Finally end your day with a delicious meal at a local restaurant from the surrounding area.
Other places to include in this visit can be Rangasthala temple, Muddenahalli (birth place of Sir.M. Vishweshvariah) museum, Isha - Sadhguru Sannidhi.
We had the pleasure of hosting a colleague from our office who was visiting from Germany. Her reaction to the heritage site was absolutely priceless – she was utterly captivated by its charm and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of her visit.

This is an ancient temple, very peaceful and calm. Main deity here is Shiva as Bhoga Nandeeshwara and Arunachaleshwara. Temple architecture and stone carvings throughout the temple are mesmerizing.
Place is nicely maintained and very hygienic. Lawn and little lake outside the temple is very beautiful. The Shiva statue near the lake is nice too. The temple is not crowded when I visited during the weekend and you can easily spend 1hr here. Must visit and you can plan this temple as well along with Aadiyogi.
Taking photos is not allowed inside the temple. Paid shoe stand is available. Plenty of parking available around the temple for both 2 & 4 wheelers.

Amazing place to visit. You can see three dynasties of architecture. There is so much to see, including signs of how it became a place to stay. It’s a good sized complex with more than one dancing area, although some of the floor stones had been removed from the older part. Do look up to see the frescoes dating from the 16th century, and don’t miss the 16th century parade cart outside, carved to look like the temple itself. This place is well worth a trip.

It is a very old temple and the structure is good. Must visit for temple architecture people interest. Very calm and no crowd at all. A very old peepal tree, also called Ficus religiosa in entrance. A big garden also if you want to spend some time with family and kids. Parking is not free so be careful. Park road side has a lot of empty land nearby if you want to save some money.

Shri Kotilingeshwara Swamy Temple, established in 1980, is a remarkable Hindu complex featuring over 1,000 shiva lingas, with one towering at an impressive height of 33 meters. The temple offers a unique and awe-inspiring ambiance with its extensive collection of shiva lingas.
Very beautiful temple. Well maintained. Only 20/- for entry. You can buy offerings from outside stalls. Please carry lots of change as you need to put dakshina in all of them(you can skip that too). The tallest linga looks very beautiful. You will get tired clicking pictures. Very scenic. A great day outing with family and friends. Roads are good. Try to leave early as it gets very sunny as the day passes. Not many restaurants near the temple but you can find many in the NH75.Definitely recommend.

2. They will ask you to pay for several types of Pooja, so keep a change with you.
3. Entry fees of 20₹.
4. Parking is available nearby temple, so no need to worry.
5. Ensure to take umbrellas with you, incase it rains.

Good weekend gateway near Bangalore. Paid Parking is available. 20 rs entry fees to get inside the temple. Well maintained place.
But the place is too much commercialized. Priests won't allow you to do Puja or offerings without huge money. Every temple you go inside its all same. Dint like this sort of approach.
Apart from that it's all good here. You can take photos and spend some time.
Restrooms, small eateries, shops selling statues are there.

Amazing temple. With its world's largest shiv ling as also a grand collection of shiv lings gives this place an out of the world ambience. Gets crowded on a Sunday amd the wait time to enter could be 20 miniutes to half and hour. 20/- Rs. entry fee. One goes though a barriced walk to reach the end of the passage which makes you enter 3 small temples before you finally reach the maha shiv ling. On the Sunday we went, the route become very crowded and going through each temple becomes a bit suffocating. No option to avoid the temples unless you jump the barricades. But once you reach the maha shiv ling area, all the efforts feel rewarded.

The place is good. We need to buy a ticket before entering. Idols of God is very nice but they ask for money at various places inside the temple, this will not make it divine, it feels as business. Because of this we don't feel as a temple of peace.

Can you believe this temple has 90 lacs shivlings? Yes thats correct. Koti meas one crore and they are just 10 lacs away from it.
The place is so pure and pious that you will devotee yourself to the God. The temple is situated in Kolar and I would personally suggest that the best time to visit is early morning. Due to covid, less number of people visit the temple and you get enough time to meditate there.
The temple has one of the largest shivling in Asia ( please check uploaded pictures) along with Nandi🙏. The priests perform Avishek pooja on your behalf and that's one of the best experience you can have.
The entry fee is just Rs 20/- and you are allowed to bring cameras but taking pictures of the gods is not allowed. You can take pictures of the 90 lac shivlings though.

One can contact temple authority for special pujas and homas if one wants to do for themselves or the family.

My experience wasn't so pleasant as I would expect at a temple. Personally, I felt its another shop in the name of Lord Shiva in the mall. I didn't feel any religious and calm vibes. All I can see around me was entry ticket to visit different temples and puja (which they call as activities), a book store where they sell their books and the big idol of Lord Shiva (which indeed is too beautiful). For me it was an artificial setup in a limited area with no religious vibes.
If you are planning to go here, a reminder that the parking is inside the mall. Near the temple entrance inside the mall, they will ask you to pay the entry ticket but I would suggest you first go without entry ticket to see the Lord Shiva idol and the surroundings. If you get those religious and positive vibes then only you go ahead to pay for the tickets.
Its better to visit Lord Shiva temple in your region.

The intricate architecture and beautifully carved sculptures create an atmosphere of reverence and wonder. The temple's tranquility invites visitors to pause and reflect, making it an ideal spot for meditation.
Upon entering, a sense of serenity envelops you, offering respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The fragrance of incense wafts through the air, enhancing the spiritual atmosphere.

Har Har Mahadev!! An awesome, fantastic Shiva temple this is. Neat, clean and very well maintained. The entry fee for the temple premises is a reasonable Rs. 50 per person and as part of the entry fee, you get to light diyas, agarbattis and perfrom abhishek as well.
A must visit temple this for devotees of lord Shiva in Bangalore.

This is situated behind the kemp fort mall, it is opened for 24/7, beside kemp fort mall u have a shiva lingam that is the entrance for the temple.
There is general entry and vip entry, for vip ticket cost around 250 per head for vip people they went through caves in those u will see kedarnath, Badrinath etc shivalingas.
Pujas are 108 Rudraksha puja, palabishekam, Navagraha puja, miracle coin etc..
Perfect time to visit this place is after 6pm because there is a Pooja everyday and they will give harathi to the god at a time so many people who visited there can give harathi.
And u can see jyothirlingas in those caves, u feel peace and u will definitely enjoy there.
Price is very high not worthy but it the best shiva temple in Banglore.
They will play sivoham chanting if u listen to that u will get to know about the temple history.
At exit there is some shop like god statues(unique but costly)and snacks etc..
Thank you for reading my review have a safe visit😁

Worth experiencing. The only thing is it would cost you around Rs. 150/person.
The vibes are pure. If you have seen the Trikuta Kota, then you will not enjoy it here. But they have made a great infrastructure. It was good and everything was nice.

Best of the experiences in bangalore. One of the hidden gem. They charged 150/- normal entrance . Never knew about the entrance but after entering it was worth the while. Don't miss it. Just go for it without a thought. There are few entertaining elements added in the religious process. And there a Pooja time where everybody can show harathi. It was just so relaxing to be In the temple . Reach at eve/night to view lighy settings.
Harini K — Google review
Pretty Mid in my opinion. Not worth paying the minimum 150 just to pay a visit. On top of that each priest asks for his 50/100 to do some Puja or anything. A temple should never be elitist, where only people who can pay come. Allow everyone to come, if I am happy and most probably people will give money as charity to the temple. You guys can probably earn more this way. On the plus side, at least people were having a good time during the evening prayers. The diyas give a different vibe to this. People are generally friendly. It will take you around 1-2 hours during the weekend. The cave can be a bit claustrophobic with no clear ventilation. So proceed accordingly. Any ways, Peace 🕊️.
Sayandeep Patra — Google review
Very easily approachable temple in the City itself.
The entrance is very beautiful and interesting but parking is an issue here.
Beside the temple entrance, there is a Mall where you can pay and park your vehicle and can visit the temple.
Inside the temple you have to take tickets. If you want to see the status from outside then there is no charge. If you want to go little inside the 50 rupees is the charge and if you want to perform Pooja then you have to pay 150 per person. But you can visit the caves and can go near to the Mahadev statue.
Overall a very nice place to visit.

Shivoham temple is a 'modern' temple with an activity like package that comes at 200rs/person.
At every point there is a collection for donations which makes it more of a business venue than a holy place.
Regardless, good place to visit once - especially if you have kids.
Shyam Senthil — Google review
Never Ever Go there, mark my words. Because:
1. You will not feel any positive vibes.
2. No place for meditation
3. Its not a temple, its just a showcase of big statues
4. At every step you need to pay money, starting from 250Rs ticket for entry
5. I went there even after reading the negative comments that is my mistake.
6. I went there on Shivratri, paid 250Rs, I was there in line for 3.5hrs and I was in line only till exit and just saw the big lord shiva statue in the line itself
7. No proper rush tackling management
8. The owner so called AIR: Atman in Ravi, he is just earning money through it and marketing his books. This place is nothing but a marketplace or showroom of his books
9. If you want to sit in the function pay again🤦🏼♂️
Finally I went home and meditated and got peace...🙂🙏🏻

I spent 1650 here. The statues are wonderful. Rituals are interesting. However, in my humble foreigners view, this is not a temple, but rather an exhibition or attraction where you need to pay at every corner. I've been to Shiv Shankar Temple Babulnath, Shree Mangesh and Shri Nageshi temples, ISKCON Chowpatty, among many others, and was never asked to donate or pay (I did it voluntarily everywhere). Here I spent 1650: 500 for entry (was it a foreigner price?), 500+150 for two rituals (I had no idea they weren't free), and 500 as a donation (this one I could avoid but it was hard to say No). It's okay, but it has a very bad aftertaste. Not like you visited a holy place... At the exit, you can also browse several shops to pass the rest of your money if you're lucky enough to have anything left over from this temple.

Good to visit. I felt like exhibition. Not felt a temple. But all the statues was amazing. Will do all the pooja and abhisheham self. But now they are doing some painting works. Try for ones. Refer pictures for ur reference

One of the famous roads of Bengaluru. One can just walk down to Brigade Road or the lively Church Street for relishing street foods.
Niraj Thakur — Google review
Mahatma Gandhi road metro station or MG road metro station for short is a metro station located between Trinity Metro station and cubbon park metro station, on the purple line ( Baiyyapanhalli to Mysore road ) of Bangalore metro.
One of the landmarks of Bangalore as MG road itself. Metro has become a cost effective and comfortable mode of transportation for a traffic-choked Bangalore. By far metro is the best mode of transport in Bangalore, for a quick and easy travel.
Well maintained, with availability of drinking water and bathrooms. A few small shops ( food and drinks, jewelry ) are also present inside the station along with a couple of ATM's.
Located on a two way street, with access to the station provided on both sides of the road. With an additional opening provided on church street ( parallel to M G Road ).
Constructed well but the platforms could have been a bit more spacious, considering the number of people who travel to & from this place. But this crowd is managed with the availability of 6 coach metro trains and increasing the frequency of the trains.
Krishna Sai Voliveru — Google review
A metro station which keeps International standards. Heart of the city. There is a direct entrance to Church street which is famous for restaurants and book stalls. Another attraction is Rangoli metro arts centre

1. After 8 PM They close the pavement built from Anil Kumble circle towards metro station forcing passengers to walk on a busy road as there is no footpath.
2. Signages are very confusing.
Nikhil M — Google review
There are M G Roads all over the country, but the Bangalore Mahatma Road is iconic.
In spite of several posh suburban shopping centres springing up over the last couple of decades, M G Road, the adjoining Brigade Road, Church Street and Commercial Street, about a kilometre away, retain pride of place as far as shopping and hanging out are concerned.
The boulevard on M G Road is perhaps unique ONLY to Bangalore, and is a space for the artistic expression of the people, not only of Bangalore but for anyone...
Food from the humble street food, idli, dosa, pani puri to sizzlers and biriyani, tea both the ₹ 10 & the fancy ₹ 200 variety are all available here...
Anyway this is for the Metro rail station

Metro station building is constructed to cater huge number of passengers. During festivals, Christmas and New Year, thousands of additional people throng the areas around MG Road Metro Station, the station is capable of handling the additional crowd.
Emergency exit staircases are wide enough to facilitate quick exit, in case of emergency.
Toilets are fitted with modern, fancy sanitary wares, piped music. It's really good and match with that of any toilet in a mall.

MG ROAD Metro station is located just on the cross road,
Area underneath the metro bridge is very well developed for sitting and walking.
The metro is very well maintained and clean , there are 4 platforms here
We took PF2 Kingeri, so if u want to go to majestic or silk institute , choose this line.
Majestic is a center to change between purple line and green line metro paths.

Nilavoor Lake, a serene water body located in India, is a picturesque destination that attracts visitors with its natural beauty. Surrounded by lush green hills and dense forests, this lake offers a tranquil environment for nature lovers to unwind and relax. The crystal-clear waters of the lake reflect the surrounding landscape, creating a stunning sight. The area around Nilavoor Lake is also home to numerous species of birds and animals, making it an ideal spot for wildlife enthusiasts.
It is a temple pond, very quiet and serene as it is off the beaten track. One can spend a lot of peaceful time there in the lap of nature.
Don't venture further up the road which is supposed to have two view points. The road becomes very narrow and is flanked by high bushes on both sides, making turning around almost impossible.

Nicely maintained lake in a village set up. Rustic. With surrounded hillocks. But be prepared for total lack of tourist information, sign boards etc and you have to go by the advise of locals.
You can also visit nearby View-points, for which you will have to trek in a blind manner due to lack of signages...

At a distance of 5.4 km from Punganoor Lake and 4.5 km from Athanavur Bus Stop, Nilavoor Lake is one of the popular tourist place in yelagiri and is frequented by boating enthusiasts.
Nilavoor Lake is an artificial lake located in Nilavoor village. It is a small lake more like a pond, with a garden on its banks. The lake is indeed a tranquil and peaceful place to relax in the deep serenity away from the hassles of busy life. One can take a short walk along the lake side and also enjoy a boat ride. The lake offers pedal and motor boat rides.
This small lake offers captivating views of the nearby surroundings and hilly terrains while enjoying boating in the calm water. There is also a Devi Temple belonging to Kadavu Nachiya close to the region around the lake. Recently, the Thambiran Lotus Pond has been constructed at the Nilavoor Lake.
Moksha Vimochana Temple is also located near the Nilavoor Lake.

Bannerghatta Zoo, located near Bangalore, Karnataka, is a vast national reserve that offers a perfect dose of awe-inspiring moments for animal lovers. Established in 1970 and declared as a national park in 1974, it has become famous for its close proximity to the city limits and serves as a biological and conservation reserve for animals. The park features a zoo, safari park, butterfly conservatory, animal rescue center, pet corner, aquarium, snake house and ancient temples for worship.
Amazing zoo. They have kept animals so good that is well understood from their health. Most of the animals can be viewed without the disturbance of nets so that you can take their photos. The exotic bird collection is really amazing. A must watch place to visit with your kids.
PS. Watch out for monkeys. Even though they are given separate space, you will find them everywhere 😉

We had an amazing experience at the Bannerghatta zoo. Among many zoos and bio parks we've visited in India, this was the most well maintained. The Safari and Butterfly park were really amazing. All animals have been taken good care of. There is ample parking space at the zoo. Management has taken necessary measures to ensure multiple washrooms and drinking water stations are available to visitors. It is advisable to book the tickets for the zoo and Safari online to skip the queue at the ticketing counter which can be very long during weekends and holidays.

During my visit to Bannerghatta Safari, I was immersed in the beauty of nature and wildlife. The safari offered a diverse range of animals and landscapes that left me in awe. From majestic tigers to graceful elephants, the park truly showcases the richness of wildlife in the region.
One of the highlights was the safari ride itself. I hopped on a well-guided tour vehicle that took me through different sections of the park, allowing me to observe animals in their natural habitats.
The infrastructure and facilities at Bannerghatta Safari were top-notch. The park was well-maintained, and safety measures were in place to ensure the well-being of both visitors and animals.
To add to the wonderful experience, the park's location is just a short distance from Bangalore city, making it easily accessible for day trips or weekend getaways. The surrounding natural beauty and serene atmosphere further enhance the overall charm of the place.

This zoo has numerous animals in a protected environment. You would go on a bus tour through the zoo to see tigers, elephants etc. You get to see the famous white tigers as well. They also have a good collection of snakes. Another underrated place you could get to see is the butterfly park.

Worth visiting the place for kids.
Kids will enjoy and loves the zoo park environment.
But it's over crowded during weekends.
It's hard to find parking also. Ticket counters, safari are all over crowded and it takes 2-3 hours if you go for safari.
And they are not accepting UPI payments. People with infants please avoid going on weekends.
Need to take appropriate measures during weekends to filter the crowd. We left in the middle due to crowd and not able to enjoy the views.

It is a good zoo located in Bannerghatta National Park area. It is not very large, but has various animals like tiger, giraffe, zebra etc. You can travel inside on foot or take electric cart. It also has a restaurant inside. The entry fee for adults is Rs 100 and for kids is Rs 50. Overall a nice place to enjoy with kids.
Pro tip: Book tickets online as you may find queue at in premise ticket counter over the weekends.

I have been visiting the park since I was a child and it has never left me disappointed. It has improved so much over the years and the animals are also looked after very well. The park is very clean and they provide buggy and wheel chair services if required.

The best part was the Safari and the most interesting one.
It's kind of an open zoo, a special restricted zone for animals and the bus/zeep safari takes you through. The person driving acted as a guide and was friendly enough.
Animals are well maintained and well fed. In fact a little too much, you can easily spot stored fats.
Liked the white tiger a little too much, I guess that depends on your preference. Anyways an hour or the time the safari takes is good enough.
After I was done here I went to Butterfly park, half an hour to 45 minutes was more than enough to explore.
Then went to the zoo at the end and boat riding which was okay only not one of the best boat rides. And in the zoo you can find Giraffe, Zebra, wolf, Hippopotamus, birds like white peacock, reptiles (not much), here you will be spending more time then the rest and it's a real party for the kids.
The activities in total are worth it for a day and you can go in any season.
Remember: it's closed on Tuesdays, and you can only book battery operated vehicles after reaching there.
Nadeem Ahmad — Google review
The safari was excellent. I will give 5 stars for the safari. With a good driver it is well worth the trip in a Jeep Safari.
Most of the drivers are very good tour guides. One of them was very ill tempered. Other than that it's really good.
The zoo is also well kept in recent years. However there is still room for improvement.nfor the zoo I will give 3.stars, hence my 4 star rating overall.
Joel Rao — Google review
Kids will love it.
It's highly recommended to visit the park at earliest as most animals will be active. As time progresses animals tend to be inside the den/cage or rest under shelters. You get to see them active post 3 PM. The best time to see wild carnivores is early during the day or early in the evening. In between you may plan to visit other animals. You also get to go boating. Paddle boat costs ₹200 for 2 members, ₹400 for 4 people, for a 30 min session. In addition there is another option available, a Row boat which they take you for a ride around for 8-10 min and costs ₹50 per person. Life jackets are available and are mandatory.
There are some renovations going on near the hippopotamus area. A couple of cages which had wild animals before are now empty.
Overall it's a good place for kids to enjoy and spend some time with family and kids in nature.
Here are some of the photos which i managed to click...

Plan to go in morning time ,best to reach around 9-10am... Have enough parking in early hours... There is 🦋 butterfly park also, can watch before zoo and safari just 30-45 min enough for it.

I'll write the review with two aspects: one as an enthusiastic kid and other has a saddened animal lover.
Enthusiastic kid:
The condition of this zoo isn't that great. We first went on the Safari and it was boring as hell. We did see some animals yes like lots of Deer, Nilgai, Lion, Lioness, Tiger, Bear, Elephants, etc, but they were just sleeping or eating and the visibility from left side was better than the right side most of the times. Now the zoo part isn't well maintained and quite dirty in most areas. Animals don't seem to be treated well.
Saddened Animal Lover:
The safari area beside boring, didn't feel like a open enough area for the animals. It was more like a restricted section for each animal. Not sure how is it called a National Park as I saw electric wires around and aren't national park supposed to be more open for animals?
The zoo thing was another atrocity for animals. I am not sure how and why people are fine with seeing animals in such dire condition. If people are coming to zoo just to see the animals, can't we at these modern times make use of Augmented or Virtual Reality to show these animals to people?
Amit Amola — Google review
Had recently visited the zoo on Sunday, it was good place to enjoy. Took 2 hours to complete the zoo sightseeing and able to witness all big giants (Elephants, Lion, Tiger, Hyena, Leopard, Bear), other creatures, birds and other category of reptiles. Zoo Safari was awesome, where we took a jeep and witnessed all the animals at very closer distance and it was an awesome experience.

Absolutely! The zoo's safari experience was exhilarating, offering an up-close encounter with majestic animals in a natural setting. From lions to giraffes, the safari made the visit truly memorable, showcasing wildlife in their habitats. Additionally, the butterfly garden was a serene escape, filled with enchanting fluttering wings and vibrant colors. It's a must-visit, adding a touch of wonder and beauty to the overall zoo experience.

Definitely a good place to take children out for an outing.

Great place for family during weekdays and weekends to visit near Bangalore. Best to visit during weekdays than weekends as it is slightly crowded. Kids would definitely enjoy watching the animals. Please do not feel that ticket prices are high thing that you are sponsoring food for the animals. Food near the park is bad try to bring your own food. It takes 2-4 hours for safari, butterfly park and zoo visit. Buy tickets online for easy access.

Always a place which I happily visit every single time. We went in noon but we were able to complete safari and zoo as well. This park is very clean and well maintained. There are information boards about every animal and bird. Must visit place for everyone of every age.
We booked ticket online instantly, it is a real time saver. We had to wait for a long time to get into safari vehicle.
There is a small museum in the zoo. Butterfly Park is also good. Price we pay to visit is so less compared to the animals we see there.
There is ample amount of paid parking space.

The zoo has a great collection of animals, including rare species like white tigers and lions. However, the quality of food inside the zoo could be improved. Overall, it was a great day out for animal lovers and families alike, with plenty of attractions to keep everyone entertained.

Booked online for zeep safari. We got the vehicle at scheduled time and didn't have to wait. Safari took around 50 minutes and we headed to the butterfly park after it. The overall experience of the safari was really good and the driver guided us as well. We spotted Dear, Bear, Elephant, Tiger and Lion during the safari. After the safari and butterfly park, we went to the zoo. The zoo is around 2.2km loop and battery operated vehicles are available if you don't want to walk. The Bannerghatta zoo is very good for family picnic. There is lots of paid parking near to entrance of safari and zoo. It is recommend to visit there during weekdays to avoid rush and the jungle safari and zoo carts are easily available within five to 10 minutes waiting. During holidays and Saturday and Sunday the waiting time would be longer from one hours to two hours. The safari non ac bus charges are very nominal Rs 350 for adults and there was no charges for children below five year However no seat is allotted to children below 5 year The children below 5 year has to sit on lap of parents or guardians accompany children. The zoo carts was only Rs 100 for adults and 50 for children For card they were accepting the cash only however for safari and zoo entrance ticket UPI PAYMENTS were accepted Within the zoo campus lots of food shop are there

Good experience.
Please choose Ac safari over non-ac because you’ll have amazing view and the transparent glass allows you to click good pictures.
One can skip butterfly park if the time is limited.
Prefer mornings over noon, as the chances to spot animals in safari/zoo is more in mornings.
Boating was decent.
Overall, a well-maintained place and good treat to the eyes for nature lover souls out there.

Our experience at Bannerghatta Zoo was hassle-free, with easy ticket purchases and digital options. We opted for the safari ride and zoo package, which offered good value for money. However, the safari ride didn't offer close-up views of animals and was limited in duration. Nevertheless, the overall experience was enjoyable, especially the butterfly park. Highly recommend for families with kids!

The safari ride is Excellent deer, elephants, lions, tigers and white tigers are also there.
But maintenance is not great.
Online ticketing is not working on public holidays the crowd is more and I have to wait in Q for a long time it's better to go in the morning than afternoon/later.
For safari ride charges are 300/- and zoo entry 100/-
A lot of birds are there Giraffe, Donkeys, Hippopotamus, Sambar deer, crocodiles, Fox, Hyena, monkeys, Baboons, Leopard, Snakes, turtles, tortoise etc..
Best place to spend a 1 day trip.

Visited multiple times,
Zoo experience: Nicely maintained, it's very neat and clean considering the footfall.
There are a lots of animals, birds, insects. It will be a lots of fun and educational trip specially for kids.
Safari: Worth trying once, if you are visiting in a group of 4-5 consider booking a jeep.
Zoo has good public amenities (water, washrooms), and there is a cafeteria outside.
Start early to avoid crowd and afternoon sun.
Note: It was digitalized long back and tickets could be booked online, but online booking facility was not working recently. Hope this get fixed soon.
Overall, good option for a day outing.

The place away from city noise...🤗
Safari is..🤔hmmm..its good but don't be make much hype...
Zoo animals don't look healthy..🦒
Next the number of animals in the zoo are very less most of the cages are making with a jungle look but feel like not full filled and you get the chance to see only a few animals and the rest of them will be sleeping inside that home that they have made..my op want to improve a bit more for the price rage charged by the authorities or who the department is managed ..💰
Lucky to got some beautiful frames to click ..📸 ..it's attached here..
Over all it's a one time watchable now ...let's stay tuned for the updates if any ..🔜

The best place for one day trip from bangalore. It’s full of thrilling and I have visited many times . But this time I didn’t get chance to go inside Bec water was too much so they had closed it . Best place to visit with family and friends.

It is a fantastic ride of around one and a half hours from bangalore. Marvelous road with smart turns and curves. Bikers can enjoy it. Stay is not so cheap but can be negotiated. Don't go for oil massage if you are alone as yours belongings can be stolen.

Good place to explore, best to visit during winter or monsoon. Multiple locations to see the falls & relax around. Ticket is a bit expensive for boat rides, the boatmen would charge you extra to visit more places other than the government fixed price ! Hygiene can be improved around the place

Crocodile Park, opposite Hogenakkal, Hogenakkal, Tamil Nadu 636810, India
Grange TreeTop Adventure offers an exhilarating experience for visitors looking for adventure in a jungle setting. The park offers multiple ropes courses and zip-lining through the trees, making it perfect for those seeking excitement. The high rope course is especially adventurous, with staff providing guidance and encouragement throughout the entire task. This place is highly recommended to anyone who wants to try something new while visiting Yercaud.
Good to see the place they keep clean & neat.
Kept something about realistic inside to the nature.
Prices are very compact comparing to the next doors of Sky Park.
Less in adventures play but made satisfactory.
They have Low Rope play for Kids - Price 300/- per head.
High Rope play for Adults - Rs. 400/- per head.
Zip line is there for 100 Mtrs for Kids with safety measures & a guide guides in all activity.
Must try before entering into high pay adventure parks.
No crowds - Kids enjoy very well.
Pranesh Kumar — Google review
Me and my wife tried the zipline. Their Zipline is the best in Yercaud. This is relatively costlier (300) when compared to Poppy Hills (Costs 200). But it is very worth the extra price and it is located in a very scenic place. For Adventure zipline, I highly recommend this place.

Absolute must do if one is in Yercaud. The high rope walk is exhilarating and is a good test of how well one follows instructions.

Grange Adventure activities were enjoyed thoroughly by the kids. Though some of the activities were not available, the kids enjoyed the Rope course, Zip line and Archery. To use the ATV (The All Terrain Vehicle) we were asked to drive in our car, to a place short distance away from the Grange Resort, which was unacceptable. The overall maintenance of the resort and the upkeep of the equipment needs a immediate look into. The equipment looked unimpressive, rusty and old. The charges are ok. The staff seemed experienced to handle any eventuality. There was a very dirty pond with filthy water, abandoned and another dirty pond with unused boats. But for this poor maintenance and upkeep, it deserves better score than 3 stars.
Srinivas N — Google review
Good place for rope course adventure games. The kid's course is 300/- for 7 rope walkways and the adult's course is 400/- for 8 rope walkways. Not much else though. Kids have water boats, archery and shooting but that looks overpriced. GST is extra.
No parking is available so need to park on the road. Rope courses are good and similar to Poppy Hills.

My friend and i did the high rope and ATV, high rope was so adventurous . Staffs were guiding us through the entire task with encouragement. Would suggest this place to anyone visiting yercaud to give a try. Be sure to call up before going.

We saw google reviews and went to this place. No one was there when we reached at 10.30 am. Then someone came after we called the phone number available in Google. It was not worth the money. I won't recommend this place to others. Poppy Hills near lake road was better than this place.

Best place for casual adventures. Got shivering when tried high rope course. Supportive and kind staffs. Cards, UPI, Cash accepted. Given good quality safety gears.

Defenetly not a choice if you are looking for more games, they have only very less games but more down in their website. The guy sitting in the reception billing section dint have patience to explain , he hardly responds..
The property is good, but only zip line game is kind of ok. Each game is being charged from Rs.400 to Rs.500

Would suggest to approach the temple by taking left on a road next to it
Approach it from the back if you are coming by car.

You can pass 2-3 hours visiting this beautiful temple when you are visiting Salem as a tourist. It is one of the best places to visit in Salem. There are 1008 Siva lingams, some Murugan temples, and a Perumal temple. You can see the tremendous Siva lingam on the top of the hill. And I enjoyed that the monkeys are climbing the temples & sitting near the lingams. Finally, each Siva lingam has
a name. It is an amazing thing I had seen.

We stopped by this temple when driving to chennai from coimbatore this week....this temple falls on the left of the road and they had a guiness world record dance competition going on that day so we were seeing a lot of crowd but still managed to get darshan of the main preceding deity of Sri Rajarajeshwari ma
Loved the climb to the temple but it was extremely hot for December....the 1008 lingams was a good divine touch

Good place to visit once. The main shiv Lingappa is extremely huge. Good parking. But I couldn’t find washrooms. All boards are in Tamil and people don’t speak any other language other than Tamil which is a centuries old issue in TN, thus one star less, rest all good

Sri Anjaneyar temple in Namakkal is the most popular and revered Lord Hanuman temple in Tamilnadu. The 18 feet majestic deity with rudraksha mala in folded hands facing Lord Narasimha Perumal temple at the base of hill, a short distance away. The deity has no roof but there is a large entrance mandapam in front. Abhisheka Pooja at around 11 am is very eloborate.

We worshipped Lord Lakshmi Narasimhar and Anjaneyar. Priests were polite and did Aarathi patiently. But the devotees were not patient and everyone wanted to jump the queue. The shops before Anjaneyar temple have encroached the road and the municipality administration didn’t bother to remove them.

There are so many animals that you may have a chance to see when you are driving . I saw elephants and deer on the way and the forest area is so natural and clean and scenic , you will love each and every moment of your drive through the forest area. Make sure you drive slow and cautious to save animals crossing the road.

A protected conservation area and biosphere reserve in the south of Karnataka, adjoining Kerala and Tamil Nadu. It straddles a National highway and significant volume of traffic passes through on a daily basis. However, you would do well to stay in jungle lodge and enjoy the jungle safari (included in package). It would enable a leisurely visit to deeper areas of the forest and witness flora and fauna in natural settings.

Bandipur tiger reserve is the most famous tiger reserve National Park in Karnataka. I visit atleast once a year for my hunger of wildlife photography and this place has never sent me back empty handed.
A place to relax, many stays across all the budgets, and safari. A perfect place for a weekend getaway
