The food here is surprisingly good and the quality is fantastic,
There are 2 options for seating you could either sit inside a restaurant kind of place or you can sit outside the outlet on the benches, both get pretty crowded on the weekends.
Great place to get a snack with your family or friends.
Honouring a Hindu goddess, this historic temple includes a ropeway & an annual pilgrimage festival.
Really well maintained by government with aminities such as ropeway it's easy for elder to reach out there easily. 1600 steps will take 1hr 30 minutes with few breaks for adults. Many stalls are there for having quick bite during climbing.

The temple are beautifully structured and devotees are experiencing the divine feelings after climb on barefoot steps under the hot sun.
Please enjoy this place with spend at least 30min sitting on the floor of temple.

Temple with a very positive aura.. The idol of Maataji is very powerful. The big eyes of idol are so mesmerizing.
Once you enter the cable car entrance, it will take another 1 hour to board the cable car. Once you exit the cable car, you need to climb some steep steps, I think appox 500. We did not bypass the cable car, but stairways showed 1800 steps and 45 mins to reach temple.
Cable cars come at a price of 150 both ways and 120 one way (Normal ticket).
Parking space is available near the temple at ₹100. Many people park on the road on the way to avoid this expense.
Also no need to take off your shoes at the beginning. You have shoe stands at the entrance of the temple.

Most people go up the mountain by motorbike or car. But you can also hike up all the way to the temple. Be aware of the monkeys though.
Closer to the temple there are a lot of booths selling water, food and souvenirs. From time to time there was a herd of donkeys making their way up or down transporting gas containers and other things.

Pavagadh Sri Mahakali mataji temple is located on Pavagad hills in Panchamahal district Gujarat and also 50 km from Vadodara city also known as Baroda.
This temple is one of the Shaktipeeth among 51 shaktipeeth in India.Sati ma's right toe fell on this mountain.
we hired a car to travel to this temple from Baroda we never heard about this temple and this temple was not on our trip. One of my relative suggested visiting Pavagadh it will be beautiful and will have a great experience so we thought of visiting this temple We were excited to see this temple.
We can reach this temple top by 2-ways
1.By Footway(total 3000 steps).
2.Rope way.
We picked the Rope way option because we didn't have much time to walk to the top of the mountain even though after picking the ropeway option we needed to climb steps for 200-400 at least it will take 20-30 mins of time.
Getting into the ropeway there will be a huge queue there because the majority of the people picked the Rope way option, waiting for the ropeway allotment you need to wait until turn. If the rush is full it will take 1-2 Hours for waiting in the queue to board the ropeway.
Ropeway journey will be around 10-15 minutes watch out while boarding and deboarding in the ropeway,in the ropeway chamber only 6 people were allowed because 6 people is the limit.
While traveling to the temple way you can see many shops will be selling coconut and Pooja items and also a few snacks vendors.
Some Jain temples were there too on this temple while reaching the temple top we can see them and small ponds also available from the temple top view.
While walking on temple steps I observed a few things that surprised me:-
1. One old lady is walking with the help of a stick climbing the steps to visit Kali Mata temple.
2.One physically handicapped lady also climbs the steps with devotion.
Not only these 2 people I can see many old people visit this temple by walking with bare legs.
I was surprised by their devotion 👏👏👌 where Kalimata is called as Shakti she give Shakti to the people who are willing to climb steps to visit Kali Mata temple.
I was also worried about my parents with the grace of Kali Mata they didn't face any trouble in the climbing steps to visit the temple.
Usually there will be a rush in this temple the day I visited the people's rush was normal.
After reaching the temple it will take less time to complete Kali Mata Darshan.
Prasad also will be selling beside the temple each box costs 50 rupees at least by one try that Prasad.
This temple was renovated in the time of Modi ruling time and also some development works are still going on at the top of the temple.
Darshan is free no ticket and money culture in this temple.
In Puranas Rishi Vishwamitra did Tapasya on this mountain for Kali Mata later Kali Mata blessed Rishi Vishwamitra and Vishwamitra river is originated from this Pavagad hills area the same river flows through Vadodara city.
I wish everyone would visit this Kali Mata temple when you are in Baroda.
Everything is organised in the temple premises and also at ropeway services as well I liked it.
Jai Hind.

The temple is one of the Shakti Pithas and that is why has great importance. The best way to reach the temple is to take the ropeways which cost 150₹ two-way, and make sure to book the tickets online to get direct entry, offline tickets can take more than 3 to 4 hours in the queue.
After getting down to the ropeway station one has to climb more than 200 steps to reach the temple, the steps are newly constructed. The Mandir is well-organised and you can take the darshan within half an hour during the normal time.
The view from the top is breathtaking and mesmerizing.
Jai Mata Di.

Dakshinamoorthy Temple
EME Temple, Vadodara
Short for Electrical and Mechanical Corps, in honour of the people who built the temple, the EME Temples is a symbol of the secularity practised in the Indian Army, the EME Temple in Vadodara is an aluminium-clad abode, constructed at the intersection of ancient and modern.
Also known as the Dakshinamurthy temple, it primarily houses a massive idol of Lord Shiva, along with a miniature Lord Ganesha (specially brought in from Mahabalipuram). There is also a silver arch with the holy words "Om Namah Shivaya" engraved on it.
It is a popular opinion among archaeologists that this temple is unique regarding its design, concept and geodesic design covered with war scraps and aluminium sheets. The unique aspect is how the temple supports secularism by incorporating holy symbols from every religion in its structure. The Kalash on the top symbolises Hinduism. The Dome signifies Islam. The Tower represents Christianity. The Golden-structure above the tower expresses Buddhism. The Entrance stands for Jainism.
Built in classic geodesic architecture, the EME Temple is a perfect illustration of the values that are the foundation of the Indian Army. On the outside of the structure are carvings of holy symbols from various religions. Each substructure of the building is representative of a different faith –
The 'Kalash' on top of the dome symbolises Hinduism
The dome is found in the design of mosques, thus representing Islam
The tower is symbolic of Christianity
The golden cap above the tower represents Buddhism
The main gateway of the temple ropes in the Jain way
Rules to be followed when you visit EME Temple
1. Valid ID proof of at least one member of the group/family is needed for entry.
2. It may remain closed on Tuesday evenings so do check before going.
3. Mobile phones and cameras are not allowed.
4. Pets are not allowed in the temple premises.

This temple is called Shiva Mandir Dakshinamurti Mandir. The idol of Lord Shiva is seated and imparts knowledge of dance and art, spirituality and devotion. It is built and maintained by the Army. The 'priests' here are also military men. It is on the campus of EME School, admission is free. But ID proof is required. Its construction is of a very unique and secular type. Its ‘kalash’ represents Hinduism, the tower represents Christianity, the dome represents Islam, the golden top represents Buddhism, the entrance represents Jainism. This is a unique place to visit.

27 September 2022.
EME Temple.
EME : Electrical Mechanical Engineering is a supporting arm of the Indian Army.
Photography is not permitted. So, we did not take any. Photos given here are with the permission and courtesy of my brother-in-law Col V V Naik of EME.
At the gate, we had to show our I card to gain entry. We showed our AF cards but any proof of id like Aadhar is sufficient to enter.
The temple is located in a calm quiet and serene spot on the campus amid a copse of large trees and a well-maintained garden. The atmosphere is quite soothing.
A dome of aluminium alloy and a rectangular tapering tower draws your attention. The design of the dome is called a geodesic structure.
As per the information boards displayed at the temple, the idea and concept as well as its construction were carried out under the guidance and supervision of an earlier Commandant of EME School, Brig AF Eugine who was a Christian. It was built solely by “Shramdan” (volunteer labour) by the officers and men of the EME school. No government funds were utilised.
Even though a south-facing idol of Lord Shiva is installed this Dakshnishewr Shiva temple is a symbol of secularism. This is reflected in its architecture and design.
The dome is Islamic in character, The Kasha on top of the dome represents Hinduism, the spire-like tapering rectangular tower represents Christianity, the small golden structure on top of this tower indicates Buddhism, the entrance reflects Jainism and lastly the fire in the temple depicts Zoroastrianism.
An added attraction is the large number of beautifully engraved ancient and historical statues obtained by the engineers in aid of diggings of the Archaeological department, which have artfully been displayed in the temple premise.
Besides other, some minor temples the Amarnath Shiva installed in an artificially made cave-like structure grabs your attention. Here is a specially made and refrigerated glass case an ice shiv ling has been installed. Nicely executed idea to present an ice shiv ling akin to one at Amarnath.
Spent a delightful time going through smaller shrines, the Shiv Gufa, looking at all the beautiful 6 th and 7 th century statues of various gods, rishis and apsara’s.
Left with nice feeling.
12 photos sent by Vijay, all are given here.

EME Temple in Vadodara (Baroda) is renowned for its unique architecture and serene atmosphere. I appreciate its tranquility and distinctive design, resembling a pagoda. The temple holds significance for followers of the Indian Armed Forces due to its association with the EME (Electrical and Mechanical Engineering) Corps. Its also has Sai baba, Ganesh ji, Shri ram and Hanuman ji statues for worshipping. Quiet and a good place to visit with family.

it is believed as a salvation place of Lav and Kush (son of Ramachandra). In recent history, human settlement occurred around the second century after the hill became associated with the goddess Kali. It is believed that the foot of Parvati fell on this hill, making it sacred.[citation needed] Legend states that the hill's formation is attributed to the sage Vishwamitra Rishi, who lived here in bygone days. He had a cow named Kamadhenu. One day, the cow slipped while grazing and fell into the valley, which resulted in the cow attempting to scramble up the hill. Finally she produced milk, which filled the valley, and swam to higher ground. The Rishi learned of the mishap, and in order to prevent any such incident in the future, he prayed to the gods to fill the valley. The gods fulfilled his prayers with one fourth of a hill projecting out of the plains, Pavagadh Hill.[16]
Known for its forts, there are also dozens of heritage structures on the hill.[2] It is part of the Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.[1][11][17]

Nice hill located some 45km from vadodara, you can travel by bus from vadodara if you are budget traveler.
History:It is said that king Vanraj Chavda established Champaner at the foot of Pavagadh in fond memory of his wise minister Champa. Later, the Patai Raval family ruled it and took care of the boundary. The folk tales say that Mahakali assumed the form of a woman and danced in a Garba during Navaratri. The last Patai, Jaisinh watched her with dirty looks. The deity became angry at Jaisinh and cursed him that the town will fall. The Muslim emperor of Gujarat, Mahmud Begada assaulted Pavagadh and won the hill on the boundary in the 15th century.
Patai was defeated and killed. Mahmud Begada shifted his capital from Ahmedabad to Champaner for some time for reasons of diplomacy. He developed the town by constructing buildings such as the fort of Champaner, Uohra mosque, Mandavi, Kirtistambh, the temple of Shalkh, Jama Masjid, Nagina Mosque, and Kevda Mosque. The remains of the Palace of Begada are still found near Vad Talav (Banyan Pond) two kilometers (1.25 miles) away from Champaner by road.
The government has granted many concessions and offered subsidies to the new industries coming up in this area. As a result of it, Halol and Kalol towns near Pavagadh have turned into virtual industrial estates. A film studio at Halol has this added advantage.
Pavagadh is the gateway to Panchmahal. The locations of hilly areas around Halol provide good scenery. Pavagadh Hill has total height of 822 meters and you can find many scenic trails to climb including waterfalls during monsoon time. On the hill's eastern side, the Rangpur Ashram run by Mr. Hari Parikh works towards the upliftment of the local tribals. The plateau at an altitude of 490 meters is known as Machi Haveli. The bus service has been extended up to Machi.

A holy place of Maa Kaali. Must visit the Mahakali Temple either by stepping up the hill by stair case or rope way. Highly recommend to book the tickets for ropeway in advance(i.e. a day before of visit) to save the timing to buy the tickets of it.
The Vadodara Central Bus Station is a large and modern bus station located in the Ved Transcube Plaza. It has many eateries, shops, and seating areas to wait for buses. It is right next to the railway station, making it easy to get around.

Very nice Bus stand. Maintenance can be improved more but I will give it 5 stars as it is very well managed. Buses are running on time, very good sitting arrangement, lots of shops for eatries, washrooms are clean. However it could be made a world class station by making it more clean and organized.

Overall nice but many shops here are same means they have 6-9 shops just mobile related and all sell same services and their covers are also same...
And as usual food is ok ok but still their prices are like of posh areas mall ...
And the bus services provided are good for rest places but Vadodara to Anand buses are either less and very much crowded better to take train if you wanna just travel for once in a while ...

The place is awesome. Guards are polite and welcoming, also guide us if we ask about some place we didn't reach as per audio. I love to visit such royal and nostalgic places. Everything in it I love to see and listen to the history of this place. The paintings, carvings of each and every statue, details of interior and exterior everything is proof of how creative and professional artists were supposed to be in our past days. The aura of the sword room made me feel like how strong and powerful the King must be in that time who have been fighting for protection of their people. I was amazed and wanted to take a sword in my own hand and practice some fighting moves but obviously that is not possible for now as I'm not VVIP I don't know either if the VVIPS get to touch it but isn't it obvious if the queen and king of the palace allow someone to touch it then they will 100% try to take the sword in hand, my dream is to do such practice with the original. I have deducted 1 star because in the palace everywhere it's mentioned that photo and video is prohibited inside the palace and it is but foreigners were taking the photos freely and none of the guards stopped them to do so, I was disappointed to see that why the normal people of India are not allowed to take photos in there but the outside people are freely talking it why? Only if I guess they are supposed to pay more than I can consider the palace should charge more from the foreigner if they want to click pictures inside the palace and if they don't want to pay extra for the photos they must not get the picture inside.

Iconic tourist spot of the city. Went there for the first time after living in the city for about 15 years.
Entry fees is 250 per person which didn't quite feel worth it. Should have been 150 or maximum 200. Being a heavy traveller, this place didn't feel as amazing as other old and iconic places I've visited across India.
4-5 rooms, cafe and garden front view are the only thing to be covered. Couldn't get the audio kit as we entered in the last 1 hour and queue management wasn't great.
If you're bringing some guest, would rather suggest a combo ticket for 2 places + lunch.
Big con:
1. No pictures allowed inside the palace so moments cannot be captured.
2. Weapon room which is the best part is a medium sized room so can feel crowded if 20+ people enter it at once.
3. The Cafe didn't have water bottle available, which was surprising considering its open during day time when people might be thirsty
What I liked:
The washroom looks old school and is pretty well maintained.

One of best palaces after Rajasthan obviously, I have ever seen. The movie,"Satya Prem Ki Katha" have been shooted there. But one has to admit that the palace needs some more maintenance too. The audio aid is helpful to know the historical references. Without it the visit would be a mere seeing not the experiencing one. There is a small cafe in the palace. In summer time this is very helpful for the visitors. Who have survived the heat in Baroda, would know why I am saying so. The sculptures are very interesting and intriguing. To know the heritage and history of Baroda one must visit this palace of Gaekwads ancestry.

The entrance ticket is 250 per person and for 375 you can buy a combo for Fatehsingh Museum too (which has far better things to see from historical point of view). For palace the entrance is gate 2 and for museum it's gate 3. There's no way to walk to the museum from the palace despite both being in the same compound. Photography is allowed only outside and very small portion of palace is open to visit. The guards constantly whistle at visitors. It doesn't give you feeling of tourist place with so many restrictions and rules.

When informed about the issue in ticket booking counter, clerk took it casual as a know issue and asked to proceed to entry. If I would have thought there is a bank issue and purchased the tickets again I would have lost dearly.Tickets cost you around ₹250 per adult and ₹150 per kid.
It was a wonderful experience. Visit historical places every now and then. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Thank you ☺️

Majestic palace and one of the most beautiful ones indeed! It is very well maintained and you need to buy a ticket if you want a tour of the palace from the inside. Audio tour is also available. Photography is prohibited inside the palace. You can click from the outside. It's a must visit place if you are in Baroda because it tells us about the rich heritage here!
Samruddhi Karnik — Google review
A good place to visit while at Vadodara.
The visitors are allowed in a small part of the Palace. Different rooms have different exhibits, which are well kept and labelled.
A complimentary audio guide helps you understand the exhibits. You have to choose the language - English, Hindi or Marathi. Photography is allowed only outside but not inside.
You can see the exhibits at your own pace. Please allow about 2 hours.
I would certainly recommend a visit to the Palace when in Vadodara.

Positives:
- The palace is great and wonderful. It clearly shows how Kings used to live, it's massive.
- Once you enter the building you will be directed to the office, where you can get the audio device which will guide you through. The devices are available in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Cleanliness and lighting is enough to see the artifacts and paintings etc. They have different rooms on the ground floor open for visiting which the audio device will help you with.
- You can do a lot of photography with the external view of this palace.
- Very quiet and serene. There is a golf course too, but I don't think we can visit that part.
- The place has a small restaurant/canteen where you can have something to eat/drink.
- There is a room full of weapons which have been used in a war. The audio device describes in details about some of the weapons which helps a lot.
Negatives:
- They charge a good amount but the visitors are only allowed on ground floor, rest it closed for visitors.
- It will take you some time to understand how your audio device works, without it you will just roam around and see things.
- DSLR's are now allowed, but phone cameras are. This did not make sense.
- Pigeons are messing up various statues and they need to clean those.
If you are visiting on weekend it will be a little crowded and you will have to wait for your turn to click your photos.
Parking is ample and free.
Ticket cost us Rs. 250/- per person on Sunday.
Verdict: I would not suggest anyone to drive miles just to see this place. But if you are around, do pay a visit. A little more maintenance is required.

Hathni Mata Temple is a serene and picturesque Hindu temple located near Jund Hanuman and Pavagadh. It is an ideal place to visit during monsoon season as it offers stunning natural beauty and is perfect for photography. The temple of Lord Shiva nearby adds to the peaceful ambiance of the place, providing visitors with solitude from their fast-paced lives. Hathni Mata Temple is known for its rejuvenating energy, making it an excellent spot to refresh one's mind.
Totally recommended place for hiking lovers.
But never go there as a single person, always go with a group, or minimum 3 people.
The reason for not going alone is, the place is very spooky, initially during the day I am very sure you would not feel it, but as the evening hours start you would feel it, and trust me when I say that.
Also the rocks might hurt you when you go in the waterfall beside the temple, so always wear your footwear while going in the water.
BRIEF OF THE TEMPLE: The temple stone is in the shape of an elephant, and therefore it is called hathni mata. Beside the holy stone is another stone in the shape of a turtle, all of it is made from a single stone.
NOTE: The waterfall is not available for 12 months, only in the monsoon season you will be able to see the rushing flow of water and green land else it's just rocks and trees, good for mountaineers

Soothing weekend getaway with a decent road trip near Vadodara enjoyed the weather and view. Must try if you are in and around the location
Kunal Patil — Google review
The Hathni Mata Temple located in Vadodara is a hidden gem that offers a truly unique and breathtaking experience for visitors. One of the main highlights of this temple is the stunning waterfall that flows down from the hills behind it, creating a truly awe-inspiring atmosphere.
The temple is especially beautiful in the summer months, when the lush greenery surrounding the temple is in full bloom and the waterfall is at its most impressive. However, it should be noted that since the temple is located in a village, visitors should not expect all the modern amenities and facilities that they would find in a city.
Despite this, the natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere of the temple more than make up for any lack of facilities. It is highly recommended that visitors bring their own vehicles to the temple, as public transportation may not be readily available in the area.
Overall, if you are looking for a serene and awe-inspiring temple experience that is off the beaten path, Hathni Mata Temple is definitely worth a visit. Just make sure to come prepared with your own vehicle and a sense of adventure!

I think off monsoon season is not the beat choice to visit this place. I visited this place in feb 2021, there id no waterfall but he place was very quiet and peacefull. Also got the chance to see mataji very closely and to click a lot of pics. Local peoples are also very friendly and helpful. Our route was started from pavagarh , so the road was passing through a jungle , which scared my wife but i was having too much fun.We are planning ti visit again in monsoon season, then i will update you again.

A must visit! It feels as if you have entered a whole new world! The temple is too peaceful and serene with the water body surrounding it, and very well planned. Everything is detailed and there isn't a single corner which seem uninteresting. You'll experience a whole new world inside it. Best time to visit according to me is from 4-8 so that you get the experience of daylight, sunset and the night lights as well.

Rang Avadhoot Maharaj Temple in Nareshwar is a spiritual place for worship located on the bank of Narmada river, which also falls on the route of Narmada Parikrama. This temple is known for its serene and divine atmosphere and offers neat and clean ghats for puja. The temple campus also includes rooms for night stay. The location provides an excellent view of the Narmada river, with parking facilities available nearby.

It's a beautiful holly place.
Just need to make more slopes so specially-abled people can visit the place without any problem. Need to plant more trees and need an open shady seating area. It will be helpful to people specifically on festival days.
There are so many monkeys which can follow you so be careful, especially when you have some food.

Nestled amidst nature's embrace, this spiritual haven transcends the mundane, captivating hearts and souls with its ethereal beauty. As I stepped foot into this sacred sanctuary, a serene tranquility washed over me, embracing me in its gentle embrace. The air whispered ancient wisdom, and the surroundings pulsated with a divine energy that resonated deep within. The harmonious symphony of chanting voices echoed through the air, infusing the atmosphere with a profound sense of reverence. Each step I took, I felt closer to something greater, something intangible yet palpable. This spiritual place is a sacred gateway where the ordinary transcends into the extraordinary, leaving an indelible mark on every visitor's soul.

On the bank of Narmada River... A spiritual & peaceful place. You may feel the positive vibration here and the Nareshwar trust maintains this divine place as it is. It is possible only because the place is situated very far from the reach of normal tourists. Therefore this place is saved from them and the devotees of Shree Rang Avdhoot Maharaaj were unique and they mostly obey the words of their Guru.

VR Mall is the name very popular among the locals and we better know it by this name only. The location of this place is pretty easy to find and has became landmark of that area over the past 12 years since its construction.
Temperature monitoring is done at the entrance as well as hand sanitisation process is followed thereafter.👍
There are a lots of discount rates as well as numerous sales available here periodically. Today, I went to avail such offer. There were reasonable rates among the clothing as well as other accessories for both men and women. Also, kids wear section too had huge offers and discounts. Particularly, all formal wears as well as casual wear offered hefty discounts. This include huge brands like Van Heusen, Turtle, Peter England, Raymond and many more.❤️💕
Though the prices were low, the quality of the products are never compromised. To shop at this mall at such a sale event turns to be fruitful in saving money whereas availing the best goods you might possibly think of.
A nice place to shop for your choice of wear. A multitude of clothing options for all genders and genres.

: A Luxurious Shopping Experience at VR Mall with Price Considerations
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Elegant Shopping Environment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️:
VR Mall offers an elegant and sophisticated shopping environment. The layout is well-designed, and the overall ambiance is upscale, providing a pleasurable and luxurious experience for shoppers.
Diverse Retail Options ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️:
The mall houses a diverse range of high-quality retail outlets, offering a variety of premium products. The selection caters to different tastes and preferences, providing a broad spectrum of options for shoppers seeking luxury and exclusivity.
Customer Service Excellence ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️:
The customer service at VR Mall is commendable. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. Whether it's providing information about products or helping with inquiries, the level of service contributes positively to the overall shopping experience.
Price Considerations ⭐️⭐️⭐️:
While VR Mall provides a luxurious shopping experience, it's essential to acknowledge that the prices may be on the higher side, making it less accessible for the middle class. The premium nature of the products and the overall ambiance contribute to the elevated pricing, limiting affordability for a broader range of shoppers.
In conclusion, VR Mall offers a delightful and luxurious shopping experience, earning a four-star rating. However, it's important to note that the higher prices might be a limiting factor for middle-class shoppers. For those seeking a premium experience, VR Mall is an excellent choice, but budget-conscious consumers may find it less accessible.

Dumas Beach is a lively urban beach that boasts a diminutive Hindu temple and a walkway lined with refreshment stalls. It's an ideal destination for leisure and creating unforgettable memories during vacations. A plethora of outdoor activities, such as horseback riding, cycling, camel riding, and gaming stations for children, are on offer. However, the area is notorious for having vast amounts of mud littering the shorelines and generally unclean beaches.
It's a Dumas beach near Surat city.

Also little food stalls like food park. And Maggie store too.

And if you planning to go by surat bus services then it will drop you around 1 km or 1 and half km before the beach. And the rides of animals or monster car etc. which offers at beach try to negotiate with them . They charge much more for a very short distance.

visited Dandi today.. This has got to be one of the best improvement to help people to remember the importance of the country's history.
The whole area has been completely made and the old museum restored. I was also impressed by the great use of solar pamels and the environmental consciousness of the project.
Well worth a visit. p.s. we did not have any trouble with ticket office.
The people were very friendly and informative.
I definitely recommend it for a great day out and not forgetting the wonderful clean family friendly beach

Nice place where it will be fun to visit if you reach early in the morning. And there is also a famous place for the Salt Satyagraha of Mahatma Gandhi, so you can also see the museum related to Gandhiji here. Along with this, you can also visit the Samarpan Ashram here, which will be found between Dandi Beach and Museum. One special thing here is that you will get entry only in full Indian dress, otherwise you may have to stay outside.

Dandi Beach offers a serene escape with its golden sands and soothing waves. The pristine shoreline invites you to unwind and relish nature's beauty. While the beach lacks bustling activities, its tranquility is a refreshing break from urban life. Sunset paints the sky with hues of orange and pink, casting a magical spell. The cleanliness and simplicity add to the charm, making Dandi Beach an ideal spot for those seeking peaceful moments by the sea. However, limited amenities may require visitors to bring their essentials. Overall, Dandi Beach captivates with its natural allure, providing a peaceful retreat for those who appreciate simplicity and serenity.

Dandi Beach in India is a serene coastal stretch located in the state of Gujarat. With its expansive shoreline along the Arabian Sea, the beach offers black & brown sands against the backdrop of a tranquil sea. Dandi holds historical significance as the site where Mahatma Gandhi led the Salt March in 1930, a pivotal moment in India's fight for independence.
Visitors can appreciate the scenic beauty, engage in water activities, and explore the memorial dedicated to the Salt March, all while enjoying the sun & waves and sea water on this historically rich beach.
The bustling scene encompasses a plethora of recreational options, including Trampoline for kids, horse & camel excursions, and bike/buggy rides. However, the introduction of horse and camel riding businesses on the beach has resulted in an undesirable accumulation of dung and filth along the shore.

Gira Waterfalls is a stunning natural wonder located in Gujarat's hill station. This picturesque waterfall is most active during monsoon season, with a large flow of water that attracts visitors from all over. However, it is advisable to visit after monsoon season, preferably in October when the rain has subsided and the waterfall can be enjoyed fully. The area also boasts a shopping market where visitors can purchase unique local crafts and artifacts made of wood.
This is a best location ever i see in any hill station in Gujarat. It's absolutely great. In monsoon there were big flow of water and it's viewable and you must see that time.

There are so many shops on the wat where you can buy handcrafted items. Only thing is they should not allow shops after stairs so it won't block the view from the viewpoint.

No much place for car parking. the way to the falls is very rocky. Lots of sellers will be available on the side on the walkway. Spend a full evening here during the rainy season.

Devka Beach is a picturesque shoreline with numerous food stalls, bars, and options for camel or horse-riding. Visitors can also find shops and hotels in the vicinity. When visiting this beach for water sports, it's crucial to thoroughly inquire beforehand as the availability of such activities can be unreliable or even closed. Nonetheless, this beach offers an idyllic ambiance to relish the cool breeze and create joyful memories with loved ones. » The sand color at Jampore Beach is grey or black. There are plenty of options to explore if all you want to do is enjoy the sea and its weather or the sunset. The development of the beach is now finished. moreover, it is lovely for walking and setting.
» The beach gets extremely crowded over this holiday, so if you are traveling with family, you might locate some quiet spots away from the main activity or entrance area.
» Though there are many of possibilities, I don't like to engage in water activities here. Beachside activities include Bagga Gadi, GTV for youngsters, and hourse riding.
» Public spaces, pay and use toilets are good, and you must follow to all traffic laws to avoid receiving a ticket immediately.
» Parking is easily accessible and appropriate for vehicles with two or four wheels.

Wilson Hills is a picturesque hill station located in Gujarat, currently undergoing development by the government. The rolling green hills and valleys offer breathtaking views of forested greenspace and lovely viewpoints, making it an ideal destination for a one-day picnic with friends and family. The area boasts a beautiful garden that looks especially stunning during monsoon season, and driving to Wilson Hills is a pleasurable experience.
Visited this place for stargazing on the no moon night..
The experience is really awesome.. In hot summer the temperature at night falls down to 15 degree..

Wilson hill is a superb place for outing for a short picnic. Wilson Hills is a hill station near Dharampur Tahsil. Wilson Hills stands in a densely forested region. Just 120 kms from Saputara. Best time to visit in monsoon. Don't go in couple. make enough group of 8-10 people. Keep your food ready with you. Don't forget to have camera or smart phone with good MP camera with you. The beauty starts from the road to Wilson hill. Its little bit adventures type outing so not suitable for aged people.
Very good outing place with friends and family. May get bored if you go in couple. Height of the place, scenery, peacefulness are enjoyable.
Don't forget to take your own snacks and water. There is only one restaurant and some private properties.
Best place to enjoy sunset and monsoon beauty.
Road is curvy but good for driving.
Nearby: Barumal (mainly Shiv) temple. Food is available here also.

Wilson hill is a hill station in Gujarat. Located on a top of the hill this place is just like any hill point that becomes beautiful during the rains. The place was filled with tourist when I went but the weather was chery on top. It's a beautiful place but if you are going when the season is high make sure that you get your parking sorted in the beginning. But overall a good place to visit if you are around.

Review: Willsion Hill - A Captivating Journey Through Time and Nature
Rating: ★★★★☆
Nestled amidst rolling hills and lush greenery, Willsion Hill offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This hidden gem, located in the heart of the countryside, provides visitors with a captivating journey through time and nature. During my recent visit to Willsion Hill, I was enthralled by its rich history and breathtaking landscapes.
One of the most impressive aspects of Willsion Hill is its historical significance. As I explored the area, I discovered remnants of an ancient civilization that once thrived there. The well-preserved ruins and artifacts provided glimpses into the lives of those who inhabited the hill centuries ago. It was fascinating to imagine the stories and events that unfolded in this very place long before our time.
The nature surrounding Willsion Hill is nothing short of spectacular. The hill offers panoramic views of the countryside, with rolling hills stretching as far as the eye can see. Hiking trails wind their way through the hills, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the beauty of the natural landscape. The air is crisp and refreshing, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it the perfect retreat for nature enthusiasts.
The staff at Willsion Hill were friendly and knowledgeable, offering guided tours that provided valuable insights into the history and ecology of the area. Their passion for the hill was evident, and their willingness to share their knowledge enhanced the overall experience.
However, there were a few areas that could be improved upon. The signage and information boards throughout the site were somewhat lacking, making it difficult to fully understand the significance of certain areas and features. It would be beneficial for the management to invest in clearer and more informative signage to enhance the educational value of the visit.
Additionally, the amenities at Willsion Hill were limited. There was only one small café on-site, which often resulted in long queues and limited food options. Expanding the dining facilities and providing more food choices would greatly enhance the overall visitor experience.
Despite these minor drawbacks, Willsion Hill is a destination that I highly recommend to anyone seeking a unique and enriching experience. Whether you are a history enthusiast, a nature lover, or simply someone looking for a tranquil escape, Willsion Hill will not disappoint. Its blend of rich history, breathtaking landscapes, and warm hospitality make it a place worth exploring. I left Willsion Hill feeling inspired and rejuvenated, with a newfound appreciation for the wonders of the past and the beauty of the natural world.

Picnic spot near by surat & vapi & valsad
- wilson hills
Recently we visited on 16/06/2023. It’s quite near from surat take 3 hrs to reach and from vapi take 2 hour. Way to wilson hill is amazing and very beautiful.
The climate was amazing with frequent rains and clouds at the top. Wilson Hill is slowly turning in a tourist hotspot for a one day picnic. A perfect 1 day trip to the place would make your memory worth of it.
In my humble opinion. this place is best during winter and Monsoon. Monsoon is the best time to visit and experience green mountains and frequent rains.

The drive to the place is just mind blowing.
Quite steep but great to drive.
It isn't as busy as other places and exactly why it is brilliant.
Is being maintained quite well with a great walking path around the edge and ample space for kids to play and families to relax.
The views were supposed to be great but we didn't see anything due to clouds.

Sunset Point, also known as Gandhi Shikhar, is a popular spot located near Saputara Museum. It offers stunning views of the sunset, Dang Forest, and nearby tribal villages. The best time to visit is from March to November. Visitors can reach the point in 10 minutes using the Ropeway or local transport. Nearby attractions include Vansda National Park and Saputara Museum.
Great Place For Viewing Sunset, I Went Through Rope Way From Table Land Point And Experience Was Amazing, There Are Shops There For Snacks, If U Are Going There Directly By Car Then U Have To Walk Around 1 K.m To Go There Best Way Is Go By Rope Way From Table Land Point.

Sunset Point also known as governor hill, is the highest point in Saputara. It comes under Dang Forest in the Aravallis. Basically a table top area at the top, offer a spectacular view. You will find a lots of fun activity like beautiful flower double seat bicycle, bike riding, horse riding, camel ride etc. Also available Ropeway Facility.
The paragliding facility here and experience offers a scenic view of the landscapes around and is a perfect adventure activity for adrenaline-junkies. Enthusiasts are provided with a proper briefing session preparing them with the required skills and confidence for this amazing adventure!
Beautiful valley and sky filled with colorful hue in the evening.

Sunset Point in Saputara is a breathtaking destination that offers a truly unforgettable experience. As the name suggests, this spot is famous for the spectacular views of the sun setting over the Western Ghats, which creates a stunning display of colors across the sky.
The view from Sunset Point is simply breathtaking, with the surrounding hills and valleys bathed in golden light as the sun sets. Visitors can take in the scenery while relaxing on the benches provided, or opt for a more active experience by taking a short hike to the point.
What's great about Sunset Point is that it is easily accessible and offers something for everyone. Whether you're a nature lover, a photographer, or simply someone who appreciates stunning views, this spot is sure to leave you feeling awe-inspired.
Overall, I highly recommend a visit to Sunset Point in Saputara. It's a must-visit destination for anyone traveling to the area, and offers a truly unforgettable experience. Whether you're planning a romantic evening or a family outing, Sunset Point is sure to be a highlight of your trip.

As the name suggests, it is point to witness the beautiful moment of sun setting down. The shades of different colours appearing on the sky is mesmerizing. Also the aerial view of lake and the town visible from this point is awesome. There are two ways to reach the sunset point, one is through ropeway (which starts from Table point) and other one is by climbing up on the hill. It is almost close to 1 km strenuous climb, the vehicles are not allowed except for the bikes which are provided by the locals on chargeable basis (they charge Rs 100 one way). There are few stalls where water and food are available. For children, there are few recreational stuff such as RC cars, horse rides, etc. There is no entry charge if one decides to climb up while travel through ropeway is chargeable.
It is located on height and we can only go by a walk by hiking on the hill. It will take some time. The view is amazing from there.
Rock Buddy — Google review
Pls don't go there by rope way. Pls don't waste your time & money to come here as Govt Construction work is in progress at present. After reaching at the opposite end, there is restriction to go out. You will not be allowed to go till Sunset point. They are running rope way only to benefit few food stalls here. There is no point visiting here till the time construction is over. They should actually stop running rope way business tilln construction is over. Tourists are misguided.
If you want to visit sunset point, go by road till Toran Ambika hotel of Gujarat tourism. There is parking available at this place. From here you can go by walking to sunset point. But this is advised for those only who can walk on steep heel.
Jagdish Thadani — Google review
Beautiful place to visit and use Ropway to reach there.
Shahid Ahmad — Google review
If you reach there, it is amazing but first you have to reach there. There is a inclined climbing of atleast a km before you reach the top. BTW if you want to go to trolley, this is the same way. Cars are stopped below and then a inclined walk of almost a km to reach the top.
You can take a small self driven scooter for 100/- to reach the top and Rs.50/- if you want to come down on it.
It is a good point and worth to go. Be fit and save money.
Salim Kaydawala — Google review
The best view comes after the hardest climb.” “Stop staring at mountains. Climb them instead, yes, it's a harder process but it will lead you to a better view.”really it is very calm place that you can come for meditation

The Sunset Point is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Saputara, offering a breathtaking view of the sun setting behind the lush green hills. The point is located at an altitude of approximately 1220 meters above sea level and offers a panoramic view of the Dang forest and the winding roads that lead to the hill station.
The best time to visit Sunset Point is during the late afternoon when the sun is about to set. The view of the orange sun setting behind the hills is truly spectacular and is sure to leave you mesmerized. The serene atmosphere and cool breeze make it a perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day of sightseeing.
There are a few small shops and vendors selling snacks and beverages near the Sunset Point, so you can enjoy some refreshments while taking in the view. Additionally, there are a few benches and seating areas where you can sit and enjoy the view at your leisure.
Overall, the Sunset Point in Saputara is a must-visit attraction for anyone traveling to this beautiful hill station. The stunning view of the sunset and the tranquil surroundings make it a perfect place to unwind and relax in the midst of nature.

Saputara Lake is a serene man-made reservoir that offers plenty of opportunities for recreation, including boating and relaxing in tree-shaded areas. The lake is surrounded by picturesque landscapes and provides a clean environment for visitors to enjoy. There are several food stalls nearby where one can grab a quick meal or snack, as well as hotels in close proximity to the lake.

✨ Saputara Lake is the perfect destination for quality family time during the monsoon 🌧️. It's enveloped by lush trees 🌳, and both the lake and garden are well-maintained 🍃. Boating 🚣 is also an option here at a reasonable price, and I highly recommend trying it out. Enjoy a memorable day surrounded by nature at this lovely spot! 🤗

Saputara Lake is the heart of Saputara. Mainly Pedal boats are there, and normal boats are also available. We took the pedal boat as they were in a better condition.
Timing is from 8am to 7pm
I will suggest visiting the lake in the morning (if u have a single day trip) to avoid the harsh sun. During the evening we mostly visit to see the sunset so it will not be manageable, better to go in morning itself.
But if u have 2 evenings then go boating on 1st evening as Lake during evening is mesmerizing!
Charges are fixed around 100 per head
There are many small shops for refreshments around boating ticket counter where you can try lemon soda, tea etc. Kids games and entertainment is available over here.
(2 seater decorated cycle for adults is preferable to ride here as compared to table point, since the road is plain in Boating club area.)

This lake is known as 'Dal lake of Gujarat' or 'Kashmir of the West'. It is visited by local as well as other tourists from different parts of the country. The wooden boats on this lake resembles the Shikara boats of Dal lake in Kashmir. The boat ride costs Rs. 400 per hour. There are some watersport activities like boating etc. in this lake. Also, this lake is surrounded by small hills which makes this place beautiful and serene. Near this lake, there are some small tea and snacks stalls as well as dhabas in which lots of tasty non veg as well as veg items are available.

Nestled about 20 km from Nashik, York Winery is a charming family-run boutique winery offering a delightful blend of wine tastings, vineyard tours, and delectable dining experiences. With its picturesque nine-acre vineyards overlooking Gangapur Dam, this friendly winery prides itself on producing award-winning premium wines such as the York Sparkling Rose and Chenin Blanc.
The best vineyard in Nashik hands down. Their dessert wine is to die for, also the food they serve is top notch. Do try this place out instead of Sula, it's really underrated !

This is great place to hangout with friends, family and loved ones. This place offers finest wine around Nashik and better than Sula. This place is not big as other nearby wineries but their menu is bigger and better than others.
I really like their signature sparkling wine and the outside sitting was just perfectly romantic, untill rain forced us in. Anyways we had great time and the food was great as well. Although the service was pretty slow and we were not able to taste their other delicacies.
They've parking space, but also charge cover of 300 per person. But you can use the whole cover amount on any purchase or dining inside this place. Staff is very polite.
Highly recommended place.

We visited the York winery during our stay in Nashik. Being our first visit to a winery, we found the place to no other visitors other than ourselves. The parking lot was open and spacious.
One needs to purchase a coupon for Rs.300 per person, that can be redeemed inside the winery.
We went for the wine tasting tour. It costed us Rs.300 per person which was redeemed using the coupon. Our tour guide Mr. Sameer was knowledgeable and well spoken. After the tour ended, we visited the restaurant for a quick bite. We ordered french fries, the food was tasty and the portion size was huge.
The place was clean and maintained well.
Overall, it was an enjoyable visit to this place. Would surely recommend.

York Winery was recently taken over by Sula Wines. The place got some makeover with some repairing and brightening of the tasting room.
The tasting room is fair but the highlight of the place was the restaurant. Tried several starters and all were very good. Prawns, chicken ghee roast was amazing and main course of chicken in black masala (local preparation) was very good too. They has some decent wine to go with the food.
Overall we were very happy with the food, service and the ambiance.

After a very exhausting traffic jam near Sula we finally reached York Winery.
Wanted to eat at the restaurant but a half an wait so decided to do a wine tour and tasting. Since the vineyards are closed for the monsoon we did a wine tasting.
Inder our tour guide was excellent and explained a lot in details.
York Winery is now taken over by Sula and i am not a big fan of their Wine 🍷 so a tour at this time was the best. You get to taste 6 wines but i bet the best ones are saved for purchase 😉
Had a wonderful time.

Beautiful place but Rijul, the tour guide was a little intimidating and inapproachable. Making faces or laughing at something we said, right in front of us. Also, I booked the 5.30 slot on 1st August and we were asked to reach the lobby, he comes, says "arey yaar" to our faces when he was asked to give us the tour. Don't think you can do that in the hospitality industry now, can you? Everything is great, from your restaurant staff to the views, maybe work on fixing the attitude of your tour managers. No doubt he had A LOT of knowledge and answered all our queries.. but made faces while doing so. Very inapproachable. Seemed like he was favouring us and didn't really wanna be there. A little oversmart. I read reviews where it was said he was really good. I don't know, it seemed like he was cranky and was having a bad day. Rest, a beautiful experience. Thanks!

Best avoided. I already had experienced the extremely poor service and quality of food when I had visited this place around 6 years back but one thing I used to admire about this place was the view of Gangapur dam. Even that is not there now due to some construction taking place right in front of the lawn.
Extremely poorly managed place with no sense of service and hospitality.

They wine serving skills is totally out.
Wine is chill to maintain the temperature the wine should placed in ice bucket but here ntg.
Food I am not satisfied, all over cooked or fried.
As food dose not look presentable I did not take pictures.

I recently had a disappointing experience at York Winery in Nashik. I ordered the chicken biryani, and to my dismay, it was the worst I've ever had. The rice was overcooked, making it mushy, and the chicken was dry and lacked flavor. What made matters worse was the raita accompanying the biryani, which had a strong, unpleasant smell. This dining experience fell far short of my expectations, andAdding to the disappointment, not only was the food subpar at York Winery in Nashik, but the cost was also exorbitant and did not align with the quality of the meal. The chicken biryani's high price tag was unjustifiable given the lackluster taste and unappealing presentation. Also the normal a bowl of gravy is worth rs 245, The overall dining experience left me feeling that the cost was far from being worth it. I would advise others to carefully consider their options before choosing York Winery for a dining experience, especially if they are seeking value for their money. I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve the quality of their dishes.

A perfect place to explore on your weekend. Located just after Sula vineyard. Less crowed than its neighbouring vineyard, Sula and more fun. This is not as big as Sula, however the experience is great. The cover charges are Rs. 300 per person. They have ample parking space, parking is not an issue even during weekends. They have the wine tasting session once in every hour which costs Rs. 500. One can purchase wines from their wine store here. There is also a restaurant section at the top where one can try different wines and along with some munchies. The view from the top is amazing. Also, there is a restaurant on the ground floor 'Cellar' which serves amazing food, again with great views. The service here is simply awesome. Prices are not that highly expensive. All in all, a great experience. Would surely recommend.

Your winery is great place to visit and we really enjoyed being there. Although we didn’t visit during season it was good experience. Your wine were good. Ambience and wine tasting places has great view and it is calm & quiet place as not much visitors there. We chose your place against the other famous winery destination for that reason.
Small imp suggestion- black wine bottle cloth bag quality must be improved as stitching is very poor. We almost lost our purchased wine bottle as cloth and stitching didn’t hold weight of wine bottle. Please improve quality of those bags as it might happen to others and they will lose fine wine bottle due to this. Please get those replace with good quality bags.

The location can be easily accessed through detailed mapping, allowing guests to find hotels near the vineyard as well as other nearby landmarks and transportation options. Sula Vineyards is situated approximately 15km west of Nashik and holds a considerable share of the Indian wine market with eco-friendly facilities powered by harvested rainwater, solar panels, and drip irrigation techniques.
Very nice place. Good restaurants Little Italy. Worth visiting even if you are not very enthusiastic in wine.
Good walking tour of the factory.
Best time to visit Jan- March.
Their could be a lot of walking from parking to inside places.
Plan well if difficult walking. Lot of chairs in between to take rest.

Sula Vineyards is nice when visited during monsoons or winters. They have open as well as covered parking. The entry fee for weekends is Rs 1000 per adult. No entry fee for children at least upto age of 13. The fee is a cover charge and can be used to buy food and wine inside. They have a nice path to take a walk around to see the place and click a lots of pictures however if you are visiting with a toddler, I recommend you get your stroller along. They have a golf cart or buggy but that is only for the ones who are staying at their hotel. The tour was okay as all that was showed to us was the storage containers and a lot of theory. We enjoyed the wine tasting but if you are a bigger group then I would suggest that you skip it and enjoy the wine on their terrace restaurant using your coupons at your own pace. Food here is not great. I had their pizzas and cheese platter. Cheese platter being the worst. They have other restaurant too. Overall a scenic place, not much to offer than tasty wines.

The resort is beautifully done and upgraded over the years with spacious rooms tastefully done. The staff is very cordial and attentive to the needs of guests. The package includes wine tasting and visit to their brewery which made an interesting trip to understand wine culture which is gaining popularity in India too. The food in their restaurants is delicious and breakfast spread is decent. The pool and outdoor seating during evenings is very relaxing and entertaining particularly as they had musical artists performing melodiously and was spellbinding with a variety of choice of wines and barbeques. A great place to enjoy and relax with family or friends or even couples wanting to enjoy the peace and calm. Will certainly recommend a stay !! Winter months are more preferable to stay

Sula Vineyards - The place where wine is made.
If you love wine and you want to know more about how it's been made, then this is the place to visit.
You can get a tasting of wines and a tour of the vineyard, it is a half an tour where you get to know how wine is made and how it is been aged, if you opt for tasting, you get to taste 5 different wines(including red and white wine).
Overall a great place where you can click pictures and have fun.
There is a restaurant where you can have food as well.
The entry that you pay, can get redeemed for anything, including wine bottles or tasting tours and any souvenirs or gift items that is available.
January to March is supposed to grapes season, so if you visit that time of the year, then you might get to do the Grape-treading or grape-stomping, if the covid situation has eased out.
Overall a great experience.

Had a memorable stay here. Stayed in a treehouse cottage in Apr this year. Came back for more in May and stayed in Vintage room.
The staff is very friendly.
Their wine tasting sessions are quite good and exhaustive. The Wine tasting sessions are improving very fast - this time was even better than the one in Apr 23.
The sourdough sandwiches are something to remember.
Their amphitheatre had an awesome ambience for dinner.

During my visit to Sula Vineyards last year, I had the pleasure of experiencing the renowned number one vineyard of Nashik. One of the highlights was trying their Zinfandel Rose wine, which was truly mouthwatering. The wine had an amazing taste that was both refreshing and flavorful, leaving a lasting impression. The vineyard's commitment to producing exceptional wines was evident in every sip.
Aside from the exquisite wine, the view from the top restaurant was truly heartwarming. The picturesque surroundings added to the overall ambiance, creating a serene and enjoyable atmosphere. Whether you're a wine enthusiast or simply seeking a memorable culinary experience, Sula Vineyards offers a perfect blend of stunning views and delectable wines.
From the vineyard's top-notch hospitality to the breathtaking scenery, my visit to Sula Vineyards was nothing short of remarkable. I highly recommend visiting this vineyard for an unforgettable journey into the world of wine, accompanied by breathtaking vistas that will capture your heart.

Lovely tour. The tour guide was very energetic and informative. I had booked a room at their affiliate properties- Beyond and this wine tasting tour was complimentary in it.
Beyond also arranged for a cab for the drop and pickup from the vineyards.
The vineyards were beautiful, hygienic and very interesting. The weather was great and all the wines tasted exclusive and different.
I got to taste 6 different varieties of wine and all of them were unique and exquisite!

Located beyond the midc area at Nashik. Nice cool place with ample green lush. You can tour the process of wine making. The restaurant is good. Good place for photography. The entry charges during weekend is Rs.1000/-, which seems to be high. Other days it is Rs. 600 per head. However, they issue coupon for said amount which can be redeemed for purchase of wine, gift articles, food etc. Overall a nice place to visit.

A really nice place to come and visit if you are a wine lover. I would suggest visiting this place during the cooler months of November to January.
Post Jan if you go to this place that opens only after 11:30 the sun is so hot that it is difficult to explore the outdoor settings and the vineyards that you can otherwise.
The tour of the factory and the wine tasting are absolutely worth every penny that you spend and they are very educational as well.
There is ample amount of parking available here but the shaded parking is only for guests who are staying at their property.
For those only visiting the property you have to park in the hot sun, so be prepared to get into a car that is like an oven once you are back from the vineyards.
Overall it is a good one time visit if you are in Nashik.

Very beautiful place for a day outing. Right from entering the place looks amazing. Completely neat and clean. The restaurant is good, but little expensive. All the wines are sold at MRP, I think if they are prepared there, there should be some discount so that people can buy. Most of the people buys just to cover the charges they have paid at the entrance.
There are cover charges which you need to pay at the time of entry.
Weekdays-600 per person
Weekends-1000 per person
Huge parking space is available which is not chargeable.
Overall nice place to visit with family/gang to have fun and click beautiful pictures.

What an amazing time we had at Sula !!! To see and learn the process of wine making and sampling the varieties was truly a wonderful experience and educational. The vineyard in itself is a beautiful space nestled in a scenic landscape just outside the city of Nashik. With luxury rooms, restaurants, gift shops, and a tasting room to try different wines, Sula Valley is the perfect place for a weekend getaway.

Sula wine is often hailed as a must-visit destination, but in my opinion, it falls short of the hype. Their entry fees alone are exorbitant, demanding at least Rs 600 on weekdays and Rs 1000 on weekends, with no exceptions. Although they provide coupons equivalent to the entry fee, the overall cost is still staggering. Paying such a hefty sum for a mere 60 ml wine tasting feels unjustifiable, especially considering the underwhelming quality of their wines. On a positive note, the place boasts picturesque decorations that are sure to entice your camera lens. However, it's worth noting that they charge more than the MRP on their wine bottles. In our case, we ended up paying Rs 1110 instead of the listed Rs 1039 for a single bottle.

Great place to hang out, it close from Nashik about 15 minutes drive, entry is around ₹800 per person and the amount can be redeemed inside the restaurant and bar, though the food is costly and food quality is great. Great place to explore on Weekend with family and friends

What a awesome place to visit. You can have some nice pictures clicked here and can check the wine yard.
The cover charges are 1k per person and the charges for tour of wineyard where they will explain you the process of production of wines and tasting 6 wines is 600 bucks.
But the place is really good specially enjoying the long drive to visit here and an excellent weather will make your mood to love this place 😍

Vineyard with Stunning Views but Uneven Offerings
This winery boasts breathtaking views of vineyards, perfect for a sunny winter day. The entry fee is 600 (adjustable) towards food and shopping, and the staff is helpful with selecting gifts. However, the restaurant's trendy ambiance doesn't quite match the quality of the food, which is average and overpriced. Consider grabbing a bite elsewhere to fully enjoy this scenic spot.
Durgesh Singh — Google review
It is just fine. It is better for only wine lovers or those who wish to try wine for the first time. It costs 1000 per head of which you compulsorily need to spend 600 only on wine. A few incharges at the entry gate were arrogant. The place is only picturesque and nothing much. You can have a tour of the factory and the process of wine making. The food is good taste-wise but otherwise the prices were steep.

Awesome place to enjoy with friends and family, they have a beautiful setup done to attract people. The decor of the place is quite lively and refreshing. You can also enjoy the tour of their brewery and enjoy a selection of 6 wines after the tour in their wine tasting. Sula Vines is a paradise for wine aficionados. The comprehensive tour elucidates the wine-making process, culminating in a delightful tasting session. Do not visit on weekends they charge ₹1000 per person. The place is very aesthetically pleasing and insta-worthy. But Not worth it for non-alcoholic people.
They give you two types of coupons which you can spend on wine, tour&tasting, gift shop and Food in the vineyard itself.
However we can only buy wine with 1 type of coupon which makes it compulsory to buy wine to make our money worth it.
The other coupon is insufficient because it's applicable on almost everything including food.

An excellent place to enjoy a sunny winter day. entry charges were 600/- which were later adjusted in food and shopping. they helped us select some good varieties for gifting. restaurant has a very trendy vibe and decor. food was not so delicious and overprized too. the view of surrounding vineyards was amazing.

This place is good for spending some time if in Nashik.
We went in morning around 11ish and it was already crowded.
They have various photo booths and points where good pictures can be taken.
Entry fees is 600/- per person on weekdays and 1000/- on weekends and they can be used in the restaurants inside.
You can pay for winery tour also where they show how wines are made and wine tasting too.
The restaurant has really good trendy vibes but is certainly overpriced and the stuff isn’t that good.

We stayed at the vineyard for 3 days and had an amazing experience! After having travelled for 3 weeks in India, it was the perfect place to relax. The vineyard is in a beautiful area, full of nature and lakes. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was very attentive and really going the extra mile. Food in the restaurant is very good. A wine tasting was included in the booking, and we were impressed by the quality of the wines and the knowledge of vineyard staff! All in all, I would definitely recommend this place!

Good food, great outdoor seating. One major problem was that there were lot of flies in and around us (where we were sitting outdoors) and these were also hovering around our food. When we asked the staff to do something about it, we were sent a glass of mint leaves to our table which apparently was supposed to care of the flies problem, but sadly didn't work much.
All they need to do is get a good size fly killing machine and install it outdoors... this will be the end to the flies problem which overall made the entire food experience, I must say Disgusting...

Great food especially Thai food. Would also suggest trying drums from heaven which was good too. On the wines side of things, the dessert wine was amazingly good. The whole wines offering is very premium, may seem a bit costly compared to other wineries but the wines are definitely worth it. Not as fancy but definitely worth a detour to the place when on your way to Nashik or other wineries around.

Title: A Wonderful Experience at Valonne Vineyards
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Valonne Vineyards, and I must say it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The wine, the food, the location, and the staff all contributed to a truly memorable time.
The wine at Valonne Vineyards is simply outstanding. Every sip was a delight to the palate, showcasing the craftsmanship and dedication of the winemakers. From robust reds to crisp whites, their selection catered to a variety of tastes and preferences. It's a paradise for wine enthusiasts.
The food served at Valonne Vineyards perfectly complemented the wine. The flavors were exquisite, and the dishes were expertly prepared. Whether you're looking for small bites to pair with your wine or a full dining experience, the menu offers a satisfying range of options.
Located in a remote but charming setting, Valonne Vineyards provides a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The presence of a nearby lake adds to the enchantment, creating a picturesque backdrop that enhances the overall ambiance. It's the ideal place to unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
What truly sets Valonne Vineyards apart is its exceptional staff. The service was warm, attentive, and friendly, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my visit. Nizam, the host, deserves special recognition for his hospitality and knowledge. He went above and beyond to ensure that every guest had a remarkable experience.
In conclusion, my time at Valonne Vineyards was nothing short of wonderful. The remarkable wine, delicious food, picturesque location, and the attentive staff make it a must-visit destination. Whether you're a wine connoisseur or simply looking for a memorable outing, Valonne Vineyards will leave you with lasting impressions and a desire to return.

The most horrible last 2 kms of road, literally swimming pools to cross, the most weird part to me is that being the home to the brand they don't offer wine by the glass. The food is too expensive for it to be a quick thing. The place small and bland to say the least. The wines itself are really good but then you'd be better off buying a bottle from a store and going to a better, more accessible and happening place

The place has two paths to access it, one is the scenic route and another through the highway.
Tucked in a cozy estate with a very pleasant view. Food is over priced for what is available. I say this because the items are lacking some ingredients that are hard to get where they are located but they improvise anyways.
The wines are real tasty, the prices of the wine are above MRP but they let you buy them at MRP or with a discount if you are taking multiple home.
A nice little bonus was that i saw a guava tree full of guavas in the estate and I helped myself to one. It was delicious 😋

Too far to reach, navigating bad roads. The room was too small to even say it was comfortable. The only food option was Malaka spice, too costly and one type of taste. The property itself is very small, with no amenities , activities to do.

An outstanding boutique place for stay plus fnb. Just 4 rooms but a picturesque location facing the mountains and the dam waterbody. During monsoons the place will be breathtaking I imagine.
We had a special dinner meet to celebrate my family member’s birthday and Mahesh made it very very special. Well curated wines mostly dry is their signature collection. We had an engaging conversation with wine taster Prabhakar Kale who too us thru the process of their wine making.
Malaka Spice is the restaurant where we spent the evening. The deck overlooking the water body, Valley plus the sundowning is a moment to treasure with a Chardonnay glass in hand. We had our golden moments and thrilled at this amazing discovery. Great pics to share with and here we go!

Cute boutique winery along a gorgeous setting by a reservoir offering some great views of the vineyard, reservoir and the hills. The last 1km leading up to the property is I paved and a little bumpy. The vintners are passionate and proud about the wines they produce there. They took ample time to explain, answer questions and provide recommendations.
The food at the restaurant was delish too. We sipped some cab sauv with the food and then bought a half dozen bottles to take back. This was my first trip to a winery in India so can’t compare but will definitely be back to this one in the future.

If you are a wine lover and a frequent visiter to different famous vineyards around nashik like Sula or Soma then you must visit this place for an amzing experience. The USP of this place is its fantabulous location unlike other vineyards. It is located on the slopes of the banks of Kavnai lake. You get an awesome view of the dam water and the Kavnai fort range along with the grape plantations on the slopes. They have a nice gallery to enjoy some nice wines with extraordinary food menu along with the view. They have a limited choice of wines but all of them are exotic. And food is something that you should visit this place for.

People usually come here for the food wine and the peacefulness.

We had a wonderful lunch and tour of the winery in December 2023. The wine tasting by Sanket was exceptional and his passion and knowledge of wine was very evident. We love the South East Asian (plus Indian) food by Malaka Spice. But of course what stands out most is the exceptional wine itself. Visit if you want to try the best Indian wine, and understand the difference between a real boutique winery & the more mass produced wines.

It's one of the underrated Vineyards I'd say.
1. Wine - amazing wine, reasonable price, we tried to varieties of white wine, loved them. Would've loved more if they had sparkling wine too which they don't.
2. Food. Overpriced but great in taste, quantity is decent. We tried 4 dishes, two starters, one noodles and one rice.
3. Ambience - the view is lovely. You get to wine and dine with a lake view and mountains. Even though they have limited seatings
4. Service - amazing service, on time and we'll catered for.
5. Location- outskirts of Nashik, the roads are fine except for last 1 KM stretch.
