There is a free kitchen as well which serves lunch and dinner. A very holy place must visit.
The temple is really spectacular at night since it is lit, a must see at night.
Also it is one of the most sacred pilgrim spots for Sikhs and they offered a good and tasty meal. Hope I'll visit once again with my family too.🏛️

The place deserves at least two visits - one during the day to enjoy the experience in full daylight and one in the evening, when the lights are on highlighting the details. Good time is the time of evening prayers and taking the Holly Book to sleep at around 10 p.m. During the day it is worth to visit the place with a local guide who will show you places that otherwise you would miss or have no idea that you could visit like the kitchens serving 40 to 50 thousand meals each day... And you enjoy that beautiful place free. Unfortunately taking photographs in the temple is strictly forbidden - pictures only outside...

Experience the positive energy here. Nice & beautiful surrounding. Few things that can be helpful for you if you're visiting here first time :
Submit your shoes on outside counters, cover your head, dont take any battery/Power Bank inside & lastly take photos with precautions.

Even after going there, it doesn't feel like we have reached here, it looks more beautiful in the evening, the light around and the gold shining from the lake, it looks like a dream, this place is a symbol of peace, tranquility and community. , cleanliness is also taken special care here, it is also true that people who come here pray for their well-being and it is fulfilled, it is open 24 hours and food is also available 24 hours free for all passengers. So I will say that we must come here at least once in our life.

Undoubtedly, this is the main attraction of Amritsar and a must visit place. Whatever is your religion, you are be welcome inside. This place is definitely going to make you calm, you have to feel it yourself, no word can describe it. Few things to keep in mind while visiting the temple :
1. Try to arrange an accommodation close to the Golden Temple, so that you can visit the temple early morning and late evening.
2. Being the main attraction, this place can get reao crowded, keep that in mind.
3. You need to cover your head, put off yours shoes and wash your feet before entering.
4. They have the baggage counter inside the temple, you may deposit your bag there

The Golden Temple in Amritsar, also known as Harmandir Sahib, is an iconic Sikh religious site and a must-visit destination. It is a place of profound spiritual significance and architectural beauty. The stunning golden structure is surrounded by a serene and picturesque lake, creating a sense of peace and tranquility.
The temple complex is open to people of all faiths and offers free meals to visitors, showcasing the Sikh principles of equality and selfless service. The interior of the temple is equally impressive with its intricate artwork and gilded walls. The atmosphere is often filled with devotional music and a palpable sense of spirituality.
However, the temple can get crowded, almost daily and especially during religious festivals, so it’s advisable to visit during quieter times for a more serene experience. Overall, the Golden Temple is a unique and spiritually enriching place that is well worth a visit for its cultural, religious, and architectural significance.

Long queue but absolutely worth the wait. I loved it here, had a good spiritual experience. Generally temples are all commercialized in India but not this one, we weren't asked to pay even a single penny anywhere. And enjoyed the yummiest langar. Punjabis do have a big heart.

Beautiful experience in the holiest Sikh place. We visited at night (~9 pm) to witness the “putting to bed” ceremony and it was amazing . We also visited the kitchen and seeing the amount of people eating there was quite extraordinary. Keep in mind you need to take off your shoes and socks to enter the temple, but it is quite clean. If you enjoy this kind of place it is worth coming to Amritsar just to see this temple . The temple is very beautiful 😍
Bhoopendra Mewada — Google review
Smooth flow inside (entry into the main worship area does have a very long queue however) and stunning views. The temple has a beautiful philosophy of welcoming all and I encourage all to take it up.

It would be wrong to evaluate the place of this spiritual Guru because the Guru's house is the house of greatest peace and happiness and prosperity, there he is the house of peace and ending the restlessness of the mind. After going there, I felt that God was with me in such a way that I was not worried about any reason, I was just so engrossed in having darshan that I did not even realize that I had seen God with my own eyes.

This tranquil wetlant, the largest in Northern India, features a bird sanctuary & sweeping views.
First of all this location is not accurate. This place is named Harike Wetland but if you see the map clearly this location has no river or water source nearby which shows the location is inaccurate. Actually Harike wetland is approx 25 to 30km away from this location. This location misguided me too once but i changed location to Harike Bird Sanctuary. For easy and precise navigation i would suggest searching for Harike Barrage(Indira Gandhi Canal) or Gurudwara Nanaksar Sahib in Harike which is approx 300 mt away from Harike wetland or Bird sanctuary. You can start the journey to this sanctuary from that Gurudwara. Regarding this place, its beautiful natural wetland, winters are the best time to visit when birds from europe migrate to India.

Must visit for everyone, plan to start before 10 am, so that you can complete it by 4 pm. Spend your maximum time at science emporium. Dino park is good one. Don't waste your time for climate change simulator, laser show, 3d show and dome show, they are waste of time. Resturant food is good and you can have fast food or lunch there, economical. Ticket rate is worth.

PGSC is one of its kind in India with science as a theme for something on the lines of an amusement park. There are no roller coaster rides there but yes they have film shows in Imax and few other rides and shows.all related to scientific principles. Amazing exhibits and informative galleries that show human evolution and other scientific achievements. MUST SEE - laser show because it is unique and the IMAX dome show. You can see botanical garden, solar panels, wind mill and other gadgets also.

Devi Talab Mandir is a Hindu temple dedicated to the Mother Goddess Durga, estimated to be over 200 years old. The temple offers a peaceful and serene environment, even during hot summer days. Visitors can enjoy the soothing breeze and devotional songs playing in the background, transporting them back in time to the era of Puranas.
Very peaceful and place of serenity even when the summer sun is shining in the mid day.. The breeze, the stotram or devotional songs in the background take you away to the era of the Puranas.

They even introduced small kids friendly rides, including a balloon house, as well , trampoline, mini kids rides like cars, Jeeps etc... There is a small pond in which the main temple is situated. There are various kinds of fish in the pond.. except the main temple.. there are small other temples.... You can also see some shops in the temple building as well as the rest place .... As I heard there is a small cave somewhere in the temple which I have yet to explore.

Shri Devi Talab Mandir is a Hindu Mandir located in Jalandhar, Punjab, India. The temple is devoted to Goddess Durga and is visited by thousands of pilgrims every year. It is regarded as one of the 51 Shakti Pithas in India.
Even a model of Amarnath Yatra was constructed sometime back only. Beside the main Devi Talab Mandir, is an old Temple of Goddess Kali. One of the prime attractions of the temple is an old tank, which is considered to be sacred by the Hindu devotees. The temple has a structure resembling the Amarnath Cave temple in Jammu and Kashmir.
The Temple has a Gold Work done inside as well as on its Top.

This is a divine temple dedicated Goddess Durga. Famous as Mata Tripurmalini Mandir, it is one of the Shakti Peeth among other 50 Shakti Peeths. There's a story behind the establishment of this mandir that when Maa Sati sacrificed herself after her own father, Daksha insulted Lord Shiva, then Shivji performed tandav dance in anger with Sati's body in his arms. Then in order to pacify lord Shiva & save the universe, Lord Vishnu cut Sati Mata's body in 51 pieces & wherever the pieces fell on earth a Shakti Peeth Temple was established for the welfare of humans. Mata Tripurmalini Mandir marks the spots that received Maa Sati's right breast.
It usually takes 4 to 5 hours to take a complete tour of the mandir. You can visit this temple with your family. There a Temple dedicated to goddess Kali and a replica of Amarnath Cave Temple has been added to the Temple Complex. It's a must visit place in Jalandhar. This temple is very popular among the devotees and is visited by thousands annually.

Very friendly and welcoming temple, lots of shrines and an interesting way to learn about Hinduism. They have a large man made holy pool full of coy carp and others were shy, which they deter people from feeding but they still do. Only slight negative was one of the shops tried to sell us bottled water that had already been opened but thankfully we spotted it, very cheeky.

Tea is available all time there inside and mark my words you won't get a good tea as compared to this tea. And at the Exit you will get prasad. There you will get paperbag also to carry prasad. The experience was good, albeit a few things could have been better - I went with a small baby in a pram, and had to constantly lift the pram as there are no pathways for wheels, it's possible for people with wheelchairs to have similar problems so they should fix this. Another thing is that they don't let us back in after we leave, I get that there is a certain way, but we just left to keep something in the car, and couldn't come back in which was a major let down. All in all, a wonderful experience to witness authentic punjabi culture. I would definitely recommend visiting, but rather come at night than day as in day you can only click pictures and see statues and all, whereas in the night there are shows and activities like pottery wheel going on .

Jalandhar - Phagwara Highway, Khajurla, Grand Trunk Rd, Next to Haveli, Jalandhar, Punjab 144001, India
Sri Nanaksar Gurdwara is situated in the Ludhiana district of Punjab and is located approximately five miles from the city of Jagraon along the road from Ludhiana to Moga and Ferozpur. The sacred beginnings of Nanaksar began over a hundred-years ago as a simple hut; humbled by its natural surroundings amongst the thick of the jungle. This location was specifically chosen by the Holy Saint, Baba Nand Singh Ji as it personified a spiritual retreat where one could move to escape the misguidance of the world, and concentrate on the sole treasure of Naam Simran.
Baba Nand Singh Ji was born on the Pooranmashi of month Kathak (November) in 1870 in village Sherpura, Tehsil Jagraon, Distt Ludhiana. His father’s name was Sardar Jai Singh Ji and his mother’s name was Mata Sada Kaur Ji. Even as a child, Baba Nand Singh Ji was extremely pious and his urge for devotional worship continuously saw him escape all worldly measures and partake solely in meditating the holy name of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji through recitations of Sahib Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
Baba Nand Singh Ji mastered selfless sacrifice, and devoted his existence to prolonged meditations and holy service. Baba Nand Singh Ji placed the utmost importance on the need for contemplation and never placed a single regard on weather conditions or how safe the local terrain was before embarking on his spiritual retreats. Furthermore, he never worried for worldly comforts such as food or water and solely believed that everything was in Waheguru’s hukam. This belief was principled on the thought that since he was devoting and meditating solely on the name of a higher being, all worldly requirements should

This serene place of worship is deeply rooted in Sikh traditions and is a beacon of spirituality and community service. The architecture is often awe-inspiring, reflecting the rich heritage and profound spiritual significance of the site. Visitors are welcomed with open arms and the traditional ‘langar’ provides nourishing food in a communal setting, emphasizing equality and fellowship. The Gurudwara was established by Baba Nand Singh Ji for the social welfare of the Sikh community. They wanted to spread the message of our all 10 Guru's through our Holy book Gurugarnth Sahib. Moreover, whenever you will visit here you will find artificial Tigers & Lions everywhere, the reason behind the wild animals used to come here to listen the Gurubani and train frequently stopped nearby railways line without any stopage ( locals beliefs). Mesmerizing...!!

As per some historical documents, It was built in 1975 by Baba (Sant) Nand Singh with the help of the devotees .
They meditated here for a long. After him, baba Isher Singh ji served here.
This Gurudwara sahib is architectured very beautifully. It is a beautiful structure with a huge marble-floored hall and sanctum at its end.
The main festivals celebrated here are Prakash divas of Guru Nanak Dev Ji,Barsi of Baba Nand Singh ji and Jor Mela is conducted very enthusiastically on these occasions , which attracts sangat from all over.
Also there used to be huge devotees on every Fool Moon (Puranima/ puranmaasi) every month.
Main unique point of this religious place is that, not even a single panny (rupee) is given(as Charhawa) by devotees, only fruits, eatable things are given by devotees and taken as parshad.

Hardy's World is an amusement park that boasts a distinct waterpark, exhilarating rides, diverse dining options and live performances. The theme park offers an array of adrenaline-fueled attractions for thrill-seekers looking for a rush. Visitors can also take advantage of the park's numerous culinary choices to satisfy their hunger after experiencing all the entertainment it has to offer. With a separate waterpark as well, Hardy's World caters to those who want to cool down in style.
I recently visited Hardy's World Theme Park and had an amazing experience! The variety of rides and attractions kept me entertained throughout the day. The park was well-maintained, clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed [Go Kart, Drop Tower and Dragon Coaster]. Overall, it was a fantastic day out and I would highly recommend Hardy's World to anyone looking for a fun-filled adventure!

Worst emergency procedure in place. A fellow patron got hurt due to poor safety procedure on the water slide. The first aid box was a joke. When I tried to convince that I can manage his bleeding and asked for a pair of examination gloves, they had no gloves at all. They charge 800 rupees for one person but cannot buy a box of gloves which is like 400 rupees. They had no sterile gauze or cotton, no tape for dressing. No staff is trained to handle basic emergency. No staff is trained in CPR as well. Poor poor administration and management. Nice place to enjoy but you're stuffed if you meet with an accident on rides.

I wasn't informed beforehand that jeans shorts are not allowed at Hardy's World. Neither when I bought the ticket nor when I entered the park did anyone mention this rule. It was only when I approached the water area that guards informed me of this policy. It would have been helpful if this information was provided earlier, either when purchasing tickets or on the website. Unfortunately, my husband had to rent shorts from there, which wasn't ideal. This issue not occurred during my previous visit that time also same shorts were wearing by my husband. I hope the park updates its communication regarding clothing rules to prevent such inconveniences in the future.

Activities. But food quickly is very bad.
Ticket prices :- 1000 without food and 1200 with food.
Note :- carry your own nylon t-shirt and shorts otherwise you need to rent it from here which will cost you around 200-300 approx.

I visited today to this amusement water park .Its great place to enjoy ur time and staff is very cooperative and professional. But one thing which I dislike that rides are so risky and long and the sitting arrangements for eating…is not large enough. Moreover they take 25-30 minutes to prepare ur ordered food which i think need to improve.Otherwise i just love this place and the thing i like the most when today a young girl drove into water into waves and the swimmer cum instructor immediately fallen into pool to rescue her from so much height.Fortunately the girl is rescued.I advise to the parents not let them go to children into deep waves pool at the end point because there is do much risk for children because of high surface of water .
Simran Virk — Google review
For water activities it's great. However, the slides are so risky. Slides not recommended for those who fear falling from top. For kids only water pool and wave side is fine. Don't take them towards slide.
Only cotton clothings allowed to enter in water pool area. If don't have, it's available on rent basis at nominal charges at the baggage counter.
A huge fun ride and park is there which can be enjoyed a little by kids. Small rides like Toy train and Caterpillar ride, some small garden swings, etc. may be enjoyed by kids. Rest all bigger ones are recommended for young people, friends and family group, as rides are again thrilling and heart wrenching.
Haunted house surely not for kids.
Overall the water park is good, neat and clean with attendants always available for help. Food and beverage services and for travellers a hotel is also available inside.

This Gurdwara commemorates the visit of tenth Guru Sri Gobind Singh. There is a fascinating story about this place. Here by the touch of the hoof of Guru's horse the red hot brick kiln (Bhatha) instantaneously cooled down. The then local Pathan Chief, Nihang Khan a sincere devotee of the Guru at a great personal risk, looked after the Guru and his followers. The gurudwara is on the main highway from Chandigarh to Kulu and Kangra valleys. Nearest airport Chandigarh is only 40 km away. It is only at a distance of 5 km from Ropar on the left bank of the river Sutlej, where remains of an old Harappan city of ancient civilization were discovered by Archaeological Department of Government of India.
The tourist bungalow on the left bank of the river Sutlej, is frequented by large number of tourists on their way to Bhakra Nangal, Kulu Valley, and Anandpur Gurdwara Bhatta Sahib is a historical Gurdwara where Guru Gobind Singh came four times. Guru ji came here for the first time in 1745 B.K. He was returning to Anandpur after winning the battle of Bhangani. It is said that when Guruji asked for a place to stay, the labourers working at the Bhatta - Kiln pointed towards the burning `Kiln'. Ignorent labourers did not realised whom they were talking too. As soon as the horse of Guru stepped on the burning kiln it became cold. Chaudhary Nihang Khan the owner of the Bhatta who was in his Qila was informed about this event. Zakir Hussain Rose Garden in Chandigarh is believed to be the largest rose garden in Asia.
In addition to roses, the promotional literature says there are over 1000 varieties there, there are also several medicinal herbs, plants and trees. The roses are laid out in aesthetically designed flowerbeds, surrounded by beautifully landscaped areas interspersed with trees and flowering shrubs.
I couldn't see the garden in full bloom as I visited towards the end of March in 2015, after the Rose Festival was over, and many of the flowerbeds were being relaid for the next season.
There are some fountains towards one of the entrances, and a large wind chime.

It's preferred to visit this part after 2pm so that you can enjoy the fresh and cold breeze here. Moreover there's a photo exhibition here and children and adults perform various activities here ranging from skating, cycling and dancing.

I actually experienced this place is monsoon and it was my first experience over here but after visiting this place now I'm really really looking forward to visit this place again in winter as so many roses will grow at rapid pace and atmosphere will be more interesting at that time.
I haven't seen so many types of shade of different different roses till now and it's just a pure pure beauty to witness and i must admit that what a wonderful landscaping has been done. It's just damn good.
The place itself will give you so much soothing vibe. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I visited the rose garden in Chandigarh with my family last week. It is supposed to be the largest rose garden in Asia, but I was disappointed by the lack of roses. There were very few roses and they were not very colorful or fragrant. The garden looked more like a regular park with swings and slides for kids and a fountain for decoration. The only positive thing was that my son enjoyed playing on the slides and swings for an hour. I think the rose garden needs more attention and improvement to live up to its name and reputation.

Zakir Hussain Rose Garden is very nice and special place to visit in Chandigarh. The garden is very well maintained and you will be amazed to see the different varieties and colours of roses. This is the largest Rose Garden in Asia and is spread over an area of 40 acres and has more than 32,500 plants representing around 825 varieties of roses. This is nice place if you want to spend some time in peace. However the flowering season is mostly in summers so in winters the flowering is scarce. Kids also have a play area inside the garden so they can equally enjoy. Rose festival here is very popular. Must visit this place.

Chandigarh's Rose Garden is Asia's biggest botanical garden that has been named after India's former President Mr Zakir Hossain.
The garden was set up in 1967 and spread over an area of 30 acres. The garden has collection of 50000 rose bushes with 1600 different spices which makes the place unique one.
Every year, the popular rose festival begins on feb.17 and concludes on Feb.19.
Though I couldn't see the beauty of full blooming garden but landscaping of garden, trees, plants and fountains speaks the story itself.
The Garden is not famous for roses only, but also the plants/ trees of medicinal value.

This is more than just a lake with lots of fun things to do. For starters, there are several food kiosks with moderate prices and a wide range of selections.
Boating is the main attraction, and there are various alternatives available, including paddle, row, and shikhara boats. The view is spectacular, and there are various additional activities available, such as rock climbing and mini swings, to help you unwind. This is the most crowded spot in Chandigarh, yet it is also the most beautiful. You may unwind and enjoy the scenery while spending the evening with family or friends at a reasonable fee. The boating time is half an hour, but it was well worth it for a paddle with the choice of two or four people in a boat. This is a must-see place in Chandigarh.

Great place for hangout. It's a tourist place. People who came Chandigarh from other areas, always visit Sukhna Lake. The view of sukhna lake in evening is amazing. When I went there, I just sat on the boundary to feel the silence and calmness of that place. Along the Sukhna lake there's a long route for walking.

Sukhna Lake in Chandigarh is a sizable lake, and the best time to visit is in the evening when boating facilities are available. However, in windy weather, boating may not be available for safety reasons. There are plenty of eateries at the entrance of the lake, making it the ideal place to spend quality time, especially for some 'me' time.

It was my first place that I visited after coming to Chandigarh. The sunset was looking beautiful ❤️ and the air was flowing slowly. You can visit this place alone or with your friends and family.
Boating is available. You can take the rides as well. You will find the peace and the fresh air.
You can get the auto rickshaw from Shivalik park easily. Charge you around 20-30 rs.

The Sukhna Lake in Chandigarh weaves a magical tapestry of serenity and splendor. This picturesque man-made marvel, born from the vision of the great architect Le Corbusier, stands as a true oasis amidst the modern chaos of the city.
Imagine a place where time seems to slow down, and worries melt away like droplets on the lake's glassy surface. Sukhna Lake beckons you with open arms, inviting you to escape the mundane and embrace the extraordinary. The verdant foliage of the Shivalik Hills embraces you like a warm hug. The gentle breeze carries the faint melody of birdsong, setting the stage for a symphony of nature's finest performance. One can have an awesome view of the sunrise over there with cold Breeze and pleasant weather.
Majestic migratory birds from distant lands descend upon Sukhna Lake, transforming it into a vibrant aviary. They paint the skies with their grace, and birdwatchers and photographers alike are left spellbound by this feathery spectacle. As the sun dips below the horizon, the lake dons its golden cloak, and the air becomes infused with the aroma of camaraderie and laughter. Families gather for heartwarming picnics, children chase each other with gleeful abandon, and friends share stories that will echo in their hearts for eternity.
Things to do at the Sukhna Lake :
1. Sunrise and Sunset Viewing
2. Bird watching
3. Jogging and Morning Walks
4. Meditation
5. Boating
6. Visiting Museum
7. Photography
8. Cycling

Most picturesque place of chandigarh Sukhna Lake is a reservoir at the foothills of the Himalayas. This 3 km² rainfed lake was created in 1958 by damming the Sukhna Choe, a seasonal stream coming down from the Shivalik Hills. Originally, the seasonal flow entered the lake directly causing heavy siltation.
It has ample food joints in the food court, drinking water facilities, boating facilities (Rs 250 for 2 seater boat + 250 as security). Good for nature lovers.

I have been visiting this place for past 20 years and it still holds the charm. It brings peace and tranquility. Walking the entire track feels amazing while looking at the greenery on one side and the water with paddle boats and kayaks on the other side. It's one of the most inclusive public spaces I have come across in India. There are people running, walking, doing exercise, couples, elderly, kids and a lot more. Sukhna has something to offer to everyone. I prefer the Garden of Silence side as it's more peaceful compare to the entrance.
Monsoon is one of the good times as everything is lush green and the lake is full. Winter is also great as you can sit and relax on the toasty stone embankment or the grass and eat oranges and soak in the sun.
It's a place one must visit if going to Chandigarh.

Loved timber trail. Views are amazing. The only concerns really is the cost for such a short ride. We went for the views, had a nice lunch then returned immediately after. If you go solely for the views, the ride is less than 5 minutes so I highly recommend trying the food at the restaurant and take pictures from the top before going down.

- Staff is not at all hospitable. No one interested to facilitate or guide.
- Activities or any-other thing at the top is only for Guests & not for others.
- Resturant at the top is not good .. not much options & on the top they are only interested to serve the guests & not the visitors.
- the restaurant & view is better at the starting point.

They are the worst. There are 2 ways to reach this place.
1. By timber trail which costs about 2k per person
2. By 2 hours drive.
We went there by car and they didn't let us in. Reason was given that their policy is not let the people in who come by car.
The reason however sounds absurd but it's the way of making money.
They turned around 5 more cars before us which they were very proud to blab in front of us. We saw around 5 m9re cars going to the same place on our way back. The drive is not so easy and people on that road are usually for this resort only.
Not just that, their place was dirty and half the property was under construction and out of order.

Title: A Tranquil Haven of Spiritual Serenity: Gurudwara Dukh Niwaran Sahib
Review:
Gurudwara Dukh Niwaran Sahib stands as a testament to the profound spiritual heritage of the Sikh religion. From the moment you step foot into its sacred premises, you are enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquility and purity that leaves an indelible mark on your soul.
Located in the holy city of Patiala, Punjab, Gurudwara Dukh Niwaran Sahib holds immense religious significance for Sikhs around the world. It is believed to possess the power to alleviate the suffering of those who visit with a sincere heart and devote themselves to prayer and contemplation.
The first thing that strikes you upon entering the gurudwara is its awe-inspiring architecture. The magnificent white marble structure adorned with intricate glasswork and frescoes creates a sense of ethereal beauty. As you make your way through the entrance gate, the serenity of the place engulfs you, transporting you to a realm of peace and devotion.
Inside, you are greeted by the melodious strains of Gurbani (Sikh devotional hymns) resonating through the air. The melodic chants, accompanied by the soothing sound of the harmonium and tabla, evoke a sense of spiritual transcendence and fill your heart with devotion. The rhythmic recitation of the Guru Granth Sahib, the holy scripture of Sikhism, further enhances the atmosphere of reverence and sanctity.
One of the most cherished aspects of the Gurudwara Dukh Niwaran Sahib experience is the langar, a community kitchen where free meals are served to all visitors, regardless of their caste, creed, or social status. The langar epitomizes the core Sikh value of selfless service and equality. Sitting alongside fellow devotees and partaking in the simple yet delicious vegetarian meal creates a sense of unity and brotherhood that is truly humbling.
The gurudwara's serene Sarovar (holy pool) serves as a focal point for reflection and purification. Devotees partake in the sacred ritual of Karah Parshad, a sweet offering distributed to all as a blessing. Walking around the Sarovar, absorbing its tranquil ambiance and witnessing the devotion of pilgrims taking a dip in its holy waters, one cannot help but feel a deep connection to the divine.
The spiritual experience at Gurudwara Dukh Niwaran Sahib is not limited to Sikhs alone; people from all walks of life are welcomed with open arms. Whether seeking solace, spiritual guidance, or simply a respite from the chaos of the outside world, this gurudwara offers a sanctuary where one can find inner peace and rejuvenation.
In conclusion, a visit to Gurudwara Dukh Niwaran Sahib is an enriching and purifying experience that leaves an everlasting impression on your spirit. Its serene ambiance, soul-stirring devotional music, selfless service through langar, and the profound religious respect it holds in the Sikh faith make it a must-visit destination for anyone seeking solace and spiritual enlightenment.

Most people come here during Panchami, which is observed as a holy day to take bath. this Gurudwara saheb has a history history attached to it. It is believed that whosoever takes bath here on the day of Panchami and pay offerings to Guru Sahib, he or she gets Ni- Rogi ( Rog to bina, i.e. jisnu rog nahi rahega) . And the things you learn from the places and these people are the things that stay with you a really long time. They tried to accommodate all our special requests too. Rahul used to work as an Ayurvedic doctor, he has learnt homeo medicine and he also has good knowledge about English medicine, so I should say you are in good hands even when it comes to health concerns. Our group of friends, the Dandekars, embarked on a winter adventure with Planet Way Round for an Overland Himalayas 4x4 Winter Spiti Drive, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. This self-drive expedition redefined our perception of travel, transforming it into a profound exploration of the unseen, guided by the expert hands of Doc Rahul (Shiva), Saurabh (IndraDev), and Tushar.
Planet Way Round demonstrated an unparalleled commitment to ensuring our journey was not just about reaching destinations but about delving deep into the heart of Spiti. Their in-depth knowledge of the region enriched our experience, pushing us to explore hidden gems both on wheels and on foot. The team went above and beyond, taking care of the minutest details to ensure none of us fell behind, allowing us to fully savor every moment.
The unexpected snowfall added a magical touch to our adventure, and the arrangements made by Planet Way Round were impeccable. From hotels to cozy homestays, every accommodation was carefully selected to provide comfort even in the freezing temperatures.
Their dedication became evident when faced with a landslide situation. Despite having booked a luxurious hotel, they swiftly arranged an excellent homestay, even purchasing new heaters to ensure our safety and warmth in the challenging conditions of minus 10 degrees. This thoughtful and quick response truly set them apart.
Our journey with Planet Way Round was not just a trip; it was an offroading odyssey filled with surprises, laughter, and unforgettable moments. Stopping in the middle of nowhere with only snow around us, enjoying hot tea, coffee, and freshly cooked Poha – these are the experiences that make Planet Way Round the best in the business.
As we eagerly anticipate our next adventure to Adi Kailash with the Planet Way Round team, we can confidently say they have earned our trust to deliver the best experiences. Whatever our dreams may be, they are ready to turn them into reality, making every expedition with them a journey of a lifetime. Hats off to the team, and here's to many more thrilling adventures in the future!

'Jyoti' means the light or enlightenment and 'Sar' means the core. Hence, 'Jyotisar' means 'core meaning of light' or the 'essence of enlightenment'. ✨
It is believed that Mahabharata battle started from Jyotisar, where on the eve of the battle, deluded Arjuna received the eternal message of Gita from its propounder, Lord Krishna.
There is a marble statue of Lord Krishna and Arjuna on chariot where the former is depicting the Bhagavad Gita.
There is also a huge statue of the Visvarupa (Vishwaroopa), the universal or cosmic form of Lord Krishna.
This place is peaceful but remains a little crowded.

Nestled within its walls, the Krishna Museum beckons visitors on an extraordinary journey into the enigmatic realm of Lord Krishna. Here, the multifaceted persona of Krishna, as woven into the tapestry of the Mahabharata and the Bhagvata Purana, unfolds in all its splendor.
This captivating museum comprises six galleries, divided evenly between two blocks. Each gallery holds a treasure trove of artifacts that breathe life into the legend of Lord Krishna. Stone sculptures, bronze castings, delicate leaf etchings, exquisite terracotta creations, and particularly, the miniature paintings, bear testament to the craftsmanship of the era.
The level of intricacy and devotion poured into each miniature painting truly struck me. These masterpieces felt like a glimpse into the artist's soul, capturing the essence of devotion and storytelling. It was as if they held a mirror to the spiritual journey of Lord Krishna. The aura is palpable, and one can almost sense the presence of the deity within the walls.
Stepping into the museum feels like a pilgrimage into the heart of devotion and artistry. Every piece, meticulously curated, narrates a story of its own, echoing the timeless tales of Krishna's divine escapades.
As an extension of this sanctuary of culture, the Multimedia Mahabharata and Gita Gallery, a collaboration between Haryana Tourism and the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, offers a digital odyssey through the epic. It seamlessly intertwines technology with tradition, providing a dynamic and immersive experience for modern audiences.
The Krishna Museum stands as a beacon, not only to the devotees of Lord Krishna but to all seekers of wisdom and lovers of art. It offers a rare glimpse into the cultural tapestry of ancient India, preserving the legacy of Lord Krishna for generations to come.
In conclusion, a visit to the Krishna Museum is akin to embarking on a spiritual sojourn, where the essence of Lord Krishna permeates every corner. Its meticulously curated exhibits and innovative multimedia gallery pay homage to the enduring legacy of this divine deity. For anyone seeking to immerse themselves in the rich cultural heritage of India, this museum is an absolute must-visit.

Braham Sarovar, as the name suggests, is associated with Lord Brahma, the creator of the Universe. Taking dip in holy water of sarover during Solar Eclipse is considered equal to the merits of performing thousands of Asvamedha Yajnas. According to Local Legends this tank was first excavated by King Kuru the ancestor of Kauravs & Pandavas. Having seen its huge water body Abul-Fazl the courtier of Mughal emperor Akbar during solar eclipse has described the vast water body of this sarovar as miniature Sea. According to the local tradition a tower was erected by Yudhistar in the island situated in the middle of sarovar as a token of his victory in the Mahabharta battle. In the same island complex lies a ancient Draupadi kupa. The shrine of Lord Shiva located on the northern bank of the sarovar is called Sarveshwar Mahadev. According to the tradition, the Shiva Linga was installed here by Lord Brahma himself. Annual Gita Jyanti celebrations is held on banks of bramsarover in November-December.

Haryana Kurukshetra is a holy city with historic importance and famous for Brhma Sarovar & temples. Brahma Sarovar is a big water body that attracts Millions of people every year and is most crowded during the festive seasons.
I visited this place this August 2022. The Sarovar was big & clean. A partition was made in the Sarovar to indicate the safe side for bathing. However, good swimmers were jumping the other side and enjoying.
The hawkers can also be found selling food items around the Sarovar. Teams of local Police patrol the site every now and then to ensure the safety of the visitors.
The ideal time to visit the site is the evening, when this location becomes peaceful and calm.

Brahma Sarovar is an ancient water pool sacred to Hinduism in old Kurukshetra city, in the state of Haryana in North India.
Hinduism lays emphasis on taking bath for internal and external purity. Most religious sites have water pools or sarovar in or near the Hindu temple and Sikh gurdwara.
The Hindu genealogy registers at Kurukshetra, Haryana are kept here.

Brahma Sarovar in Kurukshetra is not just a water tank; it's a sacred oasis steeped in myth and spirituality. Standing beside its tranquil waters, I couldn't help but feel the divine energy that emanates from this ancient place of worship.
In close proximity, the Birla Gita Mandir and Baba Nath's 'haveli' stand as testament to the spiritual richness of Kurukshetra. Each visit to these hallowed grounds reminded me of the deep-rooted heritage and profound beliefs that have shaped this land.
For me, Brahma Sarovar is more than just a sacred site; it's a place where time seems to stand still, where the heart finds solace, and where the soul feels truly at home. Every visit here is a journey into the depths of my own spirituality, a reminder of the profound connection between the divine and the earthly.
In conclusion, Brahma Sarovar is a jewel in the spiritual crown of Kurukshetra. Its beauty transcends the physical, touching the very essence of our being. To witness the magic of this sacred tank is to partake in a timeless dance of faith, nature, and divinity. This is a place where the soul finds its sanctuary, and where one can truly connect with the eternal. A visit here is not just a journey; it's a pilgrimage of the heart and spirit.

The holy n blessed Mausoleum and the holy tomb of Hazrat Bu Ali Shah Qalandar is located in the city of Panipat, modern day Haryana and is around 80 Kms from the national capital of New Delhi. It’s one of the most popular and holy places of traditional Sufi Saints in India. Qalandar means the wandering saints. They are also known as Mystics. The place has a very large court yard. This place is always crowded and people from all castes, creed n religion are welcome here and there is no discrimination among Saint s followers. The Hazrat Bu Ali Shah Qalandar has a very very high level of spirituality. Legend says .... He stood in a lake for 36 years to achieve his great spiritual level and His body starts radiating the smell that comes from Hazrat Ali, Sher E Khuda s body. Hence the name Bu(smell) Ali( Hz Ali) Shah Qalandar. Hazrat s father s holy and blessed Mausoleum is in Mehrauli, New Delhi area. There s Qwali, singing in the praise of Hazrat everyday. There are many small shops nearby which are selling garlands n products related to Mausoleum. The place is holy n is highly charged spiritually. It provides the inner peace n love to all the human beings visiting this holy place. The place is in the old city of Panipat near Sethi circle. A thousand shops are near by and all kinds of material is sold here. The place has historic value and red stone has been used perfectly. There s Musafir khana and a mosQue in the courtyard of Hazrat Bu Ali Shah Qalandar. The place is just awesome n blessed one.

Dedicated to Hazrat Sheikh Sharfuddin Bu Ali Shah Qalandar (R.A) Panipati, a Sufi Saint of the Chisty order, who lived in India, this tomb is a prominent site on the tourist circuit. The tomb is almost 700 years old and stands as a symbol of faith, harmony and integrity. Within the enclosure, there are two more tombs: those of Hazrat Hakim Mukaram Khan (R.A) and the great Urdu poet of that time Hazrat Maulana Altaf Hussain Ali (R.A). Every Thursday, people irrespective of their cast, creed or religion, offer prayers at this place, The annual Urs Mela (fair) held at the tomb draws followers from all corners of the country and the site comes alive with celebrations. Regular Qawwali festivals are also held at the tomb and tourists come in large numbers to enjoy the scintillating performances by traditional singers. A visit to the tomb, which lies in close proximity to the grave of Hazrat Ibrahim Lodhi (R.A), makes for a truly peaceful experience.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jurassic Water Park on GT Road, and it was a fantastic day filled with water-themed excitement and entertainment. If you're looking for a thrilling aquatic adventure, this is the place to be!
Upon entering the park, I was immediately impressed by the range of water attractions available. From towering water slides to lazy rivers and wave pools, Jurassic Water Park offers a variety of options to suit visitors of all ages and preferences. The park is well-maintained and clean, with ample seating areas and shaded spots to relax between rides.
The water slides at Jurassic Water Park are a definite highlight. The adrenaline rush as you plunge down the steep twists and turns is exhilarating and guaranteed to bring a smile to your face. The slides are well-designed and offer a mix of thrilling drops and gentle curves, catering to both thrill-seekers and those looking for a more relaxed experience.
The wave pool is another crowd favorite. It creates simulated waves that mimic the ocean, allowing visitors to enjoy the sensation of swimming in open waters. Whether you're a seasoned swimmer or simply looking to cool off, the wave pool offers a refreshing and enjoyable experience for all.
The park's staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring the safety and well-being of all visitors. Lifeguards are stationed at each attraction, providing an added sense of security. I appreciated their attentiveness and the fact that they enforce safety rules to ensure everyone has a fun and accident-free day.
For families with young children, Jurassic Water Park has a dedicated kids' area with age-appropriate water features and smaller slides. It's a great space for children to splash around and have a blast under the watchful eye of their parents.
In terms of amenities, Jurassic Water Park has decent food options available, including fast food stalls and snack bars. Prices are reasonable considering it's a theme park, but you may also consider bringing your own snacks and drinks to save some money.
Overall, Jurassic Water park offers a fun-filled aquatic adventure for individuals, families, and groups of friends. It's a great place to beat the summer heat and enjoy a day of water-based fun. With a few minor improvements, this park has the potential to become an even more exceptional destination. I would definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area and looking for a memorable water park experience!

Last week i planned for a trip to Jurrasic park sonipat with family members. Last time i visited this place almost 7 years ago. From that time many things have changed. When we reached, there were only 3 counters opened for ticket booking and so many people were there in que. After 1 hour we got tickets and entered. Further we had to take swimming costumes and locker. At first we had planned for water park and after that amusement park for swings and rides. There were almost 10 slides we had taken. We spent few hours in water park. I had taken few water slides cautiously because hadn't before. We enjoyed waves in the pool with Dj mix. There were snow park, bungee jumping, motor rides are extra activities with extra cost. At this place there are many food stalls where we enjoyed different dishes. Finally after the water slides and park we went for amusement park where almost 10 rides and some rides for kids also. We enjoyed the rides but rides are not upto the mark.
If i talk to cost of entry fee and other things like costumes, lockers is little bit high. Food rates are also high.
If anyone is planning to visit this place then i suggest please buy tickets online in advance and try to be early entry to enjoy all because there is so much crowd and at every point there is a long que.

I recently visited Jurasik Park Sonipat with my students on a school excursion and had a good experience overall.
The water slides were particularly impressive and provided a thrilling experience.
The park is well-maintained, and the staff was cooperative and friendly, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable visit.
The food options were also good, with a variety of choices available at reasonable prices.
However, our experience of the 7D show was not up to the mark. It could have been better.
Additionally, children were disappointed that the video gaming section was closed during our visit.
In go-kart ride, we felt that it could have accommodated more cars at a time to reduce waiting time.
Overall, Jurasik Park Sonipat is a good water and amusement park that is worth visiting.
Despite a few drawbacks, the park offers a fun and exciting experience for visitors of all ages. I would rate it 4 stars.
