Great hike on Lopez Island. We got a bit turned around (take a photo of the map on your phone), but it was lovely so didn’t really matter. These wind swept coasts are pretty unique. The rocks reminded me of Iceland. Fun seals to gawk at by the big marker, bring your binoculars for a good look. It’s the perfect hike length (shortest round trip is 2.5mi) - options to go further if you want, shade options, sun options, hills but not too big or steep.
Tips: Be respectful of the neighbors and private property you’re passing by to get to the park entrance. No facilities at the point, but there is parking and a toilet at the county park just south of the beginning of the hike to the point. It can be easy to miss the turn onto the trail from the road - as you walk up, you pass two homes on your right. The turnoff is immediately after the second house with the big open yard. There’s a gate that indicates you’ve found the right trail.
Have fun!

Iceberg Point is a special place and probably my favorite location to photograph and spend time on Lopez Island. It has an amazingly diverse landscape and the weather, especially during winter storms creates a rustic beauty. It's part of the San Juan Islands National Monument / BLM with access from Agate Beach County Park and a must see when visiting Lopez Island.
Bill Evans — Google review
Definitely going to go back here. It was difficult to find, as you think you are going down a personal driveway. But the entrance is just pass the first house on the right. You will see the sign at the top of the post. You also have to park and walk from the beach before the entrance, only a quarter mile or so away. This is probably why it was such a pristine park and lot at all busy, well that and it's on a small island. Beautiful hikes taking you to some amazing scenery of the San Juan Islands and surrounding area. They have some very rare flowers growing here, some that can only be found on Lopez Island (so be careful and stay on trail).

Beautiful hike that starts in a neighborhood but ends on a shore that looks like something straight out of a movie. Good views of sea lions and sea anemones in the nearby tide pools. Trail traffic was moderate on a Saturday afternoon.
Nick Leach — Google review
So cool! Be respectful and park then walk. It was well worth it!
Danielle Hanusek — Google review
Truly a beautiful view here. I could've sat and watched the sunset a million times. Looking at the lights on Vancouver Island out in the distance is just stunning.
Pigeon Street — Google review
Easy, none steep hike to get there although the path can get quite muddy so waterproof hiking boots are recommended. The views are beautiful.

Gorgeous views on a clear sunny day! Easy hike thru lovely greenery.
Purple Haze Lavender Farm is a picturesque destination with over 15,000 lavender plants and more than 50 varieties. The farm offers flower picking, picnic tables, and an ice cream stand. Visitors can explore the stunning fields of varied shades of purple and learn about the agricultural roots of America. The gift shop features a wide variety of lavender products, while the setting includes beautiful gardens, ponds, and wetlands.
Phenomenal experience. Lots of lavender with great varieties and colors. The lavender ice cream is great. The shop has a lot to offer. Their behaviour and service is very good. They immediately offered help and support for any inconvenience. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere was there with all the festivity of this year's lavender festival.Loved loved and loved. Will visit again.
Parama Sridevi — Google review
This is one of the most beautiful lavender farms that I visited in Sequim. Everything is so well kept and organized. They even have the little picnic chairs for you to enjoy the lavender field. We got to try the lavender ice cream as well, although I wish they would add more lavender aroma in it.
Alynn Nguyen — Google review
Absolutely gorgeous spot for lavender. Highly recommend coming here mid July (before the festival if you want to avoid crowds). They had a cute gift shop, a few picturesque fields to explore, an ice cream and lemonade stand that had various lavender flavors. A very dreamy day was spent here (took my mom on a flower date) and the smell of lavender surrounded us. I felt like laying down and never leaving. Will definitely return annually!
Julia Shimanskiy — Google review
Lovely lavender farm to visit. Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the day with family and friends. $5 for a u-cut lavender bunch is a fun opportunity to take some lavender home with you
Shannon Wells — Google review
Stopped here as I was leaving town to take in all the lavender scents and start my trip off relaxed. I wandered the striped fields and gift shop. Took some nice pictures. Bought some Lemon Chiffon Ice Cream that had a hint of lemon lavender flavor. Very nice stop.
Roberta Peek — Google review
Drove to this place from Seattle. The drive was beautiful, Sequim is a very calm and charming town. You can smell the lavender as you get close to the farm. There are several lavender farms in the valley. The farm looked peaceful and beautiful, smelled amazing as well.
There is an I cream shop which sells lavender ice cream and a gift shop selling lavender themed items. They were selling lavender bouquets too.
I had a great time visiting the farm and would highly recommend checking this place out in the lavender season.
Sindu — Google review
All of the staff were very friendly, in the gift shop and at the ice cream shop as well. Prices are on the high side for the ice cream, but that is expected when you’re kind of paying for the experience. There was only 2-4 rows of lavender that was just starting to open up, as stated, they are in full bloom towards the end of the month. Such a beautiful and serene place to stop by. First time at a lavender farm so it was super cool! In the front was a large distillery machine for their fresh oil. Pets are allowed on a leash and with clean up! There is also a super cute cabin on the grounds that says it is available for rental! Budget friendly, family stop if you’re in the area and in search of something to do!
Keely M. — Google review
We visited the lavender farm on July 17th.
I read about the lavender festival on their website and was expecting a lavender bloomed garden but very few rows bloomed.
The farm was beautiful but wish they mentioned the right time to visit the farm on the website (with a beautiful sight of bloomed lavender)
My kids enjoyed the face painting station. Though it was extra money. the Person in charge did a great job. I would give 5 star for her.
We got lavender white chocolate ice cream. It was more white chocolate I could hardly taste lavender. The staff at the ice cream stand was friendly.
We went to a gift shop. I saw a board with 3 magnets. I liked one particular and asked the person in charge if they have 2. The person in billing said the ones on the board are all they have. My husband noticed two trays full of magnets on the counter. I asked if I can check that, and she said yes and I was able to find the magnet I was looking for.
She need not look the magnet for me but at least could have told to me check in that tray.
Not sure if she was new or rude to care about the customer.

This is literally the best place I’ve ever visited. We went on a Sunday evening at the end of the season and got an incredible raspberry lavender ice cream. June and Jeanie were so kind and friendly. I wanted to buy all of the products in the store! This is my second time here while visiting from minnesota and I will be back!
Jenae Carlson — Google review
Aroma was amazing.
Ice cream was great.
There were so many different things made of lavender.
The farms were beautiful.
It is worth your time to come here.
Raj Morris — Google review
Awesome lavender farm out in the Sequim countryside! Don't miss this place during Lavender Fest. Immaculate grounds complement the rustic architecture and a lovely gift shop with awesome staff. Not far off the 101, easy to get to.
This is a great location for photographs, very idyllic, and they host events as well. Have fun at the Fest!

The Bloedel Reserve is a sprawling nature preserve that spans 150 acres and boasts forests, landscaped gardens, and a reflection pool. Its well-designed walkways provide ample opportunity to appreciate the horticulture and design of the park. The park is particularly stunning in rainy weather, as the various shades of green stand out vividly. Visitors can tour the Bloedel residence, which includes bathrooms and an impressive art collection. A gift shop at the gatehouse offers further opportunities for exploration.
The trails are beautifully done. Easy to walk paths through fields, forest, and around ponds. So many different plants that look different every time I go. Many benches that invite you to stop and enjoy the view. I highly recommend you go every season to see the wonderful changes in the gardens and paths.
Kelly Nichols — Google review
Nice place to catch fall colors, not so much for flowers, though. When I came on a weekend, there was not many people. I had the place with my friends.
Had to buy tickets ahead of time. They do not sell at the door. $20 per person.
When you get there, you have to stop at this sign, and the staff comes out and ask for your name to check against their printed list. My name wasn't on it since I bought my tickets 30 minutes ahead of time, but I did have a confirmation email.
You can spend as little as an hour or as much as three hours here. There are many paths. This is a nice nature/garden walk. Most of it was relatively flat . No mosquitoes despite many ponds.
Overall, it is a fairly well marked and nicely maintained trails.
The only animals I saw were ducks.
I found restrooms in the visitor center (entrance) and at the mansion. The visitor center is a gift shop that sells postcards, chocolate, and small snacks.
Lily Yee — Google review
Make sure to reserve your tickets. If you don’t they may act snooty and tell you to come back later after booking online. We were told it was sold out but then immediately booked tickets online. The property itself is gorgeous and well maintained. $22/person is a bit pricey for this experience but if you are visiting the island it’s a nice experience
amanda — Google review
Stunning public gardens that are definitely worth visiting. It was pretty much empty when we came on the weekend. It takes about 2 hours to slowly stroll through all the different gardens.
The property itself is also stunning and has a room dedicated to the history of the house.
I’ve seen several reviews suggesting picnicking on the lawns, but for what it’s worth the website says that’s not allowed.
Pooja Chaudhary — Google review
Beautiful park. The walkways don't take too long but give yourself plenty of time to take in all the aspects of horticulture and design.
The park is most beautiful in the rain, I think, as all the different shades of green really stand out.
The Bloedel residence has bathrooms, an art collection and there is a great gift shop at the gatehouse. Worth a visit.
April Allen — Google review
We loved our experience here. The grounds and house were absolutely stunning. The staff did an excellent job making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. 5 out of 5!
Ric Martinez — Google review
The park and the trails are well maintained, but be aware that trails are not stroller friendly.
My favorite parts were the reflection pond and Japanese garden.
But I was left with a bad experience by turning us back at the gate for having my small dog in the car. We were asked to park the car outside the property and walk in. I understand the reason for not allowing any pets in the park, but not letting them be in the car in the parking lot felt heavy-handed (gave me colonial vibes).
V MC — Google review
The Bloedel Reserve is amazing! Its incomparable beauty will leave you with a lasting impression. From the natural, open entry to the Reflection Pool, and through the moss garden, you'll want to be immersed all day in these spaces. Take your time. Enjoy the serenity of its many water features and the tranquility of the Japanese garden. I love this place and highly recommend a visit if you're going to be on Bainbridge Island. I visited on 3/9/24. It was a rainy day but still an amazing visit!
RC T — Google review
Gorgeous place! Absolutely worth admission.
From moss gardens to Japanese gardens to open meadows, there's plenty to enjoy.
The spring blooms were lovely.
Several benches throughout the property.
Clear trails and maps provided at the entrance.
Restrooms available at the gatehouse.
Stephanie Simpers — Google review
I'm not necessarily a huge hiking outdoorsy person, by native PNW standards. Love a beach and a nice day in the sun but I would rather see some art than go to a park. Context to say, if you visit Bainbridge Island this is a MUST DO. Easy walk. Relatively flat 2 miles of just stunning sensory experience for the spring and summer. The most memorable parts were the wild flower grassland—the whole place smelled like honey, I wish they sold it! + the Japanese house and mansion.
Would return. Great way to spend 3 hours or so on a day trip then go have dinner or get on the water. Very memorable vs just going shopping or something. Worth your time.
Jamie C — Google review
A beautiful, calm and relaxing environment. Lots of paths leading to interesting pockets of plants, colors, little bridges, cleverly thought out walkways - it's fabulous. And a real treat to see a doe and her fawns. A great way to spend a couple of hours or more.
Tricia Collins — Google review
Beautiful grounds! We had to reserve tickets online. Once we got there, we loved the short stroll! The map was a little confusing to us, but it wasn’t hard to just enjoy the view! I had two teen kids with us and 6 adults and we all enjoyed it! Some of the ponds had really cool tree frogs too!
Katrina Roxas — Google review
Gorgeous reserve! Ticketing was a bit confusing since we didn't plan to go here but passed by and the sign said we needed tickets booked online. However data is a bit slow in the area and they are aware, so you can go into the toll booth/gate and ask for/get a plastic card with wifi password on it, park inside temporarily, buy tickets online, then return the card to the toll booth then explore the reserve!
I wish I took more photos but at the same time it was so beautiful there that we were completely immersed in the experience for the most part. Very beautiful park and views, extremely well maintained!
Cindy Fu — Google review
Bloedel Reserve is magical. Gorgeous views, secluded, peaceful, and full of lovely local history. An easy walk throughout but lots of variance in views and scenery. So many beautiful ponds, trees and flowers. We bought a year membership after our first visit because it is definitely a place we will visit multiple times in the year and get our money's work. I can't wait to come back again in the winter and then again in the spring. Definitely going to be bringing a picnic next time.
Jessa Edens — Google review
Gorgeous reserve. Exceptionally beautiful during autumn to see color changes of foliage. A bit of wildlife can be observed while walking the grounds. Buy tickets before hand. You must arrive writing a certain time frame or else you’ll have to wait until you window is nearer to enter the reserve. A fair amount of walking but easy to do and lots odd places to stop, rest, take in the scenery. Many different areas to enjoy within the reserve. The Bloedel home is open to view their living spaces inside. Helpful staff inside the house to answer questions. A gift shop is located at the entrance with unique jewelry, crafts, dishwater, books, blankets, and more. Restrooms also available at the entrance and inside the home. A wonderful way to spend a morning or afternoon.
G B — Google review
This garden is beautiful in the fall. A nice walk to see a house like Pemberly with a variety of gardens but my favorite is the Japanese garden. There's an overlook of the Sound. Nice little shop with art, jewelry, gloves and umbrellas in case you forgot.
Be aware: they close at 4 but won't let anyone in after 2:30. So don't be late!!! We came late and had to beg based on the drive time to get there for mercy. They were kind enough to agree, but you could tell they didn't really want to and were just too polite to argue.
We were able to walk most of it in about 45 minutes, but if you do want to linger and see the whole thing it will probably take you about an hour and a half to do it justice.
I'd like to come back in spring to see the flowers bloom here too.
Kefi Andersen — Google review
Such a beautiful walk. And my grandma was able to do the walk and she recovered from a broken hip so it’s not too difficult while still being beautiful.
Anna Girardeau — Google review
We came on a Friday afternoon so it was very easy to get in, but reservations are recommended on the weekend. This is a beautiful place with lots of history, give yourself a couple of hours to walk through and learn about the Bloedel family and their dedication to nature preservation. The tour is self guided and there is minimal signage, which is intentional. Enjoy the grounds!
Ariel Motaghedi Alfaro — Google review
My happy place!! I rolled my day pass into a membership on the first visit!! I’ve seen it lush green and harvest fall so far and can’t get enough!! Oh, and it has THE BEST gift shop!!

The USS Turner Joy, a naval destroyer that served in the Pacific and is now a museum open to the public, offers a self-guided tour for visitors to explore. The tour allows ample time for individuals to discover the vessel's intricate engineering and learn about its historical significance. The museum showcases the sacrifices made by military forces in defending freedom while highlighting the sobering reality of life on board.
I was fortunate to get a compelling verbal brief of the Turner Joy's role in history. It was an interesting tour and well worth your time. I enjoyed learning about shipboard life and seeing how crowded conditions were.
Rob — Google review
This museum is pretty cool! So wonderful to explore the ship and get to see what it looks like. I love the fact it is right next to the Water taxi dock. The gift shop is cute. Looks at hats and t-shirt options. The entry fee seems pretty reasonable. Note, any charge via cc there will be a fee. Is better to be paying with cash. They do offer a discount for seniors and youth. The ship is 418 feet and she retired in November of 1982. I think is worth the money to tour this one.
Kimberly Pham — Google review
Tickets for adults - $18. It was truly a new experience for me to step inside a ship that had been through the Vietnam War and been to Russia as well. The rustic smell inside can be uncomfortable but the history was amazing to learn about. The bunk beds were small and I still cannot believe the max occupancy of this ship is 275!
Highly recommend for explorers out there!
Tien Nguyen — Google review
The self-guided tour gives you plenty of time to explore the open areas on your own time, which is good because there is enough to learn and see to spend hours and hours here! We enjoyed the history, intricate engineering, and sobering reality of the comforts our forces leave behind to defend freedom. Highly recommend!
Holly Bender — Google review
We had a great experience here. There was very few people there, which made it comfortable moving about tight quarters without getting into peoples' space. The volunteers were so kind and encouraged us to ask questions. There were bottles of hand sanitizer scattered throughout. There were also bathrooms onboard, which was great. The air is dry and musky, so if you're prone to nosebleeds, bring tissues, and bring a jacket as it is cooler below deck. Great experience!
Elizabeth James — Google review
Self guided tours or with volunteer guides. The placards explain the different equipment, so for people unfamiliar with the
machinery can understand
the uses.
As a retired Navy man of 25 years, mostly on destroyers (tin cans), memories came flooding back.
Be aware that with traversing the ship, steep ladders are throughout. For those of us who may have mobility issues, would find it difficult to get around the ship.
You can make the ship's horn blast, by pulling the rope on the bridge (wheel house).
Official announcements
are made over the ship's speaker system (1-MC).
The announcements are the same as when the ship was active! It was amazing to me to hear, "Sweepers, sweepers man your brooms, give the ship a clean sweep down fore & aft...".
The gift shop is very well stocked, with reasonable prices. A wide range of items and prices, so that no matter the budget you'll walk away with a souvenir
from the Turner Joy (DD-951).
I was aboard the USS Black (DD-666), after the attack on the USS Maddox & USS Turner Joy, the Black was their relief in the Tonkin Gulf.
Fair Winds and Following Seas, Your Shipmate.

I love to search on my own on this ship. It was an incredible and adventurous journey on this self-guided tour throughout the ship. You should call to check the opening hours since the hours in Google Map are not correct. I will come back some days. From Seattle with love
Danny Tram — Google review
Great experience. Little difficult for young kids and elderly with the ladders going to each level of the ship. It’s an amazing attraction and the staff are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Yedidyah Kent — Google review
This is so cool! It's a self-guided tour of a good-sized naval ship. You get to learn about how the ship operated, how the crew survived, and some of the ships history in combat. Definitely worth taking the time of day to do this tour!
Collin Semb — Google review
If you're a Naval history buff this is probably fascinating. But as a civilian without a particular interest, I found it disappointing. Though there is information posted throughout the ship about things like semaphore and machinery, they're pretty dry. Something like a through line describing the daily life of a crewman or an officer would be a lot more fun for the average visitor. Also, in order to reach most ship levels it's necessary to go up very steep stair/ladders, and there are no alternatives, so it's definitely not accessible for those with mobility issues. For the price ($18 per ticket for adults) it's not well curated or in great shape, unfortunately.
Thorn Michaels — Google review
What a cool experience! This destroyer has some neat history tied to the US involvement in the Vietnam War, and it's well worth a visit!
You get a self-guided tour of nearly the whole ship with signs explaining much of what you are seeing and experiencing. Do know this is not a quick stop, and to get the most out of the visit, you will need to be able to climb up and down narrow ladders and stairs. On the day we visited, we were a former crew member volunteering in the galley, answering questions, and talking about his experience on the ship - Doug was great!
The POW section with its stories was an appreciated addition, and I found it fascinating.
It can get pretty spendy for the whole family but one thing is that your tickets are good for the whole day. So we did half of the ship and then left and got lunch and then came back and finished. That was a great way to do it, and it kept the kids from being overdone.
Highly recommend, especially if you are interested in US History, the US Navy, and/or the Vietnam War.
Micah Stickler — Google review
Great place if you want to learn about the battleship and don't mind small spaces but the space on the ship is often very small so some might feel trapped. Also it's a must that you wear comfortable clothes to move around in, since the ship has 5 floors but the stairs are very steep and narrow. But overall a great experience!
Olesya Samarkina — Google review
Fascinating self guided walking tour of this ship. It's amazing that people lived and worked in these cramped spaces for months at a time. The tour is physically intense for people who aren't in the best shape and for small kids. So many stairs...
I recommend taking this tour to anyone interested in somewhat recent US military history.
Debra Lentz — Google review
Love it! You can really explore, and they made improvements to help the experience. The exhibit on the prisoners' experience in Vietnam is very interesting. There is parking nearby. We parked in the multi-story lot. There is also a small shack on the dock with snacks if you are hungry.
Richard Diamond — Google review
TL;DR If you're a history nerd or a naval nerd, check it out.
This is a self guided tour of the Naval Destroyer class ship, USS Turner Joy. The tour can go as long or as short as you want, but I took about 1.5 - 2 hours to get through the whole thing, and I took my time. The ship itself has an incredible amount of history that is laid out well within each station. It is not friendly to anyone with mobility issues if you plan to explore anything beyond the main deck level. Additionally, there are no water fountains, and only one bathroom onboard, so go before you embark. Internally, there are a lot of unique things in this ship, like how it was both the first and last ship to engage enemies in Vietnam, and lots more that you'll learn as you wander the internal labyrinth packed with information. The USS Turner Joy is a great way to spend a morning or afternoon.

Located in Tulalip, Washington, just six minutes north of Marysville, the Seattle Premium Outlets is a popular shopping destination in the Seattle metropolitan area. The outlet center offers a wide range of stores with discounted prices on well-known brands. Visitors can also find Gateway Shopping Center nearby, which features major retailers and easy access from the I-5 highway.
I absolutely LOVE outlet malls, as nearly everything has discounted prices. This one has a decent selection of name-brand stores, and a few premium ones in a figure-eight style loop.
There’s a food court and a Starbucks in the middle, and pretzel, and kettle corn stands scattered throughout.
Matty B — Google review
A lot of people from BC to shop here and bring back to Canada to save on taxes and have more options. The is the strength of the US.
Many shops and pretty much what you need is here. Weekday afternoon, many shops is close for lunch for 30-60 minutes. Be aware of this so you don’t feel bad when the door is locked.
Richard Wu — Google review
This is a great place to shop, especially during the holidays. It's best for clothing and shoes. It's also a great place for kids, plenty of food locations and spots to play. There is a parking lot and garage. Although it can be crowded on weekends, it always seems to have parking. Fun place to visit!
William Case — Google review
Great deals! Awesome shopping experience!
Edit- those who want to go via public transportation need to catch a bus from Bellevue transit center bay-4.
I recommend checking google for more details before planning. the bus takes around 2-3 hours depending on traffic. with a car, it's 35 - 45 minutes. However, I would suggest taking a cab.
Suzayn — Google review
Fun and inexpensive mall, has tons of discounted stores! And great brands as well . Parking lot is humongous but still gets very very packed and parking can be hard to find, especially on the weekends. Very clean atmosphere, tons of bathrooms, drinking fountains and water bottle refill stations. They also have some fun quarter machine rides for kiddos, as well as you can rent stroller car things. I wish they had more food options though, there's about 4-5 in the food court to choose from like Subway. I recommend getting off the 116th exit because the other exit gets extremely backed up. Beautiful holiday decorations.

Not anything special ...but common brands are all there..n prices as expected are lower than high street outlets...
Lots of discounts...
Eating facilities again of average grade...not many choices...
Rest rooms r good..
Ample parking facilities..
Far away from Seattle... wastes time from shopping..

This store owner said he is smart as a business owner and doesn’t care about the needs of clients. He refused to exchange any quarters back while our purchasing, and refused to help us toss the receipt as he will run his business at the ‘smartest’ way for his best interest.
We bought something over $8.XX and paid $10, and we barely asked for few quarters back. Then we got this attitude :)
Not a pleasant experience of visiting this place.

The outlet is large and has many brands.
Even though there are plenty of parking spaces, they are full on weekends. I spent 0.5 hours walking around and finally found a parking spot! In this case, I would suggest parking your car on the 2nd floor of the parking building, which is near the Levis store.

It’s an excellent place to buy your needs with a discount between 15-20%. You have to check their offers as they may provide extra discounts at different days of the year. But we can’t compare it with Portland outlet as no tax there. Parking is spacious but you need to come early to ensure a slot. Foods , they have food court and other small shops and food is okay.

Seattle Premium Outlets is my favorite place to shop in Tulalip. As a well known member of Tulalip Casino. I have come here on many occasions with my family and Daughters to shop here. This is one of the best places for that in the State of Washington. I have bought at stores like Nike, True Religion & Zumiez. Every store in Seattle Premium Outlets is worth Visiting. I highly recommend this place for all Families. Thank you for the Memories and and Bless the Tulalip Reservation!

06/24/23: the Outlet was great, with a variety of mediums and large branches. I believe the price is always 15-30% discount for clothes, shoes and other items. The parking is ample and the space is enormous. I love coming here to checkout on discount items and enjoy the outlet’s vibe. Also, the food court was good as well

There were less people in the morning, but there are many people and hard to find parking in the afternoon. Pro tip: come early. Not many options in food court, but food is good. Some of the shops do have great discount, like Crocs, Kiplin, etc

Best to get there early (9-10am). Parking is easily accessible then. If you wait you'll miss out on finding something easy. Good to get your steps in. Seems to be a destination point for those who are coming from out of country. You'll see tour busses bring them in. Some deals to be had there.

Journeys East, located within the Tulalip Resort and Casino in Marysville, is a vibrant restaurant offering a diverse menu of Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese cuisine. Guests can indulge in an array of delicacies from different Asian cultures while enjoying a selection of cocktails and wines. The exceptional service provided by the friendly staff adds to the overall dining experience.
First stay at Tulalip Casino. We had ordered sushi here as well, but the service and food with drinks was phenomenal. The chicken karaage on the appetizers menu section was to die for (ask for extra lemon to drizzle, truly makes a difference). We, husband and I, had just sat at the bar outside the main restaurant but still had an amazing experience. If you are at the casino hit this place up!

Been here many times but first time writing a review of this restaurant. Probably everyone knows this is a very popular place. The food is absolutely great. Would recommend the combo fried rice and Bo Luc lac… Sushi is also great too. There is no complaint except for the long line wait and a limited amount of staff working

What happened Journeys East?
Used to be my favorite Asian restaurant in the North end, with contemporary dessert options.
Steamed halibut. Should be renamed to "Microwave" fish. Seriously the halibut stuck to the plate, and it looked and tasted microwave, and just added the yet simple sauce but mediocre. Not worth $30 for this dish!
Green curry with chicken. Curry broth and chicken is spot on, but I didn't realize there would be so many cucumbers and less chicken.
Spicy wontons. Just wontons and chili oil. Probably the only redeeming dish.
Service was okay. Waitress was nice but lack a bit of attention, as we had to flag her down for additional orders.
Overall, if you're out trying to make your luck and crave Asian meal, stick to the lower cost typical items, you should be fine.
It used to have taste/quality of a good restaurant now more of cafeteria quality.

I have been dining at this restaurant since it opened. Before COVID I dined here at least once a week. Several of the servers are familiar with my order and have always provided excellent service. However, after negative experiences on my last two visits I don’t plan on coming back.
On my previous visit the expeditor, Loralei, was in a rush. She kept trying to bring dishes to our table that we did not order. When she finally did bring the dish we were waiting for she slammed it down on the table. Hard enough that I was afraid the momentum would take it off of the table.
We spoke to the manager, Shannon, she apologized and said she would speak to Loralei. She did admit to setting dishes down roughly. We were assured she would receive more training and that she was a good worker that was simply trying too hard to be quick. As our previous experiences had always been positive we felt the matter was resolved.
This evening was about a month after the first incident. I came in with my husband and a friend. We placed our food and drink order with the server and everything seemed fine.
Loralei was the expediter again. At Journey’s the food comes out as it is made. Consequently, someone always ends up waiting for their food. We are used to this system.
Loralei brought my dish. I said it was mine and she set it front of my friend. She corrected herself, but slammed the bowl of pho down. At that point I thought she may have had an issue with me because I had made a complaint about her. I tried to not think anything of it, but then a few other incidents made me think it was intentional.
My friend also ordered pho. I saw a bowl of soup in the window. I did not assume it was ours until I observed Loralei run other dishes that came out afterward. Our server then saw the soup in the window and brought it over. At this time we still had not received our appetizer and my husband was still waiting for fried rice. I let the server know there was an issue and he said he would look into it.
I observed three orders of fried rice go out before my husband received his. I know one of those tables was sat after ours. At this point I asked to speak to a manager.
Before we spoke to the manager Loralei brought my husband’s rice out. She said “Here is a serving spoon if you want to share”. As she said this she brazenly rolled her eyes.
When, Shannon, the manager came to the table (With an unknown man at her side. Did she find me threatening?) I explained that we had a negative experience with Loralei the last time we had dinner. As I was explaining this Loralei delivered our appetizer. I glanced in her direction and probably had an unpleasant expression on my face. Shannon said “Direct that towards me not her”. I can appreciate a manager that stands up for their staff, but not when a staff member is blatantly rude. I explained to Shannon that I cannot control my expressions when someone is being openly disrespectful. She said” Well, two wrongs don’t make a right”.
After that I felt the conversation was going nowhere. I asked for the Food and Beverage managers contact information and both their names.
Shannon said she was the manager of the restaurant. I again requested her managers information. She wrote the information on a card. According to LinkedIn she gave me the assistant managers name.
I lost my appetite and asked Shannon to take my plate and remove it from the bill. Which she did. It took sometime to pay our bill. She pulled our server aside and they both looked in our direction. I assume she felt the need to warn the server about us. We had no issues with our server, Ryan, he did a good job and did his best to help resolve an awkward situation. I will be reaching out to the Food and Beverage manager. I don’t plan on going back unless they hire a better expediter and a manager that can manage.

Best Mongolian beef in Snohomish county. Portions are hit or miss. Fried rice is amazing. Beef pho is okay and works in your need a pho phix. Definitely a wait on nights and weekends. Wish they opened up at 11am instead of noon. Located inside the casino. Great service. Limited menu since Covid.

The food was pretty good. We were surprised. We really enjoyed the portion sizes and the prices weren't too bad. We would definitely eat here again. There was a 1.5-hour wait but we came early in order to account for that.

The good - service was super fast and the salad roll was decent. The pho had puny sized beef and the pad Thai was super bland.definitely not worth the near $50 for all three dishes.

This restaurant is good. If you’re looking for sushi, they are not serving it right now. I was dissatisfied with the karaage but only because I have high expectations.
The staff was friendly though so it made up for the food. I recommend the honey walnut shrimp or the chicken chow Mein.

This restaurant is inside the casino.
The food was good, the portion is quite big. Service was good too, our server comes to us very often. It’s fusion restaurant, not that authentic Chinese/ Asian restaurant.
Most of our food taste good, only the fry odon was a bit under seasoned( or not like what I expected. ) It’s a bit dry to me.

Dining here tonight was good. Our waitress was on top of things. Food was very fast and fresh. I will be back. Wonton was okay. Rolls were delicious. Udon noodles were great. Honey walnut shrimp was fantastic. Can't wait to try some new dishes next time. Thought the portion on the shrimp could have been bigger as there were only 10 for $18 but by the time I was done I was full and happy.
The Bainbridge Island Museum of Art is a privately owned museum that offers rotating exhibits with a special focus on works by local artists. The museum features two floors of exhibition space, a cafe at the back, and a gift shop on the ground floor with lovely gift options for visitors. One exhibit showcased the internment experience of Japanese residents during WWII and was well received. Another exhibit featured the Heroes collection by Cory Bennett Anderson that covered the entire first floor.
A free private museum that only asks for donations on entry. There is a cafe at the rear and two floors of exhibition space. When I went they had an exhibition on Japanese residents experience being interned during WWII which was very well done. There is also a shop on the ground floor with some nice gift options. Definitely worth a visit to the museum.

I LOVE coming here. It's free admission, but they take donations via cash or card. They always have different local artists displaying their work, and all of their work has been phenomenal. The work they display is emotionally impacting and even though it's a small museum, the work they display is intriguing enough to where I've spent a good amount of time reading about their work. The people that work at the museum have a lot of knowledge about the artists as well, which is great since they helped provide insight on the artists' work.

EXCELLENT ATTRACTION TUCKED AWAY ON AN ISLAND
I was only going to take the ferry from Seattle and back again, but thought I'd not waste the trip and spend the time between ferries wandering around Bainbridge Island. My first stop, after walking up from the ferry, was this place. It's perfectly located to catch your attention, then having free/donation entry meant that frugal me had to pop in and have a look.
I'm glad I did. It's an eclectic mix in a beautiful building and the gift shop is worth a browse.

What a magical place! I am visiting Seattle from NYC on a budget, and this was one of my favorite activities. As a free/donation-based museum, I was pleasantly surprised by the vast, wonderful, and diverse collection of local artists. There are lots of beautiful and thought-provoking pieces of different mediums that take you on a range of thought + sensory journeys as you wander through. I particularly loved the art commenting on the effect we’ve had on nature and our connection with it. The book-making room was also very cool and unique, I spent so much time in there trying to read each intricate little piece! The museum is very well kept with nice bathrooms and great staff. There is also a lovely rooftop garden to soak up the sun. I am looking forward to coming back on my next trip to the PNW!

Bainbridge Island Museum of Art (BIMA) has fabulous exhibits that are free to the public. They also have an auditorium that you can book for events. Our bicycle advocacy nonprofit, Squeaky Wheels, recently hosted an author event w/ Seattle Bike Blogger, Tom Fucoloro and his new book Biking Uphill In The Rain. Cole, our BIMA rep, had everything ready and took care of everything we needed. The event ran seamlessly.

The Boeing Future of Flight museum is dedicated to the history and future of aviation. Visitors can explore exhibits covering the history of aviation as well as tours of the commercial jet assembly plant. The museum also has a few fun things to do and see, making it a great place for all ages to learn and explore. The shop is excellent, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. However, the factory tour is currently closed due to Covid-19.
Was very excited to hear that tours were back! Took a friend visiting from California on the 10:30 tour. Christopher was our great storyteller guide. I've done the tour in the past many years ago on weekends, so it was interesting to see it during the weekday. You can't bring any phones or cameras on the tour. They have free lockers to stow your purses, backpacks, phones, or food. I bought my ticket ahead online the day before we visited.

Small but entertaining for a quicker outing. A few fun things to do and see, great place to learn and explore for all ages. Great shop and really excellent, knowledgeable and helpful staff. The robot exhibit was really fun and flying bird simulator was great. I loved flying a drone.

Despite the factory tour being closed, the backstage pass film is a good way to find out more about the history and operations at this site. It's no substitute for a real tour though! There was a Q&A session at the end which was a good opportunity to ask questions, although some of the answers given weren't very informative.
The museum and viewing deck are good, so this is a good way to spend a few hours just half an hour outside Seattle.
Rohan Muralee — Google review
Went on a Monday afternoon and spent about an hour and half there. Thought it would have a lot more things to look at but there were no factory tours available and some of the exhibits were still under renovation. Staff at the drone pilot and AI stations were very friendly and pleasant. Those interactive stations were pretty cool. The price was cheap ($6).
Worth a visit if you are in the area and you have a couple hours but definitely not a destination like the Museum of Flight. The gift shop was my favourite part of my visit.

My expectation is to have Boeing factory tour which inspired me long time ago to see how to assemble the big plane. Unfortunately it’s closed due to Covid-19. Spent one hour in future of flight which is so interesting.

I was impressed with the variety, quality and engagement of their exhibits. My 9 and 11-year old girls had a blast. Mini robots that do tricks following lines drawn on paper, a drone flying cage, fly a flock of birds onscreen with body motions, eliminate space junk with a computer game, look at mini drones the size of a fly, make up to 6 ping pong balls float mid-air on tiny streams of air, design your own plane by picking features then flying it in a cockpit to see how well it flies (simple enough for 5-year old to enjoy). We probably missed 5 or more exhibits because we ran out of time! Very inexpensive for the hours of enjoyment. Highly recommended!

This is a good place for young and old, not a whole lot to see, we were there about an hour. But it was interesting. Drones (in a cage) and simple motorized cubes that you can draw a path for them to follow, great for kids. We enjoyed the visit, I know there are bigger museums but for a quick “something to do” that’s not too expensive… it was perfect. Just know to keep your expectations low on the quantity of airplanes. There were several coming soon exhibit so it’s looking to expand.

Good news after pandemic they re open tour! It is 45 minutes and you can observe how they make parts of aircraft.
The exhibition is not that big, I wish they make more interactive knowledge share.

Wow! Beautiful modern clean gallery Museum. I also go lunch to be the first group of for the new factory tour! Peter was a fantastic tour guide and had all the information memorized to educate 27 of us in a theater presentation, then bus tour into the factory where these amazing Boeing planes are assembled!
Awesome gift shop to! And sky deck where you can see the planes landing as well.

Interesting tour but doesn’t get you on the ground floor and up close to the operations to better experience the equipment, parts, processes and aircraft. All observations are from the transport bus or observation decks high above the workplace. Glad I saw it but somewhat disappointed in the distant viewing. Entrance fee a bit pricey for the overall experience. Tour guide and other staff were great!

I was surprised at how informative and interesting this tour was (in that the factory tours are currently closed).
The building has many exhibits including hands-on (mostly for youth). There is a drone area that you can practice flying.
You also have access to a roof top, which provides excellent views of Paine Field and has a radio broadcasting the tower traffic.
The best part for us was the one hour presentation, which was hosted by staff . You could ask questions and interact about the history and the assembly process. It's not like the actual factory tour, but it's still very informative.

It was a good tour; could have been better. Although I understand that there are data privacy concerns and that’s why everything is viewable from a distance. Book in advance as you can’t just rock up & the whole tour takes about 1 hour 30 minutes I’d say & then you get to walk around the awesome merchandise shop & exhibits & if you purchase the access the viewing gallery too, we got lucky as there was a Dreamlifter there & we saw it departing too

I had a tour and it was very impressive. I booked it online 2 weeks before my visit. The tour is around 90 minutes. I entered the hangar area and visited the assembly line where I saw many planes in production, including two Air Force KC-31s being refueled. Our tour guide was very helpful and friendly. Backpacks, cameras, phones, food, and drinks were not permitted during the tour, but there were free lockers at the entrance. There were no restrooms during the tour, so it's important to hydrate and use the restroom beforehand. The is a sky deck and gallery next to the lobby, you can take pictures of the planes from distance on the deck.

The place is nice overall, the exhibition is nice and that's it, there aren't too many things on display.
The observation deck is impressive providing a breathtaking view of the airport and the mountain ranges surrounding the area.
The tour is fine and nothing more, we were disappointed by the tour and expected much more.
The tour is Including a view of the factory from two high points (observation balconies inside the factory overlooking the 2 parts of the factory) but there is no walking in the factory and there is no watching at what happens in the assembly process up close.
It does not provide the feeling one expects from a tour of the Boeing assembly factory.
I would like to point out that it is forbidden to take pictures during the tour.

Drove 12 hours just for the Boeing tour and it was totally worth it! We had a great time. Even just plane spotting across from the factory was enthralling. We saw an Antonov our first morning there along with all the amazing Boeing planes. I would also love to see a more in depth tour option. The store is fantastic! Lots of selection and the prices were great.

So you can’t take your phone on the tour so the pictures are just of the sky deck that you get access to with a tour ticket. The tour its self is okay, it’s more of a just a bus ride around the Boeing facility with a stop in the production facility. Once on there assembly line you get an elevator onto an observation deck and can look over the 777F assembly line. The tour is not particularly detailed but if you are interested in seeing jets it is a must.

Great insight into the workings of a plane assembly plant! Worth it! Although the price doesn’t justify the length of your and our inability to carry phones for selfies at least! From the viewing terrace you can take some good pictures!
The Flying Heritage & Combat Armor Museum, located in a restored hangar, features an impressive collection of military aircraft and weapons from the years 1935 to 1945. The museum boasts top-notch facilities and showcases vintage aeroplanes in excellent condition. Its staff are highly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the exhibits on display. It is undoubtedly one of the world's premier collections of significant military equipment, providing a vital legacy for future generations to appreciate.
My favorite aviation museum in the whole world! I met a docent named Arthur Unruh there, who was the most friendly and inspiring man I have ever met! If you have the chance to visit this museum, I highly recommend it. took my family to the fly days and other events (Wine night and Tanktober-fest). I live down the road from this place and took it for granted, then the pandemic hit and closed it for 3 years. Then with new ownership, I thought this impressive collection was lost to the area. But it remains for the time being. Visit and appreciate the awesome collection. Hopefully they continue to do demonstrations whether it's the tanks or planes.

Great museum with some planes that are the last of their kind. Most of the planes and tanks are fully operational. I was told that in the past, and hopefully in the future, some of these planes and tanks are flown/driven in demonstrations on holidays, including firing the tanks (with blanks). There is an interactive educational section as well. The docents were friendly and helpful with a decent amount of knowledge.

Definitely a must visit place if you are looking for historical artifacts around WWII. Beautifully preserved and restored armored tanks and airplanes from the Wars. The best part though are the volunteers who work as guides here. All of them have some family involvement with the heritage and their level of knowledge is impressive.

What an amazing day. I was expecting a couple of hangers with a few restored war birds. Boy, was I wrong! They actually have more ground vehicles than aircraft now (mostly tanks), but this takes nothing from the aviation and historical information. The theater, and interactive history of war (touch screens, audio-visual presentations, etc) is amazingly well done, and the pictorial timelines meticulously laid out on the walls are visually stimulating and educational. I was surprised at some of the artifacts that were on display, but you should just see for yourself!
The highlights of my visit were the stories behind some of the aircraft and the associated people, as shared by Rick. His passion for the history of both the aircraft and the museum made for a very special day. I got to learn a lot about the back stories of the aircraft, as well as the people associated with them. I will definitely be making the trip back to be there for an upcoming flight day! Thanks again to Rick for the outstanding tour!!

The best collection of WW II warbirds that I've seen since Planes of Fame in Chino. Meticulously restored, airworthy historical planes. The ground combat vehicles were nice to see, but I came to see the planes. Only gripe is having to endure inappropriately loud visitors that pushed me aside & talked about things unrelated to the museum.

Wow what a great way to spend a few hours. It's a great mix of planes--a mind-blowing number of which still fly--and vehicles. The displays are well-described on plaques and banners. And there are several roving volunteers to answer questions. We had great conversations with David who knew his stuff and was the friendliest guy we met all week. Highly recommended. Be sure to look through the fence at the new green Boeings and the military ramp.

Amazing museum. The planes are well preserved and the majority in flight condition. There is one Junkers Stuka in restoration being exhibited. In the entrance, you can see an amazing B-25. In front of it, there is an English de Havilland Mosquito bomber. All aircraft are well preserved. The nice thing about this museum is that the voluntary guides are crazy about airplanes (like me). It totally worth spending the day visiting and talking with the guides.

They do have some stuff predating WWII and other vehicles from Vietnam. Very good variety of armor and planes. They even have a working me262! It's worth the price of admission. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The gift shop has a lot of variety. They will hopefully start doing live demonstrations soon.
The Burke-Gilman Trail, a converted railway corridor that stretches over 20 miles through parklands and residential areas, is a versatile multi-use pathway. This pedestrian thoroughfare stands out among interurban routes in various states due to its superior quality. While Portland boasts longer trails, they do not match the excellence of the Burke-Gilman Trail.
Goes a lot of great places! Well-traveled and has some beautiful views.

A picturesque trail perfect for both biking and running. It's entirely paved and impeccably maintained.

The segment from Kenmore to Matthews beach is good for walking, running, or biking, as it's flat with minimal crossing streets. The views could be better (it's mostly people's backyards on this segment, to be honest), but it's still a good place for a long walk/ride/run. The trail supports about 3-4 people across, and traffic gets a little high on weekends, so if you go, be sure and mind your trail manners:
Bikers - The speed limit is 15 mph and you have to yield to pedestrians. It is not uncommon to get buzzed by packs of road cyclists going way over 15.
Runners - Stay to the right, even if the unofficial dirt path you want to run in is on the other side of the trail. I often see people running 2 wide on the left side just so 1 of them can be on the dirt and it creates lots of problems.
Walkers - You have ultimate ROW, but please don't abuse it. If you want to stop and chat, move to the side so others can pass.
Dog Walkers - Keep your pets close to you and on the right side of the trail if possible. I see near-collisions with dogs almost every time I go out. And please don't hang poop bags on fences.

Not a bad walk. Would be better if you had better views of the water and less traffic noise in parts but overall is an ok walk. May be better to cycle than walk to get to other parts of the trail faster.

This is the most popular trail in the Bothell/Seattle area. It connects Woodinville to Seattle and is famous among cyclists.
There are many scenic views that run along Lake Washington.

It’s beautiful with all its fall covered leaves. Wide enough path so nobody is near each other.

This “trail” , pedestrian byway is the best interurban route I’ve seen in any state. Portland, Oregon also has some that have longer duration but that are far lower quality. As a basic commuter on foot, or runner or even a person an a cane. If you are looking for a cozy urban woodland feel or a way to avoid traffic as a cyclist, it’s unbeatable in all ways. IT HAS NO LIGHTING after dark so beware to time your trips appropriately or bring the right gear. Bicycle times for trip are almost completely inaccurate. So plan added time for those commutes.

I'll never travel to Mount Rainier National Park without this trip planner again
We were so fortunate to be able to take the wine and cheese tasting class with Shelly Fitzgerald in her final version of it prior to the facility closing. Shelly was fantastic and so were the wines and cheeses. The other 3 couples in the class were also super nice which made the whole experience even better. The facility is wonderful and it's surprising that Gallo, who is purchasing Columbia is not also taking ownership of the building. If you can squeeze in a visit prior to closing, I highly recommend it. Thanks Shelly and good luck with you new adventures.

My husband came here earlier this year and absolutely loved it. The lady was very nice and knowledgeable. We ended up joining the wine club. My husband used his email and he got an email but after that we NEVER received anything. My husband called and left a voicemail and still never heard anything.
Our payment never went through. Months went by. We thought okay, I guess we will leave it alone and never go back. Another few months go by and I got a call saying something went wrong and the email address that we provided was entered wrong. But my husband did get the first one. They were nice and gave us free wine but by then we were like nope! Disappointed because it’s a cute winery but because of that they lost us as customers.

Nice place but you kinda get kicked out(pretty much) after finished wine testing. I asked a lady if we could stay seated little more after we paid for testing and also purchased a bottle of wine.. she said we can’t “Due to next appointment people” reason. and there was so many other tables. So if you don’t want to be rushed, drink it slow lol I guess. Or maybe we didn’t buy membership that’s why..? Anyway There’s so many other good wineries to go :) It was good enough to try once.

The world famous Columbia Winery is situated in the heart of local wine country in Woodinville, WA. Popular tourist site is also a nice special event venue for weddings, corporate functions, large catered private parties, etc. The food is excellent as one should expect. The staff is friendly, courteous, professional and all smiles. Of course, the wine is stellar and that's what draws people from near and far to smell and taste some of the best wine around. The entrance and overall grounds are less impressive than its wine, especially compared to the grand Chateau Ste. Michelle winery directly across the street. Also check out other wineries in the neighborhood like JM Cellars, Novelty Hill-Januik Winery and DeLille Cellars. Book several nights at the famous Willows Lodge where you'll also feast on Pacific Northwest style cuisine, enjoy luxury spa service and literally walk to all of the wineries. All in all, worthy of a visit to this Washington State staple. Book your special event now. Cheers 🍷

Many other reviews mention the fancy, beautiful atmosphere. These are spot on. I was not surprised to learn that this is a popular wedding venue. I was also not impressed with our visit. We stopped in early in the afternoon, and were told we needed to make a reservation (the place was NOT busy, but there are still restrictions due to COVID, so maybe that was it). We made a reservation for a tasting later that afternoon.
We arrived three minutes early for our reservation, and were told to wait by a window. Around three minutes later, we had a server come in and seat us. I can't imagine what the point of waiting three minutes was. Just like earlier, the place was NOT busy.
We arrived to our table to four matching selections for a tasting for the four of us. Each of us agreed that at least two of the selections were not something that we would have selected. I'd never been served a wine flight that I had no input on before.
Overall, we felt that Columbia seemed a little pretentious, especially as the wines we tried were not that great. There was at least one of each of ours that we didn't finish, and there was one in particular that was truly disappointing. There are other venues in the area (one VERY close) that we've enjoyed more.

Staff is very knowledgeable about the wines.if you don't know exactly what you want I recommend doing a tasting then grabbing a bottle.... Or two or three. The staff can tell you all about the types and what makes each one special! Try to have Dennis as your server!

Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery is a picturesque estate that produces wine and offers tours, tastings, summer concerts, and food pairings. Visitors can enjoy a quick tasting or relax in the sunken garden. Limited edition varieties are available exclusively at the winery, along with widely available options at great prices. Excellent customer service includes allowing customers to taste before buying. Reservations are recommended for all those in the area who want to experience this wonderful winery.
This is one of the nicest wineries site in WA state. They have some good wines but quite mainstream so usually i prefer wine tasting in smaller wineries around. However, they offer outside concerts in summer which are really enjoyable and fun to attend with family or friends. You can bring your picnic, buy wine at the winery and enjoy the concert that way.

For a birthday surprise I reserved the brunch box for a group of 5. Now when we think of brunch we think of a decently filling meal. Let me first say, overall, this place is beautiful and the service was great! Staff were friendly, quick to seat us, and follow up with any of our needs. The 4 mimosas did not disappoint us! Food wise, for the amount I paid I feel like they could offer more food. We all got one chicken/waffle, one sausage, shared yogurt and shared skillet hash browns. We ordered the rest of the food on the side as we were still hungry. The food tasted great. Literally everything had flavor. I wouldn’t do the brunch box again but I will be going back.

Came here on a holiday weekend and got lucky with a walk in tasting! The whole family did the 2 white and 2 red tasting paired with the flight bites, and everything was so great!
There were two bonus drinks, one at the start and one at the end, and the bartender helping us gave a great rundown of the wines and where they came from. It’s a perfect place to take parents around Woodinville. Definitely recommend!

Breathtaking views and a menu to match! The menu compliments the wines with its small but vast variety of perfect portions.
We had three varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon which were different in texture, color and taste.
We also had their Melbac and their white wine. We highly recommend this place.
Next time, we’re checking out the heated domes!

Just a great experience all around. You don't even have to be here that long. The tastings are quick. The sunken garden experience we did was very laid back. Parking is a little on the light side. The prices are great, as their varieties are widely available, but their are limited editions only available here as well. The customer service was excellent, as they will let you taste a few to find what you like before buying. I'd advise all in the area to visit. Make reservations!

🍷 I did a wine flight it was pretty good, I wish they would also give you recommendations on what to order to try your flight with. Wine is delicious by itself but you can also bring out a lot flavor notes by mixing it with food.

Gotta love the Grande Dame of Washington wineries! ♥️ The breathtaking grounds never disappoint and the majestic Chateau is a gorgeous as ever. Summer Concerts here are simply the best. We’ve experienced many concerts here over the years, but this one was a little different. The security now is top notch. They’ve really got it down. We sailed right through and it hardly felt like we even stood in line despite the full crowd. The wine was delicious, of course, that goes without saying. Fun assortment of food vendors too. Was impressed to see new, private viewing cabanas and additional assigned seating, although I don’t think anything could make me give up my beach chairs and picnic basket! Always a good time at Ste Michelle. Susan Says…the show must go on!

An amazing experience! James Taylor concert was out of this world good! I think they need to figure out parking and crowd effectiveness though, seemed a bit cumbersome process but once inside love the venue. Give yourself at least 2 hours ahead of concert and go early!!! Plenty of food and wine while you wait in the beautiful venue. Also members get discounts 🥳

Beautiful spot! The winery is an incredible property, including a concert venue with an awesome summer line up. We had the feature flight, which was affordable ($30) and delicious. We got to try 2 of their whites and 2 of their reds, with an additional bonus pour at the end. Although we didn't make it in time for the tour, we were still able to explore the grounds and various spaces inside.

If you are looking to have winery experience in town without driving far, this is the best & most Beautiful property. They used to have a Free walk tour and wine tasting about 1/2 hour, but now not anymore. There are so many great things about it and you can easily spend 3 hours here: you can walk around inside the Chartaeu, wine display & selling areas; outside the entire property: the gazebo, the pond, the vineyard and concert areas. And the parking is free. The Ste. Michelle Brut Rosé wine is about $20, good to grab one and try. Highly recommended.

My jaw dropped when I walked into this place! Endless options and loved the gift shop entrance. We were greeted by the hostess and they asked what we were looking for in tastings. We wanted a variety so we were guided to the Enoteca upstairs. James was our winery host and really helped assist us in andwering our questions and making sure we knew about the different options and tastings. I REALLY enjoyed 14 Hands options from dessert to dinner pairings. My husband fell in love with Erath the pinor. This stop is a must see!

Wine Tasting Series, Part 4
Wineries…in the Pacific Northwest? That would have been news to me if it weren’t for our friends @jnmgoose, @daphae11, and @fred.mougayer. That group of HT Friends (who have coincidentally never been in a room all together…thus far 😉) all recommended that we make the time to visit Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery and are we glad that someone (🫵) finally listened (🤦♂️)!!!
While the “Wine Tasting Series” is a relatively new one, a clear favorite has emerged. I mean, what is there NOT to like here?
The wine selection is extensive (including bubbly options), there is a calendar of live musical performances, their Summer Concert Series features a shocking number of quality musicians, they offer private Chateau Igloos, and they offer a (limited, but) quality diverse menu of food options.
Although we didn’t have the opportunity during our visit, we’d love to experience their “Bubbly Beats Experience” in the future which features curated song playlists linked to specific wine pairings. 🤯
Oh, yeah. We are definitely hoping for a return visit. After all, we don’t always drink sparkling wine, but when we do, we prefer Chateau Ste. Michelle Rose. 😉
And that’s…Henry’s Take.

The Museum of Flight, situated at the southern end of King County International Airport, is the largest non-profit air and space museum globally. It houses over 175 aircraft as well as countless artifacts, rare photographs, and exhibits that bring the history of aviation to life through virtual reality and 3D activities. Visitors can engage in a flight simulation activity to experience piloting an aircraft or explore preserved artifacts using virtual museum technology.
I came in on the first Thursday of the month, a free day for everyone. This museum is a must-to-go place for those into aircraft and spaceships. You have a chance to get into these aircraft and enjoy your journey along with the museum. You better visit this museum more than once to grasp the knowledge fully. I highly recommend it to anyone

A must see if you are visiting Seattle! We went on a weekday (Tuesday) just after 2PM and there were no crowds, lines or having to wait around anywhere. There was ample free parking which is always nice and the area felt safe unlike most of downtown Seattle.
It is important to note that if you are going a little bit later in the day, the pavilion aircraft wing has limited hours during the winter months. If you come too late and you see the other wings first, you will miss the pavilion exhibits.
There are a large number of planes and aviation related exhibits in this museum. We planned to stay here for three hours and believed it was more than enough time but I personally could have used another two hours there.
The friendly staff members, quality of exhibits, and the nice clean modern facility made the visit a pleasure for me.
One of the wings (Red Barn gallery) was closed when we visited.
I'll definitely be back in the near future.

Wow! Well worth the money. I spent over 3 hours here exploring the various exhibits and hangers. The world war exhibit was very well done with replicas of all aircraft used during the wars.
One of the last 18 concordes was on display - unfortunately the walk through wasn’t available when I was there - it was for the 787, Air Force 1 and a few others.
Plenty of expert guides were also available to share stories.

Wonderful museum! I didn't realize how many of the materials were real and historical and not a replication. Many people in wheelchairs so it seemed very accessible. We spent 6 hours there and didn't even read everything!

Went on New Years Eve with a party of 3. No wait. I can't believe I've lived here for over 20 years and never did this. It's amazing! Easily a 4hr plus trip and be prepared to need to rest if your not 20yo or younger. So much to see an do. Bring extra money for things like the virtual reality stations, they cost extra.
Food is very expensive here so eat before you come. The gift shop has so much, we spent 30 min just in there.
Kids will have an endless amount of things to do and see. I was disappointed that some of the big planes were closed so we could not go in them but there was still so much to do. Also, it's easy to miss the B52 Bomber outside, you have to follow a path to it and we were the only ones out there so I think many people missed it.
Highly recommend! We will be back.

A Mesmerizing Flight of Museum Experience for the Whole Family!
Min 2-3 hours of time/exploration is needed to cover this whole place.
We recently had the pleasure of visiting the Flight of Museum in Seattle with our family, including our four and a half-year-old kid, and we can't stop raving about our unforgettable experience! From start to finish, the museum offered a fantastic blend of education, entertainment, and awe-inspiring exhibits that kept us engaged and captivated throughout our visit.
Upon entering the museum, we were greeted by friendly staff who warmly welcomed us and provided us with useful information about the different sections and activities available. The museum's layout was well-designed and easily navigable, making it convenient for families with young children.
One of the highlights of our visit was the interactive exhibits, tailored perfectly for kids. Our little one was absolutely thrilled to explore the hands-on activities, where they could pretend to be a pilot, operate control panels, and even sit in a real cockpit. The museum successfully struck a balance between fun and learning, fostering our child's curiosity and imagination while imparting valuable knowledge about aviation.
The collection of aircraft on display was truly breathtaking. From historic planes to modern marvels, the Flight of Museum showcased an impressive array of aircraft that showcased the evolution of aviation. The exhibits were well-maintained, and we appreciated the informative signage accompanying each display, which provided fascinating insights into the planes' history and significance.
The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the flight simulators. Both kids and adults had the opportunity to experience the thrill of flying in a realistic cockpit environment. The simulators were equipped with state-of-the-art technology and offered an incredibly immersive experience. Even our little one was able to enjoy a simplified version tailored for their age, which they absolutely adored!
Throughout our visit, we noticed the museum's commitment to creating a family-friendly atmosphere. There were dedicated play areas where kids could burn off some energy, and the staff was always on hand to assist and engage with young visitors. The facilities, including restrooms and dining options, were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable experience for the whole family.
Lastly, we must commend the museum's efforts in accommodating families with young children. They provided stroller parking areas, diaper-changing stations, and even nursing rooms, which made navigating the museum hassle-free for us.
In conclusion, the Flight of Museum in Seattle proved to be an absolute delight for our family. It provided an engaging, educational, and interactive experience that catered perfectly to our four and a half-year-old kid while keeping adults equally enthralled. We highly recommend this museum to families seeking a memorable and enriching outing in Seattle. We can't wait to visit again and explore even more of the wonders of aviation!
P.S. Fist Thursday of every month is FREE 5pm-9pm

I'm always going to do an aviation museum everywhere I travel. Always! Of course, I'm a pilot, blah, blah, blah. What set The Museum of Flight apart was the amazing way they brought ART and AVIATION together with their ART + FLIGHT exhibition. My second passion is art and I've never encountered such an offering. A pleasant surprise. So, back to planes! The staff there were plentiful and helpful. For me, a little too helpful as I like to walk, see, read and reflect in solitude but I appreciate their helpfulness and enthusiasm for aviation. The variety of planes is impressive the history of Boing was very interesting and they also have a WWI and WWII area. Parking is easy. I didn't eat there but they were plenty busy and it smelled good. I've never been to an aviation museum that I couldn't recommend so take my glowing review as one from an enthusiast.

Huge museum with a lot of planes. Parking is plenty, I would not recommend taking public transportation here; is quite a long distance from Seattle. There is a lot to see and learn if you love planes. The best part is walking through the planes and seeing the inside without any seats. There was also a food truck in the airplane hangar with a couple tables so that you can eat amongst the planes which is pretty fun. I got a club sandwich and it was a normal sandwich so that means it was good.

This was such an epic museum. I love aviation, so I spent hours in here with my friends reading everything I could. I also got to speak to some of the staff (one of them virtually, he was really nice) and all of them were really passionate about what they were talking about. Some even had firsthand stories with the same planes in the museum (the same models, at least)!

Seattle being intertwined with Boeing only makes sense for it to have a strong aviation history and this museum is the perfect representation for it. It is very detailed and very well planned out. If you start from one end, you can literally walk through the advancements every step of the way and finally ending up to where aviation is today. Plan to spend 2-3 hours if you want to look at everything properly and read up as well. This is a great museum to visit with your kids or without, especially if you are an aviation enthusiast. The museum has a vast collection of historical airplanes, both indoors and in the adjacent outdoor pavilion. I usually only go on the free night they have once a month and the parking lot is always packed, but there is parking across the street.
This museum of flight has a lot of airplanes and other trials of flight on display. It goes through the Boeing history in the barn, has a WW2 section, a couple areas of space exploration, and a bunch of planes you can walk through like an Air Force One and 747.
It's all very informative and neat to see. They also have a cafe and gift store. During the day you can watch airplanes take off as you eat.

This is a true one-of-a-kind museum! It has something for from toddlers to the children at heart. Housing one of the largest private aviation collections in the US, everyone will find an aircraft or spacecraft to enjoy. Something truly great about this museum is that on the third Thursday of every month from 5 pm to 9 pm they have FREE admission! I recommend at least three to four hours here but even then you might not see it all.
Plan accordingly for traffic and parking and keep a keen eye out for special aviation treats hidden in the museum.

It's been a while since I've been here, and I remember thinking the museum was great when I was here previously. It has only improved since then. I was so impressed by what I saw on this trip, and I didn't even have time to see everything I wanted to. I'll definitely have to come back.
I wish the museum had an outdoor plane spotting area on the third floor for taking pictures and video of the landing traffic at BFI.

Had an amazing experience in this museum.
The collection is vast (literally almost 200 airplanes) and well taken care of. There are signs with descriptions and explanations for every artifact. Besides that, it is also the birthplace of The Boeing Co., so expect to see a lot of history.
Definitely recommend!
P.S.: Admission is FREE 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM the first Thursday of every month.

I came here on a Free Museum Day (first Thursday of the month) and it was crowded. The museum has a lot of planes and the gift shop would not disappoint you.
This museum is kid friendly and is a great exploration for anyone
The Kubota Garden is a magnificent 20-acre Japanese-style garden that originated in 1927. Its creator, Fujitaro Kubota, was a self-taught expert in landscaping who skillfully combined traditional Japanese techniques with native plants from the Pacific Northwest. Situated in South Seattle's Rainier Beach neighborhood, this stunning park features hills, valleys, streams, waterfalls, ponds, and rocky formations.
Beautiful gardens with many paths. We went in April and the flowers were blooming. We even got to see a turtle sunning itself! The park was moderately busy with people of all ages enjoying the sights. I really liked the arrangements of rocks around the various waterways. A few spots were a little crowded with people taking pictures, but that's not too uncommon in places like this. I recommend it for a family walk, a romantic stroll, or a peaceful visit alone.

This place was a random impulse spot I decided to check out with my family.. It turned out to be such an amazing garden to walk through! The trees and flowers were all so pretty! Best part was that it cost us nothing!! I'd certainly recommend to anyone looking for a scenic and casual stroll

What a gorgeous day to enjoy this Seattle treasure. My friend and I wandered with no agenda. Lovely discoveries were around every corner. Maps at the entrance if you want one. The park is bigger than you think, so it's a good idea to grab one if you're on a time budget.

This place is beyond beautiful! Full of flowers, trees, ponds, bridges, fish, and even a turtle. It was so relaxing and not overcrowded! There is no cost to visit and parking was easy. My child still hasn't stopped asking to go again a week later. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

a fabulous garden - really feels like a hidden gem. a peaceful retreat from the loudness of life, there are plenty of little nooks you can find to take a seat and just observe. free to visit, free to park! several picnic tables available as well as various benches hidden throughout for a quiet place to rest. I thought I wouldn't be able to find a restroom beyond the porta potties near the entrance, but I was relieved to see a fully functioning public restroom located closer to the exit.

Great for a midday stroll, but with some mild parking challenges. It's a fancy little Japanese foliage garden with a good selection of plant species.
The garden is on a big slope and there are lots of layers in the foliage. The tall trees surround you with 360 degrees of quiet nature.
I would have appreciated some plaques or pamphlets to learn about the different plants and sculptures, and their cultural significance.

So many trails, so many "rooms", so many passages... so many different experiences possible. I think you could come here a dozen times and have a unique experience each time. Amazing that it's free. Not the greatest Japanese garden but very nice. I'd plan to spend 30 minutes to an hour here. Donations accepted.

This is a pretty Japanese-ish garden nestled in a quiet neighborhood. I visited in Jan on a moody day.
The little ponds with the Koi fish, small waterfalls and winding trails are a nice getaway for a few! I expect that the gardens look better in Spring, Summer and Fall! 😊 It is not a traditional Japanese Garden, but incorporates many of the features.
The entrance is free. Most people we came across wore a mask. The parking is limited. And there are many signs saying car break-ins are a regular thing. So, don’t leave valuables in the car!!

It is a pretty neighborhood Japanese garden. It is free entrance. It is well kept and clean. They build restrooms and picnic table areas. There are many spots through out gardens. It is good size for a walk.

Beautiful and surprisingly large garden with winding trails and some steep parts. A huge variety of plants and it was peaceful when I was there. There are quite a lot of signs warning you to take valuables out of your car but I didn't see any break ins or have an issue while I was there.

A beautiful park that is larger than it seems. Multiple ponds, bridges, waterfalls/trickles, a wide variety of plants & trees, as well as a small forested area to explore. Many things to see no matter the season. Free to visit, but there is a donation box that I would recommend adding to if you're able.

If you want to de-stress, have some relaxing time or just want to have some great time with yourself, this garden is a great place to do these things. I appreciate the signs along the roads so that people cannot get lost. Again, it has beautiful scenery and falls

While I admittedly wasn't getting the Japanese feel this garden is supposed to have, it's still a very beautiful garden that you should stop at if you have the time. There are pamphlets up front to guide you through everything there is to see. If you stop to see everything, this could take up to an hour depending on how to get to the various scenic spots. Overall, it's worth a stop if it's convenient, but I probably wouldn't go out of my way to see it.

Beautiful zen gardens transporting you away (mentally) from the city despite it being in the city. Very peaceful, lush, and clean. Me and bf went on a picnic date. Needless to say, it was a success. 10/10 would recommend!

Kubota Gardens in summer is a symphony of greens. From verdant light filtering though tall maple leaves, to the dizzying array of both carefully manicured and riotous evergreen specimens, this garden in summer offers peace as well as delight. Lean into your curious nature and let whimsy choose your path through these acres. Then come back in fall for fiery colors, and spring for hundreds of blooms. Each season here is guaranteed to offer new delights.

Beautiful and expansive free Park but a word of caution. The place is very large and the maps they provide you with are not very detailed. We finally had to ask somebody else how to get to the exit there aren't many trail markers. A great place to spend a few hours don't expect to get through there in any less time than that.

This was a great place to walk around and enjoy nature. The garden is beautiful and open to the public for free. There was a small parking lot (but there were open spots). I did note that there was broken glass so I suspect it’s best to leave valuables out of sight. There are public restrooms but they are currently closed for renovations. The fall colors are still vibrant. It was very peaceful and picturesque. There are no play structures but many fun places to walk and plenty to see if you are mindful.

Amazingly pretty park. Well trimmed and had a large variety of native greens and also Japanese maple.
A visit can take 30min to 1hr depending on the type of person you are.
Would recommend for those traveling to or from SeaTac into Seattle proper.

Another beautiful botanical garden in Seattle. Easy walking trails and lots of unique plants here. Parking is free, but take your valuables with you, make sure your doors are locked, or at least make sure things in your car are out of sight. Dogs are allowed on leash and keep them on the trail per the garden’s policy. Bathrooms are available on premises. They even offer public group tours (reserve in advance online).

I come here frequently and it is one of my favorite spots in Seattle! The Kubota Garden feels vast, filled with little features and special spaces to discover.
I feel rejuvenated after a visit! Lots of wildlife -rabbits, squirrels, birds, ducks, and more.

This is an overlooked gem in Rainier View . A small but jewel-like park with a scrupulously maintained Japanese garden covering approximately 15 acres. While it looks small the artfully arranged paths allow one to walk through a series of small and large scenes and vignettes.
We visited on a sunny-ish day in the dead of winter yet because of the preponderance of evergreen plants there is no penalty for the season.
Parking is easy but the lot is not large though the few visitors made this a non issue.
This is a great place to visit, wander, sit and just enjoy a superb little park.

I'd love to have an afternoon walk if I have to choose one enjoying all the trees plants and zen mode , the garden is well maintained and lots of flowers and colors in all different seasons, you name it. It is really a hidden gem in Seattle. All kinds of maple trees and several ponds make you feel immersed in Japan .You can find peace and rejuvenation if you'd like to take a deep breath.

One of the prettiest parks I have been too & there are so many meandering walking paths - it's perfect for a long walk and having some quality conversations!! What I also loved that it's one of the few Japanese gardens that stays open till 8pm!! Perfect to chill after a long work day. This is also perfect for some photo-ops in any season - the tall pine trees, moonbridges, koi ponds and overall landscape make it seem picturesque & remote - whether it's spring, rain or show! Definitely recommend checking it out, next time you are looking to find some zen!

In terms of Japanese gardens, it's not that special. In terms of having it in your neighborhood, it's fantastic to have. Many come here to walk their dogs or have walking exercises. The 2 bridges, the bronze bell with the Garuda etchings are special.

The park's expansive natural beauty features the stunning Marymoor Park itself and the picturesque Sammamish River Trail. A wonderful park with lots of things to do for all ages and interests. There's a large dog park, and RC airfield, a rock climbing structure (free to use), a velodrome (free to use), a large paved area where kids and adults can safely ride bikes, walking/running trails, game fields, and more.

I went to help assemble new track bikes that will be used as rentals for this upcoming racing season at the Jerry Baker Memorial Velodrome at Marymoor Park. Movies in the park (July-August) is such a fun, family (and dog) friendly summer activity. Parking is on the road between the two roads that access either end of the dog park - it's a bit confusing. Open field directly behind the screen. Look for the movie signs they put out about 7pm. Parking is $10. Lots of food trucks & businesses giving out freebies! Porta potties available.

Visited here while traveling and looking for an area where my dog could run and play with other dogs. The dog area is quite impressive and numerous trails criss-cross through its many acres. Plenty of shade where a well-maintained path follows the river, as well as large grassy fields that are open and less shaded. Several places along the river where steps lead down to the water, allowing dogs and people easy access. While the main area is leash-free, the trail links to an Audubon hiking path that requires your pooch be leashed. Very pretty scenery. There is a self serve dog wash, a grooming truck, and a food truck in the main parking area. Honestly, it was a mini doggie Disneyland.

Nice park. I was here to see Cirque du Soleil. Pro tip if you’re seeing the show: Parking in the official lot is $25 but it’s like $1 everywhere else in the park. So go early, enjoy a walk or take some photos, then walk to the show. And spend those savings on something delicious.

This is the best concert venue around. It's easy to get from the parking area to the concert area, the lines at the gate are fast, and it's flat inside. Definitely ADA friendly compared to venues like The Gorge (stunning, but hard to navigate). The little lights in the trees, the food trucks, and the selection of high quality beer and wine (Odin, Chuckanut, Mark Ryan) make this concert venue a top pick for those who enjoy something other than a Vitamin-R. And you can actually get up from your seat and wander over to the stage to check out the performance up close and personal - that isn't possible in most venues!

Marymoor Park is my top park to visit here in Washinton. A notable feature of the park would be the trails that conveniently encircle the neighboring area. These trails are worth exploring in the area and provide an excellent opportunity for exercise and adventure. The park is well-kept. It is worth noting that park workers are consistently actively present within the area. It is important to be aware that this particular park frequently hosts various events and celebrations. Planning your visit accordingly to avoid any potential crowds, parking, or disruptions may be helpful. Bring cash with you to pay for 1 $ parking, If you can find parking. If you want a good parking spot, arrive early. Due to the park's popularity, parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Have been here for both the dog park and concerts, have to say this park is pretty spectacular. Wide open space and lots of different sites, venue for concerts is awesome. What an incredible dog park!! we just moved from out of state and everyone told me that this is where they bring their dog and they were not lying. It is a huge beautiful open space. All dogs are off leash and it’s up to owners to ensure that dogs are behaving properly I don’t know if it’s 100% stroller safe throughout the entire park but I did bring my stroller and was able to get a good 40 minutes in with my toddler and my little pup. My toddler did not walk around though and stayed in his stroller the whole time.

We came here for my daughter to see what the experience of skydiving I like. And she had a lot of fun. The instructors are very knowledgeable and the instructor James we had was awesome and very helpful and informative with all the younger kids in our group. From the start of the experience with Marissa taking our reservation and answering my questions (the 2 times I had called)to checking us in to the time leaving the building made for an overall perfect time.
For the other guests saying the cost is too much it is what it is...its a very unique experience and no other place to do it around here so yea it may cost more that some of your other "regular" activities but the experience is definitely one of a kind. Thank you

Went for a special birthday celebration with 10 year old vouchers. They accepted them with no problems. Super friendly from greeting us at the door through the whole process. They explained the process and made the experience a very positive one. They offer extra services and products, but were in no way pushy or over the top selling said items. The flights were fun. We all had a great time.

Seriously though, what can I say that hasn’t been said? Excellent experience and perfect execution. The high flight is extra, but it’s pretty awesome. You have an option of buying the same packages at 50% off after you have completed your flight. Plan to buy it, because you WILL want to come back!
FYI - the return flights don’t have to be for the same fliers!
Big props to the whole team. Everyone we interacted with was great! We were fortunate enough to have Ruben as our instructor. He took care of our group of six 11 year old boys like a pro! Calm, engaging, fun and friendly. Most importantly, he emphasized a safety first mindset and kept the zoo of children we brought tamed. Thank you iFLY. Thank you Ruben! See you again soon!
P.S. - The video is of Ruben. All instructors take a flight at the end of each session. It’s too fun. The kids went nuts!

A little pricey but a great experience...will be doing it again in the future. They have all the equipment that you need including tennis shoes if you forgot and wore your boots like we did. Do it! Life is too short to not experience the wild, and these people here are here to make sure your experience is everything you want. We did the STEM program with Girl Scouts and the kids (and parents) had so much fun. They walk you through the whole process and make sure your questions and concerns are responded to! We can't wait to go back!
P.S. If you are nervous because you're bigger, but under the weight limit (300lbs), just try it!! Less than 260lbs can fly no problem, and 260-300, I think they talk with you before allowing.

I cannot express enough how wonderful our experience was! From the moment we walked in, the staff exuded professionalism while maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor. Our instructor, Simon, was fantastic. He skillfully ensured our safety without overwhelming us, allowing us to truly enjoy the thrill of flying. The facility was impeccably clean and well-organized, adding to the positive experience. My two children, aged 10 and 7, couldn't stop talking about the fun they had. A massive shoutout to the entire iFLY team, especially Simon, for making our visit memorable and enjoyable!
In addition, while they do try to upsell you at multiple times, it never feels like you’re being pressured. Instead, it’s much more like a friendly inquiry than a used car salesman vibe. The staff genuinely wants to enhance your experience without making you feel obligated, which adds to the overall positive atmosphere of iFLY.
I also want to mention that later in the day, after our flight, I encountered an issue while redeeming my photo and video vouchers online. However, a simple call to the front desk fixed everything right up. The staff not only resolved the matter over the phone but also patiently waited on the line while I completed my purchase to ensure there were no more issues. This level of customer service truly went above and beyond, making our entire experience at iFLY even more memorable.

Wild Waves is Always an Amazingly Awesome Place to Visit for Fun!!! People come from everywhere to visit this main state attraction. Half water park/water slides and half regular roller coasters, we made a special tribute to the kids this trip by riding as many kiddie rides as possible! Great fun for all ages. Always a good time at wild waves. The lines can be a little long but worth it for the most part. The wave pool is awesome. I recommend buying online tickets and paying for parking. You can exit the park if needed and re enter with a wrist band. The enchanted village was ok however a few of the rides were not operating possibly for maintenance.

Fun place to come if you have a season pass. A little expensive for what you get if you just buy a single day pass. This place seems to be lacking rides. Lots of empty spots where rides use to be. Many rides currently are not open as they say they are understaffed. We haven't seen the log ride open yet, gold miners coaster, or the pirate ship operating.
The water park is pretty fun and if you go on a gloomy day, there's little to no lines.
I think the rules for the lazy river changed as we got booted out after floating it just one time around 😞.
Food is over priced as expected and isn't all that great either. Although the icecream was expensive, it was GOOD!
My kiddos also said the pretzels with cheese weren't to bad.
Beware the food lines can be ridiculous. We recently spent 35 minutes waiting in line for a corn dog and I promise, the corn dog isn't worth the wait.
This place is handicapped accessible but note there's lots of hills to walk up and down so just be prepared if you're disabled. I noticed rides did have elevators for those unable to do stairs.
Seating in the water park area is also very limited if you don't arrive right at opening. It may be worth it to pack in some camping chairs and a beach towel to lay on in the grass.

This place Rocks! Cost is $35 for both water park and amusement. We had fun! Food was great! I only wished they were able to accommodate people with wheelchair disabilities. We were ok no one needed modification. Yet there are no water parks who truly are accessible to disabilities as much. This would be cool.

Came here for the opening day of 2023 season. One hour wait to get in to the park and $12 fries were all expected. But non of the employees had any smiles, and information about being a season ticket buyer was lacking. Handing us a wrist band was all. Nothing about where to receive a souvenir cup or even a map. Lots of ride weren't operating for the opening day, specially roller coasters and the wave pool, which we were looking forward. Saw lots of kids by the wave pool trying to put their foot wet, but had this mean sounded staff guarding it yelling it's closed! Get behind the line. No announcements or apology about why it is closed or until when. Closing of these attractions overloaded people to other rides, so wait time was longer.
Quality of the rides are good overall and park is very clean. There are things for adults, youth, and little kids to enjoy.
I think there is big potential for this park to be excellent and hopefully I can have better experience in my next visits throughout this season. One thing to know is that they don't take cash, so you have to bring cards or they have prepaid card selling machines. But some crane doll picking machines only take cash and no card.

Family of 6 had a good time. Weekdays are definitely the days to go. Lazy river was a hit but a bit cold. The wave pool of course was enjoyed by all ages and the kids rode all day. Wish it was open a bit later and also wish you could bring food in. Flip flops or water shoes are a must!

I used to bring my niece here every few years, but the increasing costs have led us to visit Silverwood more frequently. They offer a wider variety of rides and attractions. Unfortunately, I've found that this park lacks sufficient lounge chairs, even on weekdays when I arrive a couple of hours after opening. I often bring a blanket and towel to lay down on the grass. Cleanliness has been an issue, with messy bathrooms and dirty food areas. On the positive side, it's conveniently located for day trips and provides plenty of options for young kids. If you're looking to keep your children entertained during the summer months, this place can be a decent option.

We got here at 4pm and we planned to start with the water area. However, to our disappointment, the only things kids under 42” can do are: wave pool, lazy river and hooks lagoon. The hooks lagoon was closed, our kiddo didn’t like the wave pool 🤷♀️, so lazy river it was. We had a couple of fun rides, but only after waiting for 5-10 mins in the queue. By 5:30 we were done with the things that young kiddos are allowed to do in the water park. We were almost about to pack and leave when we decided to give a try to the adventure park (be advised you need shoes, pants and shirt … so don’t leave your pants in the car as I did). Ohhh man what a nice surprise we had. There are about 10 different things kids under 42” can do (alone or next to an adult). There are more than 10 places, but about 6 were closed (enchanted railway, wagon train, dodg’ems bumper cars, kiddie boats, ferries wheel). Nevertheless we had a full schedule from 5:30 till 8:05 when we had our last ride.
There are lots of employees to guide you (if you need help), there was plenty of paid parking available (of course … not close to the entry).
My 4* rating is because:
- bathrooms are quite dirty
- water park is somehow a disappointment if you are coming with very young toddlers
- it would be nice to know if advance what are the activities closed, so that you don’t walk / carry your kid just to see a closed thing.
As fyi: parking cost $17-20 per day (unless you have seasonal pass), lockers cost between $16 to $27 depending on locker size.
We have season pass, so we will surely be back for more fun in the adventure area!

Our employer rented out the park for the day and we had about 2,500 people there and it was great. Kids had fun. Place was clean and lots of staff to help with everything.
Cabana's cost 350.00 for the day (only 4 people allowed, $25 for each additional person) which was to rich for my blood.
Food was decent but not great. Rides and Slides were the best.

I love wild waves on sunny beautiful day. I'm just so bummed how we pay so much money getting into the park and are expected to stand in line for 40 min or hours at a time. It's painful to have to stand in line for so long. We got to go on 1 water slide. Because it's grueling to have to stand in line to get a 10 sec ride. We still had fun Because we were family talking and enjoying each other. It just would be nice if wild waves could come up with a better system. On top of that there was bird poo all over the stairs and decking. We liked the zip line, although we waited in line for 1 hour and 20 min.

Showing its age and they allow too many people to enter. You are only able to go on maybe 4 or 5 slides just due to having to wait in line for so long. Food is too expensive and prep areas look dirty. Bathrooms were dirty. There are wasps everywhere. It's just a cash grab by the owners it seems but what isn't these days. Just not worth it for us.

Nice park with water rides, normal rides. Catering to toddlers to adults you'll have something you'll enjoy.
Make sure you are getting change of clothes, water bottles and towels. You can't bring your food. However parking is pretty near but so you can just walk and eat your food in parking lot. Reach early else it will be crowded. There are limited changing room so there would be queue. Plan accordingly.
Some rides were not working probably because we went on second last day of season closure.
Overall good fun with kids.

Muckleshoot Casino Resort in Auburn, Washington is a popular destination offering a wide array of entertainment options. The resort boasts over 3,000 games including table and video gaming, making it one of the best casinos in the state. Visitors can also enjoy a vibrant nightlife at the dance club and savor diverse culinary experiences at several restaurants on-site. The venue is known for hosting large events with professional staff and excellent event planners who ensure flawless execution.
Outstanding experience. My group just held a large event there. The venue is beautiful and spacious, event staff was professional and proactive, the event planners were excellent, and the menu was outstanding. The event planners fulfilled all of our most important requests and made a huge event work flawlessly. The chef has reason to boast, this wasn't the usual "mediocre cold food but it's okay, we're too drunk to taste it" event. The menu was consistent from the first taste test to the event. Wonderful.
All attendees agreed that this was the best event we've ever held, and the venue was the largest part of that. Five stars, well earned.

Very nice Casino down south. The facility is massive with tons of games to play. Open 24H. The food court serves breakfast all day so perfect after a long night. I didn’t like all of the smoking inside, haven’t seen that since the 90’s. Will return again.

Very impressed!
We enjoyed one of our complimentary nights last night. Room was larger than I expected, great surprise! Modern, technologically up to date, comfortable bed and seating for friends! Decor was nice and room layout was well conceived! Bathroom was incredible. Double sink with counter space, shower was awesome and separate toilet room with door. Overall the hotel is great! Staff was courteous!
Only negative was the internet and cable TV. Both were unreliable!

I wish I could say more about the hotel, but I didn't get up for the conference I went there for in time to get a room.
The gaming room was great, and there is a good variety of food... I got a meatball sub at their pizza place that was AMAZING!!! Also ate a burger at another resteraunt that was great.
The gaming floor was awesome, I found my favorite games in there, and found some new ones... it was a great time!
Two thumbs way up from me!

This casino was being remodeled when I went and it was still a great experience! . I was in town on vacation and decided to stop in for a couple hours. Played slots & won $200 right away so decided I'd take the winnings and have steak dinner. The drinks are priced well and the food was 5 stars! ⭐🍹 #Casino #Entertainment #Cocktail

Good fun. Slots are a bit tight. But my wife finally found one to pay out a little. Clean, bathrooms are clean . Restaurants have delicious food and good service.

The food is pretty good and inexpensive. I enjoy playing the games and then i head to the food court for a quick meal. The restaurants serve good food also. Every menu item is about the same price and you always leave full.

Very clean casino. Loved their restaurant, oue server, Deborah, was excellent, always there checking on us and so friendly. All the food was excellent, I loved my shrimp and crab Louie salad. My husband loved his shrimp and grits. The other 3 people with us enjoyed their food also. The restaurant was so clean and pretty looking. One of the best margaritas I have had. UPDATE JUNE 18TH 2023. Great food as always, went for Father's Day, up to 2:00pm you could get breakfast or lunch, then lunch only after 2:00pm so half our party had breakfast and half lunch. Deborah, our server, was excellent as always.

It's a casino. On a Friday night there is a lot going on. It's smoky. I went to see a friend's band play there. I had fun. The staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I didn't drink or gamble, but some of my friends did. Everyone had a great time. Three stars because it's a smoky casino where people lose money. If that's your jam then it's probably 4 or even 5 stars. Oh, the bathrooms were pretty clean. It's not like some places where it looks like a Sasquatch has been through there. They even have one of those smiley face button machines to ask you how clean you think the bathroom is. So if you want to push buttons on something and not lose money, they have that for you.

The new resort is beautiful with sleek, modern finishes and touches. While my friends and most of the guests used their comps since they frequent the casino as reward members, I decided to get a room to spurge on myself for my birthday. The luxury king was spacious and beautiful and the bed was super comfy. The shower was wonderful with the multi head sprays and large. Most of the staff I encountered were lovely, welcoming and friendly. The room did not have bath robes as advertised and the pool and spa were not opened yet at the time of my visit, I believe it was still their "soft" opening. I had to deduct a star for housekeeping knocking and trying to open my door at 9:30am after I told the woman I was still in the room and not ready to go yet, she said she would come back later. Later turned out to be at 10:10am when she knocked again. I totally understand that things are new, and they may be still learning the routine, but that was really not cool. I also had the "Do Not Disturb" button pushed so that it would indicate this on the door. I guess that went ignored too. Upon check-out I did make the front desk staff aware about this and while very nice and apologetic and even offering me a 15% off I never received it when I checked my credit card charge. I also never got my guest folio upon check-out as promised. I hope guest relations reads this review and gives feedback to the necessary staff to make a smoother process for future guests. I will definitely wait a few months before I come back, hopefully the next time is excellent. Otherwise the casino has plenty of games and dining options which we enjoyed. Big shout out to Ry at Restaurant 8 for taking good care of us at dinner. We loved the food and his hospitality.

I love it here. Other than the cigarette smoke killing my lungs and having to wait way too long to be served drinks. The atmosphere is very ornate with hair from every demo-graph. Their tables are pleasing and poker machines of every color. I’m sure you will find one that fits ur fix.

The casino is under construction. So the parking lot is a small lot. The walkway from the lot to the casino entrance is confusing too. There are more games in the smoking section and the restrooms are very clean. No wins for my first time visiting. There are several self self beverage stations with soda and coffee. I had some Chinese food in the food hall. It was just ok.

I heard this is the biggest casino in WA. but nothing special, mediocre. Many slot machines but pretty much the same things everywhere. We had dinner in a restaurant and there was no tax charged which was great because the meal price wasn’t that cheap compared to other casinos.
But the customers service and staff were nice.

This is our 2nd time coming out here. This time we ate at their asian restaurant called 8. Wow, the food was really good. Very good selection of Asian cuisine and sushi. We ordered a cup of egg flower soup, cucumber namasu, honey walnut shrimp, and tonkotsu. Afterwards, we played for a while. Over all, we love this casino and the atmosphere. I know crazy stuff has happened at this casino, but what doesn't have crazy things happen their right?
Definitely can't wait for our next trip her :)

I come here for the food, they have reasonably priced food. They have an amazing ice cream shop. Can't tell you much about the other parts of the Casino. They do give you complimentary drinks(soda for me). They have a frequent players thing you can sign up for and receive gifts and free play money on your frequent player card. They have giveaways and so much more. Children can go to the ice cream shop or the deli, but have to stay on a designated path.

First time visiting this venue and skipped the casino and went to experience the wonderful tones and tunes of ZZ Top. An overall great time - easy parking in the garage and a quick elevator ride to the entrance. A smaller stage with very good sound and an enthusiastic crowd. Will definitely visit again and maybe even place a bet!

I travelled here from Calgary, Alberta (approx 12 hours of driving) and had a decent experience but I was shorted on a few things.
The resort is beautiful, and the rooms are very nice. I was on the 14th floor and had a decent view. I did not have a Pendleton blanket on my bed as they advertise in every room and was slightly disappointed. I was also surprised to find out that amenities such as the pool and spa were not ready yet. The room was very expensive in my mind for such limited amenities. Check-in was fairly quick and I was lucky there was a room ready for me as there was a lineup of people waiting for a clean room at about 5:30pm which is 90 minutes after the check-in time.
Drink service in the casino was decent however I could not get a drink after 1:30am and I was told that they served until 2:00am so there were several of us who got turned around at the main bar without warning.
The bath robes in the room are super comfortable and the bathroom + shower were the best part of the room.
When I departed Sunday morning, it was about a 30-40 minute wait to get my car in valet service as the lineup was extremely long and very limited staff.
I would probably return here once the construction is complete and some of the kinks are ironed out. For now it’s 4/5 stars with some room for improvement.

Always have a great time here. Love that they have a huge smoking section and tons of beverages stations for self serve drinks so you don’t have to wander far looking. I’ve even won a jackpot there, and I never do that haha Looking forward to checking out the hotel one of these days.

So I have some mixed feelings about this place. Love this place cause it’s a great environment. It’s cleaned regularly throughout the night. Bathrooms are clean, slots are cleaned. My favorite thing to do is play slots, I love the slots. They are always updating their games so they have the newest slots out. I don’t always win but I did the last time I went. Didn’t win much but it was enough to at least get my money back. One of my favorite go to games I always win at least my money back is Dragon Lines. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to have a great night out in a clean friendly and upbeat environment.

I went to a bachelorette party here. I lost all my money but at least I got a cupcake 🤣
But really the suite we were in was beautiful. Very modern and chic. The only complaint was that the room didn't have hot water for the two bathtubs but I suppose that is a new hotel ironing out the kinks.

It's, it's now one of the best casinos in our area. And the biggest I think. The ventilation system is great. It doesn't stink at all, and the separation between non-smoking and smoking.
It's great.

Big enough that you can get lost. Impressive, everything is pretty new, all the bells and whistles. From the outside, the front entrance is not fun or welcome looking; it's more like what you would expect of a back or side door. But once inside the building there's a fun and exciting atmosphere with plenty to do. I came to check it out and - it's worth a visit !

I won $80 on Video Poker🤑 I wouldn't say it was a vacation, since it's only 20 minutes from my house. Just a night of gambling & dinner with my HOT "friend" Victoria. I can't comment on the hotel, since I forgot they had opened it. It was still under construction last time I was there, which was November of last year.

Open-air, summertime venue offering food, beverages & live music from popular artists.
My first time at the Amphitheater, and what a wonderful place it was! The acoustics were amazing, and not a bad seat to be found! I was happily surprised to find that it had a "Carnival-like" feel to it upon entering thru the ticket area. A highlight was witnessing several hot-air balloons flying closely overhead. I look forward to returning some day soon.

White River is a great venue. There is assigned seating and GA as well.
The stage is very well put together and kept.
The drinks are very expensive but they have good choices. Food is good.
There are a lot of security restrictions so read the website before you visit as they change constantly.
Parking is a nightmare.

Venue itself was great. Food options were plenty, wood framed bathrooms inside venue and port a potty before entrance. The traffic to exit after concert was atrocious. 1 lane exit out of venue and that lead to a 2 lane road with stop lights and local stop signs for over 5 miles to Auburn.
Seating: purchased lawn seating and brought own blanket. Grass was nice and manicured and soft. You are not allowed to bring in personal lawn chairs, they must be rented. Overall great venue, poor traffic support design for up to 20000 people/vehicles.

Went to see Alice Cooper and Rob Zombie and I will always love to see someone I love playing at this venue. The sound was spectacular and the setup was just right where it wasn't too crowded and accessible for VIP passes. The drinks were expensive but strong. They allow smoking in areas and overall I had an amazing time. Sidenote: I had amazing cell service as well.

I have the pleasure of working at this venue and it's impressive how well all the bands sound at this ampatheatre as a stagehand. If you ever get the pleasure of going I would expect you will feel that it is worth every penny and the travel getting there to see your favorite band. Located just south of Seattle in Auburn is this awesome little ampatheatre with plenty of parking to see a show you will likely never forget and would definitely return for more.

Loved the venue. It seemed like a theme park in itself. So many places to get food, and Merci stands. We were in seats on the left side, in the second block of seats above the pit. As much as I loved the performance, the seats weren’t all that great. The sides of the stage blocked half of it. I’d recommend going as close to the middle as possible, even if it means being higher up.

We sat in reserved lawn! I highly recommend that if you are choosing lawn seating. Lots of restrooms, food and beverages options available . If you are the DD go to customer service and ask them for a token and you will get a free soda. Also, there are several Murch lines which helps things go smoothly.

I loved the venue! it has great food options, good drinks, as well as stunning view of Mount Rainier. It provides free parking when you purchase your tickets but also offers premium parking choices. When I bought the tickets I wondered why they insisted on purchasing the premium parking but after the concert I understood why. It took us two hours to leave the place, 3 to arrive home. It only has one street access. It took us at least 2 and a half hours to get there from downtown Seattle. I don't think I will return. Premium parking costs $50 or more. This place contributes significantly to the local economy, although the lack of good access roads complicates matters.

The bands were great! I forgot how good jagged little pill was. And Alanis still sounds so good. That said White River has never measured up for me. Whether its walking all the way around to get to the entrance or the hours long mess to drive in or out of the place. Meh? Not high on my list of venues

I know this venue has its ups and downs but I always enjoy it. The worst part is definitely trying to leave after an concert but we've mastered leaving a little early and we get out no problem. Besides that the only part I don't like is they don't accept cash anymore. None of the booths or food stands do anyways. Made it difficult when we brought cash for a recent concert. Great views of the bands!

The sound was okay from the back lawn. Not a place I would choose to go see a band I was terribly interested in. Traffic was also a nightmare getting out! Our friends were stuck for over an hour after the show ended .
Jessica Seales — Google review
This is the second time I have been to a concert in this venue. The food options are excellent, the bathrooms are always clean. The only thing is the traffic. Make sure to be at least 1.5-2 hours early before your concert. The location of the venue is remote which only has one way to get there. If you want to park close and leave fast I recommend purchasing their parking options.

Saw Freaks on Parade: Filter , Ministry, Rob Zombie and Alice Cooper 😲 Maybe it's just me but lawn seats are where the party's at. Just chilling with friends, enjoying the show and making new friends. Great music venue! Not a bad seat in the place!

Overall the venue itself is great. I like the grass area in the back and the sound carries itself quite fine throughout the area. The issue is the getting there and leaving there. We left over an hour before the concert from auburn and was still late due to the traffic as there is only one road in and out of that area. On the way out our delay was about 40 min drive which usually would’ve been 10 mins

I really love this venue. A covered open air venue without a bad seat in the place. I gone to several concerts here and have never had a bad experience. Pay the extra money and get the star parking. It's worth it. Traffic can be a bit hairy after the concert. Lots of great places to eat in the venue.
Britteny and Joe W — Google review
A great venue for a concert. The facilities are nice and the grounds have plenty of room, with plenty of vendors. Both times I've been here I've sat under cover . I really don't think their is a bad seat. If you have lawn seating, you have the option of renting a chair. You are not allowed to bring in your own chair. The only drawback here is the parking and the time it takes to get back out to the main entrance.
It would be nice if they actually directed traffic at the end of the show vs just waiting their flashlights around. I feel it would speed up the exit .

Pit size is great and sounds really good! NIGHTMARE leaving from general parking. I loved that they sold merch in a booth in the parking lot so that you could buy, then take it to your car instead of carrying it.
Only really one small hotel in town. It's a ways into the county.
I would totally go again and make the drive from Oregon if it was a band I'd really want to see.

Snoqualmie Falls is a well-known and scenic waterfall, standing at 270 feet tall and surrounded by a 2-acre park. Visitors can enjoy the breathtaking view from an observation deck or venture down to the lower viewing platform. The site is easily accessible by car, located just 40 minutes away from Seattle, with free parking available on the other side of the road or paid parking closer to the site.
Beautiful, picturesque waterfall, next to a hotel. Certainly worth visiting. Make sure that the weather is clear before coming.

Nice falls. Had a great trek on a trail, it is a little steep but worth the trek. The views from top and foot of the falls are great. Great spot for some quite time or just to have a beer river side. Sometimes too many people could make it disturbing but generally it is a peaceful place.

Stunning views! Visiting from out of state and just happened to stumble upon this amazing waterfall. You can view the falls from a lookout above or you can follow the trail and see the falls from below. Ample parking in the later evening. The hike down to the lower viewing was pretty steep. Paid parking right in front but free parking across the street.

The place is beautiful, the trails are expansive, and there is a place to buy gifts and food. If you are going to walk the trails, please be mindful that what goes down must come up. Save your energy for your trip back up, or you will end up very tired. There are a lot of steep parts to the trails, so those parts are not for inexperienced walkers. Please obtain a map or something if this is a concern.

Today was a beautiful day to see this! Absolutely breathtaking. Some of the stairs are closed off from the upper lot but just walk down a different path and you'll catch the 1/2 mile trail sign. Coming back up might be difficult for some, if you started from the upper lot. I'd recommend parking at the lower lot and walk along the trail/bridge (4th picture) to get to the falls.

We visited the falls on our vacation to Seattle. We came on a Friday afternoon at around 2 pm. Had a good amount of foot traffic but not terribly busy. Enjoyed the falls as it is a popular tour destination. Interesting to see its history. Worth seeing if you are in the area. Nice little park area to sit or enjoy a small picnic covered by trees. Nice plants around the area too. They have a gift shop full of souvenirs and books and such. Also a coffee/snack shop with ice cream. We were there for about 1-1.5 hrs. Google maps will take you to a restricted access road. Follow the local signs when you are there.

I’m from the east coast. Yes we have Niagara Falls, but the west coast is just so much better. This was one of the most unique and interesting places I have been. I was in Seattle for work but snuck in a few trips here and there to check things out. This was so worth the drive out there. The trees in the area are huge, nothing like what have on the east coast. The falls a big, the sound and mist are very beautiful. If you are anywhere near Seattle make the trip here to see them. The walk from the parking area is very easy. Walking to the bottom of the falls is not. One must be in decent shape to make it down and back up again. Take your time, stop and enjoy the sights, and soak up a little nature.

In terms of waterfalls it's not that big, but the surrounding nature is very beautiful. There is a paved walkway to admire the waterfall but there is also a moderate to kind of severe hike to the bottom of the falls that is not paved. Just some dirt and rocks and it can get pretty steep at some points.
I wouldnt call it steep to where it's dangerous but it is steep enough to where the average person might have difficulties walking down and return back uphill.
Someone in my group in her 50s did it in flip flops and I saw multiple children so it though, so it is possible.
The hike is totally worth it to see all the trees and wonderful sights along the way.

It's not a winners night every night. It seems we win a lot less led often but I'll give kudos where deserved. They make so far better effort at promotional events than other local casinos. But they've all gotten stingy. I recommend going for lunch or dinner or music but gambling as a side event fur you day. Then it won't be so disappointing win you walk out with zero winnings most times. The good is great. Enjoy. I keep going back for fun... hoping.

It was pretty uneventful since it was fairly early. Haven't been to casinos outside of Vegas (its prohibited in my residing state) so not sure if free alcohol drinks is a common thing at most casinos but not here that I could gather. There was little eats and lounges along the wall. But most were just opening up or still closed all together. But they did have a designated spot where you could get complementary coffee and soda from the fountains. I enjoyed the exterior scenery more nature little creek trees ect. Also not sure where they were coming from/going to but they had their own charter bus and a little shuttle that could be helpful.

We loved this casino! The food and gambling are awesome. We played craps and the whole table was fun and energetic. We can’t wait to go back

It's nice. Valet was free for me the Sunday I went, maybe it's always free I don't know for sure. I had a couple drinks in the bar before having the buffet. Drinks are good and good price. The buffet was just okay, but so also good price. I wish the non smoking areas were more prevalent and/or the air was better circulated. They need better signage navigating around the property for the parking garage. The gas station was nice and friendly staff everywhere.

Casino located off I90. Located kind of far out. Beautiful scenery around the area. Lots of slots. Some table games. Restaurants. Very smokey. Hard to stay long because of the smoke.

Solid casino that offers plenty of parking.
Be aware they allow indoor smoking of cigarettes, but their parking lot outside of the parking garage is patrolled by security, and they didn’t have a problem with me sleeping in my camper there overnight.
Plenty of live gambling games and tons of virtual games as well as few restaurants inside with a range of prices. Solid!

This is one of the cleanest casino I have seen. It is huge and has vast variety of games. There is a buffet and other restaurants if you want to eat. The bar at its center offers a wide range of drinks to enjoy. I feel it is better than the casinos in Vegas.

This could be a really nice spot if they went smoke-free. If you're not a smoker, when you walk in the door, you feel like one and start coughing. The shows were nice.

There are many people on weekends, but there is no smoking area and non-smoking area in the casino. In summer it is very hot and airless. The food at the fall buffet is pretty standard. From salads to entrees and desserts, everything was delicious and fresh, and the service was superb.

My recent visit to Snoqualmie Casino left me thoroughly impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel welcomed from the moment I stepped through the doors. Not only that, but the entire casino was impeccably clean, maintaining a high standard of hygiene that is especially reassuring in today’s environment.
One aspect of the casino that I particularly enjoyed was the cigar lounge. It felt like a home away from home, providing a cozy atmosphere where I could relax and unwind. The attention to detail in the club’s design and amenities truly made it a standout feature of my experience at Snoqualmie Casino.
Overall, I highly recommend Snoqualmie Casino to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and a clean environment. Whether you’re there for the gaming or to enjoy the amenities like the cigar lounge, you’re sure to have a fantastic time.

Snoqualmie Casino is one of the most well known Casinos in Washington State. Of all Casinos here. My Family & I prefer to Play and Dine in Snoqualmie. Every visit I have here is a Positive one, from having fun on the floor to eating at their Lovely Restaurants like 12 Moons. I highly recommend this place for all including Families. Their Decor and Designs are Unique & Elegant in comparison. Staff here is the Friendliest. The Enironment is Welcoming to be around and the drive East on a Sunny Day is Beautiful. Thank you for the Years of Memories and God Bless Snoqualmie Casino!

I come here purely for the restaurants and for the view (which can be viewed from the parking lot top levels or any of their dining options excluding the market) The casino is very clean and service at all of the restaurants are fantastic. Great staff!
Smoke smell is a bit overwhelming sometimes but they have generally good air filtration systems I think. Not a place to bring young kids even if you're just visiting restaurants since the second hand smoke is bad for the lungs. I personally wear a mask indoors while going through the machine areas anyways.
Really enjoy coming here in the winter months and seeing fantastic views of snow dusted cascade mountain range while dining. There's also lots of birds around here, we usually get to see hawks as well!

This was my first casino I made a trip to and as we always say - first impressions are the best ones this place has that in my mind for ever. The casino restaurant serves one of the best burgers around WA when it comes to veggies - the Boca burger, I sometimes just make a trip to this casino to have that. They also have a few vending machines for free including coffee and some soft drinks. They are expanding further so make sure you check the parking pathways as they have left them a little confusing.

37500 SE North Bend Way, Snoqualmie, WA 98065, USA
Restored 1890 depot showcasing artifacts from the age of rail, including locomotives & cars.
Definitely a place to take your kids! I came on a quiet weekend and wasn't crowded at all. My first time here was when my grandparents took me on my first stream locomotive ride through here.
A saw mill rail cart initially caught my eye and I wanted to check it out. The tree was a nice 10-12 feet across. It's pretty spectacular that there was so much old growth that was that big back in the day. Back at the depot, they have an assortment of engines and passenger cars that you can take a look at. There is also a book store and museum!
If you want to take a walk, head west along the main road (there is a walking trail) and you'll come across a lot of vintage rail engines with interesting histories and purposes.
On the weekends after April to December, they offer train rides that I believe go down to Snoqualmie falls from the North Bend depot that pass through here. A Thomas train and a Christmas train also run at other times of the year.

if you ever visited Seattle and missed this place, you’re definitely missing big attraction. This is absolutely gorgeous attraction in that area. Kind of remind you back your childhood.
I recommend plan your trip and buy your tickets and advance. You’ll be shocked to see a lot of people over the weekend Wanna come and visit this attraction with their family. .
there are a lot of good hiking places waterfall parks around this area so don’t rush when you come here. Enjoy mother nature in full extent.
I only visited once, but my kids are ready to go back again also one of the best fall scenic view around this area so much colorful can even explain

We came to see the 924 on a steam train weekend recently and had a great ride. Unfortunately our ride started a bit late, so our time at the train shed (the more museum like part) was cut pretty short. We still had fun exploring and just riding the train though. We would have liked to learn more about the train we were on, but apparently that's not part of the package (at least for those steam train versions.) A great day either way! It was nice to see Snoqualmie Falls at one end of the line and grab a few pictures through the trees.

The museum is nice and it has old artifacts and items from when it was built. It also had some stories to tell which really intrigued us. We didn't get a chance to ride the train but we explored the place and read the history of it. It's definitely one of the great stops you can take at the town.
Parking is plentiful you just have to be lucky to get a close one to the town or have to walk for a bit.

We enjoyed the place with the kids. Nice trip. We took the train from Snoqualmie Depot. It was a round trip first we went to snoqualmie falls and then the museum and North bend & return to the snoqualmie depot total 2 hours return journey. The kids enjoyed it a lot.

Nice historic place in the downtown with old train engines parked here, kids can enjoy the view of the train engines, you can spend 30 to 40 minutes here. My kid enjoyed seeing the large train engines, also there is a room where toy trains are kept for kids, outside you can see good fall colors as well. Parking lot is right opposite the museum on the road side itself.

I'd like to start by thanking the very kind woman at the desk! We were late to our scheduled time. Without us asking, she offered to get us on the next day! Next..... The entire town, especially the little area the train's located in was just so cool!
The train ride itself was so tranqil and what beautiful scenery. Highly recommend!

I would not say this train ride was worth the price. To me, it almost felt like a train ride with no destination. We basically just rode to the top of the falls, and then returned back towards the station, stopped at the museum, dropped people off at their station, and headed back to our station to get off. The museum was quite small and you could get through it fairly quickly. I think the only reason the trip takes a while is because the train moves slowly and stops a couple of times. I’d recommend walking through all the cars because there’s some pretty cool ones and some that are in rough shape. Pretty sure kids would enjoy this more than adults.

Its a good place for kids to experience and see the train system. My kiddo enjoyed it as she was sitting in the train for the first time, they have 1 hr train ride which is okay but I feel its bit pricier as compare to the offerings because not great views at train route except snowqualmie falls and a 30 min stop at little train museum but kids definitely gonna enjoy it if sitting for the first time. You can roam around and explore if you are interested in history.

Nice historical location. There are quite a few unique old railway trains out here which you can see. Some of the cool ones are behind a fence though, where others you can get closer to. The original station and lumber history is in great shape, and this is a place that any train enthusiast should see. The door to the old station happened to be Open when we came (not sure if it is always open). And there was some cool electronics which lay out the train track routes and various gates which they could travel through. Some antique carriage, baggage, photographs and other trivia were inside the old station as well. For any train buff, this is well worth the stop. My grandfather would have loved seeing historic train stuff like this.
Walking paths & driving tours to view moose, American bison & bighorn sheep, plus birds of prey.
This place was a lot of fun. We were on the Sunday, 10:00 am driving tour. The only thing we did not see was the moose. The walking area is great too, many animals to see. They have a kids play area that is pretty nice too. The staff were very knowledgeable about the animals.

Loved it! It was my son 3rd birthday the day we were there! It was mid week and we were there shortly after the park opened. Everything was amazing and we had a blast! The children's playground was pretty magical with a little creek running through and plenty of places to climb! We did the drive tour as well and got to see even more animals! We will definitely be going there much more often now!

Our family had a great time on our Mother's Day visit! We did the drive through adventure and got to see several animals along the way. The tour guide was really informative and made the drive really enjoyable. The park was fun too. It was a really hot day, but there was plenty of shade to keep us cool. Lots of animals out and about, our kids really likes the bear exhibits the best. Only bummer of the day was the Kid Zone didn't have the water feature on, which would have been nice on the hot day. Otherwise, an overall fun day and we look forward to visiting again in the near future.

Great for family and especially KIDS. I had a blast as a solo traveler. I went to attend the "wild drive" driving tour. This tour was great. Saw all 7 wild animals they had to display. This tour is great if you have an amazing zoom in camera because some animals are really far. One thing i wish is we could've stop our car to take good steady pictures. On the tour you always moving around 5 mph. Tour guides are very knowledgeable and throw a few jokes in. Ill def come back again.

Great way to spend the day. Make sure you plan to go earlier in the day because you're ticket will include both a driving tour (about an hour) and walking around the park for your entire car (around 8 people i believe). The trek around had one steep incline but had greatly placed benches all around the park. Not sure this place would be that fun for younger kids as many of the animals are harder to spot, but my 11 year old enjoyed it.

We went April 9th with our 2 boys 3 and 6. we did the 10 am wild tour. The girl that did our drive was amazing. She knew so much info. She talks the whole drive about how it started and about all the animals. I loved her. Then we went inside and did the whole tour inside. 10/10 for sure and will go back. I recommend if you go to go early spring or late fall when it cools down so you see more animals. Its a better cost to pay the $90 that gets up to 8 people in for the tour and the entire park.

Very relaxed visit as there were no crowds. We saw a few animals on the driving tour but not real close. Walking through the shady paths was nice on this 80 degree day but apparently animals are more visible on cooler days. The 6 year old in our group didn't have any trouble walking through the park and enjoyed Child Trek, a kids play area, complete with a small stream to walk in, barefoot of course. Benches available for watching adults in sun and shade.

We did the Wildlife Trek and the zoo/park area on our visit with my mom, my 6 year old, my husband, and myself. Each of us absolutely LOVED it! Somehow we went on a day where almost every single animal was out and active (first rainy day in awhile, if that helps)! The animals were so cool and the trek was absolutely worth it! - Things to Know: •For the trek, buy tickets in advance and show up a tad bit early! Plan your drive accordingly with traffic and possibly road work (which we ran into). •Parking is free for the zoo/park area. •Bring comfy shoes if you do the zoo part as it's quite a walk (but absolutely gorgeous). •If you do the trek, tune into the radio station they tell you to. Lots of info and lots of directions for keeping you and the animals safe. •Look ALL around on the trek! We saw animals everywhere, not just the main focus ones being talked about at the time. •Give yourself time! If you do the trek and the zoo, give yourself time for it all. •Be prepared to see some cool animals! A lot of the animals were "up close" than I've seen at other zoos. •Go into the buildings that are there/open (wolf viewing, kids area, etc.). •Plan out bathrooms (they're all over, but also spaced out). •Be careful where you stop under the Bald Eagle area (bird poop and all that). •There is a bear viewing platform that is amazing! •The cafe is small but good! •The kids park area is pretty big, but super fun!

The ride along (car train tour) is So worth the price, and it INCLUDES getting to go into the zoo itself! This place FOCUSES on conservation, and better relationships with the land we live in and the animals we share this land with! Please please please consider coming here! It's so cool and informative!!!
(I ended up with So So So many videos and pictures of all kinds of creatures, but I think what is super important is to show all the plaques and signs in the zoo, they're educational about the plants, the woods we live in and the different habitats and education on the animals they have there!)
Our lead for our driving tour, I cannot remember his name right now, but he was SO SO GOOD! 🙏🏽🧡
He said he used to visit this zoo/park when he was a child and now he works there, educating on the animals and the land, and he said it felt like he's gone full circle. And I Love that. Thank you so much for sharing you knowledge, we WILL be coming back again!

Did the driving tour, and it was enjoyable. Saw almost everything but 1 species of animal. The moose were "babies" but still gigantic. Hard to take photos as you can't stop. Pricey for just 2 people in the car. You can have up to 6 but it's the same price regardless.
Afterwards, went inside and walked around. Most of the animals were out.
The 2 black bears got into a little scuffle when the little one was drinking the water, walking back to the other side. The big one then chased the little one off after.

We are season pass holders for NWT and have been for two years. We definitely get our money's worth. We go 2-3 times a month. It's a nice change of pace for walks. The play area is a highlight too! I recommend allotting time for the kids to play there! All of the animals are so well taken care of. They do enrichment and extraordinary enclosure maintenance for the animals.
The tram still isn't open which is a major bummer, but they will give you a free ticket for when the tram is open if you ask about it. The new electric tram is scheduled to open Spring 2023. ☺️

This truly is a great experience but I was very disappointed that we could not take the bus ride around the park to see the Bison and Elk, etc. That's the main and best part in my opinion and it's currently halted until some electric bus thing is installed.
They should have some way to still do this until the electric bus is installed.
Outside of that, it was a nice trip. Most of the animals were out. The cats were still sleeping though. We went from 10am to 1pm. Kids really enjoyed the play area and the food is no badly priced.

This is a great experience and in a beautiful setting in the shadow of Mt. Rainer. I hadn't been here in several years (10+) and I was happy to see it was just as good. Like any drive through wildlife park where the animals are free to roam, what you see is hit or miss because the critters are free to do as they want. We did manage to see a lot of elk, some deer, a few bison, and a couple sheep (the last two weren't even spotted by the guide).
The walking exhibits are also good to see and while still in a very natural setting, are more visible than those in the driving area. It's a great experience for kids and adults alike. It's about a 3.5 hour drive for us, so we likely won't be back for another 10 years or so, but still highly recommend it (it's worth the trip at least once).

We paid $90 for the driving tour. It was a little underwhelming, but cool to see the animals right there. I got to take some nice pictures of the animals during the ride. Having the radio tuned to the host was really good, she gave a lot of good information during the trip, but maybe next time she should get more sleep. I have never heard a presenter yawn so much before...anyway, I found out that $90 also gave us entry into the zoo. This was a nice surprise and made it worth the $90-to do both things. The zoo part has the animals I looked forward to seeing as well. Just remember, the animals like to take naps as well! Sucks to see the wolf sound asleep but he/she needs his rest. I wish the areas the animals are kept in were bigger, but I guess that is the best that can be done.
The staff is very friendly and I am glad we stumbled on this place while out driving. Not sure if I will go back, but it doesn't hurt to see this place at least once. The staff I interacted with seem to really care about their jobs and sharing their animal knowledge with us.

First time I've been back in about 15 years. Honestly, I don't love seeing caged animals, but the animals at NWT are either being rescued, restored, or protected, which makes it much easier to enjoy paying to view them. The only animal we didn't get to actually see was the Wolverine. We will definitely be going back. We walked through the animal park area and then did the Wild Drive. Great place for families!

The zoo was amazing. Do note that it is a small zoo, so if you go, keep that in mind. But the exhibits give you a great view of the animals and the staff are amazing.
I did the drive-thru tour where you drive your own car. It was $110 for my car, which at first I thought was a little expensive. But then I learned that includes allowing ALL people in your car to enter the walking part as well.
I was very happy and felt it was worth it for the family to enjoy the day at the zoo!

I love coming here. It's smaller than Point Defiance, but still has a good amount of animals. There are a lot of beautiful trees, flowers, and other plants. The walkways are mostly shaded, so it doesn't get too hot or risk sun burns. There's a great play area for kids when they're done looking at the animals. We only had the fries and ice cream, both were good.
TOTALLY WORTH IT!!! We were looking for something fun and memorable to do for Christmas, and this was definitely it. Really nice place to hold a private event. In the town of Mineral, the only way in is the Mt Rainier Steam Railway. Event content and age can be controlled. We did Oktoberfest and no one under 21 was allowed to attend. Even with attendees policing themselves, staff was on top of checking ID and making sure everyone having the beer was supposed to be there and safe. There is a really scenic event ground at the town that you need to go through the rolling stock to get to. There are several Ales to Rails events per year as well as a Charlie Brown Great Pumpkin Ride and a Polar Express at Christmas. All are well worth the trip for the age appropriate audience.

Mount Rainier National Park offers a variety of lodging options for visitors. The park is home to Paradise, a popular spot for hiking with stunning views and waterfalls. For those seeking a more challenging hike, the longer trail up the back of the mountain provides a less crowded but rewarding experience, leading to Panorama Point. The drive through the Cascade region offers picturesque views, although visibility may be limited in cold weather. Visitors can rent tire chains in nearby towns during winter months.
Follow the directions to Paradise or the visitors center and bring your hiking shoes. Take the longer trail up the back of the mountain if you are physically fit. You'll walk up past the falls (take a quick stop, it's beautiful) and then past the paved path to the left. You'll encounter a FRACTION of the people on this steeper and longer trail, but it's well worth it and you'll be amazed once you get to Panorama Point. We hiked down the face- this was a mistake, go back the way you came and avoid the insane crowds.
Wear appropriate shoes, bring more water than you think you'll need and take in the amazing scenery. We saw marmots and chipmunks everywhere and even ran into a mountain goat. Truly a breathtaking and majestic hike.

1,981-acre ski area covering 4 peaks, offering 20+ lifts, terrain parks, & many restaurants & bars.
I personally love this resort for what it is. Is it a massive mountain with mind blowing trails? No. Is it a nice resort in a beautiful area a stones throw from Seattle where you can get there quickly in the morning and have a fun day of skiing, have a drink, and enjoy a great winter day in the mountains? Yes! If that’s the day you’re looking for then this is a great place to go. The parking is a little crowded and annoying like most resorts but I personally have never had an issue finding a spot relatively quickly (I get there in the mornings around 8 or 9). The night skiing is fun too and the resort clears out a ton. Would recommend for a quick and easy day of skiing!

The Snoqualmie Pass is beautiful, especially when there is plenty of snow. That's when the summit opens for skiing and snowboarding.
The scenery is spectacular. The ski lifts are working, people play in the snow, and there are fireplaces to warm everyone up. You can rent a ski, snowboard, or grab some pizzas while you're there.
I went to Summit West, which is close to I-90. The Summit East is a bit further down.
It used to be a hassle when parking on the street for a few minutes, and the sheriff gave everyone a written warning. I haven't seen the sheriff there this time.

The mountain biking needs more work. Still it's nice to use the lift, but the trails are full of lose rocks. You better know how to tune your suspension and wear your best armor. I've seen more than a couple of riders needing 1st aid kit.

Skiing was so much fun with my family. Customer service was so helpful. It was my family first time skiing and they guided us what to purchase. I love how there’s different section for different levels. Definitely coming back.

First day of 2021-2022 season! The opening day is on a Tuesday and is for pass holders only. Because it’s a weekday, the lines are short. Four lifts are open today. There is food and beverage service outside. The fire pits are going. The staff is super friendly. Parking is well organized. Family friendly and a there is a magic carpet for the kids. The snow is fast on the opening day. Well-groomed runs and plenty of powder. Highly recommend this resort.

Easy to get to from Seattle area. Great layout for families. Friendly crowd. And occasionally, you run into perfect condition like today.
The magic carpets are great for kids and beginners.
A few blue slopes and a couple of black, mountain top kind of tracks available too.

I've been coming here for over a decade and it gets a little worse every year. The snow grooming this year ranged from rough to non-existent. It seems like as soon as they get the park into good shape they close on weekdays. This season was also rough as far as chair breakdowns, and long lines. Overcrowding is a major issue. Weekends are a joke, so I ride on Wednesdays, now they close on Wednesdays. Even when they were open on Wednesdays, they had limited operations, so lines were still an issue. Unless I hear something will be done about 45 minute lines and powder days that get wrecked by the horde is less than an hour, this will be my last season as a season pass holder. Time to get a splitboard.

It's a great spot with so much to do. Mainly it's easy to get to thanks to i90.
Some of the best Hiking is right here.
Skiing is OK, not exactly the best, just ok.
Enough services for some quick food, gas and even decent restaurants and hotels.

Get lift & rental tickets online so you can skip the pay desk. There are lockers to rent they are self pay. They have food & a bar. They have night skiing & plenary of parking! It’s close to the city 1hr drive & they have Green, Blue, Black diamond runs. Also have inter tubing.
Ursela Hybridge — Google review
We only skied the front end runs and that was plenty. Had the kids in ski school all day, which is expensive but apparently effective. One kid went from zero to riding the lift and barely falling a whole run. Price for things is about what you’d expect. Skiing is expensive these days. The staff are way nicer than I’ve seen anywhere lately. We didn’t even see a large portion of the runs but everything seemed to be open. Will be happy to return.

Excellent place to go for a short drive (45 mins) from Redmond WA. Generally lift services are not open for tourists in spring time but is still open for folks to come and enjoy themselves. We had a good time when we went there recently.

I'm so happy to have a ski resort near our town. The accessibility is very good. And they have several runs for various levels. Will definitely buy a season pass for next winter.

Terrible operation at magic carpet. We are here on the first day of 2024. I was teaching my 5 year old son in the magic carpet area. The magic carpet was operating with only one staff on the top but no one at the bottom (I later observed all the magic carpets were operated this way on the summit west.) unfortunately my son fell off after getting on the magic carpet. I shouted the loudest as I can for 10 seconds until a coach nearby came to pull the emergency stop, and the staff walk from the top to check after that. Lucky enough, my son is fine but I was terrified and decided to go back to the car right away.
I reported my safety concern to the patrol right after, they took my name and phone but so far no one reached out yet. To be honest, I think they are just being ignorant, I don’t feel they care about my concerns at all.
You are on your own if you decided to take the magic carpet when no staff is observing at the bottom. The other staff on the top won’t hear you at all. Pray for the best when accident happen, don’t hope the resort will do anything

Great place to learn, and close to the city. Plus they have 4 different areas with different terrain for different ability levels
This active 14,411-ft. volcano & scenic hiking destination is the Cascade Range's highest mountain.
Absolutely gorgeous views! Only thing to regret is paradise was still closed😭

I don’t know if words do this place justice. Just breathtaking. I visited sunrise, paradise, ohanapecosh, and carbon river. My favorite campsite was at ohanapecosh. My favorite trail was pinnacle peak. My favorite pie at paradise lodge was the triple berry. I could write a book about this place!
Some helpful tips: I charged my phone and rechargeable batteries at paradise lodge. There are NO showers within the park so plan accordingly. Visit reflection lake either at sunrise or sunset. If you are going to paradise get there early! Pack in, pack out, and stay on trail.

Glacier-fed rivers and cascading waterfalls carve their way through the park, adding to its beauty and creating a soothing soundscape. The roaring waters and misty spray create a sense of wonder and remind us of the power and force of nature.

We had a delightful trip with 3 kids, 8yrs, 4yrs and 2 yrs. All of them are enjoyed the views and snow. We didn’t hike although I know it would be one of the best hiking route! It was above our expectations on going there with kids.

We chose to go here on a Saturday with good weather. The scenery to drive here from Seattle was very beautiful. We climbed the mountain for two or three hours, the more excited we climbed, the scenery above was very beautiful, and we could meet animals. It is a perfect place for family and friends to enjoy themselves together.

Visited Mount Rainer today but many roads were closed due to snow covered. Managed to visit Narada Falls and some vista points at foothills and the views were breathtaking.

Can’t miss this if you’re from Washington or visiting! This park exceeded my expectations. Nature at its best! Majestic views! Truly Awesome waterfalls, and very accessible.
The park is extremely well managed and maintained. The hikes are manageable, the roads are well kept.
In summer it gets crowded especially on weekends, so plan to visit during the week if you can. Bring water on the hikes! It gets warmer than you think.
Some helpful tips:
The line at the entrance gets long, like 1hr and a half to two hours! Brutal. Again, especially during the weekend. Plan to arrive before 7am to avoid being stuck in traffic.
Reflection point won’t reflect unless there’s no wind. Usually there’s less wind at sunset or sunrise.
Make sure you reserve a camping spot, those first come first served are gone as soon as they open.
You don’t need to camp inside to enjoy the park. If you want to go last minute, there’s several camping spots right outside the entrance, with decent amenities and you can still spend the whole day at the park!
PS. It’s true what you hear, the berry pie is absolutely amazing!

It’s just peaceful place for nature lovers. We visited on Sept 2023, the climate was awesome and the trail was beautiful.
You may expect full parking lot on weekends, try to plan on week days.
Thanks.

Amazing place with beautiful landscape. There is a lodge to get coffee and food before going in the trail. It is definitely a must do trail when in Washington state.
Tip: Always check road conditions before leaving.

This is justtttttt an amazing place. Though it was annoying with the long wait times to get in , it is WORTH the wait .. the view is just magnificent… it’s almost like a dream ! God gift to human beings . One of the best places that I have ever seen in my life . There are few trails and depending on how much you can walk , take those trails .
When we went , it was too crowded . Went late summer and there were beautiful wild flowers . Just loved them . We walked for few mins to view the rainier and then walked towards myrtle falls view and back to visitor center . It was just a breathtaking adventure … loved it to the max . A must visit place for anyone who visits WA .. 👍👍👍

I don't even know what there is to say that hasn't already been said. Plenty of sights. Trails. Souvenir shops. Lodging. Food along the way. Peace. Clean hikes. We loved every minute of our time here. Just 30 for your car to get in. That ticket is good for a whole week and you can leave and re enter if you're staying outside of the park. We didn't get to go to the summit because of the snow and weather but maybe next time. It was so cool.

The nature is very beautiful, even though I really wanted to see wild flower fields but it didn't specify anywhere which trail to take, where to go to see it. It was extremely crowded, hard to find parking, just two bathrooms at the visitor center, and huge long lanes to wait, could have built more knowing how many people out here. The food is extremely expensive and a very poor choice. Would visit again more prepared next time, maybe will like it more then.

Beautiful mountains, some areas of the park had no fence or something between the road and the cliff, and for someone who is afraid of the heights it was scary so I turned around first chance I had. Signs could be better, apparently there is a lodge, we didn't know where it was. Overall it was nice, we got some amazing pics

We went to Mount Rainier through the Paradise/Longmire entrance on November 8, 2023. We got an unexpected three feet of snow the day before our hike. Luckily, it was a clear day and some people from the national guard were also hiking up. They paved a way for us to go up. The views were breathtaking! The snow surprise made the whole experience even better. Will definitely be back to experience the other seasons!

The place is mesmerizing!! Was it worth it? Yes!
The route was a bit scary as there was no fence between the road and the cliff but just go for it and you will be there. We left pretty late so thought of turning back on the way as it seemed far and never ending and assumed it would be too late by the time we reach, but no, there were plenty of people up and they stay up for longer so you are not alone. We left at 3pm and still managed to complete the trip. You have access to so many mountains, parks and you can go for trekking but mind you, we did not find any place to eat so carry your own food and water. Beautiful view with lots of parking space, air is clean and crisp and you will feel at the top of the world, so go for it!

Holy smokes! Stunning 🤩 expect a $30 entrance fee. One of the main roads is closed so we couldn’t get to some things without doing some serious hiking which we weren’t properly clothed for. The visitor center at the top had a good cafe and cute but cram packed gift shop.

Amazing how close you get to see the mountain! You can see the massive glaciers and falls. Surrounding area is nothing but breathtaking.
Pictures can’t capture its beauty enough, highly recommend to actually go there! Many view points can be accessed with short hike.

I LOVE this mountain. Absolutely stunning and incredible. Careful about the water in the bathrooms up towards the top of the mountain as is gets so cold it’s dangerous to touch. I hadn’t thought about how cold the water was going to be after I lathered on a bunch of soap and caused really bad nerve pain in my finger for a few days. I have no hard feelings it was my own lesson to learn but for anyone reading this that isn’t aware then here’s your heads up.
Amazing views of the backside of Mt. Rainier!
We went on a hot and hazy day, and still made the most of it.
Very high in elevation, so hope you can get acclimated!
Did a loop to Frozen Lake and back to the visitor center, equivalent to 3ish miles. Lots of ridges, and loose rock and gravel, so please be careful with children.
No dogs on trails, so leave Buddy at home.
Enjoy these amazing views of mountains, valleys, and meadows.

A pinnacle of natural beauty! Mt. Rainier is an episodically active volcano, but don’t let that scare you. The drive up to Sunrise was beautiful, and the view of Rainier from the visitor center is already picture perfect. But we decided to hike up Sourdough trail. For some extra fun, bring headlamps and hike the trail near sunset. When it falls dark, the stars (and even Milky Way) are fully visible. It was nice of the park to not install lights in the parking lot, which made the sky even brighter.
Joshua Lim — Google review
If you are planning to see sunrise, plan to come at least 1 hour early to sunrise . You need to hike at least 20 minutes to reach a place you have a good view . Secondly the pre sunrise rays are the one that makes rainier beautiful

Stunning. It felt like a storybook view of the Alps. Seriously, so beautiful! They have bathrooms... though, at the time we went, were really dirty. Plan on bringing sanitizer. The picnic areas were great. The view, on a clear day, is spectacular.

This is a very well kept visitor center with a great view of Mt. Rainier. The park rangers are nice and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking for compact and large vehicles. There's a variety of trails to take to get different views of Mt. Rainier. There's a bit of history posted around the visitor center. Friendly reminder to pack warm and prepared as nighttime can get chilly during the Summer and frigid during Fall and Winter into Spring.
Brenton Nikolaus — Google review
The visitor center has a snack bar for some quick to-go snacks along with coffee and a couple of soup options. Open on weekends from 9-5pm. Well maintained flush toilets. The visitor center also has some bunch of information on the volcano and the flora and fauna on the mountain. I prefer this visitor center when compared to Paradise since you have comparatively lesser crowd both at the center and on the trails and definitely closer views of Rainier.
Castern Fernandes — Google review
Great views on the way up to this point. Taking a star off those as the visitor center and gift shop was closed September 3rd... It was the only visitor center I was going to be able to visit on my trip too, so I was veer disappointed. I'm a patch collector and love supporting our parks by purchasing some at each location and of course getting a stamp!
Michelle Massa — Google review
We didn't venture far from the Visitor Center since we're short on time. The view of Mount Rainer from there was not as breathtaking as we had hoped, and the store was closed despite being advertised as open during our time there. So no snacks or refreshments for us, but thankfully the water fountain was working.
There is a lookout halfway between the park entrance and Visitor Center with better views.
They charge $30 at the park entrance. From there, it takes about half an hour to reach the Visitor Center. Prepare to drive along a winding and narrow mountain road, with the lack of guard rails in places making for a heart-stopping ride.
G Aquino — Google review
We visited the day before July 4th and the ranger at the entrance warned us that there may not be parking. We lucked out and got a parking. There was a ranger making room for extra parking spot. The Visitor Center was closed. We lucked out with beautiful weather, and Mount Rainier was prominent and spectacular from various angles. There were wildflowers and some snow. We hiked Sourdough Ridge Trail which provided panoramic view of the Cascade Crest Summits.

What an amazing viewpoint for Mt. Rainer and nearby valley areas. At 6,400 feet elevation, the cool summer, mountain air was very crisp and refreshing. This is a must stop for those desiring to see up close this massive 14,411 foot volcano outside of Seattle, Washington. The center is a beehive of activity. The help is outstanding and very capable.

Great area to see Mt. Rainier. The visitor center doesn’t open till mid July but there were still a variety of beautiful hikes, a place to buy snacks and a good restroom. Our favorite hike was to the lookout. Whether you plan on hiking or not it’s still a great place for views of the mountain and glaciers.

Go out of your way to see the mountain/volcano. I'm still holding my breath...lol
Just stunning! The cost to get into park is by car, not individuals.

An absolute must when you go up to Mount Rainier! Take in the history and ask the Ranger about the mini hike and the mountain! I would recommend going around the building to take photos instead of against the glass of the building.
516-acre lakeside park with hiking & snowmobiling trails, campsites & mountain views.
We camped there in July, unplanned, because kachess lake camp sites were full. Turned out it’s an absolutely gorgeous place to camp, kayak, and hike! It can get really loud at night because it’s right next to I-90. But the camp sites are very private and lake is really beautiful.

Beautiful campground and a beautiful lake. We went too early in the season so we weren’t able to get out on the lake, but the hiking trails around the campground are well maintained and fun to explore. The campground itself is quite large, but we were pleased with the pristine conditions and while we were there during a holiday weekend, noise level was low and all were respectful. Bathrooms were also very clean and well maintained. This has definitely moved to the top of our list in terms of campsites and we will definitely be returning!

This was one of the best parks I have been to, to camp at with the kids. In October, many non-electric campsites were available but I had made early reservations for an electric one to plugin my Tesla for charging overnight. The campsites were clean and welcoming.
The lake view is breathtaking! We definitely plan to visit and camp again in 2024.

Views are very nice.. enough parking space. We liked the group camping option. Our group had 8 families/tents, and it was quite big camping space. We were able to sit and hear music until late night. Other campgrounds usually complains for noise.. but here it was good. Only thing we didn't like was the noise from the free ways.

We loved our stay at this beautiful park. This was the cleanest State Park campground we've ever visited. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the bathrooms are very clean and functional. The lake water was crystal clear and perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding, or swimming if you don't mind the cold. Be warned that the swimming area will get very crowded on hot summer days. The rest of the lake however is very quiet since there is a limit on powered boats.
I had read some people complain about road noise from i-90, but we stayed on the lake side of the loop with hookups and it wasn't really noticeable. It's just the sort of far off droning hum of traffic that your brain easily tunes out. It was a little bit louder on the side of the loop closest to the highway, but it still wouldn't deter me from staying there.
We will absolutely be back!

Lake Easton is a beautiful state park and place to camp. I suggest making reservations online but there are spots available on a ffs basis. There is a kid friendly trail that leads to a river where people fish and it is a really peaceful area. The beach has a playground and lake with a spectacular view. Parking is limited so you either have to go early for parking or walk from the campsite.
Whitney Kraus — Google review
Went for Labor Day weekend and had a great time. The lake is perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing and whatever other non-motorized water activity you could ask for. It was calm and even though it was busy people were able to spread out and it never felt crowded. The trails in the area are part of the Iron Horse Trail and John Wayne Trail and are beautiful, wide and perfect for beginners, or great for intermediate and advanced who want to follow the trails through to further destinations. My one complaint unfortunately is a big one. The camp sites are right next to I-90 and the traffic noise goes on all night! It was easy enough to tune out during the day while we were playing games and chatting but once I was in the tent trying to sleep it became overwhelming and I woke up many times with a bit of anxiety from the roaring trucks going by. Anyone going who wants to be out in nature for the peace and quiet should not choose this location. If you just want a great lake spot, close to the freeway (so easy access) and have a large group, this is a great spot. But again, not for those seeking peace and quiet.

Crowded, but nice. Lots of shade. Each campsite has trees and bushes for semi-privacy. Each campsite is fairly close to bathrooms. Playground is great for kids. Paved road for bike riding and trails. We come here every year!

Nice place for beginner cross country skiing (or for intermediate when you just want a chill day). Snow was almost melted but I’ll come back next year! Lots of parking and heated bathrooms!

Nice spot for the beach, kayak, paddleboard, swimming. Lots of entry points, including a boat launch. Quite a few picnic tables, playground, designated swim beach, and of course restrooms. Only downside is there are a lot of spiders/webs on the ceiling of the rest room, but there are facilities. Also, great as it is. Pet friendly.
Brian Babcock — Google review
I love to camp, so this is just a reflection of my latest stay. The lake is beautiful, but the camp sites are very close and have ZERO privacy. It's also a stones throw to I-90 so count on traffic noise continually throughout your stay. We still had fun, but I don't see us camping there again. In my opinion, it's better suited to a day of swimming and picnicking.

This was a great spot for camping! On the positive side, the campground was spacious, had running water, offered free showers, and the views were stunning as well. There were plenty of hiking trails to explore, and the swimming area was nice although a bit far from our campground .There were a couple of downsides. The water was extremely cold, but it may be more pleasant as it warms up towards the end of the summer. Additionally, road noise was noticeable, although not overly disruptive. Occasional train sounds added to the background noise. Despite these minor setbacks, the campground provided wonderful outdoor experience.

The secret is out on this place. Beautiful dog friendly and family friendly RV camping one hour east of Seattle, WA. Full hook-ups, clean and very peaceful. Many trails to hike or bike ride. Clean restrooms and spacious camp sites. Plenty of space to park the Rig and truck, tent pad site, fire pit / grill and picnic table. Kayaking is a must. Swimming is also nice late summer once the snow melt water warms up. During the fall - NFL football watching on the lake while camping and grilling is my personal fav!!! Great location. Congrats to the State of Washington on this one. Thanks for not commercializing this location and leaving it for all to enjoy.

This is a good state park, but it is very noisy. We could hear the highway noise even from across the lake. The trail around the lake is nice, but I wish I had known that 1/4 of it would be near the highway. Once you enter the town and cross the Yakima River, you will walk for about 20 minutes on a shoulder along the highway (on Railroad St.) until you are back in the woods again. Other than that, the park is really good.

Scenic 1.5-mi. roundtrip loop through a grove of "patriarchs": ancient 3- & 4-story trees.
Fairly short and easy trail through a low suspension bridge and part wood-decked, walkway with trees around. Many spots for photo opportunities with the right angle of lighting. Spectacular trees. But, don’t expect to see trees like the Redwoods in Cali.
