Amazing drive with spectacular views of the mountain ranges! Excellent ski park for all levels from bunny hills to longer ones. The hike in the snow was pretty good. Open access to many walking and hiking trails. The vista house was close at this point of the year so will definitely want to be back for that. Parking wasn’t difficult but imagine it gets crowded during summer.

Farragut State Park
State park
Nature & Parks
Lakefront state park boasts hiking/skiing trails, water sports, disc golf, picnic areas & campsites.
Gorgeous, Breathtaking, Ever lasting Memories of Nature, Farragut Park is absolutely an amazing experience. The trails are awesome, durung the summer time you can swim in a few spots in the lake. The sights are something to stare at for hours. It's truly an awesome park.
I do wish some trails where a bit more maintenance and some under brush cleared a bit better possibly bring a 4 wheeler with a chipper attached, 4 man crew with chainsaws, could use the fallen logs for mulching. Just my opinion.
Random Googler — Google review
My wife and I love this place. It is become our regular go to place for outdoor activities camping bike riding and hiking. There’s miles and miles and miles of trails and let’s not forget frisbee golf. Campsites are nice and spread apart people are friendly. Great RC flying field.
Unfortunately Idaho state parks doubled their costs for out of state residence which makes a Farragut State Park and all other Idaho parks unaffordable. Yearly vehicle pass is now $80 and a one night stay is $74.
We will continue to go on daily basis but probably not to camp anymore. If you’re an Idaho resident I highly recommend this place. And if you want to get out for a day of hiking and biking there isn’t a better place around.

Farragut State Park is a great place to go for camping or hiking. Lots of trails with views of the lake. The day use area had large covered picnic areas with horse shoe pits and volley ball nets nearby. Lots of room for many people to gather together. There were swings for younger kids to play on too. Camping cabins were also real close to the day use area. The cabins appeared to be fairly new and well maintained. A note on the cabin said that the cabins has been cleaned after each use. Each cabin had its own fire pit and picnic table. The cabins also had electric lights and an air conditioner. No bathroom inside the cabin, but a bathroom facility was a short walk from the cabins. The only issue would be if someone had to get up during the night it would be a little walk in the dark. There were close trails near the day use area that were well maintained. Very beautiful spot.

Clean and organized. Lots to do both on and off the water. I loved that RV parking options were better than many camping areas with extra room to breathe and have a little privacy.
Trails were fun. Bayview was also fun and full of history.
Lori McAfee — Google review
We spent the day at Beaver Bay within Farragut State Park and it was perfectly lovely! It was 102° in town, but not for us! Under the shaded trees and next to the water, it felt like a perfect 75°. Unbelievable beauty and views!

What can I say, I love to visit the state parks. I almost always stop in the visitor center to see what's new and chat with the clerks. In the spring I look forward to hearing and watching the birds, ground squirrels and other critters. Walking the various trails, the people have been generally friendly. Of course, gotta stop and check out the wild flowers.

Nice group site. Plenty of space. 5 frisbee golf courses. newly marked hiking biking trails 14.5 mile perimeter trail fun less than 500 elevation change

Went to play Disc golf at Farragut and ended up camping. The courses ranged from easy to hard and were a blast to play. The park was clean and we didn't have any issues with getting a spot or camping.
Thomas Pham — Google review
I came to play the 5 disc golf courses and was not disappointed. There are a huge number of camping spaces including lots of full hookup RV sites, but we opted to stay in a camping camp that had heat and AC. Park has tons of lake frontage, trails, etc.
All in all an outstanding park with lots of space and lots of amenities.
goinupthegranby — Google review
Beautiful property and quiet, shaded, cared for campground. Stayed in Whitetail and were able to come without a reservation. Campground bathrooms were super clean. Easy access to potable water. Unfortunately, there were a lot of bees at our site. Minimal other bugs, though.
Marina Schmitt — Google review
I spent one night in a camping cabin in the winter. I thought paying $69 plus a reservation fee was quite expensive considering there are no winter services in the campground, you have to hike your stuff in to the cabin, and you have to clean it yourself. That being said the cabin was nice and it was a great experience.
When I checked in the ranger was very unhelpful. I had gone to ski but there was no snow so I asked about hiking in the park. She told me any hiking is good, and didn't point me to any specific trails. She really didn't want to interact with me. I couldn't find any maps in the park, and didn't have internet so I drove around aimlessly for a while then decided to leave. Being a ranger seems like such a cool job, don't know why this ranger didn't want to help me enjoy the park.
Ellie Knight — Google review
While the park itself is lovely, they have some of the most rude and disrespectful people working for them. The young lady at check in was particularly disrespectful and it seems typical of the people I have met there. The last time I went to the park was about 15 years ago and they were equally terrible then. I figured maybe they had changed but I was wrong.
Jesse Moore — Google review
We arrived at this park a little after 10 pm we had booked on line, didn’t see anything telling me to check in at the front office the park is extremely large.
When we were checking out the ranger ask who we were and if we had checked in, I stated I did, I did think I had to since I book & paid on line.
He said even though we were checking out, we had to check in or we would get a ticket.
I was disappointed he made us (used his position of authority) to go check in even though he took all our information saw that we were leaving.
We find the front office which isn’t located in any of the camps site it’s its own section.
With the shortage of workers in this country this park has plenty of employees to enforce rules that make no significant, when he already had written our information down visually saw and verbally spoke with us.
I check in only to be told to have a great day see you soon, that took an extra 1/2 hour because of parking and waiting in line to report I was checking in and out at the same time.
The park itself is big and nice, the toilets are at moments they do stink, they offer full hook-ups as well as tent sites. We chose not to use the toilets instead use our portable one the bathrooms were hit & miss.
I guess when you allocate more money hiring people to signing in people then checking bathrooms you end up with unclean bathrooms.
The lake is kind of hard to find I would say drive to it or ride your bike, lots of trails, the lake is absolutely beautiful.
The park is very clean and quite and well maintained.
Loree Good — Google review
I love Farragut State Park. There's so many trails and the water is beautiful. The mountains were very majestic looking with the different colors of green permanting in the sun.
Joanne Snodgrass — Google review
The park itself is nice. Campspots are not close to the lake but are good in size and provide some privacy. Great, groomed hiking trails. As other reviewers stated, staff is not welcoming. The individual checking us was unfriendly; almost flippant. Two of us drove to the S. Entrance with our scooters. The entry fee is per vehicle, so we decided to park one. The park would not allow us to park at the entrance. As we drove back to Bayview, a parking enforcement truck came out of nowhere. The park boundaries are deceiving because the entry gates are inside the park. Luckily for us, we had seen the signs and parked in town where parking was hassle free.

Camp sites are clean and good sized, boat launch is very accessible eazy in and out, fair amount of parking and prep areas. Plenty to do, beach, boat, kayak, cycle, hike. We really enjoyed our time there..

Wow, so beautiful ❤️. The water of Lake Pend Oreille - pronounced "pond da ray", was so refreshing and crystal clear. We went swimming at Idlewild Bay. There is a "store", Cast, Blast, & Relax"- Food & snacks and they rent: bicycles, kayaks, paddle boards, & fishing gear! on the path down to the lake, before you get to the water. There are flush toilets and nice showers there, too. Plenty of parking. The park itself has a lot to offer: Gift shop, Disc Golf, Tree to Tree Adventure Park, Camping, Boat Launch for watercraft, horse trails, llama trails, hiking trails, mtn bicycle trails, Shooting range, museum at the Brig Jr. Ranger Station, Equestrian Campground, Model Aircraft Field(Insurance required), fishing, picnic sites, group camping, dump station. Winter Recreation :snow shoeing, Cross Country Skiing, fat tire biking. When you first check in to the campground office, there is a very informative visitor center, very interesting. Worth your time to check it out.

Silverwood Theme Park
Theme park
Water & Amusement Parks
Water Parks
Largest Northwest theme park offers 65+ rides, a water park, casual dining & an on-site RV park.
Silverwood is the greatest. I have been going since I was a kid and it still is great. The rides aren’t too intense but they give just enough adrenaline that you get the rollercoaster high. Boulder beach has really expanded in recent years and is so fun.
I love the classic old time feeling that silverwood has. It has kept its charm and I hope that never changes. The new stunt pilot ride is a lot of fun but I am partial to the wooden roller coasters.
I can promise you will have fun at this park. It is more than enjoyable. The staff told me the last time I was there that the best time to go is a couple days after the Fourth of July. It is always their slowest days of the year because everyone has to get back to work.
If you are considering it, I recommend going for it. You won’t regret it!
Nikolas Steele — Google review
Family run theme park that has something for everyone.
Silverwood is a fantastic theme park that is truly run with passion and quality experiences for guests. For a relatively small, less known theme park I was really impressed and had a blast. The coasters are good fun (Aftershock is epic); actors and train ride is a good time for all; magic show (Nick and Mad Mike especially) is a great way to break up the adrenaline fuelled fun; and the park’s theme and environment is genuinely beautiful and well maintained.
Great place for a family, thrill seeking adults like myself and anyone who wants to escape for a fun adventure in Idaho.
Yeehaw Silverwood!
Joey Crowther — Google review
WHAT a great park! Homey and small, but with some really good rides, great atmosphere, and friendly people, both at work and as visitors. Parking is across the highway and you walk through a tunnel to the park. Then it's left to the theme park and right to the train and the water park.
I didn't know what was good here, and was able to ride Aftershock twice right away. But Tremors is my favorite ride here, followed closely by the single-rail Stunt Pilot coaster, which loads super fast! Every park should have one of these!
I was done with all the rides by 3 and went to the water park for a while. But I didn't realize until later that the train only runs once an hour and the popular show is only on some of those trips, so I missed the show, which I regret. It's kind of out of the way of everything else, so you really have to make an effort to get to that part of the park. I did get a nice trip nearer sunset, however. The magic show is really good! The variety show in the saloon is pretty campy and not much space to watch it in.
I appreciate that there are quieter areas of the park. Just behind the kid's rides is a pretty park to rest in, and near the train is a theater that plays 3 stooges all day if you need a dark and quiet place to sit down.
Sara Beth Wade — Google review
We had a lot of fun. The lifeguards were straight up on it and were really awesome with the kid. The variety show and train ride was so much fun. We had a blast with the rides. Really clean and the employees appeared to really enjoy what they were doing. Even the ride operators were generally having fun and making the day enjoyable. Thank you for making this 7th birthday for my daughter a blast!

I enjoyed my time at the Silverwood Theme Park in Idaho! The place is clean and beautiful.
I like it better than Disney Land and Universal Studios. We went three days in a row, and enjoyed every second of it. The food that you purchase inside of the Park was really good, and the kids loved it as well. It is definitely a good choice for your family to create memories and relax. It’s was not hectic or too busy. I am definitely taking my grandson there once he’s of age.

Silverwood Theme park is an epic adventure that everyone from all ages needs to experience. From the rides and roller coasters, to the water park and slides…the day was filled with memories and screams from speed.
The amusement side of the park has it all. For the young and the more advanced thrill seeker. My favorite was Spin Cycle…and it’s upside down twists and turns. Worth the ride! The roller coasters are fast, I mean fast!
For the water park, the slides were amazing. You have everything from fast plunges to twists and turns, in tubes to open air excitement. The water was warm everywhere we went. Plus clean! The lazy River hit the spot for us adults too.
For as many people were there, the staff was amazing, the park was clean, the food was amazing and I highly recommend the Huckleberry Shakes and Chicken Finger baskets.
We loved it, it truly is a great full day of memories in one place.

I have been to all the parks, just about. The Mouse, The Flags, The Orlando, but this place is something special. The feeling we got when we entered was unmatched by the other guys. There was a tangible sweetness to the atmosphere. Every employee greeted us with a smile and thoughtfulness. They genuinely enjoyed working there.
The grounds are breathtaking. The grounds crew has no equal. They take great care of the entire park. The RV Park is the best way to go. Clean. Quiet. Wonderful. Our family is planning to come back again and again.

A bucket list adventure for the whole family! This place is absolutely amazing! Must do, atleast once! Great huge parking lot, even when it is busy- it doesn't seem too packed. Not very long lines. So many fun rides, water slides and games for all ages. Yummy food and drinks. Great vacation spot. Decent prices! Highly recommend!
Danielle — Google review
It was a blast, preseason, so no wait, not packed, wasn't super hot. Ride attendants were super friendly and made sure the kids seat belts were tight and everyone was safe

This family owned theme park has something for everyone! (And we didn't even make it to the water park!)
Our family group included ages 0 to 60, some much slower than others, but everyone had a blast...with exception of the infant who was too young to be aware of anything.
From wild coasters to milder log ride and children's rides; from a very enjoyable scenic train ride to comedy shows, this amazing park has got you covered.
You'll also find reasonably priced food and drink options.
Many of the attractions are handicap accessible and employees go the extra mile to help you learn the ropes and avoid long lines. (Just pick up a courtesy pass at the information booth when you enter the park).
Silverwood has a great website with helpful tips to make your visit the best! Check it out if you haven't already.
Kelly Wooten — Google review
The roller coasters were fun but I can't say the same thing for the water park. The lines were huge for the water park rides, and I am talking about 40 minutes wait, but the rides themselves were fine but not very fun. The roller coasters were amazing, though there were 7 of them and the waiting was long as well. I just hope that the people who let the riders in learn to count well since they let more people than there supposed to be and the people behind me got on but I had to wait another turn.
Olesya Samarkina — Google review
Tons of stuff to do, whole park is clean even though there were lots of people. 2 day pass with break in between is best. Plan for one day at water park and another for the theme park. Food is reasonably priced but lines can be long if it is busy. Would recommend and we are definitely coming back next year!
Alex Tonu — Google review
Great place! This could easily be a multi day thing if you want to experience everything. Lots of cool places to see and fun rides. The wait time for the rides wasn’t even bad, we went on a sunny Saturday and they kept everything running smoothly so that we didn’t have to wait very long for the roller coasters. The waterpark had longer wait times, but I feel like that’s to be expected when it’s a warm and sunny day. We enjoyed the wave pool and lazy river which didn’t have waits instead!

We recently visited Silverwood and had an absolutely amazing time! From start to finish, our experience was filled with laughter, excitement, and memorable moments that we'll cherish forever. What impressed us the most was not just the incredible attractions, but also the affordability that made our family day out even more enjoyable.
The variety of rides and attractions at Silverwood catered to every member of our family, from the thrill-seekers to the more laid-back adventurers. The roller coasters were exhilarating, and the water park provided a refreshing break from the summer heat. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and maintenance of the park, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
One of the highlights for us was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They were always ready to assist with a smile, adding to the overall positive atmosphere of the park. The efficiency in managing the queues and ensuring everyone's safety was commendable, making our visit stress-free.
What sets Silverwood apart is its affordability without compromising on the quality of the experience. The ticket prices, food options, and souvenir choices were reasonable, allowing us to make the most of our day without breaking the bank. This aspect made our visit not only entertaining but also budget-friendly, a rare combination in the world of theme parks.
In conclusion, Silverwood exceeded our expectations in every way. It provided a perfect blend of fun, excitement, and affordability that made it an ideal destination for a family day out. We wholeheartedly recommend Silverwood to anyone seeking a fantastic and budget-friendly adventure. We can't wait to return and create even more cherished memories at this fantastic amusement park!

I was originally going to take my grand kids to California, but decided to head to Idaho to Silverwood and what a great choice that was.
We arrived the first day after school let out. The parking is $10 we arrived at 10:45 am we found a spot immediately we were in the park and on the first ride within 1/2 hour. The lines weren’t very long 10 minutes at the most except the ferries wheel because it’s weighted balance, so they take time to make sure your on it correctly which at first can seem frustrating when your the first person in the line yet the last one on the ride.
The food is very reasonable $10 for a decent high protein yet fried food, they have a variety of places to eat I had a burrito bowl with chicken and yet it was only $10 as well.
The people who work there are friendly and helpful a great staff.
The park is clean we didn’t get a locker but the have them, they also offer refill drink containers.
The gift shops have fair prices I never felt like they were gouging prices, like they do at the movies and other theme parks the reasonable.
I will be retuning here.
The quarter arcade was a win, win when grandma (me) was tired, I gave them $20 and they played for 1.5 hours as I recoup.
I bought 2 day passes for 5 3 adults and 2 children and it was only a little over $450 what a great value for all the fun we had.
Thank you Silverwood & staff for making our first trip of the summer great.

What a clean, well maintained, and established theme park. So many rides with a variety of food shops and shopping experiences. Did all of the roller coaster except for 1. We spent an entire day up until evening time and enjoyed the lights, food, and atmosphere. Only recommendation would be having more lights along the walking path for nighttime and would be nice to have the ride signs light up. Also the log ride was very dark at night and would have like to see more added to the journey along the river. So much to see and do, it's a great day and night trip. Located close to Spokane and all amenities.

Great experience at Silverwood for their Scarywood Halloween event! The details are so intricate and the decorations and haunts were very elaborate! The Scaries (characters) were exciting, friendly and helpful when we couldn’t find certain places in the park. All staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The rides were SO fun at night! Highly recommend! It was very cold and the only thing I could think of to make it better is if there were more warming stations throughout the park. We will be back again. Excited to go to Silverwood this summer for more rides.

To say Silverwood is perfection is an understatement! From the moment you walk through the under highway tunnel, you are transported to a Mary Poppins feel. It's refreshing and a wonderful escape. Every employee was delightful, and the entire experience was fantastic! Wesley and the entire front gate crew sang Happy Birthday to my daughter, it was insanely special! The waits are long for favorite attractions, but being allowed to bring in food and drink helps pass the time...I saw several families picnic in line-so smart! Sometimes, I reflected that the lines were a good thing as I saw families and groups of friends talking to each other and playing games. I rarely saw anyone on electronics. The train ride is a must, Ranger Ruby and Edwin III are hysterical! Make time for the steam engine ride. The magic show with Nick is superb...like Vegas quality GOOD!! I wish we had attended it more than 1x. You will laugh, gasp and wonder for sure! The food is reasonably priced and the souvenirs aren't unreasonable. I appreciate this so much as it shows enjoyment over greed. It's fun how some rides came from bigger theme parks. I recognized 1 from Six Flags as I grew up 2 miles from Six Flags Over Texas. We attended on Grandparents Weekend and Saturday was packed, Sunday was 2/3 less full. I appreciate the free Grandparents ticket...again...enjoyment over greed. I'm looking forward to our next Silverwood adventure. It's worth the 8+ hour drive, in my opinion. Oh, and if you like to RV, the RV Park looked fantastic!
Thank you, Silverwood, for being a holdout for American values and family traditions. I appreciate the memories. Cheers!

This park ROCKS!! I first visited Silverwood in late August this year. The park is clean and filled will life. Coasters everywhere you walk. It's a bit weird getting to them though. The park has a t intersection as you enter, with a massive field in front of you. To the left is the coasters and to the right is their waterpark. I didn't do the waterpark, not my thing. But all the non kiddie coasters are good or great. My favorites being Tremors, Aftershock and Stuntpilot. Timber Terror and Corkscrew were decent but not mind blowing. Employees were friendly, but operations were pretty slow. Luckily it was a cool sixty degrees when I visited so I very much enjoyed both days I visited. Its a great park in the Pacific northwest, and I bet it's the best considering the lack of competition in Seattle.
Green Bluff is a farming community and census-designated place situated in Spokane County, Washington. The name of this place is derived from a cliff located in close proximity. Its height measures 2,310 feet above sea level. The population count during the 2010 census was recorded at 761 individuals, which marked the first time that Green Bluff had been recognized by the U.S Census Bureau.
The Spokane Falls are a man-made waterfall and dam in the city center of Spokane, Washington. The Upper Falls is home to the Upper Falls Dam, which directs water into the falls intake on the south channel of the Spokane River while Lower Falls features Monroe Street Dam, which generates hydroelectricity for the city. The falls are a local landmark and one of the top attractions in Spokane.
Amazing! Right in downtown Spokane.

Beautiful falls where the river splits two sets of falls than river comes back together. Beautiful area with nice walking paths and playground nearby. All paid parking in the area.

Had a blast checking out the trail and surrounding businesses. It was definitely worth renting the scooters as we were able to cover much more ground and see all the different falls from all the best vantage points. We ended up spending almost a full day here and it was the highlight of our trip even though we only stopped just to check it out.

Great place for an afternoon visit
I have been to the Spokane area a few times in the past few years but I have not had the time to see the famous Spokane Falls. This time I was on a mission to finally see them. I made all of my business appointments for early morning so I had some time in the afternoon to actually spend some time at the falls. There is plenty of parking nearby on the streets and there are public parking spots nearby. There are gondolas which take you over the falls, bit since it was October they are only available at certain times during the week so I was not able to take a ride. To get to the preferred viewing locations near the falls you have to go done many steps, but the effort is worth it.
There are some very nice views of the falls and the river. You have to walk around to find good vantage points for pictures. There are also signs and information posts around the area where you learn about the falls and the local indigenous culture. This is a great place for a solo visit or a family visit and you could spend a few hours taking it all in. A spectacular spot for an afternoon visit.

I'll never travel to McCall without this trip planner again
The Riverfront Park in Spokane, Washington is a beautiful park that features a Looff Carrousel from 1909, Rotary Fountain, and many other attractions. The park is located on 100 acres of prime land along the Spokane River and it is popular with visitors for its amazing views of the upper falls of the river as well as its expansive grounds.
Beautiful walk for all ages with lots of cool sculptures. Great showcase of the area. Little ice rink track for doing loops that was pretty unique, and a cool chalk art area under the bridges. The park is perfect for an afternoon or evening walk no matter the time of year. Lots of stuff closed, like the indoor carousel- I'm presuming because of Covid. Still a great walk none-the-less to enjoy the day and people/bird watch!

We had such an amazing time just exploring! There are multiple parks and activities; pedal cars and scooters you can rent at very reasonable prices, fun landmarks to learn the history of, and beautiful sculptures all over! We had so much fun just walking. It's also very close to downtown, so we were able to spend the day at the park and then go find several options to eat!

Riverfront park is a must see if you are visiting Spokane for any amount of time. The planners and developers have thought of everything to make this park inviting, accessible to all ages and skill levels, with so many activities to choose from. Super fun park with lots to do for people of all ages! A awesome place to take pictures! You could be so creative and take so many different pictures all over that area. There is an amazing playground, awesome skate park, many walking paths with a spectacular view of the falls at many points!! Everyone was so nice and friendly! It was a great experience!

We attended the Park's 4th of July celebration. It was great! Packed but with all the things that can keep families busy, it was ideal. We went to the fossil park and splash pad, watched the symphony at the pavilion, and then sat in the grass near the clock tower to watch the fireworks. Our kids had a blast! Will be attending next year as well!

This was an accidental discovery. When I was staying at a nearby hotel, I went out for a walk at night. The river view was very beautiful and quiet. The waterfall was a bit spectacular and the waves were rough! It was a good place for a walking date!

Gorgeous park to explore Spokane and the river/falls. The oark offers so much and can't put it into words. Just go downtown Spokane and start walking along the trails of the river and bridges. This park is absolutely breathtaking.

Wow! I've driven by this park and have yet to stop by. I'm so glad we did. It's absolutely beautiful here! The river makes this such a special place. The park is maintained well and I didn't see any liter. I did not see public restrooms here, but I'm sure they exist. The walking trails are paved and even, I was even able to walk with my cane without any problems. I definitely will be back! Thank you City of Spokane for maintaining this gem of a park!

Wonderful public area for families, friends and large groups! There is a fun ice skating and roller skating rink here, a carousal, and food vendors. Occasionally they have live music and really cool farmers markets.

Great place to walk, jog, bike, and run. Gets busy. Lots of things going on all at the same time.
The trails are nice. I would recommend always having someone with you, there’s a lot of homeless people there and no security what’s so ever.
Some areas are trashy and can small like marijuana, like many places around this city.
Stay close to any young ones. Stay in crowded areas. Watch for the bikers because there are blinds spot. People are supposed to walk their skateboard and bike but you know how people respond to regulations.
Lots to do and see. Very lively. Take precautions thats what I’m telling you.
Oh and people drive fast so watch twice before crossing. Still a lot of ricer on the West Coast (I’m from the other side of the States).

River front park was a good experience it is very urban which means that it is also quite busy and parking is a nuisance. The best way to get around river front park is on the Electric scooters and/ or bikes as the park is so big and has plenty of pathways.
That being said riverfront park is indeed very urban with fencing around all of the river and falls, there isn't a lot of nature to actually enjoy which is both fortunate and unfortunate.
If you're going in for a walk this park is definitely big enough to get your steps in, but most of what you'll see is sidewalk fence and some grass.
There is I think 3 bridges that go over the water, one of them is currently under construction as is a good portion of the park.

Took a road trip from Tri-Cities and spent most of the day here, rode the Numérica SkyRide which was short but had a cool view, 1st time on the Lime Scooters which we explored on for about an hour, left to watch a football game at Buffs, then returned to see the lights at the Pavilion. Overall it’s a great hang out spot, lots of things to see & do, we really enjoyed our little get away.

Beautifully conflicting yet amazing feats of engineering on display with art exhibits to honor those who would be living here but were gentrified out.
Same story different year. We're still here! Speaking on us post humorously... #MoanaOut #ICried #StillBeautuful
Safe during the day for kids, families, etc. The park closes at 11pm! That's an hour longer than ours in The Bay!

The crown jewel park in Downtown Spokane with wonderful artwork and spectacular views of Spokane Falls. Lots to do in all four seasons!
The vibrant district of Downtown Spokane, also referred to as Riverside, offers a pedestrian-friendly environment with an array of casual dining options, trendy bars and nightclubs, and a blend of both chain retailers and independent shops. The area features meticulously restored buildings such as the Historic Davenport Hotel from 1914 and the art deco Martin Woldson Theater at the Fox that houses the Spokane Symphony.
The Centennial Trail is a surfaced pathway extending for about 30 miles, designed for the purpose of cycling, running and horseback riding. It also showcases artistic installations throughout its length.
Manito Park is a beautiful 90-acre park in Spokane, Washington that is open daily without charge. The park features rose, lilac, and formal gardens as well as a pond. It is a peaceful place to enjoy nature and is one of the best things to do in Spokane.
Best park in Spokane! Stunning variety of unique and well maintained gardens, lovely greenhouse, large duck pond, numerous walking paths, playgrounds, splash pad and restrooms. Beautiful anytime of the year. In the summer they have a nice outdoor cafe where you can get drinks, lunch or ice cream. In the winter the have a light show in the greenhouse and throughout the park.

Amazing park, everything is green and trees are blossoming;there are a few flowers such as hyacinth, magnolias. The best is Gaiser Conservatory, opened every day except Wednesday, from 9 am to 3:30pm. That is an exceptional expo of cacti , exotic plants, orchids. You can spend an hour in the conservatory easily. See a few pics. This was a real treat. We will be back.

Gorgeous park in Spokane. Wish I was able to get more pictures, but I didn't charge my phone before visiting. This park is a must-see when visiting Spokane. I went here with some friends and enjoyed a beautiful walk in the park and enjoyed all that the park had to offer. Definitely allow yourself a couple of hours to explore the park. There is a playground here for kids and restrooms as well. I believe we could have spent all day here. I hope to visit the area when the garden is in full bloom. Absolutely gorgeous.

Nestled within the heart of Spokane, Washington, Manito Park stands as a testament to the beauty of nature and the ingenuity of landscape design. This verdant oasis offers a captivating escape from the hustle and bustle of urban life, drawing visitors into its serene embrace with open arms.

My visit was mid July. The roses appeared to be at the end of their season but wow! There were still plenty there and I could smell them before I could see them.
Thank you Spokane for a beautiful and huge park. It's so serene here. I hope the people who care for this place are adequately appreciated and thanked for what has to be a lot of maintenance work!

This is a beautiful park. I gave it 5 starts, but would have given 4 1/2 stars if available. Only because their directional signage is very not clear. The gardens are well cared for and maintained. The conservancy was amazing, it has a variety of cacti and other exotic plants, I love cacti. The rose gardens not only had great variety, but I could smell the roses walking through. The Japanese garden was so peaceful. I could go on, I highly recommend a visit to the park. Talked your time and take enjoy it.

This was my first visit to Manito Park, and I would definitely recommend it. We went through the first week of November, and most of the annuals (like the Rose Gardens) had already been cut back. Workers were clearing garden beds as we walked through. Even with some missing, the walk was still beautiful. Gorgeous trees and perennials abound! I am excited to return in Winter for their Christmas Lights & then again in the Spring. With so much hussle & bussle in downtown Spokane, this lovely gem is a break from the headaches and offers a few mintutes of peace and tranquility.

Love love love this place ! It's the only place I resort to go to on special occasions when I don't have extra money to play with . I go to this place on my birthday every year . The cactus green house is my FAVORITE. The Rose Garden is a rose growing competition, all types of new rose species by growers. Then get judged and placed accordingly. All individual growers create their own unique rose and title them and place in competition . Its interesting ! The two toned bright pink and orange and white all in one rose..are my fave. The anise is a fave as well.

Our favorite market local to the Spokane area by far. We come from Spokane Valley, a fifteen minute trip, & it is worth it ten fold. It is also our only weekly market that we attend! The selection of fresh produce, from mushrooms and exotic tomatoes, to every berry or plum imaginable and donut peaches. There are vendors for pickled goods, local and humane beef sources, cider providers. There is always live music and food/drink vendors. Fresh flowers from this market weekly are a must. From one single mother to another- treat yo self. Very family friendly, full of variety and a beautiful place to do your local shopping. 11/10 recommend!

Produce, flowers, drinks and food are the main focus of this farmers market. There were some other items but very few. Nicely organized so you can see each booth in loops. Flowers are all priced very well. Good food options to choose from. Only about 2-3 craft or art booths. Lots of parking in an open field.

Great stands, great produce. Just great to be outside and around people again. Got a bouquet from Gracie's, lots of produce, gluten-free donut holes, hot sauce, and some primo hard cider. Making lactic acid fermented onions and radishes for garnishes.
UPDATE: Pickled onion & radishes were a hit and highly recommended. Re-jarred them in pints, then used the radish brine for quick pickling cucumbers. Amazeballs.

Vast waterside space featuring walking trails, a playground & a sand beach area.
I have come to this park since I was 12 years old and how it has changed over the years.
It's a a great park situated on the shores of Lake Coeur D' Alene with lots of open area for picnics, Frisbee, Basketball, Volleyball and of course swimming and all the other lake activities.
The artwork (by mostly local artists) that they have added over the years is amazing and of course finding Mudgy and Millie at various locations (a total of 5) along the trail has always been fun for the kids, inspired by a local author.
Dogs are welcome and please be mindful of others so this continues to be an option for dog lovers, there are not many pet friendly area's anymore.
As always leave it better than you found it and enjoy 😉.

Peaceful with plenty of the fattest geese you'll ever see. The geese were non threatening to pets and children. Maybe because it was only 29 degrees outside. But it was a gorgeous day.

This dog park is pretty tiny compared to the overall size of the park. There are two sections with varying agility equipment on them that I thought was cool. There is also available water at this park. It was noticed however that people are TERRIBLE at picking up their dog's waste despite a scooper and a trash can provided mere feet from the entrance/exit.

Absolutely serene! I’ve been to quite a few lakes in my lifetime but NEVER have I experienced a lake and city park area like Coeur d’Alene City Park. I reside in Spokane, WA and went to Coeur d’Alene to purchase an item from Facebook market place. The seller asked where I was coming from and o told her Spokane. The seller then insists for us (my family) to explore Coeur d’Alene and do not leave until we see the lake at Coeur d’Alene Park. I was in Aah. The park is so clean! The piers were close so the kids could get front row seats to see boats. Then we get to the water…. I have never encountered water so clear and inviting. I had to touch the water which was surprisingly not cold like all other lakes. I’m telling you that this lake seemed to be one of a dream in which I didn’t want to wake. The peoples of the city were so nice and welcoming, I was blown away with the kindness we received. We didn’t make it all around the park because I had to rush back to Washington for appts but we did in fact stay for 2 hours just enjoying the water, the sun, and friendly residents of the city! I encourage everybody that has not been to this lake/park to check it out because you will definitely have a beautiful RELAXED experience. The pictures I have do not give the park any justice mainly because my pics are in one area, my phone died in about 15 mins of being there 😒, you will have to see for yourself! 😎

A very nice hike around the shoreline that kids can do with adult help in a few places. The view of the lake is spectacular and there are lots of trails that lead down to the waters edge. Additionally there are steep trails that go to the peak. Not the best view due to trees but really good for the heart rate! Overall this is a great family hiking place right in downtown Coeur d' Alene!

It was amazing, but I'm very tired. A few trails for everyone 😁, we chose the loop trail, the whole trail was up or down, but the views were fantastic. We took many photos, nature is beautiful. There were many small and large rocks, bridges, the trail led among conifers but sometimes you walked in the sun without a bit of shade 😁. It was worth it although I had the moment that I could not cope, I would not come 😳. I came, I overcome fatigue 😀

There are a lot of uses for logs on the lake. A substantial amount of them have broken free and lay haphazardly along the edge of the water. For being so far out in this wilderness that part was disappointing. Otherwise it was very nice to be out on the lake!

The second-largest lake in Idaho is less than ten miles east of downtown, with a comfortable surface temperature of around 70 °F in the summer months.
Conveniently, the largest city on the lakeshore, Coeur d’Alene, is right next door to Post Falls, which puts a wealth of amenities and experiences at your fingertips.
You can take a scenic cruise on the lake, walk a network of well-maintained trails, visit attractions like a cute llama farm, dine in the charming downtown area, go fishing or simply lie back next to this natural wonder.
City Park has an exquisite lakeside promenade and a stretch of beach, while McEuen Park has recently been renovated with a large splash pad that children adore in summer.
Lastly, Kokanee salmon migrate to the lake in fall and winter to spawn by the gravelly shoreline, and this event attracts dozens of bald eagles, best viewed at Wolf Lodge Bay, a few miles east of Coeur d’Alene proper.
I stayed at their Airbnb cottage with my baby & small dog, it was PERFECT and the hosts are so sweet. The alpacas/wildlife are great but if you’re looking for a getaway I would definitely check out their Airbnb 🙂
The cottage was warm & cozy with all of the things you would find in a well stocked hotel room plus a full kitchen and laundry. You’re in the mountains so it’s quiet and secluded as well. Treat yourself if you get the chance!

They also have great restaurant fare, and of course you can have complimentary refreshments the entire time you are there.
Only take with you what you know you can lose, then always keep your winnings separate so you can go home with something, sometimes more than you came with! I wish you luck~

Reward play isn't a reward at all. It deducts your money along with their "reward" play. I haven't been to this casino about 20 years. I always had a great time but I moved to over an hour away. Today was exciting until I started playing. This being a new experience of the casino, I don't think I'll be back. Reward play in any other casino is just that, a reward.

Parking there is plenty of spots. Walking in you can smell the essential oils and how relaxed you become and excited and the waterfall sounds. Even in the waiting area that's already a huge start. I took my sister out for a relaxing birthday celebration. Loved the cool pool and hot tub, the steam room, the robes and shoes were so comfy and the massages were amazing. We did couples massage and man we wanted to stay longer. It was amazing.

Rooms- Furniture gave it a outdoorsy look. Not set up for business as there is only one plug in under the table. No plug ins near the bed for chargers either. I get it after all it's a casino you're not supposed to be in your room.
Bed- Nothing great, nor bad.
Shower- Needs more pressure. Bathroom was laid out nice with separate room for shower/toilet and sink.
Service- Great staff! On multiple occasions the staff greeted us with pleasantries. Best thing about the stay.
Location- Out in the middle of nowhere. But it's a stand alone casino/hotel so it's not meant to be downtown CDA.
Red Nail- Good food and reasonably priced.
I travel for business and took a chance on this one considering it is a casino. The Casino gave me a nice change of venue and if priced as it was in the future I would stay again.

It's fun to gamble! Play your dollars with sense and you'll be just fine. This casino is one of the better-paying ones around. Great dining and nice clean hotel rooms. They'll even let you stay for free if you play a little. Good times!

Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a place. They compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This hotel is the best rated in the area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure will love it I'm sure!
Customer service is amazing, the staff is very attentive and always smiling. I was thankful for Mikaylah from the Banquets team, she went out of her way to help me and my wife and was pleasant to speak with. I will be coming back, and I've heard great things about the golf club and course, which my wife and I are interested in.

This is my favorite casino resort destination in the Pacific Northwest. My only complaint is the smoke from cigarettes is very noticeable in casino, they could use a much better air filtration system. The rooms are clean and beds were comfy. I like that I can golf while the wife gets pampered in the spa, and enjoy that they offer bingo with good payouts. But the customer service is top notch from every employee we encountered, and that alone is enough for me to be a continuing patron.

This is strictly a review for a Mountain Lodge room in tower 2. Stayed overnight Sept 2-3 2023.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’ve been gambling at this casino for nearly a decade. My favorite in the area, this is my first time staying in the hotel. Booked a Mountain Lodge room, expecting a king but got a double queen. Never received a confirmation email before arriving, so there’s no proof.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’m not one to normally complain, but the toilet was absolutely unacceptable and needs noted. Blood, urine and hair was underneath the seat. Dried urine on the floor surrounding the toilet. The rest appeared “clean”, but it was blatantly obvious the seat wasn’t lifted and properly sanitized. Vent was noticeably dusty.
Slight musky smell in room, a condom and pizza slices littered the hallway. Wet footprints and body odor lingered in the elevators from unattended children using the pool. Mini fridge and air conditioning didn’t get cold enough for my liking. I appreciated the Native style of decor and furnishings, it created a certain ambiance. The door had an impressive safety feature, it wouldn’t unlock from the outside if the deadbolt was engaged. Handy in the right circumstance (if a stranger had your key card and tried to force entry). Overall: I really didn’t want to give a one star review, especially for somewhere I normally enjoy, but overpriced and unimpressed. Weary for now, maybe a stay in the spa area would be better? I don’t foresee utilizing the hotel again, I’ll stick with Mega Meltdown when I visit.

We stayed at the hotel last night and the room was pretty nice. My review would have been positive if the following had not occurred. We had a pretty late night and were planning to sleep in until 10, an hour before check out. Before 8 am we were woken by loud banging just outside our room. I looked out the window and saw two workers on a ledge about five feet below our room hammering through concrete. I called the front desk to let them know it had woken us up and that we were trying to sleep. The guy at the front desk couldn’t have acted like he cared less if he tried. After my second call to complain about the noise he said he’d look into it, but his bored and annoyed tone suggested otherwise. We left the room an hour and a half later with the workers still hammering away. They clearly don’t value their customers if they treat us this way. We should have stayed home, at least we would have gotten some sleep.

My husband and I attempted to stay here. The first room was very cheap feeling. Like benches made of plywood. Long story short, we upgraded rooms only to have the jetted tub flood our bathroom. The fireplace only lit to about 1 1/12”, the light switches didn’t work properly. And there are lights above all cabinets that are “ambient” and can’t be turned off. We left after being there less than 2 hours, didn’t use the room, still charged us $100. I forgot my comfy clothes, called and they said they had them and told me to file a claim. I did, got an email that they couldn’t find my items. I would never stay here or recommend it to anyone

There are lots of machines to play. they constantly offer the newest games. They have plenty non smoking areas as well. Also Bingo on ceraun days. They often have concerts.
The payouts are not nearly as good as they were in past years.
its a bit of a drive from Cda but,not bad.
The rooms are nice and clean. The food in the restaurants is very good.

I didn't stay in a room. I found the casino clean and fresh despite the smoking allowed. More machines were paying out. My sister and I lunched at the Asian Dining room. We loved the design of this room. We felt we were out in a wooded forest. There was a huge screen featuring a flowing stream. Food was a little pricy but worth it. Very friendly service too.

Gambling was okay. Food was good had strawberry salad. Most of the staff were friendly. Only 2 seemed to be in a bad mood or rude. The rudest one was at the place where you get your players card, I complimented her on her hair and is was like the worst thing I could have done. She became so rude, I just didn't know what to do! The second was a staff member who had the job of cleaning bathrooms, and you could tell she hated her job!!! Other wise the experience was good. Food prices are a little high for somethings but the food at our table was eaten completely and no one complained so obviously very good!

This casino realized how much money they made during the pandemic by not giving any coins back from the ticket redemption machines and closing the casino floor (therefore not having to pay staff) in the early morning hours to “sanitize “ we wake up and are not able to gamble til 7, eat til 8 and walk the length of the casino and stand in line to get ALL of the money you are owed. Besides this the odds are horrible- never go here when an awesome casino like Quest is so close! Amazed how such wealth only makes more greed at this place

Room bathroom was dirty. Electronic system malfunctioned and took people's money, staff was most unhelpful. Golf in the summer is pricey at $160+ per. No table games, not much to do unless you drive into downtown CDA or further. Golf facilities were nice and golf staff was very friendly.

We visited the casino for a music performance. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. There are smoking and non smoking areas. It was really impressive the immediate difference when you stepped into the different areas. We ate at the Little Dragon, which was great, enjoyed the show at the Night Hawk and had drinks there as well. They didnt have a drink menu, so I just asked for a fruity mixed cocktail. I got 3 different drinks and they were all great. Security was quick to help another guest that was having a hard time. Definitely want to go back!

This place is well equipped and inviting for handicap individuals. The service is wonderful. People are friendly and inviting. I wish the bingo area had better air filtering from smoke but overall super fun. Older section of hotel is decently priced and accommodating for handicap. I will be coming back for more fun sometime soon.

This review is for the Jackpot Java and Creamery coffee and bakery. I'm visiting from Reno, Nevada for the holiday and have gone here a handful of times for coffee and baked goods.
The coffee is really good and I've been satisfied with the Vanilla Latte and the special, Eggnog Pumpkin Latte. I've tried a handful of baked goods and so far everything has been pretty tasty. I'm looking forward to continuing to explore the menu and try all the other yummy looking treats!

First time there! It was alright, kinda out in the middle of nowhere, 26 miles from town! If all you're there for is gambling then that's fine! Food options are limited we went to have dinner there and was told it was a hour and half wait, when there were empty tables in plain sight! Told group in front of us same thing! It was just two of us! It's beautiful out there but next time we'll stay in Coeur d'Alene and drive out there! More to see and do in town and food options!

Cool place. Nice golf course, good restaurants, all the gambling you would ever need, a gift shop that you can buy "discounted" tobacco as well as a gas station, basically at the entrance of the casino parking lot, with cheaper fuel and tobacco as well 😉. Parking at casino is great..... just stretches the length of the building so there's usually nothing to far out there. Employees are friendly and helpful. They also seem like they genuinely enjoy working there. It makes your visit to those kind of establishments so much more pleasant, it's unbelievable! Thank you and whatever you guys got going to keep your staff happy, keep that stuff up! See y'all next time!

It’s not terrible, but it’s not good. Most of the staff is nice besides the bartender.. waited in line as the only one as 3 workers sat there talking. I eventually just interrupted and asked for a beer and the dude throws my card and receipt and walks away. What a joke of service. Rooms aren’t terrible but very outdated and dusty. Machines are decent however your free play money is very limited to what machines you can use.

I can't really recommend this place. I have a sensitive nose, so the cigarette smoke indoors is a massive turnoff for me. Aside from that, pretty much every person I saw looked like they were the stereotypical redneck, like from a comedy movie or something. While that isn't normally a bad thing, in this case the atmosphere was unfriendly and generally upset. It's clear that people were spending their savings and not winning much. The food was also a let down. The side cafes had a very limited selection of fast food options. The restaurant area had a nice looking menu, but the food was fairly over priced for the quality. Flavors were decent, but I wouldn't eat there again. As casinos go, this one did not impress me.

We went to a concert there last night and the acoustics were fantastic. The show was very well presented and the band had a good time playing for the audience. Last night was my first time going there and it is not the last based on how things went.
Hands down the best course I have played in Idaho or the area. Great condition, GPS on the carts. There is a lot of native grass, but no water which is a little different. I love to walk when I play but would not want to walk this course as it’s very spread out. Wish I would have taken more photos though. Also Bluetooth speakers on the carts which is very nice. Fairways probably impressed me more than anything else. Will hopefully make it back next year!

Exceptional golf and easily the best course in Idaho. The practice area alone is top tier with a separate short game area and full driving range. The course was in pristine condition and presented a lot of challenges or choices on how you could play each hole. The rolling wheat hills were beautiful and separated each hole so that you really can't see another fairway from your current hole. The par 3s were very long but had stunning downhill views (200 yards from the white tees). Greens weren't rolling very fast when I played it, which was fine with me but some of the greens weren’t in the best of shape if I had any complaint at all. Also practice green was closed. Got to see a moose and a calf walk across the 10th fairway which was special. Played here twice and both rounds were under 4 hours which was pleasing. Pro shop had a pretty big selection of goods and the staff was nice. If you are ever in this part of the country this course is a MUST play. Especially for the price, this course is way better than Coeur d'Alene resort course (circling raven is less than half the price of CDA resort). Come check it out you will not be disappointed.

Amazing golf course ⛳️ I would rate it the best in the area. It is a very long course if you are walking if you are carting they have really nice gps carts. The practice facility is huge and the pro-shop has everything. We took the kids for a practice round and we were the only ones on the course pretty much it was amazing 🤩 highly suggest this course

The scope a size of this course is enormous. I love that the course is in front of you. No blind/trick shot necessary. Generous fairways for a short hitter like me. Played from white tees it was less intimidating for a first time player. Good distances between holes. Very fair price.

Outstanding facility, easily one of the best in the PNW. The course is excellent and when we played (August '23) the conditioning was impeccable. Practice facilities are great too. As far as the clubhouse goes probably one of the best resort merchandise selections around.
This scenic, 150-acre natural monument is known for panoramic views from its 3,612-ft. butte.
Beautiful park with beautiful views. We were able to identify at least 15 different flower species on one small part of the hill. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area! Also, it’s wheelchair accessible. So it’s a lovely place to get into nature if you have limited mobility.
Lastly, there is a bathroom at the top of the hill if you need it!

The view is breathtaking from the top, but there is only a small parking area and a restroom at the top. It's kind of a scary ride as the narrow road winds it's up the side of the butte. There is very nice, small picnic area at the bottom of the butte. We were surprised to see a badger wandering down the road. It ignored us.

For the longest time I wanted to come here, but never had time when in the general area. This time I did visit and I'm glad I did. The views from the top all around are pretty amazing. Also rather interesting geologically as Steptoe Butte predates the Columbia flood basalts. Access is by a narrow paved road that, apart from some nasty potholes, was adequate.

This is a must visit if you are in Eastern Washington during late spring/early summer. The views are absolutely breathtaking. Discover pass is required, else you pay $10 entry fee. The drive to the top takes roughly about 10-12 mins. There are multiple potholes and there are areas where there is no guard railings on the sides. The drive is not tough but can be a little challenging if you are scared of heights. But the views from the top makes everything worth it.

Amazing yet scary drive to the top. Views are spectacular as you go up the road. End of summer and the hills are a golden brown color. Lil hazy but you can still see quite far.

You can see long distance view from top of this place, I came here with an expectation to see full lust of green fields, but not fully green but still an awesome view. It was lightning and thunder when we went to top, enjoyed the cloud covers and slight drizzle, worth coming back in a different season. Roads are very narrow to go the top, at the entrance of the park, you have few car parking and rest room

I'm so thankful this place exists for the local wildlife and the remnant Palouse Prairie ecosystem. I was sad to not find walking trails to better observe the spring flowers. There are no guardrails on the road and it is narrow, not well maintained, and truthfully a bit scary to drive on. The view is insane from the top!
Karen Edwards — Google review
Be careful on the spiral winding road up and down as it’s a bit narrow and two-way traffic, but the views from the top are worth it. There’s plenty of parking on two levels. There’s some fun and interesting info boards at the top. 360 degree views. Even during the Smokey time when there were fires from crop burns and excessive heat and dry conditions, the views were expansive.
Jori Schellenberger — Google review
The trip up is a tiny bit precarious but not super bad. The view from the top is amazing though. There aren't many places I've seen that allow you to see such a far distance. The patches of flowers and shadows cast by the clouds are awesome to witness.
Fuzzy Pandas — Google review
Best place to catch the sun rise or the sun set! We got a clear evening so we could see for miles! The Palouse hills in the distance did not disappoint! We went during the week so not crowded at all. The sign says it’s open from dusk to Dawn. You do need the discover pass or a day pass. $10 or buy the discover pass online and it’s good for all state parks in Washington and you’ll have it on your phone. Believe the park pass is $35 for the year.
The road to get up is almost one vehicle at some spots. Two medium to small cars can easily fit going opposite ways. No railing till you get to the very top. So just drive cautiously if you’re not used to driving up a steep hill. Also there are plenty of pot holes so be aware of the road conditions so you don’t damage your vehicle or tires! Bring your lunch or dinner packed with some drinks and come enjoy the view up top with your friends or loved ones. So worth it! Also, there are some picnic tables and a restroom at the bottom/start of the road out. Be aware of deer as well. We saw a couple going up in the evening. So if you’re still reading this, think no more. It’s worth the trip to catch the amazing views from above! Enjoy!

A must go on your bucket list. I’ve been to many farm lands in many countries . I think the area has the most beautiful countryside in the world. It beats English Yorkshire Dale, French champagne vineyards, Alsatian wine road, and Rhein river valley. Tuscany county country side is 1% of this.

Yes it costs money but all colleges do. The real difference is WSU is worth it!!!!!!!!! I spent my four years there and had the time of my life. The education was excellent for the most part and as usual there are some nutty professors. The friends and connections you make in Pullman will last you a lifetime.
On campus housing great if you want the social life. If you want peace and quiet find find an old farm house outside of town, I had an old house with 40 acres back in the 90’s for $400 per month, god I miss that place.

The Greek houses have more alcohol then a bar yet they don't have a liquor license. They send them into Walmart and load up just under reporting requirements then get the underage ones vulnerable drunk then take advantage of them.
Greek row littered with liquor bottles and beer cans and bottles, literally looks like a failed AA meeting.
Perhaps Greek row should be shut down and used as housing for the homeless / safe public injection house. Either way I don't think it would look much different.
This reminds me more of an adult daycare then an actual place of learning.
These alcoholics demand food delivery on campus and wsu charges the delivery drivers to park just to pick up / drop off food.
Wouldn't surprise me if these brats complain about the cost of living, demand a higher minimum wage, and demand 0 accountability. Betting they are also going for useless degrees too.
Perhaps WSU should implement weekly mandatory drug and alcohol testing for staff and student.
Until this bs changes I wouldn't take on debt that makes you pay out the wazzu for useless degrees.
And no, im not paying for your junk debt. You took the loan out, you can pay for the loan. Make better choices on what you are learning.

I've worked here for 5+ years now. Parking is exploitative, charges 200% the normal fine and actively targets faculty that they know need to park in certain areas in order to do their jobs effeciently and properly. Parking passes are in the thousands of dollars and faculty pay is nowhere near high enough to afford it. Both students and staff have their legitimate appeals rejected regularly and when you talk to them they're extremely rude. Thats just parking... tuition was raised 3% "due to the lack of enrollment" when everyone here knows its because the athletic department went millions over budget and refuses to take a pay cut. This is a good university if you want a medicre education and fine of at least $150 per day for no good reason.

School doesn't care about anything but money. Try for 4 weeks to get a hold of someone in accounts receivable to get my charges on a payment plan, no one ever answers, left multiple voicemails never hear anything back. Im just trying to pay my bill and there is seemingly no way I can get in contact with anyone in the office. Tried to call main info line to try and see if I could actually get transferred to anyone in the department, woman on help line extremely rude and difficult, raised her voice at me twice over a minute long call. I don't live in Pullman anymore and there is no way I can "walk in" to the office. Employees are lazy, have no customer service skills, and have no idea what they're talking about. Throughout my time at this school there was a never ending stream of misinformation and neglect toward individual students. So called 'representatives' from the dean of students have repeatedly not answered emails when they say they will when you're face to face. Terrible experience with administration.
Will not be attending any of their campuses again even though I live within miles of a satellite campus. I would rather go anywhere else than deal with Washington State University ever again.

Unethical business practices.
They take away entire parking lots that students and their own employees pay for (with a super expensive annual permit) on game day Friday's. They then sell those same parking spots to campers with RV's. Students and employees are left with no parking those days. Or have to walk really far.

The engineering department operates the public radio system for the east side of the state. If I were an engineering student looking for a career in radio, I'd most certainly look somewhere else. I just wrote this review up on my personal socials, but will share it here:
This system is an absolute train wreck... I listen to their stream. Since the first of the year, the levels were so far out of wack that it was impossible to listen to... national programming was at one level, local (station breaks, etc) were vastly louder. Then for a while it was the reverse. Today and yesterday the streaming link is just dead. The engineering and local programming is out of the U in Pullman. You know, the extreme red part of WA next to Idaho. Maybe it's just impossible for this admittedly blue leaning news source to flourish... maybe the soil is too acidic. Their actual news is pretty balanced, and they take time to explore the significant news and issues... like a couple weeks ago, they spent an hour following up on the State of Texas' promised mental health treatment of Uvalde's kids after the massacre. Because as we all know, mass killings are a mental health issue, not a gun issue. So I listened intently. Not today. Like, this is publicly supported by listeners. How can they have listeners... they appear to be running us off as fast as they can incompetently operate this dumpster fire of a station.
Edit 9/25 levels between local and national streaming content again so wildly different as the make this dumpster fire station unlistenable, again. I am pretty sure this collection of right wingers is determined to sabotage this lefty content... I mean, look at how close it is to Idaho. Dang this pisses me off. Ick, this is not an engineering exercise, it's a sad travesty.

Such a fun market. Big enough so there is plenty to see. Small enough that you don't have to spend all day. Great variety of vendors. Good options for food (shout-out to Patty's for their amazing veggie breakfast burritos). There is also a playground for the kids. Highly recommended.

Torn. Torn, torn, torn opinion. This market is so beautiful, in a pretty and historic university town right in the middle of the incredibly unique Palouse region--and is very accessible with plenty of area parking. But... It is such a hipster, groovy beauty pageant by 98% of all the patrons and venders. And, no one seems to be happy. Fashionably aloof is the best way to describe the crowd. And there are no bargains here, either, like you find in Saturday markets in Central WA. Just people wanting to ooze, schmooze, and be seen. And what few hot food options they do have are priced accordingly for the euro spenders...

Totally understandable, but I wish it was a dog friendly market.

A good street market in the region. Farmers, organization and individual selling different stuff. From plants, vegetables, foods, handicrafts, home decorations, and other things.
It's locate at Moscow main street and start May up to October each year from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
I recommend to visit this market.

Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Right on Main Street!! Lots of good food and people!

The best Farmer's Market anywhere, from the wide variety of produce and crafts to the friendly people everywhere. All the vendors are helpful and interested and don't make you feel like you need to buy anything unless you want to. I could go on about my favorite strawberries or honey or ceramics or yarn, but you really should see what they have for you there!
We did this tour as a family over Memorial Day and it was great! Boat ride is very smooth considering the water you are in. We stayed dry, due to side covers and roof. We also saw a ton more wildlife than expected. LOTS of big horn sheep, pelicans, and even a sturgeon! I highly recommend if you have any out of town guests and want the Hells Canyon experience, this is the way to do it!

A jet boat tour of the Snake River has been a bucket list item of ours for sometime. We took the half-day tour with Snake Dancer Excursions. We had a great time. Our Captain, Clayton, was knowledgeable, experienced and seemed to truly enjoy his job. Clayton shared a lot of history of the Hells Canyon. The wildlife was amazing. Lunch was excellent. All in all, we had an amazing day. We would absolutely do this tour again and would choose Snake Dancer Excursions again and again!

We were a group of 6 on this jet boat.
We had the time of our lives! Our captain was awesome!
A couple of us got a little wet.
The 4 people at the back of the boat got soaked.
The rapids were fun.
I would highly recommend this to everyone.
We had a few elderly folks on the boat, they had a great time as well.

What we Booked? A 5-1/2 hour Jet Boat Tour of the Snake River through Hell’s Canyon. What we Got? The Experience of a Lifetime! Words cannot describe the day we had with this highly professional, entertaining and all-around superb operation. Along with an exhilarating ride, we got to see nature at its best and worst. Dozens of wildlife sightings, awesome scenery and a trip through the edge of a wildfire blazing at the top of the cliffs on the Idaho side. Truly a “Wow-Filled” Day. I HIGHLY recommend this business.

We did the 11 hour tour all the way to the Hells Canyon Dam in July. It was the perfect time for some good rapids that were not too rough, but enough for an adventure. Our party of 8 had a wide range of ages from 20 to 82 years old. Everyone had a great time and some want to come back again next year.
Our captain is the owner of the company and an amazing host! He gave some great details of the land, wildlife and history! Whenever there was wildlife to be seen he made sure we saw it. We felt safe and throughly entertained.
Lunch was perfect with cold fried chicken, pasta salad, veggies, chips, and baked beans. Also, homemade cookies that were delicious!
Be prepared to get wet with appropriate shoes and clothes! Going in July, it was 100+ degrees in the canyon, so getting wet felt great!!

We had a wonderful time with Tyler and Boyd on the Snake Dancer!! So much fun with them and the others on our excursion. Fun day September 3,2022. Lunch was much more than we expected and the spot they took us to was so beautiful. Will be telling others we know about Snake Dancer and hopefully we can go again in the future. Thank you Snake Dancer Excursion’s as well as Tyler & Boyd!!!

Great day on the river! Our guide, Clayton, was knowledgeable and a skilled driver. We saw Big Horn Sheep, deer, herons, bald eagles, pelicans, nesting ospreys, and more. Lots of fun on the class 2 rapids.

Always a great time! Clayton piloted us this trip and did a great job of pointing out the history/animals/geography and Boyd did a fantastic job, as usual, as the deckhand. We even seen a moose and Clayton said it was only the 2nd time he seen one in Hell's Canyon. The fried chicken/pasta salad/chips/cookies was awesome. Be sure to reserve your slot for when Boyd turns 19 in 4 years and can finally pilot!

Wonderful experience! Saw a Bear, Eagles, Heron, and Mountain Goats.
We really enjoyed Grayson the driver. He was so funny and knowledgeable!
Only things we would recommend is the chicken for lunch was cold from the fridge, and then we checked in in the morning. It was a little confusing on where we should go to find the office. We did get a call from them trying to have them help us figure out where they were.
A billboard sign pointing toward where they are located would’ve been helpful once you get to the Marina.
Overall 5 stars! Thanks for the memories!!

It was quite an adventure. A long day but well worth the time. Gabe was our boat operator and was very experienced and knowledgeable. Learned a lot about the history of the land throughout the canyon. The stops along the way were perfect too, educational, snacks , lunch ,restroom and chatting with others on the excursion. Brody was there to assist Gabe and did a fantastic job too. The rapids were most exciting and with Gabe at the helm there were no concerns on his managing them. We saw wildlife along the way , so keep your eyes opened ! Fantastic trip!

Captain Gabe and boat hand Boyd were awesome. The boat was comfortable and lunch was great. We had taken the 6 hour tour last year, 2022, and enjoyed it so much we decided to try the 11 hour tour. I would recommend going in the spring during the run off for stronger rapids or take the 6 hour tour. The 11 hour was too long for me personally. I highly recommend Snake River Excursions.

We went on a Hells Canyon tour with Snake Dancer Excursions. They were awesome. The captain knew his River and the rapids and the canyon’s local history. I highly recommend the 6 hour (1/2 day ) tour. We saw a herd of 25+ Rocky Mtn big horn sheep, eagles, and osprey. Can’t wait to go again.
This is one of the tallest dams in the world. It is very impressive. There are two scheduled tours of the dam. One in the morning, usually at 10:00 AM, and one in the afternoon at about 1:00 PM. A tour guide will take you deep inside, then take an elevator to the top, and walk about 1/2 the distance of the dam across the top.
In the museum there are stuffed animals of the local wildlife, and a model of the dam and the reservoir. You can watch short films about the dam, and the building of the dam. The most interesting for me, is the last river run logging film.

Was super disappointed you can't walk, or even drive across the dam. That was a first, of all the dams we've visited. They do have tours at 10 and 1. But we got there at 10:30, and there isn't much to do to waste 2.5 hours.
Small museum inside. Diagrams on how the dam works. Upstairs is stuffed dead animals, and downstairs is info on logging.
It's a nice deive up. The scenes are pretty. But, it's a quick, and anticlimactic stop.

The 717 foot high dam is impressive. They have nice grounds there and a decent visitor center. We took a limited tour that was informative. The experience helped me understand the dam's importance. I did not know that they use it to control the temperature of the Snake River! I saw it being built as a kid. Great to see the finished structure in use.

The Clearwater River Casino & Lodge is a relaxed riverside establishment situated near a casino. It features an indoor pool, live entertainment, and dining options. Although the reviewer did not stay overnight on this occasion, they mentioned that the rooms were tidy and cozy in their previous experiences. While not reaching five or four-star standards consistently, they rated it as a three-star accommodation. The service provided by polite staff members was exceptional, and the facilities were of excellent quality.
Ok this one is for Wendy at the help center at the lodge . Wendy was amazing ,I had to drop off my camper and go back home to get my pickup fixed . Well Wendy helped and helped with an amazing attitude and a much needed break . Thank you Wendy and Clearwater casino for letting me park my big camper there . 5 star and one extra for Wendy . Went online to see if they allowed service animals in the lodge, and their website stated that they did.
I called to make a reservation and advised them of our service dog.
I was questioned as to what my husband's dog is trained for. My husband is a disabled military veteran who was issued a service dog by the veterans administration for PTSD support. I was told that they do not recognize "emotional support animals."
This is a complete disrespect to our veterans who have endured things that no human should EVER have to experience to ensure YOUR freedom.
I will never visit this location and WILL tell everyone I know about this and how unacceptable it is.
You may want to rethink your policies.

We used to enjoy going to the pool and hot tub, but the smell of harsh chemicals is overwhelming it was difficult to breathe and broke our skin out in a rash almost instantly. It took several showers before we were able to get the smell off of us. There was dirt, scum, dead bugs,in the pool and the tub. The floor around them was also very dirty with garbage and dirty gloves etc laying around. To top off the strange harsh chemicals destroyed two sterling silver bracelets that had sentimental value to us. We have had these bracelets in our family for years. They were my mother's who just recently passed away. Never have we ever had a pool or hot tub ruin sterling silver. I left a comment card telling the casino employees about the chemicals in the pool being way too harsh hoping they would do something about it but the next time I went it was even worse. I left them another card telling them about our sterling silver bracelets being ruined and and we haven't heard a word back from them . My sister also lost one of my mom's opal earrings. We realize that we are responsible for our valuables but When we ask an employee if an opal earring had been found .. she instantly replied "nope". She didn't ask us when we lost it what room we were in. She didn't look in the lost and found . She did not ask the housekeepers or security or her manager or anybody about it. She wasn't considered about taking our number just in case it was found. It was clear she could care less and we are S.O.L. I like this place and want to be able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. But it's just way too much to ignore an impossible to enjoy.. If they improve them I will improve my review.

A couple years ago I went out to the casino, took my elderly father out there, and it was so smoky in there that we didn't stay for longer than about 30 minutes.

Did not stay the night this time. I can say when I have stayed in the rooms, I found them to be clean and comfortable. Not five star rooms for sure and not always four stars so three it is. The service is always spot on with courteous employees and amenities are top notch. As far as the gambling aspect I would give it 5 stars except I do sometimes lose and they don't seem to feel bad about it. All in all it is exactly what you would and should expect from a quality casino.

It stayed in my account for a whole week til today the Feb 9th then they took more money from my account which put me 159$ in the negative with my bank. I just got a loan to go see my sick mother down Utah. And time is limited for my mother. Their mess up is costing me valuable time with my mother. So now I can’t do nothing till Monday. We went to play some slots to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. Rarely do we ever gamble. It was just something different to do. We had dinner first, Indian tacos and bison burgers. It was delicious and very Affordable. It usually costs us more to grab fast food And it was way higher quality. Then we went to gamble. Won as much as we had with us on the first 2 machines. So we put that away and gambled on them for 3 hours. lol said and done we walked away 23 dollars richer than we entered. It was a great time

Ummm, it's a pretty small casino. They have some good games to play and prizes during the week. Their venue for concerts is pretty small, so it's intimate with artists. I saw 2chainz there, we were like 10 feet from him. It was great. Strong cocktails. It's fun.

The tv did not work, and they lied about that it was supposed to be fixed already. The wallpaper above the shower was peeling up so their solution was to staple the wallpaper to the drywall and so they were rusted and popping out. The Restraunt closed at 2pm, so you can’t even get off of work and have dinner. Go to the sports bar to order food and there is no cook there to make food. You have to drive into Lewiston to get anything to eat. Would NEVER go back!

As an out of state visitor on 22-Nov-2023, I was disappointed. The massive factory across River is so huge, it blocks any pleasant views of the land and blocks view of the sky by emitting massive amount of stem. Inside, there was no waitress offering drinks for slot machine players, poor Wi-Fi and no cell service (at least T-Mobile), along with super tight slot machines. Based on my experience, I do NOT recommend

This casino is one that has a few of the poker/keno machines like they have all over Vegas- that offer Multicard Keno! It's my favorite game! They are nickle games ($0.05), but the $20 lasted about 30 minutes, then it was gone:(
But, my friend, who i gave $9 to, played his machine.... he gave me $1.00 back, then cashed out his ticket, and split it with me-- I got $40! How's that for a good deal~ he played the Alien Space Invaders game....lol

Beautiful, quiet, spacious and well maintained state park with lots of amenities; hiking, horseback riding, fishing, boating, disk golf, museum and Discovery Center. Clean restrooms and showers. After a two week stay my husband and I didn’t want to leave. Mind the park rules, however, the park rangers are always on hand to enforce them.

Overall a nice park. Some things seem to be in disrepair like broken water pumps, branches down everywhere, a lot of sick trees, etc. Nice beach for swimming and launching kayaks. No real view of the water from the campsites but easy access via walking trail. Lewis and Clark center was pretty sparse but the video was interesting. Campers were all very respectful and it was very relaxing. I would camp here again. Site #15 in the A loop definitely had the best view of the water.

It's a nice place to camp near town. The day time picnic area/beach and campsites are great. But the park rangers are over the top about the rules! And they drive by staring at every camp site every half hour sometimes more to make sure no one's breaking the rules. I understand you need rules to keep order but It makes you feel like your being baby sat.

We really enjoyed hells gate state park. The roads to the park and inside the park are completely paved, so its very easy to drive. The layout of the loops was also easy to drive and access your spot, we pull a 35 ft fifthwheel and didn't have any trouble maneuvering it. The sites themselves have lots of room to spread out so it did not feel cramped.
This is a popular park so if you want peace and quiet know what time of year it is and go during the quieter seasons.
This is an excellent family park with a nice paved biking/walking trail so my 2 yo and 4 yo had an easy time biking as well as playing on the little swim beach.
The park itself was very clean when we visited, the bathrooms were clean as well as the showers. It seemed like most campers did a good job cleaning up as well.
Only complaint? Don't show up early. The staff was very rude at check in, and even if your site is empty won't let you check in early. So despite kiddos needing naps, temps being in the hundreds, and having traveled hours, you'll have to entertain yourself with no hope of cooling down your trailer until precisely 2pm.

Such a nice, peaceful State Park. The day use beach is so nice. It's a safe stretch of beach. In the campground there are huge trees for shade. So camping in the 100° temperature is actually bearable without electricity - tent camping at its finest.
There are large green grassy areas to run and play games. The roads are perfect for riding bikes. There is also a paved bike/walking path throughout the park. There are also trails that you can go on. There were also bunnies, deer, and turkeys wandering thru the camp ground. There is a trail that borders the campground that horses use quite frequently and it's fun to watch them galloping by.

Pretty, quiet, lots of rv camping and cabins. Over all a really nice place to camp. We got there right before the check in closed for the day and got a spot no problem. The lady at the counter was extremely nice and pleasant and let us know dogs were allowed in the buildings too as long as leashed and cleaned up after which was great information. The water was nice. Was a little concerning there was a guy fishing right in the middle of the buoy area where lots of kids were swimming though. The bathrooms were clean and has a dump RV station and d unable water.

Physically beautiful state park, perfectly set along the east bank of the Snake River. Campground is huge and well maintained. All sites have electric and water service, but not sewer service. Weekends are busy. Best to schedule at stay during the week. While you're there, don't forget to check out the displays at the park's visitor center.
I've been to WERC twice, once back in 2010, and again in 2011 to volunteer. Sadly, since then, most of the wolves that were there have passed on, but Biologist Jeremy and the interns did an amazing job of keeping up the Center grounds. This year, they are in the process of moving to a new location at the intersection of Hwy 95 and Woodruff Rd, where they plan on expanding.

I went there for my birthday 3 years ago! Even though it was in the summertime, it was still quite cold being up in the mountains. Winchester is a tiny little town of a population at 350. You'll get a kick out of driving into town and seeing the Winchester Gun hanging from the two wood posts that greet you as you driving to town. Sanctuary was beautiful! Easy walkable trails but, I suggest you have a good pair of hiking boots and wear your denim pants. They have Decks that you can stand on and look down at the wolves if they're out and about. They asked you to be quiet and not to howl they have signs everywhere for that. The lodge itself was handmade by the researchers that live up there and rotate shifts I should say every few months. They have their campers in their tents apparently that they stay in during the touring months. If you like to get out in nature, and respect it, this is a nice place to go. Oh and pack a picnic lunch!

We travelled out of our way to see this place, but left not seeing any wolves.
If you can imagine a zoo where your chances of seeing the wolves is somewhat low, then this is how this place is as an attraction. The three remaining wolves they have (the rest have died) are not wild (they were raised for a movie and here they are fenced in), but the fence is a ways from the lookout platform and they may not (likely are not) in the area of view anyway.
So it could be neat to see them in this natural setting, but bewared that this seems might not happen and you'll have to pay anyway.
Peter Murphy — Google review
I spent several days visiting the center and had a thrilling and enjoyable experiences. While it is true that a wolf siting is not guaranteed, with a little time and patience you can increase your chances. By talking with staff and interns you can tilt the odds in your favor of seeing one or more of the wolves. If the the wolves were tame and domesticated the experience would be more like a zoo. It is not. The wolves are free in their enclosure.

This is the place for a great jet boat ride through Hell’s Canyon on the Snake river to the dam. This 6 hr trip is just the right amount of time. Traveling through two class five white water it is thrilling and amazing. The boat is amazing and powerful. Took the Hell's Canyon Dam tour. Overall, it was okay. The tour would have been nice except for the people who were on the tour. The people in the boat with us were about 5 bratty kids...their grandma who complained the entire time, another couple who was clueless, and some other people who just hogged the front seats the entire time. The rapids would likely be a little more impressive if you were in a smaller boat and could feel them. When you're going down the rapids in such a big craft, even the biggest of rapids feels just like a little bump. The best kind of tour would be doing the jet boat up the river, and then a raft through some of the big rapids. But overall, if you only have 1 day...and you want to see this remote wilderness of the river...this is really the only way to do it.

Great day on the river. Enjoyed the stops along the river at the old homesteads, seeing the wildlife, hearing the stories of how the locals survived in such a isolated place and the box lunch at the dam. The rapids were executed in a exciting manner, while feeling the boat was in the total control of the captain.

Fantastic Huckleberry Jam. I will always stop here. Darling staff as well.
Blessed to have been there.

I go in here every time I am in the area. It used to be more of a fruit stand. Now it is a store. They have everything huckleberry the you can think of.
I first visited here in 2017 and just had to return. The 22 mile drive is dramatically scenic and views at the visitor center are spectacular. I had an informative discussion with the hosts about water level and evacuation signs...LOL! It's worth the drive at least once in a lifetime.

Great out of the way spot, one way in, one way out, if your there for a good hike, just take the path down river. It will go for many miles, with large canyons and some old home sites to find in the draws. The trail has great views from far above the water to waters edge, good fishing and swimming along the trail. Poison ivy and some rattlers Do reside along this route.
Neat little unknown spot that must be reached from the Ida side!

The hosts weren't friendly and definitely not inviting to their center... but in spite of that i have to give the 22 mile drive through hells canyon to the dam a 5 star... no other place like this on earth... its so big and amazing your mind can't even comprehend what you are looking at... it is a must see if your in the area...

Beautiful place. Lots of twists on the road up but take it slow and even on motorcycle the rocks and gravel are manageable. The view is worth it

This is a wonderous place to visit. If you ate lucky you may see Big Horn Sheep, Elk or Deer on your way in or out and while there you may spot some Bilky Goats on the canyon walls. The road in is 40 mph with some vert tight 20 mph corners and in places the canyon walls lean over the road way.

Worth the drive. Very scenic road leading to the dam/visitor’s center.
Probably one of our favorite stops!

Great place and nice views. Great boating just before the dam. Boat tours come close to the dam on the other side. Long drive to get here and no services. It is not manned. But great place.

Right by the dam. Halfway spot for our jet boat ride. Had a nice lunch. It could use just a little more shade. It was only 107 degrees, so more shade would be sweet.

We arrived via age boat excursion from Pittsburgh landing; River Adventures in Rigins. I highly recommend this trip by River Adventures.!

We got to here by Jet Boat - small little visitor center at the base of Hells Canyon Dam
Went on a Thursday afternoon and had the place to ourselves, pretty awesome. Staff are super friendly, pool is clean and a great temp. This is a perfect place for families especially young kids. They energize the pool each morning to provide extra healing properties of you're into that sort of thing. We all felt pretty good after :)

This is a nice spot to stop along highway 95. Appreciate the affordable price ($10/per adult) and that they have towel rentals. The facility is definitely older, however the water is a nice temperature.
This is definitely not a "fancy" hot springs. But like I said, it's affordable and open for walk ins. It has a nice, calming atmosphere.
The hours Google provides seem to be funny. The actual opening time is 12 noon, on the days they are open.

We had a wonderful time at the pool the last few days. The water is warm and it is an incredibly kid friendly establishment with a large pool for swimming and a smaller/warmer pool for soaking. We have been coming here since I was a kid and Jenny had some of the best customer service we have received when coming to Zims. She is very friendly and goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. She was very helpful finding a couple of sweatshirts we left behind and making arrangements for us to pick them up, when we called. 😀💕

Amazing hot springs. Well maintained and very inexpensive. Doesn't have the "rotten egg" smell at all. We love Zims!

Wonderful spot with the friendliest people. Recently bought by the Nez Perce so older reviews may not be reflective of current status. This is definitely not a fancy resort so don't expect that, but it's tidy and the water is wonderful with no smell of sulfur. Considering the extremely reasonable price I really wonder what those below complaining about facilities were expecting. They're slowly putting money into it as they are supported by visitors, building out showers etc that were rusted out when they bought it. I was not charged for a basket so I have no clue what others were talking about.
The gentleman and his partner that run it is are reiki practitioners and work with the water if that's your sort of thing. It is alcohol free in the lodge and pools to maintain the positive environment. Temperatures were 88 °F and 104 °F when I was there in August.
Closed Mondays and Tuesdays to clean and it shows in a good way. Some algae buildup in the cooler pool but trivial compared to unmaintained springs. Camping is very affordable and plenty of it and while there's slight background noise from the highway 1/2 mile away but it's hardly noticable.
Lots of friendly locals and passers by to talk to. I just became a regular and will be stopping every time I'm driving past as it's just a couple minutes off the highway.

Very nice hot springs. Simple design, super friendly staff, and great water. All co-ed family friendly establishment. No showers. Nursing room available. Gaming corner and lots of tables and benches to gather at. They also offer a basket check so your belongings don’t have to stay out in the open.

We took our extended family here and it was great for a large crowd with a wide age range. The young kids had enough room to swim and play basketball, the teens spent some time inside with the pool table, and the adults were able to sit & visit. We like that the warm pool and hot pool are attached so we could all visit even though we like different temperatures.
We really appreciated the bathrooms and changing rooms, along with the complimentary water and coffee.

The pools were not very clean. We were offered a basket for clothing or bags then charged before we decided or told we would be. The location is ran down and needs some TLC could be restored quickly to its earlier days of glory.

Temps about 104 and 90. Large soaking pool 2 feet deep and large play pool up to 9 feet deep. The pools could use a facelift, but they functioned nicely. Great dip after rafting in the cold water in Riggins.

G-maps thinks this is a hotel, NOT. But there Is a nice big seasonal campground priced very reasonably between the river and the parking area for the Hot Spring outdoor Pools.
Also a nice big rustic log building with plenty of seating and tables, arcade game area and billiards with restrooms and changing stalls. Places to stow your street clothes or check them in at the counter in baskets; snacks and drinks available to buy too.
Run by very nice people, it's great for families and groups of any size or solo. There's even a private nursing/ cry room and a cozy couch area near the fireplace.
Best swim and soaking option for many miles around!

Place is a gem. Operated by the Nez Pierce Tribe. Place is good for a great soak and relaxation. Good to bring whole family. Good for birthdays and random parties. Place is located in New meadow Idaho. 15 mins away from Mccall Idaho. Live music in cabin. Great customer service, not expensive.

The day we went, the big pool was 94 degrees and the small pool was 106. Temps were perfect for the adults in the group and my toddler was comfortable the whole time as well. We had a great time. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing. This is going to be one of our regular family activities!

We had really high hopes for this place after hearing about it from friends. Walking in, the place is old but cute. There's a game room for the kids and pool tables and picnic benches. The staff is incredibly friendly. But the first thing we noticed was that there were no showers available to rinse off before and after getting out of the pools. Apparently there were some in the back pool area but they were closed off and unavailable for use. It started off good upon entering the hot pool. It's only about 2 feet deep and quite warm but felt great on a cold, snowy winter day . It was so hot we could only soak for a few minutes at a time, so we would then get into the larger swimming pool. Upon first entering the larger pool, I couldn't help but notice all the green algae bits and wads of hair floating in the water. I didn't think much of it at first until I started swimming towards the deeper end of the pool. That's when things really started to go downhill. I couldn't help but notice all the thick, green algae that coated the walls and bottom of the pool. It was actually disgusting. You couldn't touch the walls with your hands or feet because the slime was so thick. We quickly realized it probably wasn't a good idea to go underwater or even stick our face in the water. I wouldn't even venture a guess as to how long it had been since the larger pool had been cleaned. Both of the pools were quite worn and pitted too. We enjoyed our time there for the most part, but most likely will not return simply because the larger pool was just that bad.

My husband and I took our 2 kids (4.5 & 8 months) yesterday for the first time. I had been there a long time ago, maybe 2008? It was a fun and very family friendly! My older son didn’t want to leave. The people running it are so friendly and accommodating. Opposite of what I’ve heard about Gold Fork, which was where we used to go all the time. We will definitely be back when we are in McCall again!

Would return!
Place is not fancy, definitely needs some money to fix it up but it was fine. Larry the person that works there was so nice. We only got into the hotter pool and didn’t see algae nor did it feel slimy.
Small town feel, not dirty just needs updating.

The main pool wasn't even warm. But why would they tell you that before taking your money. It was super busy and everyone was packed into the smaller pool. If it wasn't for my crying kids not wanting to leave I would've left for sure. You think they could've at least given a heads up.
