Nestled in a picturesque setting, Castle Zaman is a remarkable slow-food restaurant that promises an unforgettable experience. The stunning infinity pool and delectable cuisine make it a perfect choice for a romantic getaway or simply unwinding amidst breathtaking scenery. With its medieval charm and attentive staff, this hidden gem offers exceptional hospitality. Guests rave about the delicious flavors of the food and the impressive selection of beverages, from refreshing smoothies to a full bar.
Magic place with amazing good food and nice service. Only a group of young upper-class people wich created a bad atmosphere with endless discussions about the very transparent rules for using the pool. My admiration went to the superior owner for her friendly patience towards the very disruptive guests.

The location is really nice and the view is awesome, hence the 2 stars. But if you are a vegetarian, I cannot recommend this place at all. Its highly overpriced for the meal you get (there is only one vegetarian option which was 80 % rice and a little bit of vegetables) which was 45 euros without any drinks, starter or dessert. Me and my vegetarian friends were extremely disappointed, because given the price the dish was just ridiculous. My friends who ate meat liked it a bit better, but also not in the range what you would expect if you pay 45 euros for one dish in Egypt. If you don't care about money and love a beautiful location and view, then this might be the perfect place for you.

beautiful place with strict rules, kind of a country club . little bit expensive but very tasty food that you need to order by advance. nice but they have to work on human relations

One of the best spots I have been to.
Food is impressively great, very friendly team and specially Lucy!
She’s always making sure that everyone is having their best time.
If you follow the rules and respect the place as it’s your home and a place you find your peace at I ensure you will have the best time ever.
Cheers to the team 🤙

You have to book by E-mail first and pay before you go. The food was really delicious and the staff was super friendly. The view is beautiful. Remember to get clothes with you so you can enjoy the pool. There's also a sauna there. The gift shop under the restaurant is beautiful.

Beautiful scenery, delicious food, imported drinks, lots of different areas to explore. Truly heaven on earth. Went for the 2nd time on New Year’s Eve and used the sauna to escape the cold. Lovely experience, just make sure you book & pay well in advance

Worst waitress ever
She is from the Czech Republic
My boyfriend isn’t Egyptian, and she flirted with him in front of me. She completely ignored me and spoke badly about Egyptians
Was very bad experience
I can’t believe that happened to me
I don’t recommend this place for anyone
She’s 0 educated
No hospitality rules
Very rude
When she hates Egyptians
Why does she live here?

One of the most atmospheric restaurants in Egypt. Delicious food, excellent service, breathtaking view, medieval spirit. I recommend booking in advance.

I highly recommend trying out this exceptional establishment. The view is absolutely breathtaking, leaving you in awe. The food was not only delicious but exceeded all expectations with its delectable flavors. The service was prompt, ensuring that every dish arrived on time. They have an impressive selection of beverages, ranging from a full bar to refreshing smoothies. The hospitality was truly outstanding, and Lucy, in particular, took remarkable care of us throughout our visit. I couldn't find a single aspect that didn't go perfectly well on that memorable day.

This my yearly visit to one of the most beautiful spots in Egypt.
I have some sort of magnet that keeps bringing me to castle Zaman. 1st visit was over 10 years ago. Yet the place never list it charms. Highly recommended to visit. Enjoy a dip in it’s unsalted “pool” of spices me sort. A swim or a snorkel at its private beach at the Red Sea is a great experience too.

Once again I would like to thank Castle Zaman for an unforgettable time and delicious meal. The portion were very generous and perfectly prepared. We opted for Fish for a light lunch. My German friends were so impressed by the quality and service that they will come each time they are in Sinai.
Thank you 🙏😃

Eroding sandstone & limestone formed by the Red Sea created layers of color in this striking gorge.
I’m so glad I got to see the real huge canyon and not the little one that gets passed off as the coloured canyon. It is a long trek across desert but really worth it.. amazing.. we also went to the white canyon and the mushroom rock too.. wear trainers not flip flops
Clare Willden — Google review
We came as part of a Dahab tour.
We were transported among the sand dunes by a Jeep- was fun!
The canyon itself is amazing- we'd had an easy hike down in the canyon. Wear good shoes! The sand is hot- so my advice is no sandals, wear socks. At the exit there is a beduin family offering tea and selling handmade crafts.

This is not the real coloured Canyon. The real coloured Canyon has been closed since the days of the Revolution. This is a much smaller version of the coloured Canyon but it is very nice and easily doable as a day trip along with the white Canyon from Dahab and Sharm el-Sheikh. The combination of granite and sandstone brings beautiful colours and since this place was under the sea ages ago there are fossils embedded in the Stone. What are visit

I went to see it on a tour. Even when I looked it up on Google Maps, I couldn't find the route, so I had no choice but to go on a tour. And will there be a checkpoint on the way there? I thought that there were about 4 places like this that probably couldn't be entered only by tourists.
We will take a van to a nearby location and then transfer to a Land Cruiser. It was fun running through the desert.
It took about 30 minutes to walk inside the canyon, and along the way there were villagers selling goods. There are many photogenic spots and it's so beautiful that it's worth going.

The canyon from which these pictures were taken has unfortunately been closed for over ten years. Instead, you are taken to two canyons that are on the road to St. Catherine. There are two short but not very interesting ones there. I was quite disappointed, because I asked for the other one, but it has been closed for a long time.

The colored canyon is a beautiful place and I highly recommend you visit if you go to dahab it’s a absolutely breath taking a very nice hike but make sure to go early because it can get very hot!
Ahmed Nabeeh — Google review
Marvelous natural creations of wind in stone architecture and colors no camera can catch.
Do NOT need excessive clumping like the white canyon you will just walk and say wow while you're looking to your left and right
Ehab Eldabeh — Google review
Very nice, but we don,t see thst colours from interbet pictures
Milorad Zecevic — Google review
It's not fair to review a canyon you haven't visited, but this is the only option to recommend you guys to not to pay for trips which promise to take to the Colored canyon. As the canyon is closed already some years. You end up going probably the "Red canyon". which is a 15m canyon with nothing so special to worth the drive.
Tsovinar Hakobyan — Google review
It is an amazing experience starts with hiking down from the top of a mountain to a narrow valley where your original adventure starts. Much better if you put on suncream in the summer. You must remember to have a real safari shoes. The whole thing is safe and funny. If you are one of those who are interested in Geology, then you are in the right place. Just remember to stand every while and look around, don't miss the beauty of the coloured rocks on the sides of the canyon.

There's many lovely surfing centers in sudr ,
But for me kite buzz feels like home
Staff super friendly and restaurant is just perfect
Perfectly for day spending if you don't kite
If you kite , then open sea spot
In the low tide you can kite after the sand bar
Recommended to wear beach shoes specially in low tide

Awesome kite surfing center! It's a great place to get started. The beach in Ras Sudr is an awesome place to come out and relax, add in the element of enjoying a water sport and you've come to the right place! The wind is fantastic out here, and this is the spot you want to come to if you'd like to learn how to Kite Surf, or you are already experienced. I took the beginner course with Hatem and it was a blast. Very knowledgeable instructor and gives you the jist of what you need to know to get up and enjoy the winds. Friendly staff who accommodates for your needs and learning pace. I'd recommend giving them a call before heading out to find out the wind conditions.
You won't be disappointed!

It is suitable for relaxing, the food is basic, not tasty and the beef meat is horrible, I recommend to eat chicken, a bit better, the "sea" can be seen from the room, but the actaul one that u will swim in is sort of like a lake, a small canal from the sea, the room is clean with a very small gridge, bring ur drinks, water & kettle, also something to kill mosquitoes with.

The food is pretty good, the instructors are VERY professional. Great place to get rid of all your life burdens
This is one of the places that you'll enjoy the beauty of the nature around you. You, the sea, and the sands of the desert on the other sides only, no one to bother you, nothing to annoy you.
If you are a Wind Surfing fan, then this is the ideal place for you, but unfortunately I'm not :D
I liked that place because it's quite, and fresh air around almost all the time. The unit we had was equipped with a partial kitchen, so we didn't used the Hotel restaurant, we used our unit kitchen, and get all our staff from the nearby Ras Sudr City. If you have a car then this will be one of your options.
Sea is very nice, you can see craps running around in the night on the shore. Fishing also is another activity you can do there.
You'll need to close the unit doors behind you & give a good care to that, because you can see many types of the lizards around, as it's a normal desert life around.
Overall i enjoyed my stay there a lot, with the friendly staff, & their helpful notes. the Sea, and the sun during the winter (Oct/Nov), the sand, and my kids, draw a non forgettable vacation experience

Zeytouna Beach Bar & Restaurant is an izakaya eatery that offers a variety of Japanese and Mediterranean dishes. This restaurant features a laid-back atmosphere with outdoor seating options and ocean views. The menu offers various small plates to share, as well as larger entrees such as grilled meats and seafood. In addition to traditional Japanese fare, customers can enjoy creative sushi rolls and fusion dishes that blend different cuisines.
You can only enter the city at an extra security checkpoint. If the accommodation is not booked here, it is difficult to get in. But we managed. Entrance fee to the beach is 225 EGP, of which 100 EGP can be consumed at the restaurant for lunch. The shower and changing toilet are very nice and clean. The sunbeds are not new, but we had a perfect time. The beach is very nice and the staff on the beach and in the restaurant are very nice. When entering the beach, there is a bag check, it is forbidden to bring in food or soft drinks!

It was part of our all inclusive hotel (Three Corners Ocean View) but a big disappointment for us. Alcohol is not included and we knew so no problem but they also did not want to make the non alcoholic cocktails which is just the same drinks as the all inclusive drinks but put together in one glass ... Staff argued about it whether it was included or not, we got it (even though I asked for other drinks in the meantime) but 2nd time it was refused again. Also disappointing is their definition of caesar salade: lettuce, croutons and dressing ...
The pizza was good but small, lots of chicken on it but the pesto that was promised on the menu was missing. Most of the tables are not in the shadow so at lunch, when the sun is the strongest, you are waiting 45 minutes for a pizza without being able to be in the shadow or sit inside. Several people were complaining about the waiting time, their answer was that everyone comes at the same time so it's busy. Seems logic to me that everyone comes at the same time, it's lunch and only from 12h30 till 14h so maybe better preparation is needed then. I would definitely not recommend. We only went once in 10 days, not worth it.

I came back to El Gouna after many years and came to Zeytouna Beach with great joy, but my joy turned into a great disappointment.
The condition of the beach is disgraceful compared to previous years, there is a lot of rubbish on the ground, but the real shock was when I went to the beach restaurant of Three Corners.
A big hotel chain like Three Corners serves only one kind of food a day at the beach restaurant. I've never seen anything like this anywhere in the world.
The waiters in the restaurant are very friendly but although there are guests at only a few tables, the waiters are in chaos and the restaurant management is a disgrace. The start time of lunch is 12:30, but although they only serve one kind of food, the food cannot come to the buffet before 12:45.
The organisation is a disaster!!!
Even though today's meal was a simple spaghetti bolognese, the meal started late and the food was cold.
I think the restaurant management is getting worse every day.
Even 1 STAR is too much for this restaurant!!!

This is a really nice place if you want to go to a quieter beach to relax. It is less noisy than other beaches and the music isn't too loud.
We didn't try the drinks but we ordered pizzas and fruit platters and both were very nice (though smaller than I expected).
You get full access to the lagoon and the sea though and once you're inside you can go anywhere you please.
There was an entrance fee to non-owners in Gouna of 225 EGP (which is frustrating because I don't see why the place should make more money because I'm renting) but 100 EGP of those go towards food vouchers.
Overall, it's a really nice place and I would visit it again when I'm in Gouna.

I went to this place once and I swear, I will never go again. There are two types of quiet, one is peacefully quiet and the other is miserably quiet. Well this place was miserably quiet. There was just a weird vibe. There are only a limited number of resurants and bars. Theres very little to do at this place and the boats aren't anywhere near to as good as the ones in Hurghada marina. The El Gouna marina is also very small as compared to Hurghada Marina. Not to mention, the prices are sky high and theres no good to those prices. The locals from the area generally make up the crowd here (small crowd), apart from them you'd hardly see any tourists.
There's a lot more to do at Hurghada Marina compared to El Gouna. The only good thing about El Gouna is that is a bit more cleaner than Hurghada city.
In a nutshell, This place and the whole area of El Gouna is very overrated than it deserves to be. Don't waste your time and money!

Very quiet place and unfortunately I don't have a boat 😂
Jazā'ir Jiftūn is an island in the Red Sea that boasts a nature reserve, luxurious accommodations, pristine white sand beaches and exceptional birdwatching opportunities. The island features warm lagoons, coral reefs and abundance of sea life including dolphins and vibrantly colored fish. Visitors can indulge in fresh seafood dishes while taking in the breathtaking subtropical landscape.
Lovely beach but beverages and ice creams are ridiculously expensive

Paradise island advertised as powder white sand and sunbeds etc , when on fact the sand is sharp and beige coloured , your sunbed was either a bean bag or a sunbed mattress, no actual sunbeds , enjoyed the boat trip.but island was disappointing

Loved the beach. It's clean and it's one of the few places you're free to dress down and enjoy your day out in the sun. I wouldn't recommend an afternoon here though, before noon and after 4pm would be ideal. There's very little to find by way of food and refreshments so it's best you come with yours if you intend to stay long. All in all it's a great beach to visit if you're ever in Egypt. Waves are calm and water sports are also in play there if that's more your speed.
Pavol Gotz — Google review
Lovely lovely island with great white sandy beach and clear turquoise water. There are public and private beaches all of which are great. The private beaches like Orange Bay and Mahmya are simply marvelous and worth the money. There are also some nice snorkeling spots but not the spots the regular trips go to. The reefs in the shallow waters have been mostly ruined but still OK. The best thing is the boat trip, really love every moment faring over the red sea from Hurghada port to Giftun and back.

Good trip, helpful staff. Would not recommend dvd with photos of yourself as quality is very poor which you don't realise until you get home and they charge £25.

Sliders Cable Park in El Gouna, Egypt offers a 30 minute beginner's wakeboarding course with friendly staff and coaches. Protective gear such as helmets and vests are included in the course price. Wakeboarding is an exciting and challenging activity that can lead to solo sessions and professional ramps. Sliders Cable Park is the first of its kind in Africa. Guests should bring nose clamps to avoid water getting into their nostrils.
Great people and vibe. Being very attentive, feels like neighbors.
Food is really good, so a great place to hang out for a whole day if u like

Sliders Cable & Aqua Parks El Gouna - the perfect place for wakeboarding! 🏄♂️ Here, I felt the excitement and adrenaline of this sport I've loved for so long once again. Excellent conditions and thrilling tracks create the ideal atmosphere for water fun. I've had unforgettable moments here, and I'll definitely be back! 😄
Olga Wagner — Google review
Cable park is extremely fun and staff are very friendly and helpful. The jumps on the cable park could have slightly better maintenance although.
Also, the fact that the restaurant did not serve beer was a big negative.
Luis Alves de Lima — Google review
Tried a 30 minute beginner's wakeboarding course there. The staff at the reception were very friendly, so were the coaches. Protective equipment like helmets and vests are provided and included in the price of the course. It's very fun and challenging the wakeboarding. If you master using the board you can book a solo session. There are also ramps if you're a pro. The receptionist told me that this is the first and only place for wakeboarding in Africa. Make sure you pack one of those things that clamp down on your nose so that water wouldn't get in. There is another activity other than wakeboarding that is basically a huge inflatable obstacles course (did not try, looked equally fun).

Place worth visiting! Great hospitality, completely new way of recreation for family and couples. The place is owned by Polish owners and its family buisness. I highly recommend this spot and you must mark it in your bucket list!
Klaudia ?odzikowska — Google review
The staff on site is cool and friendly and always trying. Unfortunately, the park is a bit outdated, the cable is no longer running smoothly and there are occasionally failures or waiting times. The obstacles have seen much better days. I would recommend to replace the self-built obstacles with new ones, as I fear the risk of injury. I would not recommend the sliders to anyone who is thinking about staying here for a longer period of time. It is ok for one or two rides.
Joe Blow — Google review
I passed by this place several times and never thought of trying until a friend was playing and asked me to take videos
Then the addiction started
I started a biggener course with Coach yasser
At the bigger course you learn all the details that you can never learn on beach or lake because you have more control when to start and when to stop
The advanced is always fun also because you can learn more tricks everyday
They also have small water park and swimming pool so it's safe for kids and fun

Very nice park with great people and one of the best food in El Gouna. Service is great and always very friendly even at busy times. There is both a clockwise and counter clockwise cable. Also has two System 2.0 cables with great teachers for beginners. Can be busy if no wind and all kiters are also at the cable - but at these times, both cables operate at the same time to keep the waiting time to a minimum.
Best place for Europeans during winter.
Harald Gölles — Google review
Good staff, choice of cable on the left and right side. The figures are somewhat tired and it would not be bad to update - but it does not interfere with riding. There are 2 bars - upstairs at the entrance and downstairs by the water. The equipment is quite comfortable
Dmitry Sedin — Google review
I am one of those who come here to chill not to do sports. And I love it! You can swim in the pool or even meditate in it, because of the peaceful atmosphere they have here. Food and drinks are available too. Everything is clean and decent. And of course you will love the view.
Elviе Presley — Google review
It’s recommended to definitely try if you never did it with a cable.
My advice is to try to amateur one first even if you have done wakeboarding from boats many times before. This one is generally more professional and more difficult so take it easy to enjoy and to have fun and to build the know how to try to professional one later.
Don’t rush it, the staff is really nice and they will help you with everything.
It’s completely fine to go alone, you don’t have to be among a group of friends so don’t hesitate to go on your own.

Mahmya is a magnificent sandy beach on Giftun Island that is breathtakingly beautiful. It's the perfect destination for travelers who want to relax and enjoy the stunning views while exploring Mahmya's numerous attractions like snorkeling and volleyball. Emerald Aqua-City hotel is the perfect place to stay, as it offers spacious rooms with panoramic views and top-notch international and local food.
Beautiful crystal clear seas, stunning beach and the water slide in the sea was a bit of fun. Not a massive amount to see snorkelling from the island but it was still enjoyable. Snorkelling from a boat is better. Island food was passable. We did feel a bit like sheep and a bit rushed but the island was definitely worth the trip.

An amazing island. But I spent 90€ for swimming, lunch and snorkeling. In my opinion, it is quite expensive. I wish visiting paradise island for half price (5 min by walking distance).
R. M. Uyr — Google review
A real paradise island, which takes 30 minutes to get to by boat from Hurghada Marina but is well worth the trip. When you get there, the sea is crystal clear and the most beautiful turquoise colour. Snorkelling from the beach is easy, with equipment available to hire on the beach. You literally only have to wade to chest height to reach a patch of coral with a myriad of exotic fish. With a great restaurant and bar on site, you have everything you need to enjoy a wonderful day catching the sun, bathing in the sea, and experiencing the best of snorkelling. You can also get a boat to take you out into the deeper coral waters, which is even more stunning.

Beautiful island, Crystal clear Sea.
However if you want to catch a tummy bug this is your place!! We got seriously ill after our visit on Sunday.
Also, if you like staff accusing you of stealing and demanding payment and taking no responsibility for their actions then come here! We went snorkeling gave back a broken snorkel, upon giving back all our items the staff were getting aggressive towards us and demanded payment, screaming at us to pay, once they realised they made a mistake they were embarrassed and would not say sorry!!
Will not be coming back EVER!

Wonderful beach, clean almost white sand, perfectly clear water. Optically as promised: Caribbean feeling in Egypt.
Unfortunately the restaurant area is very touristy commercialised and uses plenty of one-way cups.

Fab day trip, very windy and the fact that there is permanent shelters stop you from getting the sun at most of the beds. Snorkeling was amazing. Food in the restaurant was amazing and a buffet so you could help yourself. Lots of choices and hot. Nobody bothered you on the beach fir drinks or to buy things, very relaxing trip. They provided snorkels, masks and flippers free of charge.

Worth the extra money. You honestly cannot go wrong with any of the Islands in Hurghada, but this one is wonderful. You cannot book it in the Marina or the local shops, just go online. They were very organized and you get to stay for most of the say at the island and relax. If you have the extra cash, this is the way to go.

Mahmya beach is top 3 best beaches in the world! This is the only beach worth visiting in Hurghada and Egypt.
Warm and shallow water, unreal colors, great sand, nicely arranged beach. Beach has few levels on one side of it, and has stairs so you can walk there and take amazing pictures of the beach.
The only problem is how to get to here. It is on separate island so it is not a part of any resort. It is on the same island where Orange beach is, but Mahmya is better in any way possible.
When we were here in october 2020 only tourist agencies organized tour to Mahmya, so be very careful if you are organizing to visit this beach with some Egyptian people. Make sure you are asking for Mahmya specifically, not Paradise beach, Orange beach or anything like that. Mahmya.
And a price to get to here was not small, 79€ per person. For that money you get a lunch on the restaurant in the beach, 4 free drinks, sunbeds, umbrella. You get to spend time on Mahmya from 11am to 4pm, and you have an option to go diving for an hour, they will take you by boat and provide you with free mask for diving. I didn’t go for a dive because I wanted to enjoy in this magnificent beach, and it was time well spent.
I highly recommend visiting Mahmya, it is unreal!

The Al Mina Mosque is an absolutely stunning and impressive monument in Egypt. It is home to a fascinating Muslim religion and features some beautiful designs. The caretaker is very friendly and happy to answer any questions you may have about Islam, the mosque, or the religion in general. If you're interested in taking some lovely photographs of the building from its impressive domes, be advised that only prayer times are open to visitors at this time.
Gorgeous mosque!
The mosque was open to visit after 15:00 pm, unfortunately you can visit it only from the outside.
The entrance is free but is good to have small money for tips!
Very important to leave your shoes at the entrance where is a designated area for them and to wear decent clothes so no short pants, skirts.
It is worth a visit there and the sound of calling to pray is really breathtaking!

The Marina Hurghada is a popular harbor in the city of Sigala, which offers stunning views of the Red Sea. The area is full of cafes and restaurants, which make it a great place to relax after a day exploring the town. There are also many luxury sailing boats anchored in the harbor, making it an ideal spot for seeing them up close.
Lovely marina for strolling around. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants for sitting back and watching world go by. Some super expensive boats to see and a lot of touring boats for exploring the Red Sea.

I went to a few private beaches، it was very close to it, and the same beaches private also charged a 70 to 150 EGP fine, so I paid 250egp for entrance. It's still okay because I expected quality!!! but don't force me to buy drinks and food and check my bags and my privacy It is too dangerous to let locals in Hurghada know about your privacy a lot of cases happened in Hurghada many choices around and bigger beaches, alot of beach allow you to bring your liquor or food and will never check your backpack ,
overrated, of course. It looks like a nice place but I won't go again because of the small beach and no privacy

We just back from holiday. What I can tell... Let's begin from hotel: very good location, just 5 min from beach, lots of slides for any age. Good size of area around. No issue with food.
Very helpful staff. Manager George was amazing also Diana from animation team was very helpful, friendly and cute 🙂. We was happy almost about everything. What wasn't so comfortable is entry to large swimming pool and showers in the rooms.
Our kids enjoyed kids club and all entertainments. Our twins girls was have birthday on holiday so Diana sorted out evening entertainment for them and in restaurant we was enjoyed cake and birthday song.

During our 10 day holiday we stayed at the Sindbad Club hotel and it was a dream. The hotel is huge with lots of space. Nice rooms overlooking the pool. Breakfast, lunch and dinner with a buffet where the choice was really great. Inside the hotel there are also 3 different restaurants where you have the opportunity to go for lunch or dinner, including Thai, Lebanese and Italian. The structure has a beautiful Aqua park with lots of activities to do where there is no possibility of getting bored. All the hotel staff are very kind and always ready to help. The entertainers are very sweet and kind with a positive energy and energy and they all have a big heart.
I highly recommend this property and we will definitely return.
Let me tell you about "Max" a very good afro dancer with a kind and calm soul that transmits serenity.
Then “David”, a Latin American dance instructor who is very good at his work and has a kind soul and is very delicate in his ways. Too bad the time with his dances passed very quickly.
And last but not least “Chico”, an Aqua gym instructor, a boy who was very precise in his work, full of energy, friendly, engaging and determined in his work we had lots of fun with him during aqua gym.
thanks to these guys for letting us spend 10 wonderful days.

Good things:
*At first i was given a moldy room. I asked for a change and i got a different one which was much better. The room needs renovation but it was nice. Also, the room was cleaned daily, very nice.
*The aqua park and the hotel were nice
*The food was good as well, there was a lot of variety so that was great. They could improve by offering more kinds of fruit and smoothies.
Bad things:
*An employee crossed the line of respect and asked me to bring him food from the buffet, how possible???
* I didnt like the entertainment at all, most of the performances would have some sexual hint which I didn't like. There was one night that it was salsa dance and turns out it was women in literally lingerie dancing...clearly not the entertainment i wanna have while I'm in my vacation. Besides of this, there were more events of this kind... not pleasant.
*The employees want tips all the time without even making something outstanding, is almost like you owe them just because.

Amazing experiences with Sindbad Club. In short, a wonderful hotel with great service. The staff was top notch, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Moreover, the food was great and with an extensive variety available during the breakfast/lunch/high tea/dinner. The facilities were also on the higher end including the beach.
The only negative point to mention is a relatively weak soundproofing in our room.
Other than that - top.

The receptionist Abram is really helpful man and nothing is to much trouble for him, but must say they were all very good. There is Peter and his team they are excellent with their service and they do go above and beyond their duties. My man who cleaned my room did the best job everyday sorry don’t know his name. There is too many people to mention by name but to each and everyone of you thank you. The food is excellent and the cleanliness of the dinning was excellent these people are great at doing their job. The food was great and the staff were really nice. Rooms were great and pools were relaxing. However, there were lots of bugs inside the rooms and waking me up. Also, the room door doesn’t stay in place sometimes causing the lights to shut off. Also, my bathroom door didn’t lock. Also, the key stopped working halfway through our last day. Also, when the alarms go off the door stops locking.

Very good resort and rooms. Rooms are nice, big and get cleaned well everyday. Good choice of drinks like coffee, wine, beer and cocktails and food is delicious. The staff is very kind and service is excellent. Romany Emad is a great barman and provides good service. Warm meals three times a day and snacks are available. There are two pools and a private beach near the resort. There is also a mini disco everyday, a game hall, a spa, an animation team and tennis and soccer fields, so plenty of entertainment! Would recommend this hotel for couples as well as for families with kids

The hotel is really lovely and understated at 3 stars. Staff and food is really delicious. The selection was really good, Lebanese, Asian and Italian were fantastic, great set menus and choices. We travelled as 2 female friends and felt safe throughout our visit. We did excursions sold through the hotel, and they were 100% worth the money. The Wifi is not great and can be ropey at times. Salah the beach boy, was fantastic and really helpful throughout our stay. We would recommend this to families, couples and friends to visit!

There are five pools.
3 pools can even be suitable for kids under 3 years
1 pool is for those who are above 110 cm or is it 120 cm can't remember clearly.
And the last one is for those above 15 years old.
The food is great. The service is super great.
There are fun programs for kids and adults.

Sindbad is an excellent hotel and all staff are very friendly. We honestly couldn’t find anything wrong with the hotel. There is plenty to do for all ages to keep you entertained. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels left everyday for both bathroom use and for the pool area. I found there to be an exceptional offering with food and a great choice for all. Sindbad also offer in there all inclusive a private beach which also extends your all inclusive so you can get drinks and food from the beach area also. Another experience I highly recomend is the diving/snorkel experience to orange bay island. This island as clear blue waters whites sands and is an all round beautiful island. it’s been a very pleasant experience and hope to come again soon. Thank you

You have to go like 200 meters to beach, which is very clean with very easy access to water, unfortunately there is no place for diving because port is there. There are two pools - the main one was very cold. Food was very great, a large selection of dishes. About animators - program was very great for kids, but for people around 20-30yo I missed some activities.

a wonderful location, an exceptional bottle. everything was superlative, the food excellent and diverse, the drinks very good, the room was clean and the cleaning boy changed my towels every day. here everyone is smiling, they are careful not to miss anything, from the bartenders to those who mow the lawn, everyone is smiling! I was thinking of coming back next year, but I think I'll be back in October! 5 stars without discussion! Ismail is a nice and funny guy! 🤍🤍🤍

The rooms were very cleaned with a beautiful view. The gardens were so beautiful with many flowers at each corners. The food was really tasty with different thematic restaurant, the waiters were so friendly.
Thank you to the entertainment team for incredible work during the day and night to let us have a lot of fun. The kayak in the sunrise was the most breathtaking experience of our holidays!!!

Very sad to be going home tomorrow. First time to Egypt and staying at the Sindbad hotel has been perfect. From arrival we have felt that the hotel gives a personal touch. Staff cannot to to much for you. From towel service. Sun beds found and staff bring you drinks. The food is lovely and they will cook anything you want including chicken nuggets for kids. The hotel rooms are kept very clean with service every day to make sure they are clean. The private beach is no different. Offering food and drink with again towel service for the sun beds. I can go on and on with how good it has been. The Animation team are very good and I would recommend coming here

It’s definitely a 4* hotel for Egypt. The rooms are mediocre but generally clean and housekeeping were lovely. It was a bit tight with a baby but we managed. The hotel pools, helpful staff, spa, and the entertainment all exceeded our expectations. Everything was spot on, the location is really good with lots of local shops and busy food area. Also the ala carte were really nice compared to the buffet but you need to book during the day. The private beach and lunch area there were great too.

My mum and I had an amazing experience here and was very impressed. It was so good we will definitely be coming back. We went to 2 of the 3 restaurants they had the Asian and the Lebanese and they where both decent. The buffet was good, they had a variety of things to choose from. The staff where lovely and very helpful. They were very welcoming and had excellent customer service. This hotel has a lot to offer and we felt safe. We was also impressed that they provided a built in UK plug socket in the rooms. The location was good as we wasn’t far from the airport and outside the resort there where quiet a few shops. They also kept the beach very clean.
Thank you so much Sindbad Club and we look forward to staying here again :)

Where do I begin, starting off with the size of the hotel it is huge and has many different options and locations to see i.e bars, entertainment, activities, food and snack bars. They have a massive team working in different departments I must say every single staff member was welcoming, helpful, polite and would go out their way to make sure all residents are satisfied and happy during their stay. The hotel is very clean and is kept spotless at all times. A big thank you to the hotel manager (Hanny) who took care of us from day 1 as we did come across a few minor issue however they were delt within minutes. The animation team are brilliant they are great fun and are always up for a laugh making day and night full of fun and laughter. The chef's are also great as they cater for your needs and requirements. We will definitely be coming back to stay again and would recommend this hotel to others.

Our first experience of Hurghada and wow what an experience! Staff are amazing and willing to go above and beyond! One Amazing star in particular Mustafa down at the wave pool bar. His smile and unwavering energy is infectious!! 7 star service!! All staff are an asset to the resort and superseded any expectations. The rooms are not quite superior status, not a complaint merely an observation, but the location and the brilliant service from happy to please staff, not to mention absolutely well made and yummy food and coctails made our holiday experience a particularly memorable!
Thanks for an amazing holiday. 👏

Fantastic dive center located at Makady Bay. The instructors and guides are really engaged and super friendly. Dive sites are great with a lot of sea life (turtles, moray eels, rays, …) and wonderful coral reefs. IDive Diving Center has an awesome house reef with direct access from the beach as well an own boat to get you to all dive sites around the diving center. Equipment is well maintained and up to date and prices are super fair. Will definitely visit this location again!

Amazing experience in the Red Sea, not only for the fantastic dives but for the caring service. A home away from home. As an uw photographer and solo traveller, I can't ask for more. Even when my camera housing flooded or my regulator had issues, I got so much help, so my holiday wasn't disrupted. A piece of heaven. Will be back for sure ❤️

We were from October 14th 2021 at the Red Sea at Makadi Bay. My 2 boys (12 & 14) did the PADI OWD with iDive Diving Center. Both did the theory at home before we arrived in order to have the fun part in Egypt. They had an instructor for themselves which was really a great experience.
The Dive Center is run by two highly skilled diving professionals Erika Marchino and Carlo Cogliati. Their team is also very much dedicated to the customer’s needs and also their security. The diving equipment, especially the suits are in perfect condition, and they also have very small sizes for kids.
Ahmed, the diving instructor of my two kids did a wonderful job with them. After the course I did another five dives with my boys, and they have well learned with Ahmed. So, I definitely recommend him for your course.
The House Reef is just fantastic, you'll really see a lot and Carlo has an in-depth knowledge of the marine life and explains you everything with great enthusiasm. As there are a lot of boats over your head while diving, don’t forget your SMB.
So don’t hesitate, discover the wonderful place with iDive Diving Center!

Special mention for Nemo and Vanessa that guided us most of the time underwater and laughed with us before and after.
Hassan and Erika among the others always happy to accommodate and simplify our experiences.
Carlo just exceeded any expectations like he usually do, I had my SFE certification with him while my daughter had her first experience as bubblemaker.
We will go again, and again, and again

Our first diving experience. Th iDive team is amazing, competent, helpfull and friendly made our first dive one to remember. We saw murena, sea-turtle, Titan Triggerfish and much more. We also took a full day diving/snorkeling trip and the iDive team made it a day to remember. But most of all it has left us with the desire to discover more&more. Thank you Erica and Carlo and thanks to all you amazing staff.

Waste of time and money. Was told should take from 9-11.30 and will be a 40 minute dive.
Equipment is very good. I have been diving a few times in the past.
Dive started and we spent about 20 mins training just kneeling on the floor etc. then a 10 min lap around the reef and was told to get back out. Oxygen tank was still on 75%.
I actually saw more just snorkelling around the reef yesterday. Absolute waste for something I was really looking forward to.
Edit:
They have replied with lies, instructor even told me that it was 30 mins in total. I looked at my oxygen and it said 150. I swear to you. Why not instead of replying with lies come speak to me. I was due to do the PADI with you as well, but now will be doing it with the neighbouring centre.

If your staying in Makadi Bay these are the guys to dive with!! I have dived with them on 4 trips now, each time has been fantastic. The pre trip coms were very good and easy. The check-in was easy, you are given your allotted box to unpack, and stow your gear in the locker. It’s really easy to plan your diving, with lots of great local reefs to choose from. The boats are all very good, the crews are great, helpful, and ensure you have a great, safe dive.

This is actually the BEST dive center of Makadi Bay! Thanks a lot to our captain Hassan for teaching us everything we need to know to be a safe, happy and independent diver. Even if you are a little 'scared' to start with a dive course, Hassan will guide you through every step! We had a lot of fun and saw gorgeous corals, fishes and even a big turtle!!!
The Scuba World Divers team welcomes you with open arms and helps you where they can. Truly GREAT staff. Thanks a lot to Simona as well! We had a nice chat and our diving course could be postponed for a few days without any problems. We even did 2 boat dives with the big boat (also our first time) and it was AMAZING!!! We also took an photographer with us underwater who took a lot of pictures and video's. This was very very very appreciated because now we have pictures that we can keep to show around and even in a few years be reminded of our great time with Scuba Divers Makadi Bay.
I recommend everyone to take a diving course at this diving center, but they also have all the necessities for an unforgettable time for experienced divers. You will be picked up promptly with a transfer to and from the diving center and it is mainly just a lot of fun! We look forward to coming back soon and hope to dive with Hassan again. Lots of love from Rik & Michelle

The biggest scammers that can be they do not accept their own
currency converting to Euro, Dollar, Pound Sterling 1: 1 and if you want to pay in Egyptian pounds the equivalent of Euro or dolarthey do not accept their own currency cheating at every step from the price for a trip to Orange Island like also for the price of the films and pictures from the trup .I do not recommend a very bad experience.
Ps.People on the boat like snorkeling ,captain And others so Nice but ScubaWorld Office stuff arogant and very unpleasent .

We booked the half day glass bottomed snorkelling boat trip with Aladin. He was very helpful and kind in helping us book and looked after us really well. No issues paying and happy to take any currency (euro, gbp, Le) although the pay station on the main jetty preferred to work in euro. There’s also a hut half way down the beach to sort things out if you want to pay before you get to the jetty. I think you have to pay a deposit on the snorkels and fins too..
The captain and guides were lovely, the time went so fast we were having such a good time. The captain made sure we could see all the fish and checked that we were all happy before moving between each spot.
The only thing that made it uncomfortable was the onboard photographer taking photos and videos without really communicating what he was doing or being upfront about the costs of the packages. If you don’t want to spend a load of money on photos and have your own phone, camera or go pro (which is similar quality) then avoid the onboard photography.

The crew on board were very helpful and informative. Ashraf, Mohamed and Mahmoud were great guides, the food was delicious and there was plenty of space on board for everyone, both in the sun and in the shade. The toilets were clean and there were also showers. We saw octopus, sting rays, puffer fish, google fish as well as many other colourful fish and our stop on orange bay was very relaxing and a good opportunity to swim in the clear blue water.
The only negative was that we were told by the salesman that there would definitely be turtles, but once on board the crew confirmed that this is only possible on a separate trip. Despite this, we had a fantastic day and would definitely recommend!

I had the good fortune to dive with this organisation March this year. From the outset they proved to be nothing less than professional all the way.
I made contact via email a month before my trip from the UK. My enquiry was answered quickly and covered every point I asked. My refresher dive was booked and my follow up dives after.
Upon arrival they were expecting me and most of the usual paperwork had been completed online so we were pretty much good to go. I was issued my own locker for the gear I had brought with me.
The following day we met up for the short refresher course prior to the dive. Our instructor was top notch, made everyone comfortable, was patient and clear. After a re visit to the basics and making sure no one was likely to kill themselves. We were off to the end of the house pier to dive the house reef.
It was a very pleasant dive. Max depth of 17m and time of 67 mins. Lots to see despite the water being a firm 22 degrees.
Next day was a twin dive from the boat at another of the local reef. Very enjoyable again and a totally professional service. Boats and equipment very well maintained. Staff extremely friendly, well trained and with a host of linguistic talent. The dive centre itself is very clean and well maintained.
I have no reservations in recommending this team should you find yourself in the area and want to either revisit your love of diving or a nervous first timer. Scubaworld will have you covered. I look forward to coming back

Our first time with Scubaworld Divers in Makadi Bay. We are both experienced divers who have visited many dive centres around the world. We are both in our 70's and need more help than when we were younger. From the moment we were meet at reception, shown around the centre, told how the centre organises the diving and particularly on the boat and under the water, our treatment was faultless.
A great centre that I would recommend without question. We will definitely return for a longer stay in the near future.
Terrific diving experience.
My friends and I spent two weeks diving with the crew at Makadi Bay. The sites we visited were breathtaking, and the Red Sea has some of the most beautiful diving in the world. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best trip, from VIP boat tours to some world class training. Even on days when the boats were not full, they would take us out because they wanted us to have the best experience. The house reef is absolutely stunning, and snorkelers can also easily enjoy the beauty right from the pier. The staff also speak a host of different languages, so communication is not an issue. I highly recommend snorkeling/diving/boat tours with these wonderful hosts, we became better divers and we cannot wait to return later this year!

We were a group of 7 friends with levels of experience reaching from nothing at all to rescue diver with 50 dives. We've spent 6 days diving with Extra Divers Makadi Bay in September 2021 and every single day was amazing. Every single guide adjusted perfectly to the people they were diving with and after less than a day everyone addressed us by our names. The guides are all exceptionally friendly and outgoing and the same goes for the boat crews and the drivers and the receptionist and everyone else. We would all recommend extra divers Makadi Bay 100%.

Really cannot recommend. Unresponsive to emails, semi-friendly staff, and every attempt to make you pay extra. Decompression chamber fees, dive computer, government boat fees - you will find it all on your bill, even when you went diving from the beach with a guide at just 12 m. Scubaworld just a few hundred m away is a much, much better place. Friendly staff, and nobody tries to rip you off.

Awesome place. We did two trips last year with them, my wife diving and I was snorkelling with the kids. We did two more this year. Great bunch of people, they make you feel like family. Most importantly very professional, felt super safe at all times and the equipment and boats were of a very high standard. We wouldn’t even consider another diving school in makadi bay. Cool people, both the staff and the other divers. When you see that most of the other divers on your trip have 200 + dives you know you’re in a good place. Rays, turtles, dolphins, saw them all here. Even the house reef is worth half a day snorkelling. Really amazing.

Some people believe they can get easy training in Egypt. Might be the case, but Extra Divers Makadi Bay does not fit into this belief. Ramadan, my trainer, neglected the fact that I am a DM already with 500+ dives (60+ using sidemount), he kept the SSi standards during my sidemount training. We had long dives with a lot of exercise, and Ramadan made sure we had something beautiful to see in between.
For me, at the beginning, it was just to get a certificate for something I am already doing, but I must tell you, I was very proud to get this certificate as I had to work hard for it. Thank you, Ramadan!!!

Me and a group of friends spent 6 days diving with Extra Divers at Makadi Bay. We all had different levels of experience and different wishes of what to do, ranging from the Open Water Diver Course over different specialty courses to various fun dives.
The whole team was extraordinarily willing and capable to adjust to our wishes – including short term program changes from our side. They took a lot of time for everyone of us to create the perfect program.
On the first day they equipped us with everything we needed (regulators, jackets etc.) and prepared us for diving with them for a week. The first dive had to be a checkdive at their absolutely stunning house reef just in front of the dive center, where we repeated the basic diving skills. After that we were free to inscribe for a wide range of different diving tours (early morning, a variety of short trips, half- and full day tours, sunset dives etc.). When some of us required it, they provided us with a personal guide.
The whole team is very professional, extraordinarily friendly and willing to help. They always took their time for us and provided us with the best experience we could hope for.
Personally, I did different specialty courses (deep diving, perfect buoyancy, navigation and nitrox) and since I was the only one taking these courses I had the benefit of getting ‘private lessons’. Thanks to the instructors great teaching skills I felt that I was improving with every dive. All dives were planned very carefully and structured.
All the fun dives we did were a great experience. After the full day tour, the guide even took his time to take us on a fotoshoot dive from the dive boat back to the house reef.
All that is left to say is that I fully recommend Extra Divers, whether for complete beginners or very experienced divers. I loved it and will definitely come back!

Makadi Bay Aqua Park is a vast water park that caters to both kids and adults, providing various pools, slides, concessions, and lounging areas. Despite the enjoyable experience for all ages, some visitors may find it challenging to walk between slides due to the hot grounds. It would be helpful if there were prior warnings or cooling systems provided. To fully enjoy the endless games available at the park, visitors are advised to bring swimming shoes.
The best Water park in Egypt.

We love water parks! This one? Very impressive.
So massive and so well organized. I hope the ground staff /life guards get compensated more for the great job they do.
Firstly, we happened to have our passports as ID and they took it off us at the gate. I was totally unprepared for that and if it isn’t , it should be put boldly on the website so people know beforehand. We got it back safely and without hassle on our way out.
We went on a weekday and paid for our tickets at the gates , it’s cheaper online if you book ahead. The entrance fees is all inclusive of the food served on site and soft drinks 👍🏾. The park closes for a prayer break (I believe) around midday and that’s when we took a food/snack break ourselves.
The rides are fun, there is something for everyone regardless of age. I didn’t find any beyond the usual thrills and went on the high thrill ones multiple times.
Phones and watches aren’t allowed on the slides, and I didn’t find any lockers provided for day visitors so we had to keep our valuables on the pool chairs. Quite stressful to think about but we eased into it as time went on.
Altogether a great time on the slides along with navigating the tons of options of slides and climbing multiple stairs 😅.
Will recommend 100 percent!

Large water park with many slides. We were guests of the Jaz Aquaviva and had free entry to the park every day. Outside of the vacation periods there was not much going on and there were no queues. Unfortunately, the staff is very strict about the rules stated on the signs. No watches, or cameras are allowed. We run a YouTube channel where we show water slides from all over the world. This was the first park where we were not allowed to film any slides. We have several hundred thousand views on our videos. I guess the park doesn't care about this publicity. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the slides.

The complex is really big and nice. Food is 50/50 . Its ok, but nothing special. For breakfast Fino restaurant - you must make reservation - no extra fee. For lunch is mexican , italian , german restaurant avalaible - food is average: African bar at the beach is ok - they have hamburgers and sandviches. For dinner you can make reservation at restaurant in complex , best is Kebab at pool with extra charge for beverages. Also restaurants in Makadi mall - just right outside of the hotel - this I recommend ( also extra charge of beverages) . Cleaning was super - the guy was very happy and very nice :) also all the staff was helpful.

Very nice place for all ages and fun for all. The only reason I would not give it five stars is because of the very hot grounds that make it very difficult to walk between the slides. Visitors can take pictures and explore the major landmarks of Egypt in one place, making it a great option for those short on time. The park has undergone significant improvements since its inception and all displays are written in multiple languages, allowing visitors to enjoy the experience independently without requiring a tour guide. Mini Egypt is particularly picturesque at sunset and offers a unique opportunity to witness the beauty of Egyptian architecture up close.
A great place to take pictures and experience a little bit of all the major landmarks of Egypt if you don't have the time to see it all! Lots of improvements have been made since I was there the 1st time, so definitely give it a visit! Make sure you bring your camera! It's beautiful at sunset! Also, all the displays are written in multiple languages, which is such a wonderful thing to see! It really makes it the kind of experience that you can enjoy on your own, without needing a tour guide!

Made nice change to just stroll around viewing the mini things on show. Staff give warm welcome, good toilet facilities and a basic cafe also. Disabled access friendly. Entry cost is cash only if you take yourself there by taxi rather than a tour. Around 30 mins by road from centre off hurghada.

Our first time in Egypt and so happy we chose to come here! Our guide Wahlid was like no other, he made it very personal and was our professional photographer all the way around. As well as being professional he made us feel so comfortable and we had great laughs. It was such an enjoyable experience. We will definitely be returning on our next trip. The kids really enjoyed it too.

Easy booking via homepage, free hotel pick up and transport back to the hotel, very friendly staff accompaning through the whole park in very small groups and supporting by finding best position for photos.
All in all a nice idea to see important attractions of Egypt in a very short time

$20 US per person to get in. Lots of models have damage. No water to purchase there so bring your own. There are only a few things you can take pics of that look legitimate.

It's ok for up to an hour, if you have some spare time and would like to venture out of your resort but it's not a must see by any means. Also beware the website doesn't seem to allow you to buy tickets online unless you purchase transfer inclusive, which of course drives up the price. I had tour companies trying to charge me 5000EGP (£125) for two adults. You can buy tickets at the gate however for 675EGP a pop.

A really nice place to spend few hours and learn some interesting facts about some of the most important objectives in Egypt. Based on the website there are 60 miniatures to see. The personnel is very friendly and helpful answering any questions you have. The tickets are quite expensive.

Enjoyable and informative, if you have never been to Egypt before this gives you all the info on all the wonders of Egypt from the Pyramids to important buildings , shows you where they are and what they look like , included in your price is pick up and drop off at your Hotel , I felt it was good value for money trip and would recommend it .

Booked the trip to this park on GetYourGuide.
Guide Mohammed was friendly and helpful in explaining the miniature monuments and took some amazing photos.
Bonus: I did a camel ride around the miniature pyramids and it was worth it.

Great little model museum.
The place is not huge so dont expect to be spending hours inside but you can make some great pictures and can plan on thins to see in its original size across Egypt

Great place to visit if you are in hurghadha. Shout out to Walid who took our photos and explained all the miniatures!!!
Ask for Walid to take you around, thank me later
They only take cash (local currency only)

First of all the tickets had $20 printed on them but he charged me £25 ($31.67).
The whole of Egypt is like a big scam. As soon as you enter Egypt you are asked to pay €25 $25 for a visa. On Google it states not a think about you having to pay. This place is not worth $5 to me so please don't waste your time to make that journey as it's outside Hurghada. You put your life in danger when go outside the Police controlled areas.

It was a great experience! We went there on our vacation in Hurghada, their taxi picked us up at our hotel and also took us back after the tour. It's amazing that you can see important and interesting monuments from all around Egypt in just about 1-2 hours. Also shout-out to our guide Ahmed Dak, he was with us all along and he took the most perfect and funny pictures of us! I would definitely recommend visiting this park when you're in Hurghada.

Sharm El-Naga is an all-inclusive resort that provides unfussy accommodations with direct beach access and a diving centre. The lodge is ideal for those who love snorkelling and diving as the location offers excellent opportunities to explore underwater life. Guests have praised the friendly and helpful staff, who provide excellent service. While some visitors have noted that the rooms can be noisy due to neighbours' noise and require maintenance, it should be kept in mind that Covid may have impacted the upkeep of the place significantly.
Amazing stay as always. This is my tenth visit either day use of full accomodations. Amazing friendly staff amazing food everything is really great. Spending new year night will be here for the coming years. Way to go guys good luck always.

Great place for snorkelling and diving. Just meters into the water, fishes come towards you. Excellent food and kind staff. Rooms are a bit noisy, you can hear the neighbours farthing 😆😣, and can use a bit of upkeep, but one needs to be aware that Covid must have hit this place quite badly.

The price for diving is 25 EURO on their website. When i wanted to get Equipment, they told me that the price is 60 euro because only online tickets are with discount... but they don't have option to buy online.
The employees are scammers and try to cheat you with high prices... i think the owner of this resort don't know about this situation.
The location is far away and is not reccomended to go there with your passports or money... NEVERE COME BACK !

We as a family of four (two teenagers) went for the second time and enjoyed it as much as the first visit. The beach is very clean, the water cristal clear and enough to see when you start snorkeling or diving from the beach. Lunch is fresh and tasty, drinks are cold, cappuccino is good and very good prices and good service. Friendly staff!

Visited this place on two occasions in April 2024. The staff were very efficient and went out of their way to help me. You need to have a kitesurfing licence to use their gear, but I had my own gear. Excellent storage facilities and everything you need on site. The bay in front of the kite house is great for beginners and experienced kite surfers. The wind can be a little gusty at times, but if you are a competent kitesurfer then I can highly recommend the down winder to Tobia island which is 3 miles downwind. For no extra cost, they provide you with a gps tracker (just in case) and a support boat accompanies you to the island where the wind is stronger and consistent. You can also send your kids ahead on the support boat and then snorkel around the island. Tobia island has a restaurant, umbrellas and full bar. Support boat and staff are all their to help you when you arrive and return trips to the kite house are flexible. We had an amazing day out and I can’t rate the experience highly enough. Thank you 7 Beaufort Kite House.

I was here for the second time and both holidays were great. Nice welkom by the lady at the front desk. Friendly people behind the bar and the food is very nice.
Great storage facillities for my foilboard and kites. At night extra security on the beach so that is very safe.
Every hoor there is a shuttlebus from and to the hotels.
See you next year 😎😎

Good facilities, huge kiting space, both deep and shallow water, mostly flat. The only thing what surprised me was the price just for be allowed to kite there (even with own gear) - 24 euros per day 🤔

Definitely one of the best kite spots I’ve ever been in a distance of just 4,5 hours of flight from Europe. Great people. All of them speak really good English and German. Great wind conditions, almost no waves and this awesome color of the Red Sea with the mountains in the background. Perfect for absolute beginners and for pro’s. And if there is now wind you still have plenty of possibilities to enjoy your holidays there. I’ve been already 6 times in Soma Bay and Kitehouse is now my second home ;) Looking forward for my next return in October.

Amazing kite spot in november or spring time. In this time it isn't so hot to compare to summer. Enough wind for beginner and advanced kiter. Thx to Shaban the best instructor! Pricing is not cheap but the service/organization is top.

Wind is very gusty (super strong, than gone again). Kite teacher‘s English was tricky to understand. And I was more alone than with him. Very very expensive also if compared to diving (also with equipment and boat) and teachers and organisation.

This is a great place for rental. The kites (or most importantly the bar and lines) are in the excellent condition, much better than elsewhere in the area. The spot is less crowded than others. This place also offers better prices and by far the best service - you will be really well looked after! The reef does bottom out at low tide, so there is a walk across the reef (about 50-100 yards/ meters) to get deep enough to kite but this is not an issue at high tide.
Greg — Google review
You’ll find this place away from the buzz of Soma bay and if you are like me you’ll enjoy this family atmosphere.
Asab and the staff are very friendly, and can communicate easily in English, German and Polish.
The spot has it’s own lockers and all other facilities for storing, cleaning and preparing your kite gear.
He can organize transport to get here for a cheap price, and you can pay by card once you leave.
The unique feature of this spot is that being next to Utopia island you can kite there in the morning and after the wind is changing direction around midday you can kite back to the beach.
You also have 2 lagoons with shallow water, but make sure you are not at the low tide as it is dangerous due to all the stones and corals.
Alexandru Istrate — Google review
I had a really fun time. I'm really happy that I had my forst kitesurfing experiences here.
Angelika L — Google review
+ The staff is nice and helpful
+ The spot is not crowded
- A lot of reef around the spot. When there is low tide you have to go kite on full deep water as the lagoon is fully dry or ankle deep.
- (Huge minus) the rescue for some absurd reason does not close the main tube after deflating the kite after the rescue, they leave it open and that's how my kite got full of salt water.
- instructors getting late for pre-arranged lessons
Aleksander Fidelus — Google review
-Excellent spot for kitesurfing always windy due to its location.
- Amazing team, I got training from 3 different trainers with 3 different kits and boards to give you more experiences out of your comfort zone.
- They allowed me to kite from the beach, Island and from the middle of deep water while they are following me by boat for rescue if needed.
- Mostafa gave me the riding course and then Abdullah trained me in deep water and finally I got the last session with Ali to sharpening my skills, all of them were a great supporter, honest, perfectly managed my time, you just have to relax and trust them, they are keen to keep you safe and feel relax with this extreme sport.
Motasim Amin — Google review
I've spent amazing 10days in that spot in June. All staff is very friendly and helpful. I didn't even once had to pump the kite or set up equipment! All was done and ready for me before I managed to put wet suit on and apply sun cream on my face! 😃 I felt like VIP guest all the time! The biggest advantage of that spot for me is that is quieter that other spots in Soma Bay. Because is quiter is less busy on the water which made me way more relaxed on the water and that give me opportunity to integrate with other kitersurfers in free time on the beach. Comparing to other spots in Soma Bay I never had to wait in the line for compressor or for staff to help me land the kite. Azab who is managing that place is very nice man who I had a real plesure to talk to. I highly recommend that place.

Awesome kite spot, friendly helpful staff, storage right on the beach. You will need kevlar shoes or similar as the coral can be quite sharp when walking out. Tobia island is only 8 mins away by kite and is a beautiful spot for kiting. I've been several times, wind is thermal and blows most mornings, sometimes afternoons as well.

Great customer service with excellent knowledge of the dive sites. We dove in August during the off-season but only had 3-5 other divers on the boat for our dives, which was LOVELY! The other companies seemed to be much more crowded but this is perfect because who wants to fight crowds when diving. Everything was excellent on the boat. The lunch was delicious and the dives were great! Good quality gear as well!

I dived with Freedom for 3 days, I have AOWD. I am really glad I went to this diving center, because safety is for me top priority. It seems they put a lot of importance in the safety, and equipment chrck. The regulator and the wetsuits were brand new. And on top of that, the instrictors were very friendly, but not too much: they left me decide what to do during the dive, I felt like I was diving with my buddy, without being pushed to do what instructor says. But at the same time, the instructor I was with did double checks on the equipment and showed me some amazing fish species that I wouldn't have moticed myself. Very easy-going. On the first day I had a problem with my own BCD, they helped me to fix this. The boat is super comfy, food was just great, a lot of choice of food. On top of this, they are flexible with the price and made me a good discount because I dived 3 days. Everything we agreed on was done, and even more (thank you for amazing underwater videos, Mo'emen!). Overall, it was one of my best diving experiences.

We spent the last week in Safaga to get our OWD Brevet and a few more days of diving. What an experience. From the very first contact Diko and his team are very helpful regarding everything about the trip:
They helped us find the perfect little hotel directly next to the dive base and close to the boat. They organised airport transfer, optional Activities ( like a very fun Quad tour in the desert with a visit to some beduins).
Prices are transparent and very fair. While you may find cheaper Dive bases you will get the most bang for your buck with freedom divers:
- Rental Equipment in excellent condition
- Comfy and safe boat
- Excellent food on the board ( optional but seriously better than most i have eaten on dry land in Safaga)
- Very helpful and friendly staff ( egyptian and german)
- A lot of returning clients that are very open and friendly to new faces
- Diko is a very competent, unique and fun instructor. If you dont take yourself too serious you will have a lot of fun on the boat and in the water.
- Very close bonding with crew and clients: We spent a lot of time each evening with people from the boat and the dive base hanging around at the "divers house bar" or at the Nemo Hotel pool.
Almost every client was a returning client. That alone speaks for the service and atmosphere at freedom divers. My friend and I will most definitely return too.
TLDR: An excellent dive base that will suck you in and never let you go again.
Shoutout to Diko and everyone at the base and on the boat that made the last week a very fond and lasting memory.

The Dendera Temple to the goddess Hathor is a well-preserved classical Egyptian temple with a complex and zodiac ceiling. It is located roughly an hour's drive away from Luxor, boasting vibrant colors and intricate details. Visitors can explore hidden passageways and tunnels, as well as admire the beautiful ceiling. While tourist groups tend not to frequent this site, it is worth the extra effort to visit.
This was one of my favorite spots in Egypt. The temple is very well preserved and the blue is so vibrant. It is usually very quiet here because the large tour groups do not go here. It is worth the extra drive to get here.

The best preserved temple of Ancient Egypt, this was magnificent and the most breathtaking and special temple in the region. The left edge of the south outside wall (behind the temple) has a very nice engraving of Cleopatra and her son. But the highlight to me was the crypts. Crawling into the walls and up and down ladders into small holes was amazing, and seeing the Dendera Light in person was a bucket list item (even though it's not a light, as the hieroglyphs around it explain exactly what it is).

The colors are well preserved; the detail of it all was incredible; possibly the best preserved sight.

Very nice temple complex. Duration can be 1-2 hours depending on what you want to see. There are different levels and you can go up to the temple to check the calendar replica (as the original one was taken by France…). To go up you need to go via 365 steps in a spiral ladder as the ascends of Horus as a falcon and going down in a straight line as the falcons going down from the sky.
Can see some huskey like dogs and some “bulblight” kind of spiritual externalization
Also, there are some small tunnels for an extra price (200 e. Pounds).

The paintings on the columns are absolutely beautiful, this is where we regret not being able to read the hieroglyphs.
And don't miss the super sculpture of the god Bes outside.

A marvellous temple. The highlights are the hieroglyphics featuring Anthony and Cleopatra.
Magnificent images of the zodiac ,covering the ceiling.Lots of bright colours still present. Able to go upto a second floor and return downwards between 2 walls via a long corridor

Dendera is a must-to visit if you go to Luxor. It's only one hour and a half away and the temple is very well preserved. Don't miss the secret crypts, the zodiac and the carvings of Cleopatra VII and Cesarion (son of Julius Cesar).

Fantastic temple. The goddess Hathor was mother to Ra and Horus, both Gods related to the Sun. Her strength resided in music, dance, joy and Love

By exploring the Dendera Temple Complex, travellers can witness the incredible architectural achievements of the ancient Egyptians firsthand. From the grandeur of the Temple of Hathor to the intricacy of the Dendera Zodiac, this complex is a testament to the ingenuity and artistic skill of this remarkable civilization.

My favorite of all of the sights and sites.
The colors are well preserved; the detail of it all was incredible; possibly the best preserved sight.
This was an amazing half day tour to see!

Pounds).

One of the most detailed, preserved and complete complexes remaining of ancient Egypt.
The colors are still vivid. The details are mind-blowing. And the hall of columns is absolutely breathtaking.
Make sure to go up the stairs to the roof! Also, search all of the rooms for hidden passageways. I loved this temple

Absolutely one of the best. They are cleaning and preserving it as I wrote this. There is no way to make it 100% easy to walk in but the added steps and ramps are very helpful. DO NOT miss this temple. Big and beautiful and still pretty much intact.

Wonderful place. Ancient History at its finest. Going down in the crypt was better than the burial chamber in the great pyramid!!!
Highly recommended 😎

Beautiful temple located on the west bank of Qena. The temple is dedicated to the goddess Hathor. Impressive, vibrant and astonishing colours. You can admire the zodiac signs in the ceiling of the first hall. The temple is on 4 levels. 1 level is underground, and 2 are on top of the roof. Extra ticket is needed for the access of the panorama roof. Toilets are cleaned.

Magnificent Temple of Hathor and our most fun visit. With the roof intact, stairs up to the roof and an underground crypt, this was exciting to explore. While many of the reliefs were damaged, there are some beautifully intact colored ones as well.
March 2024, an hours drive from Luxor, we paid 1300 plus tip for the return journey.

This is a beautiful temple, and not far from Luxor - just over an hour drive. The colors were bright with amazing detail. There were also neat passageways and tunnels that you could walk through. The ceiling was beautiful as well. I would definitely recommend visiting this site if you are able to.

The most well preserved temple in Egypt. Not many visitors due location. Its 1.5 hours north of Luxor. So many people see Luxor temple, Karnak and valley of thr kings but Dendera temple is 100% better than all of those combined. Amazing color and detail. The temple is actually 3 stories tall. It has stairways and underground walkways. More than recommended.

Dendera is a well preserved Ptolemaic Temple. It's dedicated to the mother goddess Hathor. There are impressive remnants of coloration in the carvings in spite of the efforts of nonbelievers to erase them. It's in Qena, which is off the beaten path, but Viking got us there nicely.
