Nice place for a walk. Some areas have an entrance fee of P10 or P20 (can't remember but that is the range) such as the Flower Garden, etc. You pay before you enter the park, there's a cashier near the gate. But otherwise, if you don't want to enter such areas, you can just walk around and enjoy the scenery.

Perfect place for educational tours. No entrance fee for Pasig Residents but there's an entrance fee if you're from another city. Besides the plants and animals that you can see here, there's also a pool which is perfect for families who wants to have a quality time with their kids.

Some facilities/amenities were newly-renovated at the time of this review. A must to visit if you want to experience a simple nature walk inside the city. 😊

I've been there last Sunday wich is Mar 13,2022 but only 2 or 3 activity Area is only available, like flower garden...and if you want to visit Pasig Rainforest Water Park make sure to make reservations first and you will only see a few animals.....but it's nice tho!

It is our first time going in, and the waterpark is spacious. I think there are 4 pools, and the water levels is kid-friendly. There is kid's pool, adult pool level would be on your average chest. The comfort rooms are disappointing, caretakers didn't fix some plumbings and would smell horrid. The shower knobs are missing too, each cubicle is dark. Also the water keeps on rushing and its a waste :(

Visited this place a long time ago. Lot has changed. Butterfly garden has less than 5 butterflies. The maze garden is not that good anymore. Train is broken. Flower garden is not existing. Too bad this place is not the same as before.

Completed 3km yesterday and it was awesome! The area was cleaned by tupads (Pasig clean-up team) they're open as early as 5am for joggers only. Gym opens 8am - 3pm.

It's really worth what you pay here because there are many activities that can be done, especially for children. This place is very spacious and clean, so it's really nice to visit.There is a pool, zoo, playground, flower gardens, butterfly garden,maze garden, mini train and other activities so that it is really enjoyable to go here.

Pasig Rainforest Park, or Rainforest Adventure Experience (RAVE), is an adventure park operated and maintained by the Pasig City Government, as evidenced by the official receipt bearing the name of Pasig City. It is located near the West Bank Road, a steepy road that connects to C6 along Cainta to Bicutan. It is a combination of amenities, from mini-zoo to swimming pool, a boat ride pavilion, a Butterfly House and flower fields, an amphitheater for public assembly, fitness centre, and some obstacle course with zipline and skate park. Unfortunately, the adventure park consisting of zipline to skatepark and obstacle is temporarily closed as of 2023. Generally, the entrance is free for all. If you're going to swimming pool, or visit the mini A-maze, butterfly House, Boat Ride, and Flower fields, there is a separate charge, which is only P10-P50. Around the year 2012, the zipline was P500 for one zip. Unfortunately, it is closed indefinitely. There is a mini-zoo, such as monkey and ostrich. There are gazebos to rest in. They have refreshments inside the park, from mini-donuts to ice cream.

It's great to see that efforts are being made to enhance the facilities and overall experience for visitors. The improvements have the potential to make the Rave Pasig an even better destination. However, I would like to highlight the importance of establishing good communication lines during this improvement phase. It would greatly benefit visitors if there were clear and accessible channels through which they can inquire about amenities, schedules, and other relevant information.

This water spa is excellent!a modern bath with temperatures and different pressure point water pumps. relaxing because cellphones are not allowed inside. Friends and families will enjoy it.

A nice place to go to if you're looking for a place to relax without going too far away from the metro. You can avail for either swimming only or hotel room + swimming, which comes with complimentary breakfast, as well as other facilities like KTV and such. The spa comes with a variety of pools both for water spa and swimming, from hot spa pools to the Olympic sized, lazy river, and kiddie pool, there is a choice for everybody. Steam and sauna rooms are available as well inside. The rooms are clean although slightly dark and old fashioned. But, regardless, the mattresses are soft and are good to lay down on. The water pressure was fairly steady but is noticeably fluctuating granted the water spa's pools below, and the Wi-Fi strength is a bit inconsistent depending on where you are in the building. The food on the menu is varied and tasted great regardless of the cuisine although the attentiveness of servers and general service could be improved especially during peak hours. Speaking of which, outside food is also allowed in hotel rooms the establishments for which are many in the general vicinity. Overall, it's a hotel worth staying in, especially with the view of Rizal, Ortigas, and its convenient location from Estancia mall and a few neighbouring cities. Would recommend.

I'm glad that it's not super crowded on weekends unlike the pre-pandemic times. They do follow minimum health standard procedures to make sure everyone's safety. Vaccination card required upon entry in the spa. The restaurant is not very crowded either. We enjoyed the buffet so much because there were very few people in the restaurant.

Very nice and relaxing spa. They have different types of water spa to choose from. They also have sauna and jacuzzi that is open for both male and female. Perfect for couples as other spas separate male from female. The price is very reasonable. Staff are very welcoming. Worth the money. Highly recommend staying in Ace Hotel and Suites after a stay here. Really nice place and perfect for couples. 5/5 highly recommend this place and will always go back.

The hotel gives off an old, rusty vibe but the rooms there are guaranteed clean. Hallway looks a bit creepy but it’s fine. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Located inside the Ace Place at United Street in Pasig. Had a very pleasant hydrotherapy in their water spa. Heated water massages can have moderate or hard pressure. It is a very good alternative to hand massages with all your muscles engaged. Lazy river are good starters. Lap pool is available and swimming lessons are offered. There are herbal pools like jasmine, lavender, rose, etc. which temperature ranges from 34° to 40°. A cold plunge pool is used to cool off from the herbal pools. A water dispenser is present in case you feel dehydrated. There are steam and sauna rooms as well. Lounge chairs are available for resting. The water spa is limited for 4 hrs with free use of locker, swimming cap, shower and body wash. Photos not allowed inside. Overall a very good relaxing experience. Aside from that restaurants are available inside the building and outside.

I celebrated my unplanned 51st here , same day as election 2022, i was given a room upgrade that made me felt really really special . We will regularly book here as we also love the food and the water spa . Thank you to all the accomodating staff from hotel to restaurant to water spa !!!

Super worth it! I love the hot pools - you can really smell the mint, rose, lavender, and jasmine. The water spa experience is really the best. The place is clean and their services are great. Will go back and bring the parentals for their relaxation. We also had the buffet lunch which is discounted when you avail the spa. Food is also superb!! My faves are salmon sriracha, beef salpicao, and lechon macao 😋😋

Very reasonable price when you book a room in their hotel, they give you an extra day if you avail their vip card. In addition to that when you get their family 2br you get 4 tickets to their water spa. Their restaurant serve hotpot must try as well.

We highly recommend the Ace Water Spa Pasig Branch. We are all satisfied with the overall service. My son who is only 1 year old, really loved it. We tried all their hot herbal pools, and steam & sauna. I love specifically their hydrotherapy massage which uses jet systems that massages different and specific areas of the body. They are installed throughout the pool area, My family tried all of them especially my parents and mother in law which are all senior citizens. We have used all of them and they were all satisfying. We also tried their different herbal pools for relaxation. We tried their sauna which is near to the herbal pools. We felt great. The all 4 hours is very satisfying for us. The place is really nice. The staffs are very accomodating. You've got to spend the 4 hours gadget free since there are no cameras allowed on that place.

Enjoyed doing laps at their 25m pool — 300 only for morning swims and 600 if within the day + sauna / steam ☺️ Passable showers, clean, they have plastic bags and head to toe wash available. +150 (I think) for towels.

Had the chance to experience the water spa @ ACE Water Spa and it was immaculate. Cold dipping pool, hot water pools of different temps, a huge lap pool and the water spa, bubbles, water jets haaaaaaay! Sauna and steam rooms too. Multi-level parking. Affordable at P600 for 4 hours. A great experience right within the Metro (Pasig). A must try.

It’s my first time trying their spa but I have heard a lot about it. I spent 3 days here and it’s the most relaxing 3 days I’ve spent! I plan to get back here. Also, their breakfast and dinner buffet is really good. Lots of food choices and food is delicious. In the water spa, make sure you are wearing the proper swimwear. When you check in at the hotel, they will give you these spa vouchers you can use while staying at the hotel. But if you don’t plan to stay, you can use their spa without checking in at a different price.

A good place to go swimming, their swimmers ticket is great value at 3000 pesos for 12 entries. The lap pool is indoors so you do not have to worry about pollution or the sun, and the hot tubs are great for relaxing before and after. Gets busy during the weekends and early in the morning so if you want to go swimming with few people in the pool I recommend between 9am and 12pm in the weekdays. Have not tried the restaurants as there are many great food options in Kapitolyo but will do so one day.

Used to love this place. But this had become so crowded on weekends and you could hardly enjoy the water spa (since almost all areas were occupied). There were also lots of toddlers and babies in the water spa -- and I felt uneasy thinking of how many " pee" must be in the water (I dont think waterproof diapers for pools are available already). So I just stayed at the heated pool most of the time (but, technically, you cant lounge in the heated pool for a long time). I suggest not to come here on weekends especially in the afternoon.

Easy to get to, there are parking options, good crowd, good food choices and while it's small compared to other nearby malls, the mix of shops and stores are enough to get you most of the things you need. There are fewer options for breakfast but it's good enough. There are also bars at night with live performances. overall, it's pretty neat, elegant, and just busy enough that it isn't boring and not too crowded either. One thing I didn't notice is a cinema but maybe I just missed it

Quite a good place to visit. The mall itself is good and will make you cozy while the outside is fresh and aesthetic. It's pretty much like a place for casual chats and perfect for bonding with friends. The securities are also friendly and very hospitable.

This is a fairly mid-sized mall with only a few floors and is basically one long strip of interconnected buildings - from Unimart on one end to the SM Store on the other. It's very spacious inside and it has a decent "park" beside it.

Very nice place not so crowded plenty of shops mainly branded names espencive not for the tight budget people like me 😁 On the lower ground you can find cafes and other top restaurants having 2 buildings with bridge with many sitting areas available nice to relax there's also little garden park at the back of mall great place to visit if you don't like crowds

Estancia is our friendly neighborhood community mall. It has a community vibe and it feels so homey especially during weekends when there’s more outdoor activities by the park. It has just the right mix of stores and you can have your general needs bought here. Lots of food choices too :)

High End Mall. We been here and lots of security roam around because VIP is coming. Stores are not much familiar. Customers are I thinks rich because luxurious brands/store are here.

We recently went to Estancia for a family lunch in Alba Restaurant. This mall is a cool place to hang out. Everything is there! Comfortable to shop. Feel safe when you are there. Pet friendly, too! (To pet owners, please be responsible)

Updated review: I've been here too many times now.in.the past.couple of months to update my reviews now that I've been to every nook and cranny of this mall. Food: There's a plethora of places to eat, but mostly catering to the mid-higher end of your wallet. The only fast food here is Jollibee.and Burger King. Though there are kiosk stands of Siomai House, Belgian Waffles and Potato Corner to name a few. There's also a mini food court just beside Unimart having Buko Juan, Paotsin,.Mythic, etc. And the newly opened TAPAddiction at the end of the hall. As for the higher-end food places there are many to choose from and some of them you will not find at SM or other malls. One of them is Yedang - the best Korean restaurant for value. They won't put a hole in your pocket just to have a better Korean meal than most places. Not eat-all-you-can place, but quality than quantity is what I could say. Another is Hai Chix and Steaks. There is Unimart as mentioned before - a supermarket better than SM in almost every way. You would also find things here you wouldn't be able to find in any other supermarket. The restrooms are clean, the mall is generally clean. Outside a stone's throw away is Capital Commons park if you want to escape the comfiness of aircon places and get some natural breeze. Also to note this is a pet-friendly mall together with the park. I came to love this mall more than any other malls I've been to - yes even moreso than Mitsukoshi in BGC.

Estancia is well kept and not crowded. Many dining options here both inside the mall and around it. It is pet-friendly too. They also have a nice park outside where they hold bazaars and events. Mall opens at 10am but Unimart opens at 9:30am.

It is my first time to go here. It is really a great mall. It is not crowded and a good place for good brands- UNIQLO, TOMS and Etc. You can find a plenty of good clothing brands here which are not commercially familiar. I appreciated also the good SM Department Store set up in this mall. It is a nice place for mall strolling and shopping.

Robinson’s Galleria in Ortigas has wonderful romantic mall decors for the love month of February. Nice place for photo souvenirs. The mall has also an amazing array of al fresco dining areas at the Veranda casual dining restaurants. Not too late for a romantic date at the Veranda.

Robinsons galleria is a good place for you and your family. It is a mall accessible to those who reside in Metro Manila like Pasig, Quezon City, Mandaluyong, San Juan, and other parts of Rizal. The accessibility to those who are using wheelchair is uncompromising. They can enter the mall easily. So many stores inside the mall for food, goods, accessories, services, and so much more. There is an accessible passage to Crowne plaza hotel and holiday inn so that those who are checked in can go to mall easily. Great props and design and comfortability inside the mall.

Not crowded even on a Sunday. They have an art exhibit which we actually liked. We stayed a bit to appreciate it. It was fun to take a look at these paintings across Samgyupsalamat.

I totally miss this place, the over all ambiance still classy. It's well stocked with a wide array of shops from clothing to furniture, restaurants, bookstores, and gadget shops - they got you covered. They are also observant of the implemented health protocols in the metro.

It's my first time to experienced brownout inside mall 😬 as in no guidance from the staff/guards what to do & it's a bit scary for a second coz there's alarm most of the customers stand up 😱 good thing no one panicked? Then emergency light's on & electricity keeps on fluctuating. I hope the management will avoid this kind of incidents for the safety of all. Ambience & design is very good nothing to complain even the comfort room first class & clean. But I'm not recommending their parking lot very pricey no fixed rate it will coz up to P300 up 🙄 very commercialise pricing ehehehe... Place so spacious, it's a one stop shop closing 10PM every day From MRT Ortigas /Bus walking time 7mins Buses going taytay I think it's around 9PM or so you will have cutting trip via jeep Jennys / SM East or if FX Antipolo / Tikling. If you'll be late I suggest MRT Shaw there's plenty Jeepney /FX even 12mn or so. Still I will recommend this place hopefully more establishments & good food to choose 👌

A Great Mall and a great location, has its own beautiful chapel beneath the Edsa shrine. The stores are great, this is a great alternative to the busy SM Megamall.

Haven't been in this mall of the longest time...but good thing that renovations were made to make it look more lively. Various brands can be found here, also there is easy access to our hotel. The surroundings are clean as well.

A tourist visiting Manila and the Philippines will experience retail shopping and dining in this fabulous shopping mall adjoining the Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza hotels. One can sample various cuisines, from local Filipino cooking to well-known international franchisees. A short stroll through the Robinsons Department Store at the top level conveyed that the Philippines had a very young and dynamic population. Acres and acres of baby strollers, accessories, and children's clothing!

Feeling Nostalgia after not being in this place for many years! Busy and still lively. Some shops are closed or maybe under renovations.

Clean and spacious mall. It's close to the church, the business district, and is also accessible. We have a lot of good memories here. It's nice to see Galleria get ready for Christmas.

Very few shops here but enough to provide the basics. They have gov't offices, money exchange, tailor, dryclean service, etc. The blind massage at the basement is a gem. I hope they expand so they can accomodate more customers.

I have always considered Robinsons Galleria to be one of the more iconic malls, a staple mall of Metro Manila. This is also where the problem lies, as the mall has not changed much over the past decade. Compared to the neighboring SM Megamall or Podium, I find myself just walking around aimlessly in this mall. SM Megamall has a greater variety of shops and restaurants, and I find that Podium has a greater number of higher quality restaurants for a higher price. Robinsons Galleria just fails to have anything unique that should entice anyone to visit. Nowadays, I only visit this mall to have my dog groomed, and each time I find myself unable to appreciate the mall as much as I did 10-15 years ago. The lack of shoppers reflect my sentiment, as you often don't see many people roaming outside the food court and restaurant area. The consolation here is that at least there is never a parking problem. Do note that there are some new restaurants opening up, but there are also a number of vacancies in the mall that also reflect the current state of it.

Really happy to see the changes and renovations in the mall. New outdoor parking as well. Will there be expansion in the mall like the roof or top, for an outdoor or garden area for shoppers to unwind, relax or activities?

Always a great mall to do some shopping. Great restaurants too. Recently visited Robinsons Galleria and was thoroughly impressed by the astounding Christmas decors that adorned the mall. Love this mall so much! Less crowded than the other malls in NCR. Looks and feels very modern, especially because they recently had a renovation. A lot of food stalls and restos to choose from and many activities for kids too! There's a huge Tom's World, PlayLab, Kidzoona 🥰

A bit pricey especially for walk-ins. Attractions include a lion, lots of different kinds of birds and small animals. Good for kids if they are with knowledgeable adults. Adults would find the place lacking. Photo-ops with birds and an orangutan. Place is clean for a zoo.

Good because it is very near and there are plenty of animals inside but all the animals look lonely especially those who dont have companions also the animals looks very thirsty and hungry. I wish they take care of the animals. Plus the picture taking and feeding of animals is expensive HAAHAH but overall its good !

Pros 1. Didn't expect much but they had more animals than what I thought they had. 2. Feedings. You can feed goats, donkeys, tortoises, even yourself. Cons 1. Literally done within an hour. 2. Maintenance. Could use a renovation. 3. Oh, and I saw huge rats running around. It's a zoo anyway so never mind.

When we went there it seems like we own the place for an hour. Me and my the daughter are the only visitor at that time. The place is small animals are in good condition but small varieties.

Great little zoo, get up close to the animals. Great for the kids. Unfortunatley as of January 2019 it has closed. Very Sad.
