Dairy Keen - Home of the Train is a classic family-owned restaurant that has been serving up delicious burgers, fries, shakes, and seasonal items since 1946. The restaurant's history dates back to the end of World War II when the Mawhinney family repurposed an old Dairy Queen sign to create their own business. Known for its friendly service and tasty treats, Dairy Keen is a must-visit spot in Utah.
If you have never been here, you are missing out! There food is amazing. It is ma and pa style, but they have train sets throughout this restaurant! They have a Lego table for kids. They also have a play on train outdoors that kids can eat on. We usually get the train burger which is awesome! I can usually only eat the 1/4 pound because there is so much on it. There shakes are amazing with lots of options. The kids meals came with a lot. My girls got the chicken fingers kids meals. They have self serve machines for drinks with all the brands and flavors. I got a fresh lime which was pretty good, a little heavy on the lime, but after I put some additional sprite in it, it was better. They have a watermelon slushy which is sooo good! We would drive to Heber just to eat here. I do want to mention, and this is more for the owners, we were asked at the register by the cashier if we wanted to add a tip. It made for an incredibly awkward situation. I am a good tipper, and I have no issue tipping, but you need to give your customers the option. We had to give a dollar amount out loud which makes it even more awkward. I also was not aware of how the tips are being split. I would definitely add better options on your cash registers to give the customer an option to add additional money for a tip without making it public. Until this issue is fixed, I may opt for your drive thru.

This is a great little burger place with excellent thick, Utah style shakes, burgers, fries, AND fry sauce. I had the classic train burger and couldn’t quite finish it! My oldest son devoured the sweet potato fries and loved his bacon cheeseburger. The kids meals were moderately priced and came with a toy. The train in the dining room is a fun addition and the patio has train seating and a ride for little kids. We were there at a peak time and every garbage was stuffed full and the dining room needed some attention because there were no clean tables. The service was good though and our food was done quickly and it was hot and good.

Multiple visits first 2019: Finally made it to #dairykeen It has been recommended by many friends when traveling thru Heber. Dairy Keen has been around since 1946 so there is a good reason for its longevity, it’s good. I got the #trainburger it really was tasty. The ham and cheese made it that much better. Plus the slice of tomato and pickles added a nice counter point to the meat. The special sauce was nice too. Definitely enjoyed the Train burger. #onionrings were nice and crispy. Usually I’m not a fan of panko breaded onion rings I’m more a batter fan, but these were cooked to perfection and kept the crispness! #strawberryshake was thick and yummy I had to eat it with a spoon. The fruit wasn’t pulverized and kept some of the strawberry integrity. I really enjoyed the food and the fun train atmosphere. A great place to go! 2020: Always nice to stop by #dairykeen in Heber. I ordered a very tasty #SloppyJoe a food that reminds me of my #childhood some hot and crispy #onionrings and a luscious #mochashake 2021: we shared some hot and crispy #TaterTots with the house made #FrySauce a nice Train Burger and a lovely Fresh Raspberry Shake. So Good! 2023: Our whirlwind camping trip ended with a return visit to Dairy Keen, a great fast food restaurant in Heber. I enjoyed a flavorful and tasty #PhillySteakSandwich and a fresh #RaspberryShake it was nice and thick. They use their own mix of Ice Cream, and while I got it thick you can order a thinner Shake, it’s your choice. My husband enjoyed a Fresh #PeachRaspberry shake. He thought a great mix of flavor. He thought with the peach it was even better than the plain fresh Raspberry.
Michael Hoover — Google review
To be honest was disappointing; my burger was COLD; the patty was cold ( not even steam warmed up ) and flavorless ; the bun was cold. Onions rings were hot and crispy also the fries were hot and crispy. This place seems to be popular with the locals but for my first visit was truly disappointing; if I pass by again probably will try salads or sandwiches; maybe try the ice-cream or the shakes but not a hamburger anymore

Great little local place in Heber City. We had guacamole bacon burgers, sweet potato and regular fries and shakes (mocha, Oreo, and turtle) Came up as quick as fast food but it is good quality everything. Will be back !
D Petro — Google review
We had heard great things about this place. We got two shakes and sweet potatoe fries. Our drive up order taker was super helpful and friendly. The fries were delicious. The flavors were fantastic. The only complaint is that my wife's was suppose to be the thick one but it most definitely was not thick like the one I got. So she was disappointed. Using a straw would have been better than a spoon but she didn't have a spoon. I'm sure they would have resolved the issue had we turned around and told them about it. But that was our experience.

People rave about Dairy Keen and in my opinion they love it mostly because of nostalgia. Our food was good but not worth a special trip.
Matthew Stucki — Google review
This place rocks! Amazing prices, high quality food, clean restaurant, helpful staff, and fast service. We barely sat down before our huge meal was ready. The burgers, fries, milkshakes, and fish n chips are sooo good!

I ended up in Heber City. I had missed lunch and had an hour to spare. I drove up and down Main Street and landed at Dairy King. From the time I walked in the door it was 20 minutes before my food was ready. It was very busy! It is for sure a family place with a train running throughout the ceiling. I gave a girl and her sister .25 cents to see another train go back and forth to the Harry Potter castle. I was glad it ran for more than a minute. This is about the atmosphere. The food was average for me. My hamburger was overcooked and dry. I didn’t finish my #7 meal. The price point was awesome.
Debra Hadlock — Google review
Amazing place! The shakes are amazing. The fries are crunchy. The burger had a lot of mayonnaise unfortunately but it was pretty tasty. The place is really cute with bunch of train decorations. Loved it!
Daniel Vergara — Google review
Grew up in Heber City so this may be a bit biased, but I don’t care. I have seen the evolution of the entire place, I remember always seeing Max and Kawleen (sorry if misspelled) always running the ship and making it the best. The train circling and whistling as it runs through the lobby. Kids running around sitting down occasionally to munch on a jr. Cheeseburger at the Lego table. They have remodeled since then, but still keep to their standards. I was around though when they changed the buns, Heber was a little hesitant at first, but that’s alright, we came around. I’ve tried their corn dogs, sea burgers, onion rings, grape Rickey’s, chocolate shakes, fresh raspberry shakes (rivals bear lake), TrainWreck Burger or the HOOVER burger. Pulled that one out huh. Anyway, go here, you’ll love it, and if you don’t, they’ll make it right. It’s some fun nostalgia for those of us from here, and a unique place to grab some ice cream on your way through town.
Alton J — Google review
The foods pretty good but on the verge of being cold. However, service is bad. I walked in and the girl at the counter came up and with attitude said ”Are you going to order?” Nobody said thanks, have a nice day or welcome in. I left feeling like you all didn’t want my business. That’s how things are these days I guess.
Matthew Rambo — Google review
First time visit. Food was absolutely outstanding. Decor was fun with model trains running along the ceiling. Only downside was it's so popular that parking was tricky and so many people it was very loud inside. They do have outside tables and afterwards we wished we would have used one.
Coralie Crumrine — Google review
This is such a fun place! We went on a drive and drove here (over an hour drive). It's a fun place for the kids. The chicken tenders in the kids meals are big. The adult food was pretty good too. But it is more about the trains here! It's fun to see the moving train in the ceiling, and the train set in the seating area. There is a train outside that the kids can sit on while they eat. Also there is one that toddlers can ride when you insert a coin. It was pretty busy when we went but we received our order quickly. The drive thru has train tracks painted on the ground so it is like you are driving on tracks.
Tamilisa Miner — Google review
Great burger and shakes place if you're traveling through Heber. Something different instead of your usual chain restaurants. A little train goes around the ceiling which is fun for kids. Prices are reasonable. Can get busy at times, but I've always been able to find a seat.
Jacob Schlegel — Google review
We love eating here when we come to town. The new pumpkin cheesecake shake was phenomenal. One of the very few places anymore that still has amazing food for what you pay!
Lee C — Google review
Pretty much a homemade type burger. Unique as in I believe it is the only Dairy Keen there is. I thought maybe it was related the to the beautiful strangers book series and Link would be there. There drink machines and ice were plentiful. The onion rings were REALLY GOOD! Fries are normal and hot. Buns were average and squishy. Would eat there again if I am there.

We've been wanting to try this place for so long and finally had the opportunity to do so. Wish we would've sooner! This place is great!! The food is absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is great. It's obviously a hot spot as it was packed when we went and it's always packed when we drive by it. Even being busy we got our food quickly and we're able to find a place to sit. They also offer outside seating for those nicer days to sit out and eat. Definitely will be going back here again very soon!
Adam Campbell — Google review
Can't go wrong with trains, but the fries are amazing, shakes deliciously creamy, service was fast and friendly during a rush. Oh. Best corn dog I've had in a long time! The prices were great, too. But mostly, I loved the train so much! Thank you!

Really good burgers but you guys might want to start checking your lettuce for your lettuce wraps. Still ate it though 😍
Jordan Crazy Adventures — Google review
Very neat fast food place, known for its milkshakes (and of course the train). Very kid-friendly as well; there's a Lego table and play area.
Ben Liu — Google review
Very child friendly from the train running above to the play station corner in main dining area. GOOD burger, GREAT onion rings and chocolate malt so thick my straw was still standing straight up an hour after ordering. I will return.

With its fun and quirky atmosphere, Spin Cafe presents a relaxed dining experience enhanced by its extensive menu and drink options.
This is an awesome find in Heber! The buffalo burger is a must and their gelatos are soooo tasty! Would love to drive from SLC just to dine here again!

Most difficult review in Heber Valley. Grandma and I went in on Sunday for lunch after church. We both ordered salads and shared the onion rings. Rings were good and the salads were not horrible but they were small and expensive. We ordered a small gelato after our meal and it was very good. I guess the struggle here is that it could be a 4 or 5 star but Spin cafe has zero identity. The diverse menu is a bit like Applebees or Chilis but a step up in quality. Spin offers BBQ, vegetarian options and gluten free choices as well. It’s clean, the service was perfect the food was not bad. I just wish an $18 salad would look like an $18 salad. Some friends had the Korean bowl and it wasn’t impressive nor was the burger and fries. Idk, Grandma said she likes it more than the train place down the street but she’s not loving trains right now. Her boyfriend ran off with a lady from the railroad and we all know why, that lady had a caboose! Anyway, it’s not horrible but it’s not a 4 or 5 star review. It’s local so we will go back from time to time but not often. More than anything, I am disappointed and wish it were amazing, it really has potential.

The gelato was amazing!! The photo was taken after I had eaten most of it but it was piled high. I got the salted caramel and the chocolate chips in it were so good. We also got the Seattle BLT- it has salmon on it which surprised my husband and the soup of the day which was like a beef and barley but they didn't call it that. Our server was chatty, kind and gave us lots of activity recommendations to do around Heber City. The restaurant was empty but the decor was whimsical and the food came out quickly.

I love the variety of gluten-free options. The taste was amazing. Service was wonderful. Best road trip food I've had in a long time! Sorry forgot to hit pictures before I ate!
A. Howell — Google review
Food was decent, everything everywhere seems kind if expensive nowadays, and Spin isn't different. The staff was great and the food came out quickly at 2pm on a weekday afternoon. They could use some more vegetarian options as they really only had a veggie burger on the menu. I will go back for sure though. There are not too many great options in the Heber area at this point of time in history. Atmosphere is nice also.

I had the Turkey Sunday Special. It wasn't anything special. Turkey was dry and not enough cranberry sauce. Fries were well seasoned and crispy. It's pricey for what you get.

Honestly, our favorite place to eat in all of Utah! We have been coming here for years and have never ONCE been disappointed. We live about an hour away and so it is always a treat to stop by. I have even rented the back room and help a corporate dinner for 25 there. My two favorite dishes are the bison burger and the Miss Piggy (pulled pork on a grilled cheese). Fries and onion rings are great and save some space for Gelato! If you are anywhere near Spin Cafe, do yourself a favor and support this local business!

The wife and I were driving through the area and love to stop at cafe’s. We saw this one on google and decided to give it a try. Boy are we glad we did. My wife ordered the salmon sandwich and she really loved it. I ordered the bison burger and will now be putting it on my top 3 burgers list. It was seriously that good! The sweet potato wedges are to die for. All around great vibes and awesome people. The food and service was 5 stars! We will be coming back in the future.(:

Absolutely Fabulous! Everything was off-the-charts delicious, including the gluten-free choices. And what everyone says about the gluten free onion rings? TRUE! (don't forget to ask for some Alabama sauce for them) Their service was wonderful, knowledgeable and personal, as well. I'd drive an hour and a half any time to go back.

Who says you shouldn’t start your review with dessert. Spin Cafe’s gelato is very delicious and had the same texture like it did when we were in Italy. Most gelato places in Utah taste more like ice cream. Their food is good and it’s worth checking out.

This was a fun place with great service and good food. It felt like a blend of casual and fancy.
Ariel Lockhart — Google review
We love this place! We have always stopped here when on the road. Their pull pork and burgers are great, their soup today was super yummy: butternut squash, their service was very good and their gelato was as always wonderful. Spin Cafe is a definite yes! Update, once again after a couple of years, just as delicious! Thanks for staying open during these hard times, what a treat!

Restaurant
Back 40 Ranch House Grill in Heber City, UT is a renowned restaurant known for its stunning views and emphasis on locally sourced ingredients. The establishment offers breakfast and lunch from Monday to Saturday, dinner every night, and an exquisite five-course brunch. It's a family-friendly spot serving fresh organic beef burgers with local cheese and bacon. For those seeking a unique dining experience with breathtaking views, The Lakehouse at Deer Creek provides just that.
Great food and friendly pleasant staff (there's LOTS of staff). We had salmon, fish tacos, and cheesecake. Fish was fresh and prepared perfectly. We arrived at 5 on a Tuesday pm and we're seated right away but by 6:30 the place was packed. The view of the ranch pastures is worth a picture. Would definitely go again.

We had a wonderful dinner this evening! Every single thing we ate was delicious. My favorite was the Mac N Cheese. Save room for dessert, the Oat Berry Cobbler and the Peach Cobbler were phenomenal. Not only did we enjoy the food but the VIEWS are incredible! Also, the red meat is right from the pasture in the back per our waiter. We were truly eating local tonight. Everything had that homemade taste and feel which is great. Just a heads up, they close from 3:30-4:30 most likely to get things transitioned from Lunch to Dinner. We got there at 4:00pm and had to wait which we didn’t mind but honestly it was perfect because we were first to go in when they opened at 4:30. We also were able to get good parking. It quickly got very busy and I noticed people parking on the side of the road and walking up to the restaurant so get there early if you can! We already can’t wait to come back!

It was such a fun place to visit! Love the patio seating. Service is always amazing, and the food is great. This was our first visit with a grandchild. I wish there were breakfast brunch items on the children's menu, such as a smaller portion of French toast, but the children's menu is top-notch.

This was a great recommendation from a client. I came in a little tired and dirty from working all day and they treated me like royalty. Kevin G. My server made sure my allergies were documented and he caught a sauce that would have had one in it. The poke bowl was fresh and each ingredients was excellent. Even brought me a little jalapeño to add some more spice. If I was ever back in this area I would absolutely eat here again.
Vincent Allen — Google review
I ordered the salmon tacos. The fish was well seasoned and firm. The salsa brought all the flavors together....a masterpiece! Kevin was our server; he is friendly and has a great deal of knowledge regarding the menu selections, bar drinks, and specials. The Back 40 is a local favorite and has a thriving customer base.
Naomi Leahy — Google review
Yes, another 5-star review for Back 40, and there are plenty of reasons why… great bar and cocktails, tons of local food options, staff including Tammy and Kevin and our 2 bartenders were friendly, professional, and prompt. This is by far the best food within 15 minutes of Park City. We would recommend everything we had from the appetizers to dessert. Wonderful choice!

AWESOME experience at Back 40. Mac & Cheese was excellent. Steak Frites = S-Tier. Textures and flavors were so good. Great portions. Service was fast given that it was a Saturday night. Our party of 8 didn’t wait at all for our 7:30pm reservation. Would recommend!

I think this has been the friendliest restaurant I have ever been to in Utah so far! The staff is friendly and helpful since you enter the restaurant. Our waitress was so sweet and attentive. She shared the house special with us and was very helpful answering our questions with the food menu. Food was great very tasty. Beautiful Mountain View as well. We came on Sunday for breakfast, totally recommend trying this place out.
DARCHELLE ROCHA — Google review
From the outside, you can smell what’s cooking! Love the steak and frites. They are cooked perfectly! The chicken wings with the honey flavor is not our taste. Although the place is so packed, many people obviously comes from different cities in Utah just to dine here!

Great food and atmosphere at this grill. The hamburger was amazing, as was the chicken sandwich. Portions are large and we have plenty for later. The charred onion dip was a nice change and the housemade chips are very well done. My son's cheeseburger was large enough for any child and very well seasoned.
Jon Lewis — Google review
Indoor and outdoor seating, bar seating with TVs. They have 3 birthday dessert options. You can take those to go if you are full or short on time. Excellent food, and they will change out an item if needed at no cost. The Kids Menu was to our liking. They serve a variety of wine, beer, and other alcoholic beverages. The parking lot is small. Be prepared to pay $17-$30 per adult plate. Most dishes are near $20. Indoor seating can get loud. Beautiful views The meatloaf with mashed potatoes and I chose to substitute the asparagus was one of the best meals i've had in a while. The succotash, which normally comes with the meal, had too many ingredients that I am allergic to.
Belinda Abraham — Google review
We went for Mother's Day brunch. The views are amazing, and the feel of small hometown is hard to beat. The host was a beast, but got a great table. Service was lacking... probably because they were so busy, and it was hard to get a refill on coffee. And she didn't check back on us very often. But we still tipped her $100 because no one wants to work on mothers Day. Everyone enjoyed their food. The plates are big portions and we all got super full.

Looked up too restaurants near Heber city and Back 40 ranked in the top. The wife and I stopped in while celebrating her birthday and Wow! Delicious food, fast & great service coupled with affordable pricing. Each plate is packed with value. Definitely worth checking this place out!

My mom and I came here together for a nice night out. Their charred onion dip with house chips and their chicken Gorgonzola pasta. Everything was so delicious.

My wife and I are so glad we decided to try this place while in Heber City. The staff was super friendly, the drinks were very reasonable and well made, and the food was amazing. We sat in the yurt with a heated stove going. My wife had the Back 40 Burger on a Gluten Free bun and loved it. She said the bun was one of the best gluten free ones she has had. I had the Chicken Wings ( half and half buffalo and honey bbq ) and the full rack of Ribs. Both items were super good. The wings were big and juicy. All and all a great overall experience. We highly recommend it.

Perfect vibe. Country roadhouse with good food in a cozy setting. It’s first come, first serve and wait times run 1 - 1.5 hours on weekend nights (you’ll get in faster though). They’ve got benches with fire and heat lamps outside to keep warm while you’re waiting. Menu is super diverse and has something for everyone. Food came incredibly fast.
Jake Curtis — Google review
Each time I have dined here, the food and service have been excellent. We had the Sunday brunch yesterday and I ordered the Brioche French Toast with side of crispy bacon. My husband got the burger with the Parmesan fries. Taking our son and his little family next Sunday.
Annette — Google review
We always make time for a meal when passing through. Stopped for lunch on a Monday and there was no wait. Plenty of parking on multiple sides of the restaurant. Our table faced the west with a great view. My wife and I started with a jalapeño margaritas, that was one of the best! We split the B40 burger with parmesan fries. I was curious about the pastrami on a burger but was quickly a fan. Fries were smothered in parmesan and when well with there home made sauce. We also ordered chicken wings with blue cheese dressing. Finished one but ended up taking them to-go since the burger filled us up. Service from Chris was spot on. All the food had a home cooked taste. This is one place you just cannot drive by without stopping. Just do it!

If you're looking for a more flavorful selection, The Bagel Den in Heber City offers authentic New York bagels that are shipped directly from the Big Apple. They also have a nearby establishment called OG Cafe that serves coffee, breakfast sandwiches, subs, burgers, and salads. When I visited for breakfast, I was impressed by the wide variety of bagel options and sandwich choices available. Both my spouse and I were very satisfied with our meals and left feeling full.
Very solid establishment. If your looking for a quick high quality meal, this is a solid option. Service was friendly and informative on the order, food was tasty with great options. The food was prepared quickly and to all order specifications. It’s restaurant quality food meets fast food service. Definitely give breakfast a try, I’ll be back for lunch options in the future.

Decided to stop in for breakfast and was super impressed with all the options of bagels they had, and the types of bagel sandwiches. Both my husband and I were extremely impressed and left full and satisfied. Definitely recommend the garlic bagel. I ordered a latte and was pretty disappointed with it- not very warm, overly sugary even though I got nonfat milk and no whip and also come out way before the food.
Wendy Robinson — Google review
Went here with a co worker thinking it’d be some amazing bagel that we’d just love. I ordered the jalapeño & pepper jack bagel with 2 eggs, sausage and cheese. The jalapeños were not spicy at all. The flavor all around was pretty mild & mid. I genuinely think I’ve enjoyed a breakfast sandwich from McDonalds more than this! No lie. I get it’s suppose to be healthier but if I’m spending $9 on a bagel it better at least taste like it has some seasoning and flavor… on top of that the “bagel” was more like an English muffin. Very flat and not dense at all. ON TOP OF THAT? The egg, sausage and cheese tasted like something straight out of the microwave.. BIG LET DOWN. I’m giving credit where it’s due. The employees were kind and brought us our food. Also the espresso I ordered tasted like something I could make on a bad day. All around expensive and not worth the hype. I don’t want to bash too hard because I’m sure they have other bagels that are more favorited than others that I didn’t get to try. The atmosphere was nice. Just don’t look up. The electrical is a mess 😂

Best combination of bagels and coffee. This place is way better than your typical overpriced coffee shop (we all know who). Far better selection and the taste is simply amazing!

This place was delicious. Very impressed with their bagel sandwiches. Lots of different varieties to choose from. They've got smoothies too which we were pleasantly surprised with. They were actually really good. I'd go back again especially since they have one in Provo now too.

I recently visited The Bagel Den in my way to ski and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. Upon entering the shop, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who were more than happy to answer any questions I had about the menu. The selection of bagels was impressive, with a variety of traditional and specialty flavors to choose from. I decided on The Carnivore on the French Toast bagel. It was flavorful and perfectly balanced. In addition to the delicious bagels, the shop also offered a variety of other breakfast items such as omelettes and sandwiches. I was tempted to try one of these as well, but I was so satisfied with my bagel that I didn't want to risk ruining the experience. The atmosphere of the shop was also a highlight, with cozy seating and a welcoming ambiance. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this bagel shop and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area. If you're a fan of bagels, this is definitely a place you won't want to miss. Update: Went again and it was money!

The bagels are all fresh and delicious, and is why you should come here. Their eggs are fresh and cooked perfectly. Their food is great. The sausage patty is their weakest link but not worth dropping a star for. The Latte's are a bit on the sweet side, but good nonetheless. Would highly recommend if you are in or around Heber.

I was super excited to give this place a try. We went in and ordered 2 bagel sandwiches and a dozen bagels to take home along with hot chocolate. The order seemed to come out super fast. When I asked about the hot chocolate they said it would take 20 minutes. I did not have 20 minutes to wait so I asked them for a refund, which they happily obliged, and then told me it would take five days to go back to my account. When we left the store, we looked at our order and realized that they had not given us our two bagel sandwiches. We were running late so I went and dropped my daughter off and I turned around and came back. I asked to talk to a manager about the situation and employee, Deven, refused to let me talk to the manager (also named Deven) saying that it was for the best interest of the customers. I left the store determined not to come back. When we ate the bagels they did give us they tasted like they had been on the shelf for at least two days. My recommendation is to not eat here! Definitely not worth the $45 I spent!
Carie Winter — Google review
I just sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes behind a car who had already gotten their food and just chatted with the worker at the window. I know this because after 10 minutes they left without getting any more food. The worker was hanging out the window chatting with them. This place is always so slow and I’m starting to realize why. Food is pretty good but it’s not worth the wait. the last couple times I’ve been here I keep hoping the service will be better but it never is. I think this will be my last time at the bagel den.
Joseph Gregory — Google review
Been here three times and the two to-go services have been terrible and incorrect. Turkey. Bacon. Lettuce. On a bagel. Nothing else. Take out one, they added avocado to both. 20 dollars trashed. Did not go back, too busy. Take out two, they added mayo to all of them. Returned to get them remade. They remade two correctly but on the third ACTUALLY HID mayonnaise in-between the lettuce. Who the heck does that? The fact that it was folded INTO the lettuce, hidden and the other's were correct draws lines to deliberate, malicious action. My spouse made the order. I know she wasn't rude or even mean, so why the maliciousness? I absolutely will NEVER return after getting refunded. I cannot support a business that treats their customers like it's a personal attack when a mistake is called out. It really isn't a big deal to make a mistake, we all do, but to double down on a mistake... yeah, no thanks.

Stopped here for a quick bite while on a motorcycle ride. Had the Carnivore. Great bagel sandwich with a lot of meat. Really good. It's a lot like that bagel chain restaurant you see everywhere but it's nice to not eat at a chain for a change. There are a couple of locations in Utah but I wouldn't consider them a chain.

If the art was for sale I would buy it. The bike painting with bagels for wheels would look perfect in my kitchen. This was the perfect stop on our road trip to SLC. Easy to park our trailer and right on route. But, don’t be picky on your sandwich. Your turkey, bacon, avocado might not come with turkey. Or if you hold the onions, you’ll probably get onions. Overall big bagels that fill you up and don’t make you feel gross. Art 5/5 Views 5/5 Fireplace 5/5 Bathrooms 2.5/5 Convenience 5/5

Friendly staff & great coffee. Opens at 6am, clean restrooms and dining area.

Friendly, modern and incredibly tasty! Nestled on the edge of Heber, on the Park City side, this repurposed building exceeded my expectations. The bagels were wonderful only topped by the sandwiches! I had the Mexicana on Jalapeño Bagel Egg Lox on Asiago…yes I had to try them both. I upgraded the Mexicana to two eggs for a small up charge. Inside dining is back to Pre-COVID capacity so don’t let a long drive through scare you. I was told, there is never a wait for bad food.

If you are here in Heber City and looking for a fast breakfast, this is the right place. This is a MUST try. These bagel sandwiches are delicious. Their coffee wasn't that good but the bagels are.

Italian restaurant
Café Galleria in Midway, Utah is a rustic and laid-back restaurant known for its outdoor seating and wood-burning oven that fires up delicious pizzas and bagels. The café offers classic Italian dishes and is famous for its private Veranda Room with a communal farm table that seats up to 22 people. Additionally, guests can dine in the Alpenglobes, private dining shelters typically open during cold months.
I was super excited about this dining in an alpenglobe experience but was nervous because of some of the bad reviews. We had a great experience! We got seated right on time, the globe was clean, there were no flies anywhere, and the heaters worked great! The food was super good, and the hot chocolates were so cute and delicious! Our waitress, Ty, was the nicest person ever! She was perfectly attentive, gave good recommendations on the food, and had suggestions to get the most food for our money. Like instead of 4 kids pizzas and garlic bread appetizer, we got a large pizza and a garlic pizza appetizer. She also suggested my husband do 1/2 & 1/2 marinara and Alfredo because he was torn between the two. The dinner salad was really good with fresh greens, cucumbers, and tomatoes. The lasagna is great and different than any lasagna I’ve ever had. It has bell peppers in it, and nice flavor profile with spices and herbs. We had a great time!

Wonderful, wonderful place! We had two dogs with us and they have a dog-friendly patio we were able to enjoy our food at. Every meal we had was so tasty. Our server, Ignacio was friendly and attentive as well. They had live music playing and overall was a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere is really cool. The decorations and the globes are really fun. The staff wasn’t super helpful getting our orders, but they did eventually. They never refilled our drinks. The food wasn’t anything special. It looked yummy, but there wasn’t very much flavor. I would expect a lot of flavor since it was slightly more expensive.

We reserved an outdoor globe months in advance to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The ambiance of both the inside and outside of the restaurant was adorable. We did have to wait on our globe for about 20 minutes despite our reservation, but they did offer us free (very tasty) hot chocolate. Service with Daniel was great and he was friendly. Food was good not amazing, two people in our party ordered the Steak, but neither had the correct steak temperature. Definitely a photo worthy experience, but don’t go for the food.

I knew this place before it became Café Galleria. This is so much better! The new owner has remodeled it and upgraded the food and atmosphere. I totally recommend eating here. I will definitely be back. The intention. Was just to eat dessert, but when we arrived a couple had some appetizers and I told my server I want the bread appetizer and I just ate. It looked and tasted amazing! I love savory food more than dessert, but everything was great. The nice server even told us about the ownership change and I told him this looked incredible. If it's for an appetizer, lunch, dinner, event or dessert. It is worth stopping by and having your delicious experience. I'm going to say it is my favorite spor in this area.

I feel like it’s so hard to find a restaurant with AWESOME food AND an awesome atmosphere. Unfortunately, this place was mostly just atmosphere. If it was only atmosphere, 5 stars for sure. But it was the most overpriced steak I’ve ever eaten and the pasta was mushy. The bruschetta was really great though and so was the service. We LOVED eating in the globe. We just wish the food was better. 😕

Having to pay a $30.00 reservation fee for the outside seating was a bit of a shock. I've never had to pay for a reservation before. We were there and wanted to eat there so I guess that's the cost of wanting to experience eating in an outdoor dining bubble. The food was great, we each really enjoyed our pizzas. The wait staff was friendly but not exceptional. Not sure I'd eat here again, at least outside, but it was a nice experience. If you have money to burn I guess it's all good.

A wonderful place to dine in Midway!! The outdoor seating looked really cool and the tables were full, which is always a good thing to see, means the place is good! There was room inside and the dining room was really cute and quaint. Ordered one of the flat bread pizzas with a glass of wine and it was excellent!! Watching the pizzas come out of the wood fired oven was pretty neat also. A nice way to end the evening after seeing the Ice Castles. Midway prides itself in stating it is the "Alps of the US". This place had a European style ambience to it and scooters as part of the decor was really unique. Well worth the stop before heading back to the Homestead Resort.

We have been coming to this place since 2009!! We love their pizza and pasta and salads and meatballs and ice cream! We just love everything!! The atmosphere is so amazing too! Kind staff as well! We love everything about this restaurant that it is worth the drive from Provo!!

To be completely honest, my husband and I looooved the food, the atmosphere, and the employees were all super nice. Truly, everyone was very sweet. However, the service was pretty awful. It might've just been this one time, but we got the appetizer after our meals arrived, and we were waiting a long time for those, while another table was given our appetizer instead. Just seemed like nothing was communicated at all between the workers because even at the beginning, apparently the host didn't tell any of the servers that we had been seated so we sat without anyone to greet or take our orders for almost 30 minutes. My husband had to get up and find someone to ask where our server was. Also, the servers never checked in after taking our orders. I've served at a few restaurants, so it just seemed very odd, ignorant, and careless of the quality of service. I would go back again just for the food alone, but I'd expect nothing to come out to eat for a while and no quality service. Also, if you want to sit in the bubbles outside, be aware you have to reserve them beforehand.

Such a fun atmosphere! The globes are heated and so much fun!! Great for a group. their night reservations fill up quick and it is a $35 reservation fee which you don’t get back. The menu is about $15-22 per person unless you get a fancier meal like salmon. The workers were so nice and it was so much fun! Definitely recommend.

Food was good, prices are not crazy so it was alright. It took them only a few minutes to bring us the food. They globes are nice and you’re able to play your own music if you want. Service has a lot of room for improvement. Not as sophisticated as I thought but again, for the price it was alright!

For a new experience we decided to make a reservation for Saturday morning! Great food, kind wait staff & wonderful ambiance!!! It was windy & cold but warm & cozy inside the globe!!! Thank you Augusto for being so attentive & kind!! Augusto also served a piece of birthday cake to celebrate my birthday!!!! Super fun place

I don't know why this place only has 4 stars. The food was great! And I haven't had such a friendly server for a long time. The atmosphere was also so nice. So many old inspiring photos to look at while you eat. I think most of these reviews are written by Karen's. The wait time here may he long during holidays but that's because these cooks actually care about making your food properly. Today, however, our food came out fast and hot. Great place, I will come back next time Im up here!

Such a cute place and good food! I’ve been wanting to go here and eat in the globes for a long time and finally made the time to go. Wish I went sooner. I’ll be going back! Love the vibe and server was great! The prices are reasonable and food was delicious! Getting the gourmet hit chocolate for the kids was totally worth it!

Loved this restaurant! They were quick to seat us, we had a reservation. The waitress, Elizabeth, was so nice and checked on us frequently. The "igloos" are cozy, warm and well decorated. The food was amazing 👏! I had a a bagel sandwich and my wife had the French toast, we both had the deluxe hot chocolate and shared an order of corned beef hash. It was all delightful! We'll definitely be back for dinner... if we can get a reservation!

We booked a globe for the experience and while the experience was fun! The food was okay and definitely not worth the price. We ordered the pizza and pasta. The Alfredo was okay but the other 2 were not that good. Edible but I wouldn’t go again I don’t think and would definitely not go for the price. Fun to do once but not even that fun. $30 to reserve the globe and $150 for 4 people for the food. Feels more like a money grab place than a restaurant

We paid for a reservation in one of the bubbles. The food was pretty good. Not very expensive either. It took a while for our waiter to arrive but he was friendly. The bubble was fun. There was a Bluetooth speaker we could connect to, it was pretty cold outside and the bubble would get pretty hot. The view from our bubble wasn't super great either, just a view of the road.

We reserved one of the globes for a valentines family dinner, and it was so fun. The garlic pizza app was so good, and the pasta and pizzas did not disappoint. I especially enjoy their bruschetta. Our server was very attentive and kind and the atmosphere in the globe made it even more enjoyable.

This place is such a vibe. As others have stated, you have to pay a fee to reserve a globe. There are heaters and a speaker inside the globe which is SO nice if you’re visiting in the winter. I got the crepes with raspberries. They weren’t that great to be honest. They were kind of rubbery and dry. My family got the corned beef hash (I think?) and it was really good. The hot chocolate was rich. The servers were SO nice. I would definitely go back!
