Restaurante Cocori offers an exceptional dining experience with its unparalleled tuna steak, which has the ability to evoke strong emotions. The restaurant allows non-hotel guests to enjoy their meal while overlooking the beautiful sea in an open-air setting. The waiters are not only friendly but also possess a good understanding of Spanish even if it is spoken poorly. Moreover, the cleanliness of the place is commendable, making it one of the best restaurant experiences in Limon.
Amazing place. Beautiful view and great food. We only tried the fish specific items, which were super fresh and well balanced!

We drove for 6 hours since we heard the food in limon was better and cheaper! The place was awesome and I’ it’s really soothing and very relaxing!.. Amazing view to eat and Josie our server was very attentive and really nice. However, I order the sopa de mariscos and it was watery and only few seafood, no shrimp, no lobster, and it wasn’t hot! So I thought maybe they’ll make up for the main course that I order ( stir fry seafood). Very, very disappointed… I didn’t really touch it!… It looks gross!….. The only thing that’s kinda taste good is their rice and beans, and the fish soup that my husband order! X

Best tuna steak in the world, truly, tears to my eyes. You can eat here if you’re not a guest of the hotel. We ate overlooking the sea; all open air outdoors. Waiters were friendly & understood my poor Spanish. Place was so clean! Best restaurant experience in all of Limon!

It improved a lot since few years ago. Now you can talk about getting very good service in there and the food is better and very quickly served! Congratulations and keep it up!

We went for dinner, I had the tenderloin with shrimp and potatoes. It was delicious. The service was fine. Would like to return before sunset, to get the full benefit of the location.

Terrible place, from the start we got frowny faces and no table service, no problem with that, just had to get up to the cashier and order beers, frowny face again with a warning, don't come here to drink 🍻. Oddest thing ever.

By far the best meal we had on our vacation. Sara the owner welcomed us as if it was her own home. The view is spectacular and the food was A++++. She was so lovely and her son introduced us to a baby iguana. We just loved our time there and would have stayed all day if we could. The food was fresh - caught that morning. The fruit was sweet and ripe. It was just a PERFECT experience and if you find yourself in Puerto Limon - Red Snapper should be on your MUST GO list!!!! Thank you Sara for a lovely day with you. We will be back! xoxox

Reina's Restaurante, located on a Carnival Cruise stop, offers a delightful dining experience with exquisite cuisine. The beach setting provides an opportunity for swimming, although the strong surf may hinder this activity. Nevertheless, the picturesque view of large waves crashing adds to the ambiance. Arranging transportation with a taxi driver allows for easy access to the restaurant and a leisurely afternoon spent there.
We ordered the variety platter. An excellent choice and ever from our toddlers, teen age daughter and my wife loved it. Everything was perfectly prepared and added to the perfect ambiance of a wonderful meal on the beach with waves crashing in the background. Highly recommend this facility. Top notch employees as well

Very friendly ladies serving food and drinks at the bar counter. Ample seating and tables and bar high tops in the shade. Services for the beach like umbrellas and chairs available near. Coconut guy, music and vendors stroll around the restaurant and beach. Bathrooms and shade and parking. A tour guide with car was available for transport back to center and the cruise port.

Stop here on a Carnival Cruise and it is a very nice place we had a couple of dishes here that were just wonderful. Very delicious food. On the beach for swimming. There was a strong surf the day we were there so it would be hard to swim in that. Large waves coming in. Made for a great scenic view if not getting in the water. Get a taxi driver and have him take you out there and have lunch and spend the afternoon.

Good food but priced similar to food back home. Price on menu includes 10% “tip” and another charge called ITA which I assume is a tax, so price does come out to what is on menu. My advice is to always pay with a credit card so you get the better exchange rate.

Service was horrible especially with all the severs they had working there. Avoid at all cost! Go next door to Quimbamba for a better vibe and service

Awesome beach. Staff was fairly accomodating. Food was nice. Drinks were cold.

We took a quick trip to see Limon and after driving around town, we were struggling with where to find a good and safe place to eat. We saw this along the shore and stopped in. Views are great, but staff practically ignored us when we came in. We seated ourselves and struggled a bit with giving the waiter our orders. Food came after quite a while and we were disappointed. We’ve been eating great food in CR and this just wasn’t the same. It all seemed greasy and overcooked. When trying to go, we had to ask the waiter multiple times for our check. 30 minutes later we paid and left.

Nice place by the water. We had fish ceviche. It was late in the afternoon. It was good. Nice relaxing view. It was our first stop on the Caribbean side. It left me with a very good impresion. We waited little longer to get served. But it was Ok. Nice tasty coffee.

Lightning fast, friendly service. Our server spoke English and was very helpful. The restaurant was very busy which is a good sign. I had the chicken with rice and beans and my wife had the ribs with rice and beans. The sauces were amazing. The restaurant was very clean and the prices are very fair.

I had to ask a waitress to place an order because no one would come to my table, there was a confusion about a dish I ordered, I was informed it was not available, then it turned out it was so my order was changed. After 50min of waiting (though there were only a couple of people inside) the food came almost cold and the meat was so undercooked I could not eat a half of it. Finally, I had troubles paying as the waitress did not remember what I ordered.

This establishment was stumbled upon by sheer luck and proved to be a serendipitous find. The children were famished while en route to Puerto Viejo when they spotted this place and decided to make a stop. Its exterior appeared exceptionally enjoyable with its cool and immaculate industrial design. Upon entering, the interior maintained the same level of cleanliness and amusement. Undoubtedly, the highlight was the exceptional quality of food offered.
We found this place by shear luck, and it was very serendipitous! The kids were starving, and we were on our way to Puerto Veijo, saw this place, and stopped in. It looked super fun from the outside. Cool, clean, industrial design. The inside was clean and equally as fun. The best part was the food was great! There were six us, and we sampled several things on the menu. The presentation was great and the flavor was rich. Thank you for a great dinner.

Great place to stop for a good meal. Their lemonade was awesome- one of the best lemonades I've had. My wife had the passion fruit chicken is fantastic; I wish had gotten it. I had the steak with 4 cheeses which was very good- very tender steak. The kids had cheeseburgers with fries- the fries also very good. The place was very clean and we'll kept with good parking which is a plus. Very good service and waiters understood English

Great place and great food. We arrived by chance to use the toilet and grab a bite to eat while driving from Arenal to Puerto Viajo without any expectations and were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious and waitress very nice and service quick. Highly recommended!
