Anse de Grande Saline is a remote, secluded bay in St Barth known for its long, white sandy beach and excellent snorkeling spots. The beach offers both clothing-optional and clothed sections for tourists to enjoy. Good waves make it perfect for bodysurfing while the cliff and small reef offer great opportunities for snorkeling. The bay's natural beauty is complemented by the presence of naturists on either side of the beach.
Without a doubt Best beach in St Barth! If you forget a suit just go left when you hit the beach from trail.

Best beach in St Barth! Long secluded beach with good waves for bodysurfing. Naturists on either side of the beach. Clothed tourists in the center. Good snorkeling along the cliff and the small reef in front of the beach.

My favorite beach in Saint Barthélemy. Love to visit the clothing optional cove on the left and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Not crowded and no facilities. The way a natural beach should be. Love it…

This is my second favorite beach on the island. Beautiful crescent beach that is easy to get to and lots of light late in the day. Stare at the cliffs to your left and eventually you will see the goats.

Colombier Beach is an idyllic cove that boasts white sands, crystal-clear waters, and verdant surroundings. It's a remote locale that offers serene views of marine life such as turtles, sting rays, schools of fish, and coral reefs along the edges. Access to the beach requires a 300-meter hike with sturdy shoes being essential.

What an epic location. Went for the hike. Wish I had brought towels and small cooler to hang out for a while. Amazing and no one around. Honestly before gets to hot. Be prepared to hike back up - goes straight up pretty much. Sneakers are a must.

Lots of steps but well worth it!
James Banks — Google review
A sanctuary apart from the busy St Barth life, it’s a bit of a hike to get to the beach but you get to see views after views. You’ll meet goats and turtles along the way before reaching a very quiet place where there’ll mostly just be you all by yourself. I recommend going there on a sunny day … as the ocean is just magnificent when the sun is fully out.
Ricky Laurens — Google review
Blown away by how serene, clear & beautiful this remote beach is. Don’t go without snorkeling equipment. We saw turtles, sting rays, schools of fish and many reefs/ corals along the edges. Sturdy shoes are a must for the 300 meter hike
Rania Baltagi — Google review
Phenomenal beach with great snorkeling. It’s not crowded since you need to hike around 10 minutes to get there. Its also a nature preserve so you stand to see some sea turtles
Peter Stolarski — Google review
It’s a little home to get here from Flamands, or anchor your boat in Anse des Colombier but this is a very private place with very limited access. No access by vehicles at all. But it is BEAUTIFUL and worth the effort to get here.
Steve Fish — Google review
Our family started the hike on the Oceanside trail (following the cliffs). Everything was manageable for 3/4 of the trail, but the last 1/4 was too challenging for my parents (60s) and they had to turn around. It got very narrow and required some bouldering without any protection if you slipped. They were nervous because of the threat of rain (wet trails) and it was also very very windy. My husband and I continued and were rewarded with a beautiful, secluded beach. The hike (in my opinion) is worth it, but you should be self aware of your physical ability and comfort with heights.
Nathalie Kovinkov — Google review
Great hike but make sure you start going back from beach at sunset as forest hike is dark later. Great place that locals go to get a amazing private beach. Its a long walk up and done.
David Shusterman — Google review
This beach took a hike to get to. No other way except by boat. You will need good shoes, no flip flops.
Connie Sterbenz — Google review
As most of the beautiful beaches of St. Barth this is a splendid secluded beach with extra fine golden sand situated in the natural reservation of the island, north-west side. If you are coming by foot (as I would recommend) following the path you can observe some of the best views on the planet. Most of the visitors (which are not so many) choose to get a boat or a yacht trip over there but I recommend to go on foot to feel the real party. Don't hesitate to go over there if you spent some time in St. Barth, you'll thank me later but don't spread the word after ;)

Great beach! My family and I spent the day here. Sand can get a bit gritty until you get in the water, but the water is beautiful.
Bailey Farmer — Google review
Once loved beach is now over built, crowded with transat / loungers and super loud with dueling DJ's from all establishments. The real tragedy, the once pristine sea and sand are full of bright green algae (not sargassum) from contamination from hotels, beach clubs and salt pond. Swim at your own risk.

Bonito Saint Barts is a renowned restaurant situated on a hill that offers breathtaking views of Gustavias harbor. This traditional colonial house is known for its vibrant and diverse ambiance, blending delicate forms and colors with modern twists on exotic flavors. It's an ideal choice for those seeking a romantic gastronomic experience, complemented by the presence of a resident DJ after 9pm.
Without any doubt, one of the best restaurants in Saint Barth. Enjoyed both the cocktails and the cuisine. I opted for a late dinner this time, but next time I would definitely go for a late afternoon setup or an early dinner in order to enjoy to the sunset view. I highly recommend it.
Telly Antonios — Google review
The service was extremely extremely extremely bad the staff are extremely not helpful it feels like you’re begging them to order. They’re only helpful when and want to answer you when you ask for the check. Although the food is good and the view is nice. The receptionist was nice. Also we asked for a bigger table we were two and the table was very small they told us that they’re fully booked even when 1/2 of the restaurant was empty and after five or 10 minutes they let another walk in couple sit in the bigger tables. Even when we asked for it first.
Muneera Abdulmohsen — Google review
Popular with island visitors who want to see and be seen, the atmosphere is frenetic with happy diners enjoying unique cocktail presentations while copious staff hurriedly tend to every need. The cuisine is Peruvian-inspired but heavily influenced by French techniques. While it's not the absolute best dinner on the island -- but still in the top 10 -- it's a solid choice if only for sipping spirits from a miniature bathtub while gazing at the sunset from above Gustavia harbor.
Justin Godwin — Google review
Okurrrr the food was so good that I totally spaced out to eat. The restaurant is beautiful with some amazing views. The service was on point and our waiter was on top of it get us the drinks and such. I would for sure go back to Bonito when I return to Saint Barth. I had the chicken breast and it was very flavorful… the mushrooms is a must as well.
Jack Ketsoyan — Google review
Very chic place. The cocktail menu is out of control amazing. Looking forward to coming back.
Jon Arnold — Google review
Popular and busy Peruvian restaurant with the highest-class service imaginable. The cocktails are out of this world in terms of creativity. Extensive wine list and an eager-to-help sommelier. The menu is fish-focused. We started with a ceviche starter and shared the €170 rib eye for our main. If you’re in St Barth’s and want a memorable, luxury dining experience, Bonito is the place for you!
Chris Thunberg — Google review
Absolutely one of my favorite restaurants on the island- creative drinks and wonderfully cooked dishes. Spotty service but you can't go wrong with Bonito!

Delicious Peruvian French food from an incredible chef who's worked with the likes of Guy Savoy and Daniel Boloud. Great ceviche tasting tuna tacos risotto with white truffles, mahi mahi and ribeye cut of the day. Highly recommend. Only 1 star not available for service due to a mistake moving our reservation two hours despite it being made months in advance with no explanation. It was quickly rectified and our servers and sommelier were outstanding!
Tabber B. Benedict — Google review
Absolutely beautiful open air space with stunning cocktails, and perfectly executed seafood with a Peruvian flair. This is definitely one of the most lively and gorgeous dining rooms in St Barth, and the style perfectly fits the island. The cocktail program is superb, delivering some of the best drinks I’ve had, and each has its own unique presentation. Service is very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended for a date night or dinner with friends!

Bonito is a must choice for anyone staying in St Barth! The service is excellent and friendly. If you are lucky you get Louie, or Xavier for your waiter! Louie and acier will assist you with all your questions or concerns about the menu. The restaurant is Caribbean elegance! The ceviche bar is a must try. The ceviche chef is from Peru! I would recommend everyone visiting St Barth to visit Bonito for a beautiful dinner and night on the town. I will be back!! Thank you Louie and Xavier and all your staff for your excellent service!

This could have easily been a 5 Star review had the hostess, Mary, not been so unyielding during our reservation process and seating when we arrived for dinner. We were a party of 4 in St. Barths to celebrate my husband's birthday and requested being seated on the patio. There were 4 tables available that remained available for the two hours we dined. There was no other party of 4 that came in during that time. Aside from that. The food was beyond fantastic, and the service was magical. The wait staff were very much at the top of their game, and the level of service saved the evening.

L'Isola, a renowned eatery in St Barths, has become an iconic symbol of its ability to attract top-notch restaurant owners and chefs. Nestled in the heart of Gustavia, this Italian gem offers a tastefully adorned air-conditioned space that emanates the delightful aromas of Italy. With an authentically Italian culinary style, L'Isola exclusively imports the finest ingredients from Italy to prepare their exquisite dishes.
This is our 6th visit to Saint Barts and we have tried most every restaurant on the island. This restaurant never disappoints. The service is impeccable, the food is excellent, a must try.

L'isola. I've been here in 2008 and now again in 2023. It is a wonderful restaurant that has been updated and it is a beautiful restaurant with fantastic hosts, servers, managers, bartenders, chefs and everyone on the team! The delicious food has ALWAYS been delicious. The service always creates a magical evening and the chefs know how to make everything the best! We had a great time tonight and our guide through our meal Nicola, a smart Italian server, was a 5 star server for us, thank you Nicola. We are celebrating our 7th anniversary and this was another great St Barths restaurant we've been lucky to break bread at this week. St Barths truly is blessed with a diverse, creative, and high quality restaurant and hospitality community of people from around the world. L'Isola seems to be a consistent part of that community with delicious Italian food and service akin to that seen in large cities. Thank you to the team at L'Isola for making it a special night for me and my love.

CappuciNO ! Ambience decent. Food good. End of the meal, we asked for dessert and a cappuccino and the waiter bluntly said “no, it’s not the morning “ “do you want me to go downstairs and get the milk? Or next door ? We are too busy! No!” He was rude and dismissive and caught us completely off guard. It’s an Italian restaurant! Rude and off putting.

You don’t expect to find legit Italian on a tiny island in the Caribbean, but alas, this is it. This dark, intimate space is a serene sanctuary that turns out fantastic Italian classics, stunning pastas and offers a killer wine list. Servers are engaging and fun, offering great insight into the menu and tending to your every need. It doesn’t come cheap, but not much in St Barths does. Highly recommended for a date night or quiet dinner with friends.

Our dinning here was awesome. High quality service in a beautiful space. Everyone was speaking Italian. Really great cocktails. We actually returned one night for drinks. They can accommodate all group sizes. Excellent wine menu. The Tuscan soup was so good and so was the Milanese veal chop.
Fernand Gaucin — Google review
Before jetting off to St. Barth’s to celebrate our wedding anniversary, I meticulously researched places to visit, activities to enjoy, and top dining spots. Amidst the buzz and glowing testimonials, I’Isola emerged as a culinary gem, consistently topping dining lists. With anticipation, we chose it for our first dinner on the island after a weary day of travel, eager for a splendid meal and an exquisite dining experience. Upon entering, it was evident that the owners had invested considerable effort into every detail: the tasteful wall colors, strategic uplighting, elegant table linens, the thoughtful placement of the bar, and the carefully selected artwork adorning the walls. The menu boasted an extensive list of specials, an impressive wine selection, and the food was prepared flawlessly. The intent was clear: to create a sensory journey so complete, nothing was left to chance—except, regrettably, the service. It was disheartening that despite the meticulous attention to detail in the ambiance and cuisine, our experience was marred by disorganized service, lacking in communication and consistency. Our lead waiter, while knowledgeable and affable, was only tasked with taking our order. Another waiter delivered our food, and yet another cleared our plates. A simple request for more water was acknowledged but forgotten as the waiter vanished, never to return, preoccupied with another table where he seemed more engaged. After an exasperating 20-minute wait and having to physically stand to catch our waiter's attention, we requested water again, along with the check. It's apparent there's a lack of communication and teamwork among the waitstaff, which undermines the potential greatness of I’Isola. The owners have crafted a perfect facade, from the decor to the dishes, yet this is continuously compromised by service issues. Whether due to discord among the staff, the result is a tarnished experience. This restaurant has all the makings of greatness, but unless the team dynamics are addressed, it risks being perennially deemed merely "good."
Yvette Schmitter — Google review
Living on outdated reputation and borrowed time. Simply not that good, and expensive even by St Barths standards. Was amazing in its pomp. But how the mighty have fallen.
Ben Aitkenhead — Google review
This was hands down one of my favorite meals that we had while on the island (and we ate a lot of good food). All of the food was delicious! Super traditional, simple, but perfectly done Italian food. The dining room is traditional and charming and the service is top notch. Beef carpaccio, grilled octopus, lobster pasta, shrimp pasta, grilled sea bass, truffle mashed potatoes, and a perfectly cooked filet. *drool* I’m making myself hungry posting about this. If you want a nice dinner in St. Barths, this is definitely one of the places you should stop. Make sure to make a reservation.

I held fond memories of my prior meals at L'Isola. (Which admittedly date back 10ish years.) The setting continues to be moody/sexy and luxurious. However, the meal was a disappointment. Beef tartar and pasta were both soggy. Service was also rushed, which was frustrating. It was also quite expensive, even by St. Barth's standards.

Regarded as the finest upscale eatery in St Barts, Orega is renowned for its French-Japanese blend of cuisine. Under the leadership of Chef Clement Laffitte, the kitchen flawlessly combines traditional Japanese ingredients with elegant serving methods commonly found in French gastronomy. The dining experience is exceptional, whether seated indoors or outdoors on comfortable couches. Upon placing your order, a delectable amuse bouche will be presented to you.
We absolutely loved our tasting menu at Orega! For 80€ we had 4 amazing courses filled with flavors and textures. My favorite was the tuna foie gras- absolutely delicious. The cocktails weren’t anything special for the price, but still good. The little twinkling lights and the ambiance they created was so lovely. We would definitely go back!

Amazing meal. Everything was delicious and the team running the restaurant were so attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Such an enjoyable experience. The divided everything we ordered in half for us (party of two), making sharing a few plates extremely enjoyable. One of our favorite meals in St Barths. The Tuna Kanzo is a must try.
Will McCormack — Google review
Orega has not aged well. After having an incredible meal here in 2017, we were very excited to come back. Unfortunately the new direction Orega has taken has led it down the wrong path. I felt that calling this restaurant “Japanese” was a bit misleading since they really didn’t offer many common Japanese dishes. Of what we ordered, everything was lacking flavor and I believe they let their attempt at creativity get in the way of making delicious food. This meal left us feeling disappointed and overcharged. The staff was great from start to finish. Very attentive and welcoming, but the food was a let down. The Orega of 2017 was a must try, but I would recommend eating elsewhere in St. Barths

Orega has excellent service and delicious, Japanese inspired food! The sea bass and duck rolls were our favorite dishes, followed by the chocolate bomb dessert. NOTE: Google Maps shows an incorrect location, the entrance is located across the road from Eddy’s

Disappointed with this meal. We had been in 2019 and loved it, but for whatever reason the food this time was bland and tasteless, and very over priced for the quality. The staff were excellent - friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. However, the execution in the kitchen is really lacking for a restaurant charging €50 for an appetiser. There’s a lot of great food in St Barth, I wouldn’t waste a meal here until they improve.

We lucked out that Greg opened the day we got to SBH. Restaurant was quiet since word probably hadn't got around yet that they re-opened. What a great experience all the way through. We had amazing service and Greg personally explained each dish and gave us tasting of some items we were more hesitant to try. The food was unreal and it was probably the best meal we had on the island. Looking forward to coming back for Shot-O-Clock!

Orega is a top restaurant in Saint Barth. The chef is inovative and cook onloy the best ingredients. You can eat at Orega a real Toro Tuna or a real japanese meat which is unique. This restaurant desserves a Michelin star for sure. The team made of dynamic young girls and boys makes you spend an enjoyable moment in a cosy athmosphere. To discover and to rediscover all the time.
Emmanuel Molho — Google review
The staff is wonderful and attentive, but unfortunately the food was very disappointing. There wasn't a single dish that was memorable, and for the small size of the menu and the price point, we had much higher expectations. Our meal for 2 was 700 EUR, and still Orega was our least favorite meal we've had in St Barth's so far.
Eric Yew — Google review
An unassuming exterior cloaks the quaint, modern ambience of this Japanese-inspired gem. An extensive menu of cocktails, wine, and sake will somehow be the least arduous decision of your experience. The ever-changing food selections present a nearly impossible set of decisions because each are decadent, beautifully plated, and unlike anything you'll experience elsewhere on the island. My best advice is to dine with a large group and order everything on the menu and share. If this isn't an option, the attentive staff will help guide you along a path to culinary bliss. Orega is easily one of the best restaurants in the Caribbean, let alone in St. Barthélemy.

It's a pricey Thai restaurant. But what do you expect on one of the most expensive Caribbean islands? Every appetizer is over €30, and they are just soup, dumplings, spring rolls, etc. We didn't order any appetizer. For main dishes, we had ground pork with Thai basil (and green beans but for whatever reason it's not listed in the description), which was pretty good. We also had fish in Massaman curry sauce. Even though our waitress mentioned it's a bit sweet, I was still surprised by how sweet it was. I asked our dishes to be cooked medium spicy, but she said she would bring hot sauces to the table, as if the kitchen couldn't cook according to customer's request. Three pieces of fish, each the size of a third of my palm, cost €36. Anyway, I've had much better Thai food at one-third the price. C'est la vie.

Flavorful dishes, great service, and beautiful space. The crispy crab spring rolls were particularly good.

Excellent and friendly service and incredible food. The ceviche with coconut and lime was to die for. I will dream about it for a long time. The decor was beautiful with dramatic red and black colors and gigantic lamps over each table.
