Best Stadium in The World, really good quality football stadium. The new away fans disability section is top notch, with amazing view of the pitch and its own bar. Really friendly customer service from all the stewards in helping the disabled and carers get to their seats. Friendly staff that could not be more helpful. Amazing football played, especially by the Brighton away team and their fans were superb. We thought that the home fans had gone home by half time but some had stayed to watch their consolation goal and made a bit of noise, but then the stadium was again quiet and there must be fire drills happening all over the stadium as fans were leaving early. The home fans were so quiet. No famous atmosphere here. The city was Blue, just like Brighton. Best away day ever.

Always enjoy walking round here, nice vibe and it's good seeing people enjoying being there. The statues are spot on and the Stadium itself is very impressive to look at, albeit quite intimidating at the same time. The photo boards depicting important moments in the history of United were great as well, I could remember a lot of them which was good.

Went down for the super league grand final. Staff were superb, right across the ground the staff were fantastic. Bar staff, security, helpers etc all very friendly and embraced the atmosphere. The fans were superb, rugby fans are among the best in sport and it's one of the main reasons I've really gotten into rugby league. Love going to games as its a guaranteed laugh. In terms of the stadium It's been a while since I've been to a stadium that dated. Inside looks like it hasn't changed since the 80's. For a club of that size, you'd expect better. 4* only down to the dated facilities. Everything else was superb and memories I won't forget anytime soon

Absolutely fantastic. This is by far one of the best stadiums I have ever been to in terms of shop, history, service, tour and connections. The tour is very nice considering the fact you can go inside the stadium and look at it. There is also a ,Munich Tunnel’ containing the history of Manchester United including the great loss in 1958. The shop is well equipped with loads of souvenirs, clothes, Jerseys and stuff. I really enjoyed it and it was nice.

Theatre of Dreams.............in every sense of the word. Arguably, the most popular football destination in the world. The stars are born and history is written here, a little ironic considering the fortunes of the football team now. The Old Trafford is an excellent place to visit. You might be able to access the stadium premises on an event day - it could be any day, while you have to pay for guided tour packages, one of which takes you to the soccer ground, or close to it. If you have still time left in the day, the enticing other attractions of the Manchester are unlikely to disappoint you.

Best stadium in the world, what a place ! Make sure to take the tour where you’ll see the dressing room of the players , trophies , cafe where Sir Alex and the couches sat , press conference room and a thorough tour in the bench . Also , make sure to see the mega store which is really amazing , if you are a member you’ll get 10% discount which is really worth it. It is pretty easy to arrive there , a bus can drop you off just by the stadium. And of course, attending a match would be something you’ll never forget in your whole life. Love you forever Man United .

Public transport drops you off a little ways from the stadium and you have to walk a bit. The closer you get the more excitement you get by seeing the iconic white structure of Old Trafford. You are greeted with the huge wall of the stadium, people selling food and merchandise outside. I got in pretty early and the stadium is massive. I sat in the highest section of the Sir Alex Ferguson stand and the roof covering makes you feel super enclosed and far away. I did not enjoy this part of the stadium. Atmosphere is solid but not the best.

Great experience the stadium tour is great I love how they also display the women's teams shirts along with the men's shirts also loved how you had a tour round rather than being sent of by yourself. When I've been to old Trafford they've had great food and the pitch is so beautiful.

We did the museum tour, and pre-booked lunch in the Red Cafe. The tour is very good, with plenty of opportunities for photos. It is well worth booking the Red Cafe for lunch. I had the fish and chips, which was a good size portion. I upgraded my eldest daughter's child pizza to an adult for £5, and it was worth doing - she's 13. The hot and chips for my youngest daughter, 10, was a good size. Disappointed that the women's team featured so little in the museum, but one the staff told be there will be a purpose built exhibition for the women's team coming either end of 2024 or beginning 2025. Well worth it.

I came with my 10yr old son, he absolutely loved it. Theatre of dreams was epic. The history is amazing, definately worth the money. Tour guide was very witty and made us laugh. Great day all round. Highly recommended

I recently attended the Manchester United vs Chelsea match on May 25th, 2023, at Old Trafford. It was my second time attending a match at Old Trafford, and I was just as impressed as I was the first time. The stadium is absolutely massive, with a capacity of over 75,000 people. The atmosphere is electric, and the fans are incredibly passionate. I was lucky enough to be sitting in the Stretford End, which is known as the "singing section" of the stadium. The fans in the Stretford End were absolutely incredible, and they created an amazing atmosphere throughout the match. The match itself was a close one, with both teams creating chances. In the end, Manchester United won 4-1, and the fans erupted into celebration. It was an incredible experience, and I would highly recommend attending a match at Old Trafford if you ever have the chance.

Visited Old Trafford for a Manchester United game and had a fantastic experience. The stadium is impressive, steeped in history, and despite the team's performance not being at its best, the atmosphere was electric. The organization for getting to and from the stadium, both before and after the match, was top-notch. A must-visit for football enthusiasts!

Old Trafford is still the most magnificent and awe-inspiring stadium in the country. Walking down Sir Matt Busby Way and seeing the monumental frontage of the ground still takes my breath way even after over a thousand match day visits. It is looking a little ragged in places so does need a little refurbishment but it's still the one ground that all other fans want to visit. A lot of that of course is due to the fantastic United supporters who create the unforgettable atmosphere and always show respect to past heroes.

Done stadium tour which was good. Wasn't to impressed by the staff during the trophy room exhibition part to be honest thought they could interact more with customers. But to be honest I wasn't there to see that I just wanted to see the pitch and changing rooms. The 2 gentleman who took us for that part are a credit to the club really nice answered any questions and were very knowledgeable. Had a good laugh also which helps. Was worth the money and I ticked another stadium off my list. S

As a family, we went on a Tour of the grounds and museum. This is by far the best experience I could have wished for as my first visit to Old Trafford. The stadium is not as run down as the media make out...yes it needs a few bits sorted here and there, but it's a fabulous piece of history. The guides took us on a fabulous whisk around in around 75mins...and disabled access to locations were not an issue. This is built far VERY disabled friendly as there were 2 that required assistance on the group. The guides were fabulous and great interaction with the kids too. I've a few photos of the museum and grounds included ... Not to spoil this too much for avid visitors!

I took my son for the stadium tour and was very pleasantly surprised. Thorough and interesting, friendly and knowledgeable guides. Many, great photo opportunities. Please arrive early to give you enough time to see the many exhibits in the museum. We arrived at the advised time but we could have spent a lot longer there. I appreciate that you can go back in after the tour but we had walked enough by then.

If you are a Manchester United fan it's definitely the place to be. Beautiful stadium 🏟 and the mega store is brilliant for men, women and children. Just a few minutes walk from the tram stop.

The guides were fantastic, the museum is is stunning with so much memorabila, photos and information. The history of the club seeps out of the stadium and was great to be pitchside, in the tunnel and dug-outs and in the changing room. One of the best stadium atmosphere on matchday here if you sit near to singing section. Would recommend to reach few hours before if you would like to take pics or get autographs from the players. Should visit atleast once.

Really fun shopping centre. It has everything you need for a day out. You’ll spend more time sightseeing around the mall than shopping. The cinema is good, there’s plenty of food options and the arcade is a decent size. There’s also plenty of free parking with easy access to trams and busses to explore all of Manchester.

It has been a long time since I last visited the Trafford Centre, it has gotten bigger with the opening of the Trafford P. Some shops have gone, with new ones starting out. A few old favourites remain like Marks and Spencer, Millie's Cookies etc The same in the food hall, there is still lots of choice and the service is fairly quick. Beautifully presented as a building and the fish fountain is still reaching dizzy heights, loved it

Pretty alright place. Can be expensive though if you're not a royal descendant. The building is very nice. However the bus service has let me down in the past. The food court is pretty good although it can be expensive. Quite a good place overall, can be a fun day out

Modest little shopping center in the heart of manchester

I really enjoy visiting here as there is a wide range of prices and an excellent choice of stores. The staff are very helpful and there are interactive stations that you can use to find out where you are and where your favourite stores are. When you are ready for some refreshments there are plenty of places to eat.

A very beautiful mall that has every single brand you could think of. Can easily spend a good few hours here. Beautiful from both the inside and outside, this is surely one of the best attractions in Manchester.

The place is sooo beautiful, I Love the Architecture. lots of shops and an arcade that have lots of games to play with. I win a doll from the claw machine :))) A food court next to the arcade, lots of seats and there's some activity in the middle that you can play with, always changes, but the last time I go, it's a ice skating. There's sometimes a winter land theme park right outside the trafford centre, depending the season, bit it's super fun") Recommend to go. Regardless, you go alone or bring your family or friends. The best shopping centre and like no other. A vintage theme and the eating area set to look like a 1920s American Steam Boat. The Wetherspoons carries that theme too. Great Metro accessibility from the city centre only about 20mins

Stunning shopping centre and really a marvel for the eyes. It was my first time and the variety and effort that is present in the architecture is astounding. Such a beautiful experience and leaves such a positive impression on the city.

The greatest mall I visited in Uk , it is huge and has all my favorite shopping destinations and lots of dinning options. Also there are many entertainment destinations within the mall like Cinema, Lego and sea life and much more. They always also hold many special events and installations throughout the year. I last visited during this festive season and the whole mall looked magical with all the decorations and lights. Bathrooms are always clean and tidy which is a major plus point!

We visited Manchester recently and as part of our visit, we booked a morning at the Sea Life Centre. When we got there we were astounded by the beauty of the whole building and were so glad we booked the Sea Life Centre or we may not have visited at all. The whole building is extremely well maintained. Inside it is spotlessly clean, the statues are stunning, the water feature in the middle is beautiful and the painted ceilings bring it all together. Even the toilets were modern, clean and well maintained. The hand washing area had a whole system just above the sinks, where you pressed for soap, then pressed for water and then pressed to dry your hands, all in one place. It made it much more hygienic and efficient. Inside there are a number of shops including a huge Primark, as well as homeward stores and other clothing stores. There are also activities including the Sea Life Centre, but also including a new Nerf adventure experience and shop, and a mini LEGO experience and shop too. If you lived in this area and had young children, I would expect they would have visited for at least one friends birthday party here, as they are advertised, and I think they would be popular. The car park is very large, we arrived just as it opened at 10am and it was fairly empty but when we left nearly 2 hours later it was very busy, but still many car parking spaces left. The parking is free too, which makes it even more convenient to visit. The Trafford Centre itself is easy to get to and close to the city centre.

Very busy place throughout the year, free car park, four five different entrances. Free facilities are available inside, and the food court is good. Tuesday night is special for elderly people to have a dance and live music.

This shopping centre is amazing. The art and decoration is breathtaking I spent most of the day here. Lots to do, eat and see. Great shops and delicious food will be back for next trip. Highly recommended to stop here

Very beautiful mall. The paintings, sculptures, water fountains and aesthetics are breath taking. It doesn't feel all British, it feels like somewhere else. Quite massive and hosts several shops and fun places like sealife and so on. The food court is well designed and massive, it feels like the middle of a cruise ship. There's also a part that's got Asian design, oh so lovely. It's a good place to chill, shop, eat and have fun.

This place is just so beautiful and lively. It has everything under one roof. If you're visiting for the first time, make sure you have at least 2-3 hours even if it's a window shopping spree. All the biggest brands, the best and massive food court, it's the best in town. A perfect place not only for shopping but also if you wanna celebrate your special day like birthday or an anniversary as there are a lot of options to choose from right from gifting, to which cuisine one should dine in for. Have fun. Make sure to visit the Trafford Palazzo too.

Purpose-built to tell the powerful stories of over a century of war. Not as big as I initially thought but still spent there amazing 2 hrs. Really recommend the place if you happened to be nearby. The bonus of the day was Free Entry. Great Cafe on site and not too expensive. Enjoyed a browse around the Shop and didn't spend too much. Great Place.

AMAZING - i would only change the name in to 20th Century War Museum as there is nothing before than 1900s. The nuclear bomb is really impressive, the Matilda tank is in perfect conditions. Totally worthy and Free!!! I'll be back

Visually beautiful museum. The layout is in an easy to digest manner. A good day out for anyone who enjoys history. It’s was free entry at the time but I bought a programme as a donation. You can spend a few hours going through all the exhibits the museum has to offer.

I wouldn't put it as a must visit. But it's free entry and has quite a few interesting things to see and is definitely still worth a visit if you are in the area. But I wouldn't travel just to go there. I see lots of reviews on here saying that it's nothing compared to Duxford, and whilst I would agree, the price you pay to get in certainly reflects it. I think it would benefit from a few more exhibits and more interactive pieces and it would certainly make it a must visit in Manchester.

I liked this place. So much history in a single place. The decorations were pretty nice. They don't have any entry fee. If you want to spend some good time with loads of war mementos and war history you should definitely visit this place.

Deeply disappointing. A massive and beautiful space, housing a number of excellent items. Utterly spoiled by dreadfully low lighting rendering a large part of all the context and information panels unreadable. I dread to think how people with less than perfect vision will experience the museum. Also, every now and then you are blasted by audio-visual performances designed to drive home the horrors of war, which I felt completely destroy any sense of sombre contemplation such a museum should elicit. Terrible.

Interesting building design. The museum itself is well laid out with an easy to follow and chronological order from 1914- modern day. Whilst entry is free, consider making. A donation or buy a guide to support the ongoing work.

I prefer this one compared to the one in London. We really had fun. The exhibition was in a timeline so we were fully indulged in the reading. Totally recommend 🥰❤️

Very good atmosphere here. Lots to read, lots of information and so many artifacts from so many different wars. One thing I was surprised to see was a room dedicated to the wars in Ireland. That's something that was never taught about when I was in school, so I learned a lot about the brutality of the war over there. All together a great visit and highly recommended. Pre-booked the visit via website. The staff is friendly and nice, definitely helped with any questions we had. The whole exhibition is quite interesting and the layout of the museum is easy to follow. And of course, the poppy display is stunning, something you'd have to see it with your own eyes.

Easily one of the best war museums we have ever stepped foot in. The design itself is masterful, even if the interior orientation is a bit confusing at times (the flow from one area to the next). The exhibits and material itself is thought provoking, visually stimulating, and highly informational. We only wish that we had more time to savor it all. For a FREE experience, this place must be on your list of things to do in Manchester.

First visit recently, I was a little disappointed as there wasn't as much on display as I expected for such a big building, also its only the history from 1914 through the end off world war 2 in the majority, a little on the years up to now. It's definitely a museum which glorifies war rather it being something we should be avoiding. The staff were really enthusiastic especially the man who knew the history of the ukulele. Ok overall but i wouldn't visit again

Definitely worth a visit to see what they have to offer. I personally expected to see more exhibits. However, there is a limited display. However, i can't complain when it is free to enter. There is a cafe downstairs with adequate food and drink choices with a gift shop.

Really fascinating museum. It's free entry do we bought a programme and made a donation. There's tons to see from WW1 and WW2, there's a tank and even remains from the World Trade Centre. Its a brilliant museum and the kids were really into the history and finding out about why things had happened the way they had. Fab day out.

A good day out if you enjoy history, this place is packed to the rafters. I particularly enjoyed the section on the holocaust survivors, there were photos and stories of each and everyone, some sad and others celebrated their life. Café on site, very basic menu but ok. Small shop too with a varied array of goods.

Enjoyed the regular short movie displays on the various walls during the visit. Thought the Jewish display would’ve been more substantial but a touching display of family stories from the wars were very good. It’s a developing museum and can sense there’s more displays to come.

It was build to tell such unbelievable stories of over a Century of Conflict, gives you a chill as well and also makes me grateful to those who sacrifice their all at all cost. My Son enjoyed the visit so much. Staff are so helpful too, hats off to them all. I highly recommend.

Had a great school trip to IWM North as our class is studying World War One at the moment. The children had the opportunity to meet a couple of veterans and really enjoyed the Q&A session with them. The museum has some great exhibits and really captivated the children's imaginations. I would thoroughly recommend a trip there!

The exhibition on life during The Troubles was fascinating and thoughtfully curated. It’s evident that a lot of care and respect went into the exhibition which is commendable given how sensitive the topic is. Lots of educational exhibits and perspectives from all sides. It was a bit crowded for a weekday morning though but it’s great that folks are interested. The museum staff were lovely and helpful.

Such a good day out. Decided to pay a visit to the IWM during February half term. The museum is situated on Salford Quays and next to MediaCityUK. . Firstly, let's talk about practical stuff. The museum is easy to access by both road and public transport and it has its own NCP carpark onsite next to the museum. The carpark is pretty reasonable for Manchester/Salford with parking starting at £5 for 4 hours. Please be aware. If you park for 1 hour or 4 the price is still £5. Secondly, the payment machine at this carpark is card only but you can pay retrospectively online if you prefer. Alternatively there are plenty of alternatives close by including the MediaCityUK multistorey and the Quayside (former Lowry Outlet) multistorey. If you are using public transport the metrolink is a good option with stations close by and onsite. . The museum itself is totally free of charge to enter and you can reserve timeslots online in advance. We did this, however I think you would be fine to just 'walk up' as the venue is very large with a big capacity. . The museum itself tells the history of war beginning just prior to WW1 through to present day. The exhibits work on a timeline that is mapped out in a circuit around the venue. In addition within the centre of the venue are a range of additional exhibits focusing on a specific topic. Every hour an immersive film is played that is incredibly well produced and projected throughout the walls of the main space. These films were really interesting and I really enjoyed the poems. The entire exhibition is located on one floor, and accessibility is really good. . The museum also has a gift shop onsite and a really good cafe. The coffees and cakes were very reasonably priced and super tasty. The coffee was real coffee. . In summary, it's a great place to visit and perfect for children. However, it is better suited to children who are a little older. My youngest is 8 and whilst she liked the museum the vast amounts of reading would be too much for children who are under 7. Modern building, rather interesting exhibition. I won’t recommend this museum if the topic of war / terror is sensitive to you: there are a lot of potential triggers, such as sounds, videos, and things on display. Little kids also won’t find this amusing: there is not much to touch or climb, only a few objects to interact with. Who I could recommend this museum to are school kids. Please note that though the museum closes at 5pm, cafè inside closes some 30 minutes before that (which I personally found outrageous). Admission is free.

Visited here today for the first time. Our 5 year old absolutely loved it. The 4D cinema was the highlight for me, although don't sit too far back as a lot of the water/bubble etc won't reach you and it takes away from the experience. Staff were friendly, the centre was well managed and there's plenty to encourage the imagination. I'd definitely return, and the only reason for lack of 5 stars is how quickly it takes to get round VS the cost to get in.

After visit to sealife and going for dinner we spent our afternoon in Lego discovery and the kids loved it. I love that there is now a great mix of stuff for older and younger kids. It’s perfect for toddlers too but a great little softplay, duplo area, and also a free play area with little tykes cars. Their is plenty of Lego and activities for older kids as well as a larger softplay area, rides, a Lego show and activities through out the day led by staff. We went on bank holiday and it wasn’t as busy as I was expecting. This is pram friendly, has a little onsite cafe and toilets are easy to get to. There is some upsell in the cafe for Lego items but it’s pretty well priced for its convenience.

We enjoyed our morning at Legoland. I would recommend that this is for under 10s. It was quite in the morning but by lunch time but it was very busy. This place could be bigger and more. They could have more models and sections for older children. The creative station was good. However we struggled to hear her at times over the noise from outside. It would have hone better if she build it and had another member of staff to help her. Unfortunately the bag my daughter got did not have all the parts. This was sorted out but it took some time. Unsure if we will be back as my youngest is 9 and my older two struggled. You promote lego for anyone up to 99 years old, I think you should have areas for older children to be able to build and play.

Very big and spacious inside, lots to see and do! Wish I knew there were ride passes for disabled people, didn’t know they existed until we were leaving and saw someone with one. Toilets were clean, signage is great and easy to understand. Only negative comment would be about the 4d cinema experience there’s no times of when each movie starts like the one in Birmingham, this would be helpful.

We took our 4 year old Grandson here as part of his Xmas present. He absolutely loved it. There was 2 rides he got to go on and we went in the cinema and loved getting sprayed with water and bubbles through the show. It's not very big and we spent 3 hours there although he didn't want to leave.

Probably one of the best places to take your little ones. Ticket purchased with sealife centre as a bundle so works out cheaper. The over all service with staff is great, really friendly staff & very welcoming. This place is jam packed with fun activities, factual information about lego land which you can read & see & play in the legoland factory. The detail in the environment to the lights was just heaven for children. They have so many areas you can take your kids for endless hours of play. Two soft play areas, mini cinema entry, make your own lego car & race on ramps. They have a car track with small running bikes for kids. They have a ride you can go on as a family. Really good choice of food & drinks, hot drinks Plenty of seating area for famalies, huge carpark outside. But i would advise to bring your own packed lunch as you will save money. Prices are always ridiculously high in places like this. Does get busy on a weekend so i advise weekday as you'll have more time to do certain activities. They have lovely benny who is a legoland hero, if you know, you know. They do take a family photo at the beginning of the tour so that's nice. They have really cool sensory areas for toddlers. In all honesty my kids didn't want to leave this place. They have a instore legoland shop Throughout the whole place there are amazing lego sculptures. Over all very nice place to go, defo worth it it & will definitely return.

Great experience and not too busy. Plenty of things to see and do through out the experience. Should recommend giving 2 hours minimum for the experience. Disabled access throughout and even has a small cafe for a little bit to eat in the main area.

We had a fantastic experience as a group of 6. There was no wait as we had booked the tickets in advance. The kids loved the giant statue of Hagrid inside the store, along with the Ninjago and Star Wars statues outside the store. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were able to advise us on any questions we had. The beginning mini 'ghost train' type ride was lots of fun and we all got a bit competitive over who could score the most points shooting the skeletons. We all thoroughly enjoyed the 4D Dreamz ride inside the Discovery Centre (you will get wet slightly!!) along with the flying bike ride. They had lots of fun inside the giant soft play area and a look around the shop. You'll likely spend between an hour and a half up to 3 hours inside the Discovery Centre. The shop has some very rare and hard to find LEGO sets, and the prices aren't bad at all. A great day out for the family.

Visited for 4th Birthday. Spent about 3 hours here, including a lunch stop. The rides were good fun and little one loved them, plenty to interact with, friendly helpful staff . We went when it was fun booked but it didn't feel overcrowded. Lunch options were OK- Sandwiches, paninins, wraps, crisps and cakes/biscuits.

A nice experience with some fun experiences, LEGO building activities and rides. The shop is also mind boggling. Some fabulous models too, well worth a visit with the kids!

Cool experience, son loved it. Best for younger Lego fans. Kinda expensive, as adults tickets are pricey but it's actually a themed kids play area. Not much for adults to do.

Went for my 9 y/o birthday and all three of our kids had a great time. Was there on a weekday and it was very quiet, didn't have to line up at anything and could do rides repeatedly. We did the VR experience which was an extra £5 each and it was good, but a bit short. I'd probably say worth it for the different experience. 4D cinema was good but the seats were quite tatty. Food deals for the kids were decently priced. It would be 4 stars if there wasn't so much pride stuff put up around the place.

Wonderful place to spend with kids, which is near to the sea life manchester and also it has a promotion ticket with sea life ,manchester . Inside the place,it has 4D cinema experience , two riding experiences. Worth for money.

Pros: - Very engaging for the kids - Hardly any queuing to enter! They allocate a time so book in advance! - Lots to do and interact with (the main build room and racing room will be the highlight) - Free rides including the short 4d cinema experience. Some rides and play areas designed for under 5s, then others for slightly older. Caters well for wide age range. - Shop at the end is priced quite well (doubles up as a normal shop) - Worth it for adults too, miniature cities are great and you can go on most or all the rides. - Staff are great, very energetic and right positivity for the 'Lego Experience'. - Parking and transport is a doddle. Lots of free parking, it's right near a tram stop or you walk over to the Palazzo from the main Trafford Centre. Easy peasy. Cons: - On 23rd July 2023 visit they had refrigeration issues so no sandwiches for adults, but plenty for kids (kids sandwich would be fine for adults) so if you're trying to be healthy you're struggling. chicken burger under 400cals was an option I think - On that, aside from a very pink cafe in the Trafford Palazzo there isn't anywhere else nearby to eat. (As it's a seperate building from the main Trafford Centre) - The seating and eating area needs to be twice the size. It's clearly a popular place, and 23rd July was raining so no doubt busy, but it needs to address this soon if continue to be successful. - Drinks Freestyle Coke machine - again, only a third of flavours were an issue. You only find this out after buying the cup.

Great experience for the kids. Lots of things to see. Several rides. What I liked most is the areas where kids can build their own lego. Also they can test their design skills on the earthquake building spot or the build and test your own race car. A nice day out with lots of memories to be made. Very friendly staff. Can only recommend that place.

Visited for the Adult Night and it was a brilliant experience. We love Lego, so it's great that there's an opportunity for us to play and have fun too. The rides were fun, especially Kingdom Quest, which I'd have happily gone on several more times. Staff were fun and friendly, and showed us round the different activities available as it was our first time visiting. The night we visited had an under the sea theme, so we played find the shark in the box of bricks, competed to build a turtle quickly, built and raced little Lego cars, and created our own little brick goldfish. We didn't get chance to try the Lego bingo or the VR experience this time, but we'll definitely be visiting again.

Good facility - the bloke at the ski hire station this afternoon literally couldn’t have been more helpful and patient with my son who had his first skiing lesson and wasn’t sure on boot size or setting up the skis. The pace of the lessons was pretty slow and very basic (on the tiny slope next to the kids sledging area) but it was fun to watch the experienced skiers whizzing down the main slope.

Very lovely place to chill and do snow activities. The staff are very warm and helpful. There is the kids area as well which is commendable. Warm clothing is super necessary as it's very cold in there (-4°c). It's fun. They provide basic gears as well depending on the type of ticket. There is a restaurant there with windows and balcony that overlooks the entire array of snow activities.

I booked a 5-hour snowboarding lesson. On arrival I was welcomed by a team member who told me the whole booking in process. Picking up the equipment, the clothing and boots was all very seamless. The lesson was great fun and very intensive. We then took a break for food, which was very good. Charlie our instructor, made very pleasant conversation and was interested in knowing what each of his fellow "students of the board" did in life. We then resumed the lesson for a further 2 hours. Charlie made the lesson fun and engaging with all the students being involved. We progressed from nothing to carving our way down the slope. Thank you Charlie P, you made my day.

Amazing facility in a realty accessible location. My partner showed me round and is going to book ski lessons. We had food overlooking the ski slope and then went on to the viewing platform to see what was going on. Everything was clean and appeared well managed. They had a range of shops on the ground floor which were really good for outdoor and gym gear. There’s a ‘Spoons there too but we didn’t go in.

This place is awesome - i had my first skiing lessons here over the last few weeks, George P - the instructor for the Level 1 course was incredibly patient and actively worked with everyone in the group to enable them to get the most and get a real feel for the sport leading me to falling in love with snowsports. Anyone who is even remotely interested in giving skiing or snowboarding a go just get booked in and see for yourself, The quality of instruction is immense and by having differenet instructors on every tier it will allow you to find tricks and techniques that work for you.

Took 5 hour beginner course. (£145 January 2024) Overall good day and training. It was very busy especially in the afternoon. Too busy as the ques were quite long on the ski ramp. There was 10 in group all beginners, my partner struggled and was ask to leave the course as she held up the group. I felt held back as I wanted to go higher and on the big main course but said we couldn’t. Passed me to take level 3 again. My left foot hurt in boots all day.

Very expensive compared to other soft play centres but much bigger. They also have Laser quest and trampoline games which project yourself on a screen in front of you so you're in the game included in the price. The kids enjoyed it, and it wasn't busy at all during the Easter holidays

Staff here are fantastic! Ruth on front desk helped us so much as my cousin from Stoke was very stressed as we didn’t realise we were half way through a session for our kiddies and booking is preferably online - but Ruth was so kind and calm and patient, a true star! Yas inside also helped our kiddies, and Robyn serving our drinks was awesome! Our kiddies loved their time on the slides and are desperate to go back!

If you need to book specific time, better book more than month ago. The staff are friendly and the class is enjoyable. However, it’s tough, you will realise that when you back home

I love this place! It’s truly a place for all ages! Should you wanna snowboard? Ski? Or sledge this is the place. The staff are so welcoming and the safety of all visitors at are their main priority strongly followed by them interacting with everyone to make sure they won’t forget their visit. You had me after my first visit and now you have got the next generation - my son 12 years old. He said “it’s wet - bloody freezing - I can’t feel my fingers - I JUST LOVE IT DAD” 😂😂

Coming from Dubai and having experienced the best there is to offer I felt little disappointed with how the facility was managed, getting in was long and felt did not get the proper advice before paying, staff definitely need more training. The place can be for sure much better with the proper info and advice prior to paying an hourly fee.

Great experience for adults and children. Everything can be hired on-site at reasonable prices. It is also very convenient if we have our own gear and warm ski clothes. Helmets (which are mandatory) and poles are available at various sizes and free of charge. Booking in advance is strongly recommended. Great opportunities to get back the basics and muscles memory before planning for winter holidays abroad. Vast selection of indoor activities for everyone beside skiing: rock climbing, lounge restaurants, shopping, children snow-fun activities.

It was so good, I 100% recommend! You learn so much just in one session and you are well looked after. It’s super fun to learn and practice. The coaches and staff are amazing and super kind. My coach was Fiac who was honestly amazing!!

Took little one here two times for holiday camp. Didn’t expect little one to complete the 90 minutes course but turns out to be enjoyable and productive sessions. Overall staff are friendly and place are clean and feels worth the money. Would recommend to visit during working days to avoid traffic. Adults area seems very busy even working days.

Had a very good experience today with a private snowboarding lesson. Then onto snow activities with my little cousins, aunty and girl friend. We were a little late due to the snowboarding finish time and they were very very accommodating and allowed us to get the full hour by staying out in the cold to supervise us. The three people that helped us were amazing and extremely nice with us all. Tons of fun, decent pricing and plenty to do at chill factore. Thanks again, Rhys, Izzy and Lucy!

Although it's not cheap it is good value for money. Weekday lessons are the best value and a discount code for signing up for a second lesson within two weeks is appreciated. Parking is decent with reasonably sized spaces. Check in was quick and easy with self check in and staff were helpful and friendly. Clothing hire and ski hire was good, with the option to exchange if the fit wasn't right. The instructors were knowledgeable, friendly and very good at getting the best out of my teen! Lots of encouragement and no judgement. Food and drink at the lodge isn't cheap but it's good quality and decent portion sizes. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Came last week on the snow Park cost £55 for family of 4. Thought it was OK park had nothing interesting for adults but we had to pay as our children wasn't old enough to do by themselves. They enjoyed but thought it was over priced its more expensive in school holidays and weekend definitely wouldn't rush back to do again. Free parking outside but had to drive round to find a space. Weatherspoons next door.

Really good place it’s very big and snow is a bit tough but overall good place

I went here with my boyfriend and it was a contributing factors to one of the best days I've had in the Trafford Centre. The staff are lovely, the layout is beautiful, it's very educational and I just life aquariums anyway. We had a little quiz sheet to encourage us to look around and learn more. Everything was lit up beautifully. They have rescue turtles (and terrapins that they took off the hands of people who didn't want them anymore), sharks, stingrays, axolotl, crabs, loads of things to list. It was a great experience, and when I told a member of staff I'd love to be a diver one day she took and interest and asked me questions about it making it just that bit more comfortable. I loved it here and I'll definitely come again.

The staff at Sea Life were friendly. Quick service, didn’t have to wait! Had a great time! It was also super easy to roam around with a child wheelchair. Lovely atmosphere! The gent at the photo printing was helpful. Overall 10/10

A nice hour out if you’re in Manchester area. Although it was a bit overpriced, there was also a very small variety of fish and it felt quite small. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable though, absolutely no issues with the staff. Would we come back? Probably not.

We booked our tickets online from the websites then you get available time slots and its an easy step by step process. The place has lots of parking space and its free. The place has lovely staff who will show you around and answer every question you have. Had a great submarine type of viewing it was very nice 👌. Lots of fish and turtles to see all comes with information you get to learn a lot. Took me an hour to see the whole place and taking pictures flash off though so we dont scare the fish 🙃.

Manchester SeaLife was a little fun experience. Only lasted about an hour and there were quite fish and a few reptiles to see. There was a section where we were able to touch star fish and shrimps which was cool. IMO it's a nice experience for sensible individuals but there were a few people that kept poking the animals but luckily the staff are passionate about the animals and immediately told them to stop. Other than that, it was very educational and staff were really nice and welcoming. We paid £22 each which i think is quite expensive for a short experience.

Took the kids here over bank holiday. My two year old and 6 year old really enjoyed it. It’s pram friendly so would also be perfect for babies as it’s great sensory activity watching the fish. They have toilets half way around as well as a small soft play area. There is interactive activities too so good for older kids. There is a small but non avoidable gift shop and there is a photo opportunity at the start but easy avoided if you want.

A very small place but was a fun experience nonetheless. The staff were friendly and the place was not busy so we were able to freely explore the place. The starfish section where we were able to touch them was a nice surprising touch to the experience! Overall we had a fun time however this place is more suited to take young children as it is quite small. I loved the pin I got from the gift shop which had a variety of different items.

I took my 2 month old baby to Manchester sea life. She absolutely loved it. For younger kids I think it's perfect as it's not very big. The time spent is enough for younger children who may get bored after a short amount of time. Other sea life centres are bigger. I would recommend to book before going. They have 2 for 1 offers available on the Kellogg's cereal boxes and some of the radox soap too.

We loved this spot, although our 2 little ones love the underwater world. Lots of creatures to see, they loved the opportunity to touch starfish and vr shark drive (this was extra). Play area was a quiet small and packed .

We absolutely loved it here. The staff are knowledgeable and always happy to help. They all have smiles and offer information about whatever we are interested in. There are opportunities to touch some of the sea life. My son was able to touch the starfish and has shrimps crawl onto his hands under the water, which was a fascinating experience, and all under the watchful eye of a brilliant staff member. We had tickets for 10am and was able to enter on time. It was very quiet there which was lovely and made the experience even more magical. They had the option of sitting in VR seats and ‘experiencing the sharks’ we didn’t try this but it’s a great added extra for those interested. The whole place is calm and peaceful and they have set times to visit if you wish to visit during their quiet times. During these times war defenders are available and lights and interactive items are turned off or dulled down to make it more enjoyable for those with autism or any other neurodiversity. The shop is small but has lots of items and it was especially interesting to see toys, keyrings and keepsakes of the creatures that you actually just saw rather than a mix of all sea life creatures, this means you can buy a keepsake from your favourite creature. The only one we noticed that was missing was the shrimp, it would’ve been great to have had something available to buy with those on, especially as they are available to touch. This is an experience I would highly recommend.

Second visit here with my 2 year old. Nice sensory experience for her and great to see live fish, turtles and sharks as she's starting to learn the names of animals and sea creatures. The waters always look very clean and the animals in good condition and well looked after. It does feel a tad expensive for the 1-2 hours time we spend there.

Surprisingly good aquarium... + Animals look healthy and well looked after. Focus on interesting collections and some for all ages. - Not much focus on Atlantic or local aquatic life. Only negative if you're into that.

I recently visited Sea Life Manchester and had a fantastic experience! The aquarium wasn’t crowded, allowing me to explore at my own pace and fully appreciate the beauty of the marine life on display. There was so much to see, from colorful fish to mesmerizing underwater habitats. However, I have to share a personal opinion about the touch tanks. While I understand the appeal of interacting with the starfish, I couldn’t shake the feeling of sadness seeing them handled by visitors, especially knowing how delicate they can be. As a fish owner myself, I couldn’t help but worry about their well-being. Overall, Sea Life Manchester is a must-visit attraction for anyone interested in marine life. It offers a captivating experience that’s both educational and entertaining. I look forward to visiting again in the future!

Smaller than some of the others I’ve been in but absolutely wonderful! Loads of different exhibits and designs for enclosures, the big shark and turtle tunnel was incredible and the jellyfish tank had buttons to change the colour of the light in side!!

I visited SeaLife Manchester after almost 10 years on the 02/04/2024. It appears the general set up of the place hasn't changed but I saw plenty of different species of fish. I spent almost 5 hours at the aquarium photographing the various inhabitants however, the curvature and lighting of certain tanks made photography difficult at times. The main ocean tank was fantastic with the tunnel and the sheer size of the tank which led to me seeing different species that I hadn't prior whilst looking through the various view points of this tank. The signage of tank inhabitants was decent with at least a couple of the species signed but not all. A particular member of staff was helpful with the identification of some of the fish so thanks to them. Overall, for the time I spent at SeaLife Manchester I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and has prompted me to plan visits to their other sites up and down the country.

What an amazing place to take your little ones. The over all day was loved by my little ones. They loved seeing all the different sea life creatures to the amazing tanks they had, some where you was able to get under & stick your head through so the kids get a good view of the beautiful fishes up & close. They also have a underground tunnel you walk through which is pretty magical as you can see all the tropical fishes & sharks swim above & around you, which my kids loved. Only downside is it gets very crowded if you were to go on a weekend. The over all place takes about 45 minutes to 1.5 hours They do have a mini indoor play house area for kids, which is why van take an 1.5 in there , the only thing i would suggest is to have better drink & food machines, also the prices are ridiculously expensive. So i was glad i packed a lunch box for the kids, with snacks, water & juices. We did use the machines but the prices were insane Even with the controlled booking system, i beleive its very busy still so you may find having to wait for famalies to see certain things before your kids can, especially on the weekend Its extremely hot in there wouldn't advise you to wear thick big coats in there. But over all a quick fun family day out its not too bad. I purchased the legoland & sea life centre tickets as a bundle so does make it cheaper however i think it should be free for kids 4/3 under & not 2 under. {just a suggestion} Also you get photos taken before the main start of the sea life tour so that's nice. No restrictions in taking pictures & videos however flash photography is not allowed so don't be pulling out big cameras.

Lovely trip with our little boy. It took about an hour to go around. The space around the entrance is lovely now ( i was there 4 years ago when they were renovating and it is so amazing now that all boards have come down). We even paid for the photos at the end, a little addition to the experience. There are plenty of interactive elements to keep the children entertained.

Visited on a Saturday, not busy as I think only so many people are let in at any one time. Didn't feel rushed at all. It was fantastic, probably the best one I have vistited. Definitely worth a trip in,there's always plenty of 2-1 vouchers available too to make it even more worthwhile

Loved it. Great experience. My nieces loved the sea life creatures, especially the mermaids. I myself enjoyed the facts given about the incredible creatures. Life is so beautiful when you see animals close up in water. The environment was clean and tidy. They had a area when you can touch a starfish with one finger. My niece enjoyed that. There was also a play area for kids. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We've been before but still enjoyed another visit. Lots to see, do and find on this occasion as they had halloween activities. Kids enjoyed finding the answers to the questions on the activity sheets and then got a little prize at the end. Definitely worth a visit!

My birthday trip to SEA LIFE Manchester was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and the environment was welcoming. The fish and their aquariums are very well-maintained, making every exhibit a pleasure to explore. It’s a great place for anyone who loves marine life and wants a fun, educational experience. As a customer, my recent visit to the aquarium was an absolute delight. While the space might have been smaller compared to some other aquariums I've visited, it was brimming with wonder and charm. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a plethora of captivating exhibits and meticulously designed enclosures that transported me into the enchanting world beneath the sea. One of the highlights of my visit was undoubtedly the mesmerizing shark and turtle tunnel. As I walked through it, I felt as though I was submerged in the depths of the ocean, surrounded by graceful marine creatures gliding effortlessly around me. The immersive experience left me in awe of the sheer beauty and majesty of the underwater world. Another standout feature of the aquarium was the jellyfish tank, which left me spellbound with its ethereal beauty. What truly set it apart was the interactive element – buttons that allowed visitors like myself to change the color of the light inside the tank. Lovely visit, accessibility was great as our son can't do stairs and isn't good with lifts either. Parking isn't great, not nearly enough disabled spaces, but that's not within the sea life centre control, but it's worth a mention for those who need them. Thank you to sea life centre for the reply, but if you are going to reply, it's worth reading what you're replying to. An overflow carpark will not help those that require a disabled space, and I clearly said parking wasn't within your control.

Amazing place to visit especially for kids , my son loved it and there was lots to explore and learn as well as enjoy at the same time. It’s both children and adult friendly . Staff was warm and welcoming

Nice experience but overpriced for what it is. £23-£25 for adults. £19.50 for 3-17 year old. And it takes about an hour or so to do the entire thing. We also felt sorry for the small spaces available for stingrays etc. They were just swimming around in a circle. The space for the lobster didn't seem adequate either. So sad. Imagine being in the vast ocean, only to be ripped from your natural habitat to live in a space a fraction of the size!!! For the money they are charging, they can do better... Unlike other places there are no live shows which was disappointing. The pictures as well are overpriced and the person taking them basically points and shoots. You cannot get any decent shots on the background you want because it's all preset... So our best shot could not be put into the shark as we wanted. For the price they expect, more care and consideration should be taken into the shots. Our coats were placed at the side. The guy didn't point out they were in the shot which ruined the picture.... If you get the Kelloggs discount code, use them to take the edge off. Otherwise, save your money.

Really fun shopping centre. It has everything you need for a day out. You’ll spend more time sightseeing around the mall than shopping. The cinema is good, there’s plenty of food options and the arcade is a decent size. There’s also plenty of free parking with easy access to trams and busses to explore all of Manchester.

It has been a long time since I last visited the Trafford Centre, it has gotten bigger with the opening of the Trafford P. Some shops have gone, with new ones starting out. A few old favourites remain like Marks and Spencer, Millie's Cookies etc The same in the food hall, there is still lots of choice and the service is fairly quick. Beautifully presented as a building and the fish fountain is still reaching dizzy heights, loved it

Pretty alright place. Can be expensive though if you're not a royal descendant. The building is very nice. However the bus service has let me down in the past. The food court is pretty good although it can be expensive. Quite a good place overall, can be a fun day out

Wow, I was blown away by the design, architecture and sheer size of this shopping centre. Absolutely stunning! Easy to access from Manchester city centre on tram! Very clean and great choice of shops and restaurants to go to. 10/10

Modest little shopping center in the heart of manchester

I really enjoy visiting here as there is a wide range of prices and an excellent choice of stores. The staff are very helpful and there are interactive stations that you can use to find out where you are and where your favourite stores are. When you are ready for some refreshments there are plenty of places to eat.

A very beautiful mall that has every single brand you could think of. Can easily spend a good few hours here. Beautiful from both the inside and outside, this is surely one of the best attractions in Manchester.

Enjoyed a good mooch round with hubby, been a while since last been, great to see the place, altered slightly but feels more open. Likely be back Christmas. Tip, go early to avoid crowds, we got there just past 10am, easy for navigating around.

The place is sooo beautiful, I Love the Architecture. lots of shops and an arcade that have lots of games to play with. I win a doll from the claw machine :))) A food court next to the arcade, lots of seats and there's some activity in the middle that you can play with, always changes, but the last time I go, it's a ice skating. There's sometimes a winter land theme park right outside the trafford centre, depending the season, bit it's super fun") Recommend to go. Regardless, you go alone or bring your family or friends. It's a good place to go and have fun.(´⊙ω⊙`)(*๓´╰╯`๓)♡ I always have fun here with my friends and family ;)

The best shopping centre and like no other. A vintage theme and the eating area set to look like a 1920s American Steam Boat. The Wetherspoons carries that theme too. Great Metro accessibility from the city centre only about 20mins

Stunning shopping centre and really a marvel for the eyes. It was my first time and the variety and effort that is present in the architecture is astounding. Such a beautiful experience and leaves such a positive impression on the city.

The greatest mall I visited in Uk , it is huge and has all my favorite shopping destinations and lots of dinning options. Also there are many entertainment destinations within the mall like Cinema, Lego and sea life and much more. They always also hold many special events and installations throughout the year. I last visited during this festive season and the whole mall looked magical with all the decorations and lights. Bathrooms are always clean and tidy which is a major plus point!

We visited Manchester recently and as part of our visit, we booked a morning at the Sea Life Centre. When we got there we were astounded by the beauty of the whole building and were so glad we booked the Sea Life Centre or we may not have visited at all. The whole building is extremely well maintained. Inside it is spotlessly clean, the statues are stunning, the water feature in the middle is beautiful and the painted ceilings bring it all together. Even the toilets were modern, clean and well maintained. The hand washing area had a whole system just above the sinks, where you pressed for soap, then pressed for water and then pressed to dry your hands, all in one place. It made it much more hygienic and efficient. Inside there are a number of shops including a huge Primark, as well as homeward stores and other clothing stores. There are also activities including the Sea Life Centre, but also including a new Nerf adventure experience and shop, and a mini LEGO experience and shop too. If you lived in this area and had young children, I would expect they would have visited for at least one friends birthday party here, as they are advertised, and I think they would be popular. The car park is very large, we arrived just as it opened at 10am and it was fairly empty but when we left nearly 2 hours later it was very busy, but still many car parking spaces left. The parking is free too, which makes it even more convenient to visit. The Trafford Centre itself is easy to get to and close to the city centre.

Very busy place throughout the year, free car park, four five different entrances. Free facilities are available inside, and the food court is good. Tuesday night is special for elderly people to have a dance and live music.

This shopping centre is amazing. The art and decoration is breathtaking I spent most of the day here. Lots to do, eat and see. Great shops and delicious food will be back for next trip. Highly recommended to stop here

Very beautiful mall. The paintings, sculptures, water fountains and aesthetics are breath taking. It doesn't feel all British, it feels like somewhere else. Quite massive and hosts several shops and fun places like sealife and so on. The food court is well designed and massive, it feels like the middle of a cruise ship. There's also a part that's got Asian design, oh so lovely. It's a good place to chill, shop, eat and have fun.

So big and nice shopping center. Very good place to spent family or shopping time. I could say all in one place center for real. Everything for all family member in this place. Fantastic

This place is just so beautiful and lively. It has everything under one roof. If you're visiting for the first time, make sure you have at least 2-3 hours even if it's a window shopping spree. All the biggest brands, the best and massive food court, it's the best in town. A perfect place not only for shopping but also if you wanna celebrate your special day like birthday or an anniversary as there are a lot of options to choose from right from gifting, to which cuisine one should dine in for. Have fun. Make sure to visit the Trafford Palazzo too.

An amazing experience. Every brand you could think of is represented. All the stores are extremely helpful. The food hall is extremely good, again catering for every style and taste. Cannot recommend enough!

Came here for the Hundred yesterday and was really impressed with the stadium. Modern facilities and super friendly and helpful staff. The experience was unmatched and there were so many activities for the kids which helped to make my son's experience so much more fun. Just a note, it didn't say on the website at the time I booked, not sure if it does now, but there's construction going on between Block A and Block B which means you have to walk all the way around the stadium if you're in Block B or C like we were, so be wary of that if you struggle to walk long distances when you book your tickets.

We visited for a t20 between Eng vs NZ on a Friday with family and friends. It was a great experience overall. The stadium isn’t huge but looks amazing. We had great seats next to the home team locker room and hence got great photos. In the end the superstars stayed around to give the enthusiastic kid in our group a lot of autographs.

Stayed at the hotel for the past 10 days. Saw Manchester United play on the first weekend here. We visited London for two days also. We ate at both restaurants, breakfast, lunch and dinner, at the hotel which is attached to the cricket ground. Food was very good and staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel staff were also very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time.

Love this ground. Close to home, really decent updates lately and a decent selection of stuff to eat and drink (for a sports ground). The pavilion is a wonderful spot too, if you know a member.

Has to be up there with the best cricket grounds in the country. The developments which turned the square and introduced the new point have really taken it to the top level. All stands give excellent viewpoints, the party stand is the best atmosphere wise whatever the format. Beer and food prices are as you'd expect for the cricket. Plenty of seating by the food vendors if you want to eat there rather than in your seat. Sometimes musicians on a small stage behind the party stand too. Great place to take in a game.

Day two of the Ashes England were amazing the weather was fantastic. Old Trafford it's self a great selection of food stalls lots of bars NOT ENOUGH TOILETS. The atmosphere is amazing

Very clean, modern, quiet, and comfortable hotel. If you book a room overlooking the cricket ground, you truly have an expansive view of the field and stadium. My room was spotless. The simple breakfast buffet ticked all the boxes (fruit, juices, full English breakfast, automatic espresso machines etc) and all the staff were very polite and very pleasant. Though there's not much in the way of restaurants surrounding the hotel, but it's right on the tram line into the city center. I always enjoy my meals at a nearby restaurant MERZEE, definitely a great place for Indian Pakistani and Mediterranean cuisine. In fact one of the best places in the world. Yes, I have been there in most of the best places all around the world. There’s an atmosphere of peace and quiet all around, especially since there’s no games going on here around this time. Definitely a very pleasant stay and I would absolutely choose this hotel again , especially during some important games, whenever I return to the area.Thanks again.

Overall the Courteeners gig was great, Johnny Mar was excellent. But the venue was quite bad. Took 40 minutes to get through the gates and then it's like a 45 minute wait to get served at the bar. And there wasn't enough toilets. For a gig this size you would have thought they would have thought these things through as they've had gigs there before

Great afternoon watching the hundred. Excellent seats, good size, plenty of leg room (I'm over 6 foot) and in shade. It was a very hot day. If you're booking then blocks E1 - 6 are shaded. Plenty of choice of food and drink. Will definitely go again for one day match. Very good stewarding and friendly staff. Even after the match they got us on the tram really quickly and efficiently considering the amount of people wanting to catch them.

Great venue for cricket. Party stand is a must. Downside though have to be the toilets. Not enough. Bars could be marshalled better to ensure all are used rather than the ones nearest to the stands. One bar had staff twiddling their thumbs. Not their fault, marshalls should have directed people on queues.

Went for England vs NZ 20/20 and it was great. Good for families too with all the extras they have in the family area such as bowling and archery. Great atmosphere and well managed. No issues at all.

Great heritage rich site, outside of season fairly quiet. View from the Garden Inn hotel is great as rooms are situated facing this field.

Attended The point Christmas Event. Drinks reception lovely,Venue beautifully decorated. Pate was nice. Turkey dinner lacked flavour. No pigs in blankets or Yorkshire Pudding. No condiments on table. Pudding was like a sticky toffee was lovely. Band was fantastic & host. Need to brush on the menu, not enough choice for the cost of £65.00 Lovely event but food let's it down

Historic place, but the seats were so uncomfortable and there is no screen. It was hard to really get a view of anything that wasn’t right in front us on the pitch. Victoria Warehouse Hospitality was fine, close to the soccer grounds. A bit disappointed of the current state of Old Trafford (especially compared to Etihad Stadium across the city)

Great atmosphere for the cricket! Easy hassle free entry and entry well signed. Good transportation links. Lots of bars and food stalls about. Bit pricey but you expect that. Lots of staff about and some entertainment for the kids as well. There's very litter cover from the elements depending on seating and the direction of sunlight/ wind/ rain.

Wellocks Producer show case was fantastic with some of the best Michelin starred chefs cooking, best produce and people

Food and drink: There were plenty of options for food and drink at Old Trafford, with everything from traditional cricket fare like pies and burgers to more modern options like pizza and Mexican food. There were also plenty of bars and kiosks selling drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Activities for kids: There were also plenty of activities for kids at Old Trafford, including face painting, bouncy castles, and a kids' cricket zone. This made it a great place to take the family to watch a cricket match. Entertainment in between games: There was also plenty of entertainment in between games at Old Trafford, including live music, DJ sets, and Live music.This helped to keep the atmosphere lively and made the whole experience more enjoyable. View: My view of the matches was perfect with no restricted view at all. I could see the whole pitch clearly and was able to follow the action easily. Overall experience: I had a great time watching The Hundred at Old Trafford. The facilities were excellent, the atmosphere was lively, and the cricket was exciting. I would definitely recommend Old Trafford as a venue for watching cricket. I was also happy to see that Manchester Originals played Southern Brave. Both games were very one sided with Southern Brave coming out as the winners

The cafe is an absolute disgrace, hardly any of the food was available at 12.45 lunch time, one person serving, i queued for 3/4 of an hour only to be told they didn’t have anything left. I ordered a toasted tea cake for my mother which took a further 20 minutes to arrive. The staff at the counter were unbelievably slow except for one young man, and the cleaning staff were also good, very polite, I will not be going again!

Very poor returns experience in the ladies department. Staff Attitude was shocking. When trying to return a item purchased 2 weeks previous with receipt produced. She decided to do a Sherlock Homes job to try & prove the garment was not faulty. I’ll Give M&S a wide birth from now on. Not the store it once was.

Very poor customer service to degree of rudeness something I was shocked with. We had finished purchasing items for nearly £300 just before 9pm, the staff was so rude, raising her voice repeatedly telling us the store is closed despite we were in our way to the exit. I never seen such attitude

45 minutes to return an online.order this morning. Pleasant but confused staff, no managers (in a meeting) then eventually a manager who was visibly irritated with me. I'd been given the wrong refund twice but was spoken to as if their errors were my fault. I spend thousands a year at M and S. I won't be using this branch again and suggest M&S invest in some staff training.

My friend requires gluten free...we assumed being M&S, there would be a choice of cakes but there was only one, a scone in a bag.....lots of other lovely cakes for non gluten free. We went to a local garden centre for our coffee and cake. Disappointing.

I popped into store desperately looking for a nursing bra, as all other places don't sell them or are online. A lovely lady called Steph sorted me out, and went above and beyond to find me a nice bra, fitted it, and advised me on when next to get measured. She reassured me, and solved a huge problem. I will definitely be recommending and returning!

Some really lovely good quality food. A great selection of biscuits and snacks too. Also every time I visit there are always yellow sticker deals. Some absolute brilliant discounts on all sorts, pies, fish, veg etc.

Went in to buy a new suit, the two members of staff in the suit department were amazing, very helpful and brilliant at what they do. In fact the gentleman who served me at the till was also great he went above and beyond too! It's quite clear M&S staff are picked very carefully. well done guys!

The Best food Hall in Trafford Centre. Well presented. Little expensive but high quality.

This is a new and revamped Marks and Spencer store that opened in the Trafford Centre just before Christmas 2023. It is much better than the previous one in the Trafford Centre (and that one was really good anyway). This new store is huge. It has a fantastic food shop with lots of beautiful stalls as well as the usual M&S staples. There are several floors packed with quality clothes for Women, Children and Men as well as some house hold stuff and clothing accessories, make-up moisturiser and plenty more. There is a super cafe, all the food you can get in the cafe is also available in the M&S food store. Basically, if you are visiting the Trafford Centre this store is well worth a visit. There is plenty of parking outside, the Trafford Centre has many free car parks around it however it gets ridiculously busy at weekends so it is best to visit during the week. If you can only get here at the weekend it’s best to come in the morning. Thanks for reading.

Cafe very messy, nobody tending to the display counters, very little left and everyone clearly been touching the cake stands, not great for hygeine/COVID. Tables left with pots on. Only one or two staff serving, doing their best but it's slow going. It's easy to predict it's going to be busy on a bank holiday? Perhaps better when less busy. No windows. The manager needs to have a look at the city centre cafe which is an oasis compared to this one!

Poor choice of casual trousers in size 16, and similar with light raincoats. Surprised at unwelcoming staff in cafe..and surprised that long hair is allowed to be left loose in a food area. 3 staff, hardly any customers but dirty tables and floor. Come on M and S...this is shoddy. I have driven 30 miles for this miserable experience.

I highly recommend the bra fitting service at M&S, Trafford Centre. The lady (Steph) was so good - amazing! I'll definitely be using them again in the future. 😊

Not a fan of the new store, felt the old location was bigger and better layed out. The new cafe is awful, the new digital screens cause delays due to the prime customers being largely elderly and thus unable to use them without help from staff. The layout feels crammed, it is too close to the doors and there's a draft that the heating doesn't remove. It is also far too small, needs to be at least double the size to meet the demand (evident from the long queue when all seats were full). In my opinion, they should have located this upstairs flooding it with natural light from the windows (see John Lewis at the other end of the centre, much better ambience). Also, the full menu isn't available, as the all-day breakfast is no longer all-day. I imagine the vast majority of customers are going to abandon the brand as it chases a younger audience that isn't interested in the brand, stupidity, really.

I love this new store in the Trafford center, so much more spacious and easy to negotiate through...very handy for the bus station too. The cafe is on the ground floor, perfect...food and coffee is good as I expected...lot more room for everyone and much more pleasant. My one and only bugbear is the food hall, it's shrunk...it needs to be bigger as the variety of stock is limited...please improve this M&S

New Marks and Spencer is spacious and bright, there are a lot of people footfalls everyday , so I couldn’t get my favourite dessert every time before it sold out🥹, staff there need more attention to put customers try on back to shelves tbh, it seems mess for the next customer to try on

We really like the new M & S in the Trafford Centre. Wide isles, great products, light and airy. The cafe is FAB great quick service, good food, coffee and comfy seating. Go to the screens, place your order, pay then take the numbered disk to your seat. Within a few minutes our drinks came and a few more minutes and our food came. It was hot and tasty and at a fair price. Will be going again.

The FoodHall is so good, has everything you want

They have pretty good toasties/potatoes and the ordering screens are so much more convenient and quicker than ordering and paying at a till, they don’t take cash which is good for me because cash isn’t as popular nowadays anyway. Only downside is the servers take way too long to bring drinks over, coffee is usually lukewarm by the time you get it.

If u want a true review then read this we travel around many places like these. The main frame is of medium size N toddler area is quite reasonable extras for the go karts so bring ya £1 coins or two overall fair price’s both food n play. Service a little lacking I mean they gave our food to somebody else and half hour later after asking admitted this was there mistake fair play to em - it’s clearly an average place and average prices

One of the better soft play centres in the area and better value than others nearby. There is a good sized toddler area with a climbing frame, slide and ball pit as well as some toys for younger ones. The area for older children was a good size with a massive slide. They were happy for more adventurous toddlers to be supervised in the main area which was great for us. The place was not too busy even on a Saturday morning and there were a range of reasonably priced food options. We would definitely go again.

This ain't the most modern place centre but the actually climbing bit is so much better than some of the newer places I've been to. The staff are great, not arrogant or rude compared to some others. They have a super little race track where it's a pound to ride a car with your little one. Lasts a few mins. The baby and toddler section is awesome. Adults are free which is brilliant. Doesn't get too busy as well.

Despite some of its downfall that have been stated it is a great place children to burn of some steam. It can be difficulty parking but so can anywhere else when you can have 200/300 people attending on a busy day. the food is great but it can also be not the best it depends on the day if they have had 200+ people on the day then some food may not be available for obvious reasons. The play frames are good if a little on the small side although with the electric go-karts certainly make up for this. ALL the staff are wonderful and are happy to accommodate all customers to the best of there ability. it is a definite hit with my little brother and a place I thoroughly recommend to anyone.

I've been going to land of play of years and never had a bad experience. Staff are always really nice, and most importantly, all kids that do go there don't appear to be feral like you sometimes find in other soft plays (probably down to demographics). So enjoyable experience as a parent and kids always happy.

I take my 9 month old here regularly. The toddler play area is good & my little boy loves it. They only charged a pound for him, which is brilliant when you're stuck for something to do. Food is expensive but the coffee is good & they have the Ikea high chairs which make feeding easier!

Decent park, the disc golf course is great. Still playable despite the recent weather. Some of the dog walkers are a nuisance, oblivious of other people using the park and not controlling their pets.

This park has a few memories for me. I first walked here in my teens in love. Never from the area. My sweetheart brought me here and we would feed the squirrels. Who would have thought we would have to move to an area close by because of my child’s needs. So now has new beautiful memories. There is plenty of ♿️ parking either in the car park set off the main road down the side street and a little hidden left turn you have to drive slow or you will miss it, or you can drive in from the side streets off of Kings road. There is a little carpark inside but it is quite tricky to find. I just came back out and parked near the athletics track and tennis courts. There are tennis courts. Also a play area for young children that is gated and so it is safe. There is a pets corner that is very well loved and the animals are very well loved and cared for. I know this personally ❤️ An ice cream van is usually there especially on the warmer days. I’ll try and come back with some sort of timetable for it if I can. Also a cafe to get a hit cuppa and snacks if needed. A great place to have a picnic. A brilliant place to walk the dogs it is huge. The trees are spectacular 🌲🌳🌳🌲🌲🌳 Enjoy ☺️

Had a lovely walk in the sun ,1st day of spring for us on our door steep. . Many more to come for the summer ahead. Got some for everyone .

It's a peaceful and pleasant park. The play area offers a wide range of games. I highly recommend it for families looking to provide their children with an enjoyable experience. Additionally, there's a small zoo on-site featuring chickens, ducks, and goats.

Great park with grass to play, large playground and a cafe serving coffees and toasties/sandwiches. Small animal area the kids like. Nice place to spend a couple of hours with the kids. Only thing would be if the council could do something about the mudbaths in the play area. Maybe some wood chip, levelling or something. They aren't just puddles they are mud lakes

Absolutely loved this park.. Walking distance from both firswood and chorlton trams.. About 5 to 10 mins. A great Frisbee golf 18 hole course which is free.. Bring your own Frisbee.. Beginners and advanced platforms. Really well maintained aswell! Then we set off to the cafe.. Coffee was sooo good! Lots of kiddies stuff too including a pet corner! Lot of classes advertised.. There was still so much of this park we didn't see.. But I will be going back! Good vibes :)

I like this park, it has plenty of space for the kids to run around and the additional advantage of a play area. Serve hot and cold food with lots of variety for all dietary requirements. Lots of dog walkers use this park and I have to say the ones I have seen always ensure they keep their pooches under control 🐕🐩. There is only one thing that I could mention that isn't as complementary, they have an ice cream van on site, this isn't the issue, it's where it parks. I have only been here a few times and each time I walk past the van I trip over the tree roots right in front of the van. Now I know that we can't or want to do anything to the tree roots but maybe the van could find a more even position. All in all the park is lovely, lots for the kids to do and nice atmosphere, food good, staff in the cafe warm, polite and friendly.

Really lovely park. I don't feel we saw half of it. The playgrounds are well looked after and plenty for children of all ages to do. The pets corner is really cute but it's a shame you can't stroke the goats. The gardens are beautiful and even the squirrels are really take and come close to you! We didn't use the cafe or toilet facilities this time but will do in the future.

Fortunate enough to live on the road by the Park, I visit regularly, never fail to enjoy. It's lovely to sit in the gardens, only drawback is some irresponsible dog owners not keeping their dogs on a lead. We take the children onto the play areas which they love. Pets Corner is loved very much, and looked after so well by volunteers.

Two good parks. Lots of space to kick a ball about. Lovely gardens. Great cafe and regular ice cream van. Animal corner. Paths decent for biking or roller skating. Always a fun trip.

Lovely big park, come here for the disc golf course! You can borrow discs from the cafe if you want to give it a try! Tennis courts are fine, not as nice as chorltons.

Feel very fortunate to live just down the road from this park, it has so much going for it. The cafe must have had a change of ownership because the opening hours are just odd. The park is packed in the late afternoon and yet the cafe never seems to be open at those peak times, weird. Amazing sausage sandwiches though!

It's extremely difficult to find a parking space because they've allocated far too many spaces to disabled drivers and nowhere near enough for everyone else. I've never seen more than one car parked in a disabled space. So you have one section that is always full and another which is nearly always empty. Just use a bit of common sense when allocating spaces, please.

Lovely environment. Everything in one well kept building and relaxed atmosphere. Cafe is a huge selection of delicious choices and so cheap! Excellent 5 star location!
