Classic British seaside pier, one thing this has which others lack is an RNLI station. Offers good views around the bay to Swansea although the actual pier was closed for refurbishment when we visited in Spring 2022 but there is plenty to do around the pier.

Copperfish chip shop on the pier: chips poor quality (lots of black/green) and a 'large' portion is barely a Standard size. Parking is chargeable. You get £2 back but the cafe was shut for a function so this couldn't be redeemed. Pier arcades...most Change machines out of order. Majority of games are either 2p or those which give you tokens. Nice view over Mumbles and the new Big Wheel should bring in trade.

Busy but such a lovely place to go to for fresh air and food, fish and chips by the sea is what we all need to blow away those cobwebs!! go early though to be able to park, especially if you need a disabled spot as there aren't many of these so it really is luck of the draw. We got there at 12.30pm and pulled in to 2 different car parks along the front, but there were only 3 or 4 spaces in each for disabled parking, we got lucky in the 3rd car park after queuing for 15 minutes!!! Had food in from the Copper fish take away as the restaurant was full, but that was expected on such a gorgeous day, again we were lucky to get a table (for 6 people, 2 of us in wheelchairs) but definitely no rush to have to move. Then spent an hour in the amusement arcade, great fun!!! Then Ice cream, perfect way to end the trip!!!

Visited twice during half term. Really lovely place. Wonderful views. We walked the pier to the lifeboat station and had a little look at the lifeboat from the viewing gallery. My children really enjoyed the arcade and we had a nice meal. Easy to park and resonable costs. A nice few hours entertainment.

I love this pier in the mumbles. It's close to Bracelet bay. You can park at the top and walk down the steep road or take the steps. We had fish and chips at the restaurant on the pier. The fish and chips were lovely and very reasonable.infact they cheaper than our local chip shop.

Good spot for the evening time. If you park your car in parking lot next to the pier, you get £2 off to spend at the cafe, Which would not be a bad deal. The main attraction of this pier is wooden box seating arrangements where you can enjoy the food from different cafes. The view is beautiful from the tip of the pier and arcade games are as usual.

It's so pretty around the mumbles and a great place to spend the day. The beach is fun to explore and a pretty little restaurant. I also had to try Joe's on my way home and it was definitely worth it.

Beautiful views and very pleasant walk to the pier!! Parking available kn site wth reasonable prices and you can use £2 of parking ticket in cafe!! Refreshing seating area with beautiful views!! Cafe has hot anx and cold drinks with variety of snacks!! Children play area!! Overall a good option for couple of hours good time!!

Always lovely to spend some time around the pier and the surrounding beaches, especially in the summer when the weather is fantastic. Cafe has a great range of hot and cold food / drink that never takes too long to arrive, personally I love their vegetarian / vegan options. Plenty of seating outside to enjoy the beautiful views of Swansea bay!

Plenty of Disabled Spaces right next to the Pier. Parking isn't too expensive and you can get some money off from the Cafe with the Parking Voucher. Cafe was nice enough. We didn't use the arcade, it looked good though. Definitely busy with School Kids after 5pm on Weekdays. So if you have kids and want some quiet time at the arcade, going during school times during the week is recommended. All in all, I would recommend and would go again.

Visited as a couple. I am a local and my partner is not so I thought I'd show him some of what Swansea has to offer. On arrival you need to pay for parking at the machine which is located around the centre of the car park against the cliff side edge. There is apparently no tariff for blue badge holders which can sometimes be the case in Swansea car parks. We paid £3 for 2 hours, but also received a £2 voucher which we were able to redeem against food and drink in the cafe. There are around 5 blue badge spaces available which are close to the cafe/pier but still have the same distance walk to the pay meter as other spaces. There doesn't appear to be an alternative pay station. First we visited the cafe and had a cold cider and a pint of orange juice (not on the menu) as well as a few treats to share; ice cream, chips and a scone. Service was excellent. We did queue for a short while to order, but it was not too long of a wait. About 5 minutes. Food and drinks were brought to the table within another 10 minutes or so. Next we went into the arcade. If we had come as a family then I'm pretty sure it would have become very expensive very quickly. We spent around £20 in the arcade which gave us around 45 minutes play time on various things. Unfortunately our time was up and so we had to leave, but we will definitely be coming back again.

Beautiful Victorian seaside village with all the best amenities. Wonderful arcade, RNLI Museum, shops, great restaurants and the new Mumbles Wheel just opened. A must see.

Had a lovely time at the pier with the whole family. Plenty to keep all age groups entertained from the arcade, beach, bar, cafe and beautiful scenery. We got lucky to be there on a sunny day and got some fantastic pictures. Other reviews have mentioned the pier being closed but as of (Sept 23) it was open and accessible.

Lovely pier with great views into Swansea Bay. The cafe has lovely chandeliers inside and a self playing piano. Had a lovely pot of tea and coffee at a reasonable price. We sat outside which was lovely. Staff were very friendly.The arcade is great fun with a range of games for young and old.

Great privately owned pier. Although part closed for repair works. Theres pay carparking and the pier is free entry. Amusement arcade and cafeteria. We got fish n chips which was absolutely fantastic. A definate recommend winter or summer.

On your visit take in the spectacular panoramic views of across the Bay from our Beach Hut Café where you can enjoy a number of seaside classics as well as an array of hand rolled pizza’s, fresh baguettes and lets not forgot a classic Fish and Chips. The kids and big kids alike will love the Amusements Arcade with over 100 machines.

Lovely place, but it's a shame that there is a lack of Welsh, nothing to be seen. Harbwr Brewery in Tenby is great at combining Cymraeg and English. Diolch

Great 3 days here. Stayed in the Airbnb above. Very good ale selection well kept. Large wine selection and good choice of Penderyn spirits. Keith and Tracy were excellent hosts even had a card for 10% off bar prices!!! Good old fashioned" local" pub!!! Bar staff were great too and locals welcoming. Oh and dog friendly too!! Looking forward to weekend spins just for a pint.

Proper pub with a good selection of real ales including Bass, which I love. Busy but not too busy, staff were really friendly. We'll come again.

Incredible pub. Great atmosphere, and Keith and Tracy are great landlords. A proper traditional 'local' Welsh pub that welcomes any traveller and pooch in need of refreshment on their travels. If you go anywhere in mumbles, make sure here is one. Locals are friendly and make you feel like home as soon as you walk in. Quiz night is fun on a Wednesday night, and if you're after a great local band, head in on a Sunday afternoon - the place is bouncing!

This gallery has a great selection of art, pieces and cards. It's very near my favourite ice cream shop (Joe's). I deliberated over my purchase and was concerned about getting it back to New Zealand. The shop kindly organised for the items to be posted, packaged them beautifully and they arrived in tact. Well worth a visit.

Not sure what to make of this place. It feels like it should be busier, especially at the weekend, but only about 5 people in there. Strange when other pubs within walking distance are heaving. Lots of local craft ales and nicely decorated but no atmosphere. Sorry, I would like to be more positive. Maybe we chose the wrong night.

Smashing locals pub with a warm atmosphere. Very dog friendly. Cask choice was very local, Evan Evans Taking 2 of the 3 on at the time. The other pump had HPA. All well kept. There was a Mosaic pale on keg which was excellent but forgot the brewery.

Nice landlord and welcoming locals but I wouldn’t go in there again unfortunately. It’s sad to say there are better pub options in Mumbles. They don’t treat their lines properly and the beer is hanging around as it struggles getting in customers being on a back street

A great old fashioned real ale pub. Get them to put the fire on for you. They don't do food but are cool about you bringing your own. Very popular with the Mumbles locals. Wide range of local craft beer, perfectly stored and served.

Local friendly pub. Great selection of Guest beers 🍻. We were made very welcome by staff and customers. Dog friendly,our pooch enjoyed free biscuits. Highly recommended.

Nice little back street boozer. Limited hand pump range but chap behind the bar more than made up for it by being very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended as a place to whet your whistle.

One of my favourite places in mumbles and usually relatively quiet. Wheelchair accessible if you park at the top of Thistleboon drive. Long walk right round the edge of mumbles hill with great views of swansea bay, pier, lighthouse and right round towards lighthouse bar and restaurant.

Very nice if your into walking

Very nice nature reserve with access just opposite the main coastguard station. Nice easy walk up with good views of the lighthouse and coast. The surprise came after we got to the very top where there is a great view right over the huge sweep of Swansea bay. Well worth the walk up just for the view. The tide was out when we were there, the beach really is huge at low tide.

Lovely walk, not too strenuous. Brilliant views of the light house and the pier. Rain or shine the sea never fails to impress!

Hidden off Plunch Lane. There is some parking and interpretation board. Walk around top of hill, views across Swansea Bay and Mumbles Head. Also several WW2 gun emplacements and bunkers in the undergrowth. Very peaceful.

Nice walk. Pushchair accsesible with some effort as the track is stone. Lovely views although the historical guns have been removed.

Every Wednesday morning the church hosts a coffee / tea and homemade cake pop-up cafe. We were visiting Mumbles and saw the sign advertising cake and second hand books, all proceeds to charity. With my sister, husband and two little ones we had a lovely relaxed sit down, refreshing cuppas and yummy cakes. Really good value too. We also picked up some bargains in the second hand book selection. A great, quiet spot in Mumbles if you're looking for an alternative place for a cuppa!

What a lovely place to have a party. This was for a 50th birthday although not ours to organise so can’t comment on VFM. Pleasant staff aswell and the creamflow was excellent and the BAR prices very reasonable. Would recommend
