Nice beach for time spent. Less crowd as compared to other beaches in North Goa. Don't have well managed market to buy clothes.

Very rocky terrain so not that good for swimming. No life guards around. However, it’s great photo spot and restaurants on bay are plus. I haven’t tried food there but I am hoping it will be decent.

Another beautiful beach of north Goa. Most of the hostels are located here. Lots of restaurants and shopping centers on the beach road. Paid parking is also available.

Fantastic place to watch the sunset. A few shops nearby. Being a comparatively well-known beach, there is always a crowd here during sunset. But as it is a long stretch of that, it is not as disturbing. A little rocky outcrop right at the center is the perfect place to sit down and watch the sun disappear.

I must say this one is unique in its own way. It has all the restaurants and bars built in such a way or standing in such a way that you can sit seeing sun to dip in the evening sky with a beer in your hand still and calm till you take the last bit of it. If not you can choose to just grace the ocean from a Deck.

Great beach which is quite clean , has lot of restaurants nearby , one can grab some drinks and food and enjoy the view of the beautiful sunset and also do some water sports. Beach is clean but be careful with the slippery rocks and throny too🤣. Too many people to ask u for tattoos, hair braids and anklets.. many sea facing restaurants. U can a great time here.

For me Anjuna was a way better experience than other beaches in Goa. The whole ambience and setting of stores through the tight roads is a vibe. And the sunset is just wow. The rocks formation in Beach gives the images an aesthetic feel.

Nothing special here here....but if you want to enjoy some lovely time you can head here....as there's no shacks around Don't step deep into the sea as the beach coast is very low and decline also there is not a single coast guard to save us so be safe....else you can enjoy into the Cafe but they can be heavy on your pocket....if you are a photography lover you can head here as there will be no crowd.... Also I would recommend to not go here at night coz it's risky and dark for anyone to be !!

It's a good beach with rocks. Water is clear and nice. You can find a lot of crabs on the rocks. Small fishes out here. A nice place to walk around and take some good pics.

I will not suggest swimming here because its a rocky beach. Many rocks are there in some depth also. If you want water sports then u can go to this beach. Also, it's a good area for street shopping.

There was not much shops in the flea market. The items were too expensive. The car parking is different from the main beach parking (Rs100). The pathway leads to a rocky shore for good sunset pics.

One of the beaches in Goa. I feel it is just a calm beach. Most of the people who want to have privacy I recommend this beach for private life. I felt good about the beach as I don't see any rush like other beaches. If you want to spend your private life choose this beach. I just walked to see the site, I recommend that near this beach we have plenty of options . Please enquire with your friends and trip advisors as many people are trying to manipulate you. Since covid the market is struggling, lots of Indian stuff that you see everywhere. Was very disappointed no Tibet jewellery or usually artefacts. If your out for a browse then you could spend an hour here. Maybe it will return.

We went there on 21 dec 2022. Timings are 7am to 7pm its near to anjuna beach. You can get a two and four wheeler parking here but paid one. Its not a big market and you would get bags, bedsheets, clothing shirts, tshirts, shorts etc, stone jewellery home decor stuff. Its not a big market and expensive though but u can do bargain here. There are few restaurant here as well few of them are really expensive but few are like cheap and avg tasty food. It will not take more than 1.5 hours to complete the market. Its good to visit once but recommend to go during evening.

Restaurant people are very rough and worst .We have to pay 50 Rupees money to use the wash room . Lobo's restaurant Anjana beach side .They blam Goa government has not provided the proper toilet facility for the tourist. People are very cunning and make money for the toilet as it is a seasonal business during Xmas . Rest time it is dead business.

The Aguada lighthouse is definitely worth visiting, it will take a maximum of an hour depending on the time of your visit. We visited in peak summer post lunch, it was scorching hot. But we had good time as the heat was tolerable and we were equipped to beat the heat. The Fort is open at 9:30 am to 6:30 pm on all days of the week, its well maintained and during our visit the garden landscaping was in progress, which looked promising. The fort also features a high tower or citadel and apparently there is a secret passage running from the tower down through the fort, which we didn't get a chance to explore. What was intriguing was the name of the fort, 'Aguada' meaning watery in Portuguese, and apparently there was/is a fresh water spring on the location which was source of water for the sailors during 1600s. Fascinating!

Historic place to visit while exploring north part of the Goa. 50/- rs per head to enter and place has really good view point’s especially in monsoon. Boards with history and info written about the place around. Worth a visit especially to check the old construction and to view the nature from such top view point.

It's my 3rd visit to this fort. Multiple new things added to improve the tourist experience. Drinking water and toilets are available. 25 rupees entry fee for the monument and 30 rupees for bike parking! Entry closes 30 minutes prior sunset. Great view of Panji city and ocean...

Best place. A jail turned into museum. It gives an insight into Goa's history and cultures from the same prison cells where freedom fighters were held captive. They have nice, fun and interactive way of educating people. If in Goa you need to visit this place once to know more of Goa's history and culture

The fort is an immense knowledge book. But as any historical place it needs time and a good guide. If you are running short of time, you may not like the fort and it's surroundings. The surrounding area needs 3-6 hours to explore depending on your fitness level. The fort takes about an hour to roam at peace . The water cooler was not working during my time. Their are plenty of food stalls outside to take care for your food, water and juices. You will need to walk and in the sun it can be really hot. The fort is divided in various sectors. The vehicle reaches only the top part. For the other sector one needs to trek around. Best time to trek is early in the morning just before sunrise. Best time to visit the lighthouse which is next to fort is evening.

The main attractions of the fort were the reservoir and lighthouse. Sadly, both were closed. I just wish I could see the inside of the reservoir and lighthouse. Other than these unique landmarks, aguada fort is not different from the usual forts. The history seemed interesting and the view was beautiful. But seriously though? Why did you close the reservoir? This fort will be a lot more interesting if only they have opened the reservoir and lighthouse.

This is only worth a visit for the great view of the sea. I went on a weekday, so it wasn't very crowded. Wear your hats & caps, because there isn't any shade inside the fort premises so it can get really hot. Overheard a bunch of tourists regretting visiting the place in October and wondering if they should've come in December. You also need to club Fort Aguada with a bunch of other activities around the area (which I did), because exploring the fort takes about 20-30 minutes max. And unless you get lucky with pleasant weather, or carry a massive picnic umbrella, you really can't spend more time than that.

A very good place for beautiful photos and backdrops. Children will enjoy a lot running round and round. There are a number of eateries outside the place. This fort is very nice and one can visit this along with the light house which ia near by. There is entry fees to enter the place and one can explore the place by walking everywhere. There are different spots to view different views and one can spend their time watching them and clicking pictures. It is a huge fort with lots of apace in the middle.A historical monument. Neatly maintained. The place is in a small hill and can be visited only through vehicle. The place has an entry fees of Rs.25 per head. The view at this place makes this a must visit place in Goa. There is a jail and a lighthouse nearby. The place is a beautiful place to visit sunset.

This is near Candolim, there is a entry fee for this place which need to be brought at the entrance, there is a walk up to get into the fort, while entering one can see the pictures of the freedom struggle & before and after photos. There is a good view of the sea. There are free public restrooms & drinking water facility.

Excellent place if the weather allows it to be. The place has its own simple history, but the local guides seemed to make things up, including calling a water tank an underground jail. This place is a must visit in overcast conditions. The lighting is just right and you can expect great photos on the sea facing wall of the fort.

Very informative place. A minimum of 3 hours is a must to explore all the information. A smart way of QR codes on every area to get a voice note on the history of the location. Must have a smart phone through the journey. Carry a bottle of water and a cap for the informative journey.

Very beautiful fort situated above the hill top, ticket price will 25 rupees per person and parking for a bike 50 rupees. We can enjoy breathtaking views from the fort. This is build by British era maintenance was good, washrooms and drinking water facilities available here. We can take tickets directly when entering the fort.

It has hygienic drinking water facility too! Kudos to the maintenance staff 👏🏻 They charge 25/- as an entry fee for Indian Tourists and 300/- for Foreign Tourists.

Visited this fort on 14th April 2024. Fort is clean and beautiful. Must visit this fort during evening time. Just to note to everyone, there is a parking fee for the vehicles. They takes 25 and 50 rupees respectively for 2 and 4 wheelers. Also, there is entry fee for each person to enter into the fort.

One of the places to visit with family in Goa. There is nothing special just a traditional fort with some photos. You will get some good photos here as it's a scenery place. Parking fee is 50 for per two wheeler. Try to visit in the evening. In the afternoon , there will be very hot which makes you very tired. The drinking water pipes are there in the entry place.

Last time I visited this place there was no proper walking pathway or ticketing or parking system and this was 10.years back. But recently it has been developed and maintained very nicely. Must visit for a sunset view. But nothing much inside the fort but can be part of a to do list. The drive to this place is pleasant and it's uphil. Walking is not recommended. Parking is 50 bucks for a bike and 30 bucks entry per person. Closes at 6PM sharp.

Boat rides are available here for 350 rupees per person. These boats will take you to 5 locations in the sea from where you can see Aguada fort , jail , bungalow, , dolphins etc. life jackets are available and the sea is too deep. The boat ride is about 45-50 minutes and is fun.

Coco beach is situated at the bank of Mandovi river at Nerul, Goa. It's about 10 kms from Panjim bus stand. A good place for a short trip in a speed boat. If you are lucky enough, may see few dolphin's on your way. We visited the place on 25 December and lucky to see few for seconds. The boat ride starts in the morning at about 8:30 AM and continue till 5:30PM @350/- per person. The rate is varies depending upon the rush. One can have a glance at Miramar beach, light house at Agoda fort, it's jail museum and the costliest bungalow of diamond merchant. Not many people visit this beach other than for dolphin ride because of it's isolated location. Alos it's not that clean beaches of Goa.

Had a good time. The beach is not very crowded. They charge Rs. 300/- per head for a boat ride lasting an hour. One can spot dolphins when they take us far into the sea. Aguada fort and Jail are also visible during the ride.

A must-visit beach in north Goa! Jutting rocks 🪨 and vigorous waves 🌊 make for a beautiful sight to behold. Probably one of the most beautiful sunset sighting destinations. Due to the vertical distinction from the roads, you need to walk down a substantial number of irregular stairs down and up the beach. There's a canal being emptied onto the beach at one end... And that makes for a severe eyesore as well as ancillary pollution nearby. The competent authorities should take a look into the same.

Small beach tucked between the small and big vagator . It’s actually an extension of the small vagator beach . Rocky yet visually stunning . However overcrowded with shacks and not so clean .

This beach is good for water activities as it has less crowd than other beaches. Its good place for relax and chill, just order something in any of the shack and enjoy the view along with sound of ocean.

It's so nice place. Quite and calm. Loved it

A very good and clean beach. Less and good tourists come here. Here we can find sea with rocks, but it is not dangerous. Maximum tourists here take a sea bath.. There are fer good beach shacks, having peaceful tourists mainly couples.. All good and famous party clubs and resturant is upper side of this place , and they can see whole the beach from there.. You can get a beer in 100 bucks in sun beds.. Many more for fun for small families. Not recommended for older people , they might not climb again from beach.

It's visited by very few people as people don't know much about it. You can find crabs here too. A place to just sit and chill. You have to walk down many stairs to reach this, so if your legs are not good, please dont visit here.

This beach is totally dirty as a canal is being discharged into the sea. The whole beach is filled up with garbage and the way to the beach is very tiring if you are going by the normal path which is a bit hidden behind the bushes. But if you want to grab a bite at the cafe present there then you can access the beach through a more easier way. But still the beach is not at all enjoyable. Rocks are present on the beach too.

The museum is immaculately maintained and there are a lot of really good art pieces. You can easily spend an hour or two here. The layout is good and spacious. Be careful of not getting stuck behind the door at the terrace! The lighting is great and explanation provided is good What could be better? Entry fees of Rs.200 limits the number of times and people who would want to go. The food is priced high. Men's washroom needs partition between urinals. I mean who wants to see other guys privates when urinating! The visit was good, however you won't be missing much if you skip it. If they keeps he entry and food price low then it's worth considering.

worth visiting with family. All in all the museum has a great vibe and good collection. This is private museum but totally worth 200 bucks per person . The museum has a really interesting art and sculpture collection. No ample parking place.

This is mainly Goa themed museum or rather collection of artifacts of Dr. Subodh Kerkar and some paintings by his father. A very well thought and nicely conceptualized contemporary art pieces. Eventhough the entrance is bit tight and very little space for parking, it is well designed inside the halls. There is a nice 15 minutes documentary video show too explaining the concepts behind some of the artifacts. You need atleast 1.5 to 2 hours to see this museum properly. This is privately owned and they charge an entrance fee of Rs.300 per head. There is a nice Café too inside the museum.

I wonderfully curated museum that highlights the history and culture of Goa throught the medium of contemporary art. The space is so peaceful and intreging. I honestly could have spent the whole day here. The gift shop is brilliant and you can take home some unique souvenirs. I will definitely go back!

This is run by a private company. 200/- per head entry fees. Parking is very small, just enough for 2-4 cars and few bikes. There is a place for art and craft for kids to spend time, it was awesome to see creative people around. Museum is good, if you like art. Google map takes you to the exact location. Good for a family visit with younger kids. If you are a person who likes selfies 😄😜 you have many good spots inside the museum.

I have visited the Museum of Goa twice, and each time has been a wonderful experience. The first time I visited, I fell in love with this place. It's truly a magnet for artists, with beautiful art pieces that each have a deep story behind them. I recently visited as an artist for Art Pop and was blown away by the creativity and talent on display. In addition to the stunning art, there's a cute cafe on the premises that serves delicious food. While the menu may be small, every item is tasty and fresh. Overall, the Museum of Goa is a must-visit for anyone interested in art and culture.

I'm not a art connoisseur. The first thing you wanna do is watch the documentry then you can get the idea behind the art here. This is a private museum which makes this very clean, friendly and hospitable. I would recommend to see the art on the third floor. There is a garden and a small canteen at the back to chill out with your friends.

Really an interesting place to visit. The art works are unique. There are different kinds of displays like paintings, pictures, artwork out of Boats and other things. Adults and children - all of us liked the place.

Art work is nice. But tickets are very expensive, because there are no Air Conditioners, no proper fans. Also they just want to earn money, This is not government property. There is a donation box in reception and it is mentioned that " we are an individual organisation and we need money to show more artwork", after paying 300 rs for a ticket still they want more money from visitors.

You can easily spend 1-2hrs and excellent to sit post it in the restaurant and try some simple food. Prompt and efficient service. Rs. 200 entry and no major parking area but being in an industrial area you can easily find parking.

Wow, MOG is a wonderful discovery in Goa! If you have time, please make your way there. Terrific contemporary art, sculpture, photography and more. Displayed beautifully, with ample room to enjoy the art. The outdoor garden, the family classes, the cafe all make for a memorable experience — along with impressive speaker programs. Can’t wait to return!

The museum is contemporary art and very cool! It exceeded our expectations as we really didn’t know what to expect from museum overall. We watched the documentary of the founder and the main artist and we also had a chance to meet him in person and chat! Really nice gem, worth visiting! We went there on our last day of Goa trip since we had already explored everything worthwhile. Go through our pics and videos. Rides are small but good. You can spend 4-5 hours there. Beverages and food allowed from outside. Must bring your dry fit clothes for this place. And obviously a towel. Nice place.

Very bad and very very dirty water. Slides are very bad. There attitude is very bad. We took the ticket and went in and within 2 mins we had to leave because of the unhygienic environment. We did asked for refund but they didn't gave any refund not even 10%. For just 2 mins.

Unsafe park I ever seen. Only 2 feet water in every pool, that is ver danger. And guards have no responsibility they simply walking inside the park. That is also danger. I met with an accident because of careless guards 😡 and some of the ride will stuck middil of the path 😤 totally disappointed ☹️

Although I didn't get the chance to swim at Splashdown Waterpark, I have to say that the park's appearance did not make a great first impression. The park looks old and worn out, which initially made me think that it was abandoned. However, I later found out that the park is still operating and charges 650 rupees for an all-day pass. While I cannot speak to the quality of the park's attractions, it is important to note that the park's appearance may be off-putting to some visitors. If you're looking for a modern and well-maintained waterpark, you might want to consider other options in the area. However, if you're willing to overlook the park's appearance, you may still find some enjoyment at Splashdown. In terms of value, the 650 rupee all-day pass seems reasonable for a waterpark. It's worth keeping in mind that food and drinks inside the park may be expensive, so it's a good idea to bring your own snacks and water if possible. Overall, if you're willing to overlook the park's appearance and are looking for an affordable waterpark option in Goa, Splashdown Waterpark may be worth considering. However, if you're looking for a more modern and well-maintained waterpark experience, you might want to look elsewhere.

I went here today with a close group of friends without any expectations and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Don't go here expecting a Wonderla. If you want a cosy experience with less crowds and a limited number of fun activities, then this is the place for you. The staff were quite friendly. The water was hygienic. As a suggestion, do try to repair the washrooms, a lot of parts were broken or missing inside the washrooms.

Kids loved this place. Clean water, extremely helpful staff. My son got bitten by honey bee and all the staff members came for help, got first aid and took extreme care of him. Reasonable prices. They have options for tickets who don't want to get into water - just be as spectators.

I would not recommend for any adult who is thinking to enjoy here for kids is ok and that to if the kids don’t want to go to the rides because some rides closed and water was 1-2 feet deep an adult can sit in there pools and still be above the water . Such a useless experience for 640 rs and the bathrooms were dirty . -1 star

Fun place to go to, if you're with kids. Strictly note that you can't expect a grand theme park style entertainment here, but whatever they do have, I guess they've done decently well to upkeep and maintain. Kids will be fine, but if adults are taking the slides, they're very likely to land hard into the shallow waters. Except that everything else is great! 👍 Our kids had plenty of fun with the slides and we ended up staying until closing time. Try and pack your own nylon swimwear to avoid having to rent/purchase.

We enjoy Splashdown and keep coming back, however there are pros and cons that should be considered: On the good side, the place is usually not crowded so you can enjoy the rides without waiting in line or struggling to find a floaty. There are washrooms, showers, lockers for rent and enough slides to enjoy. There is a regular pool, a children's area with 5 different slides and another 5 slides for people above 4ft. On the negative side, the big slides are not available all at the same time. They run them in turns so you will have to wait if you enjoy a particular one. The water is not the cleanest and some areas are not well kept, but all of this is fine by me since I am already aware of what to expect. My biggest concern, though, is with the Tornado slide: This ride is NOT well designed and you WILL get hurt when you land on the round area. I have tried it multiple times in case I was doing something wrong, however no matter how well I follow the staff's instructions, every time I end up with a huge bruise that lasts for days. I am aware that you enjoy the park at your own risk (a waver form must be signed) and some people are not careful enough and end up getting hurt in other areas because of their own actions, however the Tornado slide is just not well engineered. There shouldn't be a slide that WILL hurt you, even if you follow instructions and try to enjoy it safely... All in all, it is a nice place to spend some hours if you know what you're going for and don't expect a wonderland.

The place has some good sporting facility that gives you an adrenaline rush. But safety remains a key concern. Be careful when you play. The facility is seemingly still under development and they can do more on cleanliness and quality of clothing they give for hire.

Turned 50 and had to strike off the bucket list of things to do in life and scuba diving was on top of the list. Went for open divers course with my son. I was a bit sceptical. But hats off to Scuba Evolution team. It was an amazing experience. Paritosh and Madhu, our instructors made even the seemingly tough activities very simple. What stood out was the way they were enjoying what they were doing. Thank you Scuba Evolution team for introducing me to the wonderful underwater world.

Just got my Advance Open Water certificate from Scuba Evolution India and it was amazing! I worked closely with Instructors Madhu & Raja and DiveMaster Iseah! The Discover Scuba Diving program with the Scuba Evolution team was a great experience. Even before we opted in for the program, the guidance we received from the team with respect to our kids also experiencing the dive made it very clear that safety first was truly practiced by them. The instructors are extremely professional and great fun at the same time. The dive sites were great for diving and snorkelling. All in all , highly recommended us for the entire family.

Went out for two fun dives with Scuba Evolution India in Dec 2022. Team and boat crew were kind and helpful anytime. Vibe on board was really nice and we had a lot of fun. Sinjini and Skandan guided us super experienced, so I felt safe in any situation. Would highly recommend to dive with SEI!

I enjoyed two fun dives with Scuba Evolution India and felt that the school is quite professional. I didn't like that I had to pay for both dives in advance (it was the first diving school that asked for this in all countries I dove so far). Also, on the same boat were divers of a different school who paid a lot less and we were basically going to the same places. The two fun dives cost me the same as in Spain (about 90€), the other diver paid 60€. That's a huge difference which I am not sure is entirely justified. Luckily they were kind enough to take me to the boat with them, as otherwise you would have to add the cost for a taxi. As for the diving I enjoyed the dives with Raul, especially seeing the Gobby and the shrimp. He took his time and gave me a detailed briefing on board, also showing me all the species we were expecting to see. On the boat the staff could be a bit more attentive in offering water/snacks etc.

Excellent I did two fun dives with SEI, and had a great time. The team is very prompt and professional, and booking of the dives was handled very well. I dived with Isaiah who is a superstar, really well informed about the dive site conditions and marine life, great diving buddy, and overall a very chill person to hang with. Their equipment is in decent shape; the boat crew is very helpful; the between-dive snacks are good; and SEI shared really good pics of the dive afterwards. The dive sites itself didn't have great visiblity, but the sights (both the shipwreck and the wide range of sea life) made the dives really fun. If you dive in Goa, do go dive with SEI. Two thumbs up on the whole experience, and good value for money.

Strongly recommend this certified PADI dive center with pretty and professional crew . We passed exams for Advanced Open Water and Nitrox - great live lecture 🧑‍🎓 with explanation of the enriched air and funny underwater activities during the dives (especially at the Abyss dive site). It’s always been a part of my bucket list to go scuba diving, and through SEI, I was able to make this dream of mine come true. Sinjini, Elvina, Icy, and Raja, helped me through this, making sure that I felt comfortable and safe every step of the way. It was absolutely wonderful getting to experience the world underwater. I have done the Discover Scuba Diving and my son has done the open water diver course here. The team of instructors is very professional and for both the courses, they took us through the paces very deliberately and efficiently. The dives itself were coordinated very well and all the safety aspects were taken care of. The instructor team here is very patient and during training for the open water diver course moved on to the next aspect only once the required proficiency was achieved. We look forward to many more dives with them 😀. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to get into diving as a hobby or do certifications.

My partner & I recently spent two days with Sinjini and her team at Scuba Evolution India, I completed my Nitrox course along with two fun dives and my partner completed her Scuba Diver course. Sinjini was extremely helpful and communicative in advance of the course to ensure we were prepared and made the most of our time at the dive centre. Her English was excellent and her teaching style was very thorough, particularly when explaining the logic and mathematics for enriched air dives. Sinjini and her team were knowledgeable, trustworthy and always prioritised safety. I'd recommend to anyone interested in diving in Goa.

I recently participated in Scuba Evolution India's Discover Scuba program and it was amazing. On the first day, we had pool training with all the gear. The team took their time and did not rush. The next day, they took us to the dive site off the coast of Grande Island, accompanied by their certified divers. We spent a full 40 minutes underwater. As I am heavier I had concerns about the dive. But the divers at SCI, guided and assisted me. A massive shoutout to Sinjini and her team for their exceptional support! The sunken ship at the dive site was a truly marvellous sight. Scuba Evolution India is undoubtedly not a scam, and I'm genuinely pleased I invested my money here. My daughter trained at Scuba Evolution India under the guidance of Sinjini Chanda last year for Open water Certification. This year she returned to become an Advanced Open water diver. Scuba diving is an extreme sport- it is just not fun but also involves a lot of technicalities that have to be taken care of, during training or a fun drive. I believe that Scuba Evolution is a very good place if you or anyone you know, wants to train to be a diver either professionally or for recreation. The team is competent and the trainers are professional. So if the deep seas call you, Scuba Evolution India Pvt Ltd can be your school to learn and grow as a diver.

As a part of the Workshop on Underwater Archaeology by ASSSR and Goa University we were taken for SCUBA diving at The Suzy's wreck by Scuba Evolution India. They gave us a training at a swimming pool on one day and took us to the site of shipwreck near Grand Island the next day. Their divers were very helpful and supportive. I am in my fifties and am not a great swimmer, had my fears and reservations. However, all the trainers did a good job of assuring me. Also I would like to point out that, there were three ladies who did a superb task of maneuvering the boat, getting us ready and and accompanying us down to the site of the wreck and explaining the marine life.

Thank you for giving me an experience I would remember for a lifetime. A big shout out to Isiah who was my dive instructor during the sea dive, who made the dive to the shipwreck really feel like it came straight out of my dream (a dream I've held onto since I was a kid), Raja sir who was so supportive and encouraging during the pool training, Madhu who is THE coolest marine biologist-cum-diver, an inspiration for young people like me with a genuine love for the sea and everything in it, showing us you really can do both, Skandan sir and Monica Ma'am, the heart and head of the team, Shinjini, Beena and everyone else who were part of our two-day practical training for Underwater Archaeology, for making sure that we had not only an academic but also a really holistic and fun experience. Happy and glad to have received an awareness lecture about sea life and its fragility as well. Overall, if you're someone who is going for their first ever dive or is looking for a team you can trust, these are definitely your people :)

Had a great experience with my PADI open water diver certification! They are very thorough in the courses and have a highly professional team of instructors. Much thanks to Isaiah, who took my course and is a really sweet, fun and highly knowledgeable instructor. He helped me with learning many tricks and I had a great time with him. Great instruction from Sinjini, very well executed and my learning was high. Process of pre-learning using the PADI app worked well. Scuba Evolution location and facilities are conducive for PADI. The pool instruction by Sinjini was excellent and so were the 4 training dives from the boats across the 2 days. I was proud to have achieved the open water PADI certification. Thank you Scuba Evolution and a big shout out to Sinjini for being a brilliant instructor.

The Church is stunningly beautiful, but they seem to frown on tourists taking photos of the inside of the Church. I would suggest, that if you visit, you don't take photos of the inside of the Church. It's very much a local place, for the community, and not for tourists (like me).

The Church needs painting to look more beautiful from outside. Even the mikes & speakers needs replacement as we couldn't hear anything from one of the mike. The church interior is excellent nay awesome.

Our lady of Good Hope, Candolim : A place we get the peaceful atmosphere to share all your problem to lord. This place has good parking facilities, landscapes, furnitures and etc. As of now this church is not open for Touristers because of COVID.

Very beautiful church in Candolim. It's very religious and very old church and kept clean and neat and maintained very well. It has ample amount of seating in church, it has very nice property developed outside the church.

The local authorities need to ensure this beach is kept clean...The beach is so untidy n it's difficult for the locals who have grown up there n always kept the beach clean n tidy to visit...please put up notices of not littering this beach

The beach was very filthy.The people use this place as a toilet,they have no respect for anything.We could no risk swimming in these waters,and risk getting all sorts of diseases.the town council needs to minister and keep the place clean if they want more tourists to visit.Families and couples will find peace in this Beach. Very peaceful and beautiful church. We went on a Friday and it wasn’t crowded at all. Although tourists were not allowed to enter into the church, you can enjoy the exterior. Very well maintained.

Its really nice and calm place...I went to the church just before mars so they are not allowing me to go to inside but I requested to the lady to allow me inside who was cleaning the church she told me to come and see the church from the inside but nobody allow to click the photos of the church from the inside..we clicked multiple photo in front of the gate which are really amazing...there is play ground outside the church and they also have parking which is free of cost

The church looks beautiful but it is not maintained. The gates are always locked with a signboard that tourists are not allowed inside. You can take pictures from outside. A small garden nearby to relax.

Merry Christmas 🎅 We went for our Christmas service here. It was predominantly the local Goans- but they did accommodate us within. It was a great service - it was in Konkani, but emotions of pure love was felt. Service completed late into the night and we left completely satisfied. We have been to this church multiple times before - mostly during the day time. But we were here during Christmas and took this opportunity to visit during the midnight mass. A definite visit if you are in this vicinity ❤️

Very peaceful place ✌️ Built in the 19th century, the church dedicated to the Mother of God or Our Lady is known as Mae de Deus. Its foundation stone was first laid on 7th February 1867 and this beautiful church was inaugurated on 26th November 1873. With Gothic spires and pristine white walls, the Mae de Deus Church is an important landmark in Goa, reminiscent of a fairy-tale castle.

Mae Deus Church is a Mother of God situated right in the heart of Saligao. It is a pleasure and happiness to tell that being bron and brought from my Native place in Saligao. We have a lovely experience in having the mother with us. Although now it has been 150 years old church wit it's Gotic architecture, we are very proud to have it with us.

It's located in O hotel candolim..nice food and drinks... staff and service too good.. but rest room very tiny.. entrance fees charged for solo 2000and 5000 rs

This was my first time visit to a casino and dayum isn't it crazy. The entry fee tickets vary for stags and couples (inclusive of drinks, snacks and dinner) and then the games lure you to play even more. The night gets crazy and you might lose all the money you bet but it's worth the world. Pro Tip: Do not get addicted. Should be played for only fun.

Its an on land casino near candolium beach! The entry for a couple is 3500 in which they give you 2000 play chips in 500 chips! You require an id proof at entry point. Incase you win using these you get same value actual playing chips! They give you 3 drinks and 2 starters coupons per person and dinner is available from 8 pm till 12 am. All popular games are available like roulette, andar bahar, black jack, teen patti etc. overall had a very pleasant time. A great evening! Ps they have live entertainment but we really reached late hence missed it completely!

Cheaters! One of the worst land casino in Goa. We visited few months ago as a couple. Their entry fee 3.5k is not worth anything instead go to Big daddy or any Deltin Royale for better experience. First the manager talks and lures you into buying 25k to play the 3 card poker game because they are not many options to play. All the regular players and the casino staffs play in sync to loot our money. Please don’t go here and lose your money. The food served here was also not fresh, it was rotten vegetables and old roti or rice served after hours of keeping open with even a lid. Management was very reluctant when we questioned. I have attached some photos for you to see guys.. please don’t visit this!

Raj bhavan is the best bhavan . The place is very good and cretive and here a very large church of lady of cape . I don't know why this name called but this place is very cool . I have a wish in future i am going here and visit this place because I am a Traveller and i am not prefer this place is local because it is best place. Quiet place. Best for photography and relaxation

British/Portuguese built place. They occupy it and still curse the British /Portuguese for political gains . The security objected to taking photos. Indian's against Indians. Cabo fort lies on the peninsula land jutting out in the Arabian Sea, at Dona Paula, 9 kilometers from Panaji. The fort was erected by the Portuguese in 1540 to guard the entrance to Goa harbour. The Portuguese planned a fort here in 1540, and as per long-established defense strategy, quickly built a church. Subsequently, they built a fort and the church was made into a convent. Since the fort’s canons were never used `in anger’, the buildings were used as temporary accommodation for the archbishop from the 1650s. The British took it over in 1798 and stayed in residence, apart from a brief break, until 1813. Initially during the Portuguese era, a Franciscan Convent was attached to the Fort. These days nothing remains of the old citadel. You can, however, see the ruins of the small military cemetery the British built at the time of their brief occupation of the Cabo during the Napoleonic wars – a move intended to deter the French from invading Goa. This later became Cabo Palace and is now the official residence of the Governor of Goa, known as the Raj Bhavan.

Goa is beautifull place but in all club mahindra hotels there are taxi unions which charges double rent that is Rs 4000 for 70 km and if stop this taxies for lunch they charges Rs 500 for half and they says hamara kuch nahi ho sakta sab goverment ke hi log hai hamare sath...tourist adviced to take ur own car or taxi to goa to avoid this

Having grown up in the area, I was one of the few lucky ones who went for mass here on Sunday mornings. Beautiful view, especially from the North side. If you happen to be in Goa over the weekend then try to make it for the Sunday service at 9.30 am. You need to drive through the gates by 9 am.

The Governor's residence. For obvious reasons, not everyone is welcome here but the roads leading up to the Bungalow gates have a great view of the surrounding Dona Paula area. Not really a place for tourists but locals can walk/drive up here in the evenings to enjoy the wonderful breeze and relax with their family and loved ones.

Stunning views, but limited accessibility. It was the residence of the Portuguese viceroy during their new-conquest rule. Made into a Raj Bhavan post liberation. General public can access once a year during the feast of the chapel of St. Paulina housed in the Raj Bhavan premises.

The Church of St. Michael was established in 1595 and is dedicated to S. Miguel. The Church was erected in 1603 by the visiting Jesuit Missionaries (jesuit missionary was established by Layola to the best of my knowledge during counter-reformation). Rebuilt in 1717 on the model of the famous Se Cathedral of Old Goa, this outstanding landmark is a most interesting specimen of colonial architecture of the 16th century. The Church has a large welcoming door and two towers on either side. The Portuguese style of architecture is the prime attraction of the church. You can also find St. Michael's body being displayed at a certain height in the church. It is a huge church and contains graveyard aside. 8-6-2022

St. Michael's Church was built in 1613 and is one of the oldest churches of Goa. The church was erected in 1603 and is situated on the Anjuna-Beach road. The church has a large welcoming door and two towers on either side. The Portuguese style of architecture is the prime attraction of the church. The church is visited by tourists in large numbers to witness the statue of St. Michael with a scale in his left hand and a demon placed under his feet. Moreover, the tabernacle placed in the centre of the main altar also attracts visitors.

The Pilar priests are doing an excellent service. The young priest who celebrated the English mass at 10.00 a.m. on 24/12/2023, 04/02/2024 and 03/03/2024 is particularly inspiring. Beautiful sermons, short and very sincere. Thank you Fr.

Best place for Worship. Tourist visiting must Maintain the sanctity of the place by not disrupting mass services walking randomly in. Do not dirty the premises.

Beautiful St. Michael Church next to a cemetery in an eerie greenery around. Constricted in colonial era style it's quite an old institution. This is also the birth place of Ven Fr. Agnelo D’Souza. Must visit.
