We had the best time! Jeremy was our guide and he made the tour so much fun and educational! My three boys LOVED being able to learn about the animals at the sanctuary and interact with them! We can tell that Jeremy sincerely loves and cares about the animals there. The enclosures were clean and the animals appeared well taken care of- which made us happy. I appreciate the sanctuary takes in the animals that their owners abandon, and their efforts to educate people to be more responsible when choosing to have exotic pets, and about finding a way to coexist with wildlife in harmony. Human is the number one cause of extinction of many species, and we need more places like this sanctuary to remind people of the importance of conservation. We would definitely come back when we visit the area again!

I would highly recommend visiting McCarthys Wildlife Sanctuary during your stay in south Florida! The staff were very knowledgeable and amazing, it’s easy to get to and the grounds were clean and beautiful. Not to mention, the animals seemed very happy and enjoyed us visiting!

My husband and I came here to see all the animals! Jeremy took us on a great tour and genuinely cares about the animals and provided the group with great facts about the individual animals and their species. I would definitely recommend coming here, rather than other places that have wild animals as this place rescues and rehabilitates animals and does what is in the best interest for the animals!

Great sanctuary! Things were well organized, plenty of parking just outside the main gate. Our guide was well informed about the different animals, and there was even a chance to get up close and personal in the reptile house. There are restrooms, and a gift shop on site.

It is a hidden gem, being so close to the big cats was so surreal. Our guide Bianca was very informative. We enjoyed her company very much. They had a lot of snakes, almost every snake 🐍 including rattle snakes and venomous snakes.Turtles, tarantula and other animals which were all saved in some way. That's why it is good to visit it to help pay for the rescued animals.

They have restrooms here but if you need to go during a tour you'll be escorted back. You stuck together as a group and are not allowed to wander off alone. Amazing wildlife refuge. Had such a great time on the tour with Alexis as our tour guide. Very friendly and informative. You get to learn not only about the animals but their individual backstories and how they arrived there. Such a great place. I can't wait till my son turns 5 next you so I can bring him as well. Did I mention they let you hold some of the animals. Super cool experience for a family or a date.

Found this little suburban sanctuary on Tripadvisor and it did not disappoint. Tours are only available by calling them direct and only a few days a week at limited times. If you like small group tours, this is for you. The animals are very well cared for, even spoiled and I’m glad they have a place like this they can call home. Definitely a must see in the West Palm Beach area.

Paw-some! Very informative. Although they have short hours, this is for the benefit of the animals. Members of our party held several different animals, like a kinkajou, turtles, snakes and spiders. This was the closest I ever stood near large cats, lions, jaguar, panther, etc. they also have a liger that I did not know existed.

Great experience seeing the animals, including a number of big cats. It's not setup like a traditional zoo, so your tour is just a handful of people and you can get very close to the enclosures which makes for excellent photos. Proceeds from tour go to helping care for the animals so it's a great cause as well. They also engage in animal rehabilitation. Highly recommend.

We took our kid as a birthday gift from family members. We absolutely LOVE IT! Bianca was our tour guide. She was AMAZING! The whole family will enjoy this experience. You learn so much and will see animals that otherwise, you would probably never encounter(like a liger). The stories behind every animal are also so incredible. Bianca is very knowledgeable and kept the visit very fun for all the kids. We got to held and touch different animals. We've been living in the Palm Beach area for years and we didn't know about this place. I'm happy we got to see it. I highly recommend it!

What a Lovely place! This place is wheel chair accessible and super pretty. They have loads of water features and the pathways to feel fully present and take in the scene. A light feature/ fake tree next to the main event space and loads of monthly events to plan for in the Square. Totally Worth a drive.

This place is an entire vibe. Tried the vegan ice cream and enjoyed the beautiful tree with the changing lights. So many shops and people are bustling about in a very relaxed atmosphere. Wished we had more time to take it all in.

Went here today for the Arts Festival and really enjoyed it, primarily because it was outdoors with sun and much cooler temperatures today. Lots of artists and some beautiful artwork. Bought a French Bulldog statue that I couldn’t pass up. Considering some other art as well. This is a beautiful shopping area with different activities aside from just shopping; and restaurants are in abundance. Beautiful fountain in the center of the Plaza. Parking was expensive!

Beautiful place even just to walk around. Plenty of public parking for a fair price, they even have valet parking if you dont want to spend time looking around. Super clean with some nice store and restaurant option. Really well maintained and easy to navigate.

Beautiful place with amazing luxurious boutiques, among restaurants. Walking around was great. There is a beautiful fountain where you can sit around and take a break from your shopping. While doing so, try there 'to die for' ice cream made with cashews and coconut milk.

What a wonderful place. Regardless of the time of day, this place is simply enchanting. The glowing tree is spectacular, and all the choices for dining are stellar. I personally love El Caminos and those nachos! Great for people of all ages.

Very clean and beautiful shopping area. You can definitely spend a good deal of time here. Hotels are close and there are plenty of dining options. There are a few really nice apartments here for rent as well. I definitely will come check this out again in the future.

Wow! Let’s first complement the gardening in this area. I know they have to spend millions of dollars just in the landscaping alone. It is absolutely gorgeous! All of the areas are super classy and well-kept. The vibe is so amazing. It definitely gives me cantina vibes more on the cultured experience. All of the beautiful variety of plants and flowers as well as the artwork on all of the streets and walls are beyond beautiful! What a day. You could literally walk the circle go to lunch go shopping and spend an entire day here! I know I did!

More than the shopping and restaurants, Rosemary Square is simply a good place to walk around. The palm tree-lined promenade, shady archways, and cool fountains are bustling with people at all times of the day. It is also convenient to visit, with easy paid parking available at the nearby Hibiscus Garage. Highly recommend when you’re in downtown West Palm Beach!

Was a serene moonlit night. The weather was amazing, and the Square had such great ambiance. So much better than in the past. Love the new look and feel.

Great place to hang out as couple, friends or family with kids.The primary feature is the beautiful fountain in the square where the kids spend hours having fun playing with water while parents can enjoy a delicious meal at one of the many restaurants there.They also have some shows for kids and live band on weekends.(Check the monthly schedule on their website or at the square for more information).Not only this place is outstanding, the area around is fantastic as well.Buildings are colorfully painted with greenery walls adding on the beauty of this place.

It’s a shopping and dining district encompassed in a square region of bustling West Palm Beach downtown; thus the name The Square was born, I assume. It’s vibrant and full of youth. Seems to be safe and most shops and restaurants are elegant. But there are Starbucks and H&M to satiate people with not so deep pocket. Parking situation isn’t horrible. But I would not go out of my way to visit this place. If I happen to be near The Square during my visit to West Palm Beach, then visiting this place definitely makes sense.

I love coming here to people watch and grab a bite or a drink with friends. It’s such a beautiful space for the entire community and the plants all around make the space very zen. The city is also doing a great job maintaining it, thank you.

I love The Square, The Wall, Uptown... All of Clematis. There's a great selection of restaurants and shops, and the atmosphere is amazing. Family friendly, dog friendly, yet still a great place to have a few drinks, dance, and let loose.

A fun place to go for all ages. Daylight is better for children and nighttime for adults. The one big artificial tree has LED leaves. The changing colors are mesmerizing.

I'm really not sure how to rate this. I think this place used to be called city place and it had a lot of beautiful upscaled stores and not as many restaurants as it does now. All of the stores that I liked are gone. And it's just walt wall restaurants and destruction. I am very unhappy with this change nor will I ever be going back.

Beautifully landscaped and great for a nice walk. Lots of great restaurants but not too many stores to look at. $10 for parking about 2 hours is a bit high we thought.

It’s a decent zoo,it’s not too big. There is a splash pad by the entrance. As hot as it is it definitely is a treat. We explored the vicinity in our wet clothes so it wasn’t as hot. I like how each exhibit discusses where the animal is from, the age and most of them are named. Most of these animals are rescues or were born in this facility. The whole place is well kept. There is a gift shop similar to most overpriced gift shops. The food is ok. You can bring your own. I packed fruits and water for my troop. There is a special going on until 7/31/23 ( 2 kids in free with a paying adult) there is an age limit though. Overall this is a nice place and I would be back again.

The zoo was small but worth a trip there. They have a variety of animals, mostly small, which is appropriate for their size. Tiger, Florida panther, and of course, crocs! We did a special visit (extra cost) with the Otters, behind the scenes, and you get no contact feeding. Was fun! Fountain for kids to play in. Wheelchair accessible to main zoo. Restrooms, vending, gift shop. The staff was great and very helpful and informative.

Weather was perfect! Animals were out and about. The zoo is well maintained. All the animals have large spaces to live in and enclosures for protection when needed. They all looked well cared. I was pleasantly surprised compared to the zoo I went in the '80s.

Had the best day there! Saw so many animals. My favs were the Koalas and tiger! We had lunch there as well. Best burgers ever! Friendly staff. So much to see! A definite for the kids. Will definitely go back next time I'm in Florida.

This is a beautiful zoo. We went on a Tuesday around midday. There are a wide variety of animals to see. The grounds are lovely. The staff are very friendly and can answer questions about the animals. The food prices are quite high, so try to pack snacks to eat in designated places.

Great place to visit! I'm a local Floridian but hadn't been to this particular zoo. Brought the whole family for just shy of 2 hours which was plenty. Crowds weren't too heavy but the heat (early July) was hot! The entrance of the park has a large children's area with splash Park and all of the trails start there and are named according to their animal origins. Very clean place and tons of different animals to visit. I would go again for sure. They have several larger cat species that were very cool to see. Parking wasn't an issue for us but I could see larger trucks or vans having a tight fit. Very easy to find by taking southern Blvd exit 68 east off of North bound i95.

What an Awesome zoo with Big Opportunities to see large animals!! Really makes you feel like you are in a jungle!! Remember to drink plenty of water. Wear sunblock and ABSOLUTELY WEAR MOSQUITO REPELLENT!! And Remember to pack clothing to Change into because the Splash Pad was so fun and refreshing!! Come on Down and enjoy. Took an amazing tour today at The Palm Beach Zoo. Brittany, Mike, & Amy were absolutely delightful. Their energy was unlike any other! You can tell how passionate they all are about the animals. They made us feel truly blessed. Incredibly thankful for their endless knowledge & their excitement. This is the best behind the scenes tour I have ever done anywhere. They took their time & answered all our questions. They got to know us & made us feel extra special. It was enchanting to meet you all! Thank you so much!!!

A nice little zoo to visit. The pricing is not really reasonable for the few amount of animals and exhibits. For 2 adults I paid 58 with tax, my toddler was free. Was not at all crowded. The restaurant was closed, the stands with concessions was also closed not sure if due to it not being busy or what the reason. Plenty of parking available. They have a nice splash area for kids right as you come in. The exhibits were nice but it seems like the animals also went on spring break 😅. It's worth a visit but there are betters zoos for the same or better pricing especially for going on a weekday and getting tickets online to save.

So awesome! Definitely the best zoo we’ve been to in Florida thus far. Being New Yorkers, we visit Jupiter and Singer Island a couple times a year. We’re always up for new adventures that aren’t too far away. This was an excellent zoo! We had a blast :)

A great Zoo, easy to get too, plenty of great animals to see, and enough walking but not where you will be dead tired after seeing the full experience. Water area, play area, and carousel for kids as well. Cool experiences available too. We fed the lorikeets and had a lot of fun. An annual pass is worth the cost if you go at least twice

This was my very first time bringing my 2 kids to the Palm Beach Zoo. The weather was not great but it was not pouring rain luckily. We were able to see most of the animals and the kids were free admission, I have a 6 year old and 7 month old. We went on a Saturday around 11ish we got there and left around 2:00 p.m. Even though it was raining off and on, we still had a nice time and the kids enjoyed it. They had a carousel ride, nice gift shop, and splash pad for the kids. I would love to definitely go again I only paid admission for myself for one adult which was about $27 and they had a promotion for kids to get in free from June 1st to July 31st. I highly recommend this place and I would definitely love to go again!

Had a good time here. Bring your snacks! Water was $6 for a 12oz. Fairly clean. Activities for the kids. A push available for pay for the little ones. The pathway was easy to maneuver. The water spray park was hood for the kids to cool off. There are bears, jaguars, alligators, turtles, flamingos. No giraffes or elephants or rhinos. But the kids had a good time. We were grateful for the kid free with paying adults.

Such a great day!! Didn’t know what to expect heading in and ended up spending hours there! Lots of unique animals like anteaters and capybara and koala. We lucked out seeing lots of activity too. Spur of the moment ended up doing the Tortoise Encounter!! Lots of time petting, learning and taking “shellfies” Appreciated the military discount too!

I grew up at a time when theme parks did not exist in Florida. Mom took us to many attractions on our summer vacations and school days off. I loved going to Miami Seaquarium, Crandon Park Zoo, Monkey Jungle, Parrot Jungle, Pirates World and many other popular attractions around the state at the time. I learned about many species of wildlife from these trips and grew up to respect the role they played in our fragile ecosystem. I visited Palm Beach Zoo when it was named Dreher Park Zoo back in the day. I took my son there many times. It was easy to get to off I95, reasonably priced, clean and had many wonderful, well maintained exhibits. I walked in with my son, daughter in law and 20 month old grandson hoping to enjoy the same experience. We went on an overcast Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m., the park closed at 5, plenty of time to see everything and not too hot or crowded. I pre purchased the tickets online: 2 adults and 1 senior came to $106.85. My grandson was 'free'. Wow! Sticker shock but somewhat expected given the economy. We checked in and it was a very easy process. We rented a safari wagon for our little one. It was a reasonable $3 but they didn't accept cash. We had to use a credit card to pay. A large splash pad is located at the entrance and many children were enjoying this water feature. We didn't have a change of clothes and/or towels for our waterbug and he was quite upset he couldn't frolic with them so we rolled quickly past to begin the zoo journey. (I did wonder if the recycled water shooting up in their innocent little faces was chlorinated. It looked like a superspreader event with many bulging diapers.) As we worked our way through each area, I noted many of the animal exhibits I remembered from back when were gone. The few animals they had looked cared for and healthy but the overall vibe was depressing. I saw only a few zoo staff members who looked busy but did not interact with the customers. Note: different animal encounters are available but you are charged extra $$$ and participants age is limited. We went to the lorikeet exhibit. They sold small cups of nectar ($2 for 1, $5 for 3) but when we got there they were feeding them big bowls of it. They warned us the birds wouldn't come to us and to save our $$. It was around 4 p.m. They were right. The birds could care less if we were holding their nectar treat. The carousel was nice and again, credit or debit card only. No cash is accepted in the park. We gradually made our way out. I left with new memories but also a greater appreciation of what we were so fortunate to have had experienced in better times.

This is our 2nd year of membership. We love this zoo. It has a nice assortment of animals and offers fun interactive packages with some of the more popular animals. There is plenty of tree cover so even in the middle of the summer, it's never too hot. All the employees and volunteers are always pleasant and willing to share each animals special story. It's a great family activity or simply a nice place to take a walk.

I come from a state that has a free zoo so I was totally surprised at the cost. $148.00 for 4 adults. Still, I give it a four-star because it's very well set up for viewing a wide range of animals in natural settings. They also had areas for children to play and use some energy. One thing to consider is parking...you may want to arrive early in the day as it does get quite full.

This is a beautiful zoo and the animals are well taken care of. It's now a $35 entrance but I'd rather pay more to ensure the animals are well cared for. Tried to get to the zoo on a cool day and you will see the animals active. I had an amazing visit on January 22nd.

Had a lot of fun, hadn't been her in like 10 years, it's now really nice and well kept. The sloth had just had a baby an we were able to see it get fed. I think the zoo has gotten a lot better that the last time I was here. Will definitely come back.

Finally made it to the Palm Beach Zoo! Had a truly fantastic time, saw all kinds of great animals, even my first koala bear! Be sure to sign up early for the koala experience they offer as it sells out every day its offered. Looking forward to going back soon!

This zoo is well maintained and clean! We got to see a lot of animals, even though some were taking their daily naps. They offer a bird feeding experience and lots of other interactions with certain animals (we didn't sign up for any since we came later in the day, and most of them were booked). Definitely buy your tickets ahead since it saves you a few extra bucks and helps you get in quicker! Would definitely come here again!

Great zoo! My favorite animal was the eagle. Sometimes they have special events. When I visited I got to see a new born sloth. Got to see the tiger and the puma. However, I wish they had a lion. Overall , the zoo was a great activity for me and my family.

Great way to pass the days, be sure to take a water and change of clothes for your littles to play in the fountain! We didn’t pay for any extra interactive activities and still enjoyed ourselves, cafe and gift shops available and strollers friendly. Animals aren’t always super active so sometimes you’re just watching animals lay around but still enjoyable.

Really disappointed in the zoo for Palm Beach County. It needs intense investment to improve the grounds, the cleaning conditions, the bathrooms, the level of service, and the areas for the animals. You can’t even compare it to other zoos around the country (some of which are less expensive and even free of charge). We won’t be back. Sorry

Very nice place to take the family very clean bathrooms and drinks for a little expensive but yeah what do you expect from the zoo that has to cover the animals feed and stuff overall it was a great place to go and take the kids if you have kids.

I had a decent time over here, but it could’ve been better…. Positives: Rides were pretty fun, lots of places to sit, nice staff members Negatives: Almost half the rides were closed due to not having enough staff members, the lazy river opened up 4 hours after the park opened up and it was more bumper tubes than lazy river, it was way too overcrowded and there weren’t enough tubes for everyone, the lines were also extremely long. Over all I had a pretty good time!

Great place for a family holiday with lots of activities for all ages. This is by far the best water park. We bought the season pass online and it was worth it! You can definitely stay there all day! There are places where you can relax and eat. The territory of the park is huge, you will always find your place and a slide from which you can ride or sit in the cool pool. I recommend visiting with the whole family.

Paid full price and more than 3/4 of the rides are closed down. Nothing on their website says anything about this. They only have 3 rides open and the wave pool... even lazy river is closed down! Complete waste of time and money. Absolute trash people hanging out here. Women in thongs and definitely not family appropriate place. Total garbage.

Fun place to take the kids! Lots of different style water slides. My wife & kids (14 & 12 years old) had a blast! If you get there early, parking is easy & fast. We got a parking spot with no waiting at 11am on a Sunday within 75 yards of the entrance to the park. You can bring your own food to save 💰. The food selection is very limited & expensive. There is a picnic area near entrance of park, which was very nice and convenient. We brought a cooler full of stuff. There is no checks at the entrance, so bring whatever food you want. You just can't bring food into the park. There are a few places to get alcoholic beverages if you like. Not cheap of course. Admission to park is kind of expensive. It cost us $60 per person, but I would say it is worth going at least once. It will take you all day to ride everything. The lines were fairly long on Sunday......about 30+ minutes per ride.....not sure about during the week. The rides were thrilling and fun. Not your basic water slides. There are weight limits before you can ride. Make sure to read about them or you won't be able to ride. They are short on staff, so not everything is open, but most rides were open for us . There is a large wave pool 🌊, which the kids loved, with music videos playing. There were plenty of restrooms and no lines. There was also no problem leaving the park. No wait time, just got in our car and left near closing time, which was nice 👍 I recommend going if you like water parks

We buy memberships here just about every summer. My kids love going to rapids. The membership is nice because you get free parking and don’t feel obligated to stay all day especially when those Florida summer storms roll through. Which brings me to another point…. It’s Florida…stay open all year round pleeease! 😄

In the bathrooms it was all dirty. The floor was all dirty with pee. Same as the toilet seat. There were even bathrooms with no doors and the one with doors has no lock. Now the chairs. The chairs were super dirty with literally orange spots. At least clean them once a month. Over all the park was great. Waters were clean, staff was friendly, and the slides were great. Also another problem the showers weren’t working. I would give it a better review if the problems weren’t that serious.

What an awesome waterpark! My daughter and I went here for the first time and ended up going back the next day for more fun. Even though we are from the west coast of Florida, we got season passes which pay for itself after the second visit. There was so much to do and plenty of waterslides. They are updating the park so the lazy river isn't a full river but the improvements to the park will be well worth its closure. I like the fact that the park has multiple areas, one being separated by a cat walk.

Great for a fun day, the water slides are super cool. The lockers are overpriced AF, the hamburger is just awefull, the chicken cesar wrap is very good.

The parking situation was organized it just took a long time. The park is clean well kept up. The staff were friendly and curteous. They have tons of slides. It was disappointing to find out that 2/3 of the major rides were closed due to lack of staffing. They did offer us a 50% reduction in ticket price but only after we drove 2 hours to get here. The lack of staffing forced the high volume of people onto the limited slides that were open creating long lines. I was able to ride 6 slides from 10-5. My kids got on a similar number. There was a fight in the wave pool and park staff moved quickly to take care of the situation The food provided was good, the order was messed up twice we had to wait in long lines to get it fixed. This park has a lot of potential, but the lack of staffing significantly complicated all of the park functions that were working.

I was there over the weekend, and different staff members approached me to tell me that the swimwear - a speedo - that I was wearing was inappropriate for the park. They told me that the park was a family-friendly environment and that I couldn’t wear that kind of swimwear. When I read the rules, they didn’t mention anything about that. That was an act of discrimination, and I felt attacked just for wearing a speedo.

Took the kids I babysit on Sunday, he's 7 and had a blast for his first time. However, I only gave it 4 stars because half the park is under construction but they still charged full price. Park closes at 6pm but around 4pm they started closing some of the kid slides so we ended up leaving early. But overall great day!

We are here now and same situation. Over 50% of the rides are closed leaving one section of about 4-5 slides open. Lines already long. No warning whatsoever about half the park being closed. Nothing told during ticket purchase. Drove 75 minutes and basically done by noon. Please beware if making your way here. Update: we did receive passes to return again. It would still be nice to be transparent with the customers however by posting on your website, Facebook, and other social media outlets when a massive amount of high profile rides are not operating. By not disclosing this and still charging full price is borderline unethical.

Purchased tickets online for the family. Arrived at the park. More than 75% of the park was closed down to either staffing shortages or ride maintenance. There was nothing on the website or any other information stating such a signifiant portion of the park be unavailable to enjoy. We Arrived at 10 so we beat the crowds and rode the few open slides that were available. By 1130 the lines were so long that it would take over an hour to ride for a slide that last 15 -30 seconds. So we left. I spoke with the manager and was offered 50% off credit. This was a nice gesture and the young lady was very nice but not a good solution. We planned this vacation months ago. They stole a day away from our family vacation. The park should have noted the closures well ahead of time allowing people to make other arrangements for entertainment. Hopefully next time we come to the area we can enjoy the entire park. Bad job of not getting ahead of this and allowing a poor customer experience. I am not the only one that complained. because the young lady had a multiple page list of people that had also complained. So Bette. Thanks !

Born and raised locally... Here's my options... There seems to always be construction on the roads 🚧🏗️, plus often events causing road blocks. Plus it's difficult to find parking anywhere near here (even on a good day), unless you want to use the parking garage a mile or so away and take the trolley. The restaurants and shops are frequently changing/moving which leads to more construction. A lot of confusing one-way roads crossing paths. A lot of cops considering it is downtown and near the courthouse. A lot of homeless people live here, (on both ends), near the water and from the train tracks. Lock your vehicles if you like your stuff. And try not to judge because some of the homeless people are great people just down on their luck. Some of them street perform for tips, but I think law enforcement might have put a stop to this because I don't see them performing much anymore, but there is still an abundance of homeless, probably a growing number even. Maybe because law enforcement is stopping them from creating a living by performing. 🤔 Probably so now that I think of it more, and it sounds about right considering that there's many unjust laws going against what should be considered "Natural Law". So lock up and don't be in the area alone, have at least one or more people with you, just because you never know and shut happens. I've heard many gunshots in the past, seen a lot of fights, and at night alcohol accelerates the problems. Anyway enough of that rant... Just be mindful if you visit. Also, the paintings on the buildings and walls I have really grown to like on this street and surrounding areas, however I heard a while back on the News that the city is supposedly going to be getting rid of the street art. 😢 I really hope not, and I believe that most people would agree.

Grab a cup of coffee from Sub Culture and play some ping pong. There are two table tennis systems set up right in front of the coffee shop. There are free paddles and a ball dispenser for ping pong balls for .50 cents.

The Norton museum has to be one of the best art museums here in South Florida, they greeted us and had complimentary masks up front which are still required but it’s ok. Not that many people where there it was a very calm and quiet museum. The art was super versatile there was more modern art and then more remote art. There was also a couple sculptures and generally a good museum to roam around 🙂

The best museum experience I've had in Florida so far. From the exhibits to the restaurant everything was excellent(it is expensive though). Huge variety of artwork and an enormous space. All the exhibitions were impressive. We started at 12pm and finished at closing (5pm). All the staff were super nice.

I would give it a five but do-to the day at the end of my review I can only give it a 4 star. The second attempt to go to the museum was great. We love the museum and the Dale display is out of this world. I could just stare at it forever. Would definitely go to this museum again First attempt (I put a day aside to go to the museum with my kids. Did not know that you had to show proof of vaccine even though we are wear masks. Waste of one of our spring break days)

My toddler and I had a fantastic time. Amazing rare art by some of the most famous artists and amazing local artists, including families from the family art workshop! We got to join the program while we were there and had a blast. I haven't made art since many years and it sparked so much joy in me especially to share that moment with my child. When they shared with the group the art we made, he was beaming and it was awesome to have that moment. The volunteers, security and staff where so nice and the teacher leading the art class was so encouraging and everyone was so welcoming.

This museum has been beautifully renovated and there are so many wonderful things to see. I would have given it 5 stars, but there was a 200 foot walk to the handicap parking lot for my handicapped mother. The Norton is not handicap friendly for that reason alone, which is a shame. Other than that, it is a great place to visit.

We attended during school break. There are a number of opportunities to get in Free and this was one of them. Uniquely to this week was a sketch book with colored pencils and a pouch to put them in for the kids. My kids really enjoyed them. For the kids there is a new VR experience that was fantastic! It made my daughter interact with the art and when she completed the tasks she wanted to use my phone to take pictures of everything... So I have a ton of from the perspective of a 6 year old pictures attached... Enjoy!

Norton is a beautiful museum. It has 3 floors of art that displays many forms of artistic modern, contemporary and old European pieces. This museum holds special events especially on Friday with extended hours until 10pm. For us, it was a jazz concert dedicated to women in jazz and it was all included in the price of admission. In addition there are special exhibitions displaying a featured artist but for an additional entrance fee. Speaking of fee, there is nominal fee for museum entry that does offer discounts. But well worth it. Each floor has something to offer any art enthusiast. This museum has all kinds of services like classes, tours, a gift shop to a restaurant, kind of high end, limited menu, but good food and decent service. Surprisingly, this restaurant was very popular and our night required reservations, so keep that in mind. There is also an outdoor garden displaying sculptures, somewhat provocative (you'll see what I mean) and a nice garden as well. Overall it is a excellent place to visit for the whole family.

This is one of my favorite museum I ever see! If you travel to palm beach please go a visit this place! You will not regret it! I can’t rate this place but I can tell you visit it! Please

Went on Juneteenth after many years and found a much better museum, with a lot of interesting pieces of art, clean, and very organized. We will need to go back to finish seeing it all, also because that day they had some shows (Gospel for instance) and extra exhibitions, so we couldn’t see the whole thing. I really liked the European section, especially the Impressionism paintings and they had some pieces from very famous painters. Like I said, nothing like what it was 20 years ago, when it took us probably 7 minutes to see the whole place. The American section had also very fine paintings, but we didn’t complete it (we read all the explanations by the paintings so we take our time) and will go back for that and the Chinese part. It really is worth visiting also because we don’t have much in terms of fine arts in PBC. By the way, until September the 4th, on Saturday, PBC residents go in for free (regular ticket $18), so it’s a good opportunity to give it a chance, stay out of the heat for a few hours and nearby you have some good eateries without going to Clematis-City Place. There’s a great Asian restaurant, Joy’s Noodles and two BBQ places, tropical Smokehouse (very good) and Pig Beach (still have to go). All are on Dixie Hwy near the museum. On Kanuga street, if you take it from Dixie and go west to the very end you can chill and enjoy some good IPA’s at Civil Society brewery, very laid back, good beer and you can take your dog if you wish. Parking for the museum is across the street, $ 5.

Not bad outlet at all. Im missing Reebok but, there is Nike, Puma and Under Armour. I shop at Ralph Lauren and Banana Republic as well. Whole Foods is near if You need.

We visited the outlet at a Monday morning and it was not crowded. This was a big plus. In my opinion the variety of shops was not that good. You will definitely find some stuff, but it could be more selection. The price range is very different, depending about what you are looking for and if you will find something in the clearance selection, then you will do a good deal. If you are around it is a nice stop, but you should not drive from far away.

I usually have nothing negative to say about this store, I always have good customer service positive experience here. Today I came to do an even exchange and Jess treated us like we were paid to go to the store. She did not have a good customer service at all, my wife tried to explained her the reason for the exchange and she was rude to her and she didn’t even said good afternoon or thank you for your purchase…. Nothing. But as I mentioned before. this is the first time having issues with an employee in this particular store.

I love going to the Outlet mall. It has many brands offering discounts. Its like a paradise for shoppers. I do think they might consider opening few more brands ans extra food stalls.

This Outlet is a real hot spot! Always clean with a big variety of shops to choose from Food court has always been kept clean and cozy They also host these astonishing car meets and it’s amazing!

The majority are local brands, only a few international brands. Not many people on weekdays. So can shop without any queues.

It’s a nice mall but I wish the covered parts were found throughout the entire mall and not just little sections. When it rains, which is very often in Florida, there is no escaping the water… And this ruins the experience!!!

I’m obsessed with the Tanger palm beach outlets. Especially this store all star elite. They have the best custom jerseys and sneakers. Great deals too

we always like to come to this place. clean. convenient in location. great choice of shops, brands, food. ice cream, lemonade, good coffee, pretzel, fruit, bubble tea. possibility of finding real price opportunities for excellent clothing products. clearances always present. there are sizes of all kinds. super recommended also for children. Safe.

Lovely outlet Mall with many of our favourite stores (Marshall's, TJ Max, Ross, Old Navy, Guess, Tommy Hilfiger, Nordstrom, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Gap, Adidas, Levi's etc) and abundant parking. Absolutely loved shopping here and will definitely return on my next visit to Florida.

Outdoor village with bargin shops, not very buggy friendly many entry doors to shops pull open which makes it tricky. Parking is good. Food options very limited. If u are looking for a nice coffee try the pink van!

We found almost everything we were after but there were a few brands missing & inventory of the stores were limited.

Had a wonderful time . Beautiful theater and excellent show. The only down side was the hearing assistance devices. The first one did not work and the second one only sort of worked. Fortunately my dad was still able to understand most of the show.

We've visit this center for a show and again for a private event. The stage theater is clean, well set up, and has a kind staff. The event ballroom we used was spacious, inviting, well staffed, and I would definitely participate in an event held there again.

Beautiful venue in an amazing location, plenty of restaurants and things to do within walking distance before and after the show. I went back to the kravis center for the first time in 10 years and it's as beautiful as ever. My only complaint is that the seat I had in the orchestra section felt cramped, I'm 6'2" though so It's a common problem for me. Floyd nation rocked, will definitely go see them again when they come back to the kravis.

Very nice performing arts center. We recently went there for "Madagascar: The Musical", it was a blast. The kids loved it. Parking is a little tricky, so is traffic in and out. Plan accordingly. There's not a bad seat in the house.

Absolutely loved it! Saw Stomp and it was great. Parking was easy, entry was a breeze and went upstairs for a glass of wine before the show. I had fabulous seats. Just enjoyed all aspects of the experience. Exiting the complex was easy as well with police guiding traffic. Can't wait to go back.

Amazing center. I had the opportunity to attend the final performance of the Palm Beach Symphony for their '23-'24 performance season. The staff here at the center are courteous and very professional. If you're able to attend, I highly recommend this center.

It is only this last year that we decided to reconnect with the arts community. My girlfriend and I recently watched The Nutcracker performed by the Palm Beach Ballet. The show was brilliantly done and we have decided to make it an annual tradition. Yesterday we came for Salute to Vienna and it was yet another spectacular concert. The Kravis Center is leading the way with its health and safety protocols. There is not a public venue that we have felt more safe in. We highly recommend seeing any performance here and there is a nice calendar of events coming this Spring.

I loved the Wicked show at the Kravis center. Ease of buying tickets online, free parking in garage. Plenty of cashiers and drink/food options. Ate in their small cafe overlooking the lobby before the show. Theater is beautiful with comfortable seating. So much talent onstage and underneath stage in the orchestra. Was a great experience. The themed drinks were amazing as well. I will be back for more shows in the future.

My first experience of going to a show at the Kravis Center was wonderful! A great place to see a show with every seat seems to be a great place to see the stage. We saw Tori Amos there and it was great!

We enjoyed a great performance by Manheim Steamroller at the Kravis Center. We hope to see them again next year 👍

This was my first time at the Kravis Center for the performing arts. I went to a concert for David Foster & Katherine McPhee with “special guest” which turned out to be Josh Groban (yay). So the whole process of ordering tickets online to receiving the tickets to getting an update the day before the event on where to valet or free parking was very helpful. All in all, it was great experience except for my seats. MEZZ C 419 . These are the cheep seats even if you pay $150 for them they are on the upper balcony, the furthest away from the stage, and even though the acoustics were great the visibility of the stage was just too far to feel fully immersed. Theater was super clean. Ushers were extremely helpful and I would definitely go to the theater again, but I will not be sitting at the mezzanine level. You can see how far I had to zoom with the clarity of photos/videos I uploaded. I highly recommend you go to this beautiful performing arts center but do sit elsewhere. 😃

Kravis center featured the Miami City Ballet today playing Stravinsky and Bach…. With a self contained Caribbean style presentation in between… truly a beautiful afternoon … the Miami City Ballet … a South Florida icon for decades should not be missed

The Kravis Center is a beautiful and luxurious Performing Arts venue in West Palm Beach. We are so grateful and lucky to have it in our backyard! Centrally located Downtown, surrounded by great restaurants, offers free garage parking and valet parking for a fee. New Year’s Day, our family tradition for the past 5 years is to attend “Salute to Vienna”!Best performance ever! Great conductor and performers! Hospitality at its best! From the minute you enter through security you receive a warm and inviting welcome. Security is painless and efficient. Safety first! We, of course, went right to the bar to pre-order our champagne for intermission. All the bartenders are friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable! The prices are a bit high but not crazy like at NFL Stadiums! They also offer a full bar, variety of sandwiches, salads and snacks. They now have covered cups to bring your drinks into the Theater. Wonderful! The beautiful poinsettia Christmas Tree is always the focal point of the main lobby during the Holidays. It’s majestic and magical! Perfect for a selfie! All the volunteer ushers were smiling and helpful. The seating is easy to follow and the seats are comfortable. The Orchestra Section is tight but not a bad seat in the house… The performance was outstanding! Gets better every year! They offer a wide variety of performances. As a member, I take advantage of all they have to offer! Consider becoming a member to get first option on tickets. Totally worth the investment. Intermission was perfect! Our champagne 🥂 was waiting for us. So convenient and allowed us to enjoy it with no waiting! The audience flow is expertly managed professionally by great staff! Warm, welcoming and efficient! Can’t wait for my next visit! I highly recommend!

Wow what a performance.also the staff and ticket people were super nice and easy going . The bar and snack bar are cheap not like the movie theater where u have to take a second mortgage out of u want to get something for everyone. Lol we saw holidaze the performance was spectacular, seats were great, lighting was superior to anything around the state of FL. It's also a historic theater. Will go again soon

The Kravis Center is amazing. We were visiting from out of state to see Mannheim Steamroller. We love the group and the performance was excellent!! What a fabulous venue. The theatre is massive, but the stage is very visible even from the balcony where we were. And the acoustics were incredible. We were blown away - probably the best concert we had ever been to. I hope we're able to come to the Kravis Center again soon 😍

I was honored to have enjoyed an evening of Aaron Sorkin's "To Kill a Mockingbird" for my first visit to the Kravis Center. It is a truly beautiful space and structure with wonderfully attentive and kind staff, and a very comfortable atmosphere.

Beautiful preformance of Hamilton! The lighting and sound at Kravis is much better than other venues we have seen the same production at. Drinks were very good and prepared quickly. Love that you can pre-order for intermission. We had a wonderful time and will definitely visit again!

It was my first time in Kravis Center because I had just moved to Palm Beach. I really enjoyed the show. I started to cry in the middle of the show because the actors were playing so emotional. The place was full, and tickets on the first row were $ 120 for seat 2. You can get a drink in the bar - drink prices $ 17 for one ( a little expensive), I like it so much, so I will go again. Parking is next to the Center, like 5 minutes walk and parking was free of charge. Beetlejuice musical was a great show - I love it.

I wanted to write a review for customer service based on my experience this past week. I had purchased tickets for my parents as a gift many months ago, and two days before they were supposed to attend we were dealing with a health emergency. I wrote an email to the Kravis Center, fully expecting that they couldn’t do anything to help me. The next day, I received a call from them where they helped me move the tickets to a later date, and providing even more convenient seats for my parents. I couldn’t be more grateful for their help and empathy that day, and that my parents were able to enjoy the show. Thanks again!

We come here every chance we get! It’s a lot of fun and free. Donations are needed and shopping in the gift shop is fun! You come here when the nights are colder and make sure to show up in the AM. Staff are friendly and helpful! It’s great family activity that all ages will enjoy! Also handicapped accessible! The Manatees are a joy to watch and you will see other sea life as well.

Manatee Lagoon is a fabulous place for the whole family and it's totally Free! You'll only see Manatees during cool Florida weather from about mid November through March. They're so adorable! There's also a gift shop and an education center which explains all about Manatees and their habitat. They can do guided educational tours as well. The place is so pretty, they really made it lovely to visit. Plenty of parking too.

Full disclosure I love Manatees! Didn't get to see any but the gift shop was the best! Bought lots of goodies! Loved the variety of items. The museum portion was informative and nicely organized. Super nice kind staff. Hopefully next time will get to see some beautiful Manatee!

Prior to your visit go on there website and check out the Manatee cam. As one of the managers explained Manatee's are notorious for no-shows. Nonetheless, If you have kids and need something free to do, bring them here. What they offer? The only downside is I needed to know if they had wheel chairs available and because the city runs it ,the call goes directly to the power and light company which doesn't make sense. If you are not on the property how are you able to answer customers questions?

Easily accessible from the Main Road. Plenty of free parking including for Handicap accessible Vehicles. The visitor center was clean and staffed by friendly employees. There were no Manatees to see on our visit but they have a nice visitor center which is free to visit. It has a wealth of information and it also has a gift shop.

Even though it was just out of season to see Manatees in the water. Our experience was better than I expected. The outside grounds and the boardwalk areas were just nice. Inside the facility was a very well laid out museum of fish tanks, wall art, photos which were educational and interesting 🤔 about the history of the surrounding areas. Parking and museum access were all free. What a great thing (FPL)Florida Power and Light has done for us all.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Manatee Lagoon Center on a sunny afternoon, making it the perfect complement to a morning spent at the zoo. The center's main attraction is undoubtedly the manatees when they are around, and I was excited to learn that they prefer warmer water. Fortunately, there's a nearby power plant that helps keep the water temperature cozy during the winter months, making it the best time to catch a glimpse of these gentle giants. Though, on my visit, I could spot only a couple of them lingering in the deeper parts of the water. The center itself is a small but educational building that emphasizes the importance of preserving manatees and ocean life. I was impressed with their efforts to spread awareness and promote conservation. What's more, the best part was that the admission was entirely free, making it accessible to all visitors. The tour took around an hour, giving ample time to stroll around and take in the fascinating exhibits. The building had an upstairs area with a small art gallery, and I noticed what appeared to be a conference room and an observation deck, adding versatility to the space. Cleanliness is always crucial to me, and I was pleased to find the Manatee Lagoon Center impeccably maintained. The bathrooms were clean and tidy, which is always a good sign of a well-managed establishment. The ambiance was incredibly relaxing, providing a serene environment to learn and appreciate these wonderful creatures. Being close to nature and understanding its significance left a lasting impression on me. It's an ideal place to wind down and connect with the marine world. Overall, my visit to the Manatee Lagoon Center was enjoyable and enlightening. If you have an interest in marine life preservation or simply want a peaceful escape from the bustle of everyday life, I highly recommend stopping by this gem of a place. Go to Manatee Lagoon in season! I went the last weekend they were open and it was such a wonderful experience. We didn’t see any manatees just one passing by, but the museum is really awesome and relaxing on the harbor was beautiful. The staff was kind and talked to us. Also it’s FREE! (Definitely make a donation if you are able to)

Ok so we had a wonderful trip to Ft Lauderdale Florida. We went to the Manatee Lagoon to see what the family has been watching online. I have to say I wasn’t thinking it was going to be great but to my surprise it was really cool seeing them. I was amazed at all of the fish in the lagoon. We even saw some Bull Sharks. The information center was great tons of stuff related to preserving them.a great gift shop with the prices not to high. You can also make donations. Clean restrooms and the personnel working there is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would go again, also remember that it’s seasonal meaning that if the weather is cooler it’s much more likely that you will see them in the lagoon. The big animals can move too so don’t think because they are big the don’t move fast.

A fun time for adults and children alike. This attraction is run on donations. The employees or volunteers were very nice. There is a small educational area and gift shop in the building. Outside, there are two levels for viewing the manatees. There is also a walking path along the water and a few places to sit. A couple of "garden" areas allow for some nice picture opportunities. It is my understanding that the proceeds from the gift shop help fund research and education for the manatees and laugerhead turtles. This location offers tours and educational information for schools etc. The bathrooms were in need of a bit of cleaning, but it was very busy so it could be the reason the bathroom was less than desirable. Definitely stop by and see the manatees. You won't be disappointed.

It’s not bad! I just wish I could see some Manatee but wasn’t lucky enough! Maybe next time will spend more time there. But was lucky to see needle fish in lagoon. There are fishes in small aquarium indoors- loved the puffer fish!

I was educated about the manatee. There were photographs, pictures, and written information. The setting is delightful right on the Intercoastal waterway. The building looks new. The gift shop has a nice manatee merchandise mix.

Loved this place. We got to see a few manatees, turtles, and lots of different fish. Everyone here was friendly and informative. I would go again it was absolutely wonderful.

Sadly didn't see any manatees but that's fine, they're wild after all. Was still fun to look at the fish, ray and iguanas across the way. And to wander around inside. Bought a few things from the gift shop. (About 11:30am on a Wed) Will definitely come back again if the opportunity comes up. I heard earlier is better. Free, no cost unless you buy something from the gift shop.

Neat place to see with some interesting facts on manatees. Free parking and free to enter. Second floor balcony offers nice views of the langoon. Unfortunately for us it was too hot when we went so we couldn't see any manatees.

What a perfect day! Saw some manatees, fish, sting rays, sharks, lizards, etc!! The place was full of life, fun and we stayed for hours! Great place to visit and a must see for any person who wants to see some sea life up close. I wish we had better pictures but we saw them faster than we could take pictures!

A beautiful place, we came here in March and there were only two manatees during the whole day, we didn’t have a chance to see them, only some fish. But the museum is nice and informative, the view is awesome, this place is great to visit with a kid

Very fun place for all ages. Educational and interactive. I this was my 3rd time, I finally got to see real manatees this time very exciting. And the best part is it’s free parking and free entry. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.

Great experience and it is free, so definitely recommend shopping here. They have lots of benches along the lagoon that you can sit on and look for the manatees. A member of the staff mentioned that the manatees are more active in the morning, so get there early! They also have a live stream on their website which is pretty cool.

It was the greatest . Education is key . And this place is definitely: a must visit Kids and adults can see and learn Alot of our environment. Beautiful scenery outdoors. The waterways and seeing the gentle manatees and different fish below us, was incredible. I will definitely return. Free. This is such a gem of a place. Great for a relaxing visit somewhere to get our do the house. Go at your own pace,and visit the nursery to pick up a $1 bag of fish food, so much fun to feed the fish and turtles! Will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful little botanical garden in West Palm Beach. We especially like that it has paved paths that we can wheel my 95 year old mother-in-law in her wheelchair to see most of the exhibits. Also, it has handicap bathrooms in the front AND rear of the gardens. The other wonderful thing is that it has numerous placards detailing what plant you are viewing, where it's from, and gives some background on growing, smelling, tasting, etc. about many of the plants. The Herb garden is quite fragrant and has lots of placards. There is a vegetable garden and a fruit tree garden that was fascinating. There's an adventure trek for the children to search out and find all signs. On this latest visit, there was an origami exhibit throughout the Gardens. It's very educational and has something for everyone. I've only been here twice, but I can envision that if you visit throughout the year, it will always have different flowers, vegetables, and fruits blossoming. If we lived closer, I would visit it quite often. It was worth the hour and a half drive.

The gardens themselves are very nice. But I have to be honest that the location costs it a couple of stars. Surrounded by tattoo parlors and strip clubs (which I assume probably weren't there originally when the gardens were first established) and, most annoyingly, it's literally across the street from Palm Beach International Airport. Consequently, the peacefulness of the gardens is disrupted every few minutes by a jet landing. They could also benefit from having more of a distinction between the different garden types. I mean it's obvious when you move into the vegetable garden or the zen garden but less so when moving from like the rose garden into one of the others. Overall a pleasant 2 hours and I do cautiously recommend a visit. Just try to focus on the beauty of the gardens and not the surroundings. (Note that when we went, 12/30/21, the front entrance was undergoing renovations so you have to use a side entrance. I'm not taking anything off for that though. It shows that they want to keep the place in good condition).

This 40 years old garden is like a tropical oasis located in the city of West Palm Beach, but the only noise that will remind you of that is the planes landing in the adjacent airport. It’s a vast garden (16 acres), so you can easily spend a few hours in there. Among all the plants and vegetation (all of them labeled with their names) there are also an herbs’ garden, a “zen” area, a pond with fish and turtles that you can feed (you purchase the bag of food for $1 at the entrance), and a nursery that sells plants. It’s a great place to go to relax (even during the hot summer), and a perfect one for photography. The second Saturday of the month, Palm Beach Residents enter for free: we will surely take advantage of that above all during the winter, and we will also keep an eye on the special event, activities and exhibits that the garden offers from time to time.

What a pleasant surprise! An unexpected garden in an unlikely location across from the airport. This was a really nice garden and had a great garden center with very good prices for plants. Very nicely maintained and great selection of plants and trees.

The garden is about 6 Mims from the airport, and the entry fee costs about $15 for adults. There are discounted prices for different groups like elderly and military ($12/adult) The garden is filled with beautiful plants and is perfect for a day with family or a stroll. It is a self guided tour. The views are picturesque, and there are many places to take pictures. Will definitely visit again, and I encourage everyone to visit at least once.

Love the Plant Sales, recently met the Bee Man! Very knowledgeable. Great vendors! So many fun little surprises. Great job on the gardens! It's obvious that a lot of beautiful additions have been added in the past year.. I recommend you go before it gets too hot and buggy! (It is Fla. After all)

A great place to visit. We can spend hours here. The Lego installation is fantastic for kids and adults alike with tons of information about each piece. We will be back! *Bring plenty of water and sensible shoes for walking*

This was a beautiful walk through experience that I would recommend to nature lovers. There are beautiful photo opportunities, and it was a peaceful place to soak in nature. Come with ample time to browse and fully immerse yourself as there is a strict cut off. Bathrooms were clean and the crowd was minimal on the day I visited. I brought 2 toddlers and they enjoyed it as well!

My first thought was $15 entry fee was steep for a botanical garden. They don't take cash, which is a trend I do not care for. I almost turned around and left. I am glad I decided to give it a try. The gardens are truly beautiful with a wide variety of plant life. And don't forget to get fish food for the koi pond.

What really stood out to me about this place is the fact that you actually smell the flowers as you walk through the garden and it smelt so good. All the landmarks were very informative. It’s very therapeutic here the nature we all need to take in and unwind from the hustle and bustle of the city.. if I could I’d go daily.

truly a beautiful place to visit when you need to escape reality for just a minute! the staff are so sweet, especially Jan at the entrance / gift shop. Definitely a bit jealous of those who have outdoor gardens as there is a little plant nursery to shop from in the back. We’ll definitely be back as we’re considering to get memberships here!

Paid a visit on a Wednesday, was pleasantly surprised by the manicured variety of species they have carefully chosen for the gardens. It is quiet, serene, gentle water flows and some water Cascades. The labels encourage you to wander close and sometimes between the leaves.

This place is absolutely breathtaking. This is my first time visiting and walking through the gardens was just pure bliss. The origami statues were very unique, lots of shady spots to sit, relax and soak up the serene environment. There were gorgeous trees, ponds with Koi fish and soothing waterfalls. Great place to go on a date or as a family with small children. I ended up taking an origami class which was so much fun. They have a sweet gift shop if you want to bring home a keepsake. You can also pick up a plant or two of you feel inspired to start your own garden. I highly recommend Mounts Botanical Garden for all ages.

Visited during a plant show in February 2024, and it was a really nice time. They have a lot of variety (it IS a botanic garden) and it's well cared for and landscaped. I think it's a good place you could bring kids (but admittedly, I don't have any). Lot of benches that you can sit and take in the scenery, good for older folks with mobility issues. Right next to the airport, so you get to almost constantly see planes coming in. Not a gigantic property, but a very nice way to spend 2-3 hours.

What a lovely and unexpected gem! We went specifically to see the Kevin Box exhibition which was amazing in addition to their permanent gardens and artwork. The gardens are clearly well cared for and made for a peaceful stroll. The only challenge is the entrance and Google directions, it kept turning us around and the entrance isn't particularly well signed, doesn't look like much from the street. Other than that it was a five star experience.

What a great garden. We saw very large origami sculptures all over the place! Lots of fun, very inventive, different artists. A must see.

On the west side of the WPB airport, Mounts Botanical Garden is a beautiful location to spend time walking around and enjoying the various sorts of flora and fauna in the area, within a variety of settings. There is a relatively liner counter-clockwise path to follow that ensures you get to see all the different elements of the garden, including a small waterfall, a twig hut (very large, in fact) and various benches and sculptures throughout for you to pause and enjoy to site. The only downside is that airplanes frequently fly overhead and can affect the perception of tranquility...but it is not enough to prevent you from enjoy the visit. If you walk the entire garden without stopping for an extended period of time it would take about an hour. It is an acceptable site for all ages, but younger ones (say 10 and under) may not appreciate everything that is on offer here. There is a small gift shop to purchase some collectables and parking is free on the adjacent lot at the front of the garden.

Great place to visit for a pleasant walk in a beautiful setting. Nice variety of plants and trees. Much bigger than I had anticipated. This was a hit with our out of town visitors. Definitely worth a visit!

We absolutely love Mounts Botanical Garden. We go every few months and it is always different and there is always something new to see!! Great for a quick walk for a visit!

Dog friendly trails. Love revisiting this place with good friends. My friend enjoyed taking pictures with her canon. Athena(my dog) enjoys running loose in the trails of the south part of Okeeheelee. Enjoyed wine during 4th of July with other friends on the dock to get dogs away from the noise. Be careful! In the evening venomous snakes(water moccasin possibly) did start swimming parallel to the dock. We left as soon as we saw one and someone else spotted another.

This is a large park with a diverse offering of activities. There are lots of places to walk around, play sports, ride bikes, and even wake board. My dog loves it here, and we always have a good time. It's also feels very safe and other park users are friendly.

Busy park with lots of room to stretch. Nature center is full of animals and exhibits. Trails are nice to walk . Some paved. Some not. Both easy . Keep your eyes up in the sky for ospreys and hawks. There is also an area where deer are fed , you can watch them feeding if your lucky.

Beautiful place to go for a walk. Nature trails and bird watching in the very back! We take our scooters around the waterfront. Watching the water skiers are awesome as well. Great park!

Great park for a lovely Saturday. It has a nice little nature center with lots of animals you can see up close . The nature center is only open Wednesday Thursday Friday and Saturday so try to visit on those days if you want to go in the nature center. This place has way more than the nature center though. It has lots of trails too And for the birders ; there are lots of bird houses and bird feeders . All in all it’s a great place for nature.

A wonder filled resource for recreation and lake access for fishing and bird watching. There is even a fascinating water ski tow line at one end of the lake. Lots of covered and stand out picnic tables for family or party gatherings. The nature trail is pristine and peaceful. There is even a dog walk park.Thanks to all who see after the park. God Bless!

Awesome park with a lot of nature. A great place to walk, ride bike, or just drive in. Has a park for young kids to play with seating for parents. They have many things to do at this beautiful park. Beware they do have rattle snakes, so keep your eyes out. It's nature after all.

Beautiful, big park, lots to see and do! Walking/cycling paths, playgrounds, picnic areas, athletic fields including soccer and baseball, boat ramps, a water park and golf course. Entry is free, except some activities like the golfing and waterpark may require pay for admission.

By far one of the best parks in South Florida. You can have the whole family here, morning runs here are delightful, and there's no shortage of bike paths! Bathrooms are also clean and well maintained. I've yet to find a park that even holds a candle to Okeeheelee in South Florida due to all of the amenities that you can find here. It checks off all the boxes, even has a dedicated dog park, and ample picnic areas throughout. You won't regret stopping by and spending a leisurely day here alone or with some family and or friends!

The great outdoors! Who new you could enjoy so much at a park! I love letting kiddos explore! They enjoy fishing and bird watching. Dont forget to put those walking shoes on to enjoy all the trails. We will definitely be heading back to try out the floating water area!

I did the obstacle course. It was fun, probably more for kids but it was fun sliding down the slides. It was definitely a workout 🤣

This park has all the parks. Soccer and baseball fields, BMX track, water park (wakesurf/obstaclecourse) Dog park, trails covered areas for picnics and parties, Frisbee ⛳️ Really a great location for getting outdoors and enjoying all the amenities 💯

The disc golf coarse is super sweet. Well maintained park and plenty to do all day.

This HUGE park has everything you can imagine. Great place to have a picnic, ride a bike, spend time with the family, go for a long walk along the lakes, watch some water-skiing or play baseball.

I had a great experience here. I came on a Sunday, and most of the pavilions were filled. We ended up finding one, but the charcoal grill was filled with water 😞. My grandpa was a fire fighter and was handy enough to think of using a stick to empty the water and using a towel that he always had laying around to dry it. As you can see, we ended up making some delicious food 😋. The people next to us had a birthday party and had soccer goals that were about half my height. Great memories 😊

I have been here a couple of times, and It's a beautiful place for any family celebration or simple gathering. The areas are always clean as well as the restrooms, important if you have children. I 💯 recommend it.

Great experience with my family! The fish seem well cared for. We watched them feed fish in one tank that had a few new fish recently added. One fish was still adjusting and harder to feed (other fish would snatch up its food quickly because he was still more reserved, so they attempted several times and worked together to make sure the fishy got his food - just strangely endearing and made me feel good.) The facility is very well kept with lots of fun hands on experiences for the kiddos. The science section and outdoor area are awesome as well. They had cool musical instruments, a physics play area, water pad, sand pit and the mini golf was included in general entry! We had a blast!

This place was great! Lots of options to choose from with something for the smallest babe to the wisest in the family (we don’t say old 🤫). Some old school stuff mixed in with some newer technology. We took our almost 7 yo with us during fall break and it was not packed but had a steady flow of other patrons. There’s a splash pad out back as well as a Kona ice truck. Lots of outdoor seating options as well. Friendly staff, clean facilities. Will definitely return. Oh, and there was a Titanic exhibit there that was amazing! Interactive, you find out at the end if you survived (they give you a ticket when you enter the museum for the exhibit as well). Super cool!!

You could spend a whole stay here! Absolutely love it. Their new renovation of the outside is so great. In addition to a ton of interactive hands on things to do inside they have a small splash pad are, playground and mini golf that keeps the kids buy for hours. They have a cafe with diy snow cones, snacks, hand helds and more. Our family of 5 bought the membership last month and it’s paid for itself plus already. Now we come all day or even for just a couple hours. Rainy days or sunny days you can always find things to do here.

This place is an amazing activity for a family day! Tons of brain stimulating games for the kids and there’s even a splash pad! My family LOVE IT! This is a fun place. It looks like they're going to be expanding by 2026 which will be great to see. Lots of Hands On Fun activities. We've been going to this museum for years and have seen the many renovations. Definitely a cool place to go

Great place to take kids of all ages. They really have some amazingly interesting exhibits. I had a great time with my 4 year old son. It is very interactive and they have playgrounds if the kids want to burn off some energy or get some fresh air. On the one side there is also a splash pad next to a covered patio.

Beautiful location, one of the most well kept museums you can find. Everything in its place, everything up to code and clean. Love how the building is split into two, one side is an aquarium with lots of different sea creatures and the other side being more interactive science. The mini golf is such a great feature to top it all off. The only issue I’ve ever run into with the location is that the staff is a bit strict and don’t really seem to know how to properly interact with children, making my whole family feel very uncomfortable.

It was very cool. Very interesting displays and a cool show. They have things outside for the kids to play and a splash zone if they have bathing suits. Science is literally on everything they play with. Super kid friendly. Also....veterans! It is a 100% discount for up to 4 people including the vet. That was an inviting surprise. We didn't know. Loved it all around.

Such an amazing museum with aquarium, a ton of interactive play and brain teasers all over the place. They have sensory room with water play for kids under 6. A lot if exhibits about space, the body, the brain. Also have a playground and a cafe. Everything looks new and renovated. Highly recommended

This should be name more as a kid’s interactive science museum. If it was name that I would give it a 5 star. Not much of an aquarium just a few tanks. Everything else is more kid friendly. The outside area for playing golf is super cute but it was in the high 90’s when we went so skipped playing. Is a well kept place and the staff is very friendly and kind.

Great experience for the whole family. For being a smaller science center they had so much to offer. We went two boys ages 10 and 5, and it catered to both age groups, including adults! They have four major areas plus in between play areas that work really well. They also have a planetarium, which is great especially for kids who have never been to one before. You can tell there are some upgrading that needs to be done, but they are working on that with an expansion to be completed in 2026. I would say it is a great local day trip that is educational, hands on, and entertaining. Reasonable priced and they even have a free mini golf. Would recommend for any child under 14.

If you like nature walks come to this place, it is very peaceful. I am a wildlife photographer and this place is nice to take pictures of beautiful animals. Best times to come is when the sun it is not too hot or too sunny.

Great spot for a long or short walk. It's all on a boardwalk. Great open views in several spots and there is a nice picnic area near the parking overlooking a great mash with Lilly pads. The tables have umbrellas which came in handy during a passing shower. This preserve was impeccably clean and well taken care of! Hoping to have seen some gators, but just some birds!

This is a beautiful place to enjoy a walk and see mother nature. The staff were polite, nice, knowledgeable and friendly .

We had a great experience in this place. We actually learned a lot about the Florida ecosystem. The volunteers were always willing to assist us and were very knowledgeable about the history of the area. We recommend this place and more at this time of year.

Another hidden gem 💎beautifully laid out boardwalks through an awe inspiring landscape. Cute nature center where they offer kayaking swamp walk tours and much more. Lovely rocking chairs throughout making for such a calm experience. This is a must visit. Place provides a great serene vibe😇✨

Absolutely breathtaking. The Cypress boardwalk took you through many different areas, from pine forest to marshy areas to lakes. There were a lot of birds and reptiles to see, and the boardwalk was very open. It looked well taken care of and there were lots of little shelters where you can sit down in a rocking chair and enjoy the view. It was supposed to be a rainy day, but in Florida I never let the weather change my plans. It was nice having a little shelters to duck into for the showers, but otherwise it was a very nice walk. I stopped at the nature center in the staff there were very helpful and friendly. They had little informational plaques everywhere with facts about nature, wildlife and the watershed. The maps they have available really helped me plan out my hikes. All in all I would highly recommend checking this place out if you like wild Florida, birds, and alligators. Next I went to hog hammock trail, which was more of a dirt path through the palmettos and pine forests. It had rained, so the trail was a little soggy but never very wet. I didn't see as much wildlife on this trail, but I could see where it would be very nice for biking as the scenery was beautiful. It started to storm as soon as I got back to the trailhead, so I didn't get to do the eagle lake loop, but that's just something I can look forward to next time!

The weather was wonderful. A police presence was felt and appreciated. He was on a 4 wheeler, and the gators were out sunning like I've never seen before. It was amazing.

We reached to this place about an hour before closing time (4:30pm). There was plenty of parking available, the walk along the paved wooden walkways was wonderful.

This place is beautiful for walks and taking pictures of the wild. Sometimes you will spot alligator and other type of creatures. We love it here so peaceful.

Peaceful, gorgeous reserve. Nice little nature center you can visit as well. We did not see any animals this time, but we went early morning 9am right after a heavy rain.

Beautiful place! The information area has a lot of little treasures and the staff is absolutely amazing. The trails are easy enough for toddlers and fun enough for the older kids. Overall, it’s a lovely spot to enjoy Florida’s nature.

Always a pleasant walk through the swamp. Nice elevated boardwalk with several places to stop, rest, and enjoy the view of a lovely Florida marsh. In the past, have seen fish, birds, gators, and deer, though today was only one green heron and a minnow.

The Cypress Boardwalk is nice to visit. Its only about a 30 minute walk. Great views of the Cypress Swamp. For an additional walk (1 hr+), try the "Hog Hammock" and Promotory trails, just West on Northlake Blvd. Westbound.

Grassy Waters is a 20 square mile marshy wilderness, this clean natural wetland provides the drinking water for West Palm Beach, and Palm Beach. Great place to experience an easy nature walk on a boardwalk, or a hike on sometimes wet trails. They have a nice nature center building. But the best thing about Grassy Waters are the many affordable $10.00 activities that they offer to the public each month. Activities include but are not limited to guided walks, and guided canoe and kayak trips.

We came an hour before they closed. My cousin, an avid birder from NC, was looking for a particular species. He didn't find one, but saw others. I enjoyed the education center exhibits. There were nice giveaway posters from the photo contest! I'd been here before to kayak with a friend (almost paddled on top of a Gator! Excitement City!). Great paddling experience, too...

If you’re into Art this is a MUST. I’ve been to internationally acclaimed museums all over the world and this place is a true gem. Incredibly grateful to the wonderful staff that was thrilled to educate about Ann Norton’s life and creations. Also, the museum shop has snacks you can enjoy on the premises which was quite a delight. We came on a Sunday when they had jazz on the lawn which looked quite enjoyable.

This garden is stunning, beautiful, and amazing sculptures. The people working there were very nice and knowledgeable about its history. This place was so amazing that I literally fell and got hurt. But it's clearly my fault I got caught up on taking pictures and videos. I missed that last step and fell. But the two ladies who worked there were kind, gave my wife the first aid stuff, and patched me up back together. They gave us a refund and called the next day to see how I was. That meant a lot. So much so that my parents went to the museum the next day Thank you again for your help We'll definitely be back

A beautiful and serene place to visit for 1 hour or so.The art outside is one of a kind and the garden is small but extremely nice, diverse, and well maintained. The Orchids everywhere adds on the beauty of this place. I took my dad (visiting Florida for the first time) on a Wednesday so it was very calm. The temporary art expo inside was great as well.They have a small gift shop and an outdoor sitting area and of course the atelier where the artist used to put her magic.I definitely recommend this place to visit when you’re around West Palm area !!

This is a beautiful little hidden oasis in West Palm Beach. Staff was extremely friendly, the gardens were very tranquil and artwork and sculptures beautiful. Her studio and their former house has been beautifully kept up. They offer different public and private events, so check out their schedule regularly.

My family and I are visiting West Palm Beach Florida for the Holidays. We so enjoyed this self guided tour. The girls pretended to be our guides. The garden/grounds are beautiful and we love the amazing sculptures.

i’ve been doing business in Palm Beach Island for over 20 years, and just recently found this wonderful place. Entering, you would think it’s just a nice home near the waterway, upon walking in your mouth drops. It has amazing gardens and grand sculptures, and just a peaceful Zen feel to it, there’s some very interesting artwork inside the small home museum. I highly recommend checking this out. There’s also an adorable Courtyard restaurant for lunch.

Our children’s homeschooling pod loves to hang in this location! Their activities and story time are very engaging and fun. The overall tranquil environment here is a West Palm Beach gem.

Absolute gem of a house and studio of Smith College graduate, mid century sculptor Ann Norton. Incredible exhibits taken place in the house and gardens, interspersed with Norton's works that are often inspired by her global travels to ancient cultural sites. Best thing I did on this Palm Beach trip!

Wonderful sculpture garden in a botanical garden setting. Art pieces were worth seeing, but the overall setting made the trip worthwhile. Seeing Ann Norton's studio and the art galleries in the house was a bonus. Worth a visit.

A hidden jem to explore! We went for the Jordi Molla art exhibit but wound up spending more time outside enjoying the sculpture garden. Beautiful place to visit and take pictures

What an honor to gaze upon the work and tools of Ann Weaver Norton. While the gardens are breathtaking, I was mesmerized by the studio. This is a place of serenity and time is easily lost here in the beauty of art and nature. The ladies at the desk and newly added gift shop were delightful. Street side parking was free. This is open seasonally so do check hours of operation.

Definitely worth a visit, on the small side so it’s a great add on to your vacation. It does get buggy with the ponds so pack spray.

We visited with friends on a Saturday afternoon. It was lovely and quiet and well worth the visit. It isn’t flashy, but it is a lovely tranquil space with lush vegetation and interesting artwork by Ann Norton. Her workshop is interesting and educational.

We did not get to visit the actual stadium because of the labor dispute. Very nice practice facilities for the players. Great access to see players up close and get autographs if you’re in to that. However, there is basically nowhere for fans to seek cover from rain in the practice areas. The fact that the gift shop was closed and there were NO food or beverage options for fans is just ridiculous.

The venue is clean and easy to find. The access to the field and the sitting area is friendly to all. We like the laid back atmosphere and the low prices for great seats. Bring an umbrella because it rains often. The staff is friendly and accommodating. See you next year.

This is a really nice ballpark. We were there for Astros spring training games and were able to get seats that were entirely in the shade. I appreciated the shuttle service to the park as it was a very long walk from the parking lot in the hot sun. There was return service in the evening too. Overall, the park is very clean and well cared for. The only drawback is that food and beverage prices are very expensive.

There's nothing more wonderful than the return of baseball, & Spring Training at this center is a wonderful place to fully experience it! No matter which team you root root root for, this is a place to fully enjoy Baseball - and before the rest of the country!! The parking here is in a green field, & it's a beautiful stroll to the stadium where seats are comfortable, fellow fans friendly, food perfect & souvenirs essential. But here's the Best Part: My friend has bum leg, I broke my foot. Hobbling to the park we were picked out of the strolling crowd by a friendly stadium golf cart driver. And.... That's their job!! They quietly (it's electric!) glide along the mass of fans heading to/from the ballpark, pick out those they instinctively suspect might benefit from their super-vehicle (this Is Florida, retirement home for America - there's lots of them). They invite their guests to hop in, and off you go! And.... They are also happy Tour Guides, pointing out the layout of this amazing, beautiful place! They've got a great office to be justifiably proud of! You get dropped of with a smile at the entrance, or your car!! Hey ballpark! These are your MVPs for Spring Training!! They make paying guests feel Welcome, Appreciated and Special!!
