Go city pass all inclusive worth the price to pay if you plan for more days in San Diego, so many things for kids to do: boat riding, ninjago ride waiting time is a bit too long, kitty disco drop, dragon ride, kids car ride, water park ticket is not included in Go City all inclusive which is a bit disappointed but we didn’t have enough time this time. Highly recommended place for family and kids, you can also buy year pass with affordable prices with water park.

I love coming to Legoland with my 8yr old and 13yr old because it never feels as crowded as other theme parks. I tend to get anxious with big crowds however this place feels like you can breathe when you're walking. The water park can get packed, but it's such a nice perk to have access without an added fee for platinum, elite and gold members too!

Legoland has been on my bucket list ever since it opened 25 years ago. I feel lucky that I can afford to take my kids to experience this wonderful park with me. We had a great time exploring all things Lego! However, the ride lines were super long when we first got there, so we decided to explore the park instead of waiting in line for rides. The kids had a blast exploring the multiple playgrounds and we took multiple pictures with all the Lego builds throughout the park. We had lunch at Pizza Mia and it was alright, but a little pricey for what you get. It would have been better if the pizza had more toppings. One thing to keep in mind is that the park is cashless, which can be nice or not so nice depending on your situation. If you are from out of the country, you could rack up extra charges, but we were lucky enough to have a US credit card. In the afternoon, the lines for the rides were much more reasonable. We rode a few rides and played a few midway games, and stayed there from open to close. I would recommend that you take two days to experience everything this park has to offer. If you plan on visiting the water park as well, then you would need three days.

Took the kids here for spring break and it was awesome! The hotel has packages that include park entry. They also can sell you the mini figure (which you can trade with any employee). We went on a Wednesday and Thursday and it wasn’t that busy. I’d avoid Friday through Sunday. The Friday we left it was as busy as we’d seen it. All the rides were fun and we never waited more that 30 mins. While they allow some food and drinks be prepared to buy food in the park. And as expected it’s $15+ per entree. Park closes at 5pm so plan accordingly. But if you are going to go stay at the hotel, it’s right at the entrance, breakfast is included too. Plus they have a bunch of Lego areas for the kids to build. A lot of entertainment and stuff after hours at the hotels too.

Well designed and maintained amusement park. It is pretty clean and many characters here are made of Lego bricks. Periodically there are performances. Definitely download their app so that you can navigate the park and see the waiting times for every ride.

First time here , loved it. My grandson had a blast. Love the fact that there are lots of play areas. My only complaint I have is that they need to have maintenance clean the refill machines more often so people won't have to fight off the bees and have more stations available.

As amusement parks go this one was cute but not very clean or efficient. The kids still had fun but it took attendants 10 minutes to unload/load guests on rides so expect to go very few rides. There’s fun food options but lines are long. Our favorite areas were the outside playground areas! Also they played like 8 versions of “Everything is Awesome.” It got old quickly lol. Definitely fun for the Lego lover! You do need a reservation. Great family vacation!

We just had the best time here! We spent two days, could possibly have used a third but man the kids loved it! (As did the parents) the vast range of activities was more than I expected from the themed playgrounds my boys could have spent all day at to the building workshops and fun little shows to the cool rides! It was definitely a perfect time to bring the kids youngest 5 and oldest 10. They all found something amazing. The weather was a little chilly for the waterpark but we still made the best of it and the kids magically lasted an hour there. On a warmer day they could have easily spent another couple hours. The aquarium is also pretty exciting and something we could have spent more time on. Great place for families! Definitely would do again before the kids get too old.

Legoland in California was wonderful! It really amazing seeing all the buildings and different characters made with Lego’s. Perfect place to bring the all the family. There’s a lots of games, rides and shows for them to see. It makes it easy when you download the app and see what rides or shows have the shortest wait times. The 3D shows are really fun! 🍌🌭🌽 😂

What an incredible experience. As a long time Lego fan, a childhood dream was finally achieved by actually getting to see the park in person. Obviously many of the rides are catered to kids but we mostly spent our time taking in the incredible builds. The park has much more of a laid back park feel. It's not like those theme parks where you're sprinting from one thing to another. Here you can just take in the beautiful surroundings and enjoy the day.

My 7 year old loved this place especially when we were able to do the water park part of Legoland. I got my tickets through the military ticket and tours. They had a 2 day package deal that included the park, the sea life part, and their water park. So worth the ticket price because before this, I only got a one day pass. So technically we both went 3 times. 🤣

Always wanted to come here when I was a kid, but never had the opportunity. Now as a 34 year old, I got to go with my 4 year old and two year old daughters and it was a blast. Everything is so kid friendly. My kids had a blast. My only wishes are that they have more Lego figurines/statues throughout the park to look at and that they have more lights for the miniature cities so you can see them better in the dark.

Stayed in the hotel Saturday night. The hotel will grab your luggage while you go into the park so when the park closes you can just walk to the hotel room. The room was ready 2 hours before scheduled. It was fun to do the scavenger hunt which is the money in the safe photo. The outdoor pool is heated but also note that if staying at the hotel you can go to the hot tub over on the castle side.

I was surprised by how much I actually loved this place. Last time I visited was almost 20 years ago and it has grown a whole lot since then. Just the right amount of rides to keep your day full and lots of little shows everywhere to keep you entertained. My favorite part though was the center of the park which is a massive Lego town. It was amazing to say the very least

Awesome small park that can be reasonably navigated in a day with kids. Cool miniature areas modeled after major US cities. The Dino area was packed but understandable because it's new. Great to see a nod to Duplo for the toddler ages!

Perfect for kids, but definitely not cheap. You get the best value and experience from booking in advance and staying at one of the hotels. We stayed at the “Knights” hotel, which the kids genuinely loved. From the Wizard-themed room with a bunkbed and mini treasure hunt, to the outside entertainment on premises, there was generally always something for the kids and us to do while relaxing at the hotel. Being guest also gets you free breakfast at the buffets, which was better than most “free” (continental) breakfast options I’ve had. Other meals at the Hotels were decent as well, with my favorite being the heavily-peppered 14oz New York steak at the “Dragon’s Den”. Legoland itself changes up often enough to stay interesting, but there are always lines for everything (as one expects at a huge amusement park). Luckily, as a hotel guest, you get “early access” to the main parts of the park, which helps cut down waits at the popular rides early-on, and makes the rest of the day a bit easier. It is definitely easier to walk back to the hotel to rest, or after a long, eventful day at the park, compared to having to drive home/elsewhere. All the food and souvenirs inside the park are really expensive (but decent in quality), while the Lego sets (at least) are still MSRP. Half the water park was closed when we were there, which was unfortunate, but seems to be a seasonal-thing. The aquarium was larger than expected and pretty nice for the space available. There are also plenty of playgrounds and other things for kids to do outside of rides that don’t generally have lines. Live performances can be hit-or-miss, but our kids seemed to enjoy everything.

I love going on the weekdays. Not as busy. So kid friendly and my kiddos can pretty much go on anything and they are 5 and 7. We got rained out last year. It was so easy to go again. The Aviator ride with the triple Decker couch was my favorite. Highly recommend this place for a day of family fun.

It was our first visit with our 3 year old grandson. Everyone had a great day as there is entertainment for every age group( I had a hard time getting all of my men out of the areas where they could build with lego bricks). We ended up converting our tickets to a season pass.

First time experiencing Legoland and a big theme park with my young kids and we think it was really great! We stayed two nights at the hotel and had two days at the park. It really is big enough to need two days, especially with some rides having 60+ minutes waits. Paying to get on a ride quicker is something new to me but we did not feel the need to do it. Kids need to learn to wait and snacks and fun games together can teach them the skills! From toddler, preschool and early elementary I felt like it was a great layout for all my kids to get to experience rides. The multiple play areas with slides and playgrounds is also amazing to sit and let our kids run wild in a contained area. I’d like to see more benches with back support, as a nursing mama that was difficult to find. Plenty of bathrooms spread out, could always use more family bathrooms that allow strollers to come in. As a vegan family I’d love to see more options. Even just snacks, not candy ones, that are healthy and non dairy and have no animal products in them! Thankful we could bring our own in! The app was really helpful to know wait times and directions within the park. We felt like it was a great family vacation overall!!

I had a wonderful experience though it rained for the first half and most of the rides were closed, I did not let that affect the review. Later on it cleared up and we had an awesome experience, the food was a bit pricey but Smokehouse BBQ was amazing and a good portion size, I got the baked beans, Mac and Cheese, and the Taste of Texas, which was pulled pork, brisket, and a hot link! All of it was delicious! The rides were amazing, we went on the submarine ride, which had real fish, and a fun treasure hunt, the new Dino Valley roller coaster, which was a great intro to someone who has never rode a roller coaster, the carousel which is a timeless classic, and my daughter rode the horse ride in medieval area, which is 36" height requirement and minimum age of 4. Parking was good we found a spot quick and a short walk to the entrance. Overall great experience!

Camped here for a night in one of the “premium sites”. It was flat enough for easy sleeping. Clean camp site, well organized campgrounds and staff was pretty nice at check in. The views were fantastic, and well worth paying for an oceanfront spot IF you are lucky enough to land one. I could easily see staying here comfortably for a week.

Love Carlsbad. Best little Gem of a village in all of California. The beaches are beautiful and just a beautiful little clean town. My all time favorite vacation!

The moment they heard my accent, they immediately told me the place "was full" and that I'd have to go 1.5 miles to the next beach. As I was exiting, I saw them allow at least 4-5 other cars in after me. Guess there was enough parking for "locals"? Don't know what's going on there, tbh. Update: Just walked in here from the other beach side, and there's tons of parking! The photo here is just one of many vacant places.

Great for sunsets but can be rocky. Parking is a challenge at times so come early.

Carlsbad State beach for camping is one of our all time favorite beach sites. If you're lucky enough to get a site, just do it, and know it'll be a blast. The snack bar is amazing, the hosts are awesome, bathrooms are clean and stocked. But come on, you get an ocean front stay with the best beaches & weather possible, what's not to love about Carlsbad?

Absolutely beautiful. I came here with my family. It was clean, had plenty of parking, restrooms, and lots of space for activities. The park rangers were really helpful as well. We had a wonderful time, and we’re planning on making it an annual visit.

DON'T LEAVE YOUR BELONGINGS OUTSIDE. We stayed here in our camper and were sorely disappointed. We loved the views but unfortunately, our gas can was stolen, and when we tried to report it the ranger just said "Oh, yeah that's a bummer". They did not make a report or ask for our names. They do not lock the gate at the north end of the park so pedestrians can walk through at any time and we assume this is how our gas can was taken. During our stay, the garbage trucks came each morning around 3-4 am which was very strange and loud. This is a great place for families but if you don't like children this would be a place to avoid like the plague. Some of the best sunsets I've ever seen but this made it impossible to drive through the park during that time as everyone would walk down to the restaurant. There are no sidewalks so you have to walk in the road. This is the perfect place for surfers and families but not ideal for people who like privacy, security, and the ability to come and go with ease.

The beach looks pretty good. The parking lot is open till 7.30 pm at summertime, but you can park your car on the street if you find a spot (lucky you ☺). Only propane grills, no wood and charcoal (that's a sad thing).

We love visiting this beach everyone we go to Lego land. It's very conveniently located. Clean, safe and kids have fun. We usually stay at Hilton Carlsbad so this beach is walking distance and is very convenient.

I love this beach! I fell in love with this place from my first trip when I saw dolphins just off the coast with my wife. The walk up and down the beach is relaxing and safe during the day, and the large oceanfront houses are a site to behold on a long stroll.

An excellent beach with a long coastline to enjoy hiking and the salty air of okonan. Lots of space for sunbathing and smoking! There is free parking!

It's weird, I went to go get a pair of pumps and The only shoe store I found was Aldo... I didn't find any black pumps. If you're looking for athletic shoes or sunglasses there's plenty of that. However they do give an additional military discount in most stores. The coach stores having a 60% off sale. Everyone in there is super friendly and helpful. If you join the rewards club you get free shipping for purchases over $100. The Le creuset store is well stocked and they always have good stuff. All the stores are open It's open air I didn't see any mask requirement, there are quite a few food options. They have the giant animatronic stuffed animals that the kids can ride and there's water fountains and a stand with fruit, snacks and hot dogs.

We staying South Carlsbad Beach for the holiday weekend. The Outlets are very close. My wife stopped at Joe's Jeans, Asics and several other stores. Make sure when you visit to stop for Cinni-Minis and the taco stand. There are many food choices available. Also, Armstrong Nursery is in the same parking lot.

A lot of big respectable brand clothing stores. If you're looking to buy clothes for work, casual, or exercise you can find everything you need here. All the shops are clean and mostly reasonably priced. It is a very popular place but no one store is super busy.

This is a nice shopping area with lots of great stores. We visited here to kill some time and to find a beach bag which we were unsuccessful at doing.

Christmas season when I went there and my sisters, enjoyed shopping at my favorite stores on clothing are Chicos, Gap, Calvin Klein etc. for shoes~ Coach, Ferregamo then lunch at Ruby's Diner. Definitely I liked the food there.Stopped by Starbucks for a coffee.🍵

OMG, Carlsbad Outlet Mall is like a shopaholic's dream come true! It's got everything you need to indulge in some serious retail therapy. From designer brands to bargain deals, you can find it all at this shopping mecca. The best part about this mall is that it's not just about shopping. The mall itself is spacious and well laid out, making it easy to navigate and find the stores you're looking for. The mall is beautifully landscaped and has plenty of seating areas throughout, making it a comfortable and inviting place to spend an afternoon. What really sets this mall apart, however, is the incredible selection of stores. From high-end retailers to popular chain stores, there's something for everyone here. The prices are discounted across the board as well, making it a great place to save on your favorite brands. One of the things I appreciated most about the Carlsbad outlet mall was the cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities. The bathrooms were spotless, and every store I visited was well-maintained and organized. The staff was also uniformly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure a positive shopping experience. Overall, I can't recommend the Carlsbad outlet mall enough. From the fantastic selection of stores to the comfortable and clean environment, everything about this mall is top-notch. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this is definitely a destination worth checking out.

I visited the Outlet with my daughters and my ex in-between my oldest daughter's club soccer games. A nice little shopping spot. My girls got various clothing articles with their mom and I got a chef's knife. One daughter got Boba and the other got a tea concoction. Mom paid for one daughter's treat and I paid for the other's treat. I got in some "steps", got a chef's knife I had wanted for a while, and spent a pleasant afternoon with my ex and our girls.

Great place for shopping name brands… but the mall should really do some parking planning for holidays and Black Friday. There is no easy way to exit. It would be easy to open an exit up on Armada Drive past the dirt parking lot, or have some attendants helping to ease the congestion and keep flow at the exits.

Spacious, generally clean with ample parking. Designers, famous and other outlets stores, majority offering discounts ranging from 30 to 60%. Innocent shoppers hardly can understand the underlying reasons: outdated design, odd sizes not sold or minor defects not visible, etc. Shrewed customers know these points. Calvin Klein, Polo Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, GAP, Clarkson, and Nike are a few of many famous brands' outlets. Sunglass hut, Kream factory, Kate Spade, and Tea Monks are a few of other shops. Discount for military personnel; but not for seniors or poor guys!

Very upscale and a great flower fields backdrop. Awesome stores. Very beautiful outdoor mall.

They have plenty of shops. Some shops have been there long term, some don't seem to last long. There is a good variety (outdoor shops, restaurants, fashion, etc). I feel like some of the higher end, uppity stores, like Coach and Ralph Lauren, are near the middle/front. The more athletic/outdoor shops, like Adidas, The North Face, and Nike, seem to be more spread out. The restaurants seem to be more on the southern end (towards the right of looking from the parking lot).

Large Outlet Mall with lots of Brand Name stores with great sales prices. Lots of Restaurants to get a great meal while shopping. Plenty of parking and close to the freeway when you're ready to go home.

We walked all around the outlets and found manys deals in the stores. There's ample enough bathrooms surrounding this area also and very clean. We were able to find several places with premium soccer cleats for our daughter. There's a good amount of eateries also throughout in case u get hungry and plus there's benches all throughout in case you need to sit and take a break. The landscaping and building are all up kept nicely with no complaints from us.

Super fun spot to stroll and check out some great deals at the outlet shops. Lots of choices for snacks, meals, and refreshments. They have restrooms throughout and atm. Tons of unique kiosks for some added shopping and eating :)

We make a bi-annual trip to Carlsbad to visit the Flower Fields. Ranunculus are everywhere in many colors. Food Carts are available as well as a large gift shop. Plan on 3 to 4 hours to walk the entire complex. They do have trams available for those with mobility issues. Well worth the trip.

The Field of Flowers was beautiful. Perfect place to visit if you love all the colors and flowers. There were things to do for the kids too; sweet pea maze, passport stamps, and food trucks. Plenty of stations to take pictures with the flowers to include a set up with a tractor and then benches. The flowers were well maintained and the American flag of flowers was a bonus to see.

Cool flower fields! There's gotta be millions of flowers here, and they have tons of different colors. The front area has a lot of small attractions, including a huge finch/pigeon cage. You have to buy tickets in advance, and they're non-refundable. I probably wouldn't recommend buying them too far in advance in case it rains the day you go.

Such a beautiful flower garden 🌸! I had seen a lot of insta post prior to coming here and the flower field seemed to be blooming on those photos! However, it looked more like these earlier in March when I went! It was still very beautiful and the flower field is big so I’m sure when they flowers grow completely it will look even more beautiful! I suggest calling before going to see how the flower fields are! Ticket was $22 per person! You can’t step among the flower field lanes but they do have photo props around the fields to get cute photos!

Beautiful place, with all the magnificent scenery of flower fields. You will get to know great knowledge about some flowers and plants. Take advise of best plantations there is a wide selection to buy as well. Fun place for all ages. Catering, restrooms and assistance available all day long. Better to visit from mid march till may. If you mind the heat better to select time before 11 am or after 2.30pm

The flower fields are truly a sight to behold. While our visit was during mid-March when the flowers were not fully bloomed yet, we still had a wonderful experience. The fields were picturesque, and the vibrant colors of the flowers added a touch of beauty to the surroundings. One aspect that made the visit even more enjoyable, especially for the kids, was the scavenger hunt. It added an element of excitement and exploration to the trip. It engaged their curiosity as we searched for hidden treasures amidst the flowers. The hunt made the visit interactive and kept them entertained throughout the experience. Although the flowers were not in full bloom during our visit, I could still appreciate the charm and potential of the fields, I can only imagine how breathtaking it would be to witness the fields in their full glory later in the season. Nonetheless, the partially bloomed flowers still created a lovely ambiance and provided a memorable experience. Overall, I highly recommend visiting this place. The beauty of the surroundings, combined with the fun scavenger hunt, made it a worthwhile experience for both adults and children alike. I love the Flower Field. I always like to take my professional camera with me to the Flower Field to take pictures. Pictures don’t do justice for what the field looks like when you are actually there. This is my second time here. It can get crowded around noon. There are food trucks for snacks and lunch. The flowers are very pretty, and the view is amazing

this is the only flower field I’ve ever been to, but everything was incredibly beautiful. I don’t think it can be captured in words or even with images how lovely it is to walk around so many flowers in bloom. Highly recommend! Definitely go in the morning to avoid build up on the fwy and crowds at the fields.

I was able to visit early March..only a section of fields were in bloom, but still stunning! Hope to go back before the season is over. Make sure to have some comfortable walking shoes or even hiking boots. It's a nice workout going up and down the sections of blooms.

It is still early in the season, so not all fields were bloomed. However, there were still more flowers than expected. The bird enclosure was really pretty. There were beautiful doves, finches, etc. I didn't know there were so many varieties of Poinsettias and really liked that display. Didn't expect to see so many different types of plants, flowers, and garden arrangements. We missed the blueberry picking or maybe it wasn't open yet. The flag display is located furthest south of the grounds, so it is easy to miss. The flowers were bloomed, but it is hard to get the whole effect from ground level, although it is still really impressive. We are making plans to come back once everything is fully bloomed.

Beautiful place to visit, make sure to catch the flower fields in the Spring, when they are in full bloom. Lots of different areas to take pictures, as there are designated dugouts where you can stand in the flowers to pose. Would recommend as a tourist place for both newcomers and San Diegans alike. Only thing is that you have to buy tickets in advance online, which may be hard for some, so make sure to purchase in advance. Other than that, they offer a variety of activities, like tractor rides or gem fishing. Orchid arboretum was beautiful as well. Not sure if I would return again, as it is more of a one time visit, but I would recommend the experience to others!

I took a date here in mid-April. Unfortunately, the Sunflower field was not in bloom as advertised on their website. The flower fields were definitely beautiful, but a lot of the same thing for miles. We took the tractor ride, which was nice. However, the driver hit the side of the ramp, and honestly, it was kind of dangerous and shook the entire cart. Was also really close to running into multiple people walking... The food here was really pricy, and so were most of the items in the gift shop. Outside, a lot of the displays were very beautiful, but not much to do, and some things were closed down.. this would be a great place to take younger kids as there are more activities for children than adults. Overall, it was not what I expected, but I am glad that we went at least once. I may come back a second time eventually, but probably not more than that. I really think with the cost of this place, it could use a little TLC and needs some updates. Maybe bringing in a new attraction would help breathe some life into this place that is lacking.

We usually buy season passes and love to watch the season progress. Early to mid April the fields are in full bloom and it is breathtaking. There are picnic tables up top to enjoy and take in the view. It also provides a beautiful backdrop for photos!

Most amazing experience! These flower fields are incredible. You can either walk or for $16 they have a tractor ride that takes you around the fields. There is also benches and places where you can wait in line to take pictures with the fields. Very pleasant experience! They also have some food stands.

Today was just the most beautiful day to go, and one set of fields was in FULL super bloom. Honestly, more flowers than your eyes can fathom. I'd suggest bringing a light sweater (as it can get a bit windy by the ocean), wear good shoes (you'll get dusty!), bring a hat, camera, water, SPF, and sunglasses! The flowers are absolutely stunning!! You'll have the greatest time. Hats off to the gardeners and staff here!!! 🌼🏵️🪻🌸

Amazing display of flowers. Great place to take some wedding photos or such occasions if it is during the season. A tractor ride through the fields might be good if you have trouble walking too much. There are a lot of workshops that happen here as well...please note that the workshops and events usually need separate tickets. Parking can be a bit scarce. Make sure to check out the additional parking they have available right past the regular parking. Any way parking is free.

Loved it. The flowers are beautiful. The whole area is big and so much to look at. Many photo spots. Extra charge for the tractor ride. But you can walk it. Restrooms available Ice cream, lemonade, food options

Do yourself a favor and don’t miss these 55 acres of Flowers! Ranunculus, Eucalyptus, orchids, sweet peas maze and even a truck to take you around for $8.00 with hop on hop off options. About 3 hours is plenty to see everything, there’s live music, food and plenty of plants, flowers and souvenirs to shop. Parking gets full quickly, but people come and go all the time. This is a must see from March to May. Enjoy it!

Gorgeous place to make your day! No matter how bad a day you have, seeing these color ranunculus will make you smile! I have been here a few times before and this year is my second time back and still loving it! It's a must if you have not been here.

Beautiful flower field, make sure you go early so that it wouldn’t be too sunny and crowded. There are other different areas beside the flower field that you can explore around too. If you’d like to get a good walk in with amazing weather and view, this is the place to go. We came in around late March and lots of flowers bloomed 💐🌺

Such a beautiful experience. Fun for anyone. You can either choose to walk or ride the wagon. We walked, and it took us about an hour to walk the entire field. Comfortable shoes are recommended!

Such a beautiful place to visit in Carlsbad, CA! I was there the first week of March and there were a lot of flowers to see. You have to get an online ticket first and pick the time you are going. It's 20.00 for adults. If you don't want to pay, drive up to the road above the flowers and you can walk around there and see them.

This is a really nice aquarium. It's not that big but a lot to see. They have an area where you could touch starfish, sea urchins and some sponges. My favorite part was that they have sharks in a really nice tunnel. The kids enjoyed it very much.

Amazing. The aquarium is a great way to end a visit at legoland. It's easy for the parents to wind down and makes for a great afternoon show. We love visiting every time we come to town. It's also important to remember that all of the same treasure hunting applies at the aquarium as it does inside the park :-). There are great exhibits, a fun treasure hunt (stamps) and a touch pool as well as multiple modern exhibits. Ensure to watch littles with the low areas and convex displays. A huge shout out to Sachorrah and Murphy for helping us track down some unique finds and pointing us around.

Really fun for kids. There's also a cool project that the kids can use a map to go around and get stamps and at the end get a small something. At the end there's also a place to actually touch small creature's,kids really liked this. A nice addition to the park.

Great for the kids! It was such a beautiful experience. The whole aquarium can be done at a moderate pace in 1hr -1.5hr. It has 2 floors and stairs or elevator available for use. I would rate 5 stars if it allowed the use of strollers. We kinda rushed since my 1 and 5 yr old are a handful when left to roam around.

It was the first time we've been there. Actually even my 20-month-old loved the place, he is a fan of the fishes. And my almost 6-year-old was so excited. You can touch live sea stars and watch all the different types of fishes.

The aquarium is very informative and contains many interesting fish and animal species to explore. Each station has a board where children can learn about the types of fish and observe them in the aquarium. There is a ranger station with confiscated booths and belts made of python, crocodile and ostrich. I highly recommend starting Legoland with the aquarium, as children are not too tired in the morning and can spend 1-2 hours indoors. We arrived at 10:30, there were no queues.

We had a total blast in the aquarium! There are several interactive activities that little children can do through. They feature a wide verity of fish and other sea plant life. There are several different tanks to visit and walk through. Yes, you can actually walk through a glass tunnel and become completely surrounded by the exhibit. Facilities were well taken care of. There is a section where you can touch starfish.

Paid $25 (each) to go to the aquarium, and didn't know I would have to pay another $25 for parking. If I had been already at Lego Land and added it to my ticket, it would have been more worth it. The staff was great, and there were a lot of animals to look at. The whole thing took us about an hour, including a couple shows and embossing the scavenger hunt at each station.

I absolutely loved the aquarium in Legoland! There were so many variety’s of sea-life in their aquarium and so much to look at. It’s a self guided tour and to u can definitely complete the aquarium in about an hour or so.

This aquarium wasn't huge, but it was fun to explore. It was perfect if you got bored of Legoland and wanted to see some ocean life. Great for a family.

This was a fun add on to Legoland. Part of the two day pass. Took our family with small kids 75 minutes to walk through! Really interesting facts and sea life and a tide pool to touch star fish and urchins! Kid friendly and fun to walk through!

Fun and engaging aquarium and you can touch some of the sea life. Very scenic and I learned a good amount from the exhibit. With some Lego friends of course scattered throughout!

Loved it. The Sea Guides were very informative and spoke to the kids. We were able to see the sharks, fishes, and sting rays during their feed time. 2 levels of sea life. There is an interactive station to touch star fish and algae.

It was amazing. I took my family there and my 3-year-old daughter was amazed by all the sea life. You see everything from starfish and Jellyfish to catfish and panther sharks. At some point, you even get to touch the sea life with two fingers very gently. The entire Excursion didn't take more than 2 hours and that's if you take your time to glance at everything and learn about each aquarium tank. I highly recommend that sea life enthusiasts visit the aquarium Park as you will not be disappointed. You can make a day out of it by going to Legoland prior or after visiting the aquarium or if you just have a couple hours it's worth driving and experiencing the aquarium. Parking is very easy and the entrance is even easier. For parents that have kids that use strollers you won't be able to take the stroller inside the aquarium but you can park it outside with all the other strollers and grab it on your way out. Make sure you have your camera with you and comfortable shoes, hope you all enjoy as much as my family and I did!

Got to do this with $89 2-day hopper ticket. Was nice, but not too different from other small aquarium visits. Legoland is the main attraction for sure.

Fabulous museum! The exhibits are interactive and some of the instruments left my party in awe. From exhibits arranged by curated instrument categories to the catogory arranged by the history of music in the USA, this museum will be enjoyed by musicians and music fans, of any age. Best part; "you play" instruments played by the artist in our party.

We've visited Carlsbad many times, and this was the first time we've come to this museum. It was a good experience for all. It is a small museum, but it offers a lot to see, play, and learn. The informational booths offer interesting videos about the exhibits. For those with any type of interest in music, a visit to this museum will be a great experience.

Touch screens and well educated, personable volunteers make this a wonderful experience. The array of rare and exotic instruments is unsurpassed. Really enjoyable. Well worth the visit!!

Amazing place!! From precious instruments to historical video-recordings of famous artists; from exclusive interviews with composers and music producers; and from videos showing the instrument manufacturing process to the unique chance to play with an incredible array of instruments, this museum has it all. Well informed staff that pop up whenever you have a question and a truly gem of a music and books store. And the entrance fee is ridiculously low, too! Can't wait to bring the whole family for a fun filled afternoon here!!

Great experience at this small but fascinating museum. Lots of interactivity with instruments available to play - Telecasters, harps, digital drumkit, Moog synths, digital turntables, theremin - and lots of fascinating museum pieces to view. Friendly staff and helpful when it comes to trying out new instruments too, and a nice little gift shop with lots of items for musicians and music lovers.

Interesting and engaging museum for all ages. We stumbled upon this museum while visiting Carlsbad and were glad we did. The tour guide Brian was very energetic and funny. Not only can you see classic and modern instruments but you can play some of them. The gift shop is a nice touch. Planning to take my family here again.

Was a nice representation of music through time. Had an area to try the instruments, but tough to get to as the kids loved that part. In the museum approx 1 1/2 hrs and the same children playing.

This is a great place for both adults and children. It starts out but you're looking at exhibits reading and listening to artist performances. The last half is pretty unexpected as they have turntables, and so many instruments that you can actually play, along with a rather large touchscreen that you can choose countries on. The videos play native music and modern music for each of the countries. I spent nearly 3 hours there. There's a kid section with instruments as well as electric guitars and acoustic guitars and drums and tambourines that adults can play, also. Very enjoyable!

Every summer we throw options in a hat on where the kids want to go on vacay before school starts, this summer they pulled from the hat and chosed San Diego, California. First off, this place was awesome, If your a music lover like myself and my daughter (future music producer), you must take time to check out this museum. Every turn was educational and with in depth info about every instrument present there. What's cool is that, they have sitting areas where some, but not all, instrument you can actually play. I was hooked on the tounge drum, never knew this instrument existed, until now. Everyday is still a learning process for me, but I absorbe information and retain it. There's also other museums around the same area, but by far the museum of making music was my fav.

Awesome museum! There are a lot of interactive instruments to play and a whole bunch of interesting facts around the whole museum. They have a different exhibits for each time period of music and each genre of instrument, (ex. String instruments). The staff is really friendly and they explain everything really well. A great museum to see while in Carlsbad! 5/5 stars!

What a great walk through musical history! Worth checking out for a look into how instruments have evolved and changed over time. Interactive touch screens will not only give you detailed info on instruments being displayed but also have video demonstrations of them being played. There is plenty of hands on instruments from pianos to guitar to DJ turntable and MIDI units too! Learned lots and played lots.

Do not miss this beautiful, well preserved ranch! You could easily spend 2+ hours here. Very popular for class field trips. Since there is a dirt parking lot (with at least 4 handicap spaces) they do close after heavy rains. Best to call ahead to see if they are open. Numerous clean, modern restrooms. Paths for wheelchairs are clearly marked. Areas for picnics are available to reserve, too. There are some elevation changes but manageable for most. Don't miss!

Wow! So much history. The architecture and landscaping is exquisite 👌. They even have orange, lemon, and lime trees. The aroma fills the air! Peacocks are walking around free. This place was everything!!! I got to see where actor extrodonaire Clarke Gable laid his head. Just wonderful!

We like this place. It's not a super long visit, bit the grounds are fun and there are plenty unique things to explore and see. Lots of neat plants, buildings, and some light walking. The attendants are friendly. Short video to familiarize yourself with what it was about. Might be a nice place to visit with a picnic :)

Peaceful historic ranch located just a tad west of San Marcos, south of Vista. Visited here for my first time attending friend’s wedding so the review is heavily tilted towards the set up of the wedding. Set up of the outdoor ceremony was wonderful and well organized and all of the staffs were very kind. The place had a lot of sign boards explaining the history of the ranch, animals & plants on the property etc. It’s a surprising find tucked away in Carlsbad residential area.

Amazing stop! Worth the drive up from San Diego! My family and I love history, and all the employees and volunteers were lovely and knowledgeable! The short film in the Visitors Center was a nice surprise as well! Beautiful place to explore with lots of history.

A very cute historical park that is not too far from San Diego and along the drive. If you are driving from Los Angeles. The park does not really feature any animals, they do have a fake replica of a horse and some imagery of peacocks so I think there was maybe more animals at times? It looks like it would be a beautiful venue and would be really amazing! The historical aspect is really cool and they do a really amazing job! Go check it out!

This is a GEM of Carlsbad history! Very cool! Its a leisurely walk for the most part. Building are spread apart so theres a bit of a walk to see everything. No dogs. Visitors center staff were friendly and informative! We didnt go durring tour times so I cant review on that. Theres (I believe free) historical and botanical tours available. We intend to go back for those. Recommended!

Great tour, very quiet the day we were there. The young lady that was the tour guide was very knowledgeable! We had a great time!

I didn't see a single peacock here. This place is on tightly-packed dirt, so your shoes and the bottom of your pants will get dirty. You can see the historic home of the original owner, but sadly, you cannot go inside as they are locked and closed. You only see them from the outside. There is nothing to do here other than walk under the sun (hardly any shade), and that's it. They do have nice, clean bathrooms. I wouldn't recommend this place. Definitely not a fun place for kids, either, in my opinion. You can walk through this whole place in 15 minutes. The best part, for me, was seeing the plants.

This is a lovely place with sparkling lagoon with water that shines in the sunshine, surrounded by tall green plants. You can take a peaceful walk or jog, spot many fascinating birds, and soak in the calming natural beauty. Plus, it's a perfect spot for capturing beautiful photos. When I visited it, I had two beautiful experiences. At 8 am, it was misty, creating a serene and mysterious atmosphere. Then, around 9 am, the sun came out, and everything was surrounded by warm sunlight, giving me the best of both worlds. It's really worth a visit!

I love walking there as it’s a flat walk. Ideal when tired or simply want to enjoy walking. I bring my dog there too and it’s a very rich and stimulating area for him.

It is so peaceful and enjoyable, even if one isn't a super fast walker. There are many benches to sit and to listen to the birds, while looking out over the waster There are lots of wildflowers right now, in May. And you can bring your dog, on a leash.

This is my “go to” walk to find inner peace on any given day. I suggest starting from Spoonbill Lane parking lot and walking towards the ocean and gift shop and back again. No experience necessary as a hiker. Beginner level. Bring water, sun hat, and a light snack. The best!

This is a small gem! It took us about an hour and a half to see it all but there is amazing Craftmanship to see. The gentlemen at the front shared their love of crafts by showing us and telling us about some of the exhibits. Bring some cash if you can since there is no admission charged but there is a box for cash donations.

Incredible collection of some of the finest miniature homes, aircraft, ships, engines, etc. anywhere in the world! Plan on spending a couple of hours here. The docents are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They do have demonstrations periodically. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here and plan to return in the future. A great visit for ALL ages. A small gift shop is on site, too. Free to visit but they do appreciate donations. Do yourself and your budding engineer a huge favor by stopping here. Plenty of parking as well as handicap friendly.

This place is amazing! Multiple trips required to take it all in. The is my second trip and I bought a friend this time.

If we could give them 10 stars, we would. A jaw-dropping museum of astonishing builds. The passion and artistry are hard to comprehend, as we don't have any of this skill or capability, and so we greatly admired all that was there. The docents are friendly, informative, talented, and this was the highlight of our Carlsbad trip. They should charge for entry, as we could have spent delightful hours in there, admiring all the miniatures, and seeing them function. A tiny car which ACTUALLY has a gas engine in it??? HOLY COW! Wish we lived closer so we could go back again, and we have a ton of family and friends back in MI/MN who would love to visit this place. Thank you for existing, and for sharing this delight with the public! :)

It was So Much More than I had anticipated. Two, knowledgeable and friendly gentleman staff gave us great tidbits and gave power to several exhibits. From diesel to doll houses..AMAZING & WORTH IT!

First of all, if you feel unsure about this place, it is free to enter and free to sign up for the workshop where they show you some awesome engines and how they work. I have been here twice. Once with a friend and really enjoyed it. I brought my kids here also, and they are excited to come back again. There are detailed hand build doll houses and other structures that look amazing. Tons of tiny engines build for airplanes and cars and other random things. If you like to see the inside of cars and airplanes and things like that, you will love this place. I suggest bringing kids to expand their ideas and imagination and to understand the history of how these things worked.

This place is ... nothing short of amazing. It's positively mind-blowing. It's definitely a must see - and has something for everyone.

Excellent place to visit for anybody who has even a slight interest in engineering in engineering and machining. The volunteers are excellent and very well informed. Large display of functioning scale models of cars, motors, engines, boats, planes, trains, etc. The quality of craftsmanship and the pride that goes into the work is clearly very evident. A total surprise! An enormous collection of beautifully crafted/engineered miniatures. There is no way to describe the collection in a way to fully appreciate. There is something for everyone. We also appreciated the regular visits by Myron and other staffers to explain things, answer questions, operate exhibits - all with enthusiasm and exuberance! 3/9/2023

This was an amazing experience! Admission fee:donation. We spent nearly 2 hours being amazed in this place! Friendly staff were willing to answer questions and share stories and details about exibits.

This place is a must visit! The amount of creativity is mind blowing. This place is truly incredible. The hand made items here are hard to describe. Real working motors at 1/6th size are amazing! The doll houses and everything here is all worth the time spent here. Please be prepared to spend at least a couple of hours. You will be assisted by the knowledgeable employees who tell you the stories of what is displayed. The minitures of several different items on display all have interesting stories and even more interesting are the makers behind the scenes. I had a great time and left with a deep appreciation for craftsmanship on display. Do yourself a favor and experience this location for yourself. I highly recommend a visit. Great place for the entire family to visit.

The school itself is interesting but the curriculum severely outdated despite attempts to modernize. Poor leadership, I’d say from experience. Some teachers are excellent but others and most of the administrators have a major attitude problem and superiority complex. I’ve also had stones graded here that I believe were altered in their reporting to accommodate the diamond dealer who sent them in. I think maybe it’s not as squeaky clean as they’d like to admit and seems most of the graders are underpaid and overworked so I wouldn’t be surprised if they were making side deals.

Sent 2 Rings for authentication, they lost one after being in their possession for 4 days! I was told to seek insurance but usps will not pay for theft after delivery. There is no evidence of any tampered package per usps. Postal inspector mentioned this is becoming common with this location. I searched on Google and found on reddit an ebay community forums lots of similar issues. They will steal from you and there is no recourse! Tampered packages are labeled so on tracking with a red label also on the box. Per the inspectors there were no issues with my package and it was marked delivered to individual at this GIA location. Police, FBI, ic3, and usps Postal criminal investigation unit were notified. Case is ongoing. Will be pursuing this with all my being. Hopefully this is a warning to others.

My employee has attempted to contact GIA to enroll in a course for several days, and after waiting on hold for over 50 minutes, finally was successful today. I find it alarming that GIA can't answer the phone, and am very concerned/confused as to why the phone systems aren't working at GIA here in Carlsbad. I wouldn't have generally gone out of my way to do something like this, but after over a week of being on hold, someone in upper management needs to know about how horribly difficult it has been to call GIA. I'm trying to give you my money... THANK YOU-

Such a nice place to study! Great campus, wonderful teachers and stuff. It is towards the priceier side, but it is really worth it, you learn A LOT during the short among of time you spend there and I made some great contacts! Super fun experience for the young and the old. There are 3 different styles of cars and groups are sent on the track based on age. For the adults, be ready for a thrill, these cars are fast! There's some strategy to getting the lowest lap time you can. Rankings aren't based on who finishes the race first, you're really racing against yourself. Be careful, it's addicting! As you round the straight away you'll see your lap time, guaranteed you'll push to make the next lap faster! It's a blast for the young kids as well. The cars are set to drive slower, the staff does a phenomenal job at keeping things safe as they race around the track. What I love the most is that it doesn't have to be an all day affair, we decided to pop in for a quick race and were out within an hour. It's the perfect. Enjoy!

My son and I had a good time. However, it seems they put some kind of governor on my son's car.So he drove slower than the rest of the kids on the track. I don't know if it was because he was only six or because it was His first time or what. We visited the San Diego location a couple days later, and they didn't slow his car down and he had a lot more fun..

This place is awesome! Our 6 year old is very interested in racing and we were nervous to get him started. The staff was OVERWHELMINGLY welcoming, patient and kind to us. I say we were overwhelmed because it really was above and beyond!! A special thank you to Frankie who even remembered my sons name at our second visit!!! If you're wondering, our son did awesome and we I am sure we will be spending a LOT more time at k1 speed. :)

This is a delightful experience for all ages. This raceway offers three different styles of carts, including drift karts, junior karts, and adult karts, with the adult karts reaching speeds of up to 45 miles per hour! Junior karts are a great speed for younger children. The drift carts would be upon request. This location and K1 in general offer events you could rent out for parties, team-building experiences, and much more! Would be an amazing location to have a get-together or party. This location features a snack bar and K1's iconic race reports. The decor is also well-themed. Hope that you are able to check out this unique experience, and happy racing!

First time there with 9 guys from our new Men's Fraternity, Oceanside First Presbyterian Church. Our 97 and 92 year old guys decided to race along with the much younger racers; what an inspiration they were. Everyone had a great time; the food was very good at a reasonable price and the staff was very helpful. I was hoping this first special event for our group would go well as and it exceeded my expectations. Thank you all at K1 Speed.

We held a party with 22 Kart riders and 15 fans watching. They were busy but were focused. When it was our turn to race, we had the track to ourselves and had a great time. Very professional and efficient staff. We plan on doing this annually as a group.

Such a great experience all because of the awesome management . We had my son 9th birthday party there and Frankie the location manager made sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible. I definitely recommend this place .

This location and K1 speed Irvine have the best management out of all the ones i’ve visited. My friends cart had run out of battery during the race and the management there gave him a refund and another free race. He also gave us a track walk and pointers for free

I’ve never been before, but the staff made it easy and fun to learn, without making me feel silly for having no experience. The track wasn’t too hard, where I was discouraged while driving, but also had its fair share of twists and turns that made it a challenge. Overall, a really fun place to be and I had a wonderful time! Can’t wait for them to open up larger locations!!

First time in here! Lots of Fun,great environment, plenty of KARTS, Friendly staff,convenient parking and location, highly recommended

A great spacious facility with Go Karts and arcade games. We hosted a birthday party for a teenager and all the kids had a great time. The fee for the party included pizza and soft drinks. We were allowed to bring a dessert. The staff is very organized and friendly. The party rooms are nice and well maintained. The facility also has snacks and drinks counter and plenty of seating. Weekends get very busy so if you do not have a party reservation try to go during week days.

The kids absolutely loved the experience. The staff were super nice and accommodating. Even though they had a full schedule with all the birthday parties that were happening that day. Frankie was such an amazing person to work with, was constantly communicating with me to help the day go so much easier and went above and beyond for our group. My only critique is the process to book the party. I just wish that there was someone to easily call with my questions but every time I tried to contact the party reservations line, it would say that you were getting forwarded to voice-mail but then proceed to hang up the call. The only method of contact was email and its a hassle at times when I'm out and about a lot for work. Other than that, I'd say this is a great place to hold your kid's birthday party.

deceptive marketing where they advertise an extra race only for you to sit for 2 hours waiting for it as they let other racers go multiple times consecutively before you get to go again. employees were rude and unhelpful when we asked and said it was our fault.

Had an alright time until our good friend got hurt racing. The main reason is because they mixed us in with strangers so some of them drove aggressively we thought we requested to just go in with our party. Also the pizza is TRASH for $15.

One of the worst place have had in San Diego first of all customer service let’s say it trash they don’t even understand what they’re doing here if you talk to them and ask them about the information they were right away. Try to sell you they’re like oh you have to sign your name first and then when you go there they were right away. Let you pay they never tell you. How much is the total until you answer your car second of all they will tell you the time like one hour. They take about our two hours so do not believe what the customer service tell you the front desk they don’t know what they’re doing, I would never go back there and I don’t recommend this place there is a lot of place Cleanr, much respectful and nicer

Nice, bohemian vibe. A true spot for music aficionados that enjoy good music in a chilled atmosphere. Everyone knows each other and musicians support one another while patrons enjoy great wine and charcuterie plates. They have coffee and tea as well as paintings and antiques for sale. They have different activities in their schedule that are worth trying: musician showcases, live music, paint and sip and the new one: stand up comedy. I'm a local and this spot has that vibe. A block from the beach, you can't go wrong here!

Each wine is unique and expertly crafted, showcasing the best of California's wine country. The staff is knowledgeable and passionate about the wines, and they do an excellent job of helping you find the perfect wine to suit your tastes. What really sets Witch Creek Winery apart, however, is the experience. The winery hosts regular events and tastings, and there's always something fun and exciting going on. I have been here so many times. The staff is kind, friendly and engaging. They really care about the experience the patrons are having, and it's such a fun environment to be in. The wine is also top notch, with fantastic snacks too.

Went on a Monday night, they had an open mic and several people playing. Was chill and a cool environment. Jason (bartender) was helpful and cool. Highly recommend checking it out.

Neat place with amazing coffee! I got the cold brew with oat milk and it was one of the best cold brews I’ve had! Much better than the Starbucks next door The service is awesome and the owner is so sweet!

Really love the new Witch Creek Winery experience. Did not even realize they had changed management and remodeled until happened to walk by. They have lots more wines including a wonderful blackberry mead. The sparkling chardonnay was surprisingly refreshing and the entire red flight was a nice interesting mix. Of course our server Mitchell really took our tasting experience from ok to awesome.

The crazy old lady owner, Drew, is super entertaining, she is like Dolly Parton on lithium. The winery is a mess of random antiques, a coffee shop (?), and a "winery". Food was like a charcuterie plate from prison. The staff is highly professional & attentive, great place to hang out.

They share the space with the coffee shop. Nice 😊 service. Restroom on the left, requires a code. Pretty nice wine from CA.

Went in for a cup of coffee to go. The woman behind the counter rolled her eyes at my egregious request. Rather than take up any more of her extraordinarily precious time, I went next door.

We enjoyed a conversation with Carla upon arrival. She was very nice and welcoming. We completed a tasting with Nick and he was awesome. He gave us a lot of helpful information regarding the area. We enjoyed our visit and the wine.

This is one of those places that you've seen a thousand times if you live in North County because it's right on the side of the 5, but you've probably never stopped at. Now that I've actually visited, it's fun. Tons of strawberries to pick, and the sunflowers maze is a nice addition, too. Definitely a good activity for wee kids, and s great place to get some nice photos.

$5 for admission and walk around to smell some rrally good hay, I sat on the highest haystack and had a wonderful meditation! But I paid the $12 deal, so I also had a foam bucket that I can go into the strawberry field and pick the fresh beautiful straberries. Kids, lovers, families...good time. They have 2 areas you can use mobile restrooms. People are friendly and I got a plastic bag for my bucket, very consoderate of them! It is the end of the strawberry season, but there are still many choices to fulfill your buckets.

I loved this place! Went here to try picking strawberries and they gave me a decent big bucket and scissors to cut the stems off the strawberries. The strawberries tastes delicious and I even ate some while still out on the field. I also got jam from there and the jam is AMAZING! Especially the blueberry jam.

Strawberry fields forever (along with sunflowers and blueberries)! Come and pick up some delicious strawberries by the basket or the pallet! You can also do a u-pick with a provided basket, but we opted to grab some that had already been been picked. Their sign proudly states that all berries for sale are picked on the same day they are sold. A $5.00 admission ticket gets you into the areas beyond the market, which include a sunflower maze, beautiful sunflower fields, and rows upon rows of strawberry plants. Once you're in, you also have access to a selection of food trucks and a $10.00 tractor ride. The sunflower fields were an absolute joy to wander, and we're positively abuzz with bees (in a cute way, not a scary way). On a Sunday afternoon, we ended up being the only ones on our tractor ride, which takes place in a trailer that could seat about 20. This provides beautiful views of the lagoon on the eastern border of the property, and highway views to the west. Juicy strawberries and great photo opps abound at this family friendly farm!

What a wonderful experience! Lots of fun activities for kids, a sunflower maze.. a little coffee cart, face painting and delicious strawberries 🍓 the entry fee is kinda confusing. $5 just to get in and $12 more for a bucket for strawberries then another $5 to enter the strawberry fields. Plus extra for the jump house. But we felt it was worth the experience.

This is one of my favorite activities in San Diego but it’s a bit pricey. 1 bucket for 1 person is $15 and the filled ticket without a bucket is $10. They provide scissors to cut the strawberries but you can bring your own too. There is a sunflower filed that you can go to for free if you get the ticket for strawberry field.

There's ACRES of strawberries and they provide you with cups and scissors so you can pick them up yourself. It was a beautiful almost Spring weather Sunday and oh so much enjoyment watching the kiddos learn the Farming culture and respect for the labor! Best part, eating them! I swear these are the strawberries they use for pies and syrups because they were the sweetest!! Stop reading and go pick your strawberries!

A pumpkin patch with a lot of charm and fun for all ages. We enjoyed the pumpkin patches Halloween themed corn maze. We thought it was too scary so we went to get a freshly squeezed lemonade from one of the food venders; it was one of the best lemonades I’ve ever had! Employees and all in attendance were courteous. I would recommend sturdy shoes and other accommodations for getting around the grounds.

We went early on a Saturday, got into some fresh patches and got two deliciously full buckets of perfectly curated strawberries. Lasted us a whole 1.5 weeks, when u cut stem.. kept in fridge in bucket/bag perfectly. Go early!

A beautiful field of strawberries with a plethora of side shows. Totes itself as a struggling family farm, but the family is somewhere else, maybe on their European vacation or cruising a yacht someplace - this is not the operation of a struggling family farm. The strawberries are tasty. Much cheaper at the store. Charge for everything, even just to walk the field following your kids around. Overall, it’s a fun and enjoyable experience, made annoying by the lack of value on this “struggling family farm.”

Bought half flat of strawberries for $34, they were all look good on the top but the other side of them were rotten and had many small holes. So they basically just put the intact side of the strawberry on the surface and tried to hide the bad parts🤢 Hiding more bad ones on the bottom😓

Bring rain or mud boots! The place you purchase your $12 strawberry picking bucket is nowhere near the berry access gate. Just lots of signs saying "no refunds" and then we get to the actual fields and there's wet mud between every row we ARE allowed to pick from, some fields were closed off. Even if you don't want to pick berries and just want to accompany or chaperone your child, they charge you $5 to enter the fields. Have they always been this money hungry? This is on top of the admission to simply enter the grounds to begin with. Also did visit the bunnies and the sweet pony, Casper. More separate fees for interaction. My daughter was allowed to feed the pony some strawberries we managed to pick. Don't wear shoes you'd rather not ruin!

Amazing place! Their haunted corn maze is the most scary one that I have ever been to. The actors are amazing. They hide in the corners and surprise you with scream and chain saws. Near the end, there was a small maze that we couldn’t find the exit. We asked one actor of how to get out. He guided us to a loop and scared us again. It was so fun. The popcorn is very delicious.

The best strawberries I’ve ever ate. So sweet and delicious. $12 for a bucket you can fill. It’s a little narrow between rows bring a pair of shoes you don’t care about getting dirty

U-Pick Review! Came here 4/7/24 and thought most strawberries would be ripe or overripe, but it was quite the opposite. We come a few times every season and this was our first time this season and are severely disappointed for the U-Pick. There were absolutely no ripe strawberries at all, all strawberries were either completely green of half green. Most people were walking around with green strawberries in their bucket. Great place but may be another 3-4 weeks before they ripen! Or this may not be the year for it as the rows are bone dry which means field has not gotten watered much.

Fun activity to do with others, and the strawberries are pretty sweet. Prices are somewhat crazy, as you pay $12 to get a small container to put the strawberries you pick in (pictured below). I would say you can only get around a pound of strawberries for the container, which if you don’t mind paying $12 for, go for it. Also, while picking the strawberries, it was somewhat hard to juggle the flimsy container and scissors given to pick the strawberries, and I can’t imagine trying to juggle more than one container (if you wanted more strawberries) and if you had kids to handle. Especially since the rows are somewhat small to walk through. I would’ve preferred a container with a handle, or something more sturdy and sustainable to put strawberries in, maybe a keepsake basket. Overall a fun experience though.

I had been to this place a few years ago. Originally it started as just a u-pick strawberry farm, but now they have expanded it to have pony rides, bounce house, sunflower maze etc as well. We went a few weeks ago and it seems the best strawberries are all gone or yet to come. The majority of the strawberries that we saw were half ripe or raw. The fully ripe ones were majorly rotten. We were there for about an hour and were hardly able to fill two buckets. The bounce house and pony rides were reasonably priced and the kids enjoyed it more than the strawberry picking. The ladies enjoyed taking pictures in the sunflower fields/maze. Overall a good trip. Will have to time the visit correctly next year to get hands on a better crop.

Bought some citrus and had a very good tamale. Nice atmosphere. Road my bike to avoid parking hassles. Coaster station is also right by.

This farmers market gives a very exclusive feeling. As an artist and pizza maker, attending farmers markets both as a business owner vendor and shopper even before owning a farmers market-based business it just feels very stuffy. Definitely a bourgeoisie, get the tourist, get the dollar, fake friendly. Not even option to apply as a future vendor.

I absolutely LOVED this Farmer's Market!!! I can't wait to go back!! I bought soaps, organic tea, and will be back for fresh seafood, fruits and vegetables, olives, pumice and more! Definitely recommend coming here. It's every Wednesday.

Great Store. The personnel care and take care of shoppers. It is my go to store with good specials, good produce, and good meat. The meat and produce staff are very helpful.

We love going to the Carlsbad Street Fair and hanging out on Wednesday nights. be sure to check it out sometime.

Nice farmers market, especially the mushroom vendors. they had tons of cool fresh mushrooms, and I can't wait to make a yummy dish with them. Tge other farmers had beautiful produce as well. There are lots of shops to pop into along the street as well. I gave 4 stars as I noticed a food vendor had raw shrimp sitting in water rather than on ice,definitely not safe food handling practice.

Great little farmers market

Ample parking, bathrooms, playground, sports fields, open grassy areas, skate park (and more?). My 2 year old is in a sand phase and this place didn't disappoint. Almost the entire playground is surrounded by sand and the variety of entertainment was great. I will definitely be coming back even though it's not as close to my home as other parks.

Wonderful dog park. Love that dog park has small dogs area and a another area for large dogs. The whole park is beautiful & walking paths Olympic size swimming pool. Great scate board & children's play area. Highly recommend this park.🐕🦮🐕‍🦺🐕🐶🛹🏊‍♀️🤽‍♂️🤾‍♀️

I came here many times to watch my buddies kid play high school baseball for Pacific Ridge High School. The grounds are excellent for a community park but also an excellent baseball field for a school that doesn’t have its own field.

Alga Norte is a solid park. Lots of people have birthday parties here in the weekend. The party area is pretty solid for the kids. There's a dog park, bike/ skateboard park, some sports fields and basketball court. In the middle is a large pool area. Is paid entry, but not too expensive.

Awesome park! Great for kids of all ages! Very well shaded. Lots to do. Tons of sand pit areas, different levels of play structures. Loads of swings (many kids can participate) loads of green grass picnic areas, with tables also. They have BATHROOMS! trees to climb and a skatepark! What more could you want from a park?

Clean, big pools! Nice splash pad for kids! Good place to bring family.

Awesome dog park that has two areas allocated for small dogs and large dogs. The folks that frequent the park are nice and the dogs are nicer. Technically there are 3 cordoned off areas for dogs. My only gripe is the limited parking and on occasion a human will leave the gate to what I call a code: K9 FR (dog flight risk).

It is a really nice park. Coming down the road I thought I was going to find stores and restaurants but it is a park. It is very complete let me tell you. The först thing I have seen is the kids playground. Then I notice the other building and the have a couple of sport pools. There's an information office with two ladies, really nice. I was able to find the bathroom bear the basketball court at the end of the buildings. They are really nice, clean and have the amenities necessary. I also see a baseball field and maybe also tennis and there's another one I don't reach to see. You can even cook here!! There's a huge parking structure. Skateboarding space and a dog park that I haven't seen but this lady with a dog told me it is somewhere near the basketball court along the path in that area. Seems like they have a lot of activities!! Best place if you live in Bresi Ranch!

This amazing park is a great destination for swimmers, dog owners, kids, softball players, soccer players, you name it. Love the pool. It could host the Olympic Trials, or darn close.
