Water is supposed to be really clear but it's not. A bit murky/cloudy. Plenty of seating either for a few quid or free via your hotel. A little bit cramped perhaps but it's a popular beach so it's to be expected. Considering it's apparently cleaned daily I found the beach quite dirty, both in the early morning and night. The main culprit is tons of cigarette butts. There are plenty of ashtrays available but people are so lazy and dirty they ash them in the sand which is sad to see. Sand is coarse and not fine. Water gets deep quite quickly but is generally warm at all times in late September. Toilets, showers, bars and restaurants across all of the beachfront for refreshments and comfort which was nice to have. Overall I would say it's just an average beach, but that's due to my exposure to some pristine beaches in asia. If you only ever holiday in the Mediterranean then maybe this would be rated higher for you.

It's a beautiful beach with amazing views and very clean. It is not sandy but has fine pebbles which is fun to play in and not as annoying as sand! There are slippery rocks at the entrance to the sea and it is quite deep, with powerful waves so our children could not swim there but loved playing in the surf. We would definitely return here if we holiday in Alanya again.

Beautiful, sandy beach. Absolutely magnificent scenery! Such a shame the sea was a bit upset on the day of my visit therefore due to the big waves and to not being a confident swimmer I stayed out.

A beach were you will find a spirit of enjoyment. Simpel, and obvious, as it always excisted, the beach be a pleasant memory for visiters to rember, as once have been here. Nice hotells in the area. And enjoyable sunrises and small events and gatherings on this beach. A place to see hanggliders in the sky, landing on the beach. Out in the water, crosses pirateships as incoming visitors close by. They are staying to let persons bath in the water, close to the beach. Thete is also statues of Cleopatra as monuments. A place to remember as a place to give away as tip to a friend, about where you can spend a well worth vacation.

The beach number one is the cleanest part of the cleopatra beach. It is always crowded but there enough place for everyone. If you like playing beach volleyball, it’s right place for you. There are a lot good player there to play with. Take an umbrella for beach, you won’t find a shadow except paying for the beach umbrellas.

İit’s a Blue flag beach, yet it’s lacking the real blue flag experience. Too overcrowded, loud and dirty.

Very beautiful beach, with many facilities like beach beds, cabanas, bars etc. It’s not sand beach more like tiny rocks. The view is incredibly beautiful there and the water is blue and clear. The only disadvantage is the fact that it’s quickly very deep so you need some kind of equipment if you want to relax in water instead of swimming non stop

The beach, atmosphere and surroundings are so beautiful. In photos beach does not look super nice, just regular. I was not very keen to go there but when I went I was so surprised how beautiful this part of Alanya is. A lot of palms, plants, flowers. Beach and sea are so clean. I loved the type of sand there. In reality looks 100x times better and more beautiful than pictures. Pictures do not portray reality at all.

Awesome views from around the castle. It was closed by the time I got there but it had a sign that entrance fee is 65 TL. The view of the city is incredible. Even if you didn’t get to go inside it’s worth coming by and enjoying the scenery.

A beautiful place to visit, great views from most of the places.We had a refreshing orange juice at a nice place up there. Some corners could be cleaner, the grass cut in order to make the access easier for the tourists.The view is breathtaking and the cable car not expensive.

This was such a beautiful view. It takes probably one hour to see the whole castle. Going near sunset made the place look even more gorgeous. You can see the whole meditarrean sea and the whole city of alanya. These historic places are so beautiful

What a wonderful view from the top. Beautiful old infrastructure which I really love. But there is nothing special when you walk around on the top except for the beautiful view. So enjoy the view and dont forget to bring your drone😜

Good castle, in the castle itself information are only in Turkish so I didn't understand maybe make also in English? Also we payed extra entrance for that. The old Bazar is like all the other commercial stores nothing special I thought at least some Turkish tea will be served. All in all a great location to visit. Gondola are good it's 200 Lira for up and down unless you have an international student id card I didn't understand

Well-kept castle, with a beautiful view of the sea and Alanya. There are walkways through the castle, making it easy to walk and enjoy the scenery. That being said, this closed off part of the castle is not much different from the open free-entrance parts of the castle, making me miss a bit "more" with regard to the entrance fee, but still worth a visit.

Gorgeous views of Alanya, they bay and port. Definitely worth the visit. Do it on your own terms - most organised excursions allow you only 1 hr to explore and it is far from enough. 2-3 minimum so that you can properly enjoy the experience.

Spectacular views of Alanya. A must see if you visit the city. We’ve been with the funicular. We spent the whole day over there. We’ve dobe a lot of things to do over there. We visited some traditional houses, a mosque, the bazaar, we had some juices inside a tavern. We really enjoyed spending the day over there.

Great views, good experience for people who like history. But much of it is blocked off. There's very limited access to the trail. However, there's a nice restaurant at the top, we didn't have any food, but used their restrooms. Everything was very clean, staff seemed very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend going up via cable car and walking back down via pathway that they had made. So only but one way ticket for the cable car. Views from the cable cars were amazing too. It's a 6-minute ride each way. There are also few benches where you can take a break and take in the views. Please like my input as I do make a lot of effort to give as much information as possible to help you decide if you're planning on visiting this place. 👍

We took the tram up to the castle and walked around in the morning. The view from the tram was beautiful as you can see cleopatra's beach and the beautiful clear Mediterranean Sea. The walk up is nice the stairs are easy and the view amazing. lots of souvenir shops, restaurants, a mosque as well. There is a cost to visit the inner castle of 30TL the castle sits at the top at and is 250 meters above sea level. There are bathrooms located up there as well. Worth the visit, i recommend taking the tram for the view, the cost was 60 TL return trip The castle is open every day from 09:00 to 19:30 in the spring and summer, and from 08:30 to 17:00 in the autumn and winter. 3btraveler

Great place for a trip. Very extensive old ruins on top of a hill in Alanya. Standing by the cable car, it seems that it is quite far and high. In fact, the ascent takes about 35 minutes and is not demanding. You can easily go for a walk. At the top there are many walking paths, several restaurants, observation decks, etc... Must see place!

The castle is amazing! There are many things to see and do on the castle. We spent 3 days here, easily. Tour the palace, eat at gardenia and Panorama, explore the ruins and shops, and take the teleferik down to kleopatra beach.

You have a pretty nice view from up there. In the castle, you can find little shops, a museum, lots of very friendly cats and impressive architecture. But be aware, in summer the tropical heat on this mountain hits different, so be prepared.

Amazing place to wonder around. There is a flower smell in the air, seaview points, beautiful ancient ruins. It is pity that the historical information is written mostly in Turkish, not in English. It is a place not for one time, because of so many paths to walk and objects to explore.

It is nice to see great views. The people that live up there and also in the shops are really nice, not because they want to sell you stuff. It is even cheaper to buy from the stores at the castle. The castle itself is nice to see, not the most special thing to do, but a good addition to your holiday. Be prepared you will walk a lot in the sun.

Beautiful place. Amazing view. My boyfriend and I walked here a couple of times the walk up is challenging for asthma sufferers but i took my time only had to stop a few times. Got a lot of great picture too, including The Red Tower.

To see it all you would at least a full day. It’s a fine mixture of culture, nature and jaw-dropping views and great food and drinks. It’s a lovely stroll up the mountain taking winding pedestrian roads or just straight up the mountain.

Beautiful views, we went up in the cable car, £7,50 per person if you like exploring old sites. It's definitely worth it. It's quiet a treck up to the castle When you get off the cable car.. So not for those who would struggle with lots of steps and slopes. But you can alternatively get a taxi up. The sunset views are amazing.

We enjoyed it much, there were 2 paths once you enter the cave. The right one is short with about 50m long. The left path is more than 300m long and you can see some stalactites and stalagmites named for what they resemble. There was a flute like music you hear coming from deep in the cave. Once we walked there we saw an old man blowing ney (an eastern flute) that adds an authentic flavor to your visit. The entrance of the cave is at the foot of a mountain and the air in the cave is cool but damp. When you come out of the cave be ready for a sweat shower. On the other hand, we really enjoyed the view. At the end of the long path there is a puddle that has been there for years. We were really satisfied about the cave. Just be careful with the wet stairs. At the entrance there is a text about how the cave has evolved.

Amazing place! the view and the cave are awesome! We walked there from the bus stop with 2 kids, the walk was quite pleasant, though there is no sidewalk and you have to go on the side of the road with cars passing buy occasionally.

Entrance ticket is 25TL and parking lot fee is 5TL. The mountain and valley view around the cave is breathtaking. Inside of the cave is magical. To be honest while wandering in the cave I felt like I’m in hell that defined by Dante. Inside is humid and hot. There’s 400 m walking path with stairs. I really enjoyed visiting this cave. Turkey is so rich with its culture,nature and history.

So far largest and best cave I have seen including US. I have not yet been to the mammoth cave in Tennessee though. After a steep and not so good road, arrived at this great cave. it was worth the road and travel. You must take time to visit !

If you like caves, you'll like this. There's no grand cavern, though the final chamber at the end of the 300m track is roomy. Great formations and a million stalactites of all shapes and sizes. It's quite dark and it can be hard to see the steps especially going in, it's also quite wet and steep in places, so it feels slippery! If you come with a motorbike you can park it on the left as you arrive near the white hut. Entrance was 100TL at the time, there's a pleasant cafe with good views.

A little bit on the expensive side (100tl per person - around 3.3€) for a cave and not as big as the Cilindere Magarasi (with a cheaper entrance), but probably the biggest one in the Alanya region. I recommend to just come here and relax for a while. Enjoy different suroundings and quiet place. But I advise you to be quiet. And do not touch stalagmites to preserve them as long as possible.

Beautiful little gem close to lower cable car station at the start of Cleopatra beach. It has a wow factor from the very entrance, albeit being quite small. Very rich in calcareous formations and nicely illuminated. A few steps to the lower section. Surely worth a quick visit.

The cave is small but incredibly beautiful. It’s like a little gem in Alanya. However it’s very humid and hard to breathe so you can’t spend much time there but the air is supposed to be very healthy. As I read, it’s recommended to stay up to 15 min on your first visit

The entrance fee was 30 turkish lira, around 1.25€. The pictures i checked earlier led me to believe it would be a bigger and better experience. What it really is, is a short walk to a terrace/balcony on top of stairs. The cave is nice though, spacious when there's not so many people. The atmosphere and air was clearly different than on the outside. I liked it. It has a special scent. Some people with asthma feel better inside on this specific air. There was a smaller cave where you can 'crawl' into but not very deep, kind of short one. It is just a couple of minutes and you have seen it all. Easy way to see natural speleothem/stalactites and stalagmites. They are beautiful to look at and you do get some nice pictures. If you want to explore more you might want to look for a bigger cave and a cave system elsewhere. The access is nice right next to the damlatas beach and there are shops and city center near by.

Went to this cave being an asthma sufferer. It is hot hot hot in this cave, no walk through just an open cave down the stairs. Very pretty though, felt my breathing get slightly better but wasn't in there long enough to really feel the benefits. Definitely worth the look.

It's not the largest cave I have been in but beautiful all the same. The cavern is well lit, and there are wooden steps with safety rails that take you down to the lower level. There are benches to sit on at the bottom. It gets quite hot and stuffy. You only need 10-15 minutes to see everything, but there is no time limit. This is reflected in the cheap entry fee. Look out for the cave cat. To find the cave entrance, just walk under the cable car lines and look over to the left. It's next to the souvenir shops. There are no toilets at the cave, but if you look just to the left in the souvenir shops, there are toilets here. On our visit, these were 8tl.

Cheap to enter. 30 lira (£1). Very small cave. Only visit here if you're already around Cleopatra beach or if you have a spare 15 mins on the way to or from the castle/other sites. If you miss this then it's literally not a problem. We went around 8.30pm and we were 2 of the 6 people there so it was super peaceful and quiet. You can pretty much see the entire cave within 5 or so minutes unless you stay for the apparent asthma healing effect. It's hot, humid, sticky and smells like feet. There is lighting and a staircase to the main chamber with a handful of benches at the bottom + an information panel.

The entrance fee is 30 lira and the cave is not that big since in pictures it may appear like that. You can see the whole thing in 5 mins or so but its worth a visit. The temperature is around 22 degrees and the humidity makes the whole cave perfect for people with asthma which helps with your breathing. I really enjoyed the trip here and suggest you pay it a visit if you can.

The cave is very small, cramped and feels suffocating. No air to breathe, humid and hot inside. Not that beautiful to observe when you have to gasp for air. The area outside the cave is more beautiful than inside. It only cost 1 EUR and I was in the area so maybe worth the visit. But out of many other attractions in Alanya, this was the least favourite.

A good hotel with a lovely territory, beautiful sights. Food and service are ok too, maybe those who seek sofisticate meals wouldn’t find them here, but for me food was fine. Very positively surprised, I feared the worse with an all-inclusive place. Location is the best in the area with a large pine tree park. You can have a quiet spot, a lively one if you want. Excellent service and very decent food. No beach as such, but it is better to have a whole hill as a playground. Other hotels just have a sand beach and nothing else. It's a good hotel, but not perfect, there is variety of food, but the taste is not the best, the waiters and personal staff is really helpful But the hotel is very boring after pools are shut, no night life or music like other nearby places, only kids show at 9 o'clock,and then go to bed, never go to the spa they care about money only they let kids inside and even into the massage floor they kept playing and screaming so it lost it's aim already,when we complained to the manager he kept joking about it in a silly way

Amazing hotel , a trip to remember. So many different activities to keep you entertained all day , we stayed 6 days and it was not enough :) The food was delicious and the staff was helpful and friendly. The animation team is excellent and the night shows and after shows were amazing.

Comparing to the last year it’s not so nice. Only the stuff can make it up to the standard but they are not paid well for what they do they do deserve much more. I was expecting more of the party’s from the hotel… but otherwise the manager change in my opinion wasn’t for best…

The hotel was quite good, also the rooms, the pools and the sorrowndings were nice. But the food was not so tasty and there were flies everywhere in the restaurant (which is not hygienic at all, considering that the food is served at the buffet). The receptionists were quite welcoming and helpful, but barely could understand any English and very often was very difficult to communicate (and some workers, I must say, were a little bit too clingy, people who go there want mainly to relax and not be annoyed). The activities and the shows were nice but the live music was terrible (some singers didn’t even know the words of the songs 😅 and the songs were repetitive). The drinks were good and there was a lot of choice. At the end of the day considering the price the hotel was nice, but I don’t think I would come again since there were many things that I really didn’t like much (in particular the food and the flies near it).

After reading of some negative comments I want to try this waterpark by myself. Ok .. some slides are not 100 percent new and can use a new paint job but generally OK. Also the general condition of the water park like gardening and toilets are not so bad as I read in some comments. The big surprise was the all inclusive buffet good quality of salads and for kids a dream of unlimited chicken nuggets and hamburgers. What could you expect more for this low entrance fee ?

We had an good stay. The food is awesome. Pools are clean and numerous. There’s a cool and fun pool for kiddos, wave pool, water park. The territory around the hotel is picturesque and offers some good views. Might be not the best option if you prefer beach over the pools. There are a few issues of coarse, but it’s a good value for money overall.

The location is perfect to visit other places , rooms are clean and tidy when I checked in first day , all the workers were very welcoming and friendly. We've had a great holiday thanks to Utopia Family Resort. During our stay, they were really friendly and welcomed us well. Their staff are positive and energetic. Especially, Guest Relations, they helped us a lot with our questions and requests. Our room was fine. We haven't had any problem about it. They have a variety of restaurants where we could enjoy different dishes. Main courses, appetizers, all were delicious. Plus, we could always have drinks and snacks at different places of the hotel. The hotel is really big and the view is amazing. We never get bored thanks to the activities, animators, trying different things. And, for nature lovers, the facilities are located among the trees. So, I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for this experience.

The staff is great, really doing a fantastic job making sure you enjoy your stay to the fullest. Exceptional location with beautiful scenic views, loads of green in contrast to other hotels. Aquapark with slides is located on the side keeps unnecessary noises away from the main pool area. The hotel has activities for all age groups, kids , teenagers and adults, everyone will find something enjoyable to do. And if you need a proper relaxation the adult only access infinity pool on the roof is just the place to be. Huge thanks to the amazing staff, they made our holidays just the way you would hope for them to be.

Very nice hotel with many great restaurants and swimming areas. The infinity pool is a huge plus for people who wants relax and have a nice view as it is only +18. The staff are very helpful and you never gets bored as it's so huge. The entertainment team has activities all day and manages amazing events and club visits.

Beware if you are elderly or unfit, it does not go to the castle. It drops you off halfway up the mountain there is then a kilometre of steps and steep walkways to get to the castle itself. But the view is good even from the top station of the cable car.

Loved visiting this fortress tower right in the harbour on the sea edge. Its so well maintained and very impressive strong structure with magnificent views from the top. There is lots to see inside on various floors and all the exhibits are illuminated. Highly recommended.

Beautiful old city wall which ends dead but at the end is the old shipyard. A combo ticket can be bought for the shipyard and red tower. The city wall is a very beautiful place to make pictures towards the sea side and wall going up to the castle.

Really enjoyed our day at the Seapark. Didn't visit the dolphins as was tempted to swim with them but looking at the cost for the 4 of us (€400) plus photos (almost another €100) decided to avoid and that was the main reason for the loss of a star. The staff were lovely and the pools fantastic. Plenty of variety with the fish and depth. We had to ask for a float jacket as my youngest can swim but not very strong and they let us borrow one. Food was pretty basic and drinks/ice creams standard price for Alanya.

Generally speaking this is a good place to have fun if you are visiting a dolphin show for the first time. There were 2 seals and 2 dolphins at the show which lasted about 50 minutes, but during this time there were a 10-15 minutes session when the visitors were invited on stage to perform some "silly" dance moves. The entrance area should be a lot a bigger. We visited the place during peak time. Just before the show starts and then right after it ends, all visitors are at the entrance area to check the pictures taken of yourself and to buy some souvenirs. My daughter (4 years old) loved the show. Me and my wife also enjoyed it but compared to the dolphin show we visited over 10 years ago in Mallorca, this place could improve a lot.

Genuinely an awful place, felt like I had stepped into the 1970s. So disappointed as I was really looking forward to visiting. Here’s why you should NEVER visit until the owners decide to spend some money & upgrade the park from looking like a pile of wasteland: • About half of the slides were closed when visiting. We arrived at 10 with the best slides ‘coming on at 1pm’. No mention of this when entering. • Changing rooms and toilets were absolutely hideous, looked like something from the SAW movie franchise. • Lazy river was empty with green sludge, mould and puddles at the bottom. • Baking hot sun beds with covers that felt like Ikea carrier bags. • Wave machine wasn’t on, essentially making it just a shallow pool. • Slippy floor, either walk on slippy wet tiles or a disgustingly filthy green rag that’s covered in slime. • Dirt & dust everywhere. • Old and weathered. From the slides to the sunloungers, everything is old and past it’s sell by date. This place really really needs some new equioment. • No atmosphere whatsoever, it was so quiet that it felt abandoned. • All of the slides that were open were the same size & steepness, meaning once you’re been on one you’d basically experienced them all. • Once you leave the park, you’re not allowed to re-enter, meaning you’re forced to eat their food or go hungry. I genuinely have no idea how this place is still open, it feels like it’s been stuck in a time warp from 50 years ago. Crumbling walls, litter, rubble etc. Very sad. In hindsight the ‘no refunds’ sign at the entrance should’ve been an indicator to how bad it was going to be. This place was so weathered, I actually felt quite sorry for it. The park is in desperate need of some upgrading, new slides, new decorations & a total revamp. We spent about an hour there & then walked straight out, don’t waste your time on holiday here, it’s not worth your money or energy.
