This place is a winter treat... A place to melt away a grey winter day's gloomy heart! They have multiple ways to thrill or calm and sooth your mood. You can swim, or just sit or lie down in different kinds of jacuzzis, inside or outside. It's warm water everywhere. The inside pool is connected to the outside pool and you can swim your way out, through a two layered hanging screen that prevents the cold outside air from coming in. From the outside pool you have that amazing view of the lake and the birds and boats, and people walking in winter wear, and you watch them with your body immersed in lovely warm and steaming water. My favourite part was where you ride the water current that goes round and round in circles, around a half enclosed fountain area. The current just pushes you so can swim, float, run like on the moon... whatever... Just round and round. It was scary at first, watching how the people are being carried by that strong current, but once you get the hang of it, it's great fun! The current stops after a while and starts again. There are security staff everywhere, watching out for any sign of trouble. That's very reassuring, because I'm not a good swimmer, and there are parts in the pool where the water can be agitated because of all the fountains and bubbling etc. If you are tired, you can just stretch and relax on one of the many deck chairs. The best part is the price... 10€ for an hour, 12.5€ for three hours, and 14€ for a whole day. If you are taking a bus, the no. 5 goes right to the front of the building entrance. The receptionist and staff were very professional. We took the 3 hours package. We can book tickets on the spot, we brought our own towel (you can hire for a fee). You'll also need to bring your own body wash, shampoo etc. There are lockers and changing rooms, and the lockers and changing room cubicles are common for both males and females. They have separate shower areas and wc for males and females, and those with special needs. The hair dryers are in a common space. You cannot use the WC in your outdoor clothing. That means after you are out of the pool, showered and changed, you cannot go back to use the washroom. And finally, because this is a public place, there are families, and people of all age groups... babies to senior citizens. It's a lively place. I'll go again.
Since it's not proper to take pics inside, I'm uploading pics that I had taken earlier from outside the area, while on a walk along the lake.
