(Translated by Google) In the historic center of Kornelimünster, almost wall to wall with the St. Kornelius Church, is the "Kunsthaus-NRW"
A sign indicates that this was once the "Old Reich Abbey", where the Kunsthaus is located today...
The Kunsthaus NRW provides insights into the art from NRW from 1948 - into the present.... The Kunsthaus NRW is not a museum, but rather
a collection - administration where artists can present themselves....
At the entrance, across the spacious square, towards the entrance, a metal triangle appears to be floating in the air. It has been well installed as it is, and is the first eye-catcher you see from the art exhibition gets, three large steel balls are placed in front of the entrance....
The entrance door stands out because of its two divided, different color design....this is not what a normal residential building has on offer, it is also art, in the sense of the viewer....
Entry into the house and garden is free of charge, but any donation is appreciated...
