Stayed here for 4 days with 5 adults and 5 children, and it was pretty descent for the price. We got the 3 bedroom with a pullout chair queen size bed. We arrived around 7 pm est, check in.was 4pm. All attractions are within walking distance, including the pier. Plus, size friendly.
Check-in is across the street, and parking is too.
What I loved about this place was the drop off for luggage and people was very convenient, as soon as you walk through the doors there is the elevator. Took us up to the 15th floor, and our room was just steps away. This is especially good for those with disabilities.
I will note that on that Saturday guest were really loud and some were shaking the balcony and threw a cup down to our balcony.
Once we got in the room, I did examine everything. It came with a full kitchen and spacious living room. Most of the furniture had noticeable wear and tare. The refrigerator had an ice maker. The kitchen had the standard pots and pans with kitchen utensils. It was clean, but we went back over it, disinfecting and sanitizing everything. The kitchen has room for at least 2 to 3 people to move around at the same time. The table fit 4 people. Plus you can order food delivery from a variety of nearby restaurants.
The living was very spacious with the ocean view balcony, a 50-inch tv with streaming apps like Netflix. Furniture was outdated but worked.
There was a washer and dryer that worked great.
The pullout queen size bed surprisingly was in good shape. It did not smell old, and the mattress was wrapped in plastic. It was very clean.
I slept on this bed because I know really soft beds can trigger back spasms and pain. Not this one! It was great on my back, plus I had a beautiful ocean view every morning.
There were 3 bedrooms. The 1st one next to the entrance was spacious, 1 king-size bed, full bath, and shower. Nice!!!
Bedroom 2 was 2 full beds, and we slept two to a bed. Standard room with bathroom connected and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3 was the master bedroom equipped with ocean view, personal balcony, and full bathroom, tub, and shower.
All the rooms met our standards and were clean.Sheets were clean as well.
The biggest problem we had and why I gave a 3 star review was that the hot water went out the last 2 days of our stay. When we tried to call the front office, no one answered.
What I did not like was the parking was across the street and this is because I can not walk far. This would not be a place I would stay if I did not have walking help.
The indoor/outdoor pools and jacuzzi were beautiful and good until the hot water went out, and the indoor pool had a lot of bugs floating in it. There is no maid service while we stayed. The maid showed up when we were checking out, and she had an attitude because I was still in the room at 11:10am. (my bad)
Now, for the beach itself. It is not far from the hotel. Located right behind the hotel pools, just go out the fence. Great views. It is very convenient for the disabled or people who can not walk far !!!
I do recommend this place, and overall, we had a great time.
