The mushrooms are stewed, and although it looks thick at first glance, it's delicious and you can eat it easily without feeling bitter! Udon is also perfect for the flavorful soup stock. Furthermore, I was very satisfied with the perfect taste of eel chazuke with ginger as a finishing touch.

大好きなお店ランキング1位と言っても過言ではないです!お店の佇まいから料理の質や美味しさ、お店の方の飾りすぎない素朴なお人柄も良く、価格もリーズナブルで何度でも訪れたくなります。
先日はイチオシのはまぐりのしゃぶしゃぶコースをいただきました。これで税込み4400円です。恐らく桑名市にある有名店で食べたら倍はするはずです。
はまぐりが終われば自然薯や季節の料理、木曽三川鰻も絶品です。鯉は通年食べらます。冬の牡丹鍋は未体験ですのて今年こそは食べに行きたいと思っています。

何度もお邪魔していますが念願のジビエコースをいただきました!
これが前菜?!と思わせるボリュームの鹿肉のローストは鹿肉のもっちりとした肉質を堪能、地元野菜の新鮮さともに美味しく、メインのぼたん鍋は甘めの赤味噌で猪肉とたっぷりの野菜やきのこを煮込み、一見濃そうに見えてもくどさを感じさせずにベロリと食べられる美味しさ!旨味が出た出し汁にうどんもぴったり。さらに〆には生姜が効いたうな茶漬けと完ぺきな美味しさに大大大満足でした。
デザートにはかぼすゼリーをパフェに+330円でバージョンアップできお腹いっぱいと言いながらお願いしてしまいました(笑)
女将さんにお話を伺ったのですが、今年のミシュランに掲載されたとか…!
私たちの愛するお店が認められるのは嬉しいのですが、これ以上有名になりすぎると予約が取れなくなるのも困るよね〜とちょっぴり複雑な気分ですね。

この時期のメニューをいただくために実家へ帰ってきてお邪魔しました。
このご時世に値上げもされず質も量も落とさず提供されて素晴らしいと思います。
今回も食べきれないかも⁈と言いながら全員ペロリでした。厳選した自然のものを丁寧に仕込まれた料理は体にも優しくいくらでも食べられるのだと毎回実感します。
このお料理はここでしか味わえないものなので何度でも訪れたくなります。
次は春の自然薯をいただきに来たいです。
