Honestly, I wish I could give this place no stars at all because they don't deserve it. They refused to cut my dad and mine sandwiches in quarters because they claimed they already cut the sandwiches in half when we asked for four slices, when in reality they were being lazy and refused to cut them. We spent around 69 dollars here and didn't receive our meal correctly, and not my fries either. Then, when we returned trying to get our fries, my dad was already upset with service, and the guy in the window didn't handle the situation at all correctly but escalated the situation by getting offended by my dad because he cussed or supposedly cussed and wouldn't give our fries. In reality, he wanted to start a fight with my dad by charging out the back door and trying to assault my dad outside the drive-through, then claimed on the phone that my dad was assaulting your employees. WHEN THIS ISN'T TRUE AT ALL, IN REALITY, YOUR EMPLOYEE WAS THE ONE COMING OUT THE BACK, HAVING HIS ARMS IN, ENGAGED IN A FIGHTING MANNER, AND TRYING TO ASSAULT A CUSTOMER IN A DRIVE THROUGH. You do not treat customers this way at all! Neither do you act unprofessional in any workplace either! Nor do you act rude on the phone, saying "Google it" and playing mind games, then not handling the situation in a proper and professional manner. Also, it's really rude to call a male customer "Dude" on the phone. It's "Sir". But apparently none of them lack skills in professionalism and want to treat customers terribly and want to attack them because they can't handle situations correctly, and we're possibly pocketing money as well. I'm not surprised this place has negative reviews. I can see why. Also, the man at the time with the employee trying to assault my dad that came to the window claimed to be a manager, but you can't see the tags. He didn't handle the situation at all and didn't stop his employer either, but escalated the situation even more because he was more worried someone had been cussed or supposedly cussed, but it was okay for his employer to attempt assault on a customer. Also, he claimed that he had one witness across the street. Well, I hate to break it to you, but hardly anyone can see across the street, and the witnesses in the area saw your employee doing what he did. My dad never came inside nor out of our car but only opened the door because he didn't know what this employee was going to do since it happened so fast and he was out in the drive-through challenging my dad or trying to assault him. Get rid of these people, or your business will go downhill having these people in it, and you will lose money if you continue having them on board. 0/10 horrible service 0/10 unsafe and horrible atmosphere 0/10 You didn't get our order right and did not give me my fries.
