(Translated by Google) A well-known place in the Punta Arenas environment, on the second floor of the market, now with a new name of Reciclando flavors, technically it is the same place.
It is a pleasant place, with the air of a port, but with a modern atmosphere, it has a fairly varied menu of drinks, as well as its dishes, these range from tenderloin, entrails to crab, seafood stew, salmon and octopus.
The first impression of the aesthetics is pleasant but it does not represent the cuisine.... dishes are very well presented and gourmet, but their portions are not small, the pichanga is eaten calmly by two people and costs $20,900, the potatoes are natural and the meats are tasty. The octopus costs $17,000 and its cooking is exactly right, highlighting its flavors along with the rustic potatoes.
The attention is good, the constant concern at the tables is appreciated.
The very goumet cuisine stands out.
7 different dishes were ordered and we all left with the best impression.
It does not have a better score because the establishment's bathrooms are far from living up to the qualifications and it is where it reminds you of the air of the classic port bar.
This last point needs to be improved and I hope that this constructive criticism can be read by those who administer.
In short, a family place, not one of the most expensive but not a cheap one either, but in the end it leaves you with a taste worth unwrapping.
