Beautiful view, crystal clear water, pure air, etc. Pure nature to look for. Lots of photos can be clicked in different angles. Everyone liked the place. Lots of small shops also for some coconut water and snacks. Coconuts were also so big and tasty. It was feeling like just sitting there for hours and enjoying the view, sound of water, Mountain and birds. And feel the breeze air. Must visit this place if going to Bali with your lover, family and friends and click lots of pictures with lots of memories.

The temple is located on a cliff with wonderful view of sea and the mountains. It's a favorite place for tourists to view sunset and gets extremely busy in the evening. Anyone visiting this place should be careful about the monkeys around. It's a must visit place in Bali.

The temples on Bali are all beautiful, and this one is no exception. The olden architecture mixes with the breathtaking views, and we had a truly great visit. There is also a lot of monkeys here, which steal jewelry and glasses. It’s funny, unless it happens to you.

Very nice view and would definitely come back just for the sunset. However the temple in itself is a little of a let down, not in the greatest shape. Plus the monkey make it very hard to enjoy such a place as they are rather aggressive.

Gorgeous place. However it can be really hot at daytime. You should come in the morning or not evening. Beware of the monkeys. They will try all means to snatch anything from you. Yes everything.

A must visit if you are in the area, reasonable entrance fee and free use of a sarong! Be careful of the cheeky monkeys around, they are fine if you give them space. Very nice views from the walkway, was very hot so bring water with you or buy before you enter as they don't have anywhere selling inside that we found.

Despite the fact you can’t enter the central hall (only for prayers) to make the best sunset photos, I really enjoyed this quite, amazing and natural historical monument. One tip can be used - drones are not permitted within the area. Taking into account ~400 monkeys living there, I assume this restriction helps you to launch a drone not in the last time in your life.

One of the best places in Bali, its a must visit place, beautiful sunset & scenery. Be careful as there are a lot of Monkeys, keep your belongings safe especially cell phones, spectacles & small bags purses etc, it won't a second for the Monkey to take it away. Don't miss the sunset.

Beautiful location with the views of the cliffs. Monkeys are a bit cheeky so hold onto your sunglasses and jewellery. I enjoyed the view of the ocean and sunset.

It's one of the most majestic places I've been at on earth... You'll need to be careful with the money's. I advise you to take a guide with you, they can handle the monkeys and give you information on the temple

One of all similar temples. Beware of monkeys. This visit they were very quiet. But our previous time they stalled a couple of things from other tourists. Located with the ocean view this place would be beautiful even without the temple.

It's a great place with nice scenic views and a beautiful sunset. However, do be careful of the wild monkeys as they are very bold and aggressive! Ensure that you do not have any dangling key chains or hand sanitiser and secure your spectacles or sunglasses as these are their favourite items to grab.

Went in the afternoon for the Kecak Dance, recommended at 7pm for you to enjoy the sunset before which is amazing here! 50k for entrance and 150k for dance, you can walk the temple in 30 minutes. Lots of monkeys, be careful with glasses phones and water bottles!!!

It's a temple on a cliff. You'll have a nice view of the sunset and the sea from the temple but be careful of wild monkeys. It is also a location for the Kecak dance so best to go there an hour before the dance so you'll have time to take pictures and choose your seat at the amphitheater.

A scenic pura on top of a very tall cliff. A very majestic view to see especially during sunset. The compound is pretty huge with a walking path around the cliff. Enjoy the sea breeze and the sunset. Beware of the monkeys though, they love sandals...

A beautiful and serene temple built on sea cliff. We visited here in 2019. I recommend visiting the temple in early morning if you don’t like crowds. Amazing views of the sea, surrounding cliffs and trees. You will have to wear a sarong. Some of the worship areas are closed for tourists. There are quite number of monkeys, so don’t bring food.

Beautiful temple. Beautiful beach. The only con is you cannot go to beach from temple. The views are so beautiful. You have to wear a cloth to cover your legs if your clothing is above the knee length or you can say your knees are showing. Else just have to wear a cloth on stomach. Local people pray here. Lots of spots to get pictures and enjoy a beautiful sunset. The balli dance is famous of here. Must watch but book in advance else tickets runs out very quick. Note : make sure you keep your things safe, lots of monkeys are here.

Amazing! Must see in uluwatu and easy to reach. Many parking options and a market for souvenirs. Just stunning this temple. Also: it’s lovely to buy in advance a sarong which you can take home after. The best souvenir you could get from Bali. Check out online for a real local sarong shop! -or ask a local :)

It's one of the most beautiful cliff views you can enjoy. The place itself is so calm and quiet. Not too many people like in any other locations in bali. The perfect place to kick start bali vacation. The view from here is so cinematic. The walking through the edges neatly placed and plenty of clean washrooms everywhere without any extra payments. There is only one thing to watch out the monkeys everywhere. They may snatch your stuff if you don't pack in the bags.

Great place to see in Bali. However, there are too many monkeys all around who will come up and snatch your glasses and bags. The view from the cliff is outstanding. However, it’s okay to miss the dance. Also, the place was overcrowded on the day we visited.

Great fire dance experience. However, I feel they oversell seats. People end up sitting on a passage stairs. Also be ready to come 1.5h prior the show if you want to get good seats.

The temple itself is nice but the monkeys are extremely aggressive! In my opinion it is not worth it to go there. There are many other temples and places with monkeys (like the monkey forest) that are much better. If you use glasses, go with contact lenses. If this is not an opinion, do not go!

I loved the location of this temple. Very quiet, away from the hustle bustle of the city. Kechak dance is an attraction. It's a good location for taking excellent photographs so keep your camera handy. Monkeys are also there so be careful

I recently had the chance to visit the stunning Uluwatu temple in Bali, Indonesia and it was truly a memorable experience. The temple is located on the edge of a cliff, overlooking the Indian Ocean, making it one of the most picturesque temples I have ever seen. The views from the temple are simply breathtaking and it's no wonder that it has become a popular tourist attraction.

Amazing scenic view of the sea, especially during sunset. If you are a lover of sunsets, consider reaching about 5ish, bring your own water (lots of shops outside the temple selling bottled water). Get the 7pm fire show and spend the 1.5 hours walking in the temple and find the different spots to take pictures of the temple and the sunset (was around 6ish when I was there in April). Be sure to check the estimated sunset time! Anything on you, glasses, hat, decorations on your bag can and will be snatched away by the tens (few dozens even) of monkeys. Phones too, hold them with 2 hands when taking pictures. The monkeys are used to being bribed, you need to buy snacks from a lady and thereafter the monkeys will throw your glasses on the rock floor, damaging it and cracking your lens. We witnessed 6 such incidents while we were walking around. Other than that it is a great place to zen out while you watch the sunset. The fire show is great too, some parts boring, some parts exciting and there were a few instances of audience engagement/ participation too! It'll be quite dark by 8, so if you are going alone, be a bit more careful; might be good to arrange a transport to pick you up at about 8:10 (if you do not want to take pics with the crew) after the 7pm fire show.

Cliff offering picturesque views and the bonus of a temple and performance. Highly recommend the Kecak performance, but maybe attend the second performance of the evening. I attended the first performance while the sun hasn’t quite set yet so it was extremely hot.

Nice beach for beginner surfer. You have to pay entrance but there is a free toilett and shower. The water at the front was quiet dirty but if you swim out to the surfers the water is nice

Beach is good for surfing. First time I tried surfing it was really good. Entrance ticket is 15K for adults 10K for children. But for locals 5K less. Inside the beach you can rent surfing board for 100K per hour also take a lesson for 400K. But one hour is more than enough for the first time.

After searching for beaches where there’s no a lot of waves pushing you back to the shore, we found this beach hidden between two giant rocks which you have to cross to finally reach the white sand and calm beach. The water was calm , so you can swim and relax in the water. It is quite small and gets full if you don’t come early. There are stands selling cocktails, food, chicken satay and some souvenirs! Please note that (stands) they close around 17:00 and around 18:00 they will start clearing people to close the beach. So better come early!! There are a lot monkeys surrounding the area, looking for food (mostly harmless) however, it is good to take double care of your stuff. If you are traveling alone, I do recommend you to bring a water proof bag, to put your most valuable things and take it with you while you in water! Just few steps down, there’s a temple. We didn’t check it, so I can’t really say anything about it. There’s an entrance fee of 15,000 IDR per person. The water and the beach is clean, however, the second time we went there, there was a lot of seaweeds and other things by the shore and water.

A small beach that can get quite busy but is mostly clean and went for a fun little surf here. 15k entrance fee which doesn't include parking, a bit expensive really.

A nice beach with natural shade by cliff. This beach serve you a lot, white sand, coral shore, rocky cliff, hidden cave, natural water flow, monkeys, ocean waves. This beach you can access with well build stairs. You can experience small enterance with cliff around. The ticket cost you around 10k per person. They already has clean toilet and wash area. On the beach, you can buy some food, drinks from local small shop. Do not forget to bring your beach towel, or you can buy it on the spot. Explore the beach then you can find hidden cave. You can park your motorcycle and car here only pay 2k per ticket.

Visited this beach in evening in late September'22. Entrance is attractive n impressive but the beach...... nothing impressive. Bali has many stunning beaches other than this.

Very nice beach, good access, quite a lot of people in the afternoon, prices for drinks a little higher. Watch out for monkeys, they are curious and take things like a vacation

Since the film ‘Eat pray love’ starring Julia Roberts, was filmed here this beach became top of the tourist list. It’ll cost you $1.50 to enter but you can pretend your Indianna Jones as you climb down the steps through a narrow cave. Be smart like Indi jones too and hold onto your things because this is a monkey beach and they like shiny things like phones! I recently enjoyed watching a monkey sitting way up in a tree chewing on someone’s iPhone. There’s not a lot of space on this beach due to the crowd especially at high tide and watch out for the rip as the tide changes. Brollies will cost around $10 and surfboard hire is probably the most expensive around ($also $10) there’s a couple of little warungs you can get cheap feeds and cold drinks. Even jewellery and sarongs! It’s a pretty beach that’s relatively safe for kids and has a great beginner wave so is good for surf lessons. (Unless there’s big swell ofcourse) I do like this wave as a long boarder myself.

It's one of those beaches you have to see when in bali..walk through the rock and down to the crowded beach.. difficult yo swim in with all the lava rocks on the way out..always a lovely surf break but really crowded

Crowded and narrow beach with insane waves. Plus entrance ticket 15k Rp AND parking fee 5k Rp. The only nice aspect is the pretty rock formation and lush green. Overall, skip this though.

Small but very beautiful. If you’re into surf (or watching it), this is the spot to hang out for a sunset surf. People are super friendly, plenty of dogs around playing (and chasing the monkeys) .. and lots of people coming here to have a go at the surf.

Well hidden paradise.. Professionally run, and really clean. This great beach is only accessible via many steps, but its a wonderful tropical beach with a family-friendly surf. Would I come back again.. Most Definitely.. It's awesome..

Best place to watch surfers and a pretty calm beach. Be mindful of the monkeys up on the cliff. This beach can get packed, but it is still worth coming. There is a shade area to the left of the beach when facing the water. Food and drink vendors are on site as well as surfboard rental.

It's a great beach, white sand and lots of waves rolling in. Quite a few surfers were out there. Boards are also available for rent. The entrance to the beach is interesting. Need to walk down stairs which follows the side of a rock face. Heaps of monkeys around the beach as well which I thought was fun. There's several stalls selling snacks, drinks and garments like t-shirts and sarongs. Good to support the local trade imo. The less ideal things about the beach are that it is super crowded with people and shows you where litter and plastics can end up. There's a fair bit of rubbish that gathers near the shore. Good thing is the small entry fee for the beach goes towards looking after the beach. As we arrived, there were several people walking up who were carrying big baskets on their head full of collected plastic.

Pretty decent beach! This is a surf beach. It seems to be on of the more popular ones. However it was pretty okay, but the water was a bit dirty with a lot of debris in the water. The waves are good if you are looking to surf. There are also some bars down at the beach which serves food and drinks! We were a bit surprised though that it was 15000 Rupiah to enter the beach area.

I arrived at Padang Padang at 4pm so it was quite sunny, there were a lot of people sunbathing here and few water sports activities, some parts of the sea were blue, some parts had moss and lots of rocks so I thought it is dangerous for underwater activities. I was not surprised that there was some garbage from far away places because Padang Padang beach is located on the West Coast and easily attracts garbage.

In my opinion the second best beach at Bali (First is the Sundays). Clear water and beautiful landscape. You can also surf and have drinks!!! Stay away from monkeys and protect your stuff!!!

Extremely beautiful place. Nice sandy beach. Convenient parking, relatively clean bathrooms. Keep in mind that the water is shallow, so swimming is not very exciting there.

You have to pay to access this beach - it was 15000 IDR pp. Dodge some monkeys then walk down steep narrow steps in a very narrow passage. There are clean toilets free of charge to the right before you descend. Beach is quite small and was crowded. there was an area where you could rent umbrellas, then a small ‘free’ area where you could lay a towel close to the rock in the shade. Unfortunately it’s out of the sea breeze and there was a big pile of smoking rubbish. There are a few stands where you can purchase cold drinks and snacks. Only a few hassling to buy sarongs. The water was very pleasant and calm.

Clean & less crowded beach. Really good for surfing and enjoying the view. The parking costs IDR 1,000 and is at a walking distance from the entrance of the beach. The entry path is nice through rocks. Beware of the monkeys though. It’s a nice place to visit and luckily, not many tourists show up here as compared to the Suluban beach.

The beach is good for enjoying the sunset, to stay sitting in the hill it is free to park, but unfortunately there is a lot of garbage scattered around the visitors, I hope that at least if they bring a bag or something, put the trash in the bag first, later they find a trash can they can be thrown away

The beach itself is amazing and clean. The best time to visit is in the morning, as it gets very crowded during sunset. The drawback of this beach is no shower available. The only toilet available is under renovation.

This beach was supposed to be stunning. The sunset view is amazing. However, some tourists behave like complete animals and trash everywhere. It's very sad to see the amount of trash in this beach, on the hill, everyone. I think that fines should be given to those littering or the government should invest in some trash bins or signs recommending people to take their trash with them.

Colors of waters are spectacular. If you want to go bathing it’s not ideal. Big waves, steep entrance. Watching them surf is fun. Behind are really broke down buildings which I didn’t like much. Parking fees are free on base of donation. I have seen it once, wouldn’t come back.

Nice sunset beach. Unfortunately, there are lots of washed rubbish on the beach when we visited tho. The area has a clifftop too which is nice. Beware of swimming in the water by the cliff, the guards said that there were multiple occasions of fatal drownings.

Really nice waves, sadly a lot of surf schools in the water, most of the time the push their students in your direction which is really annoying. Surfboard rental is possible on the beach, dream water, nice location

Dreamland Beach. From the name itself, we surely know that this beach gives us dream vibes. I mean look! Sooo beautiful. Best visit when the sun is going to set. We can do some activities like surfing and swimming here. Also the cliff, please sit on it while see the sun sets. The sand is super soft. So many people doing their prewedding here. How about yours? Kidding. Just visit the beach guys, you will love it

Nice beach, quite easy to access but down a steep hill. Entry by donation (can be 2 or 5k IDR. The sand is lovely but unfortunately some trash has washed up like it has along the entire west coast of the island. There are some small shops & a nice beach café available with a great menu (but very pricey!) where you can also pay by card. It’s nice for sunset.

Pretty easy walk down path to this beautiful beach. The first part of the beach you see is 300k for 2 loungers & umbrella. We walked around the big rock and the other side has less crowded area and we rented 2 loungers and one umbrella for 200k. Clean beach with blue and turquoise water. The waves are strong, but you can swim just after the waves crash.

Great beach. Loads of parking, 5k, and good swimming areas as well. Not all rock. Shade disappears after about 12pm, but there are cliff overhangs you can hide under. Not a surfer but looked like a good place to learn as you don’t have to go far out and waves are not too big

An actual DREAM!! Had one of the best swims of my life here. The water is not calm by any means but it was fun to swim through the waves. We also saw a few sea turtles swimming close by. There are also nice picturesque views of the ocean on the cliff by the beach.

First, There’s two access to the beach, in one they charge me 20k and in the other my friends were charged 5k. Second, a beach with so much potential isn’t suitable for bathers because of the huge amount of trash. It’s a pity because it’s a really nice beach with enough place for everyone to have space and enjoy.

Not the best I’ve been. Toilet’s awful! And cost 3 rupees. Impossible to get in to the water. Waves are HUGE!! This beach is for surfing. Yes, it’s beautiful and really great for sunsets. We paid 15 rupees for entrance and about 15 for parking a car. Doesn’t have water bucket at the exit, to wash away the sand from the feet. Also dirty. A lot of trash everywhere.

Of the beaches we visited in Uluwatu, we liked Dreamland the most. It has areas without stones where you can swim without problems and also has an area for those who prefer bigger waves or even surf. There is a bar where you can get a drink or eat. In the evening at sunset this place is a show.

Recomend to stay almost all day here! The change of tides can show you different typs of beach. A no surf spot becomes a funny and nice spot to surf. The landscape with the colorfull water is worth it.

The vibe on this beach is definitely different; It feels like I'm not in Bali. It's cleaner than other beaches, with lots of surfers and stunning sunsets.

Secluded pathway to get to the beach with small stairs, not nearly as long as gunung payung, but I was still winded going up. The beach itself is very pretty with white sands, corals, monkeys (who stole the food that I brought), and lots of sea animals. It was cool to swim with the small fishes and octopuses by the shore, but I got scared because I saw a lot of sea urchins in the nooks of the corals. So if you swim there, be careful. Brought my cooler box so I didn’t try any of the restaurants. The sunset was amazing though

Never knew this beach existed despite coming to Bali more than 20 times! A hidden gem I feel as it was very clean, hardly anyone which was fantastic as it was so peaceful.

White sand beach, pretty crowded when I was there in late September. There was a surfing competition thing, so it was pretty noisy with the MC and speaker sound. The stairs are not as many as I was expected from the people’s review. It was not as tiring either.

This is nice spot on the beach, confusing with the maps. You need to park at a different spot, better ask someone there. The beach sand and rock feels like a moon, the stair are long and there are many airbnbs at this place. Must visit.

There are more beautiful beaches around to visit!!! In my opinion it is not worth the time to go downstairs (there are so many steps)! Also, it is so dirty and there are coconuts everywhere that are smelling bad!!

We were so lucky to be in this beach almost completely alone! Lovely environment with few cafes and restaurants with great view, but with higher prices. The stairs to get down to the beach are a little bit challenging and quite tiring to get up, but still worth it.

A nice little beach (very little so easily crowded...) that you can access by a staircase (direction not well indicated). Quite wavy at shore so be careful as there are some slippery rocks but once you have passed it, it is really nice and calm. A little bit of plastic trash in the water ...

Nice beach, The sunset was nice too but not amazing with too many clouds on that day, There are a few resturants on the beach with terrible loud music, kind of ruined it. the stairs were a challenge when combined with the heat and the humidity, still worth it.

This beach is extremely dirty and a huge long walk to get to. I would not recommend going to it as all ladies picking up garbage and throwing it back into the ocean. I thought it was really bad tourism for Bali

Great relaxed beach, with what seems like an endless break. Clean water. Lucky fish lounge is a great place to chill and unwind with a beer or a bbq seafood feast. Beware of the stairs to get there and back!!!!

It is an undeveloped beach, where you can relax. If you want more excitement, you can go to Dreamland Beach, which is very close.

Second time here. Cozy clean beach with evening fish barbeque tradition. Sometimes here is a problem with shower pressure. I'd recommend this place for 5-10 days for sure!

Google asian spoon for easier pathway to parking spot. 10k for car. 5k for motor. The shortcut is very small street. Coming from dreamland beach. Going down .there is some hotel on the steep hill. Very nice terrain. Mouldy shore with interesting shape. Most is rocky but u can go further. From the video. Its 202 stairs down. Going up is a nice little warm up hahaha

Beautiful beach. Well worth the effort of getting there. It's 10-15 minutes down some pretty steep steps/paths going past small shops and restaurants...mostly surfing-oriented. There are two parts to the beach and some paths through the cliffs.

Great swim spot for all ages during the low tide in the pools. High tide not so much when the water comes gushing into the cave. This is a great spot for photos but gets very busy these days. There never used to be railings on the stairs or people selling beach mats and drinks below but it’s still a good spot where you can chill with the occasional monkey, snorkel or get a sandy massage from an old lady. Take care on the stairs. Plenty of eats to suit everyone from warungs to fancy bars on the cliff top where you can enjoy the sunset or watch surfers take their time struggling to cross the reef bare feet. 8/10 end up with coral in their toes. Take my tip and pack a pair of socks in your boardies it’ll soften the blow!

Very unique beach experience. If you are in Uluwatu, you should definitely visit it. There is a parking cost 5k IDR. And from parking, it is around 10 min walk down to the beach. The way to the beach is not flattering - garbage is everywhere, and the smell is not good too, however, once you get down to the beach, it is very breathtaking and awesome experience due to the massive cliffs. Upside, there are several restaurants, where you can enjoy a refreshing drink with a view of the ocean

Small but beautiful...path is the same as to the other beaches, but the view is astonishing...limited choices of refreshments and snacks...

Super nice beach, clean, and beautiful. You have to walk down about 20 minutes to reach the sea. Not recommend to come at noon.. Maybe i should come at 4 or 5 PM so I can walk through the cave and the sand.. There’s a local food, I ordered a whole coconut for 50k rupiah. Its holiday, so its okay.

Amazing beach with the cave and perfect for swimming or surfing. The water is clear and it looks amazing. You have to go down some stairs but it's not difficult so just go. It is a place for surfers but you can also just relax at the beach or swim in the ocean. There are some great waves, too. But it is a very busy beach. Next to the surfers there are many people around, all taking pictures. Because this beach is in a cave it can get a bit crowdy but i think a visit is absolutely worth it! 🥰 Loved the view and all the small restaurant upstairs. The water is just amazing and it's nice to chill there for a while.

Amazing views and I saw a plethora of surfers. Best place to view the sunset and has local shops and good restaurants. Take a beer and enjoy the ocean. Easily accessible by the bike and you have pay ~3000 for parking to enter the beach.

Best sunset spot in my opinion on the southern Bali area. Getting here can be a bit of a hassle.with the crowd and rows of beach bars you will have to weather through, but worth the time and effort.

Nice cool beach surrounded by rock. The stairs going down to the beach quite confusing as you need to walk through the restaurant. But don’t get confused just keep on going down and you’ll find your way. A bit packed during sunset time.

BEST BEACH IN BALI 👏👏👏👏 I've been to many beaches in Bali (and other parts of Indonesia). I dare to say Suluban is one of the bestest! The coral reefs, the cave, the greens that surrounds, the ornaments make such magical harmony to the whole scenery. When you arrive, stairs are not too many to get to the beach. Pass the cave, then voila there you'll find the beautiful cliffs surrounding the ocean. Sand is crystal white and clean. Watch the sunset there, u won't forget it.

So full with people 😂😂. Even at the parking area. First, I recommend you just park your motorbike at the place as shown on the maps, DONT follow the sign written on the road, since you need to walk further to the beach and need to pay IDR 5K. As the parking area shown on the maps is free and closer to reach the beach. Actually it’s okay to pay the 5K, it’s not that expensive, but I wish it’ll at least closer to the beach, but it’s not (almost 2x further). Because you need to walk passing some restaurant first. The beach it self is beautiful, but limited spaces to sunbath. The water is clear and nice to just playing and swim on the edge of the beach. And if you love surfing and not a beginner, you’ll definitely will love this place. The waves ate beautiful! The internet signal on the beach was down, so better to have some offline music with you if you want to listen to some music while enjoying the beach. And no food vendor at the beach, bring your own so you dont need to go up just to buy some food/drinks. And dont forget to bring back your waste. MAKE SURE YOU KEEP YOUR BELONGING safe, as there are monkey arounds. We witnessed some monkey taking 2 PHONES from a bag of visitors who just put their bag unattended.

One of my most favorite beach in Bali. The one and only, unique beach with a lot of cliffs and huge rocks that make the view exceptionally beautiful. The tide is always high, great place to watch surfers doing their surf with huge tide. Wow. There’s also a restaurant at the top of the cliff with great view, nice staff and affordable food. Like around Rp.50.000/portion

It's a small beach but beautiful. There are big rocks on the beach and you have to go down around 100+ steps to reach the beach. You can surf, soak the sun, and click some amazing pictures. As it is a small beach it gets crowded quickly. It is situated near Uluwatu temple and if you are planning a day trip to Uluwatu you can include this beach.

The best beach in Uluwatu!! We came in the late afternoon to rest after a busy day and watch the sunset. The water were so clean, and the beach wasn't too packed with people which created the perfect environment we were searching for. Another great plus in this beach is the natural caves and shape of the rocks that naturally create a few nice places to sit in the shade if you don't want to sit in the sun, without having to rent a sun bed or a beach chair. It feels like a hidden gem that's not too touristic, but be prepared for these tough stairs on the way down and especially on the way up :) but definitely worth it!

Walk down 130 steps to this secluded beach to watch the sunset at Uluwatu without the surfers crowding your view. Can't really swim here as there are jaggered rocks. Worth wading into the waters and then lazing on the sand at this hidden spot or walk back up those steps and sip on a cold beer from the numerous restaurants with front row seats to watch the sun go down.

the beach is actually a narrow path into the sea. this really a gem especially for surfers. the narrow path is like a secret door i to the ocean for them, and the tide seems suitable to surf. when we came, it was at hightide so we wait a while above it onto the cliff. they build cafes for the surfers and visitors to hang out. the view from above is mesmerizing. the hardwalk to come here and hike the steep stairs was well paid off with the view. when we went down, the sea level has gone lower and many visitors started to play in the water. this place is really special, beautiful, and unique. but must be careful since the waves is really strong. i like here very much. just fyi, i don't think it is suitable for older people or kids that too young

The place is beautiful. Went in thru parking on top of the beach, have to pay Rp5000 per person to the local vendor. The sand is white, a lot of wave as there are a lot of surfers here. Nice rocks for selfie and photos. Toilet available for Rp 5000 and bath Rp10000. Going to the beach have to go thru 100 ish stairs.

New place for me. It's a different view and angle beach. Love the scenery sea with clief, we were exactly under it. But the issues, it's a deep step down stairs which for elders that have problem with mobility ability will be hard to get down and also there's no public shower around the beach, they have it somewhere a bit up around the shop or restaurants. The sea water was super clear and has variaty of color. Love it for pics and relax.

It is a very popular beach. We thought is was going to be less crowded but it’s far from it. It is also here that the big waves are, so all the surfer comes here. You will pay 5000$ for parking fee, but there is no other entrance fee. It gets you to a lot of bars, shops and restaurant with a good sea view with the surfers from high up. The stairs down leads you to plenty of restaurants and it’s very easy stairs. The end of the stairs is ending up in a cave, under the rocks. If you want to go the beach, you will have to pass under a rock hole and during low tide. Note that it could be very dangerous during high tide to pass in this hole, because water is very high and big waves crashed against the rock behind. Also current is very strong on the beach so it’s not a place you can really swim or be in the water.

A long stretch of beach line but no shades. There is a piece of shipwreck which is the main attraction for people. Getting down to the beach takes 30 minutes of trekking. The view from above is stunning.

Very beautiful beach but dangerous if you'll go far due to big waves. Wonderful Sunset and white sand. Not much people there. Not advisable if you are old or weak. You'll have to climb 20 minutes going down the cliff and 30 minutes going back to the top. Buy some water.

The entrance is next to the paragliding spot. Rocky pathway to the beach, need 5-10 minutes walking from the parking lot and extra stamina for the way back. The beach is very quite and the wave is great for surfing. Nyang Nyang also enlisted in the best 100 beaches in the world by Flight Network in 2018. Not really recommended for family except the one who seek for adventurous experience one

Took us roughly an hour (return) to get this place, view absolutely stunning n also not many people around.

You should try to visit this beach. It will only require a short climbing down, but once you reach the beach, you'll enjoy the scenery. Try not to swim, because the waves normally in the area according to the locals are strong and nor safe. Always travel with someone.

One of the best beach in Bali, so quiet and relaxing. If you love to stay the night here that’s even better. Could be romantic, fun, explorable, dramatic, and photographic session here will be so lovely. Just remember one thing, bring your hiking shoes. Slipper wont do good here, it’s quite slippery if raining and hard to see if you come late. But I love it. A good place to meditate and contemplate before you start a new project or even engage with someone new😍. A good place to think🙏🏻😊☺️ A deep thinking time. 🤭😃😊

We walk for about 15 minutes to reach the beach but it was worthed. The view from the top is amazing. Just few tourists were there so it is a really nice beach if you want to relax. I suggest you to bring food and drink since there is just one warung on the beach. It is not easy to get inside the water due to big waves and coral reefs.

The beach is very beautiful. It’s better to come there before noon, while there’s a high tide. If you wanna see the insta-famous shipwreck you should go right while going down (there will be a few signs).

The best beach ever, but need to be ready for the sea, when u go inside stones in the sea, it can cut ur legs, so if you want to swim comfortably, you need to bring swimming shoes with you

Wild looking beach, with parts of the crashed ship, with nice sand and friendly waves. The way to the beach from parking place on the top will be with thousands of rock stairs, be ready to burn calories and watch your step! The worst part is the trash on the sand around all beach.
